I figured I would give this place another try because it's so close to my business. I went in to Rodman today with a fully loaded super cab f150 in brand new condition. I told them I want to move up to a crew cab. I told them where my payments needed to be and the guys comes back with double the number we discussed. Thank god for Franklin Ford. Once again they have won my business. I feel bad for the sales guys at Rodman because there managers give them no chance.

He also quickly understood my budget reslities. He was warm, friendly lrofessional and earnest in his desire to e sure I was a satisfied return customer. He exained all the featjres of tbe car I finally settled on after an enjoyable trst drive. Detri's easy gling mammer and desire to reach a fair a d mutually accetable goal is the reason I highly recommend him for a car buying eclerie ce that was smolth, syress free and frankly enjoyable. Brought my car to Rodman collision for repairs for last month on my 2015 Ford Fusion. It took 5-6 weeks for the repairs to be completed. When I pick up my car just last week! My driver door Sensor was broken. My car wouldn't register that the door was closed, leaving my lights on inside and my doors not locking at all. I did not bring my car there with the driver door broken. I was livid with my car being there for 5-6 weeks to begin with And then to pick up my car in poor condition. I demanded my deductible back. The manager never called me back after two voicemails never returned my phone calls. Until I wrote an email recently about items missing from my trunk after my car had been there over a month! He called me back being so rude and telling me I won't be getting a dime back. I demanded my $500 back but he wouldn't budge over $300. The manager told me that $300 credited back to my credit card(still waiting for it. Amex takes a little longer to credit back accounts) but that was a fight in it's self to get my refund. will not be doing any more business with Rodman Ford. They need to Learn some customer service skills. All the damage was in the front end of my car. No one should've been in my trunk let alone just searching my car to steal things. On a positive note... Danielle who was managing the process of my car getting fixed was so helpful! Maybe management should take notes from her. Or maybe she should be promoted.

Diane Carter went above and beyond to make sure we were completely happy.My husband's worst nightmare is car dealerships. He left there happy and is still over the moon about this truck. We were in a bad spot with a truck we purchased about 8 months ago from another dealer. But the staff went out of their was to help us get out of that and into what were wanted. From beginning to end, we had a great experience with Rodman Ford. I started with an online chat, as I do with most dealerships. The rep I worked with online was the ONLY one who listened to the criteria and stuck to it! She emailed me with a few cars, but ultimately we decided to go with a new car rather than used. The next morning, I received a quick follow up email from Adam. Unlike other car dealership follow up emails, Adam's didn't seem sales-ish or pushy AT ALL. Because of this, I actually responded (in almost every other case, the email gets marked as junk and ignored). Without being pushy, Adam suggested a new Ford Focus. He sent me some specs, pricing, etc. The pricing was very good. When I agreed to check it out, I was very clear - we will be test driving a few cars and then making a decision. Adam seemed on board with our plan. All the other dealerships I was working with did as well. But the only dealership that honored our wishes was Rodman! The car we were to test drive was ready and waiting when we arrived. As promised, Adam didn't ask us to 'give him 5 minutes' or sit down with his manager. We test drove the car, asked a few questions and were on our way. In all my years, I've never had a dealership actually show any respect or value to my time. While it didn't work out with the Focus, I would absolutely do business with Rodman Ford, and Adam in particular! Long story short - Rodman is great dealership that actually listens to the customer! And they've got a true star working there - Adam is honest and respectful.

My car buying experience was excellent due to having Demetri as my sales representative. He worked extremely hard to find the truck I wanted and made sure to keep me informed at every step along the way. In addition, I had an issue with the bed cover and Demetri got it resolved immediately. I would definitely recommend that you ask for Demetri at Rodman Ford when making your next car purchase as you will not be disappointed!

I could not be happier with the sales experience.And the service department is amazing.I bought 2012 Nissan Xterra,it had a small rattle in the on the muffler.When they were fixing that they also found a small problem with my front brakes.So they replaces the rotors and brake pads at no cost to me.I would send all my friends to Rodman Ford.

We had a very pleasant experience purchasing our 2016 Fusion Hybrid. Caitlin was professional and very easy going, taking all of the stress out of the car buying experience. There was no pressure and since we had done our homework prior to arriving at the dealership, there was no need for haggling. By the time we drove away, Caitlin almost felt like a new member of the family. Even though Rodman is not the closest Ford dealership to our home, it was well worth the extra drive. I will definitely return to Rodman for future auto purchases.

From test drive, to finance to out the door. was just fantastic. They even got me a rent a car for 2 days, while everything was getting processed. for the first time ever buying a automobile I have to say our salesman David Moniz made this the best experience ever. David was upfront about everything very nice and very informed of suv answered all our questions. When we are ready for another purchase we will be asking for David I would recommend David to anybody that wants to feel good about buying a car he made it so pleasurable. Since this was a used vehicle there was some cosmetic scratches and David made sure it was taking care of outstanding.

I have had an absolutely terrible experience dealing with Rodman Ford. Not only do I walk on to the sales floor and get completely ignored more than once, when I call to get a recall taken care of on my 2012 F-150 that I bought from Rodman I never get a return call. I went in to Rodman looking to buy a brand new mustang a few months back and wasn't given the time of day, so much so I drove almost an hour away to Tasca Ford and couldn't be happier that I bought my new mustang there. I have never been one to publicly write negative comments, but I am commenting to help future buyers who think of going to Rodman. Go to another dealership and you will be much happier. If first impressions mean a lot to you then Rodman is not the place for you. My theory as to why I have been treated beyond terrible is my age. I am in my early 20's and am probably looked at as someone who can't afford a new vehicle. Well I find it pathetic and inexcusable to believe that age discrimination is still exists in today's society. I hope I have made my point that I will never step foot in Rodman Ford again because of how I have been treated.

Before my visit to Rodman I had heard several different times not so good reviews about the dealership. My sales person was Marco Imbergamo and he was complete gentleman and very professional. He explained every thing about the truck and the other services offered at Rodman. Negotiating with Marco and Richie went back and forth but was always respectful and we were able to come to terms for buying the 2015 F 150. I also had a very good experience with finance manager, Lauren Fitzgerald. She explained every step in the process. Also Joe at the accessories counter was very helpful in getting back to me with prices of some items I was interested in for the truck. Overall it was a pleasant buying experience which is not always the case at a lot of dealers.

Russ and the entire team at Rodman Ford made us feel welcome and their top priority as soon as we stepped onto the lot. . Russ took the time to understand what we were looking for and our price point and paired us with two great vehicles. We ultimately went with the first car we test drove and the financing went so smoothly... I was honestly expecting it to take 3 times as long based on our experience at another dealership.... but we were processed very quickly. The finance manager took the time to review all options with us and we got the best deal we were hoping for. we took delivery two days later and the car was spotless. overall it was as far from a usual car buying experience and we wouldn't hesitate to return!

David Moniz was our sales consultant and he was great. We enjoyed his relaxed attitude while helping us search for the vehicle that was right for our family. We spent over a month going back and forth looking at options and he was always prompt, polite and helpful with our questions. The dealership offers a great lifetime power train warranty on certain vehicles that was also attractive and made us want to buy here.

This is the only service center I will go to because of the quality of work and friendliness . I simply went in for a regular oil change and to have them check the airbag light that kept going on and off. They not only found the problem right away they told me it was going to take a few hours to fix. So they gave me a rental for the night.

Dave was great. He wasn't over the top with a sales pitch. I contacted them when they had a vehicle I wanted. I was there for about an hour the first time. In that time they collected all of my needed information, and I was able to leave quickly, because I had somewhere to be. Dave and Rob in the finance office both followed up with me the following Monday and advised the title was in and I could come in and finish my deal. That took about 30 minutes. They registered my vehicle out of state and really made the process really easy and seamless. They were straight to the point people, got the job done, and that is all I ask for. A+ experience. To buy a vehicle in 90 minutes is fantastic. I will recommend them to anyone who needs a Ford! Thank you Dave and Rob!

As I was ready to upgrade my 2001 Mustang convertible I searched the web for prices. Although I was only considering buying another car at that time, I came across a reasonably priced used 2014 Mustang at Rodman Ford. I received a call from Andrew at Rodman almost immediately after clicking on the web page describing the car. Within a few hours I was driving the car I saw online! The sales person, Caitlin, greeted me in the lot and took me on a test drive. While I was easily sold on the car, the customer service I received was terrific! Caitlin was professional, informative and pleasant, she made the car-buying experience easy and effortless. The sale went smoothly and Caitlin's follow-up was terrific; she seemed genuinely interested in ensuring I was happy with my purchase. I have serviced my car at Rodman for a number of years now and I have never been disappointed. When I decided that it was time to upgrade our family car, Rodman was my first and only stop. Their used cars are priced right and after doing some internet research I pulled the trigger on a 2014 Explorer. Tony V. was super helpful and answered all of the questions I had. Marissa S. over in the "xccessirize" wing hooked me up with an awesome remote starter that didn't break the bank.Everything was quick and easy.I also appreciated the fact they didn't pressure me into any extended warranties or other bullspit sales tactics. I was very excited to come into Rodman Ford because i was quoted, by their sales director, and two managers, for a good price on lease. I had it in writing that this price included tax and was all set to buy the car. When I showed up, the salesman told me that the quote was impossible, there must have been a mistake, even though I had the quote in writing, in paper. They then spoke to the director and he realized he "forgot" to add the excise tax on. Aside from the lack of professionalism in making that big of a mistake on the quote, no one tried to fix their mistake at all. They didn't honor the price they told me and were just not friendly or making any attempt to right their wrong. Disappointing to see from a place that supposedly has good customer service, definitely not when I was there.

I bought a 2016 Ford Escape in November and Diane Carter helped me through the entire process. She was great! She was very knowledgeable and seemed to actually care. I would highly recommend seeing her if you're looking to purchase a new or used car. After agreeing to a deal I had to see the finance manager to finish the process, and he was awful. If he spoke to my mother the way he spoke to me things probably would have ended differently. He called me stupid, pretended to hit me over the head with a stapler and was extremely angry, all because I did not want to purchase an extended warranty. I bought a 2016 Ford Escape in November and Diane Carter helped me through the entire process. She was great! She was very knowledgeable and seemed to actually care. I would highly recommend seeing her if you're looking to purchase a new or used car. After agreeing to a deal I had to see the finance manager to finish the process, and he was awful. If he spoke to my mother the way he spoke to me things probably would have ended differently. He called me stupid, pretended to hit me over the head with a stapler and was extremely angry, all because I did not want to purchase an extended warranty. I get it, that's how he makes a living, but he's lucky I have a lot of patience and was more amused than anything at how angry he got. I leased the new 2016 AWD Ford Fusion from Tony back on 3/24. My overall experience was good at Rodman. Tony was able to negotiate everything I wanted for my next new car. The only downfall was in finance. They did not know what car I was leasing as well as anything Tony and I agreed on two night before. Other than the confusion with finance, I would recommend Rodman Ford to anyone looking for a car.

I just purchased my first Ford Pick-up truck from Rodman Ford of Foxboro and the first day I walked in the door I met Caitlin Kennedy-Correa and she was very knowledgeable and helpful from day 1. We decided to build my own individual pick up truck due to particular specifications I needed and also items I did not want on the truck. While putting the truck together she knew when to bring in expertise of other Rodman staff, who were also very professional, to be sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. Caitlin kept in contact with me on the status of the truck delivery and when it arrived she was diligent about getting us into the vehicle and showing the features of the truck. I was interested in a vehicle they had available, I already did a online application for financing so there was no surprise in my not so swell credit. I explained everything in detail nothing left out, I explained I already had been financed by another dealership etc management assured me that there should be no issues they work with 30 banks and make sure I asked for Andrew Hackett. With that being said I drove over a hour to the dealership asked for Andrew all for a Michele to send me to a sales rep who then filled out have my application walked away and came back with another gentle man to then tell me I needed at least 5000 down which is ludicrous. They pretty much are telling me to pay off my old car note so I can buy there vehicle! The dealership I am buying my brand new car from is paying off my car note to get me into a brand new vehicle with zero money down! Typical dealership, this company is all lies to get you in the door. I don't have time to waste as I work full time.

Ok, I admit to being a cautious shopper (maybe even a nerd), but before making a major buying decision like this, I research the heck out of my product choice to make sure it is what I really want. Then I search near and far to find the best match of features, condition and price. When I found the Flex of my dreams at Rodman Ford, I thought that I would not be able to afford it. While the price was more than I really wanted to pay, the car had much lower mileage than any other Flex that I had considered, had the features that were important to me (a factory towing system and AWD), was in great shape and was a "Rodman Certified" used car. For how great this car was, I got a great deal on it. Aside from how pleased I was with the car, the service was outstanding, from start to finish. After contacting Rodman's on line, I was contacted by the team to confirm that the car that I was interested in, was available. They set up a time that was convenient for me and my wife to test drive the Flex and speak to their used car maven Tony Viveiros to learn more about it. They even called and emailed me to make sure that Tony would be available for my visit. Tony was excellent. He listened to my requirements, confirmed that my research was "spot on". Flex was my choice. He took us for a test drive, showed us all the bells and whistles (mind boggling, as I am used to older technology cars. the backup camera is going to be great when backing up to my boat trailer.)Tony and the team couldn't have been more helpful in supporting my nerd decision process. When detailing it prior to pick up yesterday, they found a crack in my windshield, automatically replaced it and ordered a replacement trim part that they found was cracked. I will stop by tomorrow to have the trim replaced. And as long as I have my oil changed at their 30 minute quick lube beside the service department, they will extend to me a lifetime drive train warranty for as long as I own the car. Any questions I had, Tony answered or brought matters to the attention of management. I would recommend Demetri if you are in the market. Service from Dennis Donahue has been outstanding. Have been dropping cars off for service for 10 years. I would have given 5 stars for the dealership except that about a week after I bought the car, the "perfume" they use in the car to freshen it up wore off and now I am trying to air out the rancid cigarette smoke odor. Had I recognized the smell, I would have looked at other options.

Had to get a car in a fix and the white glove treatment that I received from the moment I stepped on the lot until I left was seamless, easy, and painless. They even called the following day to see how the car was and to just check in. Diane was my Sales lead and was upfront on pricing, cost of ownership and maintenance. We walked the lot for about 45 min looking at cars and she was very knowledgable about every single car; its miles, year and amenities. Sheryl was my finance lead and I have never met a more put together person and her togetherness on the process of all of the daunting paperwork. She went over everything and even explained the benefits of the warranties both current and extended and really eased any fears I had. I explained I needed to be in a certain price point and we were only off by 4 dollars and 12 cents. The car was then detailed as I finished signing all of the paper work, taxes, tags and registration were also all handled in minutes. I had a pseudo exit review with one of the executives about my overall experience. All done in less than 3 hours. I am indebted to the staff and team members at Rodman. My allegiance will only to buy from this dealership going forward.

After speaking with Michelle Clasby I went to Rodman Ford and Met Dimitri Dababna. WOW!! I knew what I wanted and what I would/could agree to, but I had no intention of buying a car that night. But Dimitri and Vinny (sales manager) agreed to just about everything I had on my list; and suddenly I found myself driving out with my Mustang Convertible. After some crazy misunderstandings regarding billing, etc I almost brought my car back. Dimitri got on it immediately. Once we figured out where the disconnect was, Dimitri and Vinny worked with me and once again; and we came to a fair resolution. I've worked for a large Lincoln/Mercury dealership; and my husband also works for a large Ford dealership (unfortunately my car wasn't in their inventory). So Rodman it is. Dimitri was professional and knew his product well. He followed through on the mix up, and was straight up with me. I will absolutely recommend Dimitri. His follow up was key. I had Dave Moniz as my salesperson.and he made what I usually view as an intimidating experience a very positive one. I knew what I wanted and what I could afford before I got there because I had researched SUV's online and Rodman"s had exactly what I was looking for. Dave took time getting to know me first and was very patient with answering my questions.. I never felt obligated or forced (for lack of a better word) to buy up or purchase an accessory package I neither wanted or could afford. I am especially impressed with the maintenance services they provide as well as the lifetime powertrain and transmission warranty. The finance team got me the best possible interest rate they could especially since my credit is less than stellar. Also the young lady who helped me complete the paperwork was lovely (I think her name is Sheryl).A car dealership is only as good as it"s product and their services and Rodman s has both. Demetri was really patient to me and tried his best to do things for me. He helped me fixing the car even after i took it away. He really did the best he could in his power range.However there was still some problems with Rodman ford. When it comes to the purchase of the car, the finance manager required me to buy their warranty which is 2000 or he won't sell the car to me. When I said I'm not buying he gave up on that.When I took the car from the dealership, Demetri wasn't able to be there so I chose to let someone else to give me the car the finance manager just gave me the key and asked me to take the car by myself. It was really dark in the evening so there was a huge dent on the front wheel which may cause by the runner from them I didn't notice. The second day I drove it back they refused to fix it. I admit it was my fault that I didn't check the car careful that day, but I feel the sales manager is also responsible to check the car with me and show me everything is in the shape as when I test drive it.And when they say fully severed please check everything by yourself again, there are still problems with my car now. Hope they will fix it.

He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles in the lot, and was patient enough to explain in detail the benefits and concerns for each vehicle according to what I needed. I was able to find a car that I loved, a 2015 Toyota Corolla S with low miles, a fantastic warranty plan, and a great deal. He worked with me to find a payment plan that I would be comfortable with, and was a lot of fun to work with. I was dreading buying a car, and Demetri was friendly and professional. I trust his opinion and look forward with working with him again in the future.

We had scheduled an early Sunday morning appointment to see a 2011 Cadillac CTS. My salesman, David Moniz, was patient and able to answer all the questions my wife and I had about the car. During our test drive David let my wife and I talk and did not feel the need to push the car on us. Once we decided to make the purchase, David was very helpful in letting us know about all the option we had. Rodham Ford also agreed to fix a number of small scraps and scratches at no cost. Lee, from finance, was also great. He found us a great rate and let me pick which warranties I did and did not want. I never once felt like he was trying to rack up the sale. This is the very first positive experience I have ever had at a dealership!

This was my first real car buying experience and I think I could already say that I will be a lifetime buyer at Rodman Ford. I've heard a share of horror stories regarding dealership buying experiences. However, from the very beginning of the process I was treated great by the entire staff and never once felt as though I was getting played. Demetri did a great job to figure out what I wanted and what was reasonable for my price range. Although we were not able to make a deal that day, I told him to call me immediately if they could find a Fusion in the color that I wanted. I was contacted about a week later when Demetri found out that Bill had a black Fusion coming in and I was able to make a deal and drive home in my new car the night I went in to see it. Overall, my experience was phenomenal and I am glad that this is the dealership that I will be dealing with for years to come.

I was contacted by the sales my car might be eligible for a trade in. Same everything, only a year younger and I could save $10 a month on my car payment. I was told that as long as the car had less than 85,000 miles and in good condition, the salesperson didn't see why this would be a problem. He suggested I come in for an appraisal. I was clear on the phone what the mileage on my car was and that I was NOT going to pay any money for this to occur...no problem. I went in that Saturday and my car was "appraised". There was a $6000 difference between what the salesperson thought and what the appraiser thought. The reason, mileage and tires. Unbelievable. My tires are brand new from the summer and I reported the mileage BEFORE I came in. The salesperson said to make the deal happen he would need to ask me for money and he didn't want to do that. I was so angry and asked what was wrong with my tires. The "appraiser" came over and took me out to my car to show me. He claimed they had no treads, there was "rash", whatever that means, and that there was a nail in my tire. HOLD THE PHONE...they were going to let me leave with a nail in my tire without telling me..SERIOUSLY!!!??? The appraiser tried to shift blame to the salesperson. I was appalled. Up until this visit, I had not had issues with Rodman. SO, I sent a message through Facebook...no response. Chatted with someone on line who said they'd get my concerns to the powers that be, no reponse. I called 2 days ago and left a message for the GM of Sales, Vinny. No response. I called today at 7:30 am and left a voice message. It is now 12:15 pm...NO RESPONSE...what terrible customer service. I am in shock!

I am giving this rating 2 stars instead of 1, solely based on the fact that I was able to get a reasonable deal on my vehicle, which is what attracted me to Rodman Ford from the get-go, and is why we traveled from about 2 hours away. However, I will not be returning when I decide to make another vehicle purchase. Dimitri (our salesperson) was wonderful, and there was no issue with him. We chose to do the financing through our own bank, which seemed to be when things went downhill in the customer service aspect of things. We left a deposit until we could return the next day with all the paperwork completed and to pick up the car. Towards the end of the day when they finally faxed all the correct paperwork to our bank, we drove the 2 hours to go pick up the vehicle, only to be told that the keys were locked in the manager's office and that we couldn't get the car, and they tried to make it up to us by offering us a free oil change!? Above all that, the finance manager (George) decided to yell at Dimitri right in front of us for forgetting to tell him it was a joint application, which was EXTREMELY unprofessional. Now that we finally have the car, I got a call from our bank yesterday saying the purchase agreement the dealership sent to the bank wasn't filled out correctly, and when the bank contacted the dealership, instead of doing their job and sending the bank the correct paperwork, they told the bank to call me instead and have me fax them over the correct paperwork as I had a copy of it. It's pretty bad when the finance manager at the bank even makes the statement that this is the worst dealership she's ever dealt with.

When it came down to the home stretch, I walked in and worked with Wayne Derby. I was lucky I did. He was easy to talk to, easy to work with and holds customer service in a high regard. I have never, ever felt so comfortable with an auto salesperson. When it came time to pick up my car, Wayne walked me through all the features and made sure I knew as much as possible when I took it off the lot. I am an owner of a 2010 Pontiac G6 that I bought from Rodman Ford 2 years or so. I have had nothing short of marvelous experiences from them. When I purchased my car Diane Carter and Mike Wagner were totally out of this world with their assistance. From when I walked in the door until I drove away it was awesome. Now I am here to tell you that my daughter needed a car to get back and forth from work (hers was literally falling apart lol). I took her in to see Diane and Mike and again they were totally wonderful with my daughter. She is 22 years old never purchased anything like this before and she was sooo nervous. My sales person was Jimmy L. and from start to finish he went beyond the "sales pitch," I didn't feel pressured or coerced with my purchase. I drove around 3 cars and with Jimmy's help explored the best option for me, it ended up being a Ford Focus with the best previous care. Jimmy was covering another shift when I met with him, he got me a car fax, he came in the next day for me to pick the car up on his day off, made sure I had the manual and he gave me high fives he was genuinely excited for me - just a very genuine and honest guy. I saw a new Fusion online at a very reasonable price. When we got there, Jeff took care of us right away. He let us go on a test drive on our own because we had the kids. That was a nice touch. Once we arrived back, he answered any questions we had about the car itself. He then proceeded to explain all the incentives that Ford offered and was able to get us 0% financing. Jeff make us feel comfortable throughout the whole process and answered all our questions thoroughly. Being that this was our very first new car purchase, the process was quick and efficient. While waiting for financing paperwork to be completed, he made us comfortable in their waiting area and kept us updated on the progress. I saw a truck on Auto-Trader and stopped at Rodman Ford to look at it. I had just moved from Ohio to Rhode Island 4 months ago, so I had no knowledge of the dealerships in the area. Demetri met me by the truck and we were off on a test drive in no time. As I had just started looking, Demetri was very understanding and did not push me to make an immediate decision. I looked at some trucks at other dealers over the next two days and also stopped back at Rodman to compare what I had seen elsewhere to the truck I finally bought. At the same time I was comparing employees and sales tactics at all of the dealerships I visited. I decided that the folks at Rodman were completely different and I wanted to do business with them. Stephen and Bill reviewed my old truck and came back with a very reasonable trade-in offer (another dealer offered me 57% of what Rodman offered). George and Sheryl did some work to get me an unbelievable interest rate for a 2014 used vehicle, worked out a very good and affordable extended warranty program, kept my payments reasonable, and sealed the deal. Bill went over the new truck with me and had everything we discussed fixed before I picked it up. Tricia Jarvis was very helpful in getting all of my insurance and other documentation in order and getting the new truck sent to Rhode Island to be registered and pick up the plates. The other employees at Rodman that I did not deal with directly were all friendly, too. Very good experience and I will tell anyone interested in shopping for a new or "new-to-them" vehicle to check out the experience of actually shopping for a vehicle instead of having a salesman try to force you into a knee-jerk decision. I had just left another dealership, I was unhappy to say the least. I pulled into Rodman ford and i was looking around when David approached me and simply said if you have any questions I am here for you. He didnt follow me around and try to sell me something, he waited. I finally told Dave what I wanted. how much I wanted to pay and how much I wanted for my trade. Dave took me inside he wanted to sit and talk and I figured ok, here's the part where he will try to sell me crap. Nope, Dave asked How i was and if i had family. we talked about the bruins for a minute. Wow!!! Then he says well let me find out what we can do for you he took my car keys said I will bring them right back. I figured well nows where they hold my car hostage. 10 minutes later Dave comes back and says "ok so do we have a deal " I asked what's the price and trade value. Dave gave me everything i asked for with NO problems. Dave was upfront and honest about everything. I was waiting for the hidden fees but they never came !!! Rodman has hired a honest truthful car salesmen!!! Not sure how! I can tell you i have bought 6 cars and never ever would i go back to the same dealer until Now. I would actually go back and I will tell everyone about Dave at Rodman ford in foxboro is great!!! I can't believe that everything has been smooth. Demetri has a background a customer service and it showed in his approach. He was very friendly and helpful with my question. Upon my initial visit with Demetri, I took a test drive of a pre-owned Buick Verano and then went over numbers with him. It was at this point that I realized that the car was perhaps a bit more than I could actually afford. So unfortunately, I did not make a purchase at that time. Part of the issue was due to having to roll a portion of a prior auto loanHowever, Demetri had not forgotten about my interest and had contacted me with other offers until we finally were able to agree to an price and loan arrangement that allowed me to rollover the existing loan, yet still manage a payment I could afford. I was also able to get an excellent interest rate on the load. In the end, I ended up with a car that I;m am extremely happy with and feel grateful to own and that is entirely a result of Demetri's personable nature and persistence in trying to get me the car I want at a price I could manage. If not for his persistence and attentiveness to my needs, I would not be the owner of this great car. So Im thankful to have work with Demetri and would be more than happy to work with him and Rodman Ford again in any future purchases.

Took a ride, just to look at the new Escape, ended up buying it, so refreshing to have honest salespeople who were so helpful..We were on a mission to look at all the dealerships and cars out there, but found the salespeople to helpful and sincere, we were back the same day, cannot believe we bought the only car we looked at, we had no idea what features it had, drove it, liked it, liked the people, done!!! I found the car I was interested in online and I must add at an unbelievable price! After doing my HW expected something not to be right and went for curiosity, not thinking I would buy that evening. Ended up exceeding my expectations, buying the vehicle that night and feeling like I made new friends! It's a 45 min. ride for me and I fully intend to continue servicing my vehicle with them because of their "lifetime" power train warranty and because I feel I can trust them to accommodate the needs of the car! Rodman was awesome to me with the purchase of my 2015 Escape. I couldn't ask for more but boy does Ford motor company stink. Ford made me wait almost 1 month for the delivery of my vehicle!! By the time the vehicle arrived, I had broken my leg and couldn't even drive my new vehicle. They could of pulled it on the end of a rope and had the vehicle here sooner. I can't tell you how wonderful Vinnie and David were. Couldn't do enough for me. They kept me calm and offered me the world. I had almost cancelled my sale because the Ford motor Company kept me hanging so long. Well, I have just received my new vehicle, finally, and I'm as happy as a clam but just wish I could drive it. David was wonderful and he delivered my vehicle to me. Thank God because I can't drive yet. The Ford Motor Company should put their tails between their legs in shame for the long wait and be xxxx happy they had Rodman Ford to keep this deal together. I had never been to Rodman or many dealerships before them, honestly only two before Rodman. Before I even got into the building someone (David) greeted us with a smile and asked if we needed help. I was probably cranky & short with him, since I don't like getting attacked before I even get in the door. I was pleasantly surprised by the low-key attitude and no-pressure questions asked of me. We left that day with no car, but said we would come back. I had other salesmen calling me from other dealerships, offering to lower a car price but I didn't budge. I waited for the opportunity to go back to Rodman to get the car I wanted from David. When I returned it was almost 4 months later and I was still welcomed with a smile, and he actually remembered us. I purchased a 2006 escape with 75,000 mi and bought an extended service warranty. The car had several issues that the warranty covered with not one issue from the service advisors, the advisors could,nt be any more pleasant and understanding. At 102,000 mi the engine had a major problem that the warranty would not cover. We owed 2 yrs of payments left on the loan and could not afford the cost of the repair. I received a call from Craig Rodman after several weeks trying to resolve the issue. He explained the situation and he and his brother Curt wanted to step in and help make this situation a good experience for our family ,which has been a real hardship being down a vehicle. They stepped up and we're able to get us into a brand new lease vehicle and could,nt be any happier of the outcome. You never hear good stories like this ,and never happens to us. I would buy another new or used vehicle from Rodman hands down,First class operation.

Caitlin did an excellent job of matching my needs to a car that was in stock. She covered the details of the car well and addressed my concerns during the buying process. I was happy to find out that she ahd taken notice of some of my concerns. When I bought the car it needed a couple of additional repairs that were not completed when I first saw the car. When I cam again to pick it up I found that the repairs had been made and even the windshield wipers had been replaced. On December 12 I came to terms that I finally needed to upgrade from a Jeep Patriot to a Ford Transit for work. I train dogs and needed more cargo space for kennels and equipment, the Jeep just wasn't cutting it. I shopped around online and got a few quotes for exactly what I needed, and went to Rodman with a number in my head that I knew I could get at a dealer further away. Demetri Dababna sat down with me right away and was more than helpful. He got all the info he needed from me, had my Jeep looked at for a trade in, and asked for the price I had in my mind. I told him what I could get at a different dealer, and he came back in minutes and had done a little better, so I happily agreed. Throughout the whole process, Demetri and other staff members have been very helpful, friendly, and a pleasure to do business with. Not even a week later I am still in touch with work that needs to be added to my van, and they are still as helpful and friendly as they were before I had actually purchased the vehicle. Other dealers I have gone through in the past blow you off after they make the sale because their pockets have already been filled. My experience at Rodman Ford in Foxboro has been the complete opposite. I highly recommend this dealership, especially if other sales staff are as helpful as Demetri. As for the Transit van itself, I am 100% satisfied with my purchase. For anyone who uses a cargo van for work right now, I highly recommend you head down and upgrade to the new Transit before you lose more value on your existing vehicle. It rides 150% better than other vans I have used and is great for gas considering its size. Easily getting over 20 mpg on average.

I have owned eight Fords and have always been drawn to the brand. We owned a 04 Sport Trac, which we had had from new, and an 07 Explorer, which we purchased a year ago. We loved both vehicles but decided, ahead of a move to Florida, that we only need one SUV/Truck type vehicle. A recent Popular Mechanic wrote an excellent review on the Ford Flex, so we decided to try and find a reasonably priced 2014 model online. Rodman Ford had exactly the model and color we were looking for, at an excellent price. Their internet sales desk was helpful and confirmed the vehicle was still available, so we arranged to test drive the Flex the next day. They also confirmed they would take both of our vehicles in part exchange. At the dealership we were helped by Caitlin. She is young but she is without doubt the best car salesperson we have ever dealt with. She is helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and not in the slightest bit pushy. She got the sale without ever making us feel manipulated or coerced. The finance guy did push a service plan but was also very courtesy and not at all pushy. We got a fair price for our two vehicles and the entire experience was refreshing, enjoyable and successful. We would strongly recommend Rodman Ford in general, and Caitlin in particular. Incidentally we love our Flex.

Even the next day, John contacted me to be sure everything was going ok with registration, ect. I bought a used 2013 Ford C Max SEL Hybrid, initially I took a test drive with Jeff, but when I returned to make a deal, I had the experience to work with John Kourafas. With John, I was able to trade in two gas guzzlers that were hurting my wallet for this hybrid! They gave me a fair trade in value and they were able to really work with me when it came to financing. I was prepared to settle for an older car with higher miles, but I am very satisfied that we worked the numbers for me for this car. It has only been a few days, but I have already gone hundreds of miles on the same tank. Although Rodman Ford provided a lifetime powertrain warranty, I also opted for the extended Ford warranty that they rolled into my monthly payments. I'm very happy with this car and I am very happy with this dealership. I'd highly recommend Rodman Ford to anyone in the market for new or used car.

I was looking for a Ford Escape and on several occasions when I did my research, Rodman Ford came up as having some on their lot. At the end of October of this year my husband and I went there and sure enough, they has two available. Dave Moniz helped us through the process of the test drives to the final paperwork and he did a great job. He's a no pressure sales man but was always able to answer any questions or concerns we had. After the sale he followed up with me and continued to help me address issues I had (the factory jack was missing and he got one for me; a delay of insurance information). I drove to Rodman Ford to look at a used 2013 Fusion I had seen online. I worked with Diane, who was friendly and helpful. The problems started with the car itself. It was priced $800 above Blue Book value, even though the car was covered in scratches and scuffs. The paint on my 17 year old Toyota was in better shape. I brought this up as a bargaining point, only to be told their used car prices were "pre-negotiated".At this point, the shady sales manager came into the picture. After some back and forth, he agreed to discount the car $500 and ran me some payments. But the numbers didn't add up.You see, I had told Mr. Shady Sales Manager (whose name I do not recall) that my bank had pre-approved me for 4.5% interest. He "accidentally" ran my payments at 5.9% interest to try and make back the discount he had given me with an inflated interest rate.When I pointed this out, They tried to claim the interest had "auto-populated" a higher rate. At this point things started to unravel, and after a few more minutes of back and forth I left.Like I said, Diane was friendly and easy to work with. But her sales manager's dishonesty cost them a sale, and any future business from my friends and family.

It was such a wonderful experience that when we received a phone call from Ms. Diane Carter asking us if we might be interested in trading in our Ford Escape for another vehicle, we thought we would listen to what they had to say. After discussing our options with Ms. Carter and Mr. Vinny Celeste, we made the decision to make a trade for a newer vehicle. Rodman Ford should be VERY pleased to have such a talented and committed sales team. They kept us informed through the entire process to make this decision an easy one for us to make. When talking to Ms. Carter and Mr. Celeste you get the feeling your talking to REAL people who have an interest in YOU and are vested in what their company stands for and how it benefits their customers. The gentleman who explained our financing was also very helpful answering our questions, making sure we understood our options before we signed the papers. Rodman Fords no-stress approach/process was excellent! I went in with my boxing gloves on thinking their would be a "haggling" match that would last 12 rounds...and I was completely wrong! I have bought many, many cars during my lifetime ( since I have been around since the dinosaurs), and this was actually the first truly pleasant process. I will 100% buy from them again if they have the vehicle I want...without a doubt! Truthfully, even if they did not have the car of my dreams, I probably would ask them if they could locate it! It took about an hour to pick the car and agree on terms. Although it seems quick, I got a GREAT deal! I went in educated with all the local deals and new my numbers in advance. Easy-peasy! My wife and I had been in the process of looking for a new or used vehicle (we weren't too picky, just looking for a safety upgrade) since we found out she was pregnant. We had visited several places during the day without avail and decided to hop into Rodman on the way home. We went in with little expectations. We were initially greeted by salesman Russ Hicks who couldn't have been nicer. He went throughout his new and used inventory with us on the computer to ensure he had a suitable car for our needs. Upon seeing a few that we liked, we proceeded to test drive the selected vehicles. Russ joined us in the cars and did a fantastic job explaining the intricasies of each vehicle we drove, he had obviously done his homework. We ended up deciding on the VW Jetta we had saw and moved into the purchasing point of the process. The financial respresentative (his name escapes me) didn't want to work with us on the payments/price and had an attitude that could fill the room in a hurry. Regardless of the negative experience with the bank department, we left with our new (pre-owned) vehicle happy with the overall experience due to Russ going out of his way. I've spoken with several friends lately who are looking to purchase vehicles and told them they must go see Russ, which i suggest you do also.

Just purchased 2 vehicles from Rodman Ford after working with sales rep Rob Brown, who is also the Asst. Commercial Vehicle Manager. Rob spent many hours working with us selecting the types of vehicles we needed (one for towing a trailer and one for around town use). The experience was excellent start to finish. There was zero sales pressure, and Rob helped us tremendously in selecting and finding the exact vehicles for our needs. One was on the Rodman lot, and the other Rob located at another dealer. Rodman and Rob's policy of an open negotiation (knowing invoice costs, dealer holdbacks, etc.) made the price discussions very satisfying. We knew we were getting a very fair price for both vehicles. Once the vehicles were in and prepped, Rob walked us through the vehicle features (which all dealers do, of course) in a patient and friendly manner. Top notch experience overall, and I highly recommend Rodman Ford and Rob Brown in particular if you are in the market.

I recently bought a 2010 Ford Fusion from Rodman and am glad to turn into a Ford guy. My first car, a Hyundai, was totaled after a nasty snowstorm sent me off the road. Looking to stay in the Hyundai family, I either couldn't find the right deal for me or had a terrible experience at a dealership. So, I broadened my outlook and after a talk with a mechanic friend decided to check out Ford. My first stop was Rodman and the quality of people blew me away. Most car dealerships say they have a relaxed atmosphere and are just lying through their teeth, but at Rodman I felt comfortable right away. There was no pressure what so ever. I went back a few times to check out different cars and every time I asked for the same guy, Dmitri. He was so personable and was very candid about the entire car buying process. He even goes to other dealerships to learn how not to act. Never any pressure, I even told his manager that I came back because of the great customer service of Dmitri and manager Blake. Now? I'm glad I'm a Ford guy.

I was in the market for a 2012 Ford Escape. I'd recently found one at a different dealer only to learn it had been sold and they hadn't gotten around to getting if off their website. (Sleazy). That didn't happen with Rodman. I called ahead and went to see a specific car they advertised. I met Rob Brown who was happy to show it to me. He could see my interest and asked enough questions to know I had researched the product. In the middle of our going over the car, Rob asked "I've got an idea. Would you be willing to look at another escape I know of?" I smelled the old 'bait n' switch' but reluctantly said ok. Rob brought out a 2012 escape, fairly loaded, with 14,000 less miles than the one I went there to see. It had been so recently detailed, the rugs were still wet! I was a fairly easy sell. Rob explained the car had been turned in from a lease the previous day. It was not even on their website yet. They had yet to take any pictures of it. Rob had just seen it that morning and felt it was a great car for anyone in the Escape market. Rob worked with me on the price and when I insisted on an inspection from my mechanic, Rob drove the car there himself for it to be checked out. Super service. Well done Rodman Ford. Congratulations Rob Brown on winning my business and introducing me to Rodman.

The 2010 Ford Edge that I bought out from the lease had served me well and I wanted to give it to my daughter and buy a new 2014 for myself. I was very much appreciative how willing they were to cater to my needs. I didnt get to see the truck I was purchasing until the day I had to sign the papers because I had certain demands I needed in a new truck but I was beyond impressed when I finally got to see the vehicle. The kind of people you enjoy doing business with. The sale rep I dealt with was Caitlin Kennedy-Correa, if I could bold her name in this review I would. She NAILED the truck I wanted, was beyond helpful and made buying a new vehicle the pleasant/exciting experience it really should be. Caitlin would have spent all day going through the fancy pants features in the new vehicle I just purchased if I asked her. Her willingness to assist me with any question I had, even weeks after I bought the truck speaks volumes of her dedication to her customers and excellence. I have bought a couple new cars in past 3-5 years (this new truck not being the most expensive - from another Ford, Nissan, etc.) and what really impresses me is the dedicated to service after I signed the dotted line. I couldnt be more grateful. The dealership has a full service garage and a lot of unexpected extras. The dealership itself is great, the staff (service area everything) is better and Caitlin is the best. Highly recommended.

Rob Brown is my salesman, he listened to all of my wants and needs and with that information he reccomended the truck he thought would work best for me. He was very upfront with everything, when he could not do something he told me straight out and when he could do something he did it. When I had to give up my GEO Tracker in 2011, I began the search to find my next love. Since they stopped making Trackers in 1996, I knew it was going to be painstaking trying to find the perfect "me" car. So, while I searched, I bought a 1992 Toyota from my brother in law. After many months and many rude salespeople, I can proudly say that I found my perfect "me" car and a great buying experience at Rodman Ford. I had been looking at Mazda 2's and Hyundai Accents in the color green but gave up when I was treated with total disrespect at a Mazda dealership. I put my car buying on hold until I saw a green Ford Fiesta posted on Cars.com located a Rodman Ford. I was hesitant when I went in for the appointment on 06/02/2014 thinking that within 2 hours I would once again be walking back to my car without a purchase and all stressed out. But, I had the pleasure of meeting a salesman named Rob Brown. I had the BEST experience! Rob took time to answer all my questions, stupid and not and finding out the answers to the ones he was unsure. Rob made me feel comfortable. He acclimated me to the car prior to the test drive and got me a BETTER price than I offered. The whole buying experience at this dealership was positive. When I picked up my "new to me" car with the FULL tank of gas, Rob spent time with me once again to go over the mechanical stuff so I would feel comfortable on my ride back to Boston telling me that if I had any issues or questions I was to call him. A further delay was due to my auto insurance company being closed on Wednesday afternoons (which was unknown to me at the time) causing a day's delay in acquiring the car. That being said, I want to emphasize that neither of these delays was Rob Brown's fault. Rob went out of his way to make sure I got the Fiesta as soon as the paper work was complete by bringing the Fiesta directly to my home. I am very pleased with Rob's efforts to make me a happy customer.

My time was wasted. I was looking for a particular 2014 Ford Transit XL. The incentives were very good. The price was somewhat okay. I was ready to buy. I was told that the vehicle is in transit and would take 3 weeks to arrive. I said, "OK". At the end of the 3rd week, the salesman told me any day now. It should be here in a couple of days so we go down to the dealership to fill out the loan application. When we are done, I was standing around for a long time not knowing why. We were not offered coffee or did we feel comfortable. Even the sales manager lacked the sales finesse skills. After about an hour, we approached the sales manager and he informed us that the vehicle we were waiting 3 weeks for and was suppose to be there in a couple of days, will take another month. He showed us proof on the pc. It was in Maryland which is 400 miles away. Why would it take a month to get the vehicle here. I shopped around and this was the worse experience. I found the perfect vehicle at 1000 dollars less than Rodman's best price.

I couldn't have asked to be treated better. I just purchased my 2nd vehicle from Rodman, and once again I was treated with respect and everyone I encountered was fantastic!!! Russ Hicks, was the salesman, he went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and pleased with my vehicle. He made sure that once I chose the vehicle I was happy with my choice, and actually offered to allow me to test other vehicles just to make sure I didn't have buyers regret. I added a lot of accessories to the truck and Russ made sure he kept in daily contact with me to let me know they were on schedule to deliver on the date promised. He was pleasant, professional and most of all, he didn't pressure me. When it came to picking out the custom parts to my new truck and Phil Hunt also went out of his way to help me. He even came out to the vehicle with me with samples of leather to make sure I was making the right color choice. He walked me over to the sample accessories I had picked on the floor to make sure he had the order perfect. I also worked with Sonny Comperchio who was the desk manager the day I originally came to look at the truck. I actually have never felt more comfortable and relaxed at a dealership, especially when the desk manager walks over. There was one day during the time that I was waiting for delivery when Russ was off, and Sonny actually called me to keep me posted. Finally I worked with Blake Gardner in finance, I had come to the dealership with a pre-approved loan from another company and Blake asked permission to see if he could get me a better finance rate. He worked hard at it but to my amazement, he was able to drop the original rate I received from the other company by 7%. I went into the finance office and was dreading that part of the purchase, but Blake made me feel comfortable and once again did not put pressure on me to add anything additional to my loan. I would recommend if you are going to buy a vehicle, new or used, Rodman Ford is the place to go and Russ is the salesman you want to see!!!

Before my husband and I purchased our car from your dealership, we had spent a few days hunting for the right one. I drove a Ford Escape, an older model, and loved it, so we came to your dealership to look at the Fords. I can honestly say that it was the FIRST time we actually felt comfortable. Our sales consultant, Caitlin Kennedy-Correa, really listened to our wants and needs and steered us (no pun intended) toward the right choice. She was so respectful and attentive, and actually made the buying experience very pleasant and personal. Now granted, her main purpose there is to sell cars for you. From the moment my wife and I walked in the door, Craig Rodman greeted us and explained to Patti and I that Rodman Ford was ready to earn our business. He then passed us on to Kaitlin K. - Kaitlin was very attentive and friendly and took care of all my buying concerns. I originally planned on buying a new Ford Focus and Kaitlin showed us the different models and let us test drive a few to get a feel for the differences. After several trips and much research, I noticed a very nice, low mileage, used 2012 Ford Fusion SEL Sedan on rodmancarsandtrucks.com. On our way in to make a buying decision, I mentioned the Fusion to Kaitlin and asked if I could test drive it just to satisfy my own curiosity about the next higher class of car. I have a rather long highway commute every day and comfort mattered too. Even though we had a rough experience with the recall Rodman Ford was their for their customer. Your service department was outstanding in keeping my wife informed as to what was transpiring. Last week, I purchased the 2014 Explorer from Rodman as you well know. In all the years I have been purchasing cars, never have I met a salesman as professional and as nice as Evan Fogel. The most important thing that stood out was he was not the least pushy, he explained everything from front to back and was more than courtesy. Mr.. Fogel is a credit to the Rodman family and an employee whom I feel is outstanding. I am president and owner of Nabson Inc. and we have cars that we purchase and lease and there is no doubt in my mind when the cars come up for replacement the first person I will think of is Evan Fogel at Rodman Ford. I was in the market to trade my 2006 Mountaineer and stopped into Rodman. I met Deb Jonasson who was absolutely professional, honest and caring about my needs. She gave me several options based on my budget. I shopped around at other dealers (historically I have been an Imperial customer) and put together a detailed spreadsheet to compare all offers. I called Deb with some questions and she answered my questions quickly. After reviewing all options I went back to Rodman and test drove the Explorer Base model with Deb. Honestly, I wasnt happy with the vehicle options, so I asked to drive the XLT. Yes it was almost $8k more, which I did not want to spend but what a beautiful vehicle. I was sold on it. Deb & Brian Cutlip helped me figure out how to keep my payments in the range they needed to be. Brian was very fair on my trade. He was not bullish and took the time to explain his thought process which alot of managers do not do. I appreciated his time and courtesy. After the purchase, Deb spent the time with me to go over all the vehicle options and gave me a training on the touch system which I really appreciated.Ive bought alot of vehicles and being in sales myself I appreciate being treated fairly and not being forced into a car. I have an X Plan price so the deal is pre negotiated on the new purchse. I received the car value for my trade in from the tool on Roadmans website. I was told teh value was 13,500-16,500. My husband brought it in for a trade estimate, waited 1 hour and was offered 10,000. When I emailed the sales rep, I was told if I can get a better trade I should pursue it.I emailed the sales manager Mark Goldberg and he said they would work with us. Since then no follow up. Botton line, they had the car we wanted,at the price we wanted, but their service and follow up is horrible!

SALES PERSON(Mark Golberg) would not give us a deal it was Presidents weekend and thought if we were to buy a car we would get a decent deal. I started to look at used cars but realized it would be smarter to buy knew.I wanted this particular car.But left the showroom the first day when they pulled some intrest rate from nowhere.We could not make a deal.The next day I get a call from someone in some office telling me she couldnt sleep at night if she couldnt make us happy,pleading that we come back. So we go back and make a deal for a 5% interst rate down from 7% when we got to the finance mngr. office the intrest rate went back to 6% and ended up being the same monthly payment it had been from the begining.I dont know why I went and did the deal, I think I was buffoled! Also the stares we were getting from the other staff because I felt I wasnt being fairly treated and voiced my opinion was uncomfortable to say the least.If I could take the car back I would. I could have gone to alot of Ford dealers, (Herb Chambers)I should have. Rodman was In the area and when I showed them some of the quoets I got Rodman lead me to belive they would be able to come close to the quoets I got (Stonham Ford). I like the car. It was the car I wanted but I let them take advantage of us. (Ford Fiesta sfs 20011) $17.900.00. ($330.00) a month.(72)months.

I had been shopping around for a new F-150 for about a week and initially had no plan to visit Rodman Ford. I had to work nearby and by chance looked online and noticed that Rodman had a truck I was interested in. I requested an internet price and within 30 min Shaun in internet sales called me. I informed him that I did not have a lot of time and that I was looking to trade in my high mileage F-150. He was very helpful over the phone so I took the shot and tried Rodman. Like many others, I have always approached the car buying experience with a great deal of hesitation, skepticism and angst. My recent experience at Rodman Ford has made me reconsider my preconceptions. Our salesperson, Roman, was extremely helpful, patient, and respectful of the fact we were considering all manufacturers/options. At no point was he pushy or disparaging of other dealers/manufacturers. He allowed us the freedom to experience the test drive without all the sales-speak. My wife's employer is part of Ford's Partner Purchase Program, which allowed for a smooth, haggle-free negotiation. And, unlike some dealers, the purchase and sale docs were straight-forward and clearly defined. I was also very happy with the trade-in allowance as initially presented, again removing any need for needless haggling and nickel and diming.The rest of the dealership staff that we encountered was very friendly and helpful, and they all took the time to talk to my 2 year-old daughter as she ran around the showroom. That may seem like a small gesture, but to me is a glimpse into the type of people Rodman employs. My wife and I felt very comfortable with the whole process, and everyone we met was great. I would like to add that we have been taking our cars to Rodman's Mobile 1 service center for the past year or so, and Dennis and his team are top notch. Again, they are very friendly, respectful, and attentive.

Tyrone was outstanding. I would recommend him to my family and friends should they be in the market for a Ford. The only area I wasn't 100% pleased with was the financing department. I went to Rodman at 2:00 pm that the afternoon. After looking around and test driving cars, I had my paperwork completed by 4:00 pm, however at 5:00 pm I was asked if I could come back in an hour and a half. Just prior to being asked to come back, Tyrone showed me the preliminary figures and we both noticed that it didn't include my trade in. I also noticed that the sunroof was more than I has anticipated spending so I asked that it be removed. I was concerned that there was a problem and asked Tyrone, but he said there wasn't. The financing department was just a little behind. While I was there, I only saw one other customer so I was surprised that they were behind. I came back at 6:45 pm, however Brian came out to tell me Jeff wasn't ready yet and would be with me shortly. At 7:00 pm we went to Jeff's office, but it took another hour and half to get through the paperwork. Both my husband and son just bought cars from Rodman within the last year and they were done in about 2 1/2 hours. I know it takes time to purchase a vehicle, however I thought that it took much longer than it should have.

I had been to a few dealers before I ended up at Rodman and found the whole experience to be friendly and sincere. I intially spoke with Jean Dickson on the phone a few months ago and she is honestly the reason I came in after revewing your website. When I came in on saturday it was with the expectation that it would be my first visit and that I would have to make one or two more trips in order to actually make up my mind and purchase my Fusion. Every employee we encountered was pleasant and kind and my sales person Holly was exceptional. Holly was patient, informative and really made the overall process very easy and painless for me. Other dealers I have visited were pushy, mouthy, rude and just wanted to me hurry up and buy... but Holly ensured I had exactly what I wanted and seemed genuinely concerned with making sure I was fully informed and had everything I needed and wanted in the car. I came in looking for a Ford Taurus LTD AWD. I met Roman a month ago and drove the car. It was great! I explained to Roman that I was one month away from purchasing a car and I had several cars to look at before a final decision. The Manager and Roman gave me a price that was more than fair. After I left I looked at the VW CC / Acura TL AWD / Venza AWD / Maxima and Subaru. All good cars but I was most impressed with the Taurus because of fit and finish and features and my experience with Rodman Ford was superb no games. Other dealers would not give me a price because I was not ready to buy a car yet. Shame on them!!!!! When I returned to Rodman Ford Roman greated me but the manager was no longer there. Mike Wagner one of the managers already new of the situation jumped right in and a few minutes later I was an owner of a new car. What makes this experience different is that this is the first american car I have owned in over 25 years and Rodman Ford was a no hassle truly excellent experience. I can not recommend this dealership high enough. Great experience, professional, pricing quick and fair and everyone was great to work with.

I called in from having seen results of an internet search leading me to a particular Ford pickup w/lo miles. I negotiated a fair price over the phone and went in to test drive and buy the vehicle. I was introduced to Sean, who was very friendly and knowledgable. I should have been in and out in 90 minutes, but there was confusion over how to print paperwork, get autocheck, etc. The Finance Mgr. was covering or maybe is permanent, either way he was very unfamiliar with that location's system. I was there almost four hours. I liked everyone I met, it seems they have a new management team, so I'll chalk it up to growing pains. I'd recommend them to a friend based on the quality of vehicle and value, the most important concerns to me when buying a used auto.

Sean listened to our reasons for buying and concerns for safety, gas mileage, and price. He asked questions to see what would be good for us and what we WANTED. He recommended a car which we did not realize had 4 or 6 cylinders. We are very happy with the new-used car.We had some issues with insurance and Ken was extremely helpful in getting us to the right people. It worked out great.

I purchased a 2010 Ford F150 crew cab Great truck! the honesty and service cant be matched at Rodman! I shopped at Jack Madden they would not budge on the price I then went to Boch new to you the devious sales tactics and super high pressure pushed me away . Rodman won hands down! My wife loves he 2008 Ford Edge also purchased from Rodman in June of 2010. We wont be back for a while but we will be back.

Ken was extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He was very efficient in identifying the best vehicle for me as well as finding a payment option that was agreeable. Ken was very versed in both the features of the vehicles as well as the financing options associated with them. I am employed by a company that offers Ford X-Plan and Ken was able to integrate the x-plan offers into the transaction seamlessly. This is the second I or someone close to me has purchased a vehicle from Ken and Rodman Ford. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a vehicle.

Mike worked with us a number of visits. We test drove 4 or 5 vehicles. We started with new to used and back to new. He was patient and very friendly. We were trading in a 2006 vehicle. There was no high pressure sales, no let me run this through my manager and get back to you. Our last dealership kept us negotiating for over four hours. If you noticed we didn't go back to them. After the long wait we felt taken advantage of. Rodman Ford was so different. Wished all car buying could be this easy.

This dealer tries hard but they use old style technique and not really like a lot of the other dealerships, I was not going to buy here, but ended up going for it and have been happy. I bought a car in the spring and am still happy. The person that answers the phone I think her name is Kathy was really nice, that for one made me decide to go in and meet the sales person, and my sales person Chis was very thorough and new all about my car. I was about to buy at another dealership and I actually paid a little more ($50) at Rodman than another dealer but it was the people that work their that I made my decision to buy at Rodman, it was because of them.

My overall experience dealing with Rodman Ford/Lincoln/Mercury was exceptional. The salesman, Roman Khitrik, was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. He researched finding me the exact car I wanted. The price of the car beat two other local Lincoln/Mercury dealers for which I was very pleased. Dealing with Roman and the price of the car made me decide to purchase the car from Rodman. All of my dealings with your dealership and Roman went right on schedule and I was able to drive away in my new Lincoln MKS very happy. They were very nice and helpful. We were able to test drive the car without anyone else in the car. Not once while we were at thedealership or when we came back the next day to look at the car, were we pressured by the salespeople to buy the car. After we purchased the car, they explained how SYNC works and helped set it up. They also gave a great price.

I cannot recommend Rodman enough. Mike Wagner is the anti-car salesman. That is not meant as much of a knock against car salesmen as it is a testament to Mike. He doesnt play games and gets things done as quickly and efficiently as possible. Ive now purchase two cars through Mike and will continue to do so in the future. Ive recommended him to friends and family that are looking to get into new or used vehicles. He is great!!

This was my second purchase from Rodman Ford in approximately 6 weeks. The purchase of my 2010 Edge Ltd was so pleasurable, returning for my 2010 F150 Raptor was a no brainer. The entire staff at Rodman Ford treated me like family. Their facility is laid out nicely and is very clean. All of the sales staff are great. During my vists, they would chat with even though there were not my sales person. My sales person, Roman, was great to work with. The price was the only thing worth going to this dealership, they have poor customer service. Justin never returns a call, neither does Ken L. Curtis is very rude on the phone when you attempt to resolve something. I traded in and purchased a vehicle, the deal was made w/ the trade in and purchase. I drove the car home and they were registering the vehicle for me and I would pick up the next day. Before i left to 5pick up the car, Justin called to say I had to pay an additional $1500.00 due to them not noticing on my title the day before that the trade in was a reconstructed vehicle. I told him that they should have done their job the day before because the deal was made and final. He said if i don't pay the $1500 then they were not going to register my car and I would have to return the new one. I was so mad. I bargained with them so i ended up paying $1000 but only because i wanted my new car. I have since made a complaint to Ford, and Rodman. Thats when I dealt w/ Curtis. He will never win an award for Customer Service, he is so rude and kept putting me on hold. I am now planning on bringing them to small claims court to get my $1000 back. why should i have to pay more because they didn't do their job rite. A deal is a deal and the reneged on the deal. Terrible experience.

We found the car we wanted using the Ford inventory search tool. This directed us to Rodman Ford. We then contacted them by phone by asking for a sales person. We were forwarded to Rod Semple, he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and all the rebate and incentive programs. We were able to put the car on hold over the phone and setup an appointment to test drive the car and discuss pricing. Rod was very helpful in this process and helped us to make get the car we really wanted.Thanks to the whole Rodman team they were all professional and made purchasing our new Mustang easy.

Rodman's staff worked with me to provide me with the information I needed so I could make the right decision both in my vehicle choice and financial option.I have purchased other new vehilces (Chevrolet and Toyota) and my experiences with past dealerships left me feeling that purchasing a new vehilce is just not pleasant. WHen I decided that Ford was the make I wanted to purchase, I had visited Rodman to begin my research. Because of the "low pressure" (actually no pressure at all), I had returned to Rodman two more times and purchased my Edge on the 3rd visit.I really enjoyed working with the sales team. I was very happy with Mr. Semple as my salesman. He answered all of my questions and provided me with enough information so that I felt very comfortable purchasing my Ford Focus. Upon picking up the car, Mr. Semple set up the Sync to work with my cell phone and set up my Ford customer account. He also helped me in taking care of an issue with my other Ford vehicle. I am very happy with the customer service of Rodman Ford.

Debbie was great. She made the experience painless. I liked that she wasn't working on commission so she didn't have any interest in keeping the price up. She was great on the pick up day - showing me how to sync my phone. When I went back for the registration, it was there waiting for me. Inspection was quick and easy.

I'm not really certain as to what you want here. We rated Rodman Ford as we did because we were pleased with the buying experience. We did not rate the quality of work because we haven't had any work done on our new car yet. They are installing heated seats and mud flaps for us and I can only assume at this time, based on the rest of our experience, that all will be well.

After receiving my new to me vehicle there were a few issues that concerned me. A service appointment was scheduled and all issues were corrected without delay at no additional cost to me! Friendly, knew the car well, great price and service as of one visit. I visited other dealers and got less than friendley experience. The salespersons also did not fully know the car. James at Rodman's to his credit did. The lady salesperson that gave us coffee was also very helpful even though we were not her customer. So far I have high regards for this dealership and its owner Curt who extended the first offer online and the online personel who followed up on my info request.

I am still amazed at the wonderful experience I had dealing with Rodman Ford. I originally went there to check out a used Escape that they had on their website. When I got there it turned out that it had been sold the previous day. They then found for me an '04 Dodge Durango which I test drove and found to be less than perfect. I was assured that I wouldn't be sold a bad vehicle and a few days later I received a phone call from Ryan who told me that they would not sell me the Durango because it did not meet Rodman standards. What kind of car dealer practices this kind of honesty???? They then found for me an '03 Ford Explorer which I test drove and loved. The price was significantly out of my range, but they bent over backwards to get the price down to what I had told them I was willing to pay. They didn't try to hassle me, they didn't try to con me with flattery or flashy sales tricks, they didn't try to get me into a vehicle of lesser quality or price. They worked very hard for me and in the end, they gave me significantly more on my trade than originally discussed, reduced the price of the Explorer, and I ended up driving away with a beautiful truck that I am absolutely thrilled with. I can't say enough about this dealership. There was never any of the typical car dealer trickery, the vibe was positive the entire time. Every single person I dealt with, from Ryan and Jean and Mike the salespeople, to Mike Wagner the Manager, to the guys at Mobil One who inspected my truck, every one of them exhibited honesty, integrity, and patience. What more can I say. This dealership is almost an hour from my home, but I will go there again in a heartbeat. Five stars across the board. Go there. Buy from them. No one else could possibly do a better job.
