After experiencing a lack of quality service at other area dealerships, I was pleasantly surprised to find Mike M. and the staff at Smart Toyota to be helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. Throughout the entire purchase process, I appreciated Mike and the rest of the staff's sincere approach and genuine concern for me. Mike has also been readily available after the purchase, and has been a great resource and help in navigating initial service visits. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for great service, a quality vehicle, and a caring staff.

I forgot to mention how Mike Merrick was the best sales person I had ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I went in not looking to buy right away and he was very patient with me in getting what I wanted exactly for the price that I wanted it. It's been almost a year since I started my lease with Smart Toyota and he is still extremely helpful if I need something. I am very happy with my Rav4 and extremely happy with the service I received not only from Mike but every person that I have met at Smart Toyota.

The people at Smart Toyota are very dedicated and great to work with. Since we were trading in, we weren't sure of value, and had many questions about the financing to make it all work. And I am very picky about vehicles. Well, they not only managed to 'make it work' they made it work two times for us so far! Mike M. the first time, and then Mike W. the 2nd time, both great to work with. Mike W. and their staff even stayed quite late on a Monday night to finish the paperwork, gave the truck its final dealership inspection/detailing and we drove it home after 8:30 that night. Even filled up its 38 gallon tank! Fantastic! Highly recommended.

First service appointment for my "New" vehicle did not go well. The overhead door closed on my newly purchased vehicle and no one in the service department apologizes even after I say something to someone in that department. Once I contact my sales associate I get an apology. Big difference between sales and service. Don't know how far down the chain this goes, simple oil change and wheel rotation. I'll check the oil level and lug bolts before I drive it again.

Our sales person- Derek Battin was awesome. He pulled up multiple vehicles for us to compare and test drive. My wife always appreciates his kindness and the time he takes to answer all of our questions. This is the 4th vehicle we have purchased using Derek. He is the reason we use Smart Toyota. He makes the buying experience as easy as is possible and always has our new vehicle cleaned up and all of the paperwork printed when we come to pick it up. All we have to do is sign the paperwork and drive off. Thank you Smart Toyota for the best experiences!

Derek and Carlos were wonderful to deal with. We negotiated a very fair deal on the phone and the entire transaction when we went to pick up the car and hand off the trade-in took about an hour. They were friendly and professional and nice guys throughout the entire process. No high pressure no trying to sell all kinds of add-on's. In 45 years of buying cars it was by far the most pleasant and enjoyable experience ever. I would highly recommend to my friends.

Rated a used car with high points. Back panel broken on back gate. Replaced it but then installed the chipped up old handle. Interior poor, door seals need re glued weather turns warm, air doesn't work. Told no way to check it in winter. Not sure if it was because I am a woman or if the manager I spoke to is really that mechanically challenged. Brought in, said it was air conditioner clutch, but it was working after service. Don't know, it was cold. Hope they fix it this time.

Big help wanted sign out front. Matches the disorganization inside. Test drove a car and made an offer and the salesman said we have the one price for all policy. I asked that he check with his boss and he left, but boss came back and offered free car washes. Boss left and I asked the salesman about the price and he said he did not talk to his boss about price. Overall-a very interesting approach to selling vehicles that does not serve the business or the buyer.

I just recently bought my 5th or so car from Nick Tarpein and Derek Battin up at Smart Toyota. Working with everyone up there is wonderful from the moment I walk in the door to the moment I leave. On top of that they are always working to make sure all the service is done right the first time on my truck and they always keep me up to date on what I need to do to ensure the quality of my vehicle remains. I would recommend these guys 10 times over to anyone looking to buy a car or truck.

We recently bought a 2016 Highlander through Shawn Guilfoyle at Smart Toyota. It was probably the easiest car purchase we have ever had. The trade-in value on our 2009 Highlander was very reasonable. The facilities are extremely nice. They even have an indoor bay where Shawn went over the vehicle's features.

My new car was personally delivered to my door today by my salesman, Mike. Had to immediately take it out for a test run after Mike explained all the features, uploaded my phone list and garage opener info for my convenience. Way to go Smart Toyota. This year I made a job change, ended up with a 50 mile one way commute. The truck I had was killing me in fuel cost so I started shopping. After a few dealerships I ended up speaking with Mike Merrick at Smart Toyota. I was able to get into a new Prius at a great price and Smart Toyota ended up getting me about $2500 more for my truck than anybody else. I've had the Prius for about 5 months now and just completed my 15,000 mile service. The service department is very easy to work with and the car has been great. The hole process, from test drive to services, has been great. I'm saving close to $450 a month on gas and couldn't be happier.

It was mid summer, and the AC went out in our older CRV. It was a fantastic vehicle, but our family was growing and a loaded roomier AWD Highlander just dropped into our price range. I was a bit apprehensive as this would be my largest purchase up to this point. I started online getting pre qualified to test the waters as they say, and Mike Merrick took it from there. Between him and the finance mgr everything went nice and smoothly and created a deal that worked great for me. A while later, I swapped the last of my wife's gear into the Highlander and drove it to her work so she could see her new ride. All in all everything was great, and is great. The complimentary car washes are a heck of a bonus. Haven't used their service dept yet, but will for its next oil change.

We had been looking for a van to suit our two families coming together (our old car would only hold up to 5, and there are 6 of us now). We test drove one but when we went back to get it, it had sold. Who knew it was a blessing in disguise!?! We got a newer van for about the same price. We also found that it had most of the amenities that we wanted, including remote start (I was most excited about this!). Our only problem was a noise, but they reassured us it would be fixed. And it was, and now the van is working out perfectly for our family. We highly recommend Smart Toyota and our salesman Broc Golden!! He went above and beyond to help us out and we are so happy that we went in to see him!!

I would first like to say from the moment I walked in everyone looked happy and excited. Smart Toyota of the quadcities is excellent they took care of me offered me refreshments free car washes and helped me save money! They offered me a cool incentive even if I refer my friends and family I can get $150 dollars! For everyone! My sales person was awesome he new every thing and I appreciated his kindness and understanding thanks Shawn Guilfoyle! This was my first new car experience and they will be the only place I shop. Shawn after I bought came out and even programmed my garage door opener at my house! Again thank you Smart Toyota for the best experience ever!

I was looking for a well-used, but nice pickup to drive to a sale barn to work every day. My brother found the ideal pickup on cars.com at Smart Toyota in Davenport, Iowa. One problem...a big problem, couldn't just get in the car and go look at it across town. Davenport is 350 miles away from Southeast Nebraska. Joe Thorington took alot of pictures and alot of phone calls from my brother and I to properly represent this pickup. I bought the pickup without driving it or seeing it in person. It was delivered to my house. Joe represented it very accurately. Thanks to Joe, Michelle and Bill, I am driving a comfortable, nice looking 2003 GMC Sonoma to work every day.

We were not satisfied at all with the sales associate or the finance dealer. we were given false information, which made us mistrust the dealership. we were ready to sign papers for a new car until we realized that the information was incorrect on the final paperwork!, we walked out without purchasing the vehicle. very dissappointed !!

As a recent college grad, I was looking for a reliable car on a tight budget. The service I experienced at Smart Toyota with one of their salespeople Noland is worth reviewing! Noland listened to what I was looking for and worked to find the best used deal for me. At every step he was honest, personable, and clearly not ONLY looking to sell me a car but to sell the best fit for my specific needs and budget. Ultimately I ended up finding the lowest price for my purchase elsewhere (I was looking for an extremely low-priced deal), but I definitely would have loved and felt confident to buy from him.
