I had purchased a Cadillac from there 5 yrs back ran perfect, this past year I purchased a 09 Cadillac feom them ran great but someone tboned me got totaled, just in March bought a 2015 sonata and Jesus been 6 months live the care and the payment so freaking easy to get a car with them!!!

I came to this dealership looking for a safe, reliable vehicle and good customer service. I was able to find a 2010 Volvo S80 with a Yamaha V8 that puts out 311Horses ( it's also all wheel drive), Once I settled on the vehicle, I was disappointed to find certain imperfections ( not a big deal that's what negotiation is for) after awhile I was able to come to a good price point. Once I followed up with the dealership for the vehicle, I was informed the "price" didn't include title and tags. And the price for that service was $200+ bucks. The reality is you're not required to pay that fee ( you can title your vehicle like everyone else). This lead to me being gaslighted and told " Maybe the price you're talking about is for another car" the reality is there's total miscommunication within the Sales staff (be aware) Outside of that, I was treated with respect, and wasn't required to have someone on a test drive. I am very mindful of COVID-19 and potential spread, so that's something to keep in mind.

Horrible experience. The Owner Mateo lied on sever occasions. Sold me a Toyota Corolla and promised it was a perfect car that they used it as a shop car for months before selling it. Took it home and the next day when starting up all I heard was grinding from metal to metal. Took back the next day after it did it again but way. worst. He ended up confessing that he knew about the noise but it was normal. Trust me it was not normal. It was the Said he’d exchange it for a more expensive one even though I told him my budget was limited. He said he’d refund my money but would keep $500 of the $6,000 cash I paid for the Corolla. Seemed very sleezy to me. People were very nice but at the end of the day I got taken for $500 and lied to numerous times. Not a experience I wanna repeat when looking for a car.

After a hassle and lies with many dealers I was about to give up on looking for a vehicle until I went into Broadway Motors and the experience I had with them as I stepped foot into their lot they were very friendly and we're very quick to approach us on any questions that we may have not to mention they were very social especially with my 5 year old daughter who was already in a grumpy mood Maria was the one who helped us out and got us into a vehicle that we are very happy with and the payments were exactly what I was looking for I'm very pleased to have gotten a car from then I definitely would recommend this place

I recently purchased a 2007 Dodge Caliber from here. They got me my car in no time. They worked with me on a down payment. I had a hard time getting approved for credit in other places even for used cars, other places would charge an extreme down payment and out of this world finance charge ( you know how that goes). But not these guys at SA Broadway Motors their reasonable with the finance charge and they DO NOT check credit ! Very pleased
