Great customer service in the Parts Department! Thanks Aaron & Daniel. Needed a rare "star" gasket for a locking 4x4 front hub clutch cover on a 91 Toyota mini truck. Gave the part number to Aaron and they had it in stock and set it aside for me. Having spent 25 years in the automotive Parts industry and former Parts Manager for Cadillac, I was very impressed with their efficiency and politeness towards a 70 year old lady! You're Hired! Overall, I was also very impressed with Sierra Toyota!

Julie was very responsive and with Lynn, they went out of their way to accommodate us for this purchase. Julie took multiple photos and videos as requested. She was always professional and answered all of our questions. Sierra Toyota gave us a great deal and did an excellent job on detailing the used car we purchased. I would not hesitate to do business with them again.

Great experience with Sierra Toyota. No haggling over price. Got a good, solid deal. No hidden fees, no hassles. Marvin is so easy to work with. He is professional and has a great sense of humor. We have bought two vehicles from him and both times it was a good experience. With this dealership and sales person you will not go wrong.

Easy and professional communication and extremely helpful staff. This is an elite location and they truly understand what it means to provide quality customer care. My wife and I with two kids in tow, were able to coordinate a purchase and retrace in via text the previous day. We drove down, and cometed everything in less than an hour (test drive and transfer of items in car excluded). Thank you Lynn and Cassie!

My wife and I went in to the dealership and first thing a salesman asked if he could help We were looking to buy a new car Then was told he was busy with someone else and said this salesman would help, but he was new and didn't know about anything on the cars and kept excusing himself So we left never to set foot on the lot again

Just wanted to say I was very impressed with the sales person who I had dealt with when purchasing a new van. He was never aggressive at any point of time but yet very helpful in answering all my questions about certain vehicles. Awesome!
