I have purchased two vehicles from Schaefer and Bierlein and I have had wonderful service every time. Everyone is willing to make the process of car buying as easy as possible and are there to answer your questions. Also the service department is always very friendly and helpful. All needs are met and then some at Schaefer and Bierlein I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle. I will never go anywhere else! Also, Alex Myers is amazing! He has helped me with both vehicle purchases and makes sure you are happy with everything and if not he will make sure you are happy! He takes very good care of his customers!

This is the second vehicle we bought from Schaefer & Bierlein and we fully intend to buy or next, when the time comes. We began the process through the Internet and got immediate response from Jason W. We then exchanged emails and phone calls over the next few days w/ every question/concern being addressed very promptly. When it came time to decide between the three very similar vehicles in which we were interested, it was Schaefer & Bierlein's straight forward, honest customer service that made it an easy decision to go with them. As "icing on the cake", I did not give them enough time to complete the paperwork in Frankenmuth so they drove the vehicle from Frankenmuth to Midland (after polishing it up), they brought all the necessary paperwork, had everything transferred to the new car, even switched plates for me, and took the trade-in vehicle back to Frankenmuth. If that wasn't enough, when I got into the new vehicle - it had a full tank of gas, too! If you are NOT interested in the typical used car salesman flim-flam experience, I strongly suggest you go to Schaefer & Bierlein. You will get incredible service through-out the process along with a very good deal on a solid vehicle.

I purchased my first vehicle from S&B a few years ago. I have been extremely satisfied with the customer service I receive every time. I purchased a used vehicle and I needed tired only 6 months later. The dealership was very understanding and provided a very nice discount for my new tires. I can always get in for an oil change, and it's rare that I am charged for small items. I have referred several friends and family to our sales rep, Alex Myers. He has never been tried to push a sale on us, he helps us to make the best decision for our situations. He is always honest and trustworthy, and when we have issues he does whatever he can to get us a loaner car, push for speedy repair, etc. I don't think I'll ever buy another vehicle anywhere but S&B! By far the best customer service I've received from a dealership.

I've bought over 35 vehicles in the last 25 years, and the last 10 or 12 have come from Shafer & Bierlein. Adam Traver has been an awesome sales person and he is backed up by Rick and the others in Finance as well as Craig, Adam and many more in Service. In an era of mega dealerships with multiple brands, it's nice to not just be a number. They may not have the absolute cheapest prices every time but the difference is far offset by knowing you're important to them and there's great service well after the sale. Keep us the good work guys. Your customers appreciate you. Eric

I recently was in the market to purchase a Jeep, and I had been going to many retailers. Schaefer & Bierlein had a Jeep Cherokee that fit my needs but I was located several states away in Utah. I contacted them via initially online and then talked with Greg and Jason over the phone and they were excellent to work with! In an industry where there are many car retailers that are not trust worthy, Schaefer & Berlin stand out as being an reputable place to buy a vehicle.

I've been dealing with this dealer since 2000. I would not go anywhere else for a Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge, product. There is no buying pressure like at most other dealerships. This is truly a '5 Star' dealer.

The people working there were super nice during the buying process then once the papers were signed, things changed completely. I have now had over five problems in the past 7 months (none of which their warranty covered) and they show no remorse in selling me a car that wasn't taken care of by their dealership before they sold it. I'm not only paying for the loan I took to purchase the vehicle but all of the repairs from things they should have checked over beforehand. I will never return to this dealership and advise others to choose a different one.

This is the fifth vehicle I have purchased from Schaefer & Bierlein. The service has been A-one. Any repairs I needed were done quickly and reasonably priced.

Overall we had a good buying experience. There were a couple of minor problems no remote start and Bluetooth wasn't connected. The problems were handled in a fast and satisfactorily way.

Would not buy a car anywhere else. This is my 3rd car from them. I drive an hour out of my way and pass many other Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge dealers to come here. Best deals around and great staff that truly treats you like family. It's worth a visit.

Found an excellent '02 Buick Century on "Cars.com" for my son. Called the dealer ot verify it was still available and set an appointment to see it. I met with Greg Hoard who had the vehicle ready for a test drive when I got there. Excellent vehicle,excellent price ( under NADA quotes) excellent all around experience. Thanks again Greg.
