11/15/2016 Amazing experience, amazing vehicles, I've returned for the 3rd time, and I am a 20 year experienced sales person. My very first time in Saw Grass Infiniti was after visiting 2 other dealers to get the price I needed on an QX70. After the 3rd day of all day haggling with my 6 year old daughter with me, I took my lowest worked out offer from these dealers to Pierre at Sawgrass Infiniti. Without him seeing my previous written offers from other dealers, his start price was already lower than the ones that took me all day to get. Sheesh!!!! I I haven't been able to beat his prices lol, so now I just don't even try. He calls days after I'm gone to make sure I'm happy with my purchase, always returns calls immediately if for some reason he doesn't answer, which he always does. I'm just really lucky to have found a good dealer, an outstanding, selfless, competent sales person, the sweetest service rep (Danny), and above all, a vehicle that blows my mind. I love everything about my cars. I have 2 at the time

While I didn't by my Infinit here, I have done 100% of my service needs at this dealership because of the service they provide, quality of work, the facilities, and the service advisors. Steve is my advisor, but you can tell all the advisors really take the time to get to know you and work with you with your interest in mind.

after walking on the showroom for 5 minutes Walter came to the rescue and 1 hour later, we finalzed our deal. He found the car my wife wanted and we were out. THe car was ready for pick up 2 days after, and it took us less than 2 hours to do the lease process. The overview of the car was very complete and a couple of extras were given to us.

We have all been there, the dreaded morning after looking over the sales contract for our vehicle purchase with a sense of buyers remorse, knowing the deal we negotiated is far from what we ended up signing. This was my third Infiniti lease and I was lucky enough to have met Brian Shiner, who was upfront and transparent throughout the entire purchase process. From beginning to end, he exceeded every one of my expectations all the while delivering a truly unique client experience. Do not underestimate the significance of a vehicle purchase as after one's home, this is probably the second most important financial purchase we make. Rest assured that my only regret the morning after was that I had not leased my previous two Infiniti vehicles with Brian.Truly a One of a Kind Experience!

I've owned and driven Infinitys since they first came out in 1990 with my purchase at that time of their top of the line Q45. Needless to say I've purchased subsequent Infinitys from a number of different dealerships but my recent purchase is the fourth Infinty I recently purchased from Sawgrass Infinity. They are, in my opinion, the best and most responsive dealership I've had the pleasure of dealing with. Their sales person, Pier Russo and their finance person Mike Alonso, could not have been more professional, attentive, knowledgeable and accommodating to my needs. Having purchased as I indicated four previous vehicles from Sawgrass I can also say that they have the best service department and Tony Shaw is the best service manager I've had the pleasure of working. I am only too happy to recommend these outstanding employees and Sawgrass Infinity for anyone looking to purchase, lease or service an Infinity.

I had a very good buying experience at this dealer. My Sales Consultant was professional, respectful, courteous, friendly and resourceful. He was knowledgeable about the Infiniti vehicles and about my vehicle which I was trading in. He was very easy going and good to deal with from day one. After my purchase, I contacted him a few times regarding questions and he was again very courteous, respectful and he was able to answer all my questions.The Team at Sawgrass Infiniti also helped me in purchasing accessories for my new vehicle.My experience with the Finance Manager was great also. He explained all the details and paperwork to me and made sure I did not leave with any unanswered questions.Before I came to Sawgrass Infiniti, I had visited the South Motors Infiniti and Warren Henry Infiniti dealerships. The service which I received at Sawgrass was not comparable to the service I received at the other dealerships. The Team at Sawgrass Infiniti went beyond my expectations and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. In addition, instead of servicing my car and purchasing parts at my nearby Infiniti dealer, I will be driving an extra hour to Sawgrass Infiniti because of the exceptional service I have received at this dealer.

I went in to Saw grass Infiniti to purchase a use car to replace a previous Infiniti. My experience with sales was pleasant, but after the check $ was signed and I began to work with finance it went from pleasant to lackadaisical. For almost three months I was promised per contract a car tag and it has been one excuse after another with the blame placed on the customer as to why it wasnt delivered. No one took responsibility, nor was willing to make things right. I was given the run around for almost three months with no concern. No communication or follow through. No return calls or emails in a reasonable time frame. Only when I called or emailed would I get some information, however still no time frame for when anything would be done. I would hear excuses, like we are working on it. Its going to take a while or I thought this department had done it already. Even after expressing my frustration and asking to speak with a general manager still no follow through (from finance) until I called to speak with a general manager. The customer service there is ridiculous. With Saw grass its clearly not about keeping your business. I love infinit brand cars and will probably purchase another one in the future, but not with Saw grass Infiniti.

He answers all my questions and discusses all aspects of the work that is required. Cars.com was great, I sent an email to this dealership through the sight and received a call from the dealership within an hour. I was told by the person I spoke with that he was going out of town and he'd have another salesman contact me. After the first week went by without any attempts to contact me I assumed they didn't want my business or decided to sell the vehicle I was interested in to someone else. Finally about 3 weeks after my initial email through cars.com I received the follow up contact I was told would be made within hours or days. A dealership which fails yo do what they say isn't a dealership which I want to do business with.

After experiencing the most bizarre, dishonest, and disrepectful treatment after leasing and having to return a car at another local dealership due to a recall that they supposedly knew nothing about, which is weird because the rest of the dealerships for this particular brand throughout the country knew about it, I was really disappointed with the whole car buying/leasing process. After returning said car, we stopped by Sawgrass Infiniti and were greeted by Max James, Sales Consultant. One word...FABULOUS! No pressure, let me vent, made us feel so comfortable the second we set foot onto the dealership floor, and even moreso when we test drove what is now our QX60! Matt Park worked up an amazing deal for us and we are so grateful! Michael Alonso in finance took the time to go over all of our paperwork and made sure we understood it all. Each and every person that we encountered at Sawgrass Infiniti was professional, courteous, and couldn't thank us enough for our business. I bought my car at another local dealership but will only go here for service. Top notch facilities and service advisors. Steve Samson is a guy you can trust with your vehicle. Straight shooter and no pressure and cares about you. I wouldn't trust my baby with anybody else. Because of the excellent service and interactions I've had with several of the employees, I'm buying my next car at Sawgrass Infiniti. The cream always rises to the top.

Brian Shiner (online sales) replied to an online question about a certain vehicle I was interested in and gave me the information needed. I came in a few days later and he showed me the vehicle and really took care of us with not making us feel pressured. He started the paperwork and had the car detailed while we went to lunch and our finance advisor, Mike Alonso had everything ready and got us out quickly with no end of deal pressures for warranties, etc.... If anyone tried to pressure me, I would have left for sure but they made it really easy.

Alan Moreno was fantastic! I leased my car out of state but when my alternator died, Alan stayed late to wait for me so that I wouldn't be stranded without a car. He provided me with a loaner with a full tank of gas and 2 days later my car was ready. Awesome customer service.

Ten years ago I bought my brand new QX56 through this dealership at their old location. My experience through the purchase, (my salesman no longer with them, Garfield), was so easy and not at all stressful, that when they moved to their new location in Sawgrass I decided to follow them. Mind you I live in Miami. Ever since, I make the trip to have my car serviced by Harley at Sawgrass Infiniti and my current Assistant Service Manager, Tony Shaw, keeps me going back to them. I don't mind the drive at all because the quality of service and professionalism, the quality of their loaner vehicles, the degree of excellence in having the car serviced is well worth the drive. Recommend them, OF COURSE! I have been recommending Sawgrass Infiniti at all car shows that I go to annually, to my friends and family, and to anyone who rides in my car and comments on how well maintained it is. They keep my "BIG BOY" running like new and keep me smiling and De-stressed! I will be looking to purchase a new vehicle through them and I know they will be as loyal to me as I have been to them over the past 10 years when it comes to assisting me with my next purchase. Bought a car form them 5 years ago, the salesman was very professional and courteous. He did a fantastic job of explaining all the features to me after the sale was done. Where this dealership really shines is their service. Tony Shaw has been fantastic, and I would not take my car anywhere else for service, despite the fact I live 40 miles away and there are two other dealerships closer to me. I am always blown away by the level of service and great care they take with my car.

Brian and Matt promised me a great deal and they delivered. There was nothing to negotiate as their number matched my number. We shook hands and the deal was done. The paperwork went smoothly. I bought my car at a different dealer and had a questionable estimate given to me. I decided to try Sawgrass and have been going there for all my car repairs for last 6 years. I only deal with Richard Kahn. He has always recommended what was needed and as funds become an issue helps me prioritize what should be done first. I have only had two major expenses (+$500) and my car now has 184K miles on it. Richard always goes out his way to fit my schedule for maintenance and provides impeccable customer service.

I totally negotiated my deal on line with Brian the Internet Manager. He sent me a quote and met my numbers. It was extremely easy and painless. Brian knows his product and is a true professional. This is the 5th Infiniti I have purchased at Sawgrass Infiniti and it won't be my last. It is definitely worth the drive from Boca. Brian knows I don't like to waste a nice Saturday buying a car. When I arrived at the dealership he had four Q50's for me to look at. I made my choice on color and then right into Gabe for the paperwork. Total time at dealership including test drive, paperwork, courtesy lunch and coffee was 90 minutes. Brian always makes sure the car is detailed to perfection. I continue to come to this dealership because of the people and service. Steve Samson is my service manager and is truly the best. When I do need service which is seldom I either wait in the boardroom working on the internet or take a loaner over to Sawgrass mall for some shopping. I switched from Audi and BMW because Inifiniti and Infiniti Sawgrass is the best I have experienced.

I had in mind the car I wanted and contacted them through their website, as their location was the closest to home for this brand. They responded immediately and were willing to conduct most of the negotiation via email, which I prefer as I work far from the dealer. This seems to be hated by most car dealers, favoring direct contact in person or by phone instead. Not my contact, Brian S, who adapted well and together with his team got for me the car I wanted, got me a decent deal and even convinced me to accelerate the purchase through incentives. Very courteous, fast and efficient. My in person experience was also top notch, especially the actual documentation of the purchase through a very professional Mr. Gabriel L and team. The location is nice, and also easy to reach for me. Overall a pleasurable, efficient and professional purchase experience.

My husband and I have been shopping for a car for the last week. First we went to Sawgrass Infiniti, but we got an amazing deal for the same car in another dealership nearby. The other dealership, however, needed to order the car and we needed to wait a short time. I wanted to surprise my husband and get him the car in time for his birthday, so I gave Sawgrass another chance to earn our business. I called them and my sales associate recommended that I speak directly to Ron Seitz (one of the sales managers). When I spoke to him, I had the most unpleasant, unprofessional, chauvinistic business experiences of my life. He mocked me, made jokes, and laughed at me during our call. All I asked was if they could meet, or even come close, to the deal that the other dealer had made me. I will NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone! Ron Seitz did not understand that business is about numbers, and there is NO place for this type of treatment in a professional environment. Buy elsewhere

I purchased a pre-owned 2008 Infiniti G37S from Sawgrass Infiniti a few weeks ago after my other Infiniti was in an accident. What started out as a very difficult situation because I could not get my insurance money quick enough to purchase an advertised vehicle, turned out to be a success because my Sales Consultant, Albry Pierre and the Sales Manager worked with me to find a substitute vehicle and finally make this purchase a reality. I have always used the service department at Sawgrass and Danny, my service advisor is great. Now I can say that the sales department is as good as the service department. Alan Moreno and the service team provided a wonderful and professional Job. They kept me informed off the things that my cars was in needs of been serviced for. The process to get a loaner while my G37S was on their premises was fast. The only thing that can be improved is the cleaning of the Wheel Rims, all the car was well cleaned but the rims. Other than that all went well and on time.

It is nice to know that they were not just trying to sell me a car, but the way I am treated tells me they appreciate and want to keep me as a customer. My service advisor Allen Moreno he is the best. There have been times I have called him about my vehicle and he is not at work but he still treats me with the same respect as if he were working. They always have a loner vehicle for me when I need it. I really appreciate that. Their work is always done right and Allen always tries to get me whatever discounts he can. I appreciate that.

Even though I live about 35 miles away, I always take my Infiniti M56S to Sawgrass Infiniti as Danny Simpson is simply one of the best Service Consultants in the business. This facility is organized, spacious, and is very well run. Sawgrass is a nice break from the other dealers in South Florida who are typically understaffed with overcrowded facilities. Danny is great to work with and recently helped me with a complex issue with Infiniti national consumer affairs when another dealer up in Palm Beach county refused to help. Sawgrass is good about listing service coupons on their website so that you can get a premium product at the best price. I can fully recommend the Service department here and would recommend that you ask for Danny.

I have owned or leased 12 infinitis over the past 12 years currently have four All my servicing is done at sawgrass. I have bought a few cars from other dealers but the majority are from sawgrass. I have only the highest praise for this dealership. They treat u as they would their own family. They are courteous honest and try their best to assist you. As a psychologist and bonafide car "nut" I truly appreciate the way they have treated my family. We had the pleasure of purchasing a Q50 last month from Brian Shiner at this dealership. Mind you I started with the word "pleasure" which that is not the norm in purchasing a car. Brian was the most professional, knowledgable sales consultant we have ever felt with. We have been loyal Acura clients for over 10 years and have built a relationship with our sales consultant at Esserman International as well so this was a huge step for us but I have to say that just with our first interaction with Brian we felt as if we had known him for years. I negotiated everything via email and was so impressed by the way he quickly responded to the emails, no matter what time or day of the week it was. When we arrived to pick up the car everything was ready. He took his time explaining all the features of the car which are quite a few , not once did we feel rushed. He made us feel as we were the only clients in the dealership and we were his top priority... If you are in the market for an Infiniti do not look any where else and definitely deal with Brian Shiner, he is one of the best in is field and treats you with the outmost respect you can imagine.... Sawgrass Infiniti provides the best service possible. The service staff are curteous, professional and quite helpful in providing quick and excellent car service. I have been taking my Infiniti there ever since I bought it in 2007 and have used the same service advisor, Danny Simpson, who has been the most helpful and professional service advisor imaginable. If you need to take your car in for service, I highly suggest you ask for Danny Simpson to take care of you. He ensures that my vehicle is ready in a timely manner and is always willing to offer a loaner car if the service is going to take longer than you expect. I know I can always rely on him to keep me updated on the status of my car.

I would like to say what wonderful service I get from Sawgrass Infiniti. I purchased my car there from Pierre who was wonderful and informative in helping us select the car for us. We did not feel pressured at any time. Since then I have serviced my car numerous times. My service representative is Danny who could not be any nicer helpful and honest. He always returns my calls, advises me on the best thing to do for the car and is most helpful. I always feel he is doing the best for me and explains everything which is very helpful to me as a woman and therefore I do not know too much about cars. I would definitely recommend this dealership and especially Danny in the service department to anyone. Looking forward to many more cars and service with them.

Sawgrass Infiniti has excellent service. My service advisor, Danny Simpson, could not make having my car serviced any easier. Service appointment by telephone, takes 5 minutes to drop off the car and 5 minutes to pick up the car, free loaner, he stays in contact with the details of the service, if I am tied up I can pick up the car the next day & keep the loaner overnight, he is knowledgable, nice & professional. Everyone in the dealership is and the facility is very clean. They don't recommend service on things that are not needed. Discounts are available at certain times and there is free coffee. I purchased my car from this dealership & I have never experienced such an easy, quick, fair and pleasurable service experience at any other dealer.

Although I got a better price "quote" from Warren Henry, they could not get me the car I was looking for and they actually lied to me about that. I was pleased with the professionalism and attitude of the Sawgrass Infiniti sales group. After three Acura leases, I switched to Infiniti. I will be buying a 2015 Q70 from them when they are available. With respect to service, Steve has been exceptional. He has been a major reason I buy cars from Sawgrass Infiniti. After visiting Sawgrass Infiniti once to pick out my color combination of my QX60 and the second time test driving the car I was unhappy with my salesperson because during the test drive his cell phone went off twice and although he did not pick up was obviously distracted and said very little about the car. If I asked him a particular question he answered kindly however I felt he was not as knowledgeable about the car as he could have been and although I understand no pressure sale he could have been a little more enthusiastic about the vehicle being it was my first time purchasing a luxury car. Instead I visited Buick and will purchase the Enclave today with similar features because I had an amazing salesman who told me many things about the Enclave down to the taillights and chrome. He obviously liked the car. Cant wait to go there this morning and introduce him to my husband.

Buyer's beware. This dealership and service department employs liars and those who are not familiar with the integrity of quality customer service. We purchased a new vehicle which has turned out to be a lemon. Yes, brand new with only 20 miles on the day of delivery. The vehicle has since spent more time in their repair facilities with no resolution. So let's be clear: new transmission, updates to the navigation, transmission is still not operating properly, vehicle cuts off on the highway, etc. The service director is not responsive and the general manager doesn't believe in making horrible situations right, i.e. he doesn't return phone calls. We all have buying options. I truly thought that I made a great decision, but the sales manager said it best, they only have to sell the cars, the rest is up to service. Apparently, Sawgrass needs training on service both internally and externally. If you really just have to have an Infiniti spend your time and money else where, it's not worth the hassle or frustration. It is still a very unfortunate situation, as the car is inoperable and unsafe and still has not been repaired. But alas, I'm still waiting on return calls that never seem to come.

I purchased a used car from Sawgrass Infinity and that is exactly what I got. A used car. I was looking for a Nissan Maxima and after searching for weeks at the various dealers around, I couldn't find one that I wanted. Then I found a beautiful black 2011 with 28000k mi. listed on Cars.com from Sawgrass Infinity. The price seemed fair by comparison to the cars I've been looking at and at the time and I considered Infinity to be a high end name and figured that they would not sell anything less than exceptional in condition, and stand by their merchandise. I looked at the car and found some damage to the front bumper. They almost seemed surprised that it was damaged. Either way, they assured me that it could be repaired and would be like it never happened. So I thought with the type of cars they sell and the customers they must deal with, I can expect nothing less than a perfect repair job. So that was the deal. I drove the car a few days before the scheduled repair. In that time I discovered some troubling defects that I didn't see during the test drive. The drivers seat is lose and the brake light comes on briefly every once in a while. When I brought it in for the bumper, I requested the seat be fixed and brakes be looked at. Two days later the car is ready. They refused to fix the seat, added some brake fluid, the repair is definitely noticeable and the car's going to need brakes probably by the end of summer. Not the work I was expecting from a "High end" dealer. When I questioned the issues, I was basically told that I shouldn't expect perfection from a used car and that I should have looked at it closer and not have bought it. This is not what I expected at all from Infinity. I was looking for a car that is going to last. I do not have the ability to go over every inch of a car which is why I spend the extra money to get it from a "Reputable" dealer. Only thing I found out is that there is no difference between this deal and one I would have made from a private listing. In fact, I probably could have saved 4G buying the same car from one of those off rental/lease dealers. I still like the car, I just wish that they took care of it like it should have been.

I bought a 2004 Acura TSX on 2010/March from Infinity Sawgrass, Florida.I was disclosed with a carfax report from the dealer, showed clean title, no accidents, everything perfect.It had 59471 miles when bought, now is 87000. The car costed around 20K out of the door.I just found yesterday ( 2 year after) from this dealer, while try to trading the car for a new vehicle that a CarFAX reported that this vehicle had an accident on 2007. They advised me because the accident report on 2007 the value of the car depreciated almost four thousand dollars more. Them I asked what are they doing with cars that had been reported on accident , well he responded " that they don't selling cars that had been reported on accident because they are taking serious their reputation". I responded , we have a contradictions here, because I bought the car on this dealer.The dealer never told me that this car had an accident when I bought the car in 2010, and apparently lied to me with the carfax report and saying the car was in excellent conditions and no accidents or problems.They just apologize for the Manager who sold me the car on 2010, but they didn't assume any responsibility and appraised the car only six thousand dollars. This is a bad dealer and they lie to the customer. They are no serious dealer, don't buy any car for Sawgrass Infinity.EddyKoy631athotmail.com

But I have to admit that when I am doing some online research, I definetely want to read and make sure I have the ability to check whom am I doing business with. I am a Latino, 14 years in USA. A well known Hedge Fund Manager in the USA-LatAm Alternatives Industry Space that among other things worked all my life in the Capital Market industry. I felt motivated to share my history, since I am a "Trader" and I am fast when I see opportunities. Not only Sawgrass infiniti gave the best price, but Brian Shiner taught me how you can be an elegant Car Salesman, with honesty, honor and commitment.I went there after they quoted me over the phone the best possible deal in south Florida for a G25 (remember I contacted most of the infiniti's dealers in South Florida) and not only that, they even gave more and more when I was there. Again, would like to mention this is my 7 car in USA. I had (lease / buy) BWM's (I am just returning my BMW 2009 to Braman Miami) VOLVO's, Toyotas, Hyundais, etc and the Sawgrass Infiniti experience was Far Beyond expectations. I hope that this recommendation at least made you feel that you have to give this guys an opportunity to quote you. You won't regret. Last but not least, The experience at signing was even better. I am a very busy person on a tight schedule- This was my first time getting a new car, and my first time leasing. I didn't have time to visit every dealership and knew exactly what I wanted. I contacted every infinity dealership from Orlando down- I received a lot of phone calls back but no-one was willing to talk numbers over e-mail in writing- Brian Shiner was very straightforward with me from the start and gave me a good price point that I was happy with- I picked up the exact car I wanted and didn't end up getting pressured into paying more or changing our agreement when I walked through the door. I am very happy with my car and the service I received at Sawgrass Infinity. It was a pleasant surprise and a true pleasure!

Brian was awsome. He was nothing like all the other people i had delt with while searching for my new car. Not your typical "car salesman" i guess you could say. He was very informative, down to earth, and gave everything to me straight. No hodden fees pr lete talk to manager and see if we can make it happen but instead just made it happen. Made it a very quick and speedy process when getting the car and didnt have to spend hours at the dealership. He def the best kind of salesman as he sells himself and his service and not just the product. When i told him after working out all the numbers i was going to look at bmw also before getting my car he didnt harrass me at all like most would but simply said give me a call and let me know. Service has been excellent everytime i come in and all are very friendly and responsive. Homerun in my book and if i get another infiniti after my lease is up it will definately be from brian at sawgrass.

I recently purchased a 2012 Infinity JX and I received the best service from my sales person Pier Russo. He was very patient not pushy and explained all the features of the vehicle. By far this is the best car I have ever bought and the service was beyond excellent.

I have given this rating to Piere who was my salesperson at the Infiniti dealership because from the beginning he was very charismatic and respectful. He listened to what I wanted and from there he showed me my options that fit the description of what I was looking for. At the end we left with two cars instead of one and I can honestly say that we are in love with our new G sedans.

I have always been an Audi driver until I went to Sawgrass Infiniti and now I own 3 Infinities. This is a fantastic dealership with top notch, experienced and friendly people. Even though this is a 20 mile drive for me it is worth every mile. Brian Shiner is a polished, experienced sales person that is all about customer satisfaction and doing a fair and honest deal. Brian makes the buying experience enjoyable with no pressure and solid facts and information. Brian knows his product and competition and is easy to deal with either over the internet or in person. The first Infiniti I bought over the internet from Brian. I did the whole deal with no cat and mouse games you get from most dealerships. When I arrived, Brian had my car ready and the paperwork. I was in and out with a new car in minutes rather than hours. What keeps me coming back to Sawgrass Infiniti is the service. It is the BEST I have ever experienced in South Florida. I recommend Steve Samson as your service rep. It does not get much better than Steve if you need service. He takes a personal interest in helping make sure your Infiniti is in top notch shape and that you are satisfied customer. If you are looking for a new car and want a good long lasting experience I recommend highly this dealership. Brian and Steve will definitely take good care of you.

David gave us the royal treatment, was pleasent, very knowledgable about the car, the dealership the product and went out of his way to help address issues we had and help with options for us to get additional items for the car that weren't on the it when we purchased it. He was right from the beginnig very repsonsive with communication from the first contact including email, text, and phone communication to provide all needed information. He went beyond the extra mile that many other do not. He also even followed up on some outstanding items after the sale and resolved them in a very quick manner. Also made the dealership experience all around very pleasent. Would recommend anyone who wants to purchase an Infiniti do so with him at that dealership.

I gave great marks for the quality and service that I received from this dealership. My Salesman Brian Shiner exceeded my expectations with the ease of my lease. He located the perfect car and had it and the paperwork ready and waiting for me the next day. He handled everything and was very informative and friendly and did everything he said he would to make the process go as smooth as possible.I tuly enjoyed my experience at Sawgrass Infinit and got free lunch while I was waiting for my paperwork to be processed. I couldn't be more happy with my new car.

From the start of my experience to the latest I have had nothing but positive results when dealing with the staff at Sawgrass Infiniti. Starting with the sales process Brian Shiner has done everything possible to satisfy my needs and make me comfortable with my purchase/lease. I was a LEXUS only guy for many years...I may just now be a Infiniti guy from now on. My car did have some minor service issues and Tony would not let me pick up the car until he knew I would be happy with the results...I am happy and the issue is now resolved. My husband and I bought our first Infiniti from David Byles and what an unforgettable experience that was. David is not your typical pushy, hidden agenda salesman(no offense). He is a truly genuine gentleman. David gave us facts, looked us in the eye, listened to what we wanted and ultimately gave it to us at a no-nonsense price. After we purchased the car, there were a few items that needed to be fixed so he called to schedule a convenient service time for us and then followed up with us to make sure that all the issues had been resolved. WHAT AN AMAZING EXAMPLE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS BEST!!!! He is the main reason we decided to deal with Sawgrass Infiniti in the first place, (we talked over the phone before heading to the dealership). Danny Simpson is by far the best service advisor I have ever worked with. I am a demanding customer who asks questions about every single recommended service and Danny is always very informative. I recently moved about 35 miles further away from this dealership and I still go back to Sawgrass for every service specifically because of Danny. I have owned 3 different Infiniti's since 2003. Without any reservation, I recommend Sawgrass Infiniti for your Infiniti service.

After purchasing greater than 50 cars, I can confidently state that buying from this dealership has been the best and easiest by far. No hassles, no pushiness, no gimmicks...just straight forward and to the point. They will do whatever is necessary to accommodate their customers and to make a deal. Sawgrass Infiniti is the best dealership in town. I went to them for an urgent brake service and they set me up with a loaner and an appointment on the spot. I was able to drop my car off pick up a loaner and make it to work a few minutes early, and the car was ready by lunch time. Great Service! Great Dealership! Thank you SAWGRASS INFINITI!

The dealerships curb appeal is bar none, the service staff as well as the sales team greats you as if you are visiting their individual homes. I been to other infiniti dealerships, but Sawgrass Infiniti is by far the greatest one. Everyone is so friendly, my service was done on time, and the location is great. My service advisor, Richard Kahn was very helpful in everyway, the cashiers are all very friendly. I am very pleased with the experience i had there. I recommend this dealership for both sales and serice.

I have been coming to Sawgrass Infiniti since I moved to Fort Lauderdale in 2007. Originally their location was the most convenient to my office, but even after I left that job and a new dealership opened up less than 5 miles from my house, I continue to come to Sawgrass because they take such great care of me and my car. Richard is very responsive to my requests and makes sure that he accommodates me if at all possible. The other Assistant Service Managers have also played a hand in my experience. I always feel welcome when I come to Sawgrass, and I know that if Richard isn't available, someone else will take just as much care of me as Richard would. Danny has helped me out on several occasions when Richard wasn't available. Sean is usually the one who works on my car, and always gives it to me straight. I trust that they would never sell me something that I don't need, and I know they help me keep my car in tip-top shape. Jean Jean always has a smile when he picks up or delivers my car.As an outside salesperson, I spend a majority of my time in the car, and I can't afford to be without my car for any length of time. The loaner vehicles that Sawgrass offers make my life much easier, and it is nice to know that they remember I need one and won't schedule me when one is not available, without confirming it with me first. My safety and my livelihood are in their hands, and I can't think of a better dealership to trust with that.

I can't say enough about this dealer and the people that I have come in contact with. I have two cars that I have purchased from them, one new and one used. Purchasing the new one was a very pleasurable experience. My salesman, Brian Shiner, was pleasent, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The sale went great in cost, time and follow-up. Any small issue that I had was handled professionally and promptly to my satisfaction. He is also the person that I bought my used car from. I had given him my specs and he wouldn't sell me a car until he found one that he was totally sure I would be happy with. He called me often to tell me that he was still looking but hadn't found the right one yet until he called and said he had the right one. He was right and again, the sale was more pleasureable than the first time. The car was right, the deal was good and the attention to detail was excellent. As for the service at this dealership, it has been well beyond my expetations. My service manager, Steve Samson, and he is MY service manager, calls to schedule routine maintenance and follows up on every visit. When I did have an issue with the cruise control, he and Ed Christiansen, the mechanic, checked everything possible to resolve the problem. They made sure that it was working perfectly and that I was totally satisfied with the work that was done. Since then, anytime that I have brought either car into the dealership, Steve has gone above and beyond what I come to expect from other dealers. His recommendations for services and issues have been right on and my cars have performed flawlessly. He has helped as best he could with the costs and I have come to the fact that he and Ed the mechanic have helped me keep my cars as good if not better than new. Their explanation of things that have been required has been been clear with reasons and the time to accomplish them which makes me know that I have people watching out for not only my investment, but most importantly, my safety and that of my family. Yes, I would recommend this dealership and have done so to all my friends. With professionals like this and the work eithics that they have showed me, I know they have a customer for a very long time.

My sister-in-law originally bought her vehicle from Scott Infiniti that subsequently changed their name to Sawgrass Infiniti and she has been servicing her vehicle with them for about 12 years. She recently took her vehicle into their Service Department for a checkup and was told she needed new spark plugs and ignition wires and was given a cost estimate of $740.00. Fortunately, she asked for my opinion and after reviewing same, I felt this cost was excessive for the aforementioned work. I subsequently contacted the Service Manager, Phil Kasten, who said he did not have a problem with the cost estimate, but would check with his service people and would get back to me. To date, he has not yet called me back to provide an explanation for the $740 cost estimate. I have since checked her vehicles plugs and they were in good shape and they did not need to be replaced. I noticed 3 ignition wires having exterior cuts on them and replaced all of them at a cost of $45.00 for the parts having a life time warranty. She checked her records with Sawgrass Infiniti and discovered they had replaced the plugs back in November of 2007. Based on this experience with Sawgrass Infiniti, I advised her to seek out another auto service shop that would be more customer oriented and not take her to the cleaners. I think Sawgrass Infiniti needs to be investigated for their questionable price gouging.

They were a smarmy bunch. The only reason I got my car from them was the price. After the sale they wouldn't even return my phone calls. I am looking for another dealer to service my car. On another note, the dealership in North Miami, Warren Henry on 441 damaged my brand new G37. My car was about two months old and needed a minor repair. When I got my car back, the area around the trunk was scratched from one end to the other. They refused to take responsibility for the damage. The only had 1500 miles on it. A detail shop tried to buff out the scratches but they were too deep. They suck too!Old sayings: It's easy to get a customer, it's hard to keep one.A satisfied customer will tell one or two people, a dissatisfied customer will tell anyone who will listen.

Stay away from this dealership. They took advantage of my dad an elderly gentlemen. When we went in to complain about a safety feature he needed repaired, the car jerked when put in reverse, they charged him $942 for other maintenance, and never fixed the safety feature. Immediately after they call him to tell him his lease is up and they will only credit him for repairs if he buys another car from them. This is the way he is treated after being a loyal customer for 15 years. Meanwhile the service manager tells us the car jerking is normal because they couldn't fix it after we took the car back to them!!!!! Lease is up so is my patience and I took my business elsewhere like to another manufacturer!!! Never again Infinity!!!

Stay away from this guy at all costs. A typical smooth talking type who is condesending and bull***ts you at every move. Very shady. The same would apply to the dealership experience unfortunately. Hidden charges and lots of games. Avoid this dealer which has changed its name three times now in the last five years!

Dealer quick to try to oversell maintenance not required by the manufacturer at high prices. BEWARE, THEY TOOK MY LICENSE PLATE COVER OFF AND INSTALLED A SAWGRASS INFINITI COVER. Think they are trying to make every infiniti in the area look like they sold it, pretty sneaky and unsavory business practice. I was told that the owner of the dealership has instructed to do this.
