Had an appointment to get tires balanced and rotated yesterday. Dropped the vehicle off at 7:00 am and told the service department what was exactley wrong. I called back around 3:00 pm because I hadn't heard anything all day. They told me that yes the tires need to be balanced and rotated but the process would take about an hour. Then the service department told me that I would have to make another appointment for the next day. All of this after a previous appointment to get brakes and rotors changed and paid $300.00 for when it was the tires and rotors the whole time. Waste of time and money. Very disappointing.

Wonderful I recommend if you own a Chevy take it to the dealer becouseevery one else is just leading you on about your vehicle they really look into it and get it right out of one to ten I give them a ten

Worthless . Never touched my vehicle. Had it moved to another dealership and had information ASAP at the new lot. Wouldn’t take my dog here to get clipped. Had to put a star to post.

My husband and I just bought a 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 from Matt King this afternoon. We were originally going to go up to O'Fallon to buy, but just happened to see a truck we liked online right before leaving. So we went to check it out. Boy am I glad we did!! Our Salesman was professional, courteous, and honest. Traits that are hard to come by now a days. He was able to make the truck happen for us in the price range we wanted. (Which given our situation was nothin short of a miracle.) when it was time to go back and sign paperwork I braced myself for all the sneaky extras and pressure to buy the extras. Audrey was the exact opposite of every other finance manager we have delt with. She was straight forward, no gimmicks, no hard selling. She was really great! Overall our experience was the absolute best out of the 6 cars we have purchased. I can't wait to go back and get my car upgraded and updated!!!

I recently purchased a 2011 Chevy Malibu, from Dave Kniffen at Schmidt Chevrolet in Mt. Vernon Illinois. I couldn't of asked for better service to me and my wife. Very satisfied. I recently purchased a used GMC 1500 truck from Matt King at Schmidt Chevrolet in Mt Vernon, IL. Talked to Matt before my visit and he had the truck available that I wanted when I got there. We agreed on the price and he also helped me to obtain dealer financing on excellent terms. I have recommended others to contact Matt when they are ready to make a purchase and I have only heard good reports in response. Was looking for a good used suv went in looked over the inventory met a great sales person that was concerned with my needs and wants showed me several vehicles landed on a used Tahoe worked out the price and took it home that day. I even got to meet the owner and he thaanked me for my purchase. Since I have taken delivery I received a follow up phone call thanking me for my purchase and two letters thanking me and asked me for a refferal. It was a great experience and I plan on going to Schmidt again when I'm ready to purchase again.
