There is not much to say but for it was the very best experience I have ever had buying a car. No high pressure, great knowledge of both their vehicles and also their competitors. I recommend speaking to Reece, he is very professional and easy to talk to. I did my deal over the internet due to my local area (Duluth, MN) not being able to match Ryan's pricing. Dealers in both Duluth, MN and Superior, WI were thousands of dollars higher, and extremely pushy. They even line their cars for sale up in such a way, that you MUST pass by the sales group when exiting the lot, as they stare you down while leaving. One dealer uses golf carts to cut you off, so you must speak to them. This is not the case at Ryan, I looked at their lot just to check if this was the case. Regards, Craig

Buying our most recent vehicle from Ryan was a breeze. I contacted him beforehand and let him know which vehicles I was interested in. When we got there, Ryan had the vehicles warmed up and pulled inside the building (it was -5F outside that day). The entire experience was smooth and pressure free, I'll definitely be going back to Ryan in the future.

Ryan Keeney did a great job finding the right suv for my budget when I didn't think it was possible. No pressure and stress free it was a very good experience. What took the longest was me deciding what one I wanted I was surprised on the options I had in my budget. Finance was quick and easy it nice walking out of a dealership with a smile. Jake Jacobson was extremely accommodating. Finding the exact vehicle we had been searching for at a fair price was difficult and we were able to find it at Ryan Auto Mall. Being from out of state meant dealing over the phone and through email and text which was a bit nerve racking, however Jake made us feel comfortable with the purchase and answered all of our questions without being intrusive or pushy. Jake went as far as to meet us in a location that saved us a couple hundred miles on our trip. We would recommend working with Jake on your next car purchase

As a first time car buyer I was a little nervous about the whole process. From the moment I arrived at Ryan Auto Mall I was taken care of and all of my questions were answered. Jake Jacobson was the sales consultant who worked with me through the buying process and he did a great job making sure that I was comfortable and well-informed about all of my options. Once I qualified for a loan I worked with the Finance Manager, Jeff, to finalize all of the details. He was very helpful throughout this process and catered the process to my experience. Having never bought a car before he did a great job explaining how the payment process will work and I feel very with the options I chose. In the end I walked away with a 2014 Chevy Cruz and I couldn't be more happy with my purchase.

I flew in to drive this car back to Indiana and Doug picked me up at the airport too. Fair price, clean, one-owner car that was as described. I recently purchased a Chevy Cruze form John Fuller. While leaving work, someone was texting and driving and hit my car. I live in Eagan, which is a long drive to Buffalo. Everytime I come in John makes the process run smoothly. John made the process seamless and easy. I went in to have my car checked and it only took 5 minutes to get an estimate. We had the repair scheduled that day. When I dropped off my car John had a rental ready to go on arrival. The body shop guys Brad and Mike also did a great job. They were able to work directly with the gentlemen that was paying for the repairs and got payment. They made this stressful situation very painless and easy.

My husband & I were looking for a low mileage used car. Steve Edmonson of Ryan Auto Mall greeted us at the door. Showed us several vehicles. Only took less than an hour to take care of a recall, oil change, inspection and tire rotation. Although I am not impressed with how they handled my vehicle once it got out of the car wash. The mechanic sped fast and whipped it around the corner roughly. It's a new car. Not a toy for you to play with. Respect the customers property.

I bought my 2015 Malibu on Feb. 17th, unfortunately it stopped running the next day and had to be towed in. Brad in service stayed in touch with me thruout the two days and arranged for my car to be delivered back to my home when it was fixed. However, it had to be towed in again on Monday the 23rd. Brad was off on Monday, but Mark jumped into the situation and assisted wonderfully. I have a loaner car that was delivered, which was very helpful! I have been kept in the loop by service and Steve, my sales guy. All the staff; service, Steve, the gentlemen who is working on my car and even Dylan the driver have all been great. I am not happy that my brand new car has spent more time with the team at Ryan Chevrolet, but what are you going to do? Went to Ryan Chev in Buffalo Mn on my Dads recommendation. Worked with Jake Jacobson as my salesman. Jake was great in always answering all my questions on buying a new car. Always returned my emails with the answers I needed. When I picked up my car Jake took the time to explain my cars features. Went over Onstar, the Sirius Xm radio and even helped me sync my phone to car for hands free phone calls. I'm not tech savy so this was great. Had questions after sale about my loan and Jake once again explained exactly what I needed. Overall just a great experience with Jake and Ryan Chev in Buffalo Mn. I will surely recommend them to anyone I know.

We had called a day earlier to make an appointment to come back to look at a Buick Enclave that my husband had seen the day earlier. We were told store hours were until 6pm. We arrived about 4pm and Jake already had the Enclave running. After a test drive, we commenced a conversation about our trade-in (another buick) and all the bells and whistles of the new Buick. Jake was very knowledgeable about this vehicle, all the new electronics, and much more. Jake closed the deal and went thru the operation of the vehicle and we were out the door by 7pm. Doug Rambow was the salesman who recently helped me purchase a car from Ryan Auto Mall. Doug was nice and helpful. I picked up my car on a Saturday and Doug was quick to 'get the ball rolling and get stuff done. Sales people at large dealerships have a lot of people to please and I would imagine its akin to walking a tight rope. Doug seemed to do this with ease. But I sensed the an air of unwillingness to help people from the dealership. Nothing outright unhelpful, but the underlying sense. I was surprised to be slapped with a document fee of $75 (which I didn't know about). I've purchased several vehicles in my life and have never paid more than the amount agreed upon between me and the sales person. If there was a document fee - it was built into the price of the rig. And then there was the issue of my check. I am from out of town and had arranged financing through my bank, but they would not put the funds into my account until I had settled on a vehicle and a price. Since it was a Saturday, my bank was closed. I requested they hold my check for a few days to allow funds to be deposited and avoid bouncing checks. This was somewhat of a problem as only the owner has the authority to put a hold on checks. In the end they did work with me and agree to hold the check for a few days. My review summary is this: Doug, 4.5 stars. Ryan Auto Mall - Meh. If you are going here to buy a car, Doug is a good choice. I, personally, probably won't ever go back (even though I am from out of state I quite often buy my cars in central MN).

On Friday Oct 17th we were on our way to Minneapolis to find a new vehicle. We had found a few candidates online and Called ahead. We were lucky enough to have John "Jake" Jacobson take our call. We arrived at Ryan about 30 minutes before close and Jake had the vehicles ready for us. He gave us plenty of time, answered our questions and did not rush us even though it was closing time. We called Jake in the morning choosing a vehicle. Jake and the entire Ryan Team that were involved in our purchase were outstanding. We did all the paperwork over the phone (We were in Minneapolis). Because the dealership is closed on Sundays Jake went Above and Beyond by agreeing to take our new vehicle to his home Saturday evening. This allowed us to swing by his home on our way back to Bemidji Sunday afternoon. We were able to sign the paperwork without having to take waterpark time away from our kids on Saturday. The Ryan Team also did a great job of prepping the vehicle for us. Thanks Again for everything!

They misrepresent their inventory and communication was very poor. They were not willing to make it right. I would not recommend buying a car at Ryan Auto Mall.

Recently I been approached by my best friend's parents about buying a "newer" car. They asked me about where I purchased my car because I was so happy with it. I recently brought my 2011 traverse in for service. Knowing that our family was already outgrowing our current vehicle I took a chance at looking into what our options might be for a trade up. The service person directed me to Scott Goodmanson and everything went great from there. Scott suggested a 2013 GMC Yukon that was on the lot. After test driving it for myself, Scott offered to let me take the vehicle home to my husband and try it out for the night. Having the extra time and the chance to drive the vehicle without pressure was so helpful! We were able to look it over, test the actual gas milage ourselves, make sure it fit in the garage, and think it over some more. Went back and bought it the next day. No pressure- the only way to buy a car... Thank you Scott!

Bought a NEW Ram 1500 and after about a month of having it I did some detail work and noticed a lot of paint defects all over the truck. Long story short Ryan Auto said they would repaint my NEW truck but both the service and body shop managers said it wouldn't match to the factory paint and it could get "cat eyes" in the paint. I told them all I want is a NEW truck I didn't pay for a repainted or paint defected truck. So far they are not helping me out with Chrysler on getting a different truck without paint defects. DO NOT BUY FROM RYAN AUTO. Like most dealerships they take your hard working money and won't lift a finger to help you out with any problems. If they change and help me out I will change my review.

Salesman Steve My husband and I recently visited Ryan Chevrolet for their Memorial Day Sale Event. We do not rush into purchases. Steve spent several hours with us on Saturday and we left without a vehicle. We checked out several other lots. We were told "buy today, it won't be here tomorrow", well sure theirs are less but are they certified?, "Ryan huh? we can't beat that price" "are you buying today, if not I don't have time to let you test drive it". On Tuesday we came back to Ryan because Steve did not pressure us at all. He allowed us to check out the cars, he made some suggestions and now we are the owners of a 2014 Impala. I contacted Steve late on a Monday night via email. Asked if a specific vehicle was available. He said it was and proceeded to ask several questions to learn more about my intentions. He offered a test drive the next morning and sent me the CarFax. The car was washed and ready in their inspection bay and he pointed out a few key features of the SUV. He was knowledgable and straight forward. Have me the info so I could make the decision. After an inspection and identifying a few items that needed attention, we agreed to terms. Fair and easy process. Two days later the items that needed attention were taken care of and we finalized the purchase. Steve delivered in every way to make this big purchase a wonderful experience.

Kirk Crowell from the Chrylser dealership assisted us in the purchase of that Yukon. Although, purchasing a vehicle is one of our least favorite things to do, Kirk made the experience very pleasant. We were in need of another truck. Our last one was a Silverado and after looking at the other makes we came back to the silverado. It meet all of our needs. We had searched out several other chevy dealers but Buffalo's Ryan Chevy dealer had what we needed with the price that met our budget. They didn't hound us like the other dealers. Jihan Dizayee was our salesperson. On the way out to look at trucks her cell phone rang and she didn't answer it. She made us feel as if we were the only customer there. This really impressed us because while at other dealerships the sales people either were dealing with 2 other customers while with us or the sales person seemed they'd rather be somewhere else and said so to us(unbelievable). The whole experience and price at Ryan Chevrolet was better than expected.

Have been in for service twice since I bought my 2012 Impala. Was treated very well both times. Given a brand new loaner car both times. Both time the repairs were longer than expected due to what they found. Kept me informed. Had no problem keeping the loaner even though I lived in Chaska and had to use it for work. My car came back washed and ready to go. I think the tech that worked on my car found some loose change in my car. It was laying on the seat when I got the car back. Made me feel I can trust them.

I've been to a lot of places over the years to get my car fixed, but these guys are among the very best. The guys in the "Quick Lube" have me in and out, and on with my life in no time. There are magazines for me to read in the customer lounge, which is comfortable. Not the usual car magazines, but a variety of other things which interest me. My kids have something to occupy them too. There's a thoughtful coloring area and lego table and a Wi-Fi connection, so I can log-on to my office and get some work done before I get home. The staff are always friendly and explain what they did and I get the car washed too! Thank you. As a busy mother of two I don't have time to sit around all day waiting for the car to get serviced, but I do have 30 minutes or less and that's about the time it takes to get me on my way here. I will be back and keep recommending you.

This place is not to be trusted - they do not give vehicle history and we have purchased a vehicle from them that is a lemon. They refuse to stand behind their product and their salespeople are the stereotypical used car salesman. I would not recommend going here for service or any purchase.

Their used car inventory is based on purchasing rental returns, which they don't tell potential buyers. They state they fully inspect the vehicles, but miss obvious issues, such as air conditioning not working, and then refuse to stand behind their product. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!!!

We live in Ellsworth, WI, and decided to drive out of our area based on an Internet search for a car that would meet our needs, in our price range. When I made contact via email to Ryan Chevrolet, Jake was the first to contact me back very promptly. He answered our questions fairly and honestly and I would definitely request Jake again the next time we are in the market for a vehicle. The only improvement that I feel could be made would be improvement on the time we waited between the deal and signing the paperwork - we felt it was lengthy compared to other dealers we have worked with in the past. Overall, this was a great transaction and we would definitely recommend and do business with Jake and Ryan Chevrolet again!

My Wife and I were recently in an accident and totalled our car, so we needed a new one. We had Jeff at Ryan's reccomended to us for Impalas so I picked out a car online that I really liked and the price couldn't be beat anywhere around here. Then I Called Jeff and he was very helpful and they let me hold the car for almost 2 weeks before I could get up there to see it. We ended up buying that same care and have been extremely happy with it. I will definitely look at Ryan first the next time I am shopping for a car.

Main reason for service appointment was to fix front end heat/blower unit that was working only intermitently. Recommendation was to replace blower motor for cost of $359. Rep explained this was the problem "for sure" since the technician checked wiring and other thermostat issues. Driving the vehicle home 3 hours later, the heat/blower did turn on when car heated up, but the blower wouldn't get past a very low fan motor speed. Irritating that I have to make another appointment to bring vehicle back in, wait for repair, etc.... And it makes me question the overall diagnosis/recommended repair and costs now.

I have been to other GM dealers in the area, but Ryan Chev is by far the best for service. Be sure to talk to Jeff, the service advisor, he will never steer you wrong and is always fair on the price of any service. 2011 had to come to end and I was on the hunt for a newer Cadillac SRX. I found several options at Ryan Auto Mall in Buffalo. Wow..I'm glad I made the drive, it was totally worth it! I arrived late in the day on Saturday and everyone from my inital call to the financing were professional and extremely helpful. My 7 year old daughter said it was "fun" buying a car and was pretty excited about having legos to play with in your childrens play room. I owe a big thanks to Steve and Jake for their time and commitment to my purchase. I will definately come back to Ryan Auto Mall for a future purchase!

We had our 2004 Yukon in to get the 4 drive fixed which was done but then when we went to pick it up we were told about the brakes needed to be replaced which no big deal, and then we told the tranny cooler line was leaking and we didn't even get a call to inform us which we would have had you guys fix while it was in the air. This choice not to give a call really PISSED me off.

I recently went to ryan chev to have my have my vehicle serviced and recieved excellent customer service. I was assisted by Brad Harloff, a manager I do believe. He assisyed me as best he could and made my experience wonderfull. Which is hard to say seeing as having a vehicle serviced can be troublesome and exspensive. When I cone back I will make it a point to request Brad when I return.

I had my car in for a coolant flush back in early September. After a few weeks a noticed a small coolant leak coming from the overflow resevoir. I brought it back to Ryan and they were able to diagnose the problem and fix - it did cost me a new radiator cap. However, Ryan stands behind its service and if there are any follow up repairs, Ryan always takes care of them. They stand behind their work, thats unusual in this day & age. Very pleased.

I had an oil change, coolant flush and transmission flush today. Eric, the auto tech that helped me was very friendly curtious and helpful. Even a lady that I was chatting with said she really liked everyone here. I have always had good service here. I even purchased the car here.
