Sales team was awesome. They made sure my family and I were well taken care. Great amenities for the kids but overall, they worked hard to give us a 0.9% interest rate. Can't beat that.

Wanted to look for a car man does Selma auto mall have it all . Went to Nissan and even tho during construction next door everything was clean and stop less drove off in a new car was happy as could be couldn't believe they had the car in stock that I wanted

Drove down to Selma from Northern California to check out a 2016 Pathfinder. We were assisted by Cesar right away. He answered all our questions and was very attentive and patient. Big positive about this young man is that he is not pushy at all and he listens to your concerns. Victor the finance manager came in to help close the deal. He's very good and laid out all the numbers so we knew exactly what we were getting and paying for. Big shout out to Cesar and Victor, you guys rock. If you need to buy a new car, go see these two guys they will do what they can to make you a great deal. They both definitely are huge assets to a Selma Nissan. Thanks for all your gentleman. I will definitely be back in the future to buy another car from you guys.

Our sale person Justin was very helpful and attentive to our needs without coming across as aggressive. The manager that helped closed the deal was great as well. He worked with us on getting the best deal without the haggling back and forth. Both were aIso very friendly and made us felt that they wanted and appreciated business. I have bought cars at other dealers before and this is by far my most positive experience.

I was guaranteed a price over the phone by a sales person who claimed they talked to a manager and it was the listed price on this site. They realized they made a mistake and retracted their guarantee and said sorry it was a misprint.

Had my transmission replaced here and the service was amazing! From renting a car from them to actually getting the repairs everything was easy and they were so friendly! Cesar was great at getting everything taken care of for me! Thanks again!

As we began driving to our vacation destination to Lake Tahoe, we had the misfortune of our 2007 Nissan Titan breaking down. We had it towed to the nearest Nissan dealership in Selma. Selma Nissan took EXTREMELY good care of us! Not only did they take in and repair our vehicle, but they were courteous enough in lending us a rental to go on our vacation. We cannot express our gratitude enough to this dealership. From the sales manager (Kevin Rippeon) to the service advisor (Cesar Mares) they were ALL professional and beyond helpful!!! My local Nissan dealer made a trade with them on a 2015 Nissan Murano for me. Today, they drove from Salinas, Ca to Selma, Ca to make the trade. That's 221 miles round trip. The Selma dealer refused to release the car, after we were told yesterday that they would! To say I'm upset and totally disappointed is an understatement. Do not give them your business! They are unscrupulous liars!! If they did it to me, they'll do it to YOU!b

My wife and I were looking for a new car, and unfortunately decided to go to the Selma auto mall due to their big selection. My wife told our sales person that the number one thing we are looking for is a comfortable driver's seat due to her herniated disc. Secondly the vehicle had to have blue tooth. So on and so on it had to be a sedan, dark in color, dark cloth seats, and good gas mileage. So we expected to only be shown the vehicles that met the criteria. It seemed to be great he was passing up cars that didn't have our features we wanted. So it came down to a 2014 Nissan Sentra SV. We test drove it and enjoyed the comfortable ride; unfortunately we didn't try to pair it to our phones while on the test drive. THIS CAR DID NOT HAVE BLUETOOTH and we were not informed of this until all the paperwork was signed and had the keys in our hands. While they were showing us where all the buttons were the sales associate told us that they found out that this car does not have Bluetooth, but since he knew it was a big sale point for us that they would install it free of charge, and we should come back when the part is in. They promised it would be exactly like the car had come with the Bluetooth. Well the part came in, and my wife took the car in to get the blue tooth installed. When the car was done we found out they took out the sunglass holder and installed a box with a speaker in it..... This is not the blue tooth we were looking for, nor was it what they promised would be installed. We wanted it to listen to Pandora, make calls, and listen to our gps while driving. The box they installed only makes and receives calls, but you still must use your actual phone in order to call someone or see who is calling you. After many phone calls and many lies about what they could and couldn't do, our only option is to go back in and have the pointless box removed so we can at least get our sunglasses holder back, but we're still left without Bluetooth.By the way for the women out there. If you're a woman, after the sale prepare to get treated like you know nothing! My wife has been talked down to more than once by the sales team.I'm really glad I'm only 30 so I can spend the rest of my life 1) never buying a car from Selma auto mall 2) telling everyone and their mother to never trust Selma auto mall!Never deal with --Victor Cardenez-- learned the hard way he lies through his teeth!Now to the next review so I can share my story with other unsuspecting potential customers for Selma Auto MallDealers response via Yelp Selma Nissan:Comment from Amber D. of Selma Nissan Business Owner3/18/2015 Joseph, Thank you for your feedback, even given the unfortunate situation you experienced when purchasing your vehicle. Well what to tell you i bought my nissan versa december 2012......i am writing this so late because i was thinking to take the car for anual service which i didnt do in 2013 so i wanna do it now.....i was checking sites where to go and this site gives me options so i thought let me write abbout selma nissan....i am not complaining about there location the salesmen ship....nope.....my problem is that i am not good at cars so i called them they offered me to pick me up and will drop me even if i dont buy car from them which i appreciate......long story short went looked for a car got nissan versa sedan ....i checked in the morning wind screen has a chip and i have been driving since dec 2012 its still not cracked....my problem is that when u be honest bussiness should tell ur coustomer ..i didnt check it was my fault but as a honest person i will tell my costomer.....there were some chips on the hood they told me tehy will pain tit and after so many phone calls two vists they send the sales person to use some kind of a marker and colour the chip on the hood.....while i was promised that they will paint and i thought it will be the whole hood ...nope they didnt accept it ....on the door the leather was commming off i didnt see it at night but they fixed it and i dont like it why dont u tell the costomers about those little faults.....there was work being done on a panel and it wasnt placed acuretely so i have to take it and then they fixed it....the thing made me so mad when i took my car to fix the paint problem/a panel and the leather problem ....the sales people dont even want to look at me and they were avoiding me ....long story short i will never go back for me this is not a good bussines strategy and i will never go back....honestly two of my coworker bought the car from the and they are happy but i am not because i feel that they lied to me about the car.....so no selma nissan .....i know if they read this they will be upset or mad but i have to tell people how i was treated,,,but i will tell any one not to go there or u decide forurself that i make sense or it does not.

I went in on 03-04-14 and was greeted by Sunday my salesman. I was looking into buying a used car and test drove two cars, Sunday was very friendly and knowledgeable about both cars that I drove. After deciding on which awesome used car I wanted his manager Victor Cardenas was able to get me a great deal on the same exact car I wanted, but it was a 2014!....My first brand new car.

I earlier slammed this dealership for giving me a bad deal. I was wrong to say this as I was looking at the wrong bank account. I had applied with another bank for a certain amount and that was the price I was looking at. MY BAD!!

I experience with Selma Nissan was very good. Missy was so helpful and always followed up with me too keep my business. She kept me posted on the truck I wanted all the time and it was greatly appreciated. she was so helpful and amazing I wish she did the whole proses but after dealing with her and coming in and meeting the sweet voice I've been working with for a month I was handed off to a sales person. Joseph was very nice but I felt like he was rushing the process and never got back to me when he said he would and he didn't make much conversation. All and all they all did amazing but I am definitely letting friends and family know about selma Nissan.!!
