Think of the old way car dealers did business, with lies, misdirection, intimidation and talking in circles. I went to five different dealers and Sansone Jr Kia was the only one I got this from. The salesman was deceptive (just really not very good at it) but friendly. The sales "manager" I met with was a long list of negative adjectives I won't get into. Bottom line, after two hours, I left without test driving the model I told them I was there to see or EVEN A PRICE ON IT. Was told by the "manager" that I wasn't going to get anyone's real price because I wasn't "making a commitment"...what does that even mean? Well, sporto, 24 hours later, I sitting here in my new Huyndai. Thanks.

Disgusting Sales Tactics. Went to Sansone Jr's Kia looking at options for leasing. Test drove a few cars. Worked on numbers with one of the sales reps. Things were going smooth. Because I would not sign right then and there, they brought out the manager for an introduction. He was the most rude, disrespectful person I have ever done business with. I was reprimanded for wasting their time and was told I do not talk numbers with people unless I am ready to sign. Immediately was turned off by the experience and rushed out. Would never go back! Other car buyers beware! If you don't play by their rules, you will be put down and scolded for wasting their time!

As soon as Dad and I stepped foot into the dealership, we were promptly greeted by Lorenzo, a young salesman. I was immediately impressed by Lorenzo's professionalism and hospitality, and honestly did not realize he was a new addition to the company until someone informed us. He and his colleague Mark worked with Dad and I to have a very positive experience at Sansone Kia. Both Lorenzo and Mark exceeded our expectations of customer service. In addition, we felt like they worked with us and their finance personnel to draw up a reasonable deal. Our experience made it evident that the folks at Kia care about their customers. We were treated as old friends. Dad and I were not only impressed with the salesmen we worked with, but also with the Kia Soul that came home with us that night. It's great to purchase a car at a no-pressure dealership that provides attentive service. We would definitely recommend them.

Went to look at a car with a family member and was told by several staff members that they were a Costco approved auto dealer. This is not the case. Do not allow this dealership to fool you. When i.confronted the Manger who also.claimed to be costco approved, he began to yell and told me to leave. At one point the Manger named Mike leaned a crossed his desk and screamed in my face. It scared me since I am a woman and he is a large man. Must better dealers out there. Sorry I bought there previously

Cant fully express the wonderful sales experience I had at Sansones Jrs Kia Automall in early March 2014. I purchased a Forte Koup. Tony Desiderio was my salesperson, he is someone with over fifty years of experience in auto sales, and it shows in the great experience I had. He is a treasure for Sansone and any customer that he comes in contact with. Ask for him, you will not be disappointed; he is very professional, honest and knows what customer satisfaction is all about. Tony goes not only the extra mile, but he will not be happy until you are completely happy and satisfied with your purchase. I will be sending all my friends and relatives to Tony. Over my life time I have purchased over 12 new vehicles. Never was the sales experience been better than with Tony. It does not get any better for a customer buying a car then to do so with Tony.

I went to this dealer because I really love the Kia Optima. My family and I were greeted by Jimmy. Before he even showed us the cars he had formed his opinion on us, which apparently was we weren't able to afford one of these cars. He really didn't even want to show us the car. He tried telling my parents that I wouldn't be able to afford this car and it was a stupid idea to even look at it. Especially for a first time buyer. We insisted that we still wanted to look at this car anyway, so finally he went to grab some keys to show us. By this point I was already insulted and ready to leave, but my mom told me that if I really liked the car not to let a crappy salesperson ruin it for me. He came out and showed us the car, and I do admit he knew a lot about it, and the car itself was beautiful. We went to talk numbers with him, which was a waste of our time and his. I was fed us with his condescending mocking attitude, and just wanted to leave and travel to a different car dealer. I could go on and on about how horrible he is, but I think everyone gets the idea. I went back to the Hyundai dealer the next day and purchased a nice new Sonata limited PZEV, which is roughly the same price as the Optima. I can see why they're trying to run things differently at that place. Might want to start by firing crappy sales consultants. Who knows, maybe Jimmy is hoping to be fired. Thanks for ruining Kia for me guys! :)

DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER. Think of every single sleazy, negative, bad stereotype you can for a car dealer and this place will out do them all. Every single good review on here was probably either a fluke or they requested the customer to give these reviews, or possible, and I definitely wouldn't put it past this place, they put them up there themselves. My family bought two cars from this dealership. Not one, but two, and they treat us like absolute dirt. They say anything they can to get a sale, particularly Christian, and then after the sale they kick you out the door. They dodge phone calls, when you show up in person they run out the door and disappear, they don't answer emails. They will screw you, and they will abandon you. The worst part is that my complaints are about MONEY THEY OWE ME. Can you believe that a car company legally owes you money and they refuse to give it to you. They refuse to answer phone calls, they refuse to answer emails, and then when you show up they run out the door. Trust me, this is the sleaziest of sleazy car dealers. If Christian shakes your hand and says, "you can trust me I will personal make sure you get your check" you can bet you will not only never see that check but that he will send you to Remy the internet sales person and run away and never talk to you again. Remy also lies, he even told me my check was ready after I calling non-stop. It was never ready. This is the worst place ever, don't go there, these good reviews have to be fakes.I invite Mr. Sansone to respond to this review and help me get the money that is owed to me. If you do rectify the situation I would be more than happy to write that you corrected the situation on all of my reviews. If you do not read that it was rectified you can assume that they still have been dodging me.

Pros---- no BS nor "working the deal". Most of the negotiations were via email---- gave me a price based on what I said my CAD SXX conditionwas. Honored the price and even improved on it !!!!Ron Cohen was my salesman and was an absolute pro. GM was nice and the FinanceMgr---Jason---- was excellent. This was Mercedes level treatment at a lowly Kia dealer!!!BTW--- the new Optima SX. Is Great.See Ron Cohen and tell him Paul and Pat. Lis----sent you. Instead of me getting a nice referral fee--- tell him to give it to YOU!!!,

My wife and I had a great experience with leasing our new Optima , Brian was a great salesman and honest, straight to the point and no BS. I named my price and got it. Everything went smooth and everyone was nice. Gene the manager was great to work with also. It was a fast stress less day. Even Mr. Sansone Jr. came and introduced himself to us and shook our hand. Thank you so much for making it happen for us ( after the disaster we went threw with Freehold Kia...do not go to freehold kia ) Sansone Jrs. #1 best deals out there.

I chose to come to this dealership because of all the great reviews it received on cars.com. when i arrived i was greated by kelvin and he seemed pleasant with a good attitude. He showed me a Ford F250 which had some cosmetic flaws but nothing i couldnt live without and was promised that whatever little flaws that were on the bumper and inside drivers door would be buffed out and cleaned up. I was aldo promised that my plates would not be mailed to my home due to the fact that during the week of july 4th i would not be home and that plated so often are lost or stolen from the mail. I specifically told kelvin and the finance officer this and they both agreed that i would just pick them up from the dealership. I purchased the car and it was a quick and painless process. I was promised no fees because i already had financing from my bank, but if i financed through them there would be a better rate and no fees. Surprisingly they beat the rate by .10%. Which isnt much but they did as they promised so far. When i sat with the financing officer there were quite a few fees that were tacked on without my conscent. Good thing i read before i sign anything. We took out all the unnecessary fees like gap insurance, window etching, etc. The only fee they wouldnt take off was the loan fee which i was promised by kelvin that there wasnt going to be any. That should of been my red flag to get out. But i proceeded with the contract. I was promised by kelvin that the vehicle would be cleaned and all the dflaws would be corrected by the time i came back to pick up the car. I came back 4 days later for the vehicle after speaking with kelvin about my delay of picking up the vehicle because i had no 1 to take me to he dealership. When i arrived the car had no gas, it wasnt cleaned, nor were any of the things kelvin promised about the scuffs on the bumper taken care of. I gave the insurance papers to the manager so i could take the vehicle and since i was in a rush i couldnt hang around any longer after making me wait 40 minites for the car. My fault by taking the vehicle in that condition but it should have been ready by the time i came back to get the car (4 days). My temp tag expired and im not able to drive the car. I called kelvin and through numerous emails tried to see what was going on with my plates. I finally received an email back in the early afternoon syltating that they have my plates. I responded back and specifically stated for them not to send out the plates because i wasnt going to be home and that i would oome to get them. I followed up with a phone call immediately and spoke with melissa i believe and she said tjat the plates wouldnt be sent out but that kelvin had the plates in his desk and he wasnt answering his phone. She said she would call me back to let me know when he got the message that i was coming by. I receive a call around 6pm from kelvin. Hetells me with his salesman voice that he sent the plates to my house overnight via fedex even after i told him not to due to the fact i wasnt around and wouldnt be around because of the holiday. He repliesto me, "what holiday? Im working." His arrogant tone basically told me he didnt care that he sent them even after i told him not to. He told ee that fedex will just bring the package back after 2 failed attempts. I gave it until the following monday to call them back. I was greeted by melissa over the phone and she says she remembered that i told her not to send out the plates and that she is going to check if the plates came back. After waiting a few minutes kelvin picks up and acts as if he doesnt know its me on the phone. He says bad news fedex delivered the package. He has the nerve to ask me whos address did i sent the package to? Insinuating that i dont live there. Im stuck with the car in westchester because the temp tag expired and now the plates are at my house. Now i have to make a train trip to get the plates, go back downstate, and drive the vehicle up. Waste of a day due to someones sheer arrrogance and doing whatever he wants. I know other salesman probably wouldnt have done what kelvin did to me. Kelvin only cares about sales and not the customer. Thought i found a dealership i could recommend to friends and family, but as long as kelvin works there i will not. Sorry Mr. Sansone Jr. You are customer worthy just because you came out to meet me (the customer), but kelvin is not. Something needs to be done with this arrogant person. Almost forgot, i was promised a 2nd key for my truck, kelvin said it wouldnt be a problem, after 3 weeks he tells me he didnt get authorization to get a 2nd key and that i was out of luck. I got 2 words for kelvin and it isnt Thank you! customer

I contacted rt 66 auto after hearing about their program rent to own. After speaking to a salesperson in rt 66 I thought it was a good way for me to get a fresh start since my credit was not good. I was told to look on the website and pick a car that would be good for me I found a 2010 Nissan . I gave the car info to my salesperson what s surprise I was in for they promise you the world and deliver you junk after sitting through a whole presentation we sat down to discuss financing oh one small factor that leave out you credit goes by a point system so what's the sense if I have bad credit of course my point system would be low my credit was not good and they knew it that's why i was there. I was , told that the only car that they had that would work for me was a 2005 trailblazer with 160,000 miles on it it looked like a junk car scratched all up and my payments was 600 per month the car 13,000 what a joke. Thanking for wasting 3 hrs of my life. Maybe your presentation needs to be updated to tell the truth . Be careful of the this dealership they and there program rent to own it's full if s**t . Oh yes they are very nice but untruthful

This was the most un-pleasant car buying experience I ever had.I had an appointment with Remy Ortiz to come in and buy a vehicle at an agreed price. Not only did Remy Ortiz not show up for the appointment, he didn't come in the entire day.I called the day before my appointment to make sure the vehicle was ready and was told "it will be ready". When I arrived at the dealership the car was not ready. When I met with the finance manager Jim Shumard I was subjected to high pressure sales tactics to purchase "Gap insurance". The finance manager Jim Shumard was unwilling to sell the vehicle for the agreed on price. I produced print outs of the emails from Remy Ortiz clearly showing the agreed on price and still the finance manager Jim Shumard was unwilling to sell the vehicle at the agreed on price. I asked that the finance manager Jim Shumard get the documents that Remy Ortiz had for this sale and was told Remy Ortiz's desk is locked and the documents were not available. While signing the documents to complete the sale I pointed out that my name was incorrect on all the documents and the date on all the documents was listed as 5 days prior. The finance manager Jim Shumard said the printers are not working and he could not re-print the documents. The finance manager Jim Shumard went through the documents and corrected my name but the corrections were illegible. I have received the finance papers from KIA MOTORS and my name is still incorrect. The New Jersey vehicle registration the dealership filled out shows the wrong trim level. All the copies of the documents I was sent home with show the wrong street name for my address.

I told them my budget and they still had me test drive a car I could not afford. They tried to make me lease in order to afford a car that I ultimately could not afford. They seemed to get aggravated when they realized I would not stray from my budget. It was a huge turn off. I ended up purchasing somewhere else.

Even though I didn't actually purchase a car from Sansone I can say my experience was wonderful. They tried feverishly to locate a vehicle with a specific package that I wanted. To say the car was hard to get was an understatement. They tried to get me a vehicle as similar to the one I wanted as possible. I ultimately ended up traveling from NJ to VA to get my car since the VA dealer would not swap. Sansone refunded my deposit in full and could not have been more understanding of my picky situation. Despite living nearly an hour away, they will get 100% of my servicing business needs.

THIS SALES PERSON TOLD ME HOW HONEST HE WAS WITH EVERY OTHER SENTENCE. I WAS ASKING FOR A SPECIFIC VEHICLE AND I WAS TOLD THAT THEY HAD NOT ONLY LOCATED MY CHOICE BUT I COULD PICK IT UP THAT WEEK END. THEN IT STARTED. THE DELAY AFTER DELAY AFTER DELAY. I WAS NEVER ASKED FOR A DEPOSIT, WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN MY FIRST RED FLAG. MR. RODRIGUEZ EVEN GAVE ME A VIN # THAT I GAVE TO MY INSURANCE CO. FOR A QUOTE. AS TIME WENT ON I HAD A HARD TIME GETTING HIM TO CALL ME BACK. WELL 4 WEEKS GO BY, AND YOU GUESSED IT...... SORRY, WE CANT GET THE VEHICLE IN AN EMAIL. HE DIDNT EVEN HAVE THE COURTESY TO CALL! REALLY , REALLY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE AND VERY DISHONEST. HE NEVER HAD THE CAR AT ALL. TOTAL LIE! THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED!

Visiting this dealership was an excercise in determining one's level of patience. We were paired with a new salesperson who was initially earnest in assisting us. However the manager would repeatedly take him away to assist other customers - while we certainly understand there are other people, being left alone waiting for a manager (after being told one would swing by) is annoying. Bottom line is that we decided our experience was less then ideal and decided to go to Freehold Kia, where we received very good to excellent service and a great price on the Kia Soul. One thing that was disturbing - the sales person called us after a few days and sounded upset that that we went to another dealership. Maybe if he ensured our initial visit wasn't so bad, we would have purchased a car at Sansone Jr.

I was looking to purchase a 2012 White Kia Optima. I called ahead and spoke with Nicole, she was very friendly...I had and have no issue with my dealings with her. I explained my situation to her and she put me in touch with Ernesto (again, no problem...very nice guy). I told him I wanted a white kia optima with sunroof and navigation. He ran my credit and also my mothers (as a co-signer). He told me they would need some information from me (paystubs, bank statements and something to prove my address). I brought everything they requested the next day (Saturday). Ernesto told me he located a car and needed a deposit to get the car there. I gave them $1500.00 which they debited right out of my account. I get a call from Gene on Monday saying come on in. I went there and he tried putting me in a black car. No deal yet...no numbers...no anything. Yet he told me to take the black car home to see if I like it. I told him again..I wanted white. I asked him what happened to the white one they located...he said it's coming. I said I would bring the car back the next night in hopes for a white one. I also had other sales people there telling me why I don't want a white car. I currently drive a white mercedes. I wanted white...made that very clear. I brought the car back the next day and watched them deliver a white one to another woman. I was very upset. I was ready to walk out. They tried talking me into a silver one. I almost went for it until I saw it was all damaged on the trunk. Gene said so what we will put it in the body shop. I said if you think I am taking a car that needs to go in the body shop before it leaves the lot, you're crazy. He said he was done with me. Ernesto went to speak with him, they then offered me a red SX and claimed they would eat the cost. I again said NO...I want a white one. They still were holding my deposit of $1500 for the white one they supposedly located for me. I then said give me my money back. That is when they pretended to try to locate me a vehicle. I asked them over and over again to be honest with me. I was in tear in the showroom. They said they had a credit appoval for 30 days and they would find me a white one. They next day I located a white one at Burlington Kia. Gene told me they were screwing with me. I told him I was going to see it. He said and I quote...they are gonna eff you (using the actual word). Well he was right, they did eff me. I left there also and when I called Gene back to see if he could still find me a white one. He said I am done with you, I washed my hands of it. I found out from Burlington Kia that Sansone shotgunned my deal...whatever that means. Sansone claims on their website for a 48 hour money back guarantee. They had my money for almost a week and I only got it back because I disputed it with the bank, who gave me a temporary credit. Sansone lied to me from the beginning. They never showed me a deal, told me they had two approvals which they never discussed. They tried putting me in everything from an lx to an sx (none of them white). Gene was disgusting with his foul language in front of my 17 year old daughter and my last conversation with him was him telling me I told you they would eff you and now I'm done with you. Go somewhere else. Knowing full well that I couldn't because he sabotaged the banks against me. I loved Ernesto and Nicole and really wish Ernesto was working somewhere else that I could have bought a car from him. He seems very honest and upfront. I had no issues with him at all.

All my communication was via the internet with Chris,he initially came off as a smart alek. we got past that and he apologized. I told him I was going to see a different dealer he asked me to let him know how I made out. I got a terrific deal at Freehold Kia and told him,he once again showed his true colors by telling me maybe he should have lied to me also???? and he was too transparent.and the the price I got was exactly what he offered! "NOT TRUE" I asked him for a price for the Optima EX and never got one. That is why I went to Freehold Kia.

I had a specific goal in mind as to buying a Sorento. Tom helped me in deciding whichmodel to get by taking me to on site inventory and esplaining the options and standard features by model. I met with Gene and he totally understood my financial goals re purchase. never had to haggle trade in value. Satisfactory rate and terms were reached. Picked the SUV up the next day and I now drive a Beautiful Sorento SUV.

My name is Dawn and I was in the rent to own program for some time. Mr. Sansone was very understanding personally of my financial situation and my car needs. When it came time to convert into a loan John K my salesman made the process very easy and pleasant. I would recommend this dealer to anyone!!!

This was one of the best car purchase experiences we have ever had. Our salesman was courteous, knowledgable and very patient. As "Honda Owners" forever, this experience has made us "Nissan Owners" and we will be recommending Sansone Jr.'s 66 Automall to all of our friends!! Thank you!!

November 23, 2011~ WednesdayOn Thursday November 10, 2011 we Leased the Kia Optima LX. At that time we were told as soon as possible, several times to fill out the survey on the internet at www.Dealerratter.com giving all Positive 10's and answering yes to all questions by the person who wrote up the lease agreement Lorenzo, and the salesman Ron Cohen at Sansone Jr. Kia Automall 66 in Neptune, New Jersey. Our experience at Sansone jr. Kia Automall 66 in Neptune, New Jersey was not one we want to remember. We had the wool pulled over our eyes. Their were alot of distractions Ron Cohen and manager Gene Mosco were not on the same page adding confushion to the situation. The Bottom line it was all about the Dealer and they could care less about the customer. We were treated like a prize at a sporting Event. They Spiked and inflated the costs of my purchase due to my trade in which they called a wash (Negative Equity). I did'nt find out about Negative Eqiuty until after taking home the Hot Optima Kia LX that came from(Brooklyn, New York)as stated by Ron Cohen. Furthermore, I found out latter that this car does not contain a spare tire, instead a fixit kit. The Salesman Ron Cohen being new with Kia Did not know whether the car came with a Spare Tire, on Top of that Manager Gene Mosco Would not take my calls when asked about the spare tire. The reason why we inquired about this is that the rear driver side tire appears to have a cut or gash which could be a factory defect. They said this improves the gas milage without a spare tire . We will never recommend this dealer because they did'nt explain the interest rate on the loan. On top of that they want $1,851.11 for Rent and Storage Fee's of my Trade in Vehicle? The Salesman Ron Cohen stated he was'nt good with math when he and his Manager Gene Mosco came up with Different Monthly costs on the Lease Agreement. Next time I'm getting Leagal advice before buying or leasing at Sansone's Jr. Kia Nissan Automall 66 in Neptune, New Jersey. The Milage on the Car was different then what was stated on the Odometer Statement. I saw 80 Miles on the Dashboard of the car but the Odometer states 15 miles and Lorenzo said not to worry about it. Furthermore, Ron Cohen stated the Optima Kia (Vehicle) was Driven in from Brooklyn, New York. Ron Cohen Stated that alot of the employees now working for Kia transferred from a Hydundai Dealership including his manager Gene Mosco. We also have had trouble with the Transmission when using the standard automatic shift where the vehicles jerks back and forth as it trys to find and change gears when applying the gas. We have never used the Manual shift on the Kia Optima LX since were afraid we might damage the gears or bearings in the transmission per Ron Cohen instructions until he shows us how to drive it. The windows of the Kia OptimaLX retain water and moisture after it rains then takes along time to be able to see out again. Moreover, this Car feels like your sitting in a corvette basically on the ground very uncomfortable. sincerely,Tim/Alesa Marshall

This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Being that I am someone with bad credit and was in severe need of a working vehicle, the staff there was extremely helpful and took the time to understand my position and what I needed. The Program (rent 2 own) was my best option. I did not have a lot of money to put down and like I said before I have bad credit. Every other dealership wanted nothing to do with me. They ran my credit and threw me out. The owner of Sansone Jr's actually came out and spoke with me, told me about the rent 2 own program and how it works...it was exactly what I needed. I am currently in the rent 2 own program saving money for my down payment and driving the truck that in two months will be converting to a regular loan through a regular bank. This was all possible because of Sansone Jrs and I dont know what I would have done with out them.

Dealing with Ernesto (salesperson) was a treat, but it soon went south, and very quickly. I shopped for the car on-line and was given a very good on-line price on the exact car I wanted, so after taking the car for a test drive, they didn't have any 'record' of the on-line price they quoted me and tried to sell me the car at over $1000 above this price. Fortunately, I kept the email. But, this is not the car I ended up with as I really liked the high-end, fully loaded (and then some) Koup SX. Could I have gotten a better price elsewhere? probably, but i thought I ended up with a reasonably fair deal. Now, here's where everything went south. The car had a 3/8" lag bolt through the treads of a front tire. I insisted that the tire be replaced and they agreed. When I went to pick up the car, I specifically asked if the tire was replaced and Ernesto swore that it was, balanced, and the car aligned. Well, when I got the car home, i noticed a plug the size of a Buick in the front tire. My fault, I guess, for not checking at the dealership, but they out-right lied to me none the less. The expensive 45-series low profile tire does not hold air. When I called and insisted they replace the tire, they said the new tire will be in in two days, and I made an appointment. Guess what...it's wasn't; they didn't even order it! So, after wasting a morning, I have to go back yet again for a problem that should have been addressed before the car was picked up.Now, let's talk about dealer prep...Why should I have to wash all the windows myself? Why should I have to balance the tire pressure in all of the tires myself? This is just wrong.

These guys gave us the best price over the phone for a new Optima EX. They gave us a price under invoice that was substantially lower than any other price we got. All without haggling! They are even removing the white pinstripe any changing it to gold at no charge. It always pays to shop around. Get a price from the other guys first and I bet these guys will beat it without even asking! Sent wife in alone and she says Remy and Shaun made it a very pleasurable no hassle experience. Thanks guys!

I will never shop for a car at Sansone's Route 66 Kia again!! I purchased a 2010 Kia Forte EX, new. The car was a foot in the door (temporary)so I could get into a nicer vehicle, as we had agreed.(I had to do a modification on my home loan. As an active duty soldier in the US Army, I had to move from Washington State to Neptune, N.J. The economy shot any chance of selling my house, or renting it for the amount needed for mortgage, thus the modification fixed that issue.)With my credit not as good as it once was though,I was at the mercy of Sansone's Route 66 Kia, and I feel James in finance took full advantage of my situation. I purchased the Forte for $21,501 without extras like leather or moonroof. This was a starter car though, to prove myself and build a good relationship. Payments were made on time, and I SENT 2 NEW CUSTOMERS their way who purchased vehicles on my recommendation. Nearing 4000 miles on the engine, it was time to trade it in for a nicer car. I got the cold shoulder as I was told it had lost a considerable amount of value (two-thirds according to them). Now I understand once a vehicle is driven off the lot it loses some value, but this car was still new- no issues- with LESS THAN 4000 miles on it. It was a perfect car, with a trade-in value of no more than $14,000. I have yet to be contacted by Jessica, James, or anyone else at Sansone's Route 66 Kia after I left the last time, so I went somewhere else. I will not return and I will share this experience as well. Thanks to Pine Belt Chevrolet of Eatontown, N.J., I was able to get out of my under-driven, over-priced Kia and purchase a new Malibu 2011, which is a definate step up. As someone who has gone without most of my life, I find it hard to swallow how easily the finance team at Sansone's Route 66 Kia took advantage of my situation. They left me hanging out to dry.
