Rebecca 'Becca' Wilson made the car buying process easy & stress free. Sure, it can be a daunting process, with price, financing, etc. Becca made me feel eat ease, talking about the car from a car enthusiast point of view - never hard selling, just talking about the car. We all expect to be treated fairly, with honesty & integrity - all of which I received from Becca. I would recommend Becca AND Sheehy Nissan Glen Burnie to anyone looking for a new car.

This place was such a relief to the soul after having so many bad experiences that other car dealerships. Abu and Scott were amazing. They were really helpful and we were able to get the car we wanted, for the price we wanted, and the payment we wanted. I've been a Repeat Customer of Sheehy Nissan of Glen Burnie's for the past (7) years now! I became a customer in 2009, when I purchased my 1st, Used Car from them. Being a Female customer walking into a dealership Alone, can be very challenging at times and some sales reps/dealerships try to capitalize on that, attempting to get over on us! Thinking that We DON'T know anything about cars! However I've NEVER felt that from them here! They've ALWAYS Made Me Feel That, They'd Had My Best Interest At Heart, From Day One! They're Very Warm, Caring, Friendly, Knowledgeable, Helpful and Professional here!I Feel Like Family At Sheehy Nissan of Glen Burnie! They STRIVE To Make You Happy and To Be A Customer FOR LIFE! I returned last year (to Used Sales) with My Middle Daughter, who was looking to purchase, her 1st car. Again We received the Outstanding Service I've come to know and love from them! We BOTH got GREAT BUYS from them and haven't had ANY problems with Our purchases! With That Being Said I returned to Sheehy, last week to look for a car, for Morgan My Babygirl! I came in looking for Steven Adams (Sales Rep) to be My NEW Rep! My (2) previous Sales Reps are No Longer there and I've seen Steven work in the past! Once I told Steven my price range he immediately found several cars for Us! When we made our selection, Steven jumped on it instantly! He called me an hour later with an approval!Due to Morgan not liking that particular car, Steven patiently waited a few days, so we could look around more. Once he returned to work on Wednesday, we looked around the lot again and found a car she FINALLY liked (Teenagers), he resubmitted my application to Brad (Finance Officer/Rep). Luckily this car was basically the same price as the other car. So it was a matter of switching, the car's info (make, model, Vin, etc..) and changing the price. Within (15) minutes everything was All worked out and Brad even got me a better interest rate too! It's now 6:30pm on Wed. Oct. 5th (Day before Morgan's 18th BDay) and I'm signing the paperwork, while Steven's sending the car to inspection. Before We left Steven told us that he'd, call us when the car was ready (inspected/cleaned), on Friday possibly the next day! I mentioned to them that tomorrow's Morgan's 18th Birthday, they said Happy Birthday to her and then I said it, as I handed her the papers! The next day (her BDay) I stopped in real quick to bring them, My Proof of Income while waiting for Morgan, at appointment nearby. While there Steven informed me the car could be ready later that day and that he's about to check on it. I went back to get Morgan and found that she was still testing. So I decided to wait in my car, I went to text her and saw I had a New, text message alert. Needless to say it was from Steven, letting me know the car was ready, for pick up! YOU MADE IT HAPPEN! I was thrilled and couldn't Wait to tell Morgan! She came out moments later! I smiled at her and said Guess What!, Happy 18th Birthday!, Your Car's Ready! She started Smiling Instantly! We immediately returned to Sheehy to find, Morgan's new Black 2008 Toyota Solara SE Coupe Sport All clean and shiny, with a Big Pink Bow out front! She COULDN'T BE More Happier!! NOT ONLY Did She Get A Nice Sporty Looking Car, But It Was ALMOST Exactly As She Wanted (Black on Black) and The Bow Was PINK!, Her (2) FAVORITE Colors At That! I CAN NOT Express Enough My Gratitude for STEVEN ADAMS, his Help, Guidance, Warmth, Kindness, Patience, Understandance, Professionalism, Wonderful Personality and his Committment To Make and Keep, his customers Satisfied and Happy!! I was searching for a pre-owned Xterra for my son.Contacted several dealerships. Called sheehy and Rebecca Wilson answered.She informed me the vehicle I wanted had been sold, although she gave me great advice on the questions I should ask and what to look for when dealing with other dealers.Couple days later she called me back and said I have great news the deal fell through and the Xterra is available again. I scheduled an appointment to come in late that night she had the vehicle pulled in the service area so that we could see in the light.She went over the vehicle with me, I had a couple concerns so I didn't purchase vehicle at that time. She called me back next day to let me know all the concerns had been addressed. I went back with my son so he could look and test drive the vehicle. We purchased that night. Rebecca is a true professional and obviously loves what she does. It was a very smooth and enjoyable experience. I would recommend her to any my family and friends.

My overall experience was great. I went thru True Car Buying Service and Jerome, my sales person was able to locate the exact vehicle I wanted. I would highly recommend Jerome as he LISTENED to what I wanted/needed in search of my vehicle and did not try and sell me anything else. The only negative is that too many people reached out to me during the process which I found a bit annoying as I only wanted to deal with my sales person. I bought my vehicle with no haggle!

Using the Costco program for new cars this dealership seem almost perfect, but, when I opted for a certified used car the Costco program was not accepted and the deal & negotiation became a little more of a battle. This was a little disappointing, considering how great they were when you were looking at a new car. Needless to say I did not get the deal that I thought I was due. Why didn't I walk away? This car was awesome, exactly what I was looking for! Marvin, the salesman said "your getting more car for less money than the new car you were looking at"(I knew this, if I would have walked away I may not have been able to find another one for a month or more & from who knows where?). Unfortunately the sales manager, Sam, changed clothes between the "new" car and the "certified used" one.I paid more than the Internet price, couldn't even get a "reasonable" deal on a set of "heavy duty" rubber mats, almost didn't get any gas & it took 2 "extra days" to take delivery due to boo boos! Marvin & Andrew were really great, Brad worked very hard to try to get the administrative crap right, Kevin would come in the back door & redefine the technicalities of all the best add on options & help get through the paperwork.If I had it to do over again I definitely would change tactics. Bottom line, I'm very happy with the car.

our car buying service started out pretty slow. spent almost three hours in the dealership and still hadn't test driven a car and one car we were interested in most couldn't be found at the time. went back next day and car was found. and went back a third time to purchase the vehicle. sales people were friendly and the car we bought we really liked. only major frustration was the amount of time we spent at the dealership overall. thanks for selling us a car that we like.

I have been putting off getting a new car for as long as possible. Given that I paid off my last Nissan Altima in 2009, I wasn't looking forward to entering that world until I had to. Well over the past 2 weeks, I had to because my A/C decided to go out on me. I had done some brief research online about certified pre-owned cars and saw one that I liked at Sheehy Glen Burnie. I walked in and Linda asked how she could help. From there it was a funny, less-stressful evening of test driving, financing and prepping my new car to take home. The staff worked to make this process as painless as possible for me and being my advocate during the financing part of the deal. I met some very nice and dedicated people that I will enjoy seeing when I bring my car in for service and/or regular maintenance in the future.

I put myself in a hole with my previous car purchase and definitely got ripped off, and I had no idea how to fix it. I got a call from Marvin who did everything possible to help me all over the phone, and given my work schedule that was great. He went above and beyond and I hadn't even met him face to face yet. When I went in to see the car, Marvin was off but recommend I talk to Nick. In no other words, Nick was f**kin awesome! Wonderful. Greetings Sir Harrison,Thank you for my beautiful 2013 Nissan Maxima, special note to Michelle Lenart at the service department and Andrew Francis internet sales and not forgetting my sales consultant Hernan Fortin. I can describe my experience as being educational and eye opening. I had been thinking of upgrading my ride for a while and just couldn't find the time to do it. I remember Hernan reaching out to me a couple times setting up appointments that I wasn't able to attend through no fault of his but he was tenacious.Anyway, I finally made it to the dealership and he immediately proceeded to show me a couple cars that I was interested in. One particular Maxima caught my eye and he told me to not worry about it he will get me a deal I would be happy with. He introduced me to Kevin Gilbert a very jovial and energetic guy with a highly infectious smile who immediately generated a deal that was acceptable albeit slightly out of my comfort zone. We signed the papers and I finally had my dream car. I took it home and on the way noticed that it wasn't driving right. My wife has a Maxima and the difference was profound. I brought it back the next day and Andrew decided to help me solve some of the problems like the A pillars that looked like someone had cut chunks out of, passenger side mirror wasn't working right and the driver side mirror had condensation in the turning signal with one led light cutting on and off, the brakes were warped and the tires cupping which made car wobble and produce an annoying high pitch at highway speeds. It was my fault that I didn't test drive the car before buying it but the sales team stood by their word and addressed all the concerns I raised.It wasn't a walk in the park but I explained to the sales team that the expectation of buying a used car that was certified isn't so you can start putting money towards fixing items that were guaranteed to be without defect. In particular, Shawn the service manager made it almost unbearable in getting my issues addressed, he wouldn't listen to my concerns without making sarcastic comments that I bought a used car what did I expect, or that my driving is what caused the brakes to warp and was so offhanded as to suggest that a little cupping in the tires was acceptable. How the car passed inspection in the state it was is just beyond me. It felt like Shawn cutting costs and promising a finished product that was very rough around the edges and passing it on to the customer to finish the work. Service did the inspection and it passed his scrutiny as being acceptable, seriously!!!!!!!Michelle Lenart is note mentioning as she was very patient with me and LISTENED to my concerns, which went a long way, a very long way in calming a rapidly deteriorating situation. She and Mike Esprella worked to make sure my issues were addressed in a timely fashion. Shawn can learn a lot from his team especially Michelle in terms of customer service, he may have been in the game the longest but he comes across as being money hungry. If you not making him money you wasting his precious time. As a paying customer, my time is worth just as much. Again I cannot say this enough, Michelle and Andrew have impressive customer relation skills and deliver on their promises, keep up the good work. Thanks to everyone who took their time to make me a part of the Sheehy family. As to Shawn, if I don't ever have to deal with you, it will suit me just fine.

Well, when I spoke with Marvin over the phone on 5/02 I advised him that I was just inquiring about a particular car and also wanted to know if they work with people that had filed bankruptcy. I also advised him that in a couple of weeks I am gonna need a car so I just wanted a little information and didn't want to waste anyone's time. I guess he could hear the uncertainty in my voice and told me "It's ok, we all have financial hick-ups and yes if the car price is within my price range they could work with me." Not only did he tell me that, he also told me that if I didn't want to wait until the 9th hour to get a car I could come in today. Well, I met with Marvin later that evening just to walk out of the dealership with a payment that was truly in my new budget and a car the I REALLY LOVE. There were some minor things missing from for the car such as the extra key and floor mats but Marvin assured me that I would get the missing items and wouldn't have to pay for it myself. I received my extra key the next day and my floor mats are due in on 05/05, all at no cost of my own. Marvin should definitely be the face of Sheehy Nissan in Glen Burnie. Kudos to you because your customer service was truly AWESOME:)

After I bought the car he seems to avoid me at any cost to the point of having others call me. At this point I don't want any bother out of Michael Grigsby, the salesman that sold me the car. He is a good bs'er, I hate dealing with him. When I know what you are capable of doing, I won't go back to that person. Avoid him at all cost. Certified 2015 Nissan Certified Pre-Owned. The ratings below don't reflect Michael Grigsby. His sister-in-law recommended him, I should have known then, when family is involved it's usually not good. I thought it was a conflict of interest.

The whole process of searching for a car can be stressful. My day up till I got to Sheehy Nissan of Glen Burnie was just that, but Jerome Hodges helped turn my day around. It started with a phone call. I had been searching for a used car in the Maryland area and had already visited a few other dealerships before I called Sheehy. When I called Sheehy, on a Friday, Jerome was very flexible when I told him I would be at the dealership in approximately 2 hours. He said it was no problem and that he would have the exact vehicle I was looking for ready to be test driven when I arrived. Jerome stuck to his word, and within the first 20 minutes he handed me the keys and allowed myself and my boyfriend to take the vehicle for a test drive by ourselves.This was the start to great customer service, because Jerome stuck to his word by having the vehicle ready, and he let me take the vehicle out for a test drive by myself which made me feel more comfortable. When I returned from the test drive Jerome offered my boyfriend and I drinks and took us into his office to answer any and all questions I had about the vehicle or the car buying process. This was very important to me, because this was my first time purchasing a car on my own. Jerome was very patient, friendly, and helpful throughout the whole process. His personable and calm manner made the car buying experience a lot less stressful. I would recommend him to other people looking to make a purchase Sheehy Nissan of Glen Burnie.The only setback of the day was waiting for financing. It was inevitable though that financing would be a mess, because it was a Friday and it was actually Good Friday so banks were closing even earlier.I got through this day achieving my goal of purchasing a used vehicle with all the requirements I was looking for. So, my salesman was Jerome H..again. In 2005, I bought an Xterra from Jerome. I had such a bad experience with previous salesmen over the years that after working with Jerome I was determined when the time came to get another, I'd buy from him. A couple years later, my ex bought an Xterra from Jerome. Same amazing experience. This past November, my spouse wanted a new car and I knew the salesman for the job. When my Xterra failed emissions and I was forced to look at getting something in January of this year...guess where I went? Here's the thing. Any salesman can promise to deliver. Jerome....well, when I finally found a Jeep that I liked and was able to get, it was just after the big snow storm in MD. That Jeep I found was in Virginia. We did the paperwork and financing ahead of time so all that was left was for the dealership in VA to ship it up. Things started dragging a little bit and Jerome told me he may just drive down and get it for me. I think it was a Tuesday, but whichever day that's exactly what he and his wife did. Drove down, picked it up and drove it back to have it inspected and I rolled off the lot in it on Wednesday. That's delivery.

I bought a 2016 Nissan Altima SL from this dealership because I like their service, sales and parts people very much. The entire ambience at this place is very peaceful and non-stressful for me. We were outside in the lot looking at the new cars when this young man, Nicholas Baradel, approached us very politely and asked if he could assist us in any way. We informed him that we were looking for a new car and that we had not made up our mind about which car to go with. He readily helped us see different cars and the models and informed us very nicely about the features each one had. Then, he took us to his office and sat down and went over the prices of different models. Nick was very polite, mannered and helpful throughout the process. Once we bought the car, he helped get our smartphones hooked up to the car by Bluetooth and detailed our car, etc. Our experience with this dealership was extremely helpful in making the right decision for us. My daughter was set to buy her first car, but I didn't want her to be hasty in her choice of cars or dealers. As a member of USAA I used their car buying site to find a recommended dealer and Sheehy Nissan of Glen Burnie came up. I explained before we even went that my daughter wanted a Sentra and that she didn't have bad credit she just didn't have any. I wanted to make our desires clear because we had no intention of having our time wasted. Ashley their appointment person was confident that they would be able to work with us. She set an appointment up with Marvin and I believe he was a God send. He listened to everything we wanted, what we were willing to put down and the monthly payment. Marvin gave us an on her an estimated payment and told us the finance department was closed and because it was late on Saturday allowed my daughter to take the car and finalize everything on Monday. He also said the estimate on the interest was probably going to be lower. On Monday Marvin had us set up with Jack who took care of obtaining financing. Jack carefully explained the process and all of the options that could be included. My daughter got a great package that will cover her car bumper to bumper for the next 7 years, oil and tire rotations and paint and upholstery is even covered. Just as Marvin anticipated the interest rate was even lower! I could not be more pleased with Marvin and Jack for all they did to make the process of my daughters first real adult purchase flawless and comfortable.

It was nice to pull up to the dealership and not to immediately circled by a bunch of salesman acting like vultures going for easy pickings. I was able to get the car I wanted at a great price. The only issue I had was with the finance people being overly pushy with the extended warranty and Sheehy VIP prepaid maintenance package. But most dealerships overly push the warranties and prepaid maintenance plans like Sheehy. Overall, it was a decent experience.

After careful consideration of the best ride for me, I decided a Nissan Juke was everything I wanted and needed. The problem was what was online was not matching the inventory with all the local dealers in my immediate area. Furthermore, each dealer was trying to squeeze out extra money from me. After dealing with 5 dealerships by phone and 3 in person, I decided to reach our to Sheehy Nissan and take a little trip to see if I could be taken care of. I arrived at Sheehy and met Paul R. Southard. From start to finish Paul took proper care of me. He gave me the right price. He did not hold my hostage the entire day like the other dealers tried to. I was there at Sheehy Nissan in Glen Burnie to purchase a new Nissan Versa for my grandson. My initial contact with the salesperson (Jerome Hodges) was quite professional and comforting. Mr. Hodges is a man with character and honesty. Unfortunately, I then had to deal with the Sales Manager which wasn't such a pleasant experience . . . but somewhat typical from my past experiences with dealership sales managers. This sales manager actually tried to convince me the advertised price was not his dealership's price. After I showed him on Sheehy Nissan-Glen Burnie dealership's own website that was the advertised price of the car he still tried to convince me otherwise!!! That was unprofessional. However, after what I would consider unnecessary haggling with this sales manager, we were able to complete the purchase transaction. The rest of the purchase transaction I was able to deal entirely with Mr. Hodges again. Mr. Hodges returned all my calls and made me feel like I was a valued customer. When I arrived at the dealership to complete the purchase transaction, the car had been thoroughly cleaned and detailed. My grandson was so pleased and proud of his new Nissan Versa . . . this is his first car. The loan officer (Helen was her first name) was quite professional. She was very thorough in explaining the loan details and answered all my questions.

I put in a application online for a used vehicle and was asked to come in that they would put me in something! I told them I didn't want to waste my time because my credit score wasn't the best so I was assured that they would make it happen. My problem wasn't that they didn't make it happen but when I got there I wasn't greeted! And not only wasn't I greeted but once I told a salesman who I was there to see he just pointed to his office and I had to go get him myself. The finance guy told me to give him a minute so I sat in the waiting area maybe 15 mins or so. Once he came out he asked me for my paystubs and licence to make copies, he brought them back to me and went into his office leaving me to sit in the waiting room for TWO hours without saying anything! Once he came back out he told me that the systems were down and that he would call me in the morning. The next morning he never called so I called him just for him to tell me that I would need a co signer or he couldn't do anything for me!

I am so sick of these dealers having a car priced on the internet and then you call them and even ask if the price is correct and they say yes. But once you go all the way there the price goes up big time. Sheehy is very honest and up front. They do not trick you into going to the dealership to change the cost. Sheehy Nissan has always been a local favorite. I never went there before though. I decided one day to take a visit down there to see the Altima section. We had been to a few different dealerships before stopping here and the experiences at them were no good. No one knew anything the vehicles, they just kinda threw us the keys and told us to look at whatever and if we wanted it to let them know. They sucked. But definitely make sure you stop by this sheehy. We went in and had no idea what we were looking for. We just wanted a car newer than what we had. Our salesman was Steven Adams and he knew so much about the cars and was so helpful with getting us into something we loved. We ended up purchasing a 2014 altima and we couldn't be happier. I entered the dealership to have my motor checked on my 2010 Titan. With 42,200 miles I was told it was bad and that Nissan would cover it. Three weeks later I received a call from Shannon Poore service adviser saying nissan wouldn't cover it. I asked about the "loaner" car I had and was told I could keep it until I had exhausted my attempts at complaining. I went trough a week of hearing no from nissan before I received the final no call. I called the dealer immediately and told the service advisor I would need the car one day as a rental to get it back to her the next day WHICH I DID. I argued with the dealer where I had bought the truck just a few weeks before the motor blew up and they put a used engine in it paying Nissan to do it. I had 3/4 of a tank of gas. I went to pick the truck up and had barely enough gas to get to the station NOT to mention they jacked me for $120.00 for the "car rental" Despite my stating my case and getting the other dealer on the phone who varified if I had turned it in that day there would have been no bill... no one listen they just demanded their $120.00 dollars... well they got it and I hope the gas ruins the xxxxxxxx motor that stole my gas... and I hope that screen door on a submarine of a "Service Manager" can one day find his calling as a proper and illegal thief. Have some class and steal from the rich you rotten person.... RUN DO NOT WALK ANYWHERE NEAR THIS DEALER FOR ANY REASON.... they lie and they employ people who lie.... period...,

While waiting for the paperwork etc, I began looking in the showroom just to kill time. I saw and fell in love with the 2016 Maxima that was on the showroom floor. I wasn't really in the market for a car, I already had one I loved, but I couldn't walk away from that Maxima. Because of how incredibly nice and friendly the staff were (Leo from Service kept checking in to see how we were since we were originally there for a oil change, Andrew the Finance guy was incredible with how quickly he handled all the paperwork, and Brad who helped make the numbers work without hesitation) I ended up purchasing the 2016 Maxima the very next day! I am thrilled to now own my own Nissan but even more thrilled to know that I will always have such a friendly staff (all departments) to work with when I come in for my oil changes. Rebecca Wilson knows customer service. She was waiting for me to arrive from my 2.75 hour drive to see the car I bought. Rebecca always had a smile, got to know a bit about me, listened to all my concerns and went to bat for me to see how she could help. This was a very easy transaction. I just bought my fourth Maxima and traded in my 2001 Maxima with just over 307,000 miles. Before leaving the lot with my new purchase, Rebecca went over all the features of the car that I was unfamiliar with. After making sure I had gas to get back home, we said "thanks and good-bye." I will be happy to refer anyone I know to Rebecca. The manager that evening was very helpful as was the finance person (sorry, I can't remember her name) who was very pleasant to work with.As for the dealership, I found my car on the USAA website via their car buying service. I initially sent an inquiry in the early AM and spoke with a representative who followed up and made sure I had Rebecca's name and cell phone. I just got back off a cruise and decided to inquire about the 2012 Nissan Murano I had my eye on for weeks. I got a beautiful 2015 Altima SV with the options I wanted, in a price I could handle, and it was the best. And this is from someone who works in the automotive field.And just when I thought Sheehy couldn't get me to love them any more, I just got my first oil change today and that was unbelievable too!!! It took less than an hour, and the waiting room was super nice. Wifi was super strong, vending machines took credit cards (!!!) and overall the whole thing made my day. WOW! Where to start Jerome Hodges is the most polite and honest man and is always willing to go above and beyond for you. He is always willing to find you the best deal and when you give him a budget he sticks to it and doesn't go over it. He will not pressure you into something. I showed up on a Friday to look at a used 2008 Pathfinder that was in my very restrictive budget, and Jerome showed it to me on the spot. I wasn't impressed with the vehicle, and neither was her, but he suggested we look for another type. He spotted a 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo Rocky Mountain Edition that looked great, but I knew it would be over my budget. I voiced my concern, but he wanted me to come in and at least check the price, and to my surprise it was cheaper than the '08 Pathfinder! I came in for! I came back later with my wife to talk over the deal, and by the time we left, we were new Jeep owners. I would absolutely recommend Mr. Jerome Hodges to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle in Maryland. He is the best!

Very disappointing and worst experience of my life! Your experience may be different but mine sucks... Just being truthful. This is going to be a long journey... After my 06 Altima reached 190k miles I knew it was time for an upgrade. I was torn between an 11' Maxima and a newer Altima. Many thanks to Hernan as he made this one of the most pleasant experiences. Hernan was extremely knowledgeable of both cars inside and out. After taking everything into consideration including price, we selected the Altima. There was no upselling or pressure from Hernan to go beyond my means or initial goals I outlined with him. We had our three children with us and the entire staff was very accommodating in filling them up with goodies, and I can't forget the Saturday grilling that was going on. We just didn't have enough cars to park at the house. We came on a Sunday, but the dealership was closed...so we came back on a Wednesday. The place was crawling with customers, but we were fortunate enough to snag Jerome. We told him what we wanted (a fully-loaded silver Rogue), and he went out on the lot and found it for us. We made an appointment to come back on Friday to finish the deal because it was late, and we couldn't stay. Jerome called to confirm our appt., and we met with him on Friday evening. He was wonderfully fun to work with, even though we kept the place open until midnight. The Sheehy staff was very kind and helpful, and I drove home with my new Rogue...couldn't be happier. My wife and I were looking for a good used car for our daughter who is in college. We set up looking at a car and drove 35 minutes to the dealership. We had called ahead and told them we were coming and the particular car we were interested in. Got there and the salesman greeted us at the door. He took us out to look at the car and it looked like what we were looking for. Car wouldn't start, dead battery. He got it started and we took it out. He assured us that the battery would be checked and replaced if needed. Fine. Went back to the salesroom and discussed price. We discussed down payment and financing, he even showed us how much monthly payments would be when financed. Went to his manager and came back and said, "Sorry we can't finance this car because its 13 years old a 2001 and our company will only up to 11 years old." Why didn't he say this in the beginning when we said we would be financing it? Why would he show us payment amounts? We waisted a whole Saturday morning, gas, and tolls. Bought another car elsewhere with no problems. WE WILL NOT GO TO SHEEHY AGAIN.

My Sales Consultant is Jeff Salgado he was fantastic and really took his time and was dedicated to the appointment session. He was patience and answered every questions I had while offering his expertise and sound advice throughout the appointment. Time flew by to buy a car is not a 15 minute event so everyone has to remain cheerful and consistent. I believe Jeff did just that, and because of his knowledge, trustfulness and willingness to find the right vehicle that fit my specifications. I purchased what I believe to be an excellent vehicle for me. Business Office I met with Andrew Francis and he did an excellent job managing the cost of the vehicle and staying very close within my target budget. Andrew got me in and out in less than 30 minutes with so much paper work to review, he did a fantastic job explaining everything I signed so I felt prepared and I got the SUV and the pay plan I hoped for. Overall Sheehy Auto Stores management team, consultants, business office specialist, and staff made me feel welcome and that were on my side and if it was a vehicle I was after they were going to do everything in their power to see that I got one. The assistants who make appointments and talk to you on the phone, answering questions, and giving directions- the consultants do a great job. Once you are there at the desk with a salesperson, at least mine, things start to creep downhill. I found a specific vehicle on their web site and wanted to come up, (45 min. ) and buy it, that's all. First they told me it was no haggle, the price was inflexible,something I did not know they were doing. Then I asked to see the Maryland State inspection Certificate. I was told it should be all ready by the time the paperwork was done. I went along with that. Next,I asked about the 100 dollar off Printable certificate that comes up when you go to their site. They knew nothing about it. I said , "I was going to print it, I saw it but I had some trouble... Can you at least give me that ? " Well they gave me the old gotta print it & bring it ordeal but later they consented to apply it After the paperwork was done- And I did get the CARFAX, it had been Eight hours. So I asked to see the State Inspection Certificate, again. I heard something like, Oh he had a lot to do, he's gone, there is no Certificate today, It's eight o'clock man, he don't work that late:) When you come back-- tomorrow we'll have it call me and I'll let you know when. It was never available "tomorrow." However, by the next day it was. I came up with my brother, to follow me home in the car, as I had to return my rental the day before, as I had stressed to my salesman. It was to take a few minutes or maybe a half hour I looked over the car, and though the salesman had left a messg, saying the detailing was being done (the day before) it looked no different. They said they would do it, and they did a very good job, but it meant more waiting. The man who does the final paper work, and acts as cashier, taking your check was easy to work with and was one of the best aspects of my experience. Then the front plate could not be attached because service was closing, and an appropriate mounting could not be found. This half hour day turned into 5 hours, by the way. I was told to return for it in a few days, but I said no . I wanted him to arrange it through a place near home, gave him the info- he promised he would ..one day passed and another. I had driven the car home by then and I am enjoying it. Finally I arranged it at the same place I told him about, and got it done , next morning. I felt a call to the sales manager was in order. I let him know I was not to impressed over all, AND I found no book in the glove dept. H e said he was sorry for my experience and that he would find a manual and send it to me to help make up for some things, even though it sounded like I would not be back Needless to say, he never sent any thing.

I recently had my first oil change for my 2014 Rogue which I love. took it across country great mileage on the highway. I was in and out in about 1 and 1/2 hours. People were courtesy and I am so glad I purchase the VIP security package. This is my third Nissan car. Facilitiy was excellent kept up.

Inquired online about a vehicle. Was contacted and setup an appointment to test drive the vehicle. Was told vehicle would be ready for me on arrival. Drove 1 hour and 25 minutes to find out vehicle had a contract on it. Was contacted later that day to find out contract fell through! Sales asked me to drive down again, and I said no. No one had the courtesy to contact me before I drove all the way for nothing, and the sales manager never even spoke with me to try to make the situation right. In my opinion, I feel Sheehy was more concerned with getting me in the dealership and selling me anything." I would not recommend this dealership to anyone for its unprofessionalism.

I just returned home from Sheehy and what an awesome car buying experience!!!!! After going to another dealer, I walked in to Sheehy fully expecting to get turned down due to past credit mistakes. That's when I was approached by Danny Farah. I explained my situation and told him I was looking for a 2013 or 14 Altima but I was a bit nervous about the interest rate. He explained the difference between new and used when it comes to manufacture rebates and interest rates and offered to show me a "safer" option, the 2014 Nissan Sentra. I wasn't excited at first but after the test drive, I FELL IN LOVE! Danny was truly concerned with making sure I was comfortable and making the right purchase financially to rebuild my credit. He was very knowledgeable and even gave me advice for the next year. Emmanuel in finance handled everything like a dream! Never in life have I been able to purchase a car that fast!I intend to recommend Sheehy Glen Burnie to any and everyone I know!

I came in on Wednesday to have the bulbs in my headlights replaced with ones I had purchased earlier. Jennifer Brown was kind, considerate, and attentive to my situation and maintained communication with me throughout the process. I ended up having to leave and purchase another set of bulbs, and upon my return was immediately taken care of. I did not have to wait too long, and I even received a free cup of coffee. Yeahhhh! I didn't like that I wasted my time coming to this dealership and they quoted me a price and once I get in there the price was totally wrong. Please don't advertise a price of $12,995 and then once you get the consumer in the dealership the price is now $15,589. Until Sheehy can get it right I wouldn't recommend them to nobody to purchase a vehicle there.

I have to admit that I buy more cars than I should. I have purchased more than 10 vehicles in 10 years and this by far was the most pleasant experience yet. As a consumer I read every review that I can find before I purchase a vehicle. I always feel like an educated buyer which sometimes annoys salespeople that I have dealt with in the past especially since I'm a women. This is the first time I have been fortunate enough to have a woman salesperson named Sherry! She was very helpful especially with my two young children who wrecked her office. She understood that I drove over an hour with my two small children and made it a quick and easy transaction. The rear entertainment system certainly made my drive in my new Pathfinder all the way back home much more pleasant. I will not hesitate to drive back!

My family & I came in on New years day, not realizing it was closing in 30 minutes, but everyone was still very accommodating. Jerome & Jarryd offered a great deal on a used Pathfinder. The process was taking some time, causing a bit of frustration with my younger children, but they were apologetic & offered lots good food from their holiday party. I had to return the next day to complete the financing, though I was allowed to keep the car either way. Mike was very efficient & helpful with the financing piece, getting me a low rate. They didn't have a 2nd key from the original owner, so Jerome actually drove a loaner vehicle to my home, picked the Pathfinder up, then returned it the following day. Their commitment to service was noticeable.

I drove from Hampton Roads after giving the local dealers a chance to compete. The locals didn't even come close (more than 3000 bucks higher). In fact, I was told it was a ploy to get me on the lot (Sheey Nissans price) by local dealers. Well surprise-it actually worked out to be less as they got me a better interest rate from Nissan than the credit union I was "pre approved" to use. Keep in mind they weren't afraid to give me out the door price in email-no games, and everything was ready to rock when I arrived. (even maintained email "back and forth" communication on the drive up) Best car buying experience ever and a 200 mile ride home to get familiar with my new Maxima. Will do it again when the time comes as I am a customer for life now.

I just bought a new Nissan Frontier from Kenny and what an outstanding job he did. This wasn't the perfect process because of a few problems during the delivery. I wasn't expecting these problems and you could tell that he didn't either. When I decided to purchase a new Frontier I didn't think it could be this easy but Kenny handled everything perfectly, made sure I was taken care of, and did everything he could even after I bought the truck in the snow to make sure that I was happy when I left. When I went into the dealership Sherry already had gotton approval for my price and the vehicle that I was interested in was there for me to test drive. I was on the Nissan parking lot just browsing I wasn't actually ready to purchase a vehicle the same evening however mr Rice walked up and talked to me asked what type of vehicle I was interested in I stated an Altima but once he had me test drive the maxima I was hooked. Mr Rice stayed with me through the entire process and promised me I would drive off the sheehy lot in a 2013 he kept his promise I was/am so excited about coming here and rising off in my silver baby. Mr Rice is a very dedicated and professional salesman he is very passionate about his job. This dealership was a step above the rest. My daughter and I traveled to many car dealerships. All which were pushing and pushing us to buy a car. It was a turn off. Then we walked into Sheehy Nissan of Glen Burnie , Md and met this young gentleman name Aaron. He was a breath of fresh air! Very professional , knowledgeable and above all he was not PUSHING us. This made us really get excited about buying a car again and not scare we would get taken advantage of. We will be returning to this dealership to purchase a Murano from none other then Aaron!

I went to Sheehy Nissan to shop for a new Sentra. I was greeted by my salesperson Kenny on the lot with my boyfriend as we were trying to find the car I saw on their webpage. He helped me find the car, showed me how everything worked, and was very professional and informative even though I already knew what I wanted. Instead of him just saying lets go inside we drove it and it was exactly what I wanted. I would buy a car from Sheehy Nissan and Kenny again when I'm ready for another one.

I have purchased 5 different vehicles from Sheehy Nissan and have always been pleased with the customer service. The sales people are not pushy, the managers are knowledgeable and the finance people will work with you to get you the deal you need. If you use the dealer for service, they are very good about reminding you to come in for service and maintenance. In November of 2013, I purchased a used 2011 Xterra. My sales person, Kenny, was very helpful, polite and patient. When we got to financing the team there worked with us on several options to get us everything we needed at the price we wanted so it really worked out well. Everything about the experience was positive and I definitely recommend them.

Over Labor Day weekend, while on a family trip visiting the greater Baltimore area, the service engine soon light came on. Did a quick GPS search of the nearest Nissan Dealership and Sheehy came up only a few miles from the hotel. I called and explained my situation and they promptly worked me in on a busy Saturday. When I arrived for my appointment, I was promptly met by Jennifer. She indicated that the dealership would look at the problem and let me know the situation asap. I was relieved to have the vehicle in trusted hands. We also reviewed some other service that I needed done. Ended up also asking Sheehy to do an oil change and other services while they were checking the service engine soon light. Final results on the service light was a loose gas cap and I also took care of other service that I would have had to do when I got home. Was in and out in about and hour and half. The service and interaction was typical of an oustanding Nissan dealership. Would highly recommend Sheehy!

Tried to charge my Leaf but I was told that their chargers were for Sheehy customers only. I offered that all Leaf owners were potential Sheehy customers, but Mike Nicoli (not just a salesman, but the sales MANAGER) was not interested in my analysis and I walked out. Unbeknownst to Mr. Nicoli, I was also in the dealership to look at used cars. I bought a 2008 Ford Taurus X from Heritage Nissan in Towson the next day.

Bought a used car which was a fairly straight forward process. Just be aware that the online price is not negotiable and there is an additional $200 fee, which was clearly stated in the ad. My sales person was Hernan Fortin and he was a pleasure to deal with - not the usual "used car salesman" that I've experienced too many times. My only complaint is that the entire buying process takes too long. It was about 3.5hrs

Dennis is really the reason we purchased a vehicle from this dealership. His compassion, responsiviness, friendly demeanor, and sense of humor are key characteristics that Sheehy should strive to emulate in all of their stores. We visited the Annapolis dealership two weeks prior to going to Glen Burnie and the difference is like day and night. Although I live closer to Annoplis, I would travel the distance to Glen Burnie if I am ever in the market for another Nissan. I've also purchased four Lexus vehicles from Sheehy in Annapolis, all with very good experiences. I would certainly entertain purchasing a future vehicle from Dennis.

After my 2/5/2012 ordeal at Sheehy Nissan of Glen Burnie, I swore never to return to that dealership, but for the professionalism and kindness of one of the managers I did return. He called me and apologized for the incidence that happen earlier in the day. He said that it was a very busy day and the service area was swarmed with a lot of customers. In the process of trying to keep their high standard of customer satisfaction they made some errors. He promised me that such errors would never happen again. He told me I wasnt lied to and that it was just a mix up. He convinced me to bring in my car the next day which I did and I received the highest standard of customer service I had ever received from any dealership. My car and I left the dealership very happy and we promise to return to Sheehy Nissan of Glen Burnie.

Overall experience is pretty good, but be aware when you're buying the VIP program. The first thing that they stress when you buy this VIP CLUB, is oil & filter changes for life of the vehicle. Once you're in the service department, you'll find out that you only get 4 a year, after that, you're on your own. Buyer beware!

Since this initial review was posted, we have worked with Mike Harrison and have been assured that the service will improve. We are hoping that this will be the case and that we will be provided with the service promised. Thanks Mike for addressing our issues. We bought a vehicle here and got the VIP program with it. Since the purchase we have not had one good experience with them. We bought the interior/exterior protection program and the first service with them to have this done left our brand new vehicle with white streaks all over it... We had to take it back three times and argue with three different people who accused us of putting something on the vehicle. We were promised that with the VIP service that all we had to do was bring the vehicle in and we would be moved to the front of the line and get serviced. Now only a few months after the purchase we are told that they don't have enough people to provide this service as PROMISED and SOLD and now we have to set an appointment and there is no more VIP service. They promise a car wash every time you take the care in for service, we took it in for the first oil change and NO CAR WASH... they have not done ONE thing that they have promised or that we PAID FOR!!!! We have complained to the service manager and emailed them and not one of them has even bothered to respond to us or acknowledge us. The only thing I can say that they have done consistently is NOT PROVIDE any customer service or actually provide any of the services they promised.

I was recommended to go and see a Mr. Dennis Watley and lm so glad I did, It was not that easy, it took me a long time before I told myself is time. And let me tell you Im so glad I did. Trying to rip off a Disabled Vet and Active Duty Senior Chief on Memorial Day weekend, great job folks. Easy enough example, offered 22K for a vehicle with a 26k KBB low value. I guess the up to 120% KBB trade they offer also goes down to 75%. Look the value up yourself, 2011 Tacoma Crew Cab with Offroad Sport package, tow package, all dealer options, and 3" lift with Offroad tires. Cut and dry, serious waste of my time and very Military/Veteran unfriendly.

I am not sure if it was because of my age, or that I am a female but I was treated like a sub-class citizen from the moment I pulled into Sheehy Nissan, and sadly I still purchased a car from them. I was never introduced, and learned my salesman by his nametag only. We asked him if we could test drive the car, he said yes. He did not explain one single feature of the car, did not show us the trunk nor the engine (mind you the car is fully loaded with many features). The only information we obtained about the car from him was from questions we asked. He was quick to explain how the $800 VIP package works though. The price for the vehicle was great so we bought. He also "forgot" to fill our car up before we left. I had to go back inside and have him paged to take care of that. I am almost positive he lied about the sticker price for the car looking back, and he lied and said that they would not pull my credit since I had already obtained financing. He never said goodbye, never said thanks nor shook our hands. It was dispicable. I LOVE the car, but realize how stupid it was to accept being treated this way. It was a HUGE difference from the customer service we recieved at Sheehy Lexus. If only the price had been better, we would have never made it to Nissan.

Vehicle got sold out from under me when I was at Annapolis location simply because I was not doing the paperwork at Glen Burnie location. I was used as a pawn to get the vehicle to sell faster to another person when I left stating "I am buying this vehicle, but out of the Annapolis location". I already had the tags off my trade in before the guys at the Annapolis office had even figured it out! Glen burnie office had already said OK when they called to inform them that the vehicle was sold! If you expect salesmen with morals and integrity, DO NOT TRUST GLEN BURNIE SHEEHY NISSAN

I've only had a Great experience with Sheehy Nissan of Glen Burnie and Andrew in service. When I bought my car I ordered it online and picked it up and everything went smoothly cheaper the Carmax wanted with more options. I love my Versa HB ! I bought it Sept.2010 and still Love it! I have my Versa serviced at Sheehy and it took a little longer then expected but they gave me a rental while mine was being serviced, kept in contact with me I never had to call to ask questions because Andrew Francis in service had already called with the answers. My service was mainly routine I've had no problems with my new car.The Service Manager took care of anything That Andrew was unauthorized for and I will stay with Glen Burnie Nissan for my next new car and service needs.This is" REALLY HASSLE FREE" and no I don't know anyone that works for them lol really a trust worthy company that stands behind their product.Heather BenserNottingham, Maryland

Josh, Hernan and Sam were AWESOME. Plus, everyone else at the dealership were nice. They make you feel like a person and not just a customer. Hernan's personality, demeanor and conduct reflect the highest level of salesmanship and customer service. My car went in for service, but came out with a huge verbal estimate for repairs. I got a second opinion and was amazed. The second opinion suggested also that Sheehy exaggerated the extent of the problems. I'm getting my car repaired for 75% less than Sheehy wanted, partly because parts of their verbal estimate were false. The garage that gave me the second opinion was also stunned by the loose bolts they found after Sheehy had my car. I'm concerned Sheehy was trying to "encourage" me to trade my car for less than was it was worth. Not the way to do business and keep customers. FYI, this is the second problem I had with their service department, the previous problem was resolved by a partial refund because they replaced a part that wasn't failed and tried to charge me for it and for the actual fix. As for the likely dealer response to this: concentrate on customer satisfaction on the ground, and you won't need to harass reviewers on the internet. Treat me right and play fair, and the only negative reviews will be from hot-heads and cranks.

Shady sales tatics..failed to honor trade in agreement..added items to sales contract with out our knowledge or permission...Sold us new license plates when the ones on my trade in could have been transfered to the new truck. Filed comlaint with Nissan North America. They also got upset because I used a Buying service for the price of the new truck which brings it way down.

on Aug 24th my son and I came to sheehy looking for a new vehicle. when the salesman approached us we were looking at the 2011 Juke, my son asked him if it came in standard transmission he told us NO. we decided to purchase it anyway. after finally getting to the finance department (which took way too long to get to that point) no papers were signed because no one new what my rate would be, we decided to take the car and sign paperwork the next day which we did. at this point everyone was very friendly and apologetic for having to wait so long, we couldn't have asked for better customer service.on aug 25th all paperwork was signed everything was great until the 26th when my son went on the web and saw that they did indeed have a Juke with the standard like he had asked for in the first place.he went to the dealership Immediately and all the great customers service given the day before was gone. my son said the manager treated him as if he were some stupid teenage kid who just had buyers remorse. he was not willing to work with my son at all and told him we sell cars you signed it you baught it. my son said he was extreamly rude. At this point my husband had to go to the dealership. after arguing with the manager and having to prove that we had been looking for a standard and infact asked for one as soon as we got there, and proving that you had one on the lot the whole time the manager finally gave in to our request to switch cars.I myself am in the customer service field and would never treat a customer the way my son was treated. Had he HAVE been treated better this letter would have never been written.

Had a great experience buying a truck with very little of the sleazy feeling that is so common at car dealerships. I got an online quote from truecar.com that I thought was too good to be true, but was readily honored when I arrived. They definitely low-balled me on their offer for my trade-in, so that had to be negotiated, complete with the "sales guy walks outside with the appraisal guy and waves arms around" theatrics. That and the fact I later discovered a BS $200 "documentation" fee on the invoice are the only reasons I don't give a 5 for overall experience, but I really believe I got a killer price anyway with a mostly hassle free experience. Financing was also hassle free and Nissan's rate was the same as my credit union without any promotions.

I have never had a better experience deeling with a service manager ever. He understood the frustration I was deeling with and got me my car fixed and me back behind the wheel quicker then I could have imagined. He was very easy to talk to and very understanding. This is our fourth purchase from this dealership, and they have always been responsive to any concerns we have had, the purchase price has always been exceptional and the cars are great cars. We presently have a 2005 Sentra, 2003 Maxima and just recently turned in our 2003 Pathfinder for a 2011 Murano.

My only experience to date with this dealership has been buying my new Nissan Sentra. But, that experience was sensational. They gave me a price up front (via ebay) and that was that. None of this, come in take a test drive let's see what we got.When I got the quote, I called them. They told me what they had in inventory and they told me that no matter which one I decided to buy they would give me the same dollar discount off the invoice. I told them what I wanted, they said fine, I came in and that was that.While we (I took my teenage son with me) were waiting for the business manager and the car to be prepped, my son had told the salesman that he (my son) was starting a selling job at AFLAC. He asked the salesman if he (the saleman) had any advice. The salesperson (Chuck) spent a great deal of time with my son giving him pointers and answering my son's questions. I thought that was way beyond the call of duty.Bottom line - if I knew anyone who was at all interested in purchasing a Nissan, I would insist that they go to Sheehy Nissan.

The service manager had me in and out within a few minutes during my service visit. The shuttle drivers were very courteous. The detail shop took great pride in their work and the car looks fantastic. Overall this was a very positive experience and I would certainly recommend this service center.

So far I had great service with Sheehy Nissan of Glen Burnie. Truck maintenance is completed in a timely manner. Dealership provides transportation to and from my house when needed. This is a great plus. Detailing department does a great job. Will return again for service. VIP Club is a plus.

I was in a bit of a tight spot...I had no intention of purchasing a car at this time, nor did I think I'd have the financial wherewithal to be able to afford a car in this economy and with a furlough at work. A minor accident and a total loss of my 2003 car later, I was faced with the task of finding the money in my budget for a car payment, finding a car, and completing the process in less than a week, as I was due to have surgery on a Monday. I went to a KIA dealer as my previous car was a KIA on Friday night. I received very little attention at the dealership and they weren't willing to negotiate from the sticker price. On a whim, I went to Sheehy Nissan, thinking I couldn't afford the car that I wanted, an Altima. I stopped by, and they literally came outside as I pulled up to greet me. I had done some research on the internet and had Dave Barnes' name. Dave is truly a straight shooter and devotes just the right amount of attention to make you a customer. He went on the test drive with me, extolling the virtues of Nissans over other cars. I told him I have a great friend who sells Toyotas that I was going to see the next day. He gave me a proposal and told me to check my friend out and call him one way or the other. The Toyota couldn't even approach the proposal, even with a Corolla, which is a class below an Altima. I contacted Dave, and we completed the deal in time for me to have my surgery. I got a payment I could afford and a great deal on the Altima with no haggling. The entire staff was courteous and accommodating. Thanks, Sheehy!

I have been taking my Nissan Maximas to Sheehy of gleen Burnie for more that 15 year. I have always received prompt and courteous service. The personnel that do the intake are always upbeat, and if I decide to wait they have always provided timely updates concerning the status. I am a VIP customer, and they always eithe rhave my car washed, or provide a coupon to get a courtesy wash.

Dropped car off the night before to have the 3,000 mile service done and by 7:30 the next morning we had a phone call regarding our vehicle and to say that they service had been completed and that we could pick up our vehicle at our convenience. The service was quick and thorough.

I purchased my Xterra from Sheehy of Glen Burnie approximately 10 years ago. It has been, by far, the best vehicle I have ever owned. I'm almost at 200,000 miles, and repairs have been minimal given the age and mileage. I've returned to Sheehy of Glen Burnie over and over again because of their excellent service. They have the car done when promised, and the cost has been reasonable. When I had a major repair recently (radiator was cracked and needed to be replaced), they did not try to sell me a brand new top of the line radiator. Taking into consideration the age of the vehicle and mileage, they suggested an alternative (I can't remember what it was called) which was about $400 less. I appreciate their sense of serving the client. I would recommend this dealership to any new car buyer and anyone desiring servicing of their vehicle. Keep up the good work!!!!!!!!!!!!

The great thing about Sheehy Nissan is that I didn't feel that I was being pressured into buying a car. They also explained the benefits they gave to its customers. In addition, I had to wait to talk to a salesman, so I had time to look at the variety of new cars that Sheehy had. Dave was very professional.

Own Three vehicles from Sheehy and have them all serviced there. Been dealing with them for about 10 years. They have always, including this time, been professional and courtious. They try to explain everthing and go out of there way to make the experience as pleasant as possible. No doubt it can be expensive. However, you get what you pay for! I have the confidence and experience to know that Sheehy will do it right thing.

Overall experience was very good. Sales Staff, while friendly, were not particularly impressive with knowledge about this vehicle.Parts Personnel were absolutely great to work with: Parts Technician and Cashier were excellent and added to the overall good experience.Finance personnel were very efficient and helpful.We would definitely recommend this dealership. He explained the features and benefits of each of the cars. We drove several cars and I selected the car I liked best. We moved on to the paperwork process. I was offered several financing options. I selected the one that worked best for me. I was offered additonal options. I selected the VIP program which includes lifetime oil changes & car washes. I left the same day with my new car. I never felt pressured and had an excellent experience!

BEEN HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM WITH MY VEHICLE FOR 2 YEARS -HAVE TAKEN IT IN NUMEROUS TIMES WITHOUT SUCESS BUT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS LATER WHILE THEY ARE TRYING TO FIGURE OUT THE PROBLEM- LAST EXPERIENCE WAS FRIDAY APRIL 20 2007 WHERE UPON PAYING $800 PLUS MY CAR CUT OUT ON ME 5 MINUTES FROM THE DEALERSHIP AFTER THEY ASSURED ME IT WAS FIXED, SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS HORRENDOUS AND THEY ARE IN MY OPINION A BUNCH OF CON ARTISTS THEY HAD THE CAR 4 DAYS AND DID NOT EVEN LOOK AT IT UNTIL THE 4TH DAY AND THEN TOLD US THERE WERE 2 MORE VERY EXPENSIVE REPAIRS THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE, NEEDLESS TO SAY WE DECLINED THOSE SERVICES THAT WOULD HAVE COST $2000 MORE THAN THE QUOTED PRICE

I suppose I fall into the category of someone who didn't do enough of her homework into all the ways a dealership will try and hose you before I leased my new 2007 Versa SL. I was quoted one price for the car, in writing, and imagine my surprise when on the lease, the price was nearly $800 higher. The FI guy also talked me into a useless $1186 extended warranty (for 60,000 miles) because he made it sound like I was absurd if I didn't take him up on this great deal. HOWEVER, as the car was only for a 2-year lease and comes with a 36,000 Nissan warranty, for what purpose was this extended warranty needed? Other than to increase the FI guy's commission? Silly me. (Notice too I've emailed the car salesman about this issue and still have not heard back. Funny how my inquiries before I bought the car, they couldn't respond quick enough.)Not only will I never buy/lease a car from Sheehy Nissan again, this experience soured me so much I will never lease or buy anything from Nissan, from any Nissan dealership, ever again.
