Very friendly staff. I was visiting from out of town, Kris was able to squeeze me in when they were booked. He was up front and honest with the timeline. the out come was exactly what he predicted. They provided a shuttle to drop me off and pick me up. The shuttle driver was very friendly. Thank you

Honestly I have no idea where to begin because my car has been in 2 different shops before coming in to Smedley's but Chris was amazing the whole time he walked me through everything and explained why my car needed what it did and he even worked with me on time because I had to come up with the money and I also had to drive from Illinois to Ohio to get my car and Chris was extremely understanding and my car seems to driving okay just a little paranoid after breaking down on the side of the highway so haven't been going too far but my car seems to be driving good. I just want to say thank you Chris!

I was extremely impressed with the great customer service I receive from my Sales Rep Christian. Him and my loan officer Jackie made purchasing my 1st new car go extraordinarily smooth. If you are indeed of a new or used vehicle I would highly recommend the both of them to help you go through the whole purchase process. The both of them were great.

New car purchase for 2014 model went okay. They upped the price on the new car by a few dollars which the salesperson had said they wouldn't do. I decided if the few dollars meant more to them than a satisfied customer based on honesty, there are other Chevy dealers to service car after the sale. Had it in to service for recall. Brusque attitudes from the service writers.Had need to ask about repetitive shifting between 6th and 5th at highway speeds. I was given a quick answer with a tone that said I was dumb so I should just accept their answer that it was normal and get lost. I decided that day I'd not come back unless I had to do so; other dealers get my service business now.
