12/11/20 Ruge’s Service Department stands out in comparison to the many other Service Departments I have dealt with over the years! All Vehicle Service Departments should take lessons lets say, from the Ruge's Chrysler Dodge Jeep, Service Department! Ruge's does the job and they also go out of their way, to make you know they care and are there for you 110%. Once again, today's encounter with Ruge’s Chrysler Dodge Jeep was more than a pleasant experience. Thank you, Ruge’s Chrysler Dodge Jeep, for having skilled, personable and professional staff. I had a great experience with Ruge's. I brought my gladiator in for a repair. The parts were ordered and 3 days later the parts were in. Truck was repaired the same day it was dropped off and the work was done correctly. Would recommend buying and servicing your vehicles at Ruges Jeep. Will definitely be going there for my next vehicle.

What a pleasure it was buying my new Ram from Brandon Cole. This was by far the best car buying experience to date for me. I was never pressured or rushed. Brandon put in a lot of time to get me what I wanted, and gave me a great purchase price. The entire experience was wonderful, and my family will be buying our next vehicle from Ruge's!

I visited a few local dealers in the area including those across the river. Ruge’s was by far more professional and friendlier. They really care about your needs and getting you the right vehicle and deal. In addition, unlike many places I have visited, I felt super safe inside during this Pandemic, as they are all doing the right things. Big thank you to Randale who was very informed and responsive. Would recommend to all.

We received great service for our first time visit at Ruge's. I was able to book an appt on_line for 1130am and after extensive work (tire rotation, fluid changes, new breaks, etc), they had the car ready as promised by 5pm. More than that they were kind, respectful, and patient with my decision process. Would highly recommend!

Ruge's Subaru Service people excel at efficiency, flexibility - I went for transmission fluid top-off per notification re 2017 models. Then realized I had hit 3500 miles and it was time for maintenance check, oil change etc. I asked for that additional service and was accommodated.

So glad to be able to tell of my opinion of Ruge's. The quality of workmanship and honesty is why I don't mind driving the extra miles to this destination. I have been a customer since 1993 when my late husband, who was terminally ill, took be there to buy me a new car, as he was worried about my future. I have been going there ever since, realizing over time, just how fortunate I am to have a dealer with such high standards. There have been times, when a less scrupulous dealer could easily have "ripped me off' but they never have... always doing what is best for me, and at a fair price. I was there just yesterday for an inspection winterizing, general checkup, and normal 3000 mile service. I drove away with confidence, knowing that I had the best service possible. Brett and all the other employees are a pleasure. They are a gem, especially in this world of "don't give a damn," that is all too common.

Greeted upon arrival, write up was quick and easy. Car was taken into shop within minutes. Also, like your new K-cup coffee machine in waiting room! Check out was also quick; while payment was processed, another tech took a minute to see my name, then indicate to me where car was parked. Only took a minute, but a nice extra touch!

Service was done quickly, evaluation of the car was thorough and honest, no attempts to sell unnecessary service ever at this agency. It is hard to trust auto services but I have found Ruge's trustworthy since the first time I had a car serviced there, several years ago. Have purchased 5 Subaru's here, service has a lot to do with decisions to purchase here.

What I liked most was Sam Rigolino. He told me at the beginning there would be no pressure and there wasn't. Answered all my questions and let take time to make up my mind. I have had some rather annoying experiences with car salesman but Sams approach to selling cars is the best. I know I will deal with him again and reccomend him to friends and family. By the way, I love my new Subaru.

This is the second Subaru I've bought from Ruge's and have always always been impressed by your sales person, Chris Wood, and your service department. Both purchases have been thru Chris and I was happily surprised to see he was still at Rug'e for my second purchase-- I live in Kingston and it would be much more convenient to have bought my cars locally but I feel it is worth my time and bridge toll to work with Ruge's and have told many of my friends who have bought in Kingston the same !!!

This is my fourth Subaru from Ruge's I am always treated with the utmost respect. They are fair in their pricing and listen to their customers. Joe Monaco, the sales manager, is an asset to Ruge's Subaru. I am totally satisfied with Ruge's and have referred friends to that dealership. There is a Subaru dealership in Kingston, NY but I rather drive the extra 8 to 10 miles to go to Ruge's!

My beloved 25 year old Subaru went in to Ruge's for service recently and they discovered the frame and whole underbody was rusted through and it wasn't even safe to keep up on the lift. The car was running well, so I was bereft, but their excellent service department guys satisfied my pointed questions about why it was time to let go of this car. So I went across the street to Ruge's Subaru dealership and Ryan Kelly helped me looked at the used cars they had in my price range. This would be my first self-bought car so it was all new to me, but Ryan was very patient, absolutely UN-pushy and completely straightforward about supplying all the info I needed to make an informed purchase. While he freely offered an opinion if I asked for one, I never got the feeling he was trying to sell me anything...which is pretty remarkable for a car dealer. As a mature female customer, I found his natural professionalism unusual and very refreshing. The best "large purchase" experience I have ever had. Dealer and service dept. both great !

I want the public to know about the buying experience we had. I purchased a used 2012 Outback with 11 thousand miles. NICE CAR, but I am writing about the dealership and staff. I was told by a friend of mine to ask for the manager (Tom) who could not have been more cordial, he in turn placed me with a salesperson named Sam, again, great, We were so pleased with the buying experience my son also purchased a used auto as well. When we arrived on Tuesday evening the cars were ready, paper work in hand and we were in and out for both autos in a little more than 30 minutes. Everything in order and the staff, great, friendly, and a pleasure to buy from them. I have purchased many autos in the past but this time it was an enjoyable and no pressure experience. If you are in the market for a new or used auto you should see the staff at Ruges Subaru, you won't be sorry. Ruges THANK YOU
