Last week my family purchased our fourth vehicle from Royal. For the past seven years we have been using Royal simply because of the quality of service you get from everyone that works there. We live near two other GMC dealerships, however we drive 45 minutes to go to Royal. Brian Chase (salesman) goes above and beyond, and makes the car buying experience very simple and worry free. Brian's attention to detail is impeccable. My family can not thank everyone at Royal enough!

I purchased a used vehicle and 3 hrs later on the same day, car overheated and broke down. I was taken through changes just to get it fixed. They did not want to honor the warranty they gave me. After weeks later the only sensible person at the dealer was a man named Rob who helped out a lot. I appreciate him. But the other owner Mark can go to xxxx. Very disrespectful and not customer service focused at all. I would not recommend buying a car here. Sorry I'm just being honest.

We brought our car in for 3 recalls, one of them for power steering. We never had power steering loss before we brought it in. They installed the recall fixes and when we went to pick up the car the power steering failed. They charged us $734.00 to fix it. I don't think a recall is supposed to break the car. I tried for 2 weeks to get a refund for the repair with no luck. So as far as I am concerned they do not provide good customer service. Also their service manager Victor was always in too many meetings to get back to me.I will say everyone was polite and nice to me but could not explain why I would have to pay for a repair caused by a recall fix.

So I made an appoitment for an oil change and to have my driver's door and mirror looked at. I was very pleased with everything! That was until I went to get into my car. I tried to closed the door and it was now banging. I immediately went inside to the service advisor. He came out and thought it being worse then it came in was ok. Thats because he had ordered a part for it and it would be corrected when it came back within the next day or two. Seriously??? I was also told they fixed my mirror. Wrong still the same problem. Oh and my present left for me was a dirty greasy door handle inside my car as well as grease sprayed on the outside of drivers door below my mirror on a white car. When I got home I fixed my door on my own so it now closes properly and cleaned off the grease they left on it. Oh and one of the two of the screws to my door jam was loose as well! I really do not want to go back for the part put in that they ordered. Or to get more grease left on my door when they try to fix my mirror

Between the time of my call to say my part had come in and my appointment was only several days. They took me promptly and my car was fixed before I had time to exhaust the supply of magazines I had chosen to read(4 magazines). The comfort of the waiting room was so pleasant- air conditioning and great lighting to read by. Lots of comfy chairs , even a snack machine and free coffee, tea or hot chocolate. Everyone was so wonderful to me . I enjoyed my visit very much. I am so excited that my car is fixed !!!!!!

Every visit to royal is positive. At times, the reasons for my visits have not necessarily been so, but service always takes care of my car and me. Very pleased with Brian Chase. Low pressure with a great knowledge of the Sierra I purchased. Comfortable and pleasant to do business with and responsive to my questions. Very friendly and knowledgable staff. My only displeasure is with Onstar. The setup call in the parking lot during delivery lures you in to buying cell minutes and I later found out through Internet blogs that they automatically start charging your credit card $30 a month when your Onstar trial is up. A little deceptive and a lot shady on Onstar's part. A heads up that they do this would have been nice but I'm sure sale staff is instructed not to do so.

I think your new showroom/service area looks real nice, but in this economy you should be trying to keep your rates lower to accommodate your local clients who like me, bought the vehicle from you, and come back year after year for service. work performed recently,very happyprevious work from when new, had problems that we were told fixed, 2nd time told fixed. Never fixed, molding for side rear side doors keeps coming off. Jeff said that would possibly need adhesive?? Don't know, just plopped in place nothing to keep it in place. Can't afford to pay for GMC mistake.

Service is great.. Problem I have is out of the 4 new cars I own, Acura, Toyota, GMC, and Ford. Royal is the ownly dealership that requires a 1,000 dollars hold on your debit/credit card to loan a vehicle during warrenty repairs. Makes no sense when other dealers require either a copy of insurance.. My vehicle was in service for 6 days so 1,000 hold is a lot of money

This was my third visit to Royal and all three times I have been 100% satisfied. I came in for an oil change and this time my car needed a repair that was part of a recall and I had an appointment that I had to make later in the afternoon and my service consultant, Jeff Reifler, clearly explained what needed to be done and new that I had to depart so he offered me a loaner vehicle for the rest of the day and evening. The staff is super professional and very courteous. A worn oil drain bolt was noticed and replaced and the light I needed to have replaced was less expensive than first thought. Good experience and they got me going quickly.

It was pleasant and hassle free. Excellent welcome service and very cozy reception area. I was actually surprised when they told me my car was done and that everything checked out fine. Oil change and tire rotation all done in under an hour!

Our heater was not working on the passenger side, which meant the whole dash had to be taken apart. It took nearly two weeks, but the heater works fine, and we are completely satisfied. The staff kept us informed all the way!

I was notified by Service via e-mail, that I may need to have my 2011 GMC Sierra serviced soon. I checked with Service Consultant (Andrew Wilson), he said they could do it on Sat at 1pm. I dropped it off, and went to the store with my brother, they had my vehicle serviced before I got back.

The door to the garage opened for me to enter when I arrived, and I was greeted promptly. The waiting area was clean and comfortable with beverages and tv. My oil change/tire rotation were completed and my brake repair was scheduled for later that week at my convenience. Every employee was courteous and friendly. I'm very happy with this dealership, and highly recommend them for purchasing and servicing your vehicle!

I just stopped in to take a look a the new Sierra (2014). Was really impressed by the sales consultant Lucas: friendly, professional and helpful. Not pushy at all and knew his stuff when I asked about the Sierra's features. The showroom was one of the best I've seen: modern, fresh and professional looking. Everyone here dresses in smart uniforms which I like (I am ex-Navy) and this adds to the professional atmosphere. I didn't buy the truck today but will definitely make this my first stop when I do decide to buy. Lucas and Royal definitely sold me on their professionalism - and the new Sierra is awesome!

After using my Lacrosse on Sunday I noticed a antifreeze leak. I called the service dept. Monday AM. They had me bring the car in, found the water pump leaking, got me a loaner car and sent me on my way. They had the car finished on Monday evening. VERY HAPPY!

All of the sales staff I met with during the purchase procedure were very friendly and answered all my questions. The used car I purchased was beyond clean and totally perfect!!! (2004 Chrysler Crossfire) They are even shipping back some items I left in my trade in without hesitation!!! The entire process was wonderful from the get-go!I received a fair trade-in price for my old car too! They went the extra mile to explain all the finance options and even found a better rate than my bank.Even though I live 50 miles away from them I would buy my next car there!

My wife and I have been looking for a used suburban for about 2 years. The time came to get serious and find the right one. I have been buying my cars at Royal since I graduated college in 1992 and would never go anywhere else. There have been a couple of times where their honesty has shined through. This was suprising to me in an industry that is not known for it's honesty. Shopping for a new car can be a stressful time, but the people at Royal are so helpful without being too pushy that it takes a lot of the stress away. My relationship with Royal Buick goes back to my Father who bought cars from them when they were still Royal Ponitac in Butler. Everyone of us in my family of four owned a car from them at one time or another. My first,and ever only new car was purcased from them,a 1985 Pontiac Firebird Trans AM. Man I loved that car. But marriage and kids meant larger cars, kids growing meant two more cars, and both my college age kids now drive cars they purchased from Royal Buick. Regardless of location or name changes, over many years, I feel I've always gotten good deals from them. As far as service, I honestly feel they are the most trustworthy dealership I've worked with. Prices are what they quote, and any issue that may arise, they deal with immediatly.I have found them to always be truthful and honorable in dealing with 3 generations of my family.I recommend them highly.

I purchased a 2011 GMC Sierra at Royal GMC on August 13, 2011. I received professional service in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. I did not receive any sales pressure and was encouraged to take as much time as I needed to find the vehicle that suits my needs. I was also encouraged to test drive any vehicle I wanted. The staff was easy to deal with and made new car buying pleasurable. After spending time at the dealer, I saw no need to shop elsewhere.

I have been a very satisfied customer for 12 years. This dealership is extremely knowledgable and very good at accomodating their customer's needs/wants financially and they also take into consideration the best interest for the customer. I leased my first Pontiac Grand Prix GTP in 2000 and traded in my leased car every four years. I just traded in my Pontiac G8 GT for a 2012 Buick Regal Turbo (I do miss my Pontiac G8 GT) but the Buick is a real nice car (unfortunately, Pontiac went out of business so I still chose to stay with Royal GMC). I went to several other GMC Dealerships closer to my home before going to Royal and had very bad experiences with the sales people. There is absolutely no comparison, Royal Buick GMC is a pleasure to do business with and their Service Department is outstanding.Keep up the good work everyone!
