The best service experience I've ever had! Kristen took great care of me, knew about the problem i was having and scheduled my work. She was able to get me in ahead of schedule and the warranty repair work was performed by Brian - who I will hold up as the most competent Ford engine mechanic in the entire metro Detroit area. These people take pride in their work and it shows. I used to frequent a different Ford dealership in Troy - I'll never go back after the level of service I received here. These people are honest, straight forward and almost "old-timey" in that they will spend the extra 5 minutes to talk to the customer and answer questions. Well done Roy O'Brien Ford!

My father-in-law bought all of his vehicles at Roy O'Brien Ford for many years, and having purchased one of their myself, I truly understand why. There have been a few idiosyncratic issues with our vehicle and I can honestly say that Don, the manager of the service department, has done absolutely everything humanly possible to ensure that we have had and exceptional customer service experience. He has driven my wife to work, he has taken the time to have conversations with us about every step of the service process and he just made us feel welcome. I had a wonderful experience buying my adorable Ford Fiesta at Roy O’Brien with Mike Tilley. He made the entire process easy breezy from start to finish and went the extra mile, for example turning on the AC in the car while we did paperwork before I drove it home on a hot day, syncing my phone, and readying everything to save me time at the dealership. I would definitely go back again and recommend the entire team with enthusiasm. Mike understood exactly what I wanted in a car and navigated my busy working mom time constraints with ease. I was in and out from test drive to my own driveway in 48 hours. A+ experience.

We bought a used car there last week. Very competitive price, everything went well. And up till now the car performs well. The only thing I'm not that satisfied is that when we asked about why the 2 previous owners only owned the car for a short time, they told us they know nothing about that. But I guess at least they know from whom/which dealer they bought this used car and there should be more information. Considering not even one dealer will be 100% transparent to the customers, our experience is generally good.

One of the best experiences iv had at any dealership. I'm from Ohio, near Cleveland, I came to Roy Obrien because they had the color and model Mustang I wanted.Arriving at the dealership, everyone was very welcoming and friendly. It was a very pleasant experience purchasing the car.After purchasing the vehicle, minor problems I had were taken care of In a timely manner without any issues. They went above and beyond even though I'm out state, which says a lot about the business they conduct. I would highly recommend ford, and going to this dealership if your in the market for a vehicle. When I purchase my next car, I will very likely make the drive again to Michigan after experiences iv had with some other dealerships in my area. It's worth the drive.

We stopped in to just look at cars. Loren our salesman was so awesome! We did not feel pressured at all. Loren took great care of us and we had the ford escape the next day. Loren went over everything in the car. He even synced up our phones for us. The customer service from t h e time we walked in was just amazing. We will always come back for Loren when we need a new car. I never knew purchasing a car could be so easy.

I love my new 2016 F150, what a machine-computer on wheels. Joe P. was wonderful and attentive, Hard to belive he is a "salesman. Once WE figured out what I wanted as I have not bought a new truck in 15 years ( my 2001 F250 with 325000 miles) is still running great Joe found what I wanted (needed) in 3 minutes. This is like the 5th truck I have got from them and several cars to friends. I would recomend Joe P. at Roy O'brian to not anyone but EVERYONE !!!!!!!

I get my vehicles serviced where a buy from, it's my home town and convenient. But whenever I've had trouble the service department is less than polite. I have on three separate occasions picked my car up with grease on the door handle and steering wheel. Their work has not been what you'd expect from Ford experts, In fact it hasn't been acceptable!

After years of association with another dealer I decided to try one a little closer to home. Upon our visit we met the best salesperson ever, Jim Barker. He was exceptional from beginning to end, from finding the vehicle we desired, to the test drive, and all the way through the completion of the sale. He wasn't a "Pushy" person and he really gave us space to make a decision on our own time. Cindy, in the finance dept., was a real pleasure as well. The entire experience was like dealing with a set of people that you've known for a while. They really made us feel comfortable from the time we walked through the door. Excellent job!

My Agent, Alex, was very helpful and gave valuable suggestions for me. He communicated clearly and often to insure that I understood everything. I was a special case and he took that into account since I was outside the state when I began the buying process. He found the car I needed and wanted and created a no hassle environment that made the process smooth and enjoyable. When I had an issue he helped me work it out or waited patiently while it got worked out. In no way did I feel pressured or undervalued as a consumer. I would highly recommend, and have, to anyone I know.

I just purchased a 2016 Ford Escape from Roy O'Brien Ford and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Sales associate Rich Christina was wonderful to work with. Rich pointed out the advantages of buying a 2016 over a 2015 and helped me to custom order the car that I wanted. He also pointed out opportunities where I could take advantage of different rebates, thus saving me money. Roy O'Brien Ford was very fair with the value of my trade-in and the whole process was very low-pressure. If you are looking to buy a new or used vehicle, I would recommend Roy O'Brien Ford.

I couldn't ask for my purchase to go any easier. I researched online for my F-150 and found several that I was interested in at other dealerships. I chose Roy O'Brien based on my past purchases from them. After my initial meeting with Rich Christina to tell him what I wanted he went to work to find the truck per my specifications instead of trying to lead me to something on the lot. One week to the day I drove away after closing the deal and I couldn't be happier.

So far I have leased three new cars from Roy O'Brien Ford. They are fantastic!! Everyone I have interacted with there have been polite and informative. Tion Jackson is and will always be my sales person of choice -- I would highly, highly recommend him. He asks questions to better understand my needs to make recommendations without coming off as pushy. I never once felt uncomfortable or pressured to purchase something I didn't want or need. Also, their service department is top notch! Never had a bad experience getting an oil change, tire rotation, or any other regular scheduled maintenance. Plus, they'll give you a loaner if you schedule an appointment. All around, I am a huge fan of Roy O'Brien Ford.

We came to Roy OBrien a year ago, were interested in a Ford Escape. We looked at one, got brochure and price. We did not make decision at that time. We came back a year later, the sales person remembered us, spent time with us showing us the Edge, got quotes and did a test drive. We again looked at the Escape and decided to purchase it. The sales person was very efficient with the purchase price, test drive and going over the features. The sales person was Suzanne Clem. She was very helpful in all aspects of our purchase.

I am a Ford employee and have "a" plan pricing. this is supposed to take the "haggling out of buying a vehicle. We Met Maureen Bratto in December 2014 and Leased a 2014 Ford Edge. She went above and beyond to accomodate my wifes needs and actually treated her like she was capable of buying a car without her "Husband" around to make the decisions. Well, 3.5 months later, this "Husband" contacted Maureen Bratto again and I know own a 20141 Ford F-150 STX FX4. Maureen went above and beyouond anything I could expect from a sales persom. Seems like their only interested in selling or leasing a vehicle to you. Once you sign the paperwork, they could care less if you're satisfied with your vehicle. Forget getting service needs met or even a return call from their service manager or director. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT AND HAVE NO CONSIDERATION FOR YOUR TIME.

If you are considering buying/leasing/servicing a vehicle at Roy O'Brien Ford I strongly advise against it. I drive a leased 2014 Focus (automatic) from Roy O'Brien Ford. Shortly after getting the vehicle I noticed that it shuddered at low speeds (5-10 MPH)... usually during my commute to and from work (rush hour). I have taken it to Roy O'Brien Ford's service department on several occasions only to have them keep the vehicle for 3-10 days and then return it to me saying it was fixed only to find out... it shudders and occasionally stalls at low speeds. Finally, I took it in and had one of their "service technicians" ride along with me. After only two blocks he told me to head back to the shop and that the vehicle had a clutch shudder. Once again the vehicle was returned to me after several days and still shudders, although now only seems like it wants to stall at low speeds (but hasn't as of yet). Finally I called the service manager/director and left a message asking that they contact me to discuss this matter. I have given up waiting on them to return my call. Every month when I pay my lease I throw up in my mouth a little bit. I can't wait to turn this vehicle in and I warn everyone who asks and anyone who will listen to stay away from Roy O'Brien Ford.

I didn't even buy my Escape at Roy O' Brien but found myself taking it there for service whenever I needed to. They're fast, friendly and willing to accommodate with your schedule (evening hours!!!!). I was running late and they still got me in and out in less than 45 minutes. I would recommend Roy O' Brien to anyone that is looking to buy or lease or somewhere to take their car to get serviced at!

I've been going to Roy O'Brien Ford since 1998 and the service and commitment to customers is far better than other dealers I have been to. When service has been performed on my vehicles I've never needed to return for correction or do it myself. I have at other dealerships. Even the body shop offers the same kind of service.

The staff at Roy O'Brien Ford is the best I have ever delt with. They were courteous, efficient and bent over backwards to make sure I was satisfied in every aspect of this car buying experience. Just picked up my Ford Flex SEL AWD from Roy O'Brien yesterday. I had purchased other vehicles in the past from them, but was buying Lincoln for awhile and when I decided I wanted a Flex, I came right back. I actually checked their inventory from their website and requested more info on a couple of models. This was at 7am. I received that info by 9am, emailed back and forth on some specifics, filled out the credit app online and set up the pick-up date for the Flex for a day later, all within a matter of a few emails. I met and talked to Rebecca the for the first time when I walked in to pick up my car. She was as helpful and cheery in person as she was online. Everyone in the dealership was attentive and accommodating, including the gentlemen that was cleaning the Flex when I came to see it for the first time. Overall it was one of the most pleasant experiences I have had purchasing a vehicle. But I will admit, I am spoiled, because most of my experience was always with Roy O'brien in the first place. I've heard the other dealership horror stories, so when I was pleased with my first experience, there was no reason to go anywhere else (well, except the Lincoln dealership that I got my last two cars from.) I'd highly recommend Roy O'Brien. They are extremely helpful in person, but if you are very busy like me and prefer to do a lot of your work online, they accommodate that too. I actually did contact another dealership on some prices and their first response was "When can you come in and look at these to discuss price?" I know that tactic and they were immediately out of contention for my business. Rebecca never once pressured me to come in, just answered my questions about price and options, even checking for dealer trades for the set of options I was looking for. The entire experience was pleasant and pressure free!

I bought an Expedition here in 1996. I have since bought two F-150's, neither of them at this dealership for good reason. The service department manager obviosly did not like to do warranty repairs on the Expedition. The treatment I got from him was even worse when I brought back the vehicle several times for re-work when they failed to do the original repairs properly. I recently brought in my F-150 to the body shop for an estimate. The same guy who ran the service department years ago now runs the body shop. He did not want my business and would not write up an estimate. 3 other nearby Ford dealers gladly wrote estimates for me. How is it that this guy stays employed? Does this dealership have enough business that they don't mind losing customers? Do you think my next vehicle purchase (likely an F-250) will be at this dealership?

I bought a new 1997 Expedition here. Poor service department service 15 years ago and bad treatment of the customer. That service department manager now runs the body shop. Poor service again recently. He would not write an estimate for me and proceded to demean me. 3 other Ford dealers gladly wrote estimates for me. Is it any wonder that the two F-150s I have bought since 1997 have been bought elsewhere. Where do you think my next truck (F-250) will be bought at? Does Roy O'Brien not mind losing customers?

I was contacted by their internet sales and already had a Fusion lined up at another dealer. I told them the price and they said there was no way that was out the door pricing. I called my original dealer and they confirmed that. Roy O'Brien gave me what they said was out the door pricing. I told them I had a trade and what i was expecting and they said they could take care of me. The dealer was on the other side of town but since they had everything set I went to the dealer on my lunch hour. I had to wait for at least a half hour just to see her. They did the trade in apraisal and while I was waiting for that I saw the price of the SE Luxury they wanted to sell me and it what they said was thier "out the door" price was now the base price price so it would end up being even more than what I would have paid at the original dealer. They came back saying there was no way they could give me what I wanted on my trade and did not even try to work with me on it. I left very frustrated. I decided to stop at Suburban Ford on the way back since I ended up having to take a half day off work and they had a Titatnium Fusion with everything I wanted for the same price as the SE Luxury O'Brien wanted to sell me and gave me $1000.00 over what I owed on the trade.

Very poor and indifferent level of service. Sales staff are not familiar with vehicle options and features. Brand new $48K vehicle delivered with parts missing, pieces of shipping tape still on chrome, a dirty interior and burn marks in the paint from where it was burnished with a wheel and rubbing compound. Staff is very poor at communicating issues.

The lady at this dealership was very rude. She only offered me $300 for a trade in then was mad when I refused her offer. She tried to pressure me into getting a lease when I wanted to own. I left an went to Bill MacDonald and they were abaolutely WONDERFUL. They gave me $2000 for my trade in.

Roy O'Brien, Inc fosters a family atmosphere. This was my first-time leasing from Roy O'Brien and they won a new customer. My salesmen(Bob Krause) made my experience a real joy. He listens to what you want and makes sure you get it. The finance staff was patient, explained every option and made sure I was satisfied with my choice when I left. They have a service person show you how you vehicle works and they even set-up your sync and phone. All I had to do was get in a drive away. I have had great experiences with both the sales and the service department at Roy O'brien Ford. Tina Randall of service department has taken great care of me and my previous vehicle of 8 years. I know not many people take their vehicles to a dealership after warranty expires but i always knew the job was being done correctly. As for my new vehicle, Greg Hahn was wonderful! Knew what kind of vehicle i wanted when i went in and he went above and beyond finding it. Always kept me informed on the progress of finding the specific vehicle i wanted. They have a great team at Roy O'Brien Ford and they have made my buying experience a pleasant one. Definetly a return customer!!

I have dealt with Roy O'Brien Ford since 1998 and always have had great service and straight deals with them. I'm still in amazement with the quickness and thoroughness of their service. Everything is done and done right. I've been to other dealers (one in particular) where the job took longer than it should and i had to return afterward for correction.I have leased 15 vehicles through Roy O'Brien Ford.

My experience with Greg Hahn at Roy O'Brien Ford was outstanding. I was a referral from a close friend and I now understand why. The vehicle is great, but Greg's service was just phenominal. At first he could not find the vehicle I wanted with the options I wanted. But his perserverance and dilligence led to me getting the vehicle I wanted (slightly modified, but no big deal.) I ended up spending a little more than I wanted, but Greg's exemplary service and attention to detail more than made up for it. They lead you to believe that you are approved for your loan and let you drive off the lot, only to find out days and up to 2 weeks later that you were declined even though you signed documents for the purchase showing interest rate and payment amount per month and the bank that you are approved by. They even gave us a second temporary license plate to keep driving the car until they could get the funding from the bank, we later found out that this is not legal. Of course they really don't tell you that you were declined, they just say they are having problems with the bank sending the funds to the dealership.I found out this is what's called a "yo yo" scam.

Roy OBrien Dealership in St. Clair Shores, MI was the most unprofessional company that Ive ever had to deal with. This Dealership had my vehicle near a month and after the service manager had sent oil sample to a company to have it analyze, their finding were that the Iron in the oil was high, after this dealership wanted to break down my engine and needed me to sign an affidavit saying that if are finding hold you responsible then I would have to pay the service bill of $1800.00 I would not let them, I had a rental clause, but they would have to diagnose the vehicle before the would provide me a loner truck. I have a business; I couldnt let them tear my truck apart, because I already lost three weeks worth of work not able to service my costumers. I even had a warranty, with proof of all my oil changes, and they still found that I neglected my $42,000 Truck. How? There is a recall on Ford F250 Diesel engines with a ticking noise like mine, just not gas engines yet. Beware if you have a warranty Roy OBrien will not service your vehicle, but find that you are responsible and try to scam your life savings repairing your expensive vehicle.
