I took my car in for an oil change and it was brought to my attention that it was no longer safe to drive and could not be fixed. Within two hours I was back on the road in a new (to me) car. The purchasing process was super easy and all of the staff members were super helpful.

I was very pleased with my experience at Shapnack Ford. The staff did everything that they could to make things run smoothly for me and help me with the process. They kept me informed and did the best they could to make sure all my needs were met. They even helped to make sure my payments stayed low, which is incredibly helpful since I am a college student. I ended up leasing a 2016 Ford Focus, after having transmission problems with my older car. Everyone that I encountered during my time at Sharpnack was friendly and willing to help. I brought my Ford Edge on a recall. It was assessed immediately; determined to be safe, but Ford wanted the service upgrade anyway. A convenient schedule was determined and a loaner car was provided to meet my needs. My Edge was serviced and ready for me in just a few hours. I probably did not really need the loaner car, which was more of a luxury car than I anticipated, but I did enjoy driving it!

We sent the car in for an alignment and new tires. The new tires were great the alignment however was quite straight. Your staff however made it right and they did it with no questions asked it was done in a timely manner and we had a replacement car to drive while it was being done

We have been searching for a good used 2 door Jeep Wrangler just figuring we would not find one reasonably priced due Wranglers holding their value. Done a internet search and located a 2014 Jeep Wrangler Sahara. Honestly didn't believe the condition it was in. It was a trade-in one owner. The price was more than fair IMO. Called and talked to David Piatt about this and confirmed it was still available. Drove over an hour to look at it and was more than pleasantly surprised to find a vehicle that was just how advertised. This was at closing on Saturday. David and the staff stayed over to allow us to ask questions and offer on the vehicle. Needless to say - when we left, we were proud owners of a super clean 2014 Jeep Wrangler Sahara that was under typical resale value for this area.They were even going to deliver it!!! But due to our schedules we did go pickup. My wife and I have purchased many vehicles over the years and the experience we had at Sharpnack Ford was the best. Even though we are an hour away and there are many dealerships in our area, I will contact them the next time we are in the market for a vehicle. You always do me right and I appreciate it. You set me up with another vehicle so I can continue to keep working. I had an issue with my Escape and brought it in for that issue. Then I added an oil change and battery test, because I had coupons for them. When I was called to get updated on the situation (throttle body)I was also informed of some other things that will need attention and the total for all the items. I asked if you could rotate the tires while it was there and to my surprise it had already been done. I'm a single mom and my vehicle is important to me and my budget didn't allow for some of the other items to be fixed right. Thank you for looking over the vehicle and letting me know what does need attention. I really have only ever wanted to trust Sharpnack touching my vehicle but there's been times I have had to go elsewhere as in I had a tire issue on a Sunday and was not able to wait anylonger and I had to purchase tires right now and by the Grace of God, I had the $. Being a single parent I always have to watch the $$, every penny of it. But without a reliable vehicle, I cant make money so I will def be back and as always I always put in a good word for you because you have been very fair to me, thank you. The staff is always friendly and helpful and Bruce actually correctly diagnosed the issue when I called him on the phone, good job! I'm pretty hard on a vehicle with my line of work so I depend on YOU to keep me up n running and you always come thru for me! THANKS!

I am so far satisfied with the work that was performed on my 2012 Ford Focus. The staff was very helpful with arranging a loaner car for me to drive while my car was being serviced. The only problem that arose was that an oil change and tire rotation was performed that I didn't request. The issue was resolved with no problem.

When a neighboring dealerships service department broke our Taurus' smart key, Bruce and Nick at Sharpknack Ford ordered a replacement for us. When the new key would not program with standard methods, the technician contacted Ford Engineering and worked with them to solve the problem with our new key. Sharpknack Ford took all the time needed to trouble shoot the problem and find the correct remedy, and did not just start throwing on new parts. They have a top notch electrical technician working for them, and Bruce and Nick are very professional and a pleasure to deal with. They will be doing all the service on my Taurus from now on. By the way, their new dealership, and the service department in particular, is very impressive.

There was at times a lack of communication. We dropped the truck (F250) off on July 7th, the tech looked at it and we went over on July 9th to look at the recommendations. The cost of repairs was $6,200.00. They told us we would be next in line that they were working on a truck that had a fire. We said OK. We stopped in on July 16th and was told that repairs would be started on July 17th, and the truck should be ready on July 21st. No one called to let us know that there was a delay because of problems on the other truck. We waited all of July 21st, no call. We called on July 22nd and 23rd. No one returned our call. So we came over on the 24th. They were going to start our truck later that afternoon. We were not really happy. We were told the truck would be ready on Friday July 31st when we went to pick it up they were still not done because of another part that was needed. The total cost of the repairs was $6,999.29. The truck is running beautifully now. We would like to have been contacted more often. It would have saved us time and gas to check it out all the time.

I purchased a 2014 Ford Edge. The dealership was very busy so we had to wait a long time but Jessica was very helpful. The best part was not being pressured to purchase something else. I recommend Sharpknack to anyone that tells me they are looking for a Vehicle. I was somewhat disappointed when I was told I was getting a special deal with a lifetime warranty and then saw the billboard stating that is available to anyone. I bought an 2005 F-150, it was in mint shape, body and underside. The vehical was well maintained when turned in to Shaprnack. I was told about it 2 days before it got there and came back and bought it. I had a Great experience at the Willard, Ohio Sharpnack Ford. Everyone is so friendly my first time going in they made me feel like we were all old friends. I had a unique situation and had been denied everywhere else but they didn't stop until I was in the car I wanted! I didn't have to compromise they made it work. They have me as a customer for life!

We recently purchased two new vehicles from Sharpnack Ford and the experience for both was very painless. Leonard Sparks was very helpful explaining our options and researching all of the options available to make sure we were able to get what we were looking for. We will continue do much more business in the future with Leonard and Sharpnack Ford. I would also like to give kudos to Bruce in Service. I have called him many times and he took care of the problems immediately and made sure I could get where I needed with a ride or a loaner vehicle!

Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and patient. They took their time and explained how the lease process works. They gave all options as whether to purchase or lease a vehicle. They are not pushy. They just put all of the facts out there so you can make a wise decision. Dennis Myrwold was my sales person. He is very knowledgeable and you can really tell that he takes pride in what he does. I look forward to continuing to work with Dennis and Sharpnack Ford Inc.

Wow what a wonderful experience. We knew we wanted an Escape and the experience with Sharpnack was wonderful. They were extremely knowledgable and helpful in our selection. The ordering process was very easy as we wanted certain options. Dennis, our salesrep, provided expert service again. We bought two vehicles from Sharpnack in less than two weeks time. Dennis at Sharpnack was an excellent salesman. I knew what I wanted in a car and he provided excellent service and support. I just picked up my new Escape and he spent the time needed to explain the all too many features on the car. He assisted with Sync and the key features necessary to drive a car off the lot. This is our second purchase from him and this dealership in a 6 week period of time that is how impressed we were.

I was looking for a used truck and ended up leasing a brand new one. The huge annoying factor was the time it took to sign the papers. We told them that we'd be there at a certain time so they could have it all ready to go. Too bad it still took almost 2 hours to get out of there. The service department is outstanding, though. They are all extremely chipper in the mornings and eager to get the job done right. Overall, the entire place seems stuck in the 70's. A remodel job should definitely be in order soon.

I would recommend these guys to anyone! After a long day of dealing with pushy car dealers or dealers who knew nothing about the car they were selling, this place was a breath of fresh air. I dealt with Dennis, who bent over backwards to respond to my texts, sending me picture and promptly answering any question I had. When I got there the car was waiting with keys in the ignition for me to take it for a test drive. After the drive, he answered any questions and without being asked stepped inside so I could discuss it with my family (I think that impressed me more than anything). I drove over an hour to get here because they had the exact car I wanted with all the features I wanted for the lowest price in the state of Ohio. (2004 Impala)The whole buying experience was great, including working with Larry, the business manager, who pushed through all the paper work with my bank so I wouldn't have to make a return trip so far away. He explained everything well and was very helpful, even recommending us to a great financial guy. They had the car absolutely spotless inside and out before I left, and followed up the next day to make sure everything was working OK. I will recommend this dealership to anyone who asks and will visit them again in the future.

I needed a good used car to get me and my family around in and i bought an 02 explorer they told me they were gona service it and ill have it back the next day well i came back the next day got half way home and the transmition light came on so i turned around dropped it off they said it will be three or four days and i still do not have it back that was over 3 weeks ago. Do not go to this dealership they r nice but will sell u a lemon.
