I was looking for a Ford Transit van in black and literally searched the entire U.S. looking for the van. This was the only one in the entire U.S. and I called and spoke to Kassia the General Sales Manager. She worked with me to get the process moving and actually held the car for me based on my telling her I was bringing a cashiers check. We drove up from Atlanta and were at the dealership on Monday morning at 8:20. They don't open until 8:30 but knew I had a long drive back and let us in early. All of the paperwork was ready to execute, the van was upfront with a full tank of gas, and they got me on the road as quickly as possible. I highly recommend Sands Ford of Red Hill as everything went extremely smooth and everyone I dealt with was fantastic.

We recently purchased a new F-350 Super Duty diesel from Sands Ford of Red Hill for our company. We had an awesome experience with Adam and Derek in Sales. They were very straight forward and so efficient and respectful of our time. We shopped other dealers, and we sat around and waited to look at trucks that they had already sold, but were still on there website... The guys at Sands were very laid back and worked with us to make a deal happen, which was so very much appreciated when making a big purchase! We will be back soon!

Was given considerably lower than KBB value on a trade in. Was told numerous times the vehicle I was buying was sold "as is." A simple component of the A/C fan did not work, took about $20 and ten minutes of my own time to fix.

My son bought a vehicle which was less than one year old. After the agreement was made and when picking up the vehicle, we were informed there was only one key. After an unpleasant exchange, the manager only agreed to take some money off which covered only about 1/2 the cost of a second key. When asked why they did not tell us there was only one key beforehand, they actually said, "You didn't ask." They then made a mistake with the title for the trade-in. I had to do the legwork and put out the money for a duplicate title for which they said we would be reimbursed. Allowed one month, made a follow up phone call. Said it would be taken care of. Over two months and still waiting.

I went to Sands in Red Hill to see if they could assist me with a car purchase after my vehicle suddenly died and learned costs to repair we're not worth the expense. It was nice to have a sales consultant, like Ian, converse with you like a person, instead of at you like a salesman. Also, many thanks to Brad, finance manager, for getting me an even lower APR rate, then the first good rate he found for me. I bought a used vehicle, but the quality of the car sold was that of a new car. Need a car, go here where they actually care you are a person.

I went to my local Ford dealership for the first time ever. There was an ad on tv for a rental program, as it turned out the program wasn't for me. Very pleasant to deal with. Good people. I traded in my older jeep for a newer one and my salesman, Perry Sweatt, was a pleasure to deal with, making sure everything was right. I did not even realize there was no owners manual in the glove box until the next day. I called him and he said he would find one for me right away, which he did the following day so I could drop by and pick it up from him. Not many salesman would do that but he took the time to find one for me.

I called in for a specific F350 Diesel 8' Bed Black Truck with certain amenities... A week or two later . They got it in and 2 Weeks later I was driving away with it. In December we purchased a new F150. Gave several dealership a comparison bid. Red Hill came back the best. This is our 4 th vehicle purchased here. No games, just cut to the chase and give me the bottom line. No forcing for extras, however we did purchase the Zurich protection and got a bed liner. When we picked up the truck, the rear camera did not work. No one could figure it out, not even the mechanic. Left with camera not working and was told to make appointment. Bottom line when my husband got home, he accessed the situation with our 13 year old grandson and discovered the wire was disconnected to the tail gate. This was done when the spray liner was applied. It was annoying to me that the mechanic couldn't even find it. Otherwise great vehicle!

I recently purchased two full size transits and could not be happier with the service. Sales staff was knowledgeable and polite without being pushy. Tom Burrell (salesman) took his time to explain all the avaibale options so that I could build the trucks to my companies requirements. I went to purchase a used car from their dealership, and turned down the deal they were trying to give me for my other car and would not come down on the price of the car. The next day I receive a call from Perry to tell me he would make a better deal with me and I tell him we will come in their next open day to make the deal. I then call him again and he tells me that someone is test driving the car, even though we just told him we were going to make a deal, and the car sold. Terrible service. Will not go their again.

They list a yellow gt350 mustang for MRSP of $73,495 and offer a $5,030 discount. In reality the MSRP of the mustang is $58,465 and they are gouging the customer for $10,000. I guess they have little respect for the basic intelligence of consumers. unethical and dishonest. I'll take my business elsewhere. Cars .com should better police these adds. I make this website less useful.

Upon arriving at the dealership i thought I had all the numbers figures out. They then tell me that the price on the internet isn't the actual price. And That they only do that to get the customer in the sales office . (I'd say that's a bit Shady). They then show me, in what I call fine print, that it only applies to a small percentage of people. So after I drove 40 miles for what I thought was a good deal . I then had to drive home in disappointment because the dealer likes to play games. Also on cars .com they said the vehicle I was going to purchase has a Special Deal ..$2000 off the purchase price or 0 Apr for 60 months.. Needless to say that was not true as well, and they had the nerve to say "well that's cars.coms fault".. Definitely do not recommend this dealer to anyone.. Still not sure how they stayed in business doing shenanigans like this ... Matthew coyle

Purchased a used 2013 F150 and a month later found under the bed liner major damage to the front of the bed and tailgate. It apparently happened from an accident when something heavy was dropped on the tail gate and load in bed slid forward and hit the front of bed. It will make it difficult to mount a cap on the truck, and keep water out of the inside of the tailgate. Not covered under the manufacturer. Mechanical / drive train works well.

Before we arrived I ran a car fax and knew that even though the car was a 2015 and a dodge at a ford dealer. it was a used car that had been purchase at auction. I also knew the trade value of my vehicle. The first thing I notice the car was not detailed it had salt on it from the winter we went to see the car in may, also there were a few road chips in the paint, the interior was clean. It road tested good. So we decided to negotiate, my car low book was 18000, high was 24000. The sales manager offered us 15500. I said no, he would not even negotiate. .I am glad he would not.. He did us a favor. We brought the fact that the car we were looking to buy was also used, and a auction car. his response was but its a 2015. we were willing to pay asking price of car being sold, again I say he did us a favor. . Once a car is sold its no longer new, and especially a auction car. We were also taking a risk that the car had not been properly cared for, and appearance alone made me wonder. The Gentleman though nice was firm he would not negotiate. so we left disappointed. I could not take that kind of loss on my car, On the way home we stopped at Shively motors, they gave me very close to high book on my car and put us in a brand new 2015, Exactly like the one we looked at Sands, This salesman jay was so efficient, he went on his computer found our car, even helped us build a backup one just in case the one we wanted was not available. Within in the week we were in our car, they even complemented our trade and had our trade resold within the week. Sands got a three from me because they were nice but very non negotiable. if you want a dealer willing to work with you this may not be the place to go But not everyone may have the same experience.

We were searching for a car for our daughter. We knew exactly what she wanted. We only found 2 which were out of state and in PA. We are from NJ so this was a little hike to get there. We first went to another dealer prior to going to Sands Ford of Red Hill. Both of the cars were identical. Needless to say the first car dealer we went to played games the normal BS negotiating and not being straight up from the go! My dad worked at Ford and retired from ford and we had the plan for retired employees. We told them right up front and they continued to play games so we left. Of course they called us to try to get us to come back. Well that didn't happen we left and went to Sands. Well what a different feel just walking into the door at this dealer. We were greeted by the salesman Mark Rychlak who was honest and sincere from the start. We did purchase the car through Mark! Thank you Mark for going above and beyond to help us get this car for our daughter and making the process a simple process as it should be! I want to get rid of my Chevy Cobalt...hate it!!!!So we went to a Nissan and Honda dealerships. Wrong plan....lets just say I would never recommend either dealers. Bob Gillespie provided efficient service and got the "deal done" without hassle and haggle. The financing department sourced a great rate, the car was detailed and had a full tank upon delivery. Bob even followed me home so I could put the new car in the garage and get to work on time. Show room is no frills, down to business, but they offered me a refreshment and were warm and welcoming, which appealed to me more than glitz and glamor. I got a nice, used car at a fair price from people who were down to earth.

After months of internet research and visiting local dealerships for reliable and clean used vehicles, I decided to visit Sands Ford. It was my first visit to the dealership, which is regrettable because the customer service was outstanding. When I was looking around at the vehicles in the lot, Tom Burrell introduced himself and was exceedingly helpful. I told him exactly what I was looking for; he answered my questions with courtesy and knowledge and not with tactical shady salesmanship as so many other dealerships do.After doing more research about the dealership and seeing other vehicles in their inventory, I leaned more towards a 2014 Focus. I returned later that afternoon to the dealership, and was assisted by Ian for a few moments while Tom was briefly out of the office. Ian gave me a test drive of the 2014 Ford Focus, and further assisted until Tom returned. Both of these guys were exceedingly courteous and knowledgeable, and at this point decided on the Focus.I already had financing and insurance worked out with my own bank, which took the stress out of the numbers aspect of the deal. Tom still wanted to see if they could get me a better deal than what I had worked out with my own bank (as I have USAA, they came close but it's very hard to beat USAA's financing and coverage plans).All in all, this was my fourth Ford vehicle purchase and sixth vehicle purchase. I can say that this was, by far, the least stressful and most pleasant car buying experience I have ever experienced.

Hello I had a red ford mustang GT, and was looking into getting a Shelby GT500, i found one on their website and they had an awesome live chat feature, they were able to answer all my questions, and then I got a call from Perry the next day. They worked on getting me approved, and they even went out of their way to call the bank to see if I qualified for another year on financing. I wound up taking the Shelby GT500 home, its a great car, it was extremely clean when I purchased it and ran very smooth. Overall a very friendly, straight forward dealership, would go to them again whenever i decide to get the brand new GT500! Perry was an awesome sales rep, and worked very hard for my best interest. I went into this dealership with a unique and impossible need. It was about 8 hours before a major snow storm, I am a snow removal business owner, and I needed a truck with a plow on it right then and there. It was a losing battle and they had nothing with a plow on the lot. Mark was my sales person and he showed me the truck i purchased with a plow mount on it but no plow. With their connections we went 10 minutes down the road and miraculously found a plow that fit the ancient mounts. The plow was not functioning and the plow store was expectedly swamped before the storm. They immediately went to work getting the plow ready for me as we completed all the paper work. I was home by 8:00pm and moving onto bigger and important storm prep things. I would not have survived the snowstorm if it was not for Mark and Bob's fast and amazing help. Thanks guys! I own a fleet of Fords and will be coming to see you anytime I need anything in the future!!!

We test drove a few new and used vehicles before deciding on the one we wanted. Then came the numbers game. Which, was not a game at all. Their pricing was upfront, and they worked within our budget. Tom never tried to put us into a car we could not afford. They were able to put us in a new Escape which we absolutely love. This was our third car buying experience at Red HIll Ford, and we are customers for life. Normally everyone dreads going to the car dealership because of the pressure tactics sales and finance people can use. Not at Red HIll. They were patient with us while we discussed what we wanted to do, and we never felt pressured at all. Our buying experience was fantastic, and when we need another vehicle, we do not even have to think about where we will buy it from. Red Hill Ford it is! Keep up the good work!

The reason I bought my 2011 Ford Escape from Sands Ford in Red Hill is because of my past experience with the service department. On a few occasions over the last 9 months I had brought my old car, a 2005 Mitsubishi Gallant there to have it serviced. I found both Shawn Custer and Donna Hesse to be straight forward "no nonsense" or "B.S." when dealing with them. When I took it to the Kelly Mitsubishi dealership in Emmaus my experience was quite the opposite: a lot of B.S. and a lot of repairs and money to keep it going which was contrary to my experience with the service department at Sands Ford in Red Hill.At the end of June, I decided it was time to buy a new car. So, because of my experience with Sands Ford Service Department, and because I wanted to buy a Ford, I gladly went in to talk to their Sales Department and Staff. My experience got even better. I found C.J. Correa, Bob Dinkel and Joe Sullivan to be top notch, first class, no B.S. type of men. They were straight forward with me, easy to work with and do business with and had that "personal" touch that you so often don't see anymore when dealing with car dealerships. Because I brought my Mitsubishi Gallant there for service on several occasions, they were willing to give me a little bit more for my trade in value which I appreciated very much. Also, Bob Dinkel patiently explained to me how the Kelly Blue Book works correcting my misunderstanding of the value of the car. CJ Correa was upfront, professional, personal, friendly and also easy to work with. He met all of my wants and desires for the car, and didn't put on a high pressure sales pitch which I don't like to begin with. When it came to paying for the car that's when Joe Sullivan entered the picture. He was courteous, kind, personable, and again, like the others, easy to work with. Several times he had to re-do the sales receipt because of changes but it was no problem. To sum it all up: my experience at Sands Ford in Red Hill was better than I could have imagined before I went in the door! They were all kind, courteous, personable and professional from start to finish. They had the small dealer "touch" that I thought was a vestige of the past, and which I like very much. No pressure. No hassles, No sales pitch full of B.S. And that's the reason I bought the car there. I would highly recommend the dealer to all of my friends and anyone who asks. I would do business with them any day of the week, and I will continue take my business there going forward!

Just came from purchasing a used car from this dealership. After visiting several different dealers over the past couple of days, I have to say how refreshing this dealer was! There was no pressure, the sales manager (Bob) took the time to come out from "behind the curtain" and explain the numbers to us, all while our salesman (Tom) was juggling two sales at once while still maintaining adequate and courteous service to us. The overall buying process was quick and painless. They even stayed a little after closing to make sure I could take my car home that night! I highly recommend this dealer!

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! I recently bought a car here and within two months the car gave me problems starting. I took it in since it was under warrenty and they said nothing was wrong with it. Later that same day when I got the car back home I had the same problem with the starting. Now four months into my purchase the check engine light keeps coming on and front end is shaking. All this place cares about it making sales not making customers happy. I will never buy from here again!!!

I was in the market to replace my old van and found Sands Ford on Auto Trader. I was impressed with the fact that they always answered the phone every time I called. I dealt with Mark. He was a very low pressure salesman. He was a former contractor as well so he understood my needs. I looked at several vehicles and Mark always give me his honest opinion when I asked him questions and he made recommendations as well that I found helpful. When I found the van that I wanted I had a few things I wanted done like installing a new step up bumper and having the bulk head removed and Mark accommodated me the same day! Mark made every effort to make sure I was happy customer.I would highly recommend Sands Auto Group to any of my friends and family.The price on my vehicle was also below that of the competition.

I drove out to Sands Hill from NJ because of a particular mid-size truck I have been looking for; they were advertising the pickup truck online. I took the 2 hour trip out there to take a look at the truck. The customer service was great. The sales person I dealt with was CJ. I also got talk to some of the other sales team members. By far this was the best experience I've had. Considering I do not enjoy car shopping! Our salesman Mark made it an enjoyable experience from the moment we met him until we left. We had a good time actually doing something I'm not fond of. When it came to price, they showed us how they discount their vehicles upfront, online for all to see and that made us comfortable in knowing we paid a fair price. Normally I hate that part. Horrible customer service!! The gentleman had no clue about the vehicle I was looking at. He never even told me the car had remote start. None of the other salesmen even said hello when I walked in the door. I guess they figured because I was a younger woman with a child with me I didn't have the funds to buy. I did work the deal because I did my own research and paid CASH for the car. I've never been to a dealership where they don't take credit cards for more than 500 dollars, and they don't take personal checks! I had to drive 45 min to my bank to get cash or a cashier check. When I came back no one greeted me yet again. After signing all the paper work I went to leave and there was no license plate on the back of the vehicle I just purchased!!! I had to go back in and CJ was no where to be found and get another sales rep to get me a license plate. If I wasn't in love with the vehicle I would of left! The men that work there are low class in my eyes. I've never walked into a dealership even a store with out a simple Hello?? After reading other reviews on different websites after purchasing this vehicle it seems this isn't the 1st bad review they have gotten on customer service. Most bad reviews are women stating this. I guess if I would of gone in there with my husband I would of been treated better. Sorry I'm an independent women who's father raised her with knowledge of cars and how to work a deal and pay cash for a car. I was definitely judge like a book. I came in with my daughter and these sell reps showed my 12 year old what iggnorance is. I would rate them a zero on the customer service level.

I stopped over late morning and noticed the salesperson I was supposed to deal with was not at his desk. Just a group of other sales people joking around. I thought nothing of it. When I finally contacted the person I had an appointment with he took me outside to show me the vehicle I was interested in. Then promptly said sorry I don't have time for you. I could see if I walked in off the street but I told him what type of vehicle I was looking for and what time I would be there. He gave me the keys saying he didn't have time and for me to take it for a test drive. When I returned he was outside talking with the same group of people and said he would be inside shortly. My son and I waited 30 minutes inside and he still didn't come in. Apparently he wasn't interested in making a sale. Shame since I had my title and checkbook with me. I'm giving them an all 5 star review. I wasn't really on the market for a car but after seeing a nice mini cooper on their lot I decided to stop in and check it out. Salesman Mark came over and right from the beginning was very pleasant to work with. We took the car out for a test drive and everything went well. Upon returning to the dealer we started trying to work out a deal. I informed him my credit was not really to good, he told me we can fill out a credit app and just see what they could do for me. This was on this past Saturday, they came back with some numbersand told me that I had been pre approved with my credit. I won't go into exact numbers but the down payment was a little high for me but we were able to work all of the numbers in the end. They were able to meet me at a comfortable number for the both of us even though my credit wasn't good they were still willing to work with me and not take advantage of my situation like most other dealers would do. I told them I had to talk it over with my wife first and I would get back with them either that day or Monday, they said okay without any pushiness salesman tacticswhich really impressed me. I talked it over with the wife and I returned Monday morning and we started the paperwork. All in all they were all very helpfull and understanding, they worked and delt with me the same as anyone else there and didn't treat me any different just because of my credit. They were very helpfull and Mark my salesman was a great guy to deal withand I highly recomend him and Red Hill Ford if you are on the market and even if you aren't just to check them out like I did and they helped me to be driving a car I have wanted since they came out. Thank you guys so much for your help, hospitality, and no pressure friendly atmosphere.Ted

I visited 3 Ford dealers in a morning with my 2010 Escape. I asked for their best shot on price and trade in on a 2013 EDGE. They all located a vehicle to my satisfaction. I went home for lunch and discussed offers with my wife. Sands red hill was the best offer. At 2PM, I called the sales person and he assured he would have the vehicle in a few days. I gave him a CC# to hold it. 3 days latter, I was notified the car was in and ready. We arrived and the EDGE and all paper work was waiting. The process was finished in a very short time. We left as happy owners of a 2013 EDGE.

From the internet sales team's (James G) help after hours the day prior to me coming in, to the woman who called to schedule a time to come in (Amy D.) to the sales man that helped me (Perry) to the Financing agent the assisted in the loan (Joe) everyone was so helpful, and not pushy. It was a real pleasure to do business with your dealership (even though you are almost 100 miles away from my home). It was a very laid back atmosphere to your showroom and all the sales men were very kind. On Monday May 1, I visited the dealership to test drive and work a deal on a 2001 Ford F150 SuperCrew. I was intorduced to Mr. CJ Correa who assited me with the vehicle and the test drive. After the test drive we were seated at CJ's desk to see if we could work the deal. As we were working on the deal, another sales consultant came over and picked up the keys off of CJ's desk without even asking and started showing the vehicle to another customer.When I witnessed this action and saw the surprise on CJ's face, I immediately told CJ that I could not afford the vehicle and shook his hand and walked out.I then waited approximately 5 minutes and called back to the dealership and asked for the sales manager, I was introduced to Mr Josh Sands and explained to him how dissatisfied I was with the lack of customer service and how the vehicle I was working on with CJ was handled. To my surprise, Mr. Sands informed me that he condoned that type of behavior within his dealership and with his sales consultants. He indicated to me that there was nothing sacred or special about a vehicle being worked with one customer at a time.As a loyal Ford customer, I was astounded to say the least. In all of my 49 years I have never seen such actions. Anytime I have been at a Ford dealership and I was working a deal with a sales consultant and the keys were on the sales conusultants desk, they should and have "NEVER" been removed until such time as that sales consultant gives his approval that he is unable to work a deal with his current cusotmer.Unbelievable!!!! Customer Service at Sands Ford (zero) with RUDE added!

When buying a used vehicle, I do not like haggling over trade in values and the final purchase price of a used vehicle. Nick made the whole process enjoyable with his "no pressure" selling technique. Nick allowed me to inspect and test drive the vehicle and was able to answer all the questions that I had asked. The trade in value for my Ford F-150 and the final purchase price for the Ford F-350 was agreed upon in a short amount of time. I have had other experiences where it took over 2 hours. The next day, I secured financing and the truck was ready to go once I arrived at the dealership to process the paper work. Overall, this was an excellent car buying experience. I will definitely look to this dealership for future business.

After stating cash he directly asked how old I was. I told him I was 17. We walked to car and I asked him if he would open the hood. He could not manage to get the hood open. My mother simply stated that we should have brought my father to open the hood and in reply Ryan said "I'd much prefer you came back with your father," greatly offending my mother. He gave up on trying to open the hood and said I would not be able to drive the car myself. I said I'm not going to buy a car I cannot drive. So he said he would ask his manager. We all got into the car to drive to the main building. With Ryan driving he said "Yeah man, I'm young too. I'm into Hondas and fast cars." Offending me onto of my mother. We pulled into the main building parking lot and he went inside to talk to his manager. After a few minutes he came back out and said "No you cannot drive, our insurance would not over it." I said "I'm sorry then I do not want to purchase" and he arrogantly replied "Sorry it's the law, man." Very unprofessional and arrogant salesman. Do not recommend Ryan at all. Will not be shopping at Sands ford, nor will I recommend it.

The employees of Sands of red hill are unbeatable. They do not pressure you; they are personable, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I was looking to get a new F-150 or as close to new as I could. I am a first time buyer and I can say that Tom was patience and very helpful. In less than two hours (including a test drive) everything was approved and ready to be signed. I felt that the price was a little too high and Tom said that he and Bob would work on it. Less than 24 hours later, Bob really went to bat for me, he called and blew me away with a much better deal. The next day Joe helped explain all of my questions and concerns, was able to relate, and give me great advice. These guy and gals really do everything they can for you. I am impressed and more than satisfied. I will always recommend them, and look forward to doing business with them again in the future.

We went to several Ford dealers to view different models for the F150. Sands had an excellent inventory of automobiles. The salesman we had even stayed late because of the hours I worked. The finance man was extremely helpful, in finding us the best loans during this horrible recession. He explained all the paper work thoroughly. We ending up walking out with two new cars. I bought a 2006 Corvette Z06 ($40,000.00) from this dealership. Immediately after driving off the lot I heard a noise coming from the transmission/clutch but since I wasn't familiar with the car I wasn't sure if this noise was standard. I drove it for a few days and the noise became worse. I brought it to my mechanic friend and he informed me it was a clutch noise and to bring it back to the dealership since it made this noise from day one. So I did. I took the service manager for a ride to confirm the noise..., which he did. He told me that if they could not figure it out then they would send it to the Chevy dealership for repair. Two days later I got a call stating that the part is not covered and the repair would cost me the entire #1500.00 out of pocket (Even though I explained to them that the noise was there since I bought the car and continued to get worse). When I told them how disatisfied I was with their customer service they insulted me by telling me that the best they could do was give me a 20% discount off the repair cost and that they would not do any more. Then they accused me of abusing the car even though I had evidence showing that the previous owner had put racing parts in it (which I found out after complete inspection when I brought it home) They either did not inspect this car before selling it me OR they knew this car was abused and still sold it to me anyway. I warn all not to buy a car from this dealership. The minute you drive off the lot with one of their cars they could care less about YOU or the vehicle you just purchased. They DO NOT stand behind their cars!

i submitted a request for pricing from 8-9 dealerships when I "built" my Focus on the Ford site. Sands Ford of Red Hill was the only dealer to provide a price quote below MSRP. They answered all my questions, kept me apprised of where we were in the delivery of the car and provided a pleasant delivery experience. They also followed up with a call three days after delivery asking if everything was OK and did I have any questions.
