I really was not looking forward to buying a new car, but my mechanic recommended Honda for the most reliable car. ...so I went to Saratoga Honda to begin my search. And there my search ended. My sales rep.,( Carl Harris) worked with me to find a vehicle in my price range....and what a gem he found! When the deal and all of the paper shuffling was through, he took the time to sit in the car with me, set up my phone with Bluetooth (in all likelihood I would have never used that feature otherwise), and made sure I understood all the new features of my vehicle. I feel he was genuine in his desire to go the distance to ensure my satisfaction with my purchase.

If you buy a car from this dealership, obtain you own financing. your credit union will have a much better interest rate. 1.6%. save you thousands. something strange going on with the finance person.. watch out. hopes this helps someone. I call those 3 places to find out if my crv ac are cover by Honda the honest dealer was Saratoga Honda the other two dealers told me u have to bring ur car n we have to check first n we charge $140 LH $105 MH they couldn't tell me over the phone if my car is cover by hondaThey couldn't tell me with out charges. On the surface they seem to have a good culture but both of my encounters with them have made me question that. My first issue was with a minor service job where the person ringing me up interpreted "0.6 hours billable hours" as 1 hour until I was able to convince him it was not. My second issue was when purchasing a vehicle after the price was negotiated they printed out the contract and somehow they had printed out their initial offer. It's quite possible that they were two independent, honest mistakes that both just happened to be in their favor but even if that were the case it makes me question their attention to detail. Over all I would probably do business with them again but I would recommend carefully reviewing any paperwork and ask for the form from the shop including time the car was clocked in and out.

Hello, We recently purchased a 2013 Honda CRV and were exceptionally happy with our salesman Jamie and Bob La Pointe one of the business managers. We all know how stressful buying a new car can be. These gentleman (without being the typical pushy salespeople), were very helpful through the whole process of buying our new car. I had been using the service center at Saratoga Honda for a few years for my wife's Civic. Gradually I started noticing a decline in service between the different departments. Recently I had a couple of issues between overpaying for service and then more recently an issue with an unwillingness to repair an issue. I had an issue with my wife's car starting when car had sat idle for a couple of days, most notably on weekends. At first inspection the issue sounded like a battery issue, either a parasitic load or just a bad battery. Honda recommended a charging system test which to me seemed an appropriate approach. On the way to the service appointment the car barely started up to the point where I was close to calling AAA. The charging system test found no issue. We were hoping it was an isolated issue but it kept happening again and again. This time knowing the need to eliminate the battery upon having another starting issue I took my voltmeter out and read the battery. The meter read full charge. Now with information in hand we were able to schedule another appointment to have the issue serviced since its not the battery. This is where it went pretty terrible. I took time off from work due to limited availability of appointments and the fact that we couldn't be without a car. When I showed up the service desk with the information I had in hand couldn't do ANYTHING, which calls into question why they even scheduled an appointment in the first place. I explained it multiple times how it was a newer battery and the results of taking my meter out. Honda couldn't do anything but ask me to leave the car there for a couple of days and see if it happens again. I thought this was pretty disrespectful after the passed battery test and the confirmation through the failure and then check with my voltmeter. I'm sorry but I left my job to drop the car off I can't leave my car there for another two days on a fool's errand just because the service department can't think beyond the battery. I ended up just leaving, it was like talking to a wall. I guess I shouldn't have been surprised with the declining performance, its a shame there isn't another Honda dealer in reasonable driving distance.

I decided to do business with Saratoga Honda after reading all the great reviews. I Purchased a used car with only 50k. The day after I took it home the transmission made a horrible grinding noise on startup. I expressed my concerns and at first they were very helpful until I brought the car in. They wasted my time with visits where they did nothing to remedy the problem because they didn't know how to. Instead of them taking it to Mitsubishi to have it fixed they put it back on me. The best part is they refused to cover it under the Lemon law and it is now currently in the hands of my attorney and I have had no car to drive for 6 months because you guessed it, the transmission has now failed. This was the concern I expressed to the dealer when the issue first occurred. To make this even better, I have documented service records from when the dealership owned the car in which they even stated that the transmission had shifting issues so they sent it to Mitsubishi once already!. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMING IDIOTS.

I live about 40 minutes away and chose to do business with Saratoga Honda a little over a year ago based on all the positive reviews I found online. Purchasing my current Civic was smooth and painless (well, as painless as going from a fully paid for car to a financed one can be) - had I wanted to, I could have finalized the deal and driven the car home on the first day. What's even more important is my experience with their service department - often a deal-breaker for dealerships. I've been in three times for routine work, and everything has been smooth and quick. I've never been there for more than an hour, and I've never had a problem with any of the work they've done... I can't say that about most of the other facilities that have worked on my cars over the years. Bottom line for me - I recommend Saratoga Honda enthusiastically and will continue to make the drive up there for the excellent service they provide.

A representatiive of the dealership called on Friday to confirm our appointment to see a specific vehicle. After a three and half hour drive, one way, we arrived to find there was NO vehicle. More importantly, the vehicle was likely not on the lot when the representative called to confirm our appointment to see it. In addition, the salesman, Bill, that we had an appointment with never ended up helping us. He was too busy with other customers, despite our scheduled appointment. The salesman that got 'stuck' with us, Mike, did try to get us in another car and was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. However, the bottom line, he couldn't offer the same deal on another vehicle on the lot that was the same make, model, and year, to make the situation 'right'. This experience makes us think we need to look at another auto manufacturer other than Honda--very, very disappointed. .

As used car buyers, we have sometimes been made to feel at other dealerships like we are second-rate customers. At Saratoga Honda, we felt like we were just as important to them as any new car buyer. Our salesperson, Marat, took the time we needed and went out of his way to make things work for us, even going to our previous lender to retrieve a copy of the lien release from our trade-in. This was our first Honda, and our first purchase from Saratoga Honda and Dan Lanoir. Got a used 2010 Odyssey EX-L. Not only did we get a great price, but the car was detailed beautifully. Kevin Collins arranged for financing that beat our credit union (hard to do). Given our great experience so far, we'd even consider using Saratoga Honda for servicing (normally we avoid dealerships). Would definitely recommend, and will definitely go back in the future!

We are a two car family. We purchase a new vehicle every 4 years. Have always had good luck w/ performance of a Honda. Passed one of our Honda's onto our college age daughter with 120,000 miles on it and she still got several more years out of it. 4 yrs. ago upgraded to an Accord and liked the easy handling factor despite being bigger than the Civic. This year bought the CRV. Wanted to get higher up and get something with all wheel drive b/c of this past winter being as it was. So far really enjoying it's handling. After receiving a phone call regarding my internet inquiry an appointment was set up for the next day at 10 AM. Upon arriving at the dealership after driving 30 miles to view this car I was informed that the sales person I was supposed to see was off that day. I thought ok I'll have a look at the car. The car was sold. Given the short time of less than one day between the phone call and the appointment I thought this was more than a coincidence that this happened. I did happen to speak with the manager, Mark David who was very nice but some one working for them is trying to sabotage their customer's experience.

I was amazed at how quickly the service on my car was completed. I was told that it would take one hour, and it took exactly that amount of time. In addition to the service, a protruding part of my front bumper was also set in place temporarily. It will be fine until I can get the car to the body shop next week. I appreciate this added service that made it possible for me to get my car washed without worry about the bumper being damaged at the car wash. I thank all who worked on my car for the prompt and thorough job that was done.

You guys deserve all the praise and recognition you can get. There is so much negativity and obstructionism in the world (esp the world of broken cars) and somehow you guys are the antithesis of that. In my experience, having a Honda means you don't need to spend a whole lot of time at the dealership bc the cars run so well and for so long (my Civic has 174,000 miles and is going strong), but the few times I have been at your place I have been so impressed with everything "from soup to nuts." Everyone is helpful (friendly, crisp, organized), the waiting area is comfortable, the evening and weekend hours are great for working customers and you all communicate really well. Here's an example of the good vibe and team feel your place gives off: someone from the Parts department (I think?) happened to be walking past the waiting area when a customer couldn't figure out the warm drink machine. Your Parts person noticed immediately and stepped right in to help. I'm sure it wasn't part of her job, yet she stepped up and was so genuinely helpful. That kind of thing is pretty remarkable if you ask me. Thank you all for keeping it real.

Once again my experience at Saratoga Honda was exceptional. Geoff Perreault was the associate that greeted me. I drove in with no appointment cause my tire was really low and almost flat. Not knowing what to do I drove directly to Honda. I was thankful that they were able to help me out by looking and fixing the problem. Having searched the internet for a specific used Honda I found two at Saratoga that I was interested in. I filled out the cars.com inquiry & received an E Mail shortly thereafter from a salesperson. We spoke on the phone at length about the vehicle and I made an offer. He came back an hour later with a counter offer that was higher then the advertised internet price! When I told him that his price was higher then the price advertised on the internet he claimed the internet price was a mistake. Mistakes like that should never happen in my opinion. I lost all confidence in the dealer at that point. I'll look elsewhere.

My relationship with Saratoga Honda began in December of 2007. I needed a reliable vehicle and decided on leasing. My daughter knew Thomas Underwood and knew that Saratoga Honda was a highly respected dealership.. She took me there In December and I leased a Honda CRV. Tom very efficiently took care of all the "work", (Registrations, notifying my insurance agent,registration, plates etc.) I signed my name and I was on my way with a brand new beautiful vehicle. Each time the "wrench" appeared on the dash I would call and was given an appointment date. I would sit in the waiting room and within a half hour I was on my way back home . The waiting area is well lit with a TV, magazines, a coffee machine, and a refrigerator with cold drinks.I believe there is a computer available , but I did not take advantage of that. In November of 2010 I returned my initial vehicle and leased another CRV. Again, Thomas Underwood took his time explaining all the options I had , was very patient, showed me vehicles and again I drove away totally satisfied. Last week, the lease on my 2011 CRV was over. I decided to purchase my vehicle this time. Again, Mr. Underwood explained all my options and worked through all the financial options and I selected the most appealing one for me. I now own a "Polished Metal" CRV. It is such a relief having someone take care of all the paper work. The CRV gives me such peace of mind knowing that if I receive a call to pick my grandsons up after school or if I have an invitation to visit my daughter and her family at their vacation home in Lake Placid...I know I can get there safely. Honda's reputation is excellent, but it is made even better when a dealership like Saratoga Honda is in existence. I appreciate being treated respectfully. I am totally repelled by "aggressive" salesmen. Fortunately, I have not encountered that type at Saratoga Honda.I have to travel about 40 miles to get to Saratoga Honda, but it is well worth the trip.

I went to Saratoga Honda after feeling I had not been treated as a valued customer at my local Honda dealership. I was disappointed, but I really loved the CRV that I had test driven. Saratoga Honda had a totally different feeling from the very first phone call I made to them. Kevin Collins in the finance department and my salesman, Paul Boucher, made the whole car-buying experience easy. They answered all of my questions- many of them over the phone- without making me feel like a bother. They got me the car I wanted, in the color I wanted, at the price I wanted. Kevin had all of my paperwork in order when I came to pick up my car, and Paul expertly showed me how all of my new gadgets worked. Saratoga Honda was well worth the 30 minute drive up the Northway.

Everyone I met was very professional. Dan Stanton gave me a full written report on the car along with a current CarFax. There was no high pressure sales pitch and I feel that a I paid a fair price for the car. We are very pleased with our experience at Saratoga Honda. We traveled 110 miles one way to get to this dealership because they had the care we wanted. They were easy to work with, hospitable to the entire family, and attended to some special needs that we have. The price of the vehicle had already been negotiated prior to our first visit, yet they still brought the price down a bit more. For our insurance, we needed a pre-insurance inspection and Saratoga Honda took the vehicle to one of the authorized inspection centers before our arrival to finalize the purchase.

They actually gave me a little more than I expected and worked with me on financing with my budget. The overall experience was excellent. Saratoga Honda has been servicing my 1999 Odyssey minivan for 14 years now, and thanks to them, it's still going strong 220,000 miles later. I tried other dealers and service shops a few times over the years, but always ended up back at Saratoga Honda. I no longer go anywhere else. Their staff is always extremely courteous, helpful and knowledgeable - several times going above and beyond to ensure that whatever problem the van had was expertly fixed. I've had the usual minor and major maintenance/service/repairs (from oil changes to transmission replacement), and some unusual issues as well (chipmunks chewing engine wires!)...The service staff has always been able to take care of it with thorough, high quality work. When it's time to replace our van, I know where I'll be shopping!

I have bought quite a few cars at Saratoga Honda over the years because they never use high pressure sales tactics. They have a very relaxed atmosphere and let you take a car out by yourself for a test drive, allowing you to really give a good examination. From the moment we walked into Saratoga Honda, we were greeted by the friendly staff. We originally worked with Mark David who was highly recommended by friends. He was very professional, friendly, and to the point. He also helped us with an issue we were having with my husbands vehicle. A rubbing sound that was coming from the left front. The vehicle was about to turn 36,000 miles (warranty expiration) and we had to head out of town for funeral services. This trip would put us over the mileage, and we were concerned we would have to pay for the repairs. We purchased the vehicle through another Honda dealership and they did not get back to us. They said it might be a problem because of the mileage. We explained this to Mark, he got the vehicle right in and the problem was found.It was the most comfortable dealership experience I have ever had. Mark helped find the exact vehicle I was looking for in a timely manner. When it came time to pick up the vehicle, Lindsay helped us with all the paperwork and took time to explain all the options in the vehicle. he also gave me his card and told me to call or stop by if I had any additional questons about the vehicle. Peter was very helpful with the financing. We had our children with us and he was also kind enough to provide paper and some markers. The extra entertainment was appreciated.My husband and I both drive a Honda. We really like the product and don't ever plan on going to another Honda dealership again. Saratoga Honda may not have as big of an inventory as other dealerships, but they will get the vehicle you want and are the most professional salesman I have ever met.

I'll start by saying that we have 3 Hondas lined up in our driveway: an Accord, a CRV and a Pilot. When some of the extended family comes to visit, we add 4 more to that. The brand speaks for itself. My most recent experience with Saratoga Honda was yesterday when I picked up my brand new 2013 Accord (lease). We had previously dealt with Pete Spinosa when he was in Sales. This time Lindsay Karlin was our sales guy, and Pete was the money man. Both are very knowledgeable, helpful, no-pressure, friendly professionals. Those accolades extend to the service department also. All the staff is respectful of our time. When we arrived to pick up our Accord yesterday, there it was - right out front and ready for us. When we've had our vehicles serviced, the work was always done in a very professional manner well within the estimated time. Kudos to the dealership! It's no wonder they're highly rated and are always busy. Saratoga Honda will definitely see our return business.

We purchased a 2003 Honda CRV new from Saratoga Honda. Immediately had problems with the door lock actuators. Brought it back to Saratoga Honda for service on this problem on two separate occasions. Both times, I was made to feel like I was crazy, that nothing was wrong with the vehicle. Ended up bringing the vehicle to Mohawk Honda's service dept. where the problem was diagnosed immediately and quickly repaired. After this, we stayed with Mohawk Honda for all service. In the ten years that we have owned this vehicle, no one from Saratoga Honda has contacted us to see if we were happy with the vehicle or to ask why we were not having it serviced at Saratoga Honda. We did end up hearing from them when we started doing research on a new vehicle in March 2013. Even responded to Mark David, the general manager, with our concerns, to which I never even got the courtesy of a reply.

Overall a great experience. Salesman was Casey Zywot. He did a great job of juggling three customers at once when we showed up unannounced. I've bought about 7 cars in the past 10 years and this has been the best experience at any dealer thus far. Luckily we knew who to talk to, when we first walked in the sales staff seemed a bit standoffish and didn't really ask if we needed help, but it was about 30 minutes before closing time. Casey was great and stayed well past closing time to make sure we were satisfied. Brought the car back to add some after the fact accessories and the service department was helpful, quick and got me in and out the door in no time.

My fiance and I both were in need of new vehicles. My fiance got his first; A nice used Honda Accord that was in great shape. They gave him a great price for the new car and for his trade in that wasn't in great shape. This last weekend I was able to go in and speak with Tom right away, he showed us the Honda Pilot and we test drove a new one. He spent plenty of time explaining all the features to us without feeling rushed. At other places, the dealers are only interested in getting signatures but at Saratoga Honda, Tom spent as much as we needed him to in order for us to understand the car. When we decided to look at a used Pilot, Tom switched gears right away and didn't try to pressure either of us into the new one. We made our decision and Pete at sales was great in taking care of the paperwork. They also treat military very well and were able to give a great discount. On another point that is extremely important to me, the dealers at Saratoga Honda don't differentiate between men and women drivers. Tom treated me with respect as a buyer even though my fiance was with me. He answered my questions directly. The people at Saratoga Honda are great people to work with and with help find the perfect car.

After our 1998 Civic (271,000 miles) was totaled in an accident, we visited Casey Zywot at Saratoga Honda. Casey was extremely informative about the Honda CR-V and Honda Pilot, as well as some of the other vehicles we were interested in test driving. When we started our shopping,we weren't sure what kind a vehicle we wanted to buy. We looked at several makes and models of cars throughout the day at 5 different dealerships, one other Honda dealership, where we did some price comparisons.Needless to say we bought our brand new 2012 Honda CR-V EX-L at Saratoga Honda. Casey and the rest of the staff were friendly, informative, and totally professional helping us with our purchase. I recently called the service department and spoke with Geoff with an issue I thought I had with my 09 Pilot. After arriving for my appointment, the female rep I dealt with explained that my car had a (minor) recall on it which I was not aware of. When I went in for a 70,0000 mile check up and N.Y. inspection wayne said that they couldn't do ythe inspection because the computer was down. I said that was alright and did the checkup. He said he would callme when they got the compuuter fixed. He called me that night and said it was fixed. I made a appointment for 2 days later and tookit in. When I gave them the information they needed for my crv. He said the inspection wouldn't cost me anything. He said they did it because I had to come back. I took our Odyssey here due to check engine light on for EGR issue. Called another dealer and they quoted me about $400 to fix it. I took it to Saratoga Honda after a detailed discussion on the phone with John and they did it for almost half the price. They were polite, prompt and very good on communication throughout the day. Home of the $113 oil change. I listened while my wife specifically asked over the phone for an appointment for a oil change. She went in for the appointment and told the service adviser "I just want an oil change". She was handed a form to sign and the service adviser mumbled something that she didn't hear. When the car was done the bill was $113 for "B1" service which meant that in addition to an oil change they pulled a wheel and looked at the brake pads. The car has less than 20K miles and the brakes are checked annually for state inspection. Get real. The service manager told my wife "you signed the paper" and "you didn't buy the car from us anyway". We had purchased two other cars there but never again. I would also give 0 stars if possible. STAY AWAY.

I initially went to Nemith Nissan to buy a 2013 Altima, but was extreremly disatisfied at their sales tactics. My wife purchased her CRV from Saratoga Honda and loved her Sales and Service experience so I decided to give them a try. I met with Bill Arpey in the morning as they had the exact ACCORD I was looking for. I was expecting a similar experience as I had at Nemith, but was very happy at the professionalism at Saratoga Honda. Bill and I went back and forth a few times, but we quickly came to a price for my trade in and new car that worked for both of us. I took delivery that afternoon and the car was in perfect shape. I had a car starter installed the next week and their Service team couldn't have been nicer. I would recommend to anyone looking for a Honda (or any car in fact) to give Saratoga honda a try.

I purchased a 2005 Honda Odyssey and Dan Lanoir completed our transaction smoothly and with extreme care for my special needs. Mark David came out and greeted us personally eventhough he was busy and took the time to speak with us regarding my vehicle purchase. When we felt a shutter in the transmission, we called and the service department got us in as soon as possible. Geoff P. (Service advisor) went over what they were going to do to find out what was happening. Geoff came out and informed us that there was a recall and that they had updated the transmission software. They were great and took care of all of our needs as they have done on our previous vehicle. They are attentive to the needs of the disabled as well as everyone else. They explain everything and will answer all of your questions. I recommend them to anyone who likes to have the personal attention and to go where you are treated like family.

Since we from out of town, the sale and transfer went through starting on a Saturday and the Element was delivered to our home town the following Wednesday.We had been looking at Elements to replace a 11 year old Pathfinder for the past 12 + months and had done research on the vehicle. I purchased a 2010 Accord from Saratoga Honda two years ago. My experience at that time was excellent. It was quick and hassle free. The salesman, Dave was helpful but laid back. No pressure. I just had my first experience with the service department. Thought I was hearing some noise from the rear breaks. Took the car in, and after it was checked out, was informed clearly and in detail that there was no problem with the breaks and why they checked out fine. (Maybe I was hearing things). The best part is, I was charged absolutely nothing to have the car looked at. Great service. I strongly recommend this dealership.

I had a problem with my 2004 Honda Odyssey power surging. I took my vehicle to Honda of Saratoga for a day drop off for the first time. In timely there were able to address and repair the problem. They contacted me a few hours after my drop off to give an explanation of their findings. I was then able to pick my vehicle back up that same day. Upon my pick up the service adviser gave a complete explanation of the work they had done. I was overall pleased with my visit. The pricing for my repair was very fair.

Saratoga Honda is excellent in everything they do. My husband purchased a Honda Element about 5 years ago and he is still driving it, it has over 100,000 miles and still going strong. This year I purchased a 2012 Honda CRV, I LOVE MY CAR!!!, it is the best ever purchase I made. It is fantastic for mileage, I'm averaging 27 to 29 mph for a brand new vehicle, and will probably will get better mileage as time goes on, I love the fact that it picks up music from my windows phone, phone calling is great, when I'm driving it will talk to me when I receive a text message and I can reply via voice. My dealings with Tom Underwood were terrible. He lied about the model CRV I wanted (FWD) and then didn't want to get me the model I wanted. He also had a bad attitude and didn't care to negotiate the sticker price. I walked out of the showroom and he laughed, further irritating me. I would not recommend him as a salesman.

We went to Saratoga Honda after visiting the one in Queensbury. Saratoga Honda salesman Dan LaNoir came out to greet us and explained more details on the 2012 Civic EX we ended up purchasing. He was very calm and patient with our questions and did NOT push anything on us. What really impressed us was when it came to or trade-in, Dan had it written out with exactly what they were giving us for it rather than what other dealerships do, hiding the trade by giving us just what payments would be. We highly recommend Saratoga Honda, they were very easy to deal and talk with explaining everything about our new car!

I purchased a New 2011 Honda Accord from Saratoga Honda on 3/21. I arrived around 4:30PM on Saturday afternoon looking for a Car. I test drove a 2011 Honda Civic but it was little to small for my needs. I then test drove the Accord which I loved. By now it was a little after 5:00PM and they were Closing for the day.Pete was my Salesman and he was very knowledgable, friendly and worked with us. I spoke with Mark David and he gave me more than I expected for my trade-in, so I could stay within my Budget. By now it was well past 5:30 and they stayed and did the paperwork so I could pick up my car on Monday. I was very satisfied with my experience at Saratoga Honda and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car.

After dealing with another local dealership, Saratoga Honda was a breath of fresh air. Finally my wife and I had found a place where they would take us seriously and treat us with respect. The place really is "no haggle."Everyone we dealt with was absolutely wonderful. We started our dealings with James who handled everything very nicely. On our delivery day we dealt with Michael in finance who was a lively, friendly and down to earth guy. He was a pleasure to talk to and do business with. By the time we finished, it was well after closing time. We were about to walk out the door and Dan (the salesman who was helping James since he had to leave with very good reason) was waiting for us to show us some features of the vehicle that we had questions about. Everyone at Saratoga Honda exceeded our expectations. I'd recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle.

The experience was guite good actually. The one thing that couldbe improved is the autonomy of the sales staff. Everytime a question came up, the sales person needed to run it through Mark. I found this to be annoying as I was left to sit there for what seemed like an eternity. I know Casey was new but I was in once before and I experienced the same thing with Pete. This could and should be improved, but all in all, I though the experience was fine and I would recommend others to the dealership. I have not had any service done, so I'll have to see on that. I expect good things though.

Very easy transaction from start to finish. I emailed an inquiry about an in stock Accord because I was in need of a vehicle due to an accident. I let them know I was a serious buyer with no trade and the first price offered I felt was a good one. No back and forth or hassles when I got to the dealership either. It was what it was, I like it that way. I had limited time or interest to haggle. The car and service were so good I did not even bother going back to the Toyota dealer that had sold me my last two cars. If all goes well I will continue to purchase vehicles here.

Ive been dealing with Saratoga Honda for over 15 years and the reason is simply they totally have it together there. The sales process is so easy. I have dealt with Lindsey Karlin and Mark David and feel they have been honest, proactive and work get me the best price and financing. But it does not stop at the front end! The service department is equally as professional, proactive and honest. I work with Geoff who is friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. He and the Service Manager John Stortecki are very personable and treat me as an individual rather then just another service customer. I never feel that they suggest services that I do not really need and my cars have never failed run at optimum efficiency. And the service waiting area is also exceptional with comfortable seating, free beverages, and private kiosks with free internet so those of us can continue working while our cars are being serviced. Honda vehicles speak for themselves. Theyre the best! Finally, I should note that my other car is a company vehicle which is another popular brand which I have serviced at another local dealership. There is absolutely no comparison between the two. Saratoga Honda should be the model from which ALL car dealers should replicate.

I have been shopping for a new or used Honda Accord for about a year. A friend told me about how well they were treated at Saratoga Honda and said they would take me to look at cars. Mark David showed me the new Accords and explained the differences between the EX and LX. After deciding on one Mark showed me what he would offer me for my '05 Accord which was a very fair allowance and what the financing would be. He made everything so clear it was an easy decision to go ahead with the deal. Kevin explained all the paperwork in a very professional manner and made sure I was comfortable with each paper before I signed it. I was very pleased with the experience. It was relatively easy, as I was moving laterally from a 2008 Honda Civic to a 2010 Honda Civic. The sales team made it seamless and efficient. I initially went on the website to see what was available. I was directed to AutoTrader to get a value for my 2008 Civic. The result was impressive.
