My wife and I recently purchased a vehicle from Ron Tonkin Gran Turismo. We had the pleasure of working with Ron Gilchrist as our sales & Finance Specialist. Ron and the whole staff at Gran Turismo could not have made our buying experience any more enjoyable. From the very beginning of the process Ron was extremely professional and helpful in finding our family the perfect vehicle and the right financing. Ron made the experience for us easy and enjoyable from start to finish. We just wanted to say thank you for providing a family friendly atmosphere, and a great overall car buying experience.

From the first contact with Steve Wintermantel on the phone (we live in Seattle) to the time we took delivery it was a great experience. This dealership treats you like family. The car was ready when we arrived, clean and a full tank of gas. There is always a concern when you are dealing with a purchase from out of town. Rest assured this should not be a concern with this dealership.

I had a tremendous buying experience with Ron Tonkin Grand Tourismo and Steve Wintemantel (Maserati Sales Manager) I traded in one car and purchased two used cars from RTGT. From my first phone call Steve was up front , friendly , and transparent regarding pricing. He came in on his day off to drive us to various Tonkin dealerships around Portland looking at different cars.It was obvious he was trying to find the car(s) that would be best for us , not the one they would make the most money on. After the sale , Steve arranged a month of storage for my new Porsche , took care of its air pollution certification, arranged for licensing, and even picked me up at the airport. Talk about above and beyond the call!It's clear that Steve is an outstanding sales person. But what is also obvious is it is the overarching philosophy of Ron Tonkin Gran Tourismo to support and provide this type of exceptional customer service. I highly recommend RTGT

Great dealership all around. Honest, straightforward and professional. Ron Gilchrist was wonderful. Worked hard to get me a great deal on a used Porsche Panamera, which I love. I found the car and dealership on the internet, and we did the transaction via e-mail, including negotiating the trade-in of my car. When I drove down to Portland to see the Porsche and trade in my car, everything was exactly as represented and promised. And, as an added bonus, Ron gave me a tour of their Ferrari garage and showroom, and let me sit in a stunning Ferrari 450 Spyder. Wow. If I could afford a Ferrari, this is the only place I would buy it. Great experience all around!Mike Walter

Here are just a few reasons why buying my car from Ron Gilchrist at Gran Turismo was an enjoyable buying experience. a) Ron called back when he told me b) work a price we where both happy about c) followed through with all my question d) stayed after work on a Sat. night to load the car into a transporter e) let me know the next day the car was on its way and when to expect it f) called to make sure the car got here and was in good conditionI couldn't ask for anybody to take more interest in me as a customer than Ron has.

We had been working with Ron for a few months. We had the deal all done. When we got there we actually chose a different vehicle. He was very knowledgeable, patient and nice. It was really nice to deal only with him not 3 other people line other dealerships. We would definitely use their dealership again.

I purchased my 2012 Maserati Granturismo Sport from Tonkin in Portland and it was the best buying experience I have ever participated in. Lance Sholes is one of the nicest, most sincere, genuine, accommodative, knowledgeable sales people you'll ever meet and I highly recommend both he and his store. I love my car! No buyers remorse and truly the best car I've ever driven - Period. A word of caution; don't buy the Maserati if getting stared at and complimented all the time bothers you or makes you uncomfortable.

I purchased a used 2012 Audi A6 from Gran Turismo through Lance Sholes last week. I rarely follow up with a review but felt compelled to do so after the excellent experience I had. Before I get to my experience I have to say I've read the other reviews and mine was very similar. I live in Seattle so I contacted Lance first through email and then by phone as I found the car online. The first time I called Lance I had a few questions about the car and was not ready to purchase. He answered my questions and let me know he was available anytime to answer other questions. After doing further research I realized this car had all the features I was looking for so I called Lance again and he and I worked out a very competitive deal in a short period. I apprecated that there was no going back and forth between Lance and a manager to finalize this deal. Unfortunately, when I came down to pick up the car my financing, which I told Lance would be complete, was not complete. Lance seamlessly worked through this issue and didn't make it a hassle for me....no additional cost to me. In the end, my high-end car buying experience went better than expected. I am thoroughly satisfied with this car as it continues to exceed my expectations. I look forward to working with Lance in the near future as my 16 year old boy is in need of a good used car.

Lance Sholes, who I spoke to on the phone at Ron Tonkin Gran Turismo, picked me up at the train station. He was warm, friendly and low-key as we talked about Ferraris in general. I went there to look at a 360 that I saw advertised on their website. After taking it for an enjoyable drive with Lance, I lost interest in that particular car. Lance was considerate and patient and listened to what I had to say and respected my opinion and made me feel comfortable with my decision. I looked at a 308 that had just come in on a trade-in. The Ferrari was a low-mileage car in great condition. I impulsively bought it and felt very comfortable with Lance and the dealership. Im still very happy with the car. Its everything that Lance Sholes said it was. What also impressed me about Lance and the dealership was that part of the sales agreement was for them to ship the car to me in Seattle without charge. They were going to pick up another car on the same trip. When there was a change in their scheduling, they made the trip just to bring up my car. They didnt try to charge me for the delivery. Their word was good. I would highly recommend seeing Lance Sholes at Ron Tonkin. I enjoyed the experience of buying a car from him and give him my best wishes.

In today's environment, purchasing a new or used automobile can be an extremely stressful experience, particularly on-line using the Internet. At times we might be confronted with locating our dream vehicle several hundred or thousands of miles away, which requires us to fly to it's location in order to be able to touch, feel and see the vehicle we're purchasing. In most cases, homes and automobiles are our single largest purchases, so it's a big deal to most of us. Upon conversing back and forth, both by email and telephone, it didn't take long to discover and get a "Feel" for who I was dealing with. Lance Sholes of Ron Tonkin Gran Turismo in Portland, Oregon is a car buyers dream come true. Being a retired banker who dealt with a number of dealerships, both in flooring and customer financing, I developed an understanding of the "character" of the business, which in a number of cases turned out to be extremely disappointing. Not so with Lance Sholes at Ron Tonkin Gran Turismo. Yes, he looked out for the best interests of the dealership, but at the same time he looked out for me as well and I really appreciated that. He guided me in the right direction throughout the process, establishing a sense of "Honesty, Integrity and Character," which well represented the dealership.He was also no stick in the mud either. Lance allowed his personality to show through and wasn't afraid to engage in witty little exchanges, which made him very likeable. When Lance and I started negotiating a deal, I couldn't help but to break into laughing and I knew he was working in an area of being more than fair with the price. I told him I was waiting to hear from a dealership down in Costa Mesa, California on a offer I submitted to them and Lance was agreeable with that. After putting down a deposit on the car with Lance, I heard from the dealership in Costa Mesa accepting my offer..... It was a perfectly matched vehicle to the one at Ron Tonkin's only a one year newer model with about 5,000 less miles on it... I asked myself, anyone in there right mind would tell Lance at Ron Tonkin Gran Turismo I found a better deal on a one year newer model with less mileage for only $750.00 more.... For me, IT DIDN'T MATTER.... Because I trusted Lance, respected Lance and had confidence in Lance, I didn't pull out of the deal.... Why? Honesty, Character and Integrity. That's worth far more than a couple of grand..... I hope to meet Lance Sholes and the staff at Ron Tonkin Gran Turismo someday, just so Lance could buy me lunch.... (Other than at McDonald's or Burger King) Other than being a painful 652 miles north of where I reside, I would purchase another vehicle from Ron Tonkin's in a heartbeat. Thank you Lance and all the staff that made my buying experience a pleasurable one..

Today I bought a 2010 Pre-Owned Lexus IS250 at the Ron Tonkin Gran Turismo dealership. Being primarily a Ferrari / Maserati dealership (America's oldest) it can be a little intimidating (but a LOT of fun) to walk in and be surrounded by $200K+ cars. That said I was there to buy a used car in an average price range (of which they had several QUALITY vehicles at a great value). Lance Sholes was the Sales Representative that took care of me and he was honest about a couple of flaws in the vehicle (which he had fixed immediately), was low pressure, and in no way acted like I was any different than a customer that flew his private plane up from Los Angeles to buy a Ferrari (and yes there was a gentleman in that day doing just that!). I also told Lance what I wanted to pay and that I did not want to haggle. He "got it" and after I gave him my number, he checked with his manager, came back and shook my hand. I felt like I got a deal and I hope he didn't feel low-balled. I have purchased 10+ cars in my lifetime and this BY FAR was the best buying experience I have ever had. I credit Lance and Ron Tonkin Gran Turismo for this premium experience. I highly recommend it - and don't be put off by the Ferraris -- in fact come in and take a look up close... They let you do that!

We have been looking for a Ford Thunderbird for several months. We found a 2004 Thunderbird with lower mileage at Ron Tonkin Gran Turismo. We feel we got a very fair deal on the car and we really appreciated the very low pressure approach allowing us to take our time making a purchase decision. We dealt with Lance who was great to deal with. When we made a decision to buy Lance prepared the paperwork in advance making the purchase very quick and simple.We had a geat experience with the purchase and are very happy with the car!

I happened to see online that RTGT had pretty much the exact car that I had been looking for for quite some time. It was my first time at the dealer and Larry happened to be there. He showed me the car that I was looking for, but unfortunately the car had a flat battery and needed a oil change. Larry said that everything would be ready by the end of the Monday business day. After a jump start and a quick test drive, I knew that this was the car for me. Larry and his boss worked out a deal that was reasonable and since Monday I have been enjoying my new car. Larry has been great with the after sales services. I am looking forward to being a repeat customer of RTGT, especially at their new location in Wilsonville!

When is buying a used car not like buying a used car? When you buy it from Larry Zemliak at Ron Tonkin Gran Turismo. I purchased the car on eBay sight unseen from across the country based largely upon the reputation of the dealership. After buying the car, my first contact was with Larry Zemliak, the used car sales manager. Larry could not have been more pleasant and helpful in that first conversation, and that helpfulness continued throughout the process.I had planned on driving the car back to the East Coast, but when my plans changed Larry arranged shipping at a very reasonable cost with a reputable company. He also provided updates as things progressed. After a one week journey, the car arrived in perfect condition and was exactly as described. Buying a 40 year-old car without first inspecting it is always a risky proposition. I took a leap of faith and was not disappointed. Larry Zemliak and Gran Turismo exceeded my expectations every step of the way.

My experience with RTGT was the finest I have ever had with a car dealership. For this dealership, my used car purchase would be considered low end- But I don't believe I would have been treated with more respect, attentiveness and accommodation had I been buying a top of the line Ferrari. The staff- Larry in particular- was very helpfuland professional. I confirmed the price was below KBB; I requested an online application and received not only the application but a response in less than 3 hours. I emailed Larry that I was on my way to the dealership- when I arrived he was bring my car "up front". We immediately went for a test drive, Larry patiently answering every question I threw at him knowledgeably. We returned to the showroom and I was instantly offered a beverage. In record time I had the paperwork signed (and explained in great detail all along)and was on my way, literally in less than an hour after I had arrived. After a quick trip to DEQ I was back and the plates were in the mail. In a word- painless. I would highly recommend Ron Tonkin Gran Turismo to anyone looking to buy a car. Professional, accommodating, attentive and helpful. Very pleasant experience.

I was incontact with Larry via email for about a week prior to my purchaseas I was coming in from out of state. Upon arrival at the dealership I found the cars i was interested in out and ready for my inspection and test drive. The transaction wwas quick with it taking only 3 hours to complete.

Larry was very easy and pleasant to work with. We live in Illinois and once we agreed on a price, my wife and I flew out to see the car and Larry. Larry picked us up at the airport and took us back to our hotel. He did not "hassel" me through the process from first seeing the car on line to buying the car a few months later. About my latest transaction at Ron Tonkin Gran Turismo with Larry Zemliak For a second car transaction at Ron Tonkin Gran Turismo/Portland, I could not have a better man than the one who helped me for the first one, Larry Zemliak. When several months ago, Larry and I completed the purchase of the 2012 Maserati Gran Turismo, I let him know that I will be back with the intention of purchasing a Ferrari. After a few questions to "picture" the car, Larry knew which car I was thinking about. During the following months, we both were talking about the new models coming up and my thoughts about the FF as well as the F12 Berlinetta, and even if Ferrari had stopped manufacturing the 599 last year, I really liked the 599 GTB Fiorano, because I am more into the "classic " Pininfarina style. So I told Larry that if ever he happened to hear about a 599 GTB Fiorano red outside and white inside, he should let me know ASAP. One month later, Larry had followed up and he emailed me pictures of a 599 Fiorano that just got in the shop, exactly the description I made of it . He showed me the car, I liked it a lot, I took very little time to make my mind, and here I am with the car of my dreams, thanks to Larry once again. Larry is the man who will find you the car of your dreams. Larry could not make a better day in my life at this moment! He is the quiet man who listens to you very carefully, and with a few questions, he will know who you are to suggest the best car in your life, and he will get it for you. His knowledge is endless about Ferraris and Maseratis. What else do you want when you go buy the car of your dreams at Ron Tonkin Gran Turismo..? The answer is: Larry Zemliak! Greg and Larry of Ron Tonkin Gran Turismo are GREAT! I drove down to the dealership and test drove a 2011 BMW. I drove back home and decided to purchase the vehicle. I called Larry and Greg and they said that they would get the loan application started and drive the vehicle to our house in Longview, Washington when the loan was approved. Several hours later they were on their to Longview. When they arrived they had the car and loan papers in hand. The signing took about fifteen to twenty minutes. I was looking to buy another 2008 Mustang Bullitt, but I couldn't find the right one near my home in Southern California. Ron Tonkin Gran Turismo had one that looked very nice in the pictures they had posted on eBay. However, I was more than a little concerned about flying from San Diego to Portland to pick up a car that I hadn't seen in person, relying only on the posted pictures. Larry Zemliak answered all of my questions and concerns over the phone and by email, and was the most responsive Sales Manager I have ever worked with in purchasing many cars over many, many years. Larry assured me that the car was beautiful, but if I didn't think the car was as described when I came to pick it up, he would refund my deposit. Larry sent all of the paperwork to me via UPS, with a UPS return envelope enclosed, so we could expedite the paperwork in advance of me picking the car up. My Son and I flew from San Diego to Portland to complete the purchase, and were picked up at the Portland airport by Larry as soon as our flight arrived around 9:15am. By 10:10am we were on our way home to San Diego, driving the 2008 Bullitt, after doing a walk around and test drive of the car, completing the final signatures on the paperwork, and paying for the car. The car was immaculate, as described by Larry, and it ran flawlessly on the 1,100 mile drive home from Portland. As we were leaving the dealership, I asked Larry if we were missing something in the paperwork, because this was the easiest and quickest car buying experience I have ever had. I would absolutely not hesitate to recommend the dealership and Larry to anyone, nor would I hesitate for a moment to purchase another vehicle from Larry. He truly exemplifies the words "customer service".

Ron Tonkin Gran Turismo and Greg Theis made the impossible possible for me. I never imagined that I would buy an auto off the internet sight unseen. I called Greg Theis after seeing the offer and photos on the internet and he answered all questions with utmost honesty and clarity. Even after I had purchased this beautiful car for a very fair price I had more questions and each time Greg would take the time and answer all of my questions with patience and reassurance. Larry put the car on the autotransport to California and I was awe struck when it was off loaded. I strongly recommend Ron Tonkin and the team at this stellar company. You will not go wrong. Jacob was very helpful throughout the whole process. He explained all the paperwork as we were going through the signing, pointed out specific things throughout the documents. He also pointed out specific things about the car - i.e. how to open the trunk. Made the whole experience what it should be with very little stress.

We took delivery on the MB SLK280 and Wow, it turned out to be beautiful and even better than we expected and what a fun car. Larry Zemliak made everything go so smooth, he took care of all the paperwork and shipping and made this by far the easiest auto purchase I have ever had in 30 plus years of buying cars. I would definitely use Ron Tonkin Gran Turismo again for a car purchase and would recommend them to anyone. I used their past reviews as my guide and was not disappointed. Purchased car sight unseen on ebay, so was naturally a little nervous about the process.Larry, the sales manager at RTGT, was excellent in all respects. His communication was expedient and detailed, and the purchase couldn't have gone smoother (except I tried to arrange my own shipping, which was a disaster -- Larry was later able to arrange shipping with no problems).The vehicle was delivered as promised, and was immaculate, exactly as was shown on the photos.I could not have been more satisfied with the customer service I received from Larry and his staff at RTGT.

The dealership is on a beautiful property....its a special place to buy a car. Jacob was very pleasant, easy to work with and he made sure I understood the whole deal. I came to this dealership to look at a car I saw advertised on Cars.com, but it turned out that car didnt have features I was looking for. Jacob showed me another Mini Cooper on the lot that matched what I was looking for, and I liked the looks of it even better than the one I had seen online! The the car I purchased is exactly what I wanted! I am very happy with the deal we agreed on, and would certainly recommend my friends to work with Jacob at Ron Tonkin Grand Turismo!

I purchased a previously driven Mini Cooper S on EBAY Motors and because this was my first experience with buying on-line, I was concerned for a variety of reasons. I was told that there were 3 months still remained on the factory warranty and elected not to purchase, or even consider an extended service warranty DUE TO THE FACT I WAS ADVISED THE WARRANTY STILL EXISTED! I found shortly after that this dealership did not know that my warranty was expiring 8 days from the date of purchase. As a result, I was denied service warranty extension AND this dealership then refused to offer me warranty sales for my car based on the fact the time had lapsed to purchase. It should be noted this time lapsed as a result of this dealerships inability or unwillingness to assit me in a purchase, stating it really was out of their hands. Larry was kind and nice, but his knowledge about this particular vehicle was demonstrated in his failed attempts to know this car and it's factory service issues. If you don't know the product, don't sell it and make claims that it's both covered and offered. Had I known this was the case, I would have purchased another car. They provided me with information about what my options were reduced, but in fact sold me the car based on incorrect information. THEY SHOULD HAVE OFFERED ME THEIR EXTENDED WARRANTY at the time they realized their mistake. But elected to just let me fend for myself. I am still without a warranty. I would have purchased or at least considered purchasing their warranty had I known this to have been a fact. As a note the Mini key holds many useful pieces of information and a buyer who purchases from a Mini Dealership will realize these helpful pieces of information. It would behoove this dealership to shake hands with dealers who can provide them correct, accurate information and then embark in the on-line world of auto purchasing! Caveat emptor!

Last week I received my used Mercedes SLK55 and could not be more pleased!!I made this purchase online and being 2200 miles away I was dependent on the reliability of the salesperson. Jacob Goudy of Ron Tonkin Gran Turismo is an excellent representative of the dealership. His description of my car was complete and every amenity was included in the detailed listing of the car. I know when I am ready to make another purchase it will be with this same compapny.

I have purchased over 28 new and used autos and trucks in the last 30 years. I research very carefully, Kelly Blue Book, dealership reputation and history. I purchased a 2009 Used Mini Cooper from Ron Tonkin Gran Turismo located in Portland, Oregon. At 64, I respect courtesy, professionalism, quality, and truth in vehicle condition, as well as pricing. If one did not look at mileage, you would think the car was brand new. It was a pleasure doing business with Jacob and Larry, and the entire dealership. If you are looking for a new or used automobile, do yourself a favor and check out Ron Tokin Gran Turismo, either on the web, or in person. I was very pleased with the sales experience that Larry Zemliak, at Ron Tonkin Gran Turismo, provided for. It began with a thoughtful, yet direct, inquiry about my 2007 MINI Cooper S that I was selling and ended with a reasonable offer to purchase it. Larry even followed up our phone call with a professional email confirming the offer contingent on a visual inspection.Even though we had scheduled the inspection for later in the week, when I called to inquire whether they could perform it soonerand have all the paperwork pre-prepared and ready to execute the transactionthey readily agreed and made all arrangements. When I arrived, the dealership environment was not as I had expected: professional, perhaps even laid back, comfortable, engaging, and patient. Justin had all the paperwork ready for my signature; Larry showed up immediately afterward to inspect the vehicle; the whole process only took about fifteen minutes. During the transaction Larry treated me with respect and professional courtesy. It was a very pleasant experience.I would highly recommend anyone selling a premium used vehicle to visit Larry and his staff at Ron Tonkin Gran Turismo: a fair price, professional courtesy, and friendly and warm environment. I couldn't have asked for more.

Exceptional, by far the best car buying expierience I have ever had. Even though I was buying an used car from a dealership that normally sells cars for ten times what I paid for mine, they treated me like I was first class. No hassel, no BS, Jacob went above and beyond to get the deal done and made me one happy car owner. 10 out of 10. I will definitely recommend to everyone I know who is in the market for an used car, or a new one, to check Ron Tonkin Gran Turismo first, you wont regret it.

I conduct extensive research prior to making a purchase decision, and Jacob was extremely knowledgeable about BMWs in general and was intimately familiar with the features of the particular vehicle in question. Ron Tonkin Gran Tourismo is known for exotic, high-end vehicles, and their staff is obviously passionate about fine automobiles. Jacob handled my entire transaction, and the process was smooth, informative, accomodating, and fast. Price negotiations were quick and satisfying, and Jacob helped me get better financing terms than I was able to acheive with my credit union. The BMW 545i that I purchased was in immaculate condition and I am thoroughly pleased with this particular vehicle as well as the way I was treated by the folks at Ron Tonkin Gran Tourismo. I highly recommend them.

My wife and I both felt extremely fortunate to have Larry Zemliak step in to help with our recent car purchase. In 40 years of buying cars - I have not met someone who left no question that he was here to help get me the best deal possible but also clearly had the best interests of Ron Tonkin at heart. We could also tell that Larry truly believes in the products he sells which gave us great comfort that we were not only getting a good deal but also a car we will enjoy for many years to come. Both of us were impressed with Larry's knowledge of cars in general and his expertise on the Acura we ultimately wound up purchasing. Acura is considered a luxury line of vehicles but we were pleasantly surprised by the high quality of your team. Larry took a tremendous amount of time with us explaining the car both before we purchased and also after we purchased. His willingness to personally deliver the car to our home and walk through the mountain of paperwork clearly and efficiently was way beyond what we have come to expect from car salesmen. As for financing - we virtually had to do nothing and yet came out with exactly the financing we were hoping for. Overall we both agree that we will always call on Larry first to help us with our future car purchases. He has simply set the bar too high for quality of service which we will measure all future transaction against.

We bought a used 2008 Dodge Charger SRT8 SuperBee from this dealership. The car was exactly as described. All of the people we dealt with were really friendly and helpful. We love it!! They were very easy to work with, no pressure at all. It was a really good experience. Would do business with again!!

I must admit that purchasing a car, with only pictures, and the description from the dealer, from 2401 miles away (the distance google says it is between Franklin, TN, and Portland, OR)takes trust, trust, and more trust. Larry Zemliak, at Ron Tonkin Gran Turismo provided the trust that my level of courage required.The check was sent, the car shipped, and 10 days later, it arrived in Franklin. The driver at Advanced Auto Transport delivered the car within a block of my house.I hear it rains all the time in OR, but it gets cold here in TN. Our overall experience with Ron Tonkin was excellent. The low pressure salesman was absolutely a delight to work with. We will buy from Ron Tonkin in the future and I have referred several people to Larry Zemliak already. My experience with car dealers up to this point has been less than satisfying so I appreciate knowing that I have a place to go to in a couple of years that will make my buying experience easy.

I truly enjoyed working with Jacob on my Volvo S80 purchase. He provided all the information I requested and worked for me to get the best deal possible. I gave this rating because even though I called from North Pole Ak I was treated as if I was right there on the showroom floor. The logistics of my purchase were a little bit complicated as I was not personnaly able to see the car myself. I had family in Seattle drive down on a sunday to look at the car. As sunday was the only day available for family Mr.Zemliak volunteered to show the car on his day off. He was very comunicative and I did not feel pressured at all. And I mean NOT at all. This was the absolutly best car buying experience I have ever had. Given the exotic nature of the cars sold there, buying an 04 BMW M3 from Ron Tonkin felt like I was buying the lowest model with the least amount of features at say the Kia dealer! But I was treated, and so was my family, as if I was buying the most expensive Ferrari available! I was able to come to my decision to buy the car on my own terms with no pressure. The next time im in the market for a semi exotic vehicle I will look up Ron Tonkin. And the first time Im in the market for an exotic vehicle I will look them up as well!

Larry at Ron Tonkin was great to work with. Very honest. Quality of my used car was exceptional. The web site was very informative and accurately represented the car with many useful photos and videos. Signing the paperwork was a breeze, no hassle, no fees; just sign, give them some money then drive home a fantastic car. Larry met me at the airport, took me over to the dealership out for a test drive, took care of the paperwork and I was on my way home in just over an hour. Obviously some things were taken care of the day before and even then they were fast and thorough in working with my bank to get everything in order. Larry was very calm and clear with directions during the test drive and provided very timely guidance to navigate in an unfamiliar town. He was not distracting and allowed me to focus on the car as necessary during the drive. In every aspect it was the most pleasant used car purchase I have ever made.

My deal could not have gone smoother. From the start we agreed quickly on a great price, Larry could not have been more professional and curteous, he even picked me up at the airport! I just had to fly in to inspect the truck and sign the papers. The Jeep was even nicer in person than the online pictures. There were no suprises and the staff could not have been more helpfull. I've purchased many cars and don't usualy look forward to buying from a dealer, this was a unique experience for me. I got the destinct impression that this was just the way they do business at Tonkin GT. I would highly recommend Larry Zemliak and the team at RTGT. Thanks again Larry. This dealership offers beautiful cars, with a variety of manufacturers and price ranges. The show room floor is magnificent with the Ferrari and Maserati cars on display. Looking for our dream truck and finding it here F150 King Ranch, I had contacted Jacob through the internet. A surprise for my husband I showed up unannounced to the dealership; Jacob was spectacular. The team working with Jacob was friendly and responsive providing the trade in information, etc., as well. The process for applying for financing, trade in, to driving the surprise for my husband off the lot was a grand experience. Having purchased at least two new and approximately six used vehicles from dealerships to date, this was the best dealer experience! Im not expecting to purchase another vehicle in the near future, but I will look forward to the drive to this dealership if the need arises. I had not expected that I would be purchasing a vehicle in my lifetime, at a Ferrari dealership! How fun is that. Thank you Jacob Goudy!

Bought the car off of ebay. Everything was described as clear as I believe it should have been. Larry was a great help in making the transaction as easy as possible.He also addressed a concern I had once the car was delivered. He continues to be in touch long after the sale. The best car buying experiences I've ever had. The salesperson was friendly, candid, patient, helpful, responsive. The car was in great condition and had a full service history at this dealership. There was no need whatsoever to negotiate. He gave me an offer that was reasonable and fair and exactly what I would have offered. For an expensive, not-your-typical car, the experience was very straightforward and a pleasure. Highly, highly recommended.

From the moment I walked into Gran Turismo dealership a few weeks before my purchase I was treated respectfully and in a professional, friendly no-pressure way. My saleman, Larry, was delightful before, during and after my test drive in a pre-owned Porsche 911 Carrera on their lot. I learned about the dealership by doing an EBay search for Porsche 911's. When I told him I would think about it and then later that I had a couple of concerns he still treated me with patience and respect, again with zero pressure to buy. After thinking about the car for a few weeks I called him with an offer. He responded within 15-20 minutes and we had a deal. Larry even came in on his off day to help me complete the sale. I discovered we have a mutual interest in music and I'm sure we will see each other again socially. How many car salemen would you want to spend time with after a sale?Larry is a "class act" of a guy and I am thrilled to do business with him and Gran Turismo and would have no hesitation to buy from him/them again.The finance guy who helped me wrap up the deal was named Jacob and besides his knowledge of financing he provided me with very helpful information on tracking my Porsche and driving techniques. He is a great guy, professional and sharp.I give Gran Turismo my very highest recommendation.
