Denise was an awesome service advisor!!! She was very thorough and efficient. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Denise took care of me again! They were so busy and she still massage me feel like I was important! She got my soul refresher (my sunroof) repaired. I was back out on the road enjoying the wind in my hair in no time. 😉 I recommend dealing with her highly. Her or Jeff, you'll be in great hands either way.

I’ve really enjoyed my time spent at this Kia dealership. Worked closely with Josh in sales (great guy, very personable, and was never pushy in any way). Went for a couple test drives and landed on the right car. Didn’t end up purchasing here (long story), but was incredibly pleased with the experience on the sales side of things. In terms of service, also highly recommend. Worked with both John and Denise. Denise has been my primary point of contact. Friendly, funny, fun to talk with. Returned today for an oil change/tire rotation and immediately felt welcome again. Happy to bring my business here. Thanks for taking care of me guys! Update 9 months later: Had another oil change and tire rotation. Again, always pleased with the service and care from this team. Happy to be a continuing part of the Roseville Kia clientele.

I’ve had a Kia for about a year and a half now and have been to the dealership three times for scheduled maintenance and warranty work. The team there has always been great to work with. I’ve been lucky enough to work with Nick and have been grateful each time. He’s always been courteous, professional and very clear in terms of what is to be done and how long it is expected to take. The estimates have always been spot on too, which makes planning the day much easier. Highly recommended.

First time buyer and have been treated honest and quick. I had to bring the vehicle back for the ceramic tint and I dropped it off and was off very quickly in a provided rental. Bianca was very professional and answered all of my questions. Just got my first oil change tire rotation, and multi-point inspection. Again I was treated wonderfully. Great team.

Initially came in for routine service, Oil & filter and tire rotation. However, Ms. Denise discovered my auto has a recall. She informed me of the Purpose and work to be performed. Thinking I’d have to return at a later date, she asked if I wanted to have this 3 hour Recall service completed. Since I was there, I agreed to have service done. All was completed on time. Gave me a chance to get a good walk in and go shopping across the street. Denise was very professional and courteous. Thanks.

Hasem did a wonderful job of answering our many questions, and demonstrating all the new tech features we were interested in seeing. He was patient, polite, and very knowledgeable. We returned the following day for a test drive. Hasem and his manager, Loren, were again very helpful. We very much appreciated not being pressured into anything. And, after one week of owning the new 2016 Kia Sedona SXL we are very pleased with our new vehicle. No regrets.

I can honestly say that in 31 years of buying new cars (including two different Kia dealers previously) I've never had such a good experience at a dealer. Having visited another dealer two weeks prior and having a horrible time, I was dreading my visit on Friday. I wasn't in the mood to play the negotiation game, so I told Rigel up front what I was looking to spend, what I could pay monthly and what I needed included in that payment, prepared to walk away from another dealer when I got the hard sell. I went in to look at a certified pre-owned vehicle, thinking that was what I could afford for the budget I had and Rigel never once argued with me, never tried to get me to increase my amount and managed to come within $21.00 of the payment I said I wanted on the NEW car Rigel showed me. I got what I wanted for my trade in Kia, stayed in budget, got the payment I wanted with the gap coverage, extended warranty and service plan all included in that payment and made it out of there in 3 1/2 hours. Thanks to Rigel for making it a great experience!

After searching for a used F150 for 3 months and working with several local dealers Roseville Kia won our business. From the first phone call with internet manager Zach, closing our deal with the Manger Mike and finally signing the final documents with Pach we had had an amazing experience. We were able to get all the information we needed from Zach via the phone as we live a distance away. Mike gave us the price we needed to make the deal work with zero stress, OVER THE PHONE! Pach explained every detail at closing and is a true professional. You can't go wrong at this dealership.

Their staff is friendly and punctual. They always honor their appointment times and they're always ready when when you come in. They provide you with a reasonable time window of when the service will be completed. The overall experience is excellent!

The guys at Roseville where able to give us a great price on a Kia Optima. The best price in 200 miles! They weren't pushy, very friendly and easy to negotiate with. My wife and I's first car buying experience was great. they were great with entertaining our 10 and 8 year old kids through the buying process. I highly recommend this dealership and will visit again.

I have bought tons of cars in my life time, but this was one of the greatest experiences I've had. I had seen the optima on the road and finally decided to check it out...Hands down the nicest car in the price range. I had a quick appraisal on my 2012 Honda Accord...I traded it in on a 2014 Optima SXL turbo lease. Great pricing and fast service. The managers Mike and Eli helped me get a car at a great price and I was in and out in 2 hours! My wife was happy to get rid of the 2012 Honda Accord V6 EX-L Navi. A week later I traded in the Honda Pilot for another 2014 optima SXL Turbo. Don't sleep on KIA. Take a look at the car before you make a decision!! Thanks guys!

I went for a test drive and came back and wasn't sure if I wanted to fill out a credit app due to my credit concern.I went along with it and they came back after a few minutes and told me the banks will need to get back to them so they didnt want to keep me waiting and would call me as soon as they got a word.Hah I never heard from them again...not even a sorry we couldnt do any business nothing! Rude

I went into Roseville Kia to find out about leasing vs. buying a Kia Optima. I had one of the BEST all time experiences working with a car salesman and his name is Ernesto. He answered all my questions fully, was never pushy or overbearing, as some can be. If you are interested in a KIA at Roseville, please ask specifically for ERNESTO! We ended up with a KIA optima several days later and my husband was even impressed with Ernesto as well.On the downside, however, I have read many horrible reviews lately about Mike Kirk in the Service Department so I'm not sure I'll be taking my car for service to this dealership if he is still working there.

Can I get a whoop whoop! Mike Kirk is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!! He is in my top 5 for sure for one of the most helpful, kind, understanding sales managers I've ever had to work with. If you need a vehicle, you need to get over to Roseville Kia and see Mike!! He will take care of you for sure

Never buy a car here! Does not even deserve one star!!! Went to purchase a 2012 Kia Optima and negotiated for seven hours to get the price we asked for in the first place. As we went to sign the contract to buy our salesman was involved in a wreck and the car was ruined. We were told by Michael that he was working on finding us that exact car/color/features, yet, no one followed up with us. One week later we walked in to check up on when the car may be available and poof, there it was! No one told us so that they could try to sell it over the weekend for a higher price before they let us know it was available. Then they had the nerve to ask us to pay 300.00 for a transfer fee of the vehicle. Talk about a team of salesman that have the worst communication, compassion, customer service, and follow through that we have ever encountered upon spending thousands of dollars!!! We should have known not to go there since all of thier reviews were poor.

Needed to bring my New (19628 miles) Kia Forte in for major warrenty work, Oil leak in the timing compartment. Had taken it to Swift Kia to determine the cause (that is where I purchased the car) but because of the extensive work needed and the logistic of getting my car serviced so far away from home and work, I called the Roseville Kia. When I spoke to Dave his did everything but told me not to bring it to him. I was told I really should take it to the folks at swift because that already looked at it, that Davis is really not that far and it would take two weeks to get an appointment and then I may have to bring it back several times.. wow they sure don't me as a customer do they.. I found that Kia just opened a new dealer on Fulton, I called them and they said bring it right down, they would love to take care of me as a customer.. on my way. Well I know where I will not be going to get regular maintenance now...

This review is really only the last dealings we had with the general sales manager Justin. We worked with people like Andy and Chris, who were very nice and were able to provide us a good customer expierence, I do not know if it is a game they play so I won't say they weren't to blame as Chris never called us back.After a day of hearing nothing we called back and spoke with Mike in finance who was good to us and trying to tell us they were trying to make a deal work. Going into it we knew our credit was weak wife is at 637 and I'm in the high 400s but we were told the wife has credit good enough to get something. I found it odd no one called us to say we are working on it. My credit is horrible.Second day no call back so the wife called the office just to hear what was going on and still she was transferred to Justin. She spoke nicely to find out where our app was and was told your credit is horrible take your business elsewhere and hung up. That's not a problem for us because we knew this but hanging up and no call back to just let us know, no one is buying this loan.I would've been happy to hear we can't get anyone to buy your loan if you can get more down payment or pay $370/month then let's talk, thank you for coming in and thank you.

I feel they are not honest. They overpriced the sticker price grossly above the MSRP and would not tell about the KIA discount offers. When I went for test drive, the sales person told me the navigation system was not working because it needs a DVD(I think he had no clue, just made it up). Next day I was told the navigation system was defective and needs to be replaced. So, they basically sold me defective vehicle. Very unfriendly people.
