After a bad experience at a different dealership, I went to Ron Westphal and was immediately assisted and treated like a human being. I already knew what car I wanted and the service team of Mike and Shaun were great. I knew exactly what I wanted with my new car and I had to stay on budget, Mike Wiley worked with me to get me the car I wanted within my budget. When my car came in, Mike made sure that my initial system settings and services were activated and that I knew how to use them properly along with a lot of other groovy features that the car has. I love my car, and I really appreciate the efforts that were made by Mike to make sure that I got what I wanted. Ron Westphal was recommended to me and I recommend them to you. Throughout the entire process I met a lot of the staff and they were all very nice and helpful. Great team.

Shawn was super nice and helpful, didn't gave me the run down on the car I was super interested in, but we also explored other options; however he wasn't pushy about it whatsoever, which I greatly appreciated! Richard Graham was a great salesman. He was very friendly, knowledgable and very helpful with the purchase of a truck. Don was also very friendly and had a good sense of humor which took some of the stress off of purchasing a newer truck. Shaun was very easy going,knowledgable, and worked hard for me. I was shopping around for a pick up and not planning to purchase that day. But everybody is looking until you find the right deal. Shaun listened to what my needs and guided me to a candy apple red 2011 Chevy Silverado . It only had one owner and zero accidents . Drove smooth too. Shaun made me an offer I couldn't refuse and I drove off with the beauty. I would highly recommend Shaun and this facility . I will be sure to come to Shaun for my future vehicle after this . My husband and I where in desperate need of a new vehicle and our situation was a little diffrent we needed a 7 seater vehicle. Our only option was the traverse. We went in talked to Danny and left with a 2015 traverse that night. Woke up the next day with a bad feeling in my stomach like we did the wrong thing. After looking at everything financially we realized we made a mistake and need something with a smaller payment. After a couple days we walked out of the dealership with a 2012 Chevy traverse in our price range. Danny and the general manager bill did everything they could to make sure we where happy. I can say they where very helpful and I would recommend Danny to anyoneml.

My wife and I came in knowing which car we wanted. They gave us a great deal and beat the other dealership's price. The sales consultant we worked with was a nice guy and easy to work with. He was a straight shooter. The overall customer service we received was great - 5 stars. I only took off one star because we didn't get a great trade-in value. Below Kelley Blue Book. However, other than that, our experience here was great and we went home happy with our new car.

My experience from the time I called for an appointment to upgrade my SUV from a 2012 to a 2016. When I arrived I was greeted at the door by Richard Graham; within an instant our conversation went to what my wish list consisted of. Richard took note of what type of vehicle I was interested in and went to work to make it happen. I was able to get the 2016 pearl white Traverse with the must haves; "remote start, heated seats, sun-roof, tented windows, V-6, caption seats, third row seating and running boards." Did I mention that the truck had only eleven miles on it at the start of the test drive. I left there very well pleased in my 2016 truck.

I have been in the Aurora service center twice now, and each time I have been extremely happy with the service. On both occasions I dealt with Sergio. He is very professional and helpful. On my last visit, I had an issue with the battery. Our day was already packed full with softball, out of town family and a graduation party, and since my husband was at work all day, I requested a loaner to get me around all day. They didn't even bat an eye. I was told that the battery needed to be changed and that it we just missed the coverage on the mfg. warranty, however, they were able to figure something out and get it back to me free of charge. The service team went above and beyond my expectations!

I had made an appointment to have 3 issues addressed and took our car in to get the work done. Rick Kruze was my service adviser and he offered me a dealer loaner as they needed 3 hours or so to fix our vehicle. I received a 2015 Cruze LT with only 2,100 miles on it and that was pretty cool. They completed all of the work and even washed my car. I have purchased 4 new Chevys since 2007 but what keeps me coming back is their service department. The manager, Mike Frantzen, Rick Kruze, Dan Gargo, and the other team members simply understand customer service. I always feel taken care of. And no, I am not a paid endorser, just a satisfied customer. Thanks guys (and the new girl)!!

Ron Westphal Chevrolet was the fifth and last dealership that I visited. I had four bad experiences before coming here. Mike Wiley gave me wonderful service, was friendly and went out of his way to make sure I was able to stay in my budget. Some of the other dealerships in the area that I visited acted like they were doing me a favor by helping. Mike, Shaun and Joe are awesome and I would highly recommend them. All I have to say, they did not seem to be all that interested in making a sale. I was in a unique situation that had me stuck in a rental car and had to find a new set of wheels. I always had to call them, Danny never returned phone calls. Had been looking at multiple vehicles, new and used. Finally made a decision to purchase a truck that was inbound, they said they would call me when they had a better idea of build date, even offered to put me in a loaner until the new truck arrived to save costs on car rental.. I called twice to check status of the truck, first time I called a week later after confirming that I could make changes to the new truck, received a call 1 day later, second time, was told they would call me back, has now been over 6 weeks and never received that call back. Oh well, they have lost a customer, made it real easy, all they had to do was what they said they would and actually have the courtesy to return a phone call. Never mind the fact I purchased from this dealership back in 2008. They did a xxxx of a job to maintain a previous customer..NOT!

My husband and I came in to look at a Buick Enclave they had on their lot. Shaun came out, introduced himself and told us what he knew about the car. He was honest with us and told us he wasn't super familiar with that vehicle but found out any information we asked about. Shaun helped me out to find a new car. He helped me figure out my finances, he took his whole day to just make sure I would get financed, and be able to walk out with a vehicle. If it wasn't for him and is manager I would still be stuck with a really crappy car that isn't reliable. Shaun is a kind and friendly, and funny person, he genuienly cares about your needs and he is easy to get a long with. This was my first visit to the dealership. I needed service due to a factory recall. The friendly demeanor of multiple service staffers was impressive. I am in awe of what an extraordinary listener was Dan, who interviewed me upon arrival. He was working conscientiously at the computer while I babbled about my concerns. Yet he later showed that he heard every word I said. The operation was impressively efficient as a high number of vehicles was entering and being worked on when I arrived at 1:45 PM. When I returned two and a half hours later, Dan jumped to offer to fetch my car for me so I would not have to go out to find it. Additionally, I was impressed at how quiet the place had become, indicating that their extensive staff had dispatched a high volume of work efficiently. The work done on my car appeared to be a very comprehensive installation of multiple parts. Highly recommended..

I bought my Cruze from Ron Westphal in 2013. With it came a certain amount of free oil changes. I usually always change my own oil but I figured what the xxxx. I have had no problems when I brought it in the numerous times and things went pretty smoothly overall. I had my last free oil change done there about 3 months ago. My car had alerted me to change the oil so I bought the oil and a filter. Since I haven't dealt with this particular filter my boyfriend assisted me in the oil change. He got underneath the car and before even touching a tool he quickly told me the drain plug is stripped. It was completely rounded. I got underneath and also noticed this. We were able to get a new drain plug from Ron Westphal at GM. When my boyfriend went to take the bolt off, he told me he couldn't get it off. Now my car is at 0% oil life and I was getting upset. The next day I went into Ron Westphal Service Department and I never got the associate's name (he wasn't wearing a name badge) who helped me but he asked what I needed. I told him I needed help getting the stripped drain plug off. I explained that I have ONLY ever taken it to Ron Westphal to get it changed and it's completely stripped. From that moment he had an attitude and said, let me take a look and drove off. I went inside and waited about 5 minutes. He came back in and said "so what do you want to do?" I said "can you get it off and put the new one in?" He said, "so you want an oil change?" I said, "Will I have to pay?" He said, "yes". "I said I don't want to pay so no I don't want an oil change." Again he said, "so what do you want to do? Did you bring oil?" I said, "yes and a filter it's in the back seat." He said "so you want us to use that to change it?" I said "will it cost me anything?" He said "About 11 bucks." I said, "I don't want to pay anything, Do you think it is fair that I have only ever brought it here and it is stripped and now I have to pay money because of that?" He said "How do I know you didn't strip it?" Ignoring his extremely rude question, I said "I don't think I should have to pay so what other options are there?" He said, "we can take the old plug out and put the new plug in and you can drive it home" I said, "I don't want to drive it home with less oil than the recommended amount." He said "fine, what if we topped it off after we took the plug out" I said, "fine." He was extremely rude almost from the moment he greeted me and was very quick to place blame on me. My father has been a mechanic for 30 years, I know how to change oil and to be accused that it was my fault was so disrespectful!! I felt that because Ron Westphal stripped my plug they should have at the very least comped me the $11 and used the oil and filter I brought because of the fact that I had to drive out there because of their mistake. I have had family members come to buy cars here and I will be sure to tell them not to use the service department there. I won't be back at Ron Westphal which I'm sure will make the associate who "helped" me there very happy since he couldn't get me out of there quick enough.

The service department has always been great. This last experience just blew me away. There was a mishap in my schedule. Rick and Dan are always the best at squeezing me in. The repair was for one of the recalls and the one I had was a time consuming ordeal so, I told them that's ok it's my day off. When I got the call that my car was ready I saw that they repaired both recalls and was very grateful that I didn't have to make another appointment for the second recall. I'll always come back for any car repairs and maintenance as needed. Thanks again

I was just recently at Ron Westphal Chevy Dealership, and I had a great experience. We walked in the door and Brian greeted us. We told him that we were looking for a car, and he showed us around what we were looking for. This was my first time buying a car and I can honestly say that the next time I buy a car it will be from Brian. He was extremely helpful, honest, and kind. He knew his information and answered all of our questions. This whole process was quick and easy. After looking at different used cars we decided on a new 2014 Chevy Cruze. I figured that we would have to come back later that weekend and pick up the car when it was ready. Not here, Brian made sure that I was able to drive my car off the lot that day. He went back and got everything ready, and once he came back up to the front he took me step by step through everything on the car. This was all a little overwhelming because there was more on this car than I had imagined. He took his time and helped me get everything set up in the car such a syncing my phone and getting onstar working while answering all my questions along the way. He assured me that if any more questions came up that he was just a phone call away. There hasn't been any questions since I left the dealership, but Brian made a follow up call to make sure that I was enjoying my new car. Which I thought was great! This whole process was so easy and simple. I can thank Brian Crunican and the rest who helped make everything possible! I appreciate your fantastic customer service and help through everything!

Brian Crunican is THE salesman to go see the next time you need a new or used vehicle!! And Ron Westphal Chevrolet is where you can find him! From the moment I set foot on the lot, Brian was friendly, open, honest, and accommodating. He was also very knowledgeable, showing me the vehicle, answering all of my questions about it, offering a test drive, and even walking me through the trade-in process which I had inquired about. All of this, within about 15 minutes! It was then that I just knew I had to get my husband there to see how gorgeous this vehicle was! Which brings up another impressive thing about this whole transaction: Brian's very sincere offer to let me take the vehicle home to show my husband! I was too nervous to do this though, and since I live only minutes from the dealership, I quickly ran home, grabbed my husband and my boys and we all drove back to see my dream ride! Let me add that this was at 4:30 on Saturday afternoon and the dealership closed at 6:00. So I figured due to the time, we would just do the test drive, and then have to come back on Monday to actually make the purchase. The amazing team at Westphal however, knows what they're doing and were able to make things happen for me! It was an absolute piece of cake. After the test drive, there was a bit of paperwork, and then before I knew it, an hour and a half after walking in with my family, we were driving away in something that I had only ever dreamed possible! I couldn't stop smiling. And I owe it all to Brian Crunican, Joe in finance, and the rest of the Westphal team who worked to make this dream become my reality. Thank you so much!! On 6/20 I had 2 issues reviewed on my 2014 Sonic RS Sedan the one I wanted follow up on was the alleged repair of marks on the bumper possibly caused by rubbing by the trunk lid. I was told it was "Fixed" unfortunately on my part I did not physically check the area until later that day, the marks are still there plus I had white polishing compound residue on my trunk lid no where in the area of the bumper. I left a message on the Dealer Website contact area and I was contacted on 6/23 by someone who said they were the Service Manage where I shared my concern of my observation and I asked to know what exacty was "repaired" and done to my vehicle. That person said they would call my back. Well today is 6/28 and still no return call even though I also made contact with Chevrolet Customer Care specialist who seemed if they were going to contact the dealer too.This was first GM vehicle purchased in a long time. I am consisdering the purchased this fall and GM vehicles were under consideration.Hey SERVICE MANAGER OR DEALER GENERAL MANAGER please follow up and call me!

My wife and I went to test drive a 2002 Trailblazer LTZ with only 63,000 mi on it. We had been looking at higher mileage TB's with lower list prices, and this one was out of our price range. It was a very comfortable experience all together. I almost forgot Reta was trying to sell us a car! We told Reta that we liked the TB very much, but it was more than we were looking to spend on a tow vehicle only to be used on summer weekends. She went to GM Dan Schwebke, who came back with her and made us an offer we couldn't refuse. We made a handshake deal, and I returned 3 days later to sign the paperwork. It was by far the easiest car buying experience I've ever been a part of. Side note: I had a very bad experience two nights prior at Kingdom Chevy in Chicago, where they kept me hanging for an hour before even letting me drive the TB, then tried to sell it to me without disclosing that the odometer was rolled back 100,000 miles. Reta, Dan, Don, Emily, and Paul at Westphal restored my faith in Chevy.

Mike helped my find the type of car that suited my needs and budget. It took me a long time to finally buy a new car. I began visiting Danny Cardinal every time I brought my '99 olds in for an anti freeze top off. He showed me all the features of the 2014 Chevy Malibu. The most important to me were the power seats as I am short. I finally bought the car and I just love it. He went so far as to pick up and redeliver my new car for rust protection. All of my questions were answered about what switch does what. He took me for a test drive. He was very patient with me and had to go over a couple features more than once.Every person I spoke to at the dealership was extremely polite and went out of their way to help me. We were ready to downsize and came in with specific needs. Danny Cardinal and Dan Taylor did a wonderful job working within our budget. They selected cars that allowed us to save on our monthly budget and cars that would work for our expanding family. Danny took great care of us and even went as far as to replace the small plastic piece missing from the usb port. We will not forget the customer service that they gave us, remembering even the smallest details to make my husband happy. Wonderful job Danny and Dan! From the day of our initial visit Mike was very friendly and positive. He seemed genuine in his efforts to help us find the car we needed. He took his time to explain the Equinox from bumber to bumper. I appreciated the fact that he put no pressure on us to buy"now" or to call us at home.He understood that we had just started looking. I believe that if you give each client "all" the information for that car----if it is the right car for that client they will come back to purchase that car. I've never owned a Chevy vehicle before, so I was rather cautious when I visited Ron Westphal to look at the Chevy Spark. Salesman, Mike Watgen, came out and introduced himself after giving me a few minutes to look by myself; Mike provided alot of information about the vehicle, answering all my questions without hesitation. He was NOT aggressive with his "sales pitch", which was a major factor in my decision to purchase a Chevy vehicle. I had been to other dealers, which "bum-rushed" me as soon as I got out of my car. I ended up purchasing the Spark LT2, in Silver, which they didn't have in stock. Mike located one in Michigan. He then went to the trouble of going to Michigan and bringing the vehicle back himself. I would highly recommend anyone interested in purchasing a Chevy to go to Ron Westphal and request Mike to show you around and assist with your purchase.

I worked with an internet associate at Ron Westphal who mislead me on the options a particular pre-owned vehicle had (2013 Chrysler Town & Country) I actually had made a deal on another van like this one at a dealer near my house and killed that deal upon hearing this van had ALL the options I wanted and was the same price as the one I was buying locally. Ron Westphal is about an hour from my house and when I got there I was VERY disappointed the van was equipped the same as the one I was buying. The only reason I got my money back and came to RW was because this van allegedly had heated seats and factory remote start. It had neither of these options. Between Mike Wiley, Mike Kalsto and Bill Houlis I not only saved additional money on the van but they had the van equipped with after market remote start and heated seats and then delivered the van to my house the following Saturday morning. This, in my eyes, is WAY above and beyond customer service. My expectations were exceeded and I will not hesitate to contact them for my next vehicle.

I had gone into Ron Westphal Chevrolet simply to do some car shopping. This was going to be the first brand new, not-used car I had ever purchased, and I had just started searching. I went in there certain I was not going to buy a car, but that was until I had a chance to work with the sales staff at the dealer. I saw the car onsite. I later made a conditional offer below list price via telephone which was acceptable. I took the vehicle off premises to my mechanic. It checked out ok. Upon return the paperwork was already partially completed. No further price hassle. Deal was completed promptly. Danny Cardinal and staff were accomodating and efficient. Upon arriving at the dealership, I was immediately greeted by Danny who asked what I was interested in. He showed me the showroom model and not only gave me the facts about the car but a personal story about it, which I found I could relate to. I then worked with Gene, who showed me a few models outside and took me for a test drive. Gene was the one who I worked with to buy the car and he made the experience very easy and pain free. Don tied up the financial ends for me. All three gentlemen were extremely friendly and made me feel comfortable buying from this dealership. I have had poor experiences in the past with other Chevy dealerships, so I am very excited to establish a relationship with this one. After getting a call from Clarissa saying that you had received a 2014 Corvette Stingray that we would be able to test drive we came in the next day with the intention of placing an order but instead bought the model right off the showroom floor! The experience from the get-go was very positive. The salesman, Mike Wiley was really excited about this car and was very knowledgeable. He walked us through the build process online and was very upfront and honest about the timing for receipt of an ordered car. After some debate on our trade-in and price for the Corvette we were able to shake hands and make a deal on the showroom model but at no time did we feel pressured or "ping-ponged" between "managers". The process of actually "buying" the vehicle can be long and boring but it seemed to go quickly and painlessly without a bunch of "up-selling". Mike's delivery of the vehicle was very thorough (although there is so much on this car we will be going back for more). Honestly, I am not sure who was more excited, us or everyone at the dealership. The whole experience was FUN and the next time we are in the market for a vehicle this is where we would like to do business.

We stopped in the dealer to look at some used SUV's and after looking around for a few minutes we were approach by Bernard and asked us if we needed any more info that he would be glad to help. We talked a bit and gathered up a few prices on some of the vehicles from Bernard. Not at any given time was he a pushy salesman, just a nice guy trying to find us what we needed and trying to stay within our budget. We took a look around and had to leave to pick up the kids from school. That evening we visited 5 or 6 other dealers and could not find a suffice vehicle within our price range and decided to spend the next day looking. The next morning we stopped and looked at Ron Westphal again and also had seen Bernard was there. We ended up finding a BMW that was well within our budget and was the perfect car for us. Bernard let us take the car out for an extended test drive while we thought it over. Once we returned to the dealership, Bernard greeted us and asked what we thought of the car. We both agreed it was what we wanted and informed him what we had to spend. After a bit of negotiating, we came to an agreed price. Once we got to the paperwork, we noticed we were going to be late for an appointment and they quickly got us out of there and off in our new car. The whole experience from beginning to end was very pleasurable. Don Friedel, the sales manager had stepped in at the end to ok the transaction and was pleasant to work with. Of the many times we have spend working with dealers in the past, this was by far one of the best experiences we have had. Was a previous customer to Ron Westphal in 2012 when I had purchased a used 2010 Equinox but was looking for something a little more economical. Came in looking at the 2012/13 Sonics. Mike had shown me the 2012 LTZ model that I had taken for a test drive. I enjoyed the look of the LTZ, but wasn't completely impressed with a car with leather interior, knowing how hot the leather would get in the summer. I had then looked at the 2013 LT models, as my Equinox was also a LT as well. The features in the LT model were exactly what I was looking for including Chevrolet MyLink and Siri Eyes-Free integration with my iPhone 5. With the rebates taken in the 2013 model, I was paying roughly the same amount I would have paid for the LTZ model and had the power of owning my first new car. The entire staff of RW were incredibly helpful and I would highly recommend them as they have made me a customer for life.

Frank Avila is the single best salesperson I've EVER dealt with when looking for a new car. No pressure, willing to go the extra mile to do what he could to make the experience a pleasant one. I actually felt bad not buying a car from him (the one I was looking at was a GREAT price, just not the exact car I was looking for and there wasn't anything else he could do at the end of the model year). He didn't try to force me into buying that car or some other one that I wasn't looking for - he wanted me to have the right car at the right price for me and to give up a sale for that is something I won't forget. The next time I am looking for a Chevy - Westphal Chevrolet and Frank Avila will be my first stop. I came in the dealer ship to have service on my 2011 Equinox . We decided to look at the newer models while waiting, when Robert asked if, i would me interested in a 2013. I gave him my requirements in order to do this and he met all of them. He was very honest and very nice to both of us. I left my 2011 and drove out with my NEW 2013 Equinox. Scott was great to work with. We came to purchase a new vehicle which the dealership had in stock however when we came back to purchase it, it was sold. Scott worked to find us the exact same car. After trying for a couple of days could not find a match so we came in and just placed an order. A few days went by when Scott called and said that he did find an exact match but it was 250 miles away. He went and got the car for us a few days later. We were thrilled that he took a day to go get the car so we didn't have to wait the 4 - 6 weeks for the ordered one. Very happy with the service and will definitely recommend the car dealership to friends and family.

Dan, Here is a review you will not be posting on you website. I thought with the intenet the old days of buying a car with smoke and mirrors and palor tricks were gone. Your dealership has re-inforced that notion is still alive and kicking. We were in the market for either a traverese or tahoe. Once looking at the traverese, we realized it was not going to meet our needs so we turned to the tahoe. Don (who was friendly) showed us a tahoe that we liked. It was used, which was fine. He then turned it over to Frank and it went downhill from there. We asked how much the used tahoe was and he told us 41,000. Yet on the internet it was advertised for 38,000 WOW. We then told him we were interested in either purchaing a tahoe or leasing and wanted to see the numbers. The lease number he came back with (after being gone for 15 minutes to talk with his "manager") was on a pre-printed filer for $799 with no money down!. This was for a 2WD with just the standard basic options. We then stated that the chevy.com website adverstised the same vechile for $469 a month. After giving us a dirtly stare for 30 seconds he went on the website to verify. He fumbled around the website pretending not to know where it was (really? not familiar with the current deals offered throught chevy). He then went a way for another 15 minutes (I assume to talk to his manger again) and came back with another pre-printed form and said we could do the $469 with $5200 down. In talking beforehand with someone who leases all his vechiles, he stated that the monthly fee gos up or down about 30 dollars for every 1,000 you put down. So if I went with the no money down my payment should only be around 600, not the 799 I was quoted. I called another chevy dealership and talked numbers with him and he could do the $600 number. I mentioned what your dealership was trying to do and he laughed and said if he got me to sign a lease for $799 for a car with no luxuries on it he would win salesman of the month. Your website is filled with postive reviews, so if this is the way you do business then those reviewers must be paid to write positive reviews.

I gave this rating because there were a couple sales people that basically looked at us like they had no interest in helping us. I came in already preapproved with a blank check and Don Friedel did everything he could and got my wife and I a lower interest rate than I initially had. Mike Wiley is a great persond and he made us feel like we were welcomed. Mike is a "poster child" for great customer service. All employees who are in the customer service field can learn from Mike. He even helped us become famiiar with Onstar and other options that were available in the vehicle. Mike is definitely a guy who has a passion to help others and does not consider his job just a job. Again, I would come here and buy again. I have alreadt recommended this dealership to friends. I told them to go see Don Freidel or Mike Wiley.

We were so happy with the service we received from Mike Wiley and Don Friedel. They went above and beyond in helping with our vehicle purchase. They were able to do alot of the leg work prior to us coming in, as far as figuring out financing , trade in value, payments, etc. This made the car buying experience that much smoother. Best car buying experience I have had. Mike and Dan were awesome. First time I have been to a car dealer where the manager came right out and introduced himself and then let me just wander in and out of his office with my million and one questions. I was not even there to buy a car. I was there for moral support for someone else and then I spotted the Chevy Cruze and had to have it. Dan made sure that it was a smoothe transition moving from one lease to another. It couldn't have been any easier and fun. Yes, I said fun. I came in for an oil change and asked Rick in service who he'd recommend for a no pressure, no BS experience in new car sales. He recommended Scott O'Malley. Scott was laid back and listened to my concerns and questions. I felt no pressure during the experience. I did not intend to purchase a car that day, but the experience was great and the incentives were awesome. Don in Finance helped with some logistics and got me an excellent finance rate. I purchased my 2007 Impala from Ron Westphal Chevy and had nearly all of my service done there. Rick (in the service department) is always great to me. My experience at Ron Westphal Chevrolet was great. I went into the dealership knowing what I wanted to get. I had very specific requests for the car that I wanted. Brian Crunican was the most accommodating salesman I have ever dealt with at a car dealership. He listened to my requests and tried to find me the car that I wanted. When he couldn't come up with what I wanted within a 1000 mile radius, we started the ordering process. I must admit I was a bit anxious to get my car 2 weeks after placing the order. I would email Brian with questions and he would respond promptly and with sufficient information. When he didn't know the answer right away he would at least keep me updated until he found out the answer. When my car finally arrived I think that Brian was just as excited as I was! Everyone in the dealership from the manager to the finance guy to just the other salesmen were all so friendly and helpful. I am glad I chose Ron Westphal Chevrolet and would recommend the dealership to my friends and family! Thank you!

Bernard was very attentive and helpful. He asked a lot of great questions to make sure I was happy, and found the right vehicle for me. He was also very personable which made for great conversation. I was beyond disappointed. My husband and I went in to look at a truck. After taking it for a test drive we made an offer that was presented to the manager Don. It was accepted. They then informed us that the truck was sold to someone else right under our nose. We looked at two more sub-par trucks. We were told they would do whatever they could to get us a different vehicle. We found one that we liked but was 17k. I figured it wouldn't hurt to look. The manager Don came out to apologize. He told me he would give us a deal on anything. He said he had no attachment to any car. I asked how much of a deal? He replied with whatever we want. I told him I would take the 17k truck for 10k out the door. He said deal and shook my hand. As is customary in verbally finalizing a deal. After our test drive we came back to do paperwork. This is when Don and a different head manager Dan said they couldn't help us. There was no deal. I was unaware of the deceptive practices that this dealership is doing. The people should be ashamed of themselves. We are a nation built on handshakes as deals. They do not keep their word. I would never recommend this dealership.

We found that Ron Westphal Chevy was extremely family friendly. Mike Wiley was very nice and respectful to our young children. He showed us the waiting area that was comfortable for our children. When we finished with our transaction, Mike offered to buy our children some candy from the machine. They were very excited. As for the transaction, Mike gave my wife and I space when we needed time to discuss, yet he was available when needed. I especially appreciate that Mike was the one who went to pick up our new Traverse from the Chevy dealer who had it in stock. That is a level of customer service that I believe puts them above many of the other new car dealers. As for Dan Taylor, the Sales Manager, he was very nice and friendly as well. We felt comfortable speaking with both gentlemen. They both have a great sense of humor that meshed well with mine. Mike told me that he would not lose the sale over price, and he along with Dan's help, got the price to where I needed it to agree to the purchase. Outstanding service all around!

I found a Hyundai Santa Fe that I liked online. My wife and I didn't call first, we just stopped by. That was how we met Frank. We had been to a different dealer a couple of days before. Although the salesman we met at that dealer seemed nice, we found the car we drove there had some major problems. Even though I said I am no longer interested in that car, I got many emails from them, about that same car. Frank was not pushy like that at all. We test drove the car I liked that first night, and told Frank we would think about it and maybe be back in a couple of days. No phone calls, no pushy emails, when I called back Frank even remembered who I was. And by the time we went back in he had the car washed and waiting for us to drive again. I did a lot of research online, checking prices and looking at similar cars. I got a great deal from Ron Westphal. Part of the car buying decision is who/where you are buying your car from. We came to the dealership looking to lease a new Chevy Traverse. We had done quite a bit of research regarding leasing and which vehicle we wanted. I didn't intend to buy a new truck, but when driving past Ron Westphal saw this black Colorado Crew Cab, 4X4 Z71 sitting out front. Went inside to inquire and was greeted by Mike Watgen. Told him I just wanted to look inside but the next thing I knew he was bringing the truck down for me to test drive. We took it for a spin and I knew I wanted this truck. This was Monday Feb. 25, 2013. I told Mike I would let him know later in the week. He did not high pressure me whatsoever. Brought my wife back and wound up buying it on Feb. 27, 2013.I was offered a fair price for my Ford Ranger. After a rocky start to my day at another dealership where I learned they'd sold the car I was interested in. I walked into Ron Westphal Chevrolet & the first person I encountered was Mike Wiley (my assigned sale associate). He greeted my family & I and as we walked across the showroom floor he explained to me he'd heard I was coming & had already pulled two '13 Chevy Malibu LTZs (A++ already for customer satisfaction). After agreeing the black LTZ was the sharper of the two cars, we climbed inside & Mike set off showing us all the bells & whistles. I was instantly at easy, he explained his passion for his job & how buying a car was suppose to be fun! My entire experience with Mike was nothing less. I never felt pressured to make a deal or rushed into the decision. We all laughed the entire afternoon as I signed the papers to make it official. Nearly three weeks after my purchase I am still as in love with my 2013 Chevy Malibu LTZ as I was when I drove off the lot. The facility, staff, their kindness & friendliness did not go unnoticed. I was very pleased with both Frank and Don. They made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Although I delt mainly with Frank, Don came over to introduce himself and his upbeat attitude made me feel even more comfortable.Frank walked me through the process of trading in 2 cars to help buy one, the HHR. I have now been able to drive it for a couple of days and i am enjoying it. I would absolutely go back to Ron Westphal Chevrolet. I saw the Chevy Cruze I purchased on Auto Trader.com and decided to visit the Dealer even though it was quite a distance from my house. Walking into the dealership, I knew what truck I wanted to buy. It was a matter of quality of the vehicle and the price which stood on it. As Mike assisted in my services of test driving the vehicle, I was very pleased with the truck that I had seen. I came to Ron Westphal needing to replace a vehicle that had been totaled and so there was some urgency and inherent stress involved. Dan Schwebke (General Manager) was recommended to me by a good friend as someone who would be fair and easy to work with. This proved to be true and it reflects in the other staff I worked with as well. He was very helpful in discussing various options and ultimately connected me with Rosanna Marisco as the Sales Consultant for my used car purchase. Rosanna was very friendly, helpful, and efficient and we all easily reached an agreement/deal that I consider to be very fair. There was no high pressure and were no "sales tactics" that might be considered stereotypical in the auto sales business. Joe Buechle handled the various financial and warranty options and paperwork very quickly and efficiently, again with no undue pressure. All in all, a very good experience, I called my friend first thing and thanked him for directing me to Westphal.

Robert Ithier did a great job and was very helpful throughout the entire process. I was in the dealership 3 times and spoke with him at least 5-6 times on the phone over the course of a few days. Each time he was always available and if he didn't know the answer to a question he quickly got an answer for me. Finance and sales managers were also very polite and never pushy. We were searching for a used car for our son for a Christmas present. We had been to other dealers trying to find a used car that met our budget but was also safe for my 16 year old to drive. Was greeted immediatley upon entering the sales office. My needs were a constant concern for several of the employees working. Several times I was asked if I needed a drink and was offered lunch as well. Brian listened to my needs and went above and beyond in meeting all of my expectations. Brian did a very good job describing the car's features and was very friendly in his sales approach. He was very good with soon to be driving sons and gave one a car calendar. He was also very patient waiting for me to make a decision that took about two months given my very busy work schedule. The person who assisted with the negotiations kept focusing on the payment when I wanted to discuss the price of the car. After I insisted on discussing the price, the approach did change and we came to an agreement after I received the additional $500 rebate that was not available when I first came in to the store. Brian has continued to follow up to make sure I'm satisfied.

From the start Scott O'Malley did an amazing job helping me find the exact Chevy Malibu I was looking for. During the test drive process Scott had to go answer a couple of questions from a previous customer but Robert stepped right in, explained the different options and took us on a test drive. I was looking for a larger vehicle for my new business and stopped by the Ron Westphal Chevy Dealer to look at some SUV's and mini vans. Gene Babb, the sales associate was very helpful and showed me exactly what I needed. There was no pressure to purchase a car the day I came in. I was able to take the car home over night and test drive it see if it would fit my needs. We returned the following day to purchase the van. Dan Taylor the service manager was very courtious and professional to work with during the purchasing processes. I have not purchased a car in over 5 years, but I must say this was the easiest car purchase I have every gone through. I was able to complete the entire transaction in about 2.5 hours. I would definately recommend Ron Westphal Chevrolet if you are looking to purchase a new car and had a great experience while I was there.

This is our 2nd vehicle from Ron Westphal Chevy. Everyone was very nice and the negotiating went very smoothly. The manager, Dan, came over to make sure that everything was done to our satisfaction and took some interest to make sure we were happy. The only thing that could be improved was the delivery time of the vehicle. We waited a long time for it to be detailed after the papers were done and it could have been done a little better (for the amount of time it took). However, it certainly would not deter me from returning to this dealer or referring anyone. We are very pleased with them overall!!

I purchased a used vehicle from Ron Westphal Chevrolet. I viewed the pictures of the vehicle online, prior to the purchase. After the purchase, a day later, I noticed large scratches, in a type of circular fashion, on the front bumper beneath the tail light. Initially, I dismissed this oversight as my own fault, when I inspected and drove the vehicle at the dealership. However, a day after the purchase, I reviewed the pictures of the vehicle which I had saved to my computer. The pictures of the vehicle, posted on the dealer's website, did not show the scratches. I enlarged the pictures and no scratches were evident, which should have been easily visible. I retraced my whereabouts in the day since I had purchased the vehicle, to determine if I had somehow caused the scratches. I had only gone to two places to show the car to my daughter and sister in law and had never left the vehicle. I also had not parked near anyone. Overnight the car had been garaged. Retracing my whereabouts was easy, as I had only purchased the car a day prior. In addition, I own another vehicle to drive. I reexamined the dealer's pictures of the vehicle again. This time I noticed a large rectangular type of "cut and paste" image, over the front bumper, where the scratches actually exist on the car. In addition, the silver rectangular image which is over the area where the scratches exist, clearly overlaps onto an opening of the car that is black, on a different part of the vehicle. Ron Westphal Chevrolet examined the picture. The dealership, of course, refuses to acknowledge any fraudulent activity, yet can not offer any reason why the scratches were so evident on the vehicle, but do not appear in the picture. Instead, the dealership offers lame excuses that the pictures posted on their website are password protected and the car was purchased as is, which is not the issue. The issue remains that the scratches were so evident on the vehicle, but do not appear in the picture. As a matter of record, the dealership also sold the car stating that the brakes had been inspected and the brake pads had no more than forty percent wear. Upon my inspection, with my mechanic, the rear brake pads had only approximately five hundred miles of wear left on them. The dealership reimbursed me fifty dollars for the cost of new brake pads, after their initial denial and my subsequent offer to personally bring the worn brake pads for their inspection. The reimbursement for the worn brake pads is a direct acknowledgment that the dealer sold the vehicle with risky brakes, rather than those that were safe. You decide if you want to visit this dealership to purchase a vehicle, used or otherwise. I won't ever again.

Our overall experience was very good. The only cmplaint I had was being told the used current model year vehicle was used by a saleman. But it turned out after negotiations and in igning the paperwork with the disclosure it was actually a rental vehicle. I did not appreciate the inaccurate information from the male sales associate who showed us the vehicle. I feel they have a responsibility to now their product!

We just purchased a 2013 Chevy Malibu. We received a very good price on the car, our trade in and excellent service from our sales person, Scott O'Malley. Scott was able to locate exactly the interior and exterior colors we wanted even though there were were none in the Chicago area. He worked out a trade with another dealer in Indiana the next day, drove that vehicle over three hours to pick up our car and then drove it back. When we picked up the car it had been washed and cleaned inside and out and had a full tank of gas. Couldn't be happier with the service, cost and our new car.

We just purchased a 2013 Chevy Malibu. We recieved a very good price on the car as well as our trade in. The next day he negotiated a trade, drove three hours to drop it off, and another three hours back with our new car. When we picked it up it had been cleaned and washed and had a full tank of gas. Shopped for four months to find the right used 2500HD and found it at Westphal. Worked with Bernard for 3 hours to hammer out an exceptional price on a great truck. I did not buy an extended warranty. That was 16 months ago, recently had problems with the electrical and they managed to troubleshoot and fix it in very short order for a good price. Went into service another time for what I thought was abnormal shifting,1 Hr. later came out with the trans and engine computer completely updated, no charge even though the warranty was expired. Another minor electrical problem, 2 Hrs. troubleshooting and no charge. Sales and service employees are always professional, courteous, and accomodating. They will definitely be my Chevy dealer for many years to come.

They ripped us off so bad. We drove all the way up from peoria IL a two and a half hour drive. We called them before we got there and they gave us a price on a car to be 3600. We get there and they tell us someone else would buy the car for 4500 so they wouldn't sell it to us unless we paid 4250. They jacked the price up on us $650. They said that their salesman never said that it would be 3600. They are the biggest liars ever. Never ever buy a car from them.
