Loved the experience! Matt was a great guide through the process. Never felt rushed or sold something. I was able to custom build the truck I wanted. Even thought the wait time was longer than planned (due to chip issue not Sorens) Matt was in touch with me keeping me up to date on the progress. He was prepared for delivery, and when I forgot some key paperwork (my fault not theirs) he went above and beyond to make it convenient for me. I will be back for service as well! Thank you Matt.

Soerens is wonderful! My husband and I had been looking for a Ford F150 in this crazy market. We did so much research and looked at a few places. When we got to Soerens we found the customer service and attention to be outstanding. Our salesman, Matt B was very knowledgeable and patient with us as we asked many questions. Had significant front end damage from a collision with a deer on an F150. Zach in collision was outstanding to work with. Even with parts on backorder for greater than a month (vehicle was still driveable). Zach maintained good communication while waiting for parts and throughout the whole repair. Also had other paint issues not related to the deer collision addressed at the same time. Overall Zach was outstanding to work with and the auto body technicians did an outstanding job.

Vehicle would not start when we were to bring it in for service appointment. Marjorie took care of arranging for a tow truck & was more than helpful. She took great care in explaining the new battery warranty. She is a great employee & Soerens is lucky to have her.

We could not ask for a more perfect place to buy and have our car serviced! The employees are very kind, knowledgeable, and welcoming. The entire dealership is spotlessly clean and the lounge area is comfortable and inviting. The snacks and beverages are plentiful and much appreciated. We are so pleased with Soerens that we happily drive the 20 miles to get there and their van driver happily transports us back and forth when needed.

The only down side was when I called to make the appointment. I was put on hold for 15 minutes. I hung up and called back and was put on hold again but only for a few minutes.The day of service was excellent. I arrived early and was taken care of immediately. The waiting area and its amenities is outstanding. Everyone was polite and I was on my way in less than an hour.

Since I purchased my car at Soerens, I have had all my service and replacement tires, brakes and battery done there. I have been very satisfied, especially in recent years. The present crew of Service Advisors have treated me well and I'm glad to have such nice people to deal with. The interactions I have had with the Technicians have been very pleasant and informative.

I was originally introduced to Soerens a number of years ago when another Ford dealer could not solve my issue on the Windstar I owned after several visits . Soerens took care of us, got the job done and completed the repair under warranty. So when we were looking for a new vehicle and had decided on a Ford Explorer there was only 1 choice. Dean and Dan found us the right vehicle and made everything quick and painless!! Rachel and her crew in the body shop made everything look like new and we are again happy Soerens customers! I would recommend Soerens to anyone looking to buy or have a vehicle serviced! The home of the nice guys is not just a slogan they really do it!

Great service as always. Keep up the good the good work. The service entry drive ways had cars blocking the entry rather then pulling forward. Suggest that the service writers move the cars forward when they see this happening so other customers can pull in.

I called at 7:15 AM to see if you could work me in for an oil change. Yes, if I could be in by 8:00AM.I was in at 7:55. I added a request to check a tire for a slow leaak. Wish was granted and a screw was found. Tire was fixed, oil was changed . I was happy, thanks.

I just wrote a long review to Ford not realizing these were two different reviews. I assume you will see that. Your showroom is great. Staff are exceptional. Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. It is obvious they all get along well and this creates a good atmosphere. I purchased two cars just a few months apart. Came back because of super experience the first time when I bought a 2016 Mustang convertible(13,000 miles). Needed a winter car so my first experience in June brought me back in September. From start to finish the second experience was just as enjoyable and positive. You can be very proud of your team and their dedication to Soerens and Ford.

.i went to Sorrens because they were the closest Ford dealer/service center to my home. I had purchased the vehicle from Carnax. Ford issued a recall so I needed it fixed. The Soerens facility was very bright and clean.

This car experience was so different from the past. I identified the car i wanted, received 0% finance and had the car on the way to the dealer within the hour. I was in and out and back to work in no time. Pete patiently showed me everything on my new car and welcomed me back any time I had questions. Pete was great to work with. I was able to go test drive several cars without pressure to purchase a car at that time. That allowed me to fully think through my purchase. Pete patiently waiting (with no pressure) until I was ready to purchase a car. in 10 years I'll be back for another Ford car from Soerens Ford.

Tina and Adam worked on getting a vehicle that I had wanted. I had wanted the race red truck on the lot, but an alternate was found. Ella and Mark explained things fully each from their own perspective. I think the personnel did a great job. I think a weakness exists with the service department such that if someone wants to modify or upgrade a truck, the knowledge base to do that is not there. I don't think this a dealership issue, but a Ford issue that the headquarters must address. Training must be provided to make modifications to the vehicle if the customer wants that to happen. People from the assembly line should train service techs how to do that. Soerens did a great job.

I purchased a 2010 Yukon Denali and overall it was a good experience. Very friendly staff. The only complaint would be that when I picked up the vehicle the gas tank was only filled to 1/4. I would expect a full tank of gas when purchasing a $30,000 vehicle. Not a huge issue - this was the only disappointment I had with the entire transaction.I would definitely recommend Soerens Ford - just make sure to ask for a full tank of gas when picking up your vehicle;)

Came in for an oil change and that went well. Service desk needs to get a little more organized though. We were called back and the service representative started to talk about someone else's car. HE then was slightly confused and asked which car we had. We told him and we then stood around for several minutes as he went to get the correct owner for the information he had and told us our paperwork had not printed yet. First time at this dealership and first Ford purchase. Overall good experience.

I love Ford in general. I've had a 2004 Explorer, 2011 Explorer, and now a 2013 F150. The only issue I have is that my last oil change took 2 hours, and I had an appointment that I was waiting there for the service. That seems extreme for a Works oil change.

Rachel the body shop manager went beyond any reasonable expectation to help resolve a problem with my truck. The problem was caused by an outside vendor from another dealership, but she was more than ready to help me get the problem fixed. I dealt with Adam and Todd, when I purchased a pre-owned Subaru Legacy from soerens. I negotiated and bought the car remotely since I was not in town. The experience was very good as Adam was really helpful in providing all the necessary details such as pictures, auto fax report etc. Very promptly so that I could take a decision. Todd made the process from taking the car for test drive to completing all the documentation very easy. I was in and out with the car in 45 mins. There was a communication hiccup in between, but it was a busy time of the week, so I can understand.

I had the best experience purchasing my son's first car with Pete Kraut. From the moment we stepped on the lot he was very friendly, cordial and made us feel welcomed. My sister recommended going to see "John" (Schulz) at Soerens when I was in the market for a new car three years ago. It was some of the best advice she's ever given me. That first very positive experience just grew when the end of my lease came due recently and I was again in the market for another car. Soerens must have had 20 of them on lot and I found exactly what I was looking for. The sales team answered all my questions and there was no pressure to buy, just good information. They provided me with the numbers to compare purchasing versus leasing the vehicle. (I went with the 3 yr/36000 mile lease.) Soerens also took in my old car on trade-in and I am very pleased with how much they gave me for it. They did a through job walking me through the paperwork.I've purchased and leased many cars from Soerens Ford. They treat me like family and make car shopping enjoyable.

I moved up from a 2011 Chevy to a 2014 Ford. I like the Ford much better and the shifting of the automatic transmission compared to my Chevrolet Cruz. I thought the dealership was fair with my trade-in value. The Ford rides nicer and the visibility is greater. I am a very satisfied customer. I would recommend Sorens Ford.

I have never had a closing /paperwork signing session go more smoothly. They were so very, very respectful of my time. In the past, I've had sessions like this which just literally ruined an entire afternoon or evening. Closing with these guys was quick and easy. Talking with the credit manager was like having a sit down chat with a neighbor she was that open and genuine.

We have been shopping for a new car for about two months. We looked at many cars and many different dealerships. We stumbled upon Soerens Ford Brookfield due to an internet add for the vehicle we were looking for. I stopped out and looked at a few cars one day and met John Schultz. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me some cars, gave me his card and said he would e-mail me the figures. When I got home later that night I checked my mail and found all the figures were there and they were with in my budget. I took my wife out the next time and we made the deal. The initial on-line inquire/interest of the 2015 Ford Edge was a great start in the negotiating process and feedback was prompt. The internet staff followed-up with appointment reminders and quickly answered on-line questions. If for some reason the internet staff was not available they seemed to delegate to other sales staff to ensure a positive and quick experience. Overall, the dealership sales department used a teamwork attitude. The purchase of a new vehicle was a great experience!!

Recently I took my 2008 fusion in for service as we 'thought' it had an oil leak. Unfortunately, the entire frame was rusted through. I had no choice but to purchase a new car and fast. Gregg Rossey at Sorens Brookfield worked with us to get the best trade in value we could get for a car that wasn't going to be anything but junk. I worked with Gregg to purchase a new car. Gregg was fantastic. I really felt that he worked to get me the best possible deal out there, rebates and financing options. When I came to pick up my car I agreed to add the protection package. Gregg offered to come pick up my car at work the next day and take it back to Sorens for the application of the protection. He left his car for me in case of emergency. This type of customer service is not found often and it was greatly appreciated. I will continue to purchase my cars from Sorens ford and also utilize the service department for all my service needs.

I recently had been searching for a nice used car to replace my 9 year old edge. I had been to two other local ford dealers and was turned off by the high pressure sales approach. Very satisfied with the service at Soerens Ford. Have been a customer since 2004 purchasing a Ford Ranger truck. Our family purchased three cars from Soerens, all 2014 models. We bought a Ford Escape. The SYNC system has been brought in for service several times and does not work. It has been disconnected from our IPhone 6 because it doesn't work. Your service department reported the SYNC system issue to Ford, and Ford refuses to correct the issue. Apparently the SYNC system cannot work with the newer IPhones. Looks like the bumper to bumper 3 year or 36,000 miles doesn't cover the SYNC system.

I had an excellent experience at Soeren's this April. A gentleman named Mark Schwerm took care of what I needed and was looking for. He was patient and informative with me since I wasn't fully set on the Ford Focus ST. I did my own research and we talked about other makes and models with perks and downfalls of each. Soeren's gave me the best deal and rate by far. They offer upgrades and do the normal sales things but they really want you to have the best experience possible. I added on the extended warranty to 75000 miles for a reasonable price. The salesman Mark and happened to own the same car that I was buying, so his knowledge for the vehicle was second to none.Stay Excellent Soeren's!

Took my 2015 Taurus in for a front end vibrationI that occurs after 70 mph. First diagnosis was that there was definitely a front end vibration but when they couldn't determine the cause said the wide tires (O.E. Factory Michelins) were at fault as they pick up road imperfections. Using that logic my Corvette shoud be shaking like a Shitz-zou whenever I drive it. Then I got the car back with a ding in the trunk. They claimed it wasn't their fault basically inferring that I'm a liar and scam artist. Although Tom the service writer was courteous, I will never bring my car here again. Also, I buy a car a year (last one was a 2014 Taurus bought here) but I will never buy a car from this dealer, and I will tell everyone not to buy here either. Unfortunately my sister just bought an Edge based on my previous recommendation.

Engine light came on, I bought a 2015 F150 eco boost 3.5 in Aug.2015. 10,000 miles on truck.Was told it was an emission problem. Mechanics found water in a line and had to replace a "charcoal canister that had water in it". A rental was provided, part was shipped in overnight. I'm not happy having issues already on a new vehicle. Dealership did cover all expenses. Was told they are starting to see "issues" w/ the 2015 F150's.

We had purchased an Escape from Pete before and with Fords incentives we were able to step into a 2016 Escape that fit our needs, It's nice to have the same salesman over a long period of time. The finance staff was great, and gave us good advice on future purchase/lease options. I would recommend an Escape to anyone, they are excellent, versatile vehicles with great gas mileage. (2 wd version, 2.0 ecoboost).

There were issues I felt with the safety inspection, nothing serious. Needed a tire rotation, I found the wheels stuck on the hubs, took a lot of effort to remove them, and clean the built up corrosion. Needed an oil change, found an axle shaft leaking, this dealership did the oil changes, also the gas tank was 1/2 full. I guess used cars are treated different than new.

The representatives that I dealt with guided me through the entire process went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was great. The communication was excellent and they were always available when I needed assistance. Checked with a number of dealerships in Milwaukee area and Appleton area, and Soerens Ford was only one that came up with the truck which had the options I was looking for. When first entering the receptionist was very friendly. Salesman Scott was very helpful locating the vehicle I was looking for. I went to Soerens Ford in search of a new vehicle with a very specific model, color and price in mind. My salesman, Mark Schwerm, did his best to meet my requirements. He, along with his manager, searched for the car I wanted at a monthly price I was willingly to pay to purchase the car. (I am going from leasing cars to a purchase so I didn't have a trade in to offset the cost) Before long, they found it! The financing process was quicker than I had experienced anywhere else. And Mark spent plenty of time with me to make sure I understood all the car features before I drove my new car off the lot.I have other extended family members who buy their cars at Soerens, which is one reason I started my car search with them. We had been keeping an eye out for a used truck to replace our 2001 for over a year. We finally found a used truck online at Soerens Ford. We had already had numerous bad experiences with other dealers not willing to work within our budget. We were always told "we don't have to negotiate with you on the price of a truck because we have plenty of businesses that will buy them from us at MSRP prices and write it off as a business expense". Well we just wanted a truck for our family and to pull the boat, we cannot complete with businesses that have no budget. But we were happily surprised to work with Scott. He was just like us and wanted to help us, he did not try to talk us into anything over our heads. The process was smooth and easy and we could have taken the truck home the same day but we wanted to clean out our trade in. We picked up the truck at our convenience and everyone there was really helpful and efficient in the process. We will defineatly buy from them in the future.

I dropped off my car before the service department was opened. As I work nearby, I noticed that the car was tagged not long after. I received a phone call from the service adviser who told me what the problem was and gave me an estimate of the cost. Later in the day when I went to pick up the car I was surprised so see that the bill was slightly less than what was quoted. The repair has corrected the problem completely.

Came there for an oil change as a gift certificate was included in our welcome to Brookfield packet. Neither my husband, nor I had been there before. I was totally impressed with the facility. Personally met the co-owner. Everyone I spoke with greeted me, asked if there was anything they could help me with, welcomed me to Brookfield and encouraged me to help myself to their treats and beverages. I was told by the co-owner about the services they now provided for RV Owners. I immediately sent a text to friends we have that are RV Owners, who just spent a couple of days in IN having their RV worked on. Hopefully they will consider this wonderful location for their future needs. I could not wait to come home and tell my husband and the facility and know he will be visiting there for his next vehicle needs.

Facility is under construction, so I will comment on that when it is complete.Regarding quality of the repairs, that is hard for me to say since it is recall work i simply have to trust. Customer service was pleasant.There is still more recall work to be done.

My only complaint is that with the chaos of the construction that's currently going on in their lot, it took them a while to locate and prepare the car I was buying, but the wait was relatively minor with all things considered.

10 minutes after I walked in the door, I told Pete and John what kind of a vehicle I wanted and they drove up with the exact Ford Edge that I wanted.They also were very courteous and very patient as I had troubles getting the money to purchase the vehicle and they had to store the car for a month and a half. When I solved the money problem I drove down to Brookfield and John took real good care of me and I was very very satisfied. I am happy with the car, but I am not happy with the service that I have had to have on it already. The day after I purchased the car, we noticed a chip in the windshield that had started to spider. I brought it in 2 days later to get the chip fixed and was not charged because it was concluded that there originally was a sticker over that part of the windshield. After being filled, the cracks are now more prominent, and there are a few more cracks that have developed since. Also, when I came in to get it fixed, I did not appreciate being told it was my fault, even though I had only driven the car home before noticing the chip, and that this particular sales person said she inspected the car multiple times, and there never was a chip in the windshield. Now, I have to use the warranty and pay out of pocket to get the windshield replaced, because it can't be filled again.

Everything was smooth with the exception of asking the service writer when i picked up the car. " i asked doe's the 2015 explorer have an oil change due warning. and he said i don't know. i will look it up in my manual. just expected the service team to be more knowledgeable.

Issue was wind shield wiper out of snyc...works great now. But before, they returned the car, they gave it a detailed inspection for other issues and potential problems at no-charge. And then they washed it for free. All that above & beyond for a warranty issue. Very impressive...but that's why I keep coming back to the good guys (and girls).

I purchased a Ford Edge. The service was great. Everyone who helped me was very friendly. Daryl was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I was actually surprised at his service--a day or two after my first visit he had a family health emergency and was visiting the hospital for two days. He probably could have had someone else contact me that my car was in but he still got in touch with me. I was very impressed by that--to me that's outstanding service.

I couldn't be happier with the experience I had with Randy Hoefs, the Used Car Manager. I told him what I was looking for and what I was willing to spend and within 5 minutes he provided several options that matched my criteria. We quickly agreed upon a price for a used Hyundai Accent. A day later I picked up my vehicle and was in and out with Barb Nobile, Finance Manager, and in less than 10 minutes I was on the road. Fair and fast and friendly are the best words to describe Soerens Ford.

I had a Saturday appointment for replacing my 2 front tires. I called the day before and my tires hadn't been ordered. But the service man(forgot name) at the desk said they had 2 of the tires I needed in the shop so I was able to keep my appointment.

I received your map that described the temporary service entrance the day before the service, which really helped. I have a 2012 Escape. The service writers were extremely welcoming - especially since I was one of the first customers on that day and they were still setting up! The service was quick, service was done extremely well and the car was left clean. What more can you ask for?!

I came in for the 70,000 mile service on my 2012 Fiesta. The technician who greeted me (can't remember his name, unfortunately) said he knew it was me when he saw the car, which is black with plum read seats, a color combination he said he's never seen on any other Fiesta. That made me feel at home, which was good because the construction of the new building meant everything, including the customer waiting room, was crammed into what had been garages. The tech guy had a good sense of humor about it and that made me feel better about it. Actually, it was kind of fun. The service the car got was, as usual, excellent. No complaints. At some point in the distant future I suppose I'll have to replace the Fiesta. When that day comes, my search will start at Soeren's.

Took my vehicle in for service. Service writer was immediately available for help, listened to my description of the problem and asked appropriate questions to provide information to the technician. I was contacted later in the day with a solution and price quote. The parts are on back order from Ford and repairs will be done when they are available. All this done in a building that is undergoing renovation to make it even better.

My mother was in need of a reliable car. Searched inventories for a white hatchback and the Ford Focus was the most appealing. Saw one was available at Sorens, called and Adam was great. He said it was in stock and I stated that my mother and I will be in the next day to test drive it. We liked it and Adam was able to help us complete the purchase. The thing I liked the best about working with Adam and the Finance people at Soerens was that I did not feel pressure at all. Usually, when I have purchased a car in the past, that is all I felt was pressure to buy. I did not get that at all there. I really am happy with my new Ford Focus and Adam found me the one I wanted!

I had always wanted a Ford Mustang as my first car. My earlier attempt at Kayser didn't go really well, and I didn't feel being valued as a potential customer there. Then I tried to contact many Ford dealers including Soerens. Adam was really nice, patient, and responsive, while other dealership wouldn't even reply my email . We exchanged tons of emails before all the details were confirmed and all my questions answered. In order to shorten my 12-week waiting time, he and other people at Soerens changed one of their existing order specs, and finally got my car delivered within six weeks, right before Christmas!! Tina helped me with the process of purchase, and she was really nice as well. I couldn't be more satisfied! Proud of driving my Mustang every day. Recommending Soerens to everyone.

I was shopping for a pickup truck, upgrading from a 2001 SUV. Todd R. was the sales associate, and was very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient with my questions ... and I had many given the upgrade in technology and changing vehicle type. I met the sales manager as well. I found the whole experience enjoyable, and not high pressure at all. I didn't get phone calls, or "deal for only today" types of comments and attitude as in prior experiences in other dealerships. I came to Soerens 1st, and did not give another Ford dealer (some much closer to my house) a chance. Since the purchase, Tina McKandes followed up with me to be sure the whole experience was satisfactory. I've also visited the body shop to take care of a small cosmetic detail after purchase and was met by a very friendly body shop manager who was helpful in every way. I really feel good about the purchase and the entire buying experience with Soerens. Highly recommended.

I recently purchased a used Ford Transit Connect from Tina at Soerens Ford. I live in Chicago and saw the car online. Tina and Adam were so helpful, patient and responsive. We exchanged lots of emails, phone calls and picture texts before I took the trip up to WI. They even picked me up from the train station and drove me to a bank to get a check, then took me to the dealer. They really are the nice guys!

I recently purchased a Ford Escape and had the pleasure of working with Adam Thiele. Not only was he knowledgeable, but he went above and beyond for me. The Ford Escape I wanted was not at the dealership, so he did some research and was able to find the Escape I wanted and had it delivered in a timely manner. He was also kind enough to setup my bluetooth and train me on all the new technology. But most importantly, I never felt pressured into buying, like I did at other dealerships... Adam was personable and trustworthy, and I look forward to working with him again!

Took my truck in for a coolant flush and and Also asked dealer to flush my heater core. Dealer did perform the coolant flush but also told me they flushed my heater core separately twice and that it was no good and that it would need to be replaced (reason that I had no heat). Quoting me $1200.00 for the repair I said no thanks . So after getting the vehicle home I decided to second guess the dealer and perform the heater core flush myself. Guess what ? I removed all the dirt and oil that was plugging it up and heat works like its brand new again. Dealer strait out did not do the flush and repeatedly told me they did trying to get me to spend the 1200.00. This is a typical case of the dealer trying to screw over the customer. Also charged me for parts on warranty work ( which they did reemburse after I caught the mistake) so a mistake or another potential scam!? Customer beware ! Home of the nice guys ( i think not) dont let them smooze you over with thier overly nice personality. Double check service sheets for charges and triple question all suggested service work , this dealer wants your money!

Adam made the whole process less stressful than my previous dealings with other dealers. I am currently in the buying process with Adam and can tell you that this was the best car buying experience I have had. I purchased a 2014 Ford Explorer XLT from Adam on Dec 31st and currently waiting for delivery of the vehicle. While I have yet to pick up my new vehicle, Adam was friendly, patient and extremely obliging. He recognized what I wanted early on and did his best to make sure I got what I wanted. I had some specific needs for the vehicle and Adam went out of his way to find the right vehicle for me. Finally, when it came down to negotiating on a price, I felt Adam did a fine job representing his employer, but more importantly I felt he was a good advocate for me in negotiating on my behalf with upper management at Soerens. If you are looking for a new vehicle - go to Soerens, but more importantly - ask for Adam T - Internet Sales Manager. I hope to pick up my vehicle today and expect good things.

My family has always bought cars from here and there has never been any problems. After purchasing the vehicle in the summer, two months later the alternator needed to be replaced. Then, when winter came around, the engine needed to be mounted correctly and the defroster needed to be repaired. Another costly repair. After winter was finished, I realize while they were repairing the defroster, something must've went wrong because now my air conditioner is stuck on defrost. Wish the repair service here wasn't a hit or miss kind of thing and wish they would service their cars more before selling them. Maybe it was my fault for being so done with car searching. I do love my car after all the repairs needed for the already overpriced car, but will definitely not recommend this dealership to anybody nor will I or my family ever be purchasing a car from this dealership ever again. Hope nobody else has to deal with this.

They were great...until we signed papers to purchase a truck. We put down a $500 deposit on a truck that we were told they could get for us. Well, they couldn't get the truck and tried selling us another truck (one that we didn't want because it didn't have all the features we were looking for). It's been a month now and our deposit has not been returned to us nor do we have a truck or someone actively looking for a truck for us or in contact with us to let us know whether we are getting our deposit back.

I recently purchased a new F-150 from Sorens and was very happy with the buying process and my new vehicle until there was a leak in the third tail light that stained my interior headliner. I took the truck to Sorens for the factory warranty work. when the Body Shop finished 'fixing' my vehicle not only were the stains not removed but there was the addition of a cigarette butt sized burn hole in the head liner from where a heat gun threw a spark and started the headliner on fire. upon calling the body shop I was told by the Body Shop manager and the service manager that they would NOT replace the headliner they ruined and that they would "patch" the burn and re-treat the stain on the headliner. I was told they would not replace the headliner because it would be at the cost of Sorens and not Ford Motor Company. AVOID this service department at all costs, they are not at all concerned with the quality of their work or satisfaction of their customers. All they care about is their bottom line, and they are not afraid to admit it.

Bought my share of vehicles from different dealerships. Soerens was the best experience of them all. Adam, John and Annie were all very nice to work with. Adam had the answers to my questions and did not have pushy sales tactics which I enjoyed. Annie had all the paperwork prepared to streamline the process. Love my Escape and I would definitely go back.

Bought a used F-150. Found out my spare key was for another truck. Called and called; no call back for over a month. Went to another dealer and paid for a spare key. Once Soeren's has your money, it is the tail light guarantee. Bye-bye!

Found car on Internet asked to have it at dealer. Showed up at dealer was told dealer manager was driving and I would have to come back. Came back liked vehicle and proceeded to purchase. Paper work and financing process went well. After excitement wore off found issues w/vehicle. Interior was dirty checked oil because I noticed there was no service sticker. Found vehicle was two quarts low. Dealer said to bring vehicle back for oil change. After asking for service records vehicle was last checked in Nov 2011 bought vehicle in Aug 2012. Needless to say not happy!!! Dealer did nothing to make right!

I needed bodywork repairs and painting. The service people were very efficient, friendly and honest. The repairs were made as quickly as possible and very well. Ialways use Soerens for service.

We worked with Greg Rossey on the initial visit, then Alex Denk/Mike Walsh on the test drive and sale and then Greg Rossey again on the delivery of the car. Everyone was very professional and actually very fun to work with. We were very pleased with the experience and hope to be equally as pleased with the New Ford Escape.

I replaced the washer hose assembly and machined brake rotors. Repair was done timely and very well. Mechanic knew what noise being made was right away. Nice they offer coffee, popcorn, courtesy rides, readng materials, tv.

We were in the market for a Volkswagen CC and had been shopping local dealers. The Internet price at Soerens Ford for a preowned CC was thousands less than we had found elsewhere. We stopped by to see it in person and purchased it the same day. The sales team of John Z. and Adam T. were great to work with. A very good experience.

I just purchased a 2011 Ford Fusion form Sorens Ford. Initially they did not have the car that met our criteria. Both Todd Ridder & Dan Baumann went to work, found a car, had it shipped to them, called us, we did a test drive and bought the car and love how it performs. Great experience.

One of the more pleasurable places to buy a car from. Is buying a car ever pleasurable? From the outset our representative was friendly courtious and low key - no pressure. The negotiation process was straight forward and without too much "back and forth". We settled on a price, completed the required paperwork, and we were out the door. Followup from them has been excellent, without being obtrusive as it is with so many auto dealerships.... We had a coulple of items that needed to be oordered in, this has been done fast and with no issues. Overall very happy with Soerens and would reccomend them as a great place to purchase a car from.

I have been going to Soerens Ford for almost six years now and have never had to go back for any unresolved issues. In fact, Soerens mechanic, Chris, fixed a noise problem with my brakes that two other dealerships had been unable to resolve. I described the problem to him, he rode with me and listened to it, and I gave him some printouts of information I had discovered regarding the noise. I had also furnished the information to the previous dealers but they did not resolve the problem. When I picked the car up, the noise was gone and has not come back. And it was fixed for a tiny fraction of the price the other dealers had charged me. I have also had a couple of our other cars there for service and it has always been an excellent experience. The body shop installed a new seatbelt in my Lincoln that fixed a retraction problem that another dealer had failed to fix in two visits. It seems a few people have had some bad luck, and that happens. As for my experiences at Soerens Ford, it has been perfect. The only thing I would change is receiving followup survey phone calls from them after every service. The calls always seem to come at a bad time and I don't have time to think carefully about a proper response. If they would just give me a postage paid response card after every service it would be much handier and a more accurate reflection of my service experiences.

I worked with Adam Thiele in the Internet Sales Department. He got me a great price on the new Fusion I was looking for with just the right package for me. The entire dealership was friendly. Met me on my schedule as I traveled from out of town. I also was able to get additional set-up for my phone with the Sync system so I can make calls from the car.

They don't stand behind what they sell. Sold me a substandard manufactured vehicle and they would not take responsibility for selling a poor new escape. I had my brand new vehicle in 9 times starting 6 days after purchase and they didn't even as much as to have the location head person call me to smooth things over. I wasn't even good enough for a free oil change! Owners daughter needs a lesson in customer service!!!

They do not have enough expertise with the Ford diesel engines to provide a reliable diagnosis of the problem, let alone provide a reliable quote for the work. Because of this inexperience, they wavered on their diagnosis, initially providing a quote (over $4000) for service work, then when pressed about the service, indicated that the services they quoted would not necessarily fix the problem.
