Upon arriving to Santa Monica Jeep I was welcomed by a salesman named Enrique. I told him I was interested in the Grand Cherokee. He showed me several different models and knew so much about the product. I test drove and decided on a Limited model. They not only gave me an excellent deal but threw in a free car cover! Very impressed with this dealership and would highly recommend it to fellow Jeep lovers. Go to Santa Monica Jeep!

Called to make an appointment for my Infiniti. They were a Infiniti dealer but now a Jeep Chrysler Dodge dealer. I was extremely happy with the service when I took my car in over the last year or two. It was recommended on my last service that my car a 2008, less then 40,000 miles on it that the original radiator hoses and thermostat be replaced. So I was advised that even though they were no longer an Infiniti dealer, as long as the repair wasn't covered under warrant etc, that they could do it.I asked if they had the parts in stock, the answer was yes. This was at 9am yesterday, Wed 6/10.I dropped off my car.The don't have loaners, so was given a ride home. Later in the day I heard nothing back, so I called, and was told that the thermostat was fine, and only needed 1 hose and clamp.Wanted me to get a brake flush?? I told him I have this done, and ONLY wanted what I brought the car in for. They DIDN'T have the part and were waiting on it to be deliverd, and if they didn't get it today my car would be ready tomorrow. ARE YOU KIDDING?? 24 hours for a simple job?? Of course this am, Thurs, 6/11 I called and left a message.Did I get a call back?N O so I called and was told the fellow had to go to Glendale and pick up the hose and all else was done. That was 3 hours ago and have heard NOTHING! I called and left a message, getting ready to call again. Mo wonder they lost the Infiniti dealershop, this place doesn't have a clue!!
