I always enjoy going to the dealership when I take my car for check ups etc. Jay always greets me if he sees me and makes sure everything is taken care of and I trust him. He also stays in touch with me monthly, The rest of the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and courteous.

My overall buying experience was better than anticipated. I would say the customer service was great, worked with my hours, however, I feel that Hyundai should offer vehicles for purchase that are at the current location to avoid excess mileage on brand new vehicles. No one wants to purchase a brand new vehicle with 500 miles already accrued.

My sales representative, Jay Gonzalez demonstrated a professional demeanor while being open to questions, quickly addressing all my concerns. Mr. Gonzalez was more than pleasant and kind and was in no way put off by my ignorance of the product or the purchasing process. I was impressed with, not only his willingness to help me with the answers but his 6th sense in anticipating questions I didn't know to ask while offering information he knew I would need. He immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease with his winning smile, wit and informative responses. Mr. Gonzales was personable taking the drudgery out of the equation, actually making the experience fun. He also took the time to introduce me to those in the dealership I would be dealing with in the future. All in all a delightful experience.

Roswell Hyundai was a good dealership till it came to the service department. They are so rude! I've been having trouble with my tail light and it's going to be a week before they can get me in. That's ridiculous! I wish i knew how this service department was before I bought a car from them. and I only have 2 years left of payment:(. Just might trade it in just because ofthe service department. it sucks but i dont want to feal with rude service employees for the rest of my life.

The sales person was knowledgeable about the vehicle and did the BEST JOB EVER of selling me on the vehicle. She showed me all the workings of the car on day one during the test drive. She was personable, professional and enthusiastic. She is a 10 plus. Information she provided to me made all the difference in the purchase and purchase experience. However, having finally found the vehicle I really wanted, in the color I wanted, I was disappointed that I could not purchase it due to paint damage. I had to change my mind on the color preference in order to have the vehicle I wanted. Additionally, I had planned to finance through USAA car buying program but learned that I had misunderstood the program, per pricing (they had priced a Tucson without sky light, etc). I was able to get a much better interest rate by going through our local bank. The dealership helped me realize this and obtain better financing. The finance lady was a huge help with the entire finance deal. Ultimately, I was happy with the payment. She was helpful, friendly and efficient.

Everyone was extremely professional, they listened to exactly what we wanted, and where other dealerships said no or gave us outrageous prices, Roswell Hyundai got our payment lower than we expected AND sold us a brand new fully loaded hybrid vehicle that has turned out to be the best car we've ever owned. We definitely will be sending our family and friends to the staff at Roswell Hyundai, and will go there first in the future. It is apparent that they have higher standards for customer service than other local dealers and it is greatly appreciated!

My wife and I were so impressed with Our sales lady we actually bought two vehicles. A new 2014 Santa Fe Sport and a certified used 2013 Sonata GLS. They did everything to make our purchase most excellent . Part of the deal was to install a hitch on the Santa Fe, and the Service department has been prompt, polite, and a pleasure to work with. Thank you to our sales lady, the finance department and the service department.

I enrolled in a Consumer Report Build and Buy program to buy a new Elantra, and Roswell Hyundai gave me a quote of $100 below Invoice. However, they have no stock. A week later, I called and they have new stock. I got an offer that honored the original price quote and received a email confirmation. I told them I will drive to the dealership the next day (200 miles away) and went to work with my credit union for a loan. An hour later, I received a call from Roswell Hyundai. A guy who introduced himself as Jay, the new General Sales Manager told me they cannot honor the price. "Due to the high demand and increasing gas prices, the owner instructed that we cannot sell the model below MSRP." That was a difference of $600. I reasoned that I was provided the quote a week ago and even received a confirmation the very day. This is business etiquette issue and breaking an agreement. Jay said he is acting on order, and there is nothing he can do. I then called the original Sales Manager I dealt with, Russ, to remind him of the written price quote. He apologize, but said that the car is so hot, they cannot sell it at the price they quoted earlier. He offered to reduce the price by $240 from MSRP, but it was still $340 over this written "guaranteed" price. It is disappointing that an hour after providing an email price guarantee, Roswell Hyundai dishonored the quote. I did not want to do business with a dealer that does not keep its promise.
