Larry Hadamuscin was very accommodating and a professional salesman. I had been thinking of a truck purchase for over a year. My older 2001 Dodge truck needed repaired and I brought it to Shaffer Danhoff for service. Larry graciously loaned me a truck while my truck was being repaired, the loaner truck ended up being the truck I purchased. I am still keeping my older truck, because Schaffer Danhoff service department (Brian) did an exceptional job repairing my vehicle. From sales (Larry) to service (Brian) my buying and repair needs were met in every way and I am a very satisfied lifetime customer

A little disappointed in the detailing of my daughters car! I found a partially smoked cigarette in drivers side seat track. Explains the smoke smell that I was told would be taken care of but is still there! Went to show my daughter where her spare tire was and found a dirty pair of men's underwear and socks along with a old receipt! They also failed to mention that key fabs don't work! Not happy! I would expect this from for sale by owner or a small dealership but I would not expect this from a Chrysler Dodge Jeep dealership! I will not be traveling over an hour to this dealership again! The reason I am so upset is that I searched for the best possible car for my youngest daughter and this is what I gave her! Brought all of this up to dealer via text and he apologized that's it! Hopefully mechanically it does us better!

We decided recently that we wanted to upgrade our main vehicle. We've purchased cars from Schaffer Danhoff before so we knew we'd be satisfied. We worked with Kyle Schaffer and couldn't have been happier. He worked all week finding us exactly what we were looking for and even more. We test drove several Jeeps, worked and re-worked the numbers and left with a beautiful Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit that surpasses all our expectations. Kyle did everything he could to find us the perfect vehicle for our needs at this time. We hope to drive this Jeep for many, many years to come. Thank you Kyle, Mike and Jeff! :)

My previous car, which Larry Hadamucin sold to my family, (2003 Ford Focus Extended) kept giving me problem after problem, as it was beginning to break down and the clutch was going bad. I know Larry is a reliable, awesome car salesman so I decided to look at the cars on the schaffer-danhoff website. I found a 2011 Chevy Cruze that was a manual, and was interested. I contacted Larry, and within days he was able to work everything out for me and get me my first car purchased by myself!!! I am truly thankful for all that Larry did for me, and I absolutely LOVE my new car! Not to mention -- low payments, excellent repair service, and helpful staff!

I accidentally sent to this dealership. I had limited time since I had to work that afternoon. Turned out to be the best accident ever. Larry worked very hard to get me an amazing deal on my 2006 Pontiac G6 GTP. He got everything done & I made it to work on time. There was a small noise from the belt in the engine. The problem was looked at & immediately taken care of. Larry told me if I had any issues with my car, to bring it back to be fixed. I couldn't have had a better experience. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a reliable car at a great price.

When other places and dealers said no, Larry Hadamuscin said yes! Explains the entire process and tunes in to exactly what you're looking for. Goes the extra mile for all the perks and extra's! Very personable and has a great rapport with his customers. Watched people come in and ask for him by name. Only offers quality vehicles and looks for the warranties. Helps set up any appointments for maintenance. I won't go anywhere else or work with anyone else! Stop and see him before you go anywhere else!

I was looking for a very specific Jeep for my son and Schaffer Danhoff had it in stock. Although I was very reluctant to basically purchase a car over the phone, David Bowditch made it very easy. He provided me an estimate for our trade and when we showed up the next morning, he honored the price on the new car and the trade. We traveled quite a distance to Schaffer-Danhoff to purchase a used SUV we found on Cars.com. Although we ran into a minor issue on the test drive, mechanic Brian stopped in on his day off, fixed the problem, and we were able to complete the sale with Jeff. We found Jeff to be fair and reasonable before and after the sale on our trade and purchase of our new to us SUV. Thanks and good job guys!

I found the 2011 Jeep Cherokee on Cargurus, it appeared that the price has just been lowered, so my husband and I drove over to see it. It wasn't on the lot, Kyle informed us that they had just taken it to Auction, but he made a call and was able to pull the jeep back for us to drive. We bought the vehicle, good customer service, friendly sales people.

Bought a 2009 pt cruiser from them. I have had it in to be worked on 3 times in 8 months, one was a wheel bearing, the second was a tune up and now the third is control arm bushing. If you average the service of the vehicle in 8 months turns out to be 1.5 service calls in 8 months. I told the owner I would not buy another car off the lot. His response to me was thats what you get when you get a used car. I expect to put money into a car but not almost a thousand dollars in 8 months from a car I paid over 10 thousand for. Took my car to another chrysler dealer not only is price less they could get it done in a timely manner

We received excellent customer service from start to finish. We had our children with us and the guys included them in the process, which really helps when you have kiddos that grow impatient after a short time. I didn't have that feeling in the pit of my stomach as to whether we were getting taken advantage of or not. It was nice. I felt a sense of integrity from these gentlemen. We love our new vehicle. It was late and after hours. We were leaving the next day to go on vacation and our Trailblazer had just died. We were caught between a rock and a hard place. Seth was leaving to go home but still stopped to talk to us. I told hin the situation and he took us inside, turned on the lights and fired up his computer. After about 45 minutes we were out the door in our new suv. It was a very kind jesture. Seth was on his way home to his family but stayed so ours coud still go on our vacation. Our childern and us thank you a million times over. thank you for being so kind and helpful. We also love the new car !!!

I called the # in the ad. Seth answered and we talked about the truck. After 15 to 20 minutes I asked what time he was there till. He said he wasnt there that it was his weekend off and he was at a basketball game for his son, but would be back Monday. He someone was there if I wanted to go look. I told him I would wait for him. I went Monday and he showed me the truck. I got it and it was super fast and easy. Seth is a great guy. I want to say thank you for talking to me on your day off. That was really cool. He even text me some pictures of the truck that day. Id say thats real "CUSTOMER SERVICE" right there. Thank you again. Its a great truck. Great guy right there.

Stopped in to look at a truck they had listed on Cars.com. The truck had just sold but Mr. Cole showed us another truck they had just took in trade. We loved it. He said they would clean it up and we could come back tomorrow. We came back and WOW. They did a great job of cleaning it. It looked like a shiny new quarter. My son loved it. Needless to say we were very impressed that they could help us out so fast. This was a very pleasurable experiance. I told Mr. Cole I would give him a great review. This is it. I recomend that any and everyone looking for a vehicle go and see him. We will be back in May to get a car for our daughter for 100% sure. Thank you.

We are looking for a van for our daughter who wrecked and totaled her van. We found a van on cars.com and called on it. Seth Cole answered the phone and told us all about the van and was well informed on this paticular van. We came to the dealership, drove the van talked to Seth, made an offer and that was that. He accepted our offer and had the paperwork done and us out of their in less than an hour total. This was a very easy transaction and a very enjoyable experiance for us all. OK this is the first time I have ever gone car shopping. Daddy and I stopped at several dealerships and were treated like kids, noone wanted to help us. Every place was way outta line on payment. 10/7/2014 Started off with a phone call to the dealership. Spoke to Seth and he set the appointment. Got to the dealership and was in and out in less than an hour. Seth listened to us when we said we knew what we wanted and how we wanted to get there. Bing Bang Boom...DONE. Thank you Seth. We spent way to much time at other dealerships...should have just gone to Seth 1st. I would recomend anyone interested in a car come and see this guy. This is the 2nd vehicle from Schaffer Danhoff this year. We were in need of a Van badly, ours had over 180k and was on its last leg. So we came back and they got us into a New Van, exactly the one we wanted with of hassle or crap. We drove it, we got all the rebates and we got the payment we wanted. This was so simple it was beyond belief. Seth and Kyle made this even easier than the 1st time. I really like these guys. Very polite and super helpful. Kyle was our salesman and answered all our questions. Seth was the Manager and got us financed...Zip bang BOOM !!! We will be back for sure and will have all our friends and stuff coming here. This dealership was very friendly and helpful. My daughter bought an 04 Jeep Liberty from this facility. The was very helpful at letting her test drive the vehicles. When she chose the one she wanted. They took it in and had it serviced and ready for her for when we arrived back to sign the paper work. They didnt try to push a vehicle on her that she didnt want like most of the dealerships that she had visited previously.

They did eveeything they could to get me a car. even gave me a little more for my trade in. seth coal the finance guy worked hard but could my credit was to bad and i didnt have money to put down. I find this dealership very honest. I just bought a Jeep Grand Cher. from them. They gave me a great price for my trade in, way more than i expected. Jeff Danhoff helped me to choose my car. He was so helpful in picking the right car. Sometimes going to look for a car as a woman is hard to do. He made me feel like i was getting the best car and answered all my questions. i would highly recommend this Dealership.

I knew I owed more than my truck was worth, but Seth was still able to get me out of my old vehicle and into a much nicer one. Leather, Sunroof, remote start...AWESOME ! I could'nt believe my payment was almost the same as my old truck with 31000 less miles. This JEEP COMMANDER is Awesome and it's loaded. Thank you Seth, and Schaffer Danhoff. You guys are so great. I will have all my friends and family come to see Seth, that is for sure ! I recomend this dealership to anyone looking for a real deal !

I inquired about a vehicle online. A lady called me the next day (Saturday) to let me know the vehicle was available and asked when I would like to schedule a time to come look at it. I told her I would be there Monday morning shortly after they opened (9am) as the dealership is over 2 hours away and that is when they opened. I received a call at 10:18 asking me what time I would be there to look at the vehicle. I informed them we were about 10 minutes away. He told me he would call me right back as the vehicle was not there, the owner did not know I was coming and took the vehicle to Ashland and then to Columbus and was not sure when he would be back. The guy did call me back, to let me know that the vehicle would not be back today but that I could look at it tomorrow. The vehicle was priced competitively and looked clean, but after taking a day off work, and driving 260 miles round trip and wasting 4 hours and I didn't even get to see the truck. Easily avoidable, and in reading the previous reviews this isn't the norm of the dealership, but lesson learned. Deal local.
