I really enjoyed my first experience at Serra Nissan of Sylacauga. I was shopping for a Nissan Rogue. They had a very good variety in stock. My Salesperson was David Vaughn. He was outstanding to deal with. David was very helpful and took all the time I needed to look at the different options. There have only been a few car sales people who I would be willing to deal with again. David Vaughn is in that select group. From our looking, test drive, and eventually negotiating the deal, I could not have been more pleased with my experience. Besides David, his Floor Manager, Ricardo was also very helpful with helping make the deal work. Chad in Finance was great to deal with as well. I highly recommend Serra Nissan of Sylacauga. Ask for David Vaughn!

Staff went out of their way to show common courtesy and kindness. Marty the sales manager and mattie the sales woman were super. I would highly recommend this dealership. They were fast and we never felt so comfortable. Thankyou for everything M & M.

The service department at Serra Nissan of Sylacauga has always been very goof to take care of all my car needs. I have always been taken care of in a timely manner and the repairs of service work are at the highest quality. The dealership facilities is very nice and clean.
