Every staff member at Russell Barnett is extremely friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Not as a customer but as a friend. I know that the professional service I get is "just what they do". I never worry about unfair charges or half-hearted work. The service is superior!

We purchased a 2015 Ford Taurus recently and had a pleasant experience working with Al Stidham and the rest of the folks at the dealership. They had the unique vehicle we wanted, which sent us there in the first place (we live about 90 miles from the dealership), but we will likely go back because of the professionalism of the staff. We visited a number of dealerships during our recent vehicle search and found some to be unpleasant. We look forward to buying from Russel Barnett again.

Your staff is very friendly & helpful.. The only thing I can say as far as the truck goes that I got, is that there have been some problems with it but I understand it's a used vehicle but I also think it possibly could have been checked over a little better by your techs & maybe they could have used the OBD Reader on it before being resold.. I myself will still consider reusing your services in the near future for maybe a new or newer car due to good staff experience..

I purchased a 2013 Ford Fiesta from them and they were so willing to do anything they could to get me in it with low payments.. Steve Stamey was AWESOME and upfront with me which was great.. Very loyal to their customers.. They even came to my work picked up my car and had it serviced and brought back.. You could not ask for a better place to buy from..

2014 Ford Fusion. Oil and filter change. Requested tires rotated and balanced. then requested the interior glass be cleaned as I had failed to successfully remove a smoky film (due to oily rag vs cigarette smoke). Cleaned very well.

Your service department has always been one of the most polite,informative,qualified,and friendly that i have ever visited. Their is only a few things i have a question about. 1-how did they check the tire pressure in the spare tire without moving all the stuff i had in the back, and they didn't top off all of my fluids such as my washer fluid? Beside that everything was great as usual.

This is my family's third auto purchase from Russell Barnett Ford, and we couldn't be happier. The staff at the dealership are friendly, honest, and great to work with. They aren't pushy and are very helpful in making sure you are taken care of fully. We always feel like we are getting a great deal and a great vehicle. We love working with Oskar! He's the best!

I had already decided to buy a ford truck prior to visiting your dealership. I was only given a 2000 dollar discount, which is fine if there were more incentives. I was only offered 1st oil change free and every fourth. I understand that this can't be offered to everyone, but when someone pays 52,000 dollars for a truck, there should be more incentives. Furthermore, the truck was currently being driven by one of the salesperson, which placed over 300 miles on the vehicle, test driving a new truck and seeing someone's belongings in it was a turn off. In addition, I had not realized that my company offers discounts when buying a ford, I lost several thousand dollars, I feel that your sales people should ask or know some of this. In all honesty, I like the truck, but, if I could rewind, I probably would not buy it.

The wait was a little long, but that was mostly because of my financing with USAA. The people at the dealership were very nice and professional. They made us comfortable until the paperwork was being worked.

From Test drive to buying I was satisfied. It was not a wow experience especially the financing aspect. That part was not very well explained or very detailed but maybe it was because it was 6:45-7 P.M. In all fairness to them at that point I was in a hurry to leave as I had someone with me who had to be at work.

We had specific features we wanted in our next vehicle. The staff showed us a Mercury Mountainneer that had been traded in hours before. It was exactly what we wanted, and they made sure everything checked, cleaned, and changed. They did a wonderful job and were very helpful.

We purchased a used dodge truck which had a few issues ,first it leaked oil from the front cover, they said it was the blow by this was while we were checking it out, so we bought the truck, well that cost us 600 dollars the next issue was the bearings which they said was in specs well that cost 1,290 dollars now we have to get the transmission checked out. I would love to shove this truck down their throats.

Jason Davis did did a wonderful job on my transaction. I traded in an Explorer on an Expedition. He seemed honest, straightforward and easy to deal with. The vehicle I purchased was a recent trade in to the dealership. He took the time to supply me with pictures of the vehicle he took himself as there were none online and I would have to travel a significant distance in order to purchase. .I really appreciate everything.

What a great day at Russell Barnett in Winchester! Came in to get an oil change on my 2003 Ford Taurus and left with a 2014 Ford Edge!!! Jason Davis was extremely patient with me as I had no idea what I wanted to buy but I did know that I wanted a new vehicle. He accompanied us on two test drives and also let us have access to three cars simultaneously so I could compare them side by side. My husband and I never felt pressured to make a decision on any vehicle and we were also allowed the time and space to discuss things one on one, which was a huge plus in my book!!!! Thank you Jason Davis, Buddy Jackson and the whole Russell Barnett team!

I have purchased numerous cars over the years. My experience in looking and buying cars in the past has rarely been a positive experience and something I have always dreaded, especially if it was a rushed situation. So when the car I was driving had a serious mechanical failure my husband decided it was time to purchase a nice, dependable car for me to drive. I went on-line and shopped around and picked a handful of vehicles to look out at 2 different dealerships. I talked with Jason Davis at the Winchester Russell Barnett Ford dealership. We had never met but he made me feel like a long lost friend that he help in every way possible. I first picked a couple of explorers to test drive but after looking further changed my mind to a couple different cars. Jason didn't miss a beat. He had them ready for us to drive. He was very friendly, patient with all of our questions and went above and beyond in every way possible. I really liked one car in particular but had found one like it only newer and less miles at a competitor dealership. Jason went out twice and brought back a deal we just couldn't pass up. The car had a few little things that needed to be fixed which Jason added to the deal. I ended up having to take it back twice to get them all done and everyone was very helpful and very friendly. Again, Jason went above and beyond, having an extra repair done that we hadn't even mentioned at no charge to me. Jason has been wonderful to follow up with me and make sure everything was working well with the car. We are telling everyone we know about this dealership and the wonderful customer service and urging them to go there first when they need a vehicle. Thank you, especially Jason Davis, for making this a wonderful experience!! We will definitely keep our business at the Winchester Russell Barnett Ford dealership!!

I bought a new F-150 from David. There was a paint flaw that they didn't have TIME to repair. Since I live 3 hours away, he said I could take it to any Ford dealer for adjustment. When I took It to a dealer in Knoxville, David and his manager were conveniently unavailable for authorization. So now I will have to drive 3 hours to have a face-to-face meeting with the powers that be. This could have been taken care of in advance, but I guess the bottom line comes first.

After a bad experience or 3 with the Chevy dealership I decided to try ford, I fell in love with a new mustang traded my truck in seconds and haven't looked back, David was the best dealer I've dealt with very knowledgeable and understanding, Anthony helped out a lot and Rita (i think) in finance was a breeze and wonderful to talk too, my money will come here from now on and if I ever but another vehicle I plan on it being through David Thayer!

David Thayer is a wonderful salesperson. We drove over three hours to look at a used vehicle, and when we arrived, the dealership ha been closed for five minutes. We decided to try to find the vehicle on the lot, and as we went around the building there was David and another associate having a conversation before leaving for the evening, David asked if he could help us and (on his own time) asked if he could help us. The vehicle in question had just been sold, but he told us that with all of the rebates offered by Ford, we could almost purchase a new truck for what we intended to spend on a used one. He answered all our questions, let us take a test drive and figured our financing. This was three hours after closing. We bought it! We love it! Good job Dave!
