I am extremely skeptical of dealerships as much as the next guy. There was hesitation to take my 2018 honda pilot in for service when I noticed a check engine light on. These guys were extremely prompt and courteous. They diagnosed my problem nearly immediately and informed me it was covered under my warranty. The service center was top notch in the handling of my situation. They have earned my respect and trust. I will definitely take my car back for any future repairs. Best part was that they did not try to up sale or try to make me buy something unnecessary. Straight to the point! Very well done!

Love the sales side....well, at least the guy I usually use. I don't know about the rest of them. The service department though is not great and is getting worse. Guys are short and unhelpful on the phone. Edited 4/5/21 to say that the service side has stepped it up since my last review. Always take my car there for service and they have been very helpful and friendly. Changed from 3 star to 5 star.

I’ve been car shopping for the last few weeks. After having a bad experience at the Honda dealership in Little Rock, I felt discouraged with the whole car buying process. I was told they had a car coming for me from a sister store. After a few days with no update, I checked in and was told it was still on the way. A week and a half later I found out that they didn’t even have a vehicle for me and couldn’t seem to locate one. I decided to look at other dealerships online and found exactly what the other dealership had been searching for at Russell. I did an inquiry online and within an hour I had a call from Mary. Immediately, she was a ray of sunshine on the phone. She said she saw that I was interested in a new Honda and asked me exactly what I was looking for. I told her I had found a specific car on their site and wanted to know if it was still available. She said it was and we set up a time for me to come look at it the next day. The moment I arrived, she made me feel 100% comfortable. She was waiting on me and had my dream car pulled up and ready to go for a test drive. She even took the time to explain all the safety features on the vehicle as well as letting me know about the customized settings you can select to personalize your car to you. She answered every question I had with ease. Car buying is exciting but can also be nerve wracking. Especially, when making such a big purchase. While I knew exactly what I wanted, Mary was a huge part of why I purchased my new vehicle at Russell. Her, along with the other employees I interacted with made it such a smooth and enjoyable experience. Being in sales myself, I know how important customer service is and the Russell team was top notch. If you are looking for a new Honda, I can’t recommend them enough. I’m so blessed to have met Mary and look forward to referring anyone I can to her in the future!

I love my ride but very disappointed with this dealerships maintenance department. Recently went in due to recalls and they left part of my console off so I had to put it back on myself. Also this is the first time I've ever got car back without being vacuumed and cleaned up. And to top it all off they tried to charge me for the work. I told them no and had to wait while they corrected the charges. Overall very disappointed and probably won't be recommending this dealership to anyone else.

Neal listened to what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay and made it happen... no over promising, no BS, no pressure and very thorough. Brent in finance did just the same. The service I was given at Russell Honda was well worth the 2 hr trip. I didn't purchase a car here, but would consider it after the professional care I received. After making me a new key and programming it to my car, Carlos ran my VIN in their computer and saw there was a recall and they replaced the part that day. That, and the professional and efficient service I received was so impressive. If you think this service dept isn't great, bring your car to my town - you'll be lucky to get it fixed in a week no matter what the issue is - and without the smile. I have bragged about these people to everyone at work, and my family and friends.

Whether it is routine maintenance or other reasons for needing service on my Hondas, I have always gotten great service at Russell Honda. Russell Honda's Service Dept sets a very high bar and should be a model for other service departments.

I had a warranty issue with the sunroof not opening properly. I brought the car in and was very pleased with service dept. They took me to work and picked me up and the car was just like new. Very happy!

Russell Honda has always gets me in quickly and they just don't do a quick oil change. They always look the entire vehicle over letting me know if there is anything I should be concerned about. If they do find something they leave it to me to make the decision as to what I would like to do. There has never been any pressure to get it done through them. They just let me know about what they have found and what they recommend.

I find myself looking forward to my service visits because I know I will always be taken care of at Russell Honda. I am never there for more than an hour, and the service team is always very kind. They take the time to explain the service to me and let me know of anything that I should be aware of. Even though I'm not in need of new break pads, they explained when I should expect to purchase them. Allowing me to plan ahead for the further maintanence of my Civic. There was some confusion of what all was included with my Honda Care membership and their customer service representatives were extremely patient and helpful. Working in customer service myself, I appreciate the people who take the time to help their customers feel more at ease.

I did not purchase my last Honda from Russell but I continue to get it serviced with Russell Honda. I live in West Little Rock and it is worth the drive. I know that I will receive the best, most honest service. I had my tires rotated and oil changed in West Little Rock and was told that I needed new rear brakes and rotors. I thanked them and took my car to Russell Honda and had them check it out for me. They confirmed my suspicion, there was nothing wrong with my brakes, 40% life still left and rotors were fine as well. Any service, other than oil change or tire rotation, I drive to Russell Honda and know I am getting the best service and dealing with honest people. For a single female, this is very important. Thank you, Russell Honda for having taken such good care of my Honda's the past 15+ years.

This is the best service department I have ever experienced. Great staff from service writers like Adam to the techs who do all the work. Convenient Saturday hours. My car has always been done before the estimated time. Always a pleasure to take my CRV to Russell for service.

I scheduled a service on pilot supposed to be 3 hr service 5 hrs later I'm told they are finishing up. I go into the shop and worker are watching football while we are setting waiting for this service. Will have my service done else where.

This is the place to buy a Honda & have it serviced. You are greeted by every employeed at the business. Noone rushes out to try & sell you a vehicle. They have a straight foward business approach, no runaround, no hassle pricing. Most sales reps have been there a long time so you see the same faces each time. Service is top notch, nice waiting area, free wifi as well. I recommend them as another dealer i went to wants to hassle about the price. I don't have time for that.

My wife and I have bought over 15 Hondas from Russell Honda starting back in the early 80's when we were teenagers. Many from Jo Ann Kita who we dearly love! With much regret we are submitting this today. We have NEVER had any problems with any of the Honda's we have owned until we bought our first Odyssey van. We have owned three Honda Odyssey's since 2006. They all had re-occuring problems, from brakes to transmission, to doors. The 2nd one we owned Russell swapped us out for another one because it was so bad. The last one was a 2010 model that the A/C quit working in the heat of the summer. We took it back twice for that and they kept it for two weeks! We tried to swap it for a Pilot but they would not do it. We recently traded our van for a Toyota Highlander and are DONE with Hondas and Russell Honda. If our business and customer loyalty over all these years is not worth keeping, then it is time to move on. Looks like we will never be a Honda owning family again.
