Went shopping for a pre-owned Altima and went to Salem Nissan. They had a nice selection and found the perfect Altima. The Sales staff were very friendly and knew the car inside out. we quickly agreed on a more than fair price and 2 hrs laterhad the car ready. They answered every question I had. The Salesperson Sean was fantastic. I did not have to go anywhere else. Bravo Salem Nissan.

I have purchased two vehicles from Salem Nissan and they always go above and beyond to find you the right car. The buying experience is so easy, they always have the best price. Their service is amazing as well they always recommend what you need done and let you know what can wait until next time. I just had my first oil change done today at their brand new dealership on route 28 and what a difference that is. So if you're shopping for a new car or needing an oil change definitely check out this dealer!

I have bought many cars from Salem Nissan and they have allways gave me the best deals. The service was excellent and they are very professional in every way. I just can't understand why so many unhappy folks. I really like Salem Nissan and it is very close to my home. Try them and You will see it's a good dealer.

I was interested in checking out one of their certified pre-owned Maximas. The dealership itself is like stepping back into the early 90s - nothing resembles a proper Nissan dealership by any means. My favorite part was the baby blue counters, very nice touch! I was introduced to a sales rep who knew less than I did about their fleet of cars - clearly their youth of a sales team had no training about the Nissan Brand. I know Nissan and Infiniti quite well! I could sell the car to myself!! Both times I was in, they introduce you to the owners of the business who purchased the dealership from Rockingham Nissan. They act as the "sales managers" but are unprofessional and see you as just a way of making money and falling for their trickery. Go to a real Nissan dealership where there are trained professionals that will help you to make the best choice and will guide you to the correct vehicle!

I bought a black Nissan Versa SV from them. When I got it home, there was a large scratch on the passenger side of the car. I didn't see it because they kept putting it in the shade. I didn't see it until I got the car home. I went back the next day and was told that they would buff it out and paint it. Well, needless to say, they only painted it with touch up paint. You could tell they patched it up. I feel they should have paid to have it fixed at a body shop and was told that "after all it is a used car." Do you know anyone that would by a used car with a long scratch on it? I wouldn't have bought it. Not only that, they only had one key and told me I would have to buy another one. So far the car has run well, and I am just waiting to see how they try to get out of making repairs because of the warranty. They told me the whole car was covered, and I wouldn't have to pay for labor. I'll let you know.

Well,we went to look at a truck,found one we liked,we had a trade,made a vebal deal,even shaked the managers hand,but had with some conditions,said we would be back the next day to take it to our mechanic to check it out,and they had no problem with that.Called the next morning to make arraingements and to get a carfax,very reluctant to give me carfax,but i got it.Called later that day with questions and on my way to get the vehicle,the salesman says bad news,we sold it,with no call to me at all or an appology.
