This is the first time I am buying a car for my self and not my wife. I shopped around at many dealerships and my last stop was schlossmanns Honda .. Its was the best customer experience I had out of all the dealerships I went to in search of the car I was looking for ..... I am a auto mechanic , so I can be very picky and hard to deal with .... haha .. but Helen Christiansen (mgr) and Bill long were very helpful with all the many questions I had... The one thing I liked the most was , I didn't have a car at the present time and borrowing a car from work, and want to take the car I was looking at to work and perform a inspection to make sure everything was ok.They said I could come down in the morning and drop my car and pick there up to take to work, I said I couldn't because I couldn't leave my works car there, because its is a loaner vehicle we use to hand out to customers. So Helen Christiansen said she would have the car delivered to my work so I could look at...That was awesome and very very helpful to me. After I had looked over the vehicle ... I had some questions about some of the meachanic of the vehicle... so they handed me to Jeffery in service which was also a great experience as well... he answered all my questions and was able to explain everything I needed to know.. I could go on and on and on about my experience but I don't type very fast ... haha To sum it up ... everyone gave me the time of day and was very willing to go out there way for me... I really have no complants... and id just like to say I am very happy with Jeffery in service, and Helen Christiansen ... they are what really sold me on the vehicle..

I have purchased many cars over the years here. Have searched elsewhere and found nothing comparable to their customer service as well as their pricing. Myrien Harris has been an amazing salesperson and I will continue to see him for all my new car buying needs. The service department always takes care of my vehicle. Thanks!

With two Honda leases ending shortly, we went into the dealer looking to lease two new vehicles. Of course we were expecting that the salesperson would take this seriously since we were previous customers and we would looking at two vehicles. Instead of a serious proposal, they came back with a laughable one with very questionable math. Amazingly a 4 year lease had a higher payment than a 3 year lease, which is quite a mathematical mystery. If they do not want to offer a 4 year option or simply don't, I would have preferred honesty versus wasting my time.

From the moment I walked up to the door I experienced excellent service from Sales and Leasing Consultant Thomas Scherr. He was there with me every step of the way making the process enjoyable and as streamlined as possible. He made me feel comfortable, walked me through the process, helped me narrow down my selection, and was genuine and honest the entire time. It was a refreshing experience where I wasn't pressured, and because of Thomas they have one happy and loyal customer. If you're looking to buy or lease Thomas is the guy to see.

I called this dealer because I was actually interested in buying a car from them.The person who answered the phone didn't take seriously. I heard he was making fun of me with his friends in the background.You just lost one of your potential customers.

This is the update. After posting the first review, I was contacted by the General Manager of Honda City- Mr. Craig Lucas. He listened to our issues and concerns and tried his best to solve the problems. Eventually, our CR-V got to change its two front tires and after that, the noise significantly decreased. Now we've much more enjoyed driving this car go anywhere. I wanna thank the Honda City for such nice post-purchase service. Thank Mr. Lucas and his team.

We bought a pre-owned certified CRV from Schlossmann's. Only a week later, our car started to make noise during driving. We sent the CRV back and the service guy said we need to change 4 tires to reduce the noise after a driving test. He did not even bother to have a mechanical check, even though he cannot guarantee that the noise is caused by the tires. The mechanic check is covered by the warranty and they didn't want to provide free service. We can't believe that we have to replace 4 tires after 1 week purchase and it is Certified, and all tires are in good shape. We talked to the store manager, who was very mean and unfriendly. He said if we found this problem before the purchase, they would change the tires for free. However, we found it after purchase, so it was not their responsibilities. Finally, he offered a 20% off on the tire change. Eventually, we decided not to change the tires, cause we didn't want to fall into their trap to give away more money. It was unpleasant experience and we don't recommend Schlossmann's to anyone.

I contacted Marion 4 months before. I had poor credit, she told me to do a few things to improve my credit rating and to check back with her. I did EXACTLY what she said and I left the lot In a brand new Honda Insight. I love Marion for all her hard work along with a few others I don't know their last names, but John and Jamie. Marion is a true gem and will be very upfront and honest, in today's world that says a a lot about a dealership. They have gained a customer for life, Thank you again Honda City!

Visited Schlossmann's non-service department with two problems on my brand new CR-V. 1. insufficient heat when very cold weather (zero & below). 2. Transmission hunting gears upon deceleration. 1. They tested the heat output when it was 20 degrees and said it was sufficient. They refused to change the thermostat to a higher value. 2. They checked the tire pressure and checked to see that the wheels spun freely. I will take the vehicle to another dealer for any warranty repairs. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR SERVICE.

I just purchased my third vehicle in three years from Schlossmanns this afternoon and am completely satisfied, yet again. Peter F. and John M. were amazingly caring and helpful in obtaining the right car for my family. Peter even went as far as picking up my mother in law so she could have the most time possible in looking at a vehicle. The whole process took several hours due to our indecision, but all we received was a smile and understanding from this dealership. In this day and age, true customer service is rare. If you are looking for a new or used car, give this dealership serious consideration.

Honda city is very convenient to me so natural choice to want to purchase there. I have purchased 3 new Hondas over the past 2 years and each time visited that dealer first. I was misled each time and found the last experience to be the same.All they did was tell me that the other internet prices that I showed to them were not legitimate prices and they could not come close to it....Well they are very wrong !!!! Do your homework and save some real money by checking other dealers in area.....I am driving my new civic now that they said would never happen.... I will NEVER GIVE THEM ANOTHER CHANCE....3 STRIKES THEY ARE OUT!!!!!

Purchased a Brand new Honda Civic 2013 LX, they had the color and options I wanted in stock! Randy Pohl was professional and personable. I'd recommend getting your next Honda from both Honda City and Randy. His customer service was up and beyond what I expected in dealing with most car salespeople. His communication and knowledge of the product was outstanding, not to mention the price he got! Wow!!! I don't think I should mention the price, but he wants your business, and they have a nice facility, and service department. Call Randy, the new 2013 Civic is a great deal! Nice price, great value, low maintenance, good resell value, low cost of ownership, high reliability, perfect car for most. WOW!!!

I just got my first car from Honda city. I didn't think there was a chance that I would get approved, but that found a way to accomplish the impossible. Marion, Helen, Cary, and Craig are the last of a dying breed of "car people" that truly made me feel that my business was of the highest priority. They entire staff was unbelievably polite and courteous, and all of the salespeople I came into contact with (even if it was just for a few moments) treated me as if I was there own customer. I will continue to work with the Schlossmann Group for the foreseeable future and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

I want to thank a few people from Honda Schlossmann's Marion, Gary and Helen they help me out finding and purchasing my vehicle. I feel they went above and beyond their duties to make sure I was fully satisfied with my vehicle. The environment was so friendly as were the employees. I'm so happy I was recommended to go there. We just purchased our second vehicle from them and the quality of customer service was great. Everyone was very friendly and made the buying process enjoyable. Our sales person was Marion Masterjohn and I would suggest her to anyone who might not have great credit. This was our second time working with her and she is awesome. You can tell she enjoys her job and takes time to care and listen to her customers needs and wants. She makes you feel important and doesn't treat you any less deserving of a vehicle just because your credit isn't great. I truly appreciate what she has done for our family and will be seeing her again when we look to purchase another vehicle.

One of the better expierences I have had. Let me take a test drive without riding along and holding my hand. That is always something that sets a dealership apart from one or the other. Did not pressure me and listened to my questions.

I recently purchased a used 2012 Chev. Malibu from this dealer which was advertised at Cars.com. The overall experience was satisfactory but there were a few problems. When the car was delivered the owners manual and the second set of keys and the original floor mats were misssing. The keys and the manual were supplied later but instead of the original floor mats I was given some black floor mats with their advertising which really are not satisfactory.

I had an appt with one man.He was busy and I was handed off to three different people. They searched for the vehicle I was going to test drive for 30 mins. While the sales person couldnt find it I got a call from inside asking why I didnt show up for my appt. I told them I was outside waiting to test drive a vehicle. So we come inside so the salesman could ask where else the vehicle could be and I hear 3 ppl talking about me saying my name loudly that I was lying about being there.. Then I told them who I was and they were shocked and schattered.. It was very rude, un-professional and I will NEVER go back or recommend that dealership!

Worst service ever ,, waiting 1 and a half weeks for a call back and nothing ,, I called back 2 times and all they tell me is I'll call you back . Wanted to buy a used car 2011 and filled out all paper work for financing and they can't even help me out with at least an answer or follow to tell me how it's going . What a waiste of my time .

I leased a 2010 Civic for 36 months from Schlossmann's Honda City. I wanted to get out of the lease 10 months early and lease a 2012 Accord. They bought out my lease at no cost to me and I got in a new lease with no money out of pocket for 30 days and I am actually paying less per month now for a nicer vehicle. Very satisfied overall. The process was very long though. I was at Honda City for almost seven hours to close the deal.

Purchased a "Certified" used Honda recently. The car was in great shape and clean (although we did find some items from the prior owner). Car was portered, but not to the detail I would expect. Had to wait some time to get a few items on the car adjusted or fixed after the purchase. Something you would not expect from a "Certified" vehicle purchase. I.e. - It should have been already fixed or adjusted prior to ever hitting the lot.
