Saw a truck I wanted to look at on line - their website said the vehicle was on hand at the 76 St location, so I went there during my lunch break and was told it was really at their West Bend lot. They had the truck driven to Milwaukee that afternoon and I checked it out that evening and purchased it the next day. Was a good experience other than the website error.

There was a "disconnect" after my initial conversation, and it took 4 days to get a return call. I'm assuming someone though somebody else was handling the deal. Just happy I didn't lose the car. Had to wait 45 minutes on paperwork, even though they indicated it would be a quick "sign and drive" deal, as financing was already approved. Vehicle was everything they said it was in the ad!!

I went in after making an appointment but vehicle was not out of inspection. Received a call to come back in because vehicle completed inspection and ready for test drive so my husband and I setup an appointment and went back in. Young man sat us at his desk for 45 minute's and still no test drive. Spoke with manager about it and he was one of the most unprofessional individuals I've ever met. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone who values good customer service or knows the value of their buying power.

Today, I called the Madison Russ Darrow location to inquire about a car that I found on their website. First, I was told that it was not at the Madison location and shortly after I was told that it was sold. I then contacted the Milwaukee Russ Darrow location because the same car showed up on their website as well. The salesperson I talked to on the phone told me that the car was available and that they would pick it up from a central inventory. Upon arriving at the Milwaukee location, my significant other and myself were turned off the moment we walked in for our scheduled appointment. First, we were passed off by Mark, the sales manager, to a salesperson who lacked rudimentary customer service skills and professionalism. This person did not take our customer experience seriously as he did not seem eager to interact with us as customers nor inform us about the car. After test-driving the car, we sat down with the salesperson to discuss the deal. Shortly after, he brought over Mark, the sales manager, who immediately had an arrogant attitude towards us. He also lacked basic customer service skills and professionalism. It was evident that he did not care to sell us the car that we were looking at. His disrespectful tone and attitude made us feel uncomfortable and not valued as customers. After making an offer on the car, he blatantly made us feel foolish. We believe this is because of our age as car buyers. All customers should be treated equally regardless of age anything outside of that is considered age discrimination. While leaving, Mark did not offer any other suggestions, contact information, or express that he wanted to help us as customers find what we were looking for. As a result of this experience, I will no longer consider shopping at a Russ Darrow car dealer nor will I recommend anyone else. Russ Darrow needs to reconsider how they treat their customers. It's unbelievable that the management of Russ Darrow would allow their employee to act in such a way.

Test drove a Pontiac G5 GT. First thing first I get in and the car had white marks all over the front seat. Do they not clean their cars? Car was very dirty outside as well. Went inside th Michael Eddie Sr and I felt like a hosted after I stated I was comparing cars to other dealerships. I told him I'd wait it out and think about the offer he gave and he insisted on getting me into a car TODAY. I'll probably never look in Russ darrow direction again. I also heard the salesmen behind me with another client being pushy after they insisted on waiting and thinking about the deal. No thanks this dealer just wants to sell a car.

I visited Russ Darrow Kia in Wauwatosa. Overall, I was not impressed. I had an appointment for 1pm for a test drive. Other dealerships have had the car running and ready to go when I set an appointment up. Well Russ Darrow Kia had me wait almost an hour to test drive the vehicle. It had to warm up, then twenty minutes later they realized the tires were low. I had an appointment so I would expect for them to deal with this before I got there. The vehicle was way overpriced for the condition of the vehicle. Some rust spots. The staff seemed to be in their own world. I went elsewhere with my business.

I'm a young woman who was buying my first car, and I was very nervous about being taken advantage of; you know how salesman can be. I test drove a couple cars, my last ones being at Russ Darrow Kia Wauwatosa. This was the most comfortable I felt, thanks to Sherman, a salesman. He helped me very much with the car-search, but he also made me very comfortable. He didn't pressure me into anything, he was patient with me. My mom had bought a car from the same dealership but a different salesman, however during the test drive I told Sherman I'd rather buy the car from him because of the experience he gave me in this life-changing experience. I was nervous because it was the second biggest purchase I'll ever make, and I didn't have my mommy there with me; I did it all on my own. I thank Sherman so much for the comfort he gave me, and I am very happy with my 2014 Kia Sportage!!! :) So, if you didn't catch my drift---If you need a car, Sherman's your man. Happy 2015!

Brandon has done an excellent job with information that I needed to make my decision on the MINI. He was able to answer all the questions I had to ask pertaining to the car. Be warned if you buy from russ darrow the dealer will try and talk or sneak in a paint protection package. This package is not worth the money spent and the workmanship is very poor. I wouldnt let this shop change my oil after my experience. The buying process was smooth however it was long. I arrived at 5:00 p.m with a scheduled appointment to look at a vehicle, by the time i was walking out of the door it was 9:30. Very under staffed with 5 salesman and only one financial officer.

I recently purchased a 2015 Chrysler 200. I previously had a 2012 Chrysler 200, but decided to upgrade, due to the incentives Russ Darrow was offering. This is my fourth Chrysler purchase from Russ Darrow. I worked with a salesman by the name of Demetrius Diggs. He was really personable, professional and actually LISTENED to what I said I wanted. This was an excellent car buying experience, and definately reaffirmed a positive opinion of car dealersships. I let management know my thoughts after purchasing my vehicle and was pleased with the careful responses. It is my strong belief that management is trying to get it right the first time. As with any business, there is room for improvement. There are going to be times when a customer has a sub-par experience. Overall, the staff is friendly, but there did seem to be a little bit of stagnation. I am not exactly sure how to quantify that, but do recommend a potential customer to give the Russ Darrow dealership a try.

I just purchased a Town and Country Mini Van and needed touch up paint...I was also looking into finding a dealership to start taking it to be serviced. Well the salesmen were friendly and the staff in the back where I got my touch up paint. The customer service were the cars are worked on is TERRIBLE! As I walked past the desk of one of the gentleman with my daughter there was a flyer that listed all the services and when you should bring your Chrysler mini van in-after being ignored while I stood there for a few seconds- I said hello and I asked him (heavy set older fellow with blond/gray hair) f I could have one and was going to then ask if I could start using their services (it is less than 3 miles from my home)... he said rudely "Well do you have a Chrysler Town and Country?"... so I just said yes- took the flyers and left. NEVER will I go to this establishment- they really need to work on customer service and not ignoring customers and or future customers! THEY lost a future lifetime customer! I will drive to Brookfield.

My overall experience was a good one. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle. The sales associate was up front and a pleasure to deal with. The following is why it was only good and not great!!!: The sales manager!!! The best thing he did was get me a cheaper interest rate. Other than that, he was ALL about himself!!! The first thing he did was try to get me to sign a service plan without telling me what it was AND making me to believe it was a requirement for the loan!! He was not sincere and truly predatory!! Be careful!!! Question everything and if you have less than stellar credit, don't fall for any "oakie doke" from the sales manager!!!

Was worried about how long it would take to build and deliver - very pleasantly surprised at how quickly I received the car. It's a great vehicle and the people at Darrow were super to work with. I feel that the level of service provided by De'Metrius D, Sales Person, was second to none. Often, sales people will try to put the customer in anything just to get the sales commission. Called about a specific car that they said they would have to bring down from Madison and it would be available in 2 days. We made a appointment for 2 days later at a specific time and when we got there the person we were told to see did not know anyting about it and had to check. The car was not there and they would have to go and get it. So, we had to make another appointment for later that day. This time we were given a third sales person who then helped us. Took a test drive the car was great and we wanted it. Now,when it came down to the money of the car they were only going to give me a very small amount for my trade-in and when we asked if they could do better on the price of the new car they only came down $32.00. They said there was no room for negotiations. So that was that and we left. I don't know if I would go back there again or not.

OVERALL HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE. I DID KNOW THE VEHICLE I WANTED SO THAT DID MAKE THE PURCHASE EASIER FOR ME. MY ONLY GRIPE WAS THAT IT DID SEEM TO TAKE QUITE A WHILE TO TAKE CARE OF THE DEAL. MAYBE IT WOULD HAVE BEEN THE SAME AT ANOTHER CAR DEALERSHIP BUT IT DOES TAKE LONGER WHEN THE SALES REP HAS TO GO THROUGH THE MANAGER TO GET EVERYTHING OKAYED. VERY disappointing...I called twice about a vehicle and was told it was on the lot. I even called 1 hour before I visited the lot and was told it was there. When I arrived at the dealership I was told it was sold. Hmmmm... can someone say "come on ad." I will NEVER visit this dealership again! Very untrustworthy!

Had a great experience at Russ Darrow on North 76th. They did everything they promised to do and all follow-up with them went quickly and smoothly. Appreciate the fact that there are businesses out there which actually do what they say they will do. Sales, Manager and Business Manager were all pleasant and spot on with their service skills. We recently purchased a car from Russ Darrow and it was the worst car buying experience. I would tell anyone and everyone to never buy a car from them. We purchased on Jeep Grand Cherokee on Oct 31st and they didn't have the color we wanted in stock. They told us that it would take at most 7 days and maybe 10 worst case scenario for us to get the car. In the meantime they would give us a loaner car. Seemed simply enough. A week goes by and haven't heard anything so I call to see what it is at. The response is that it is in transit and should be arriving any day. I call back a could days later same story. I call back at the two week mark same story. I kept on calling until it finally arrived on the 20th. When we go to pick up the car they don't have both keys and forgot to install the package we purchased. During our meeting with them we voiced our displeasure with the situation and we came to the agreement they would cover our first car payment since it took so long to get the car. They said we will deliver you a check when we come to pick up the car to install the package they forgot to install. When they take care of the package on the car, no check. I call to ask what is going on and they say with Thanksgiving going on corporate was closed, but the check will come next week. No check the following week and both the sales person and manager keep promising it is going to happen. I call a dozen times over the next month with the same message. After the 1st of the year they say it is requiring additional approval but don't worry it is still going to happen. After hearing that for a couple weeks I ask to speak to the GM. He acts like this is the first he is hearing about it but does see it was requested in the system. However it has been denied. After going thru the whole situation he was unwilling to do anything. He said we hate to lose customers I can offer you free car washes for life. I said seriously, that is not even close to meeting our expectations. I told him I would be writing this review and will be telling everyone my story. Long story short they will lie and say anything to get a deal done. I will never do business with them again.

When first reached dealership place was dirty and out dated for a big name dealership. People working there were not friendly. Luck the salesman I got was friendly. Other people I talked to where new the place and didn't know much information . Finance manger was pushy on selling extra's. I knew what I wanted and they would not listen. Had a problem with the paper their fault and it took 3-5 calls to talk to the person and then they really didn't care. Would not go back.

We made an appointment to see a specific car. We traveled 2 hours to our appointment, which was for 11:30. When we arrived the car was gone. A salesman had to go get it from another salesman. He returned with the car at 1:00. We decided to purchase the car, deciding on a trade in at $3,900.00. When we got home we noticed on the purchase contract that $3,500.00 was our trade in. Making the sales tax also higher. When we returned on Monday to make the trade we brought this to the salesman's attention, he quickly changed the numbers. We were told the vehicle would be completely detailed, because it was dirty and smelled of smoke. We looked the vehicle over, it definitely was NOT cleaned at all. Also, there were no car mats in the vehicle, which were in the car when we looked at it on Saturday, also they were pictured on line in the car. We were told it wasn't being sold with mats. Needless to say we waited until they found mats for it. By now we were pretty frustrated. When we returned home we paid $80.00 to have our car detailed which should have been done free by Russ Darrow. We also noticed a ding in the right passengers side of the car. We had it looked at by a body shop owner. He said it would cost $200.00 to fix. This also should have been done before purchase. We decided not to have it fixed because of the cost. So this was our experience with Russ Darrow, Milwaukee.

Wow. More than seven hours to buy a used mini van with cash. Nobody here moved faster than a geriatric grandma and the sales rep thought it a good idea to eat chips (noisily) while we dealt with him. We did more waiting than anything. Definitely NOT impressed with any aspect of this transaction. I would bet if we leased or financed a new vehicle or would have been half the time, if that. Or as my wife put "If we were a different ethnicity...". Definitely not coming back for service much less another vehicle.

Sone, has been an outstandig sales representative during this process. I am in the military and was on deployment in the middle of the ocean when I started this proces. Purchased a used car from them. Spent a total of 9 hours at the dealership because I liked the sales guy. After being worn down I was rushed through the paperwork and off I went. After looking things over later that day, they overcharged me for the vehicle. I contacted them immediatly to remedy and no one would email or call me back. There online price is supposed to be their bottom price, but they charged me more than that. They refuse to acknowledge the issue and have ignored me completely. Further the car is making strange noises and they are not offering help. I will never purchase from Russ Darrow again and am dissappointed in them greatly. As most dealers, all they care about is the sale.

Sony was very pleasant and no pressure. If he was I would of walked out instead we ended up with a car on the spot. We was not even looking to buy that day. It was our first day out, it was the strenth of his personality.

We just walked in the door. Sone (Sony) met us right away. Within a few minutes he narrowed it down to what I was looking for. He had the cars ready for test drive. Made another apointment and finalized the deal. I like the fact he was very friendly and intuitive. Sony was straightforward the whole time.
