I just recently joined "The Jeep Nation". I took my Gladiator for routine maintenance and the staff were great. They had me in and out of there in jiffy. I came back because I had an issue with one of the features that wasn't working. I have to admit that it took longer than I expected. HOWEVER, the service department was really good about keeping me informed of the status, and they made sure the issue was completely resolved. For that, I give them a pass. With that said, my experience, so far, has been a great one.

We drove an hour to visit Larry Jones in sales and we were not disappointed. He was very knowledgeable, polite and down right professional. Next we met Dominique Tovar in finance which took the experience to the next level. She was very humble and down to earth. I don’t look forward to the finance stage but I would work with her any day. It was great to see true professionals at work who care and go the extra mile. Customer care still exists and they made our day. Keep up the good work and thank you for making our experience memorable.

The service team is great. I spoke with Gilbert the service manager and he bent over backwards to make sure we were taken care of. The service advisor, Rolando, was the best! He communicated with us every step of the way. They fixed my son’s a/c and did all the recall updates. Very thorough. Customer service is awesome! Would highly recommend!

Found a '21 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Unlimited on their website that with a couple of exceptions, had the options I was looking for. Contacted the dealership through the website and received a text and 3 emails, but no return calls. I had to reach out to actually talk with someone.....I believe his name was Rex (hope this is correct). I asked if there were any dealer markups, and he said yes, called some "customer care package" or something to that effect. I explained that I don't pay those fees, frankly think any dealership that charges markups are disingenuous. He stated that he would check with his manager to wave that fee. I asked that he send me a out the door price breakdown and never received anything. I understand that dealer inventories are at all time lows and that it's exceptionally difficult for the dealerships and not where they would like, however, I'm not kicking tires....I'm a serious customer and don't care to be dismissed because a raised an objection to some nefarious fee. I need a manager to reach out to me to discuss. Simply not acceptable.

Believe me when I say, "From the moment of entering - until the time we left - we both felt that every person we talked to here was kind, courteous, and actually seemed to care about our experience in buying from them." You would think ALL dealerships would treat you this way- NOT SO. We were a couple who did not want to go through a loan - just a simple cash in hand deal. We went through 2 other dealerships (much closer in location to us) with uneasy feelings, but a strong dislike for the treatment from the Holt Chrysler/ Jeep/ Dodge in Arlington, TX (way too long of story). I will say that our 3rd try was definitely the charm!! We sincerely appreciate the great service we were given here. I made sure to hug our salesman Hudson Dickens, He was great to work with. We put our 2007 van in service it was going to cost to much to fix, Joe Angel saw us in service department, he said lets get you out of it and into a new one, I didn't think we could Joe said its easy. Joe and the staff and the dealership helped us out, we are very happy with our 2011 caravan

retired and live on a set income, we found a ford escape, kaler took his time to show us the car ride us around in it he took care of all the paper work he took care of us, you don't find people that care now a days. san marcos dodge has people that care

I drop off my truck for an oil change, me and my wife were getting ready to leave, my wife wanted to take a quick look at some cars. We were greated by Joe Angel, he showed us a few different vehicles. Joe told us about the specials that they have. He showed us a 2010 dodge journey 3rd row seat that's the one,it has enough room for all of us. Everyone at the dealership was jus great.
