Excellent customer service. Walked in door with no expectation of getting oil changed. Left approximately 40 minutes later with tire rotation and oil changed. Will definitely go back again. Recommended them to my son also as we just moved to this area.

Easy transaction and quick!. I feel our trade in was a fair trade . Every question was answered thoroughly. We checked the big city dealers and was able to get just as good deal right in our local area without all the bull that comes along with those bigger dealers. It's nice to be able to support your local small town and still feel like you got a good deal on a nice vehicle.

We were actually having problems with another car place when our Credit Union lady suggested Shore motor and she even contacted them to see what they had available and Shore motor came right out found something and let us come test drive it they cleaned it they did everything they were so great and now the car is sitting in our driveway we really appreciate your taking the time to help us find what we needed and they were friendly and eager to help. Thank you so much Shore Motors for helping us out!!! Would definitely recommend them!

Instead of a determination of the problem and then another trip to get the part installed, the dealership had the part on hand and was able to get the faulty part replaced.

The serviceman checked with me to see if there were any other symptoms, besides the ones I had given to the manager when I set up my appointment, before he attacked my complaint directly. Problem was corrected and I have heat again.
