My husband and I have a great experience at the Jeep Chrysler Dodge dealership in Nanuet NY. Joe Prendergast was the salesman who assisted us in buying our 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Liminted Edition vehicle and trade in our 01 BMW 3 series. He was sincere, accommodating and even fought on our behalf to receive a higher trade value on our BMW. There was no pressure at all and Joe made sure to go over emerging with us as far as the deal with the car as well as the features of the car. We had no complaints at are and are sincerely thankful Joe was our salesman. Not to forget we love our new car!

Where should I begin..... I bring my 2016 Jeep Cherokee for repair on 09/01/2016. Unfortunately, the damage happened when a coyote ran in front of my vehicle while driving home on the parkway. Very scary!!! I entrust my vehicle to get it repair at the same dealership where I purchased it. Not only was the job not done the first time correctly, or the second time. It took the third time around. A total of 2 months and 15 days to get my vehicle back fixed. Which could have been avoided if it had been done right the first time around. Yes, granted. I did get a loaner after the second time my vehicle wasn't fixed properly. The worst part of it all, the managers in the service department don't have the once of sympathy, concern, and no care of the situation. Talk about customer service. They were disorganized, discourteous, rude and simply disregarded everything I was put through. I sure would NEVER. And I mean, NEVER DO BUSINESS at this dealership again.

I brought my 2014 Jeep cherokee in at 9am on 5/19/16 for a problem with the steering. Was informed the steering rack needed to be replaced but the part was on backorder (that tells me it's a frequent problem and they can't keep up with the demand) My warranty covers 4 days of a car rental, a reasonable amount of time for a car repair. Unfortunately I had the rental for 10 days. I was told that this dealership had no loaner car, it's a dealership, how can it NOT have a car!?!? I ended up paying $427.42 for a repair covered under the extended warranty I bought. The nicest term I can come up with for Angie is ineffective. The service manager, Sid, it a complete waste of oxygen. Take your car anyplace else for service. They DO NOT care about customer satisfaction at this place

We found a 2015 Chrysler Town and Country at Rockland on the internet . We live two and a half hours away and were able to complete the deal over the phone, including our trade in. We were given a great price for the Town and Country and our trade in. When we came to pick up the vehicle, all of the paperwork was ready to be signed. Excellent Service! I would recommend these guys to anyone.

I have brought my 2014 Jeep Compass in for service numerous times and have had nothing but ease. Both concerns were covered under basic warranty. Maintenance service goes as scheduled and the advisor has notified me of my vehicles condition and soon to be needed services. The parts department is always helpful asking about accessories and other Jeep items. I did not purchase this jeep at RCJD, however when walking through the showroom during service visits, salesman are always courteous and friendly.

Recently, my husband and I leased a Cherokee limited jeep from Brian Gehan at Rockland Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge. We went in with a certain price point and Brian worked with us all day to get us the car we wanted. He let us test drive 2 different jeeps and helped us the whole day. He was patient, kind, and helpful. He understood our budget and was able to meet all our needs with our new jeep. I highly recommend Brian. Also, we love our new jeep.

Went to buy a car at the spur of the moment. Our salesman was Ken Campos who helped us out a lot. We traded our Camry and Sonata for the Grand Cherokee, and we do not regret it. I spoke on the phone with Ken a few days in advance about the vehicle. He was great salesman who followed up with me the next day, and that is the kind of salesman you want to deal with. No funny games, he is there to get you the best price available.

I was always a Chevy girl until they decided to no longer offer a mid-size SUV. I had a wonderful and thrustworthy salesman at Chevy who I bought my last three trucks from. After lots of research I decided to check out the 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude. Needless to say I was a litte nervous going into a new dealership. I spoke with Barry briefly on Friday night and told him what truck I was interesting in and made an appointment to meet with him the following day. I met with him at 11:00 and was on my way by 12:30. He was very knowledgable of the Grand Cherokee and made the whole process painless. Jay in Finance was also wonderful to deal with. Never had such much fun signing papers. Love my new Alitude and Rockland Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram.Will recommend them to all my freinds an family.

This is my second time visiting this dealership.the salesman who helped me, Brian Gehan, was nothing short than incredible. i am a bit of a difficult customer and had a few demands that may be seemed unreasonable. He met all my requestas and even beat the price that was given to me at other dealerships. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a car and doesn't want to be given the run around.

No matter where I look I always end up at Rockland CJD and working with Barry Rossenwasser. Barry takes his time and lets you ask a million questions. He shows a genuine concern for you and your purchase. Add Warren the sales manager to the picture and you have an unbeatable team. Barry knew I had been looking for a truck for a long time, then my ideal Ram 1500 Sport was there on the lot. Barry and Warren made the deal too good to turn down. Normally I do not like the paperwork part of the deal. Sitting down with Jay it was painless. No pressure for the extras, just an explanation and then he let me decide. Thank you Barry and Warren for helping me get the vehicle I wanted with all the "bells and whistles". I would recommend Rockland CJD to anyone - just ask for Barry!

I am a former auto industry management employee, so I know the games most dealers play when somebody needs to buy a car. I searched for a New Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara at various dealers in the NY area but Rockland got my business for three reasons. The first was the Sales Consultant, Barry Rosenwasser. Barry listened to what I wanted, gave solid advice on options and worked the hardest to earn my business. Second reason was the price... they beat the other dealers easily. Third was the fact that they gave a fair value for my trade in when the other dealers played games that could have cost me $3k, Barry was direct, honest and hard working from start to finish and did a great job explaining operation of various features when I took delivery. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and professional. I would recommend, without reservation, the dealership and Barry to anyone looking for a new or used car.

This is the worst dealership I have ever been to. While purchasing my vehicle, 5 different sales reps helped me and they not communicate with each other or with me. Car took much longer to bring home than they told me. Now my car leaks every time it rains and they have "fixed" it three times and yet it still pours in my car when it rains. I have to bring it back every week and no rental. So it makes me miss work and they still can't fix it!!! No one cares when I call! All they say is to bring it in again!! TERRIBLE

Samuel B. was great. He gave me a great monthly rate and didn't try to push a sale onto me. When I had an issue with a break light a few weeks after my purchase, they fixed it in 10 minutes free of charge and were extremely professional. I would highly recommend Samuel B. and this dealership.

Dealing with Jeff was a nightmare. Had car for over 5 weeks.Lied about why taking so long.Sid his manager unproffesional also.And the owner so rude.If you dont want to do a job in a professional manner.Say so.Have shelled out $1000 of dollars due to communication and not wanting to do the job correctly. The initial purchasing process went well and non threatening. I actually thought I found a car dealer that did what they said. I was again proven wrong. I already had a loan so I just needed the dealership to do the paperwork that was needed for the purchase. This is where they dropped the ball. The sales manager (DB) did not do his job. I knew going in that my lender needed 3 days to process, so I provided the paperwork a week ahead (knowing a holiday week), and also knowing I was traveling over 1.5 hours to get to the dealer. to make matters worse, when I was trying to get answers I tried to reach the General Manager, and he would not take my call. If they did not have the used car and at the price I wanted I would have walked away!

Went looking for a truck while they repaved the parking lot. Things were all over the place so I came back a couple of days later. I did own a Dodge Caravan so I was looking to trade up. My salesman was Matt Spain - great guy to deal with - I would recommend using him. He's a regular guy and not a slick salesman. They gave me a decent number for my trade, even with the AC not working. I didn't have to keep going back and forth with Matt to get a good deal - it was one shot and it all worked out well. I brought it back the next day as there was a defect in the paint on the lift gate - so they brought it in the back and fixed it. Derrick was the finance guy. I have to say he was the nicest finance person I ever dealt with out of all the cars I have purchased. So - overall it was a very good experience.

I was in the market for a new lease and i was leaning towards a 2014 Dodge Charger R/T. I wanted the AWD and Black exterior on the Red interior. The only disappointment was that i didn't get the red interior due to lack of stock. I negotiated the price i wanted and got it. I was dealing with the rep going by the name Larry. Good Luck!

I LOVE Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, and Ram of Nanuet. Prior to my experience, I knew nothing about purchasing a new car. But my sales representative, Chris Gunst, was AWESOME at helping me understand the process. No matter how many times I asked him to explain certain things about the process, he did so gladly. But one thing that stood out the most with me is that, he asked me what I wanted in a new car. Most of these Sales Representatives out here, would sell you something that you don't need nor afford and later on down the road you're kicking yourself and asking how did you get to this point. Not with Chris! we talked about all kind of cars. We test drove some cars and looked at some cars, and knew which one to get. However, the price was the main key factor during this process. I have never seen the price stoop to the level that i saw when i purchased my car. Monthly payments are affordable, i have the comfort of my new car that i needed, and most of all, i drove out in my new car quicker than expected but we took our time with the process. And Chris even checked up on me a week to a couple days later. Bottom line is, i had a great experience for my first time purchasing my first car. AMAZING!!!

I went to look for a replacement pickup and I found something used in my price range. Chris the salesman treated me like I was buying new and the man was an encyclopedia of knowledge on the vehicle I chose, I believe he must have spent hours studying specs, features and function of every aspect of my new (used) truck! Everyone I dealt with at Rockland Chrysler Jeep Dodge was courteous, intelligent and treated ME like an intelligent human being, not someone to make a buck off of. Derrick in financing was fantastic as well! I got a great truck for a great price, and a follow up phone call from my man Chris days after the sale asking if I had any more questions about the truck! I'm bringing her back to the dealership for service as well as my wife's Hyundai because Chris informed me that the service department is fully trained in Hyundai vehicles, the dealership having sold Hyundai's in the recent past! Thanks guys, great experience!

I went into the dealer wanting to test drive a Jeep Cherokee because I saw the commercial and came out of the dealer with a brand new car. This dealership provided excellent service and provided a fair deal. We worked with an older gentleman who was well-spoken and knew his craft. I felt confident with an intelligent salesperson.
