It was my first time getting a car on my own with my own credit and money and I honestly thought it wasn't going to be possible. Jose pepito Fernandez was the person who helped me and who has helped ALL my family throughout the years. He was very helpful and hopeful. I thought I was walking out with a used car that I got to call my own and I walked out with a 2017 Camry lease with all the benefits Toyota has to offer. He worked magic for me and I couldn't be any happier with my car! The service was great there and fast. The employees there are great and it's a great environment.

When we got there we were attended right away and greeted very politely and the salesman helped with pricing and test driving the car before I bought it and everything was great and they stayed helping even after hours and the experience was amazing everyone was wonderful and it's the best service I've ever had.

My husband and I had such an easy time buying a car from Nadia Roa at South Dade Toyota. Very friendly and there was absolutely no pressure. After going to their website, I found the car I wanted and flagged it. Shortly thereafter I got a call from Nadia asking if we were going to come see the car. I stated that we would be there in 30 minutes. Upon arrival, she greeted us and showed us the car and handed us the keys. The whole process was super easy and we never felt like we were being taken advantage of like we have at other dealerships. We will be coming back in 12 months to trade into a newer car! To start off I am a college student who needed a car desperately. I've been to other dealerships where they didn't have the convinence that SD Toyota has. I have pretty bad credit, but Karla, she's a rock star! She made my experience like non-other. So she prepared everything for me, she helped me get the car I was looking for and helped me get amazing low payments (even with bad credit). I am just so happy and thankful that Karla was the one helping me out. I could tell that she's very energetic and always wants the best for her customers. Throughout the whole experience she was always reassuring me that I will get a good deal, and that I would get my car. Just overall ecstatic with her customer service skills.

I flew into Miami to purchase and drive home a Land Cruiser. I had found it on the internet, called, made offer, offer excepted, deposit made within an hour. Booked flight and South Dade Toyota pick me up at the airport. We spent maybe an hour in the dealership and we were on our way. Also, this is the best vehicle I have ever owned.

One of the worst service experiences. After many mistakes caused by their extremely unprofessional staff, only Service Manager Alfred was apologetic. Bryan, at the front desk, embodies everything that is wrong with today's society. Unapologetic, insolent and rude. I will never purchase or take our vehicle back to such a place where customers are treated as a nuisance. STEER CLEAR FROM THIS PLACE!!

Seldom do I feel compelled to write an online review. However, my experience buying our new Sienna at South Dade Toyota was so beyond the norm that I had to take a few minutes to sing their praise. My salesman Javy Lazo was knowledgeable about the product and the other minivans in the same class as the Sienna and helped me decide on the best model to suit our needs. There was no pressure whatsoever to make a sale. He truly is interested in helping the customer make a good decision. Also very helpful was Jose Lazo who happens to be Javy's brother. Jose, as sales manager, did not try to push a van that they had in inventory but instead ordered the exact van that we wanted and kept us informed as to the status of the vehicle they ordered. Finally, the finance rep, Daniel Merejildo did a great job getting the deal wrapped up in less than 20 minutes. To describe the whole experience as smooth and easy seems like an understatement. I give the dealership from top to bottom my highest recommendation. Thank you South Dade Toyota!

I called South Dade Toyota to get pricing and payment quotes after calling two other local Toyota dealers that kept pressuring me to visit the dealers in order to get their best price and to give me payment information. I spoke to Jose Lazo and he answered all my questions and also listened to me. I think that is what mattered the most to me. Jose promised me that my visit would go smoothly and that the numbers we had agreed upon would not change. He came through on his promise. A man of his word. If it was for Mike Kashem I would have never purchased my new Toyota Highlander Limited AWD. Mike, saw me in the lot, took care of me from start to finish. He gave me the flexibility to test drive the vehicle to and from my home and really took care of my wife and her friend. When we didn't agree on terms, he was very polite and kept me up to date. Then followed up when a few days later with a better deal. In the end, he also helped me work in a few extras like extended warranty, tow package and a few other things that took the experience from good to great. A lot of people may over look this place cause it's in Homestead but don't.

I've purchased a few cars in my life and some good experiences and some not so good. Some dealerships treat you like a number. They don't care what you're looking for or if it's a good fit for you, they just want the sale and get you out of their hair. South Dade Toyota takes that extra step to ensure excellent customer service. Someone opens the door for you. If there's no seats available, someone brings a chair for you. Everyone smiles and greets you like they know you. I happened to be there for their Thanksgiving Celebration for employees the other night. During the event customers were still coming in and being serviced like nothing was happening. Several employees offered for me to join them in eating and grabbing a beverage. They offered the customers there to join in as well. Even when I declined they encouraged me to join. They ended up getting me a great deal even with subpar credit. In fact I bought two vehicles. It's the extra little things that go the distance in true customer satisfaction. I will buy my next car there too. Thanks South Dade Toyota!

Yesterday 8/30/2015 I purchased a 2015 Toyota Highlander from South Dade Toyota after visiting a few dealers. Most of the dealers we visited were TrueCar certified. South Dade has a very friendly internet department. At first I was a bit discouraged by how far South it is located but the long drive was more than made up for by courteous attention and their unique lifetime power train guarantee on all new vehicles. It did take a few hours to negotiate an out-the-door price agreeable by both parties but I was very pleased with the purchase afterwards. I definitely recommend South Dade to anyone looking for a new Toyota. They had far more Highlanders than other bigger dealers in the Miami area.

I work in the customer service field and find it amazing when I receive top notch service. Every time I visit South Dade Toyota I am more than impressed with the service I receive. One of the main reasons I travel over an hour to take my car to get serviced is due to a service agent at a Weston dealership that attempted to charge me for services my old 4Runner didn't need. I only went to them out of convience as it was closer to my home. I took it down to SD the following day and was advised that next to nothing that the other service agent in Weston said I needed done was necessary. For that I am grateful and a loyal customer to South Dade Toyota.

We went to this dealership only a few days ago. It was highly recommend by my in-laws. We bought a used car and had some issues with it. My husband called and let them know we where not happy with the car and disappointed with it. Our Sales associate and Brito went to bat for us and the dealership as a whole wanted to make the situation right and to make us happy. They ended up getting us a great deal on a new suv for almost the same cost as the used vehicle with 54,000 miles. They even offered to buy us food because the paperwork was being worked on and it was dinner time. Manuel even called to see if we had any questions or concerns about our new car. We are happy with our purchase. If you go to this dealership ask for Manuel Rodriguez or Brito... they will get you the best deal.

They asked if I would like to trade in my truck which only had 34000 miles on the odometer in three years. When I went in they gave me a very decent appraisal so I bought a new truck from them. Before this they had always stayed in touch and had serviced my truck to keep it in top condition. I am very happy with my transaction. They moved my topper over and went beyond what was required. To compare this to the Buick dealership, They were not high pressure at anytime. There were no up charges. no sell ups. It was a good transaction. If they made money on our transaction, I felt that they deserved it.

Received quote from South Dade Toyota, as well as 2 other dealers, through True-Cars. Had a quote from another dealer that was lower but distance was a concern. Dealer closest to me was quoting highest price so decided to drive to Homestead. Was initially concerned but was happily pleased with the quality of service provided. Was met as we arrived by Eduardo Escarria and from then on it was a wonderful experience. All involved in the purchase process were very professional and dedicated to meeting customer's expectations. I'm very happy with having purchased my Tundra from South Miami Toyota and extremely impressed with quality of personnel i interfaced with. Shopping for cars can be brutal to say the least. I really wanted a new car before New Year's but after visiting multiple dealers I was over the situation, until I came to South Dade Toyota. George Cid and his team took excellent care of me. I'm extremely picky but he was more than patient with me and very knowledgeable. After visiting many dealerships who promised to have the car I was looking for in stock and not fulfilling on that promise I found a dealership that came through. Went into the dealership looking to price a vehicle. Although I needed one badly, didnt have any cash on hand. Manuel was very understanding, asked my wishes and found me a vehicle that met my demands. I liked the fact that he was not fast talking, trying to get you into any car. He was more concerned about what I could afford and what would be beneficial to me and my needs. Credit was bad and again, no money in hand. Yet, I said what I wanted and what I wanted my payments to be. Well, Manuel took the demands to Jerry, who made it work!!!!! I was so pleased with my experience. All of the staff are professional, courteous and helpful at South Dade Toyota. The environment is not a typical care dealership. There is no feeling of pressure to purchase or hidden fees that I have experienced in the past. I would recommend the dealership to anyone. I have worked with Jose Lazo Sales Manager for almost 8 years and will continue to work with him because he is very nice, honest, straightforward, and professional. Whenever my husband and I need to buy a car we always contact him. Even after moving to Jacksonville, we contacted him and drove 5.5 hours to buy them there event hough there is a Toyota dealer 1 exit from our house. Jose Miguel Martinez in sales provided us with excellent service- he is very nice, knowledgeable, patient, and cares about his customers; he helped us all day and followed through every step of the process with us. Tony Martinez from financing made financing go easy and smoothly for both cars. My family and I just bought two identical 2014 LE Corolla ECOs on the same day and we love them. They get incredible gas mileage, drive smoothly, and have very modern interiors. I truly recommend these three gentlemen if you are looking for a stress-free, positive car buying experience, and a great price.

I recently purchased a used 2006 Toyota camry. Luis Sanchez was my salesman. I drove two hours from the keys, and was not even planning on buying a veichal this day (may 21, 2014). I love Toyotas and have previously owned 2 in the past so I wanted to just check out this dealership and see what they have. Im 26 and currently going through a little bit of a financial bind. My credit was not that good but I recently got approved on a credit app so I went to homestead south dade Toyota. I met with Luis Sanchez and explained my situation (I can not afford more than $250 a month and have about $2000 down). The finance company wanted to earthier put me in something bran new (which I could not afford) or have me buy something cash that honestly was not a good car. Not Untill about 6 hours later and multiple times of Luis going back and forth to his managers, he finally brought me to the used car lot. I saw a perfect car, something exactly what I was looking for, the 2006 camry. Well as soon as I see it another salesman comes up with a customer that had an appointment to look at this car. Within two mins the car was gone and I was soo disappointed. Ten mins. later Luis got a call and said the car was outside the front of the dealership. I lucked out big time. I had to buy the insurance upfront and wouldn't have the 2k down to buy the car. These guys worked with me and let me pay the remaining balance of the down payment my next paycheck. not until after 8pm. did I finally finished paperwork with this car. Myself and Luis havn't ate nothing all day, but he stuck with me until I left in the car. Right after I left the dealership in my camry the check engine light came on. I signed a paper saying that there was no warrantee on this car b.c it just broke 100k miles. I called right when I left and told them the light came on. a few days later sales manager Gabriel Monzo approved about $1000 dollars of service work and replaced the whole catylic converter. He did not have to do this at all but felt bad b.c I spent my savings and would not be able to fix it anytime soon. I shook his hand personally and thank him. Not to mention Luis Sanchez kept pushing to make sure I received a good sound car. Juan from service was great, he gave me personal advice and took care of the problem. This is the first dealership where I feel like I havn't got "screwed over" and this is about my 7th vehical I purchased. I Highly recommend them. I just sent a buddy of mine and he bought a car today from them, as well as one of my supervisors from work. If you want a great car and great customer service, come to South Dade Toyota! I even have some future work to be done and they are giving me a huge discount. Trust me I don't write reviews, but these guys well deserve it. Thank you Gabriel Monzo, Luiz Sanchez, as well as Juan from service! I highly appreciate you guys getting me back on my feet and a car I love!

My husband and I have been customers of Mr. Fernandez for almost 10 years now, and have not nothing but the best references to give about him and his wife, Marlene. On our most recent experience we visited South Dade Toyota with our three kids in order to buy a Highlander. The car had been pre-ordered to meet certain criteria a couple of weeks ago, so that was a plus of him taking the time of carefully bringing to us what we wanted. He went over both the leasing and purchasing options very professionally. Marlene helped us entertain the children so my husband could sign all the documentation. We we're offered water and snacks. MY CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I am writing this E-Mail about my used Car buying experience today. I live almost 2 Hour away from this Dealership, and i went their today to look at Purchasing a 1999 White Mercedes E-300 Turbo Diesel. It is a unique vehicle and hard to find at times, and since it was listed in Auto Trader and the Dealerships Web- Site listed as a very Clean Car i used my DAY OFF, and time to go take a look at it. When i got to the dealership I was properly greeted by everyone, but the Used Car Mgr. My Internet Sales Person Mr. Soto came to assist me, and as I was taken to see the car in another Location, but it would not start. I then assisted my sales associate Daniel in attempting to start it but it would not because the Battery was too far gone. We tried everything a Jumper Pack, Jumper Cables in two different locations. Then Finally I told him we need a New Battery, he then located the Used Car Mgr, for approval. I don't know his name because he never introduced himself to me or said thanks. Well after he gave approval for a new Battery under a We Owe receipt. Me and Daniel had to go to Parts and plead with the Parts guy to get one for us. Daniel and I then went back to the lot and I felt like if I want to drive this car today, I need to remove it myself. Daniel asked on of the Mechanics for some tools, and I went to work. I removed the old and After about an Hour of waiting for it to come to us from up the street. Daniel and myself went back to the lot, and I INSTALLED THE NEW BATTERY in the car I went there to purchase. Now mind you this car was listed as a Nice car with everything working, on Auto Trader, and the dealerships Web site. After installing the Battery it still would not start and since I drove there in a car like this today and have owned a car like this in the pass, finally i got it running. When I got it started i noticed the the Air bag was glued back into place, and the drivers side front fender had about 1/2 inch thick layer of Bond on the door, as I inspected the car a little further I noticed that water had worked its way into the back seats floor as it was all WET and in the Trunk as I could clearly smell the odor of something that had been wet for a while. The cars A/C did not work, as I had just been working in 95 degree heat today, and all of the vehicles service lights were flashing. As I got the car out of the lot I Immediately noticed that the car needed brakes, the steering wheel was shaking and the transmission would NOT go into gear properly as I pressed the Gas pedal to go faster so another car driving faster would not hit us. After a Two Minute drive it was clear to me that the vehicle I drove to the dealership today was in WAY Better condition then the one I came to look at. I don't know of anyone who brings a vehicle in for trade and is going to make a purchase on a vehicle that is WORSE SHAPE THAN THE VEHICLE THEY are currently driving and attempting to trade in. I am NOT MAD, just a little concerned about the way that place is being RUN. I understand I am not purchasing a NEW Tundra, but this today is not a good representation of the name TOYOTA, or a good first impression of this dealership. I currently own a 2012 certified Used BMW 740I, and i don't believe they would have expected me to do anything of this kind to drive a car I drove an Hour to purchase. I don't like what occurred today and in the process of contacting corporate reference complaint # 14061600416, because I believe NO ONE should have to go through what I did, just to drive a car they were interested in Potentially purchasing. I want everyone to known FACE Book, Linkin, and any other dealer Rating Web site I can find and forward this E-mail to them about my experience at South Dade Toyota today. I am also going to contact all of the Board of Directors I can find of Toyota and forward them this E-mail. No one looking to Purchase a vehicle should have to go through this.

Looking for a vehicle alone is so stressful... I'm young but I'm also very responsible especially when I came to finally financing my first vehicle. I found South Dade Toyota online and after reading reviews after reviews I'd decided to go visit them, but being that they were about 55mins away from my home Juan Soto agreed to send one of his Sales Consultants to pick me up and take me to the lot. Which I am so thankful for and I thank Juan so very much for his help. Well Manuel called me the next day and agreed to pick me up on his way to the dealer (( which was also where he worked)) I ask Juan would I have a ride back home if in fact Id decided I didn't really like anything he advised me that I would have to speak to Manuel about that but Manuel didn't call me until the next morning! Well any way meeting Manuel is was nice we talked and he explained a lot to me. BUT everything kinda changed after we actually got to the dealer and after looking at different cars I decided I wanted to keep looking Manuel started to have an attitude and even left me and my fiance to go help another customer without even excusing himself. That's when Bernie came over he really didn't pressure me he was nice but at that point I was over everything and just wanted to leave. My fiance asked Manuel how were we supposed to get home and again he had an attitude "My job was to get you here I don't know how you will get home I did my part" And continued to say " I'm working I'mwith a customer I may be able to take you after my shift so maybe u can go grab a burger" at that point my fiance was furious we understand you are at work and ((yes don't get me wrong)) you couldn't do it at the moment and I clearly understand that we only asked him to take us to the train station 15mins away and we would have found our way home. After arguing back and fourth my fiance walked away to find Bernie we even asked Manuel to speak to his manager to see if anything could be arranged and he said WITH ATTITUDE " You know his number right you call him " .. Bernie without thinking twice took us to the bus station 5min away explained to us that he was sorry about what happened he didn't know we lived so far and explained to us what bus we could catch to the train station. I can't thank Bernie enough! Maybe it was because we didn't want to be pressured into buying a car but all I have to say is not everyone who walks into your lot will drive out with a vehicle all customers are customers despite anything and depending on they way a customer is treated will determine whether he/she will ever return I wasn't a customer before and will never become one Thank you Juan and Bernie for all your help.. :)

I would definitely recommend the guys at S. Dade Toyota. I was in the market for a new or used Sequoia and I was working with George Cid on my search. George took his time in finding me the right vehicle. Several dealers were only trying to push the cars that they had on the lot, but George was willing to look through other dealer's inventory to find the specific vehicle that I was looking for and have it transferred in. I'm young and my family lives up north, so I know I was handling this on my own. I did tons of research but was really anxious about the whole process. Buying a car is a huge purchase!! To all taking in a car for trade in, be careful as they will spin tires and shift from reverse to drive without coming to a complete stop. They abused my car when I took it in, luckily I was in a hurry and was watching the sales people all the time so they wouldn't take long, and what I saw drove me crazy switching from test driver to test driver so everyone can get a turning spinning messing up your car. When I confronted the guy, he was extremely rude and when I spoke with the manager Amin, he said perhaps the sales man drove the car wrong. DROVE THE CAR WRONG WTF does that mean? He drove like he stole it and not like he borrowed it? Pablo Milan is a crook if this dealer trusts these kind of people with the cars we drive our families in, that says a lot about the dealer and its management

While the sales men don't necessarily tell the absolute truth (mine told me a used Sequoia had navigation when it did not), I honestly think it is because they are moving so fast to help so many customers. The buying experience was pleasant and they bent over backward to make right on a little disappointment due to the CARS.COM interface. I should have reached out directly to the dealership rather than used CARS.COM to depend on availability of a model I wanted. The financing step takes some time but anytime you can walk in at 3 without a car and drive one out by 8, it is a good transaction. The prices are excellent and the personnel friendly. As Toyota dealerships go, this was the friendliest and most pleasant of all...Instead of the usual "We are Toyota and if you don't want it, the next customer will" attitude, they really go the extra mile to satisfy and please. Their selection is wonderful and I think they have something for every price range! I have a Toyota dealership 1 mile from my home, but found them obnoxious to deal with....so a 2.5 hour drive to get a great deal on a great car is well worth the time spent.

02/17/2014 Most of us women would say two women alone going into a dealership ENTER WITH CAUTION!!! However, my mother and I personal encounter of purchasing my dream crossover RAV4 was a memorable experience. Manuel Rodriguez was my sales representative who showed much knowledge of the vehicle and interest in working on what I wanted. My mother had previous purchase a Corolla here at South Dade with Manuel as well; in which she was extremely pleased by. He mentioned many times throughout our conversing in regards to the RAV4 that it was important for me to select a vehicle that I most wanted and he would work on reaching the best numbers out for me. I was taken back by his undeniable efforts to insuring me of his determination in exceeding my expectations. He made my mother and I feel very comfortable and never once felt uneasy about his delivery. When it came to the finance department we were attended by Servio Sanchez. Servio was a true gentleman. Attended us with gracious manners; making our conversation personable and comforting. His interest and sincerity of assisting us with figuring out the best payments were truly extraordinary. I was able to see the quality in his character he took the time no matter how long or difficult the process presented itself; but yet still found the determination to follow through for me as a customer. I would also like to mention another gentleman by the name of Amin Saleh who was a hero for the night in working with my lease agreement payments. He assisted us with kindness and helpful ways for my deal to adapt to my financial abilities. On Dec 2013 I called for information on a new 2014 RAV-4 Tania Pinero was very pleasant and helped me with all my question and invited me to stop by the dealer to test the vehicle. On January 2nd, I traveled from Key West to Homestead to see and test drive the vehicle, at South Dade Toyota,Tania was waiting for me and introduced me to Manuel Morales who was also very pleasant and showed me the vehicle and explained all the features the car has. After testing the vehicle, Manuel Morales explained all the advantages of the extended warranty on the transmission. I explained that to Manuel that I was just looking at the vehicles because I was planning to buy a new vehicle in February. Manuel gave me a quote on the vehicle. After looking at the vehicle, I went to several of the local car dealers in the area to see other car makes and models. After thinking it over, I decided to call Manuel and return to the dealer that night and gave my deposit on the vehicle. To make it easier for me to pickup the vehicle Manuel offered to pick me up at Keys and I would drive back with the vehicle. On 31 January, Manuel drove to the Keys to pick me up & my husband. At the dealer he assisted in processing the paper work to finalize the purchase of my new RAV-4. Manuel asked Roland Tariche to show me how to use the Bluetooth in the car. Roland Tariche was very helpful showing me how to use the to use my phone in the car along with all the other functions and features.Thanks to Tania Pinero, Manuel Morales & Roland Tariche for making this a great experience.

I would like to start off by saying that these people know about customer service!!! Never have I been to a dealer where they really and truly care about the buyer. At one point I forgot that I was in a dealership!! Serlvo Sanchez sat down with us and did everything possible to make sure that we understood everything and where comfortable. Mr.Sanchez was really down to earth! He paid really close attention to what our financial situation was and found us the best deal he could. Next thing you know, we walked out with not one, but two cars of our dreams!!!! But wait it gets better!!! I always save best for last, Manuel Rodriguez !!! His warm and inviting face was the first thing we saw at the dealership. He greeted us with a happy hello as soon has we got are car. He walked us through and explained to us about every and any car we asked him to. He did it with always a great smile on his face, you can really tell that he loves and enjoys what he dose! There are not to many car dealers I can say that about!! He not only helped us pick out our car , shortly after we drove off with our brand new cars, my parents car was unfortunately hit by a car who ran off the red light and the brand new car was totaled(they are okay)!!! I called Mr.Rodriguez to tell him what happened and he was at the scene of the accident before I was!! He stayed with us until the very end! He did this out of his own heart, he really didn't have to come out to help us he did it because he truly cares about his customers!! Just leased my new RAV4 and I am very pleased with the knowledge and professionalism of Jose L. and his team. Jose gave me all the information I requested and even located the RAV4 I was looking for without asking me for a deposit. Two of the other local Toyota dealers said they would give me all the information I needed but only if I went and visited in person. Also if a RAV4 had to be located, I would have to leave a non-refundable deposit. This made me feel uncomfortable. We had a great experience at South Dade Toyota. We love our new Prius. We added leather and are very pleased we did. Asbert also helped us get our old car shipped off to our nephew in Madison, WI. It took a week for the transporting company to get the car picked up and Asbert was VERY patient and helpful in making it all work. Finally they charged me for the miles driven, and for insurance for the week I drove the car, and I had to return the day after to collect my money. These people are snakes that would try to sell you a car no-matter-what. They're just clowns that don't know how to do business.

From the initial contact with South Dade Toyota through George Cid then Asbert Cruz (my agent) to Roland Tariche (Customer Service Rep), my experience was professional.George sent me information as I requested it. I was grateful for his prompt follow through. George assigned Asbert to me on Saturday. Asbert called to confirm our appointment, reviewed what I was interested in and was ready for me when I arrived at the Dealership.Aspert was incredibly patient with me as I needed to make some major decisions regarding type of vehicle I would purchase.Roland was also very good and patient with all my questions regarding the features of the vehicle before I drove it home.I know there was one more person -- who took the money -- I don't remember his name. Our first contact was Jose Lazo (Internet Sales Manager), and then Daniel Merejildo (Sales) , Servio Sanchez (Financing), Ronald Tariche (Delivery) & Rino Fabrizio (Service & Body Shop), joined the team, and worked all together to delivery what we needed as customers buying a new vehicle. They are professional, helpful, they answer all of our questions, concerns, etc. They where eager to solve any inconvenience as it should be, they know how to make a purchase of a new car a satisfactory experience, regardless.We drive kind of a distance, to purchase our vehicle at Southdade Toyota of Homestead, but worth the drive and the time, since we find they where eager to gave us the best deal after researching online and visiting other dealers (even that Southdade Toyota of Homestead dealer fee is on the high number range). We also purchased an additional warranty (7 years of coverage), as Servio Sanchez recommended. The additional warranty will cover the vehicle after the regular warranty expires. Regarding warranty fine prints, he explained that it works exactly as the regular warranty of the vehicle, but even better, (loaner included as one of the advantage / benefits, for example) and in case of any problems or not being satisfied, it is returnable. He help to gave us peace of mind regarding other negative customer's reviews about fine prints. We are glad we purchased our car at Southdade Toyota of Homestead. Thank you all.

Even though I just bought a car this weekend, it's not my first time at this dealer. Mikey Wiliams from service is a pleasure to deal with. Very professional and actually cares that you're waiting for your car! I asked Mikey to refer me to a good salesperson and he directed me toward Daniel Merejildo. We test drove a few cars until I decided that I'd like a Corolla S. Very knowledgeable and helpful guy, here. Now comes the finance department. That part is never fun because the dealer and the customer want to both get away scot-free but it never happens. There's always a tug of war to be had. When it was all said and done, they gave me a decent fair-market price for my trade-in car and a decent price for the new car. The price could've still been better (being upside down or not), but I was at the dealer for 4 hours already and was tired of fighting. They worked the numbers, worked them again and worked them some more. To get the deal I did, I had to use their financing- even though my bank offered up a 1.59% better rate. Hence the 3 stars.After the car was delivered, Roland showed me how everything worked and was helpful. I was able to use all of the gadgets and drive the car home. However, once I got home I realized that they had not given me the vehicle registration in my paperwork. So I had to go back and retrieve it. There's where the star dock from customer service came from.All in all, a decent deal, though I did spend 6 hours at the dealer.

I came to South Dade Toyota after someone on the Turnpike totaled my Corolla. I got out with the new, redesigned Corolla. George and Asbert were very helpful. After Asbert had all the papers ready, he explained them carefully, answering all my questions, before I signed. I got a fair price (I had checked Consumer Reports). Asbert explained the car and went out of his way to program the car's Bluetooth technology with my cell phone (I didn't have that before - it's a great, necessary feature!!). A young lady (I regret I don't remember her name, as I was busy at work) called to make sure my experience was satisfactory; she advised me to make an appointment when I need maintenance, to make sure I get taken care of in less time, and asked me to call if I had any questions about anything. I went to South Dade Toyota after work, and was TOTALLY unprepared. I knew what I wanted, but it was looking to be more than I could afford. Manuel worked with me, and answered every question I had, and several I didn't know to ask. Though it took a while, I was never left alone, and was informed EVERY step of the way. The sales manager even came up to me and offered his apology, unsolicited, stating "I see you have been here for a while, and I apologize, we will take care of you". This was way more than I have ever experienced at a car dealer.We ran the numbers and it was more than I was expecting, and could afford, we tried everything to make it work, unsuccessfully. Then in a completely unprecedented effort on everyone's part, a slightly cheaper model was found, in a different color (which I liked more actually). More numbers were ran and we got me taken care of.HOWEVER, that was STILL not enough service for these amazing people. Manuel, who was off about 5 HOURS ago at this time. TOOK me to the new car and proceeded to explain the differences to me to ENSURE I knew and understood why it was less expensive and that it SATISFIED me.ALL in ALL, there aren't numbers to rate my experience high enough for the service I received:Manuel Rodriguez, Bismark Colombiet, Tania ? , and the sales manager (who's name I can't remember at this time), all deserve at least an 11 on a scale of 1 to 5.I have already started telling people.

I drive a 2005 Toyota Tacoma and always have it serviced at South Dade Toyota. My truck was recently vandalized and my tailgate was stolen. When I took my truck into South Dade Toyota to have the tailgate ordered and replaced, my nerves were raw and I was frazzled about the damage that was done to my beloved truck. I met "Tito" (Mr. Asterio Monteagudo) on that date and he kindly listened to my concerns about the safety of my truck and my rants against the "thieving heathens" who had vandalized it. He was very sympathetic and shared with me solutions for keeping my tailgate safe in the future. He ordered the new tailgate and when it arrived, his crew painted it perfectly and installed it on my truck. However, Tito and his crew did not stop there. I had purchased a "gatekeeper" and a "pop 'n lock" to prevent future theft and Tito had his crew install them so that I wouldn't worry about another tailgate theft once I drove my truck away from the collision center. In addition to those things, Tito noticed that my truck wasn't starting properly and he offered to test my battery for me. My battery had not been replaced since I bought my truck in 2005 and Tito received a "replace battery" reading. When he informed me of the results, I told him that I would take my truck to the service department after his crew had finished with the tailgate. Tito informed me that HE would replace the battery for me and after he accompanied me to the service center so that I could purchase a new battery, he hand carried it back to the collision center himself and installed it into my truck so that I would not have to wait an hour or more at the service center to have it installed. Although I have met other nice employees at South Dade Toyota, I have NEVER had the level of service that was provided by Tito and his crew. I know that they went far above and beyond what they were required to do for me and my truck and I am more grateful for the excellent service that they provided and for their kindnesses, than I can express here.

I've been going to South-Dade Toyota since summer of 2006 (when it used to be called Armstrong Toyota). Service Advisers Craig (and Mike) are always knowledgeable and willing to explain what's wrong. One time I had problem with my battery. After running the diagnostic test three times it came up fine so I did not have to pay for a new battery. My most recent experience was with an expensive part that should not have failed. When I called Toyota Corporate, I got a reduction on a portion of the price for the replacement part. All in all they will treat you fairly.

I was contacted by Jose Lazo about my issue and was glad to see they were willing to correct my problem. I live 4 hours away from their dealership so coming back down to get the AC fixed was less than ideal. Jose and South Dade Toyota paid for a dealer near me to fix the AC on my new car and even paid for a rental car when the car was kept over night. Although my original experience with South Dade Toyota was not a good one, Jose's actions to remedy the issue lead me to believe that my experience was due to one rouge sales associate's actions and it was not indicative of how South Dade Toyota routinely does business. I am now happy with my purchase and, as long as it wasn't the same sales associate, I would recommend South Dade Toyota to my friends.

Knowing this now, it makes sense why the sales guy drove the car to "clean the windows" and "get a forgotten floor mat" before I got in the car for a test drive and when leaving the dealership. He was clearly driving it to make sure the A/C kicked in! The A/C has had this issue every morning since the day I bought it, they clearly knew it was an issue and tried to get away with it. Luckily, I bought an extended warranty from my credit union and don't have to deal with these people anymore. Buyer beware!

Wow, their service was terrible. I cannot explain the amount of disgust I have for this dealership. These are some of the most unethical salesman I have ever encountered in my life. They lied to me repeatedly. They say whatever they can to get you into the dealership and pretend that they can work with you, but when you meet with them its a different story. They ran my mother's credit unnecessarily, and lied to us saying that we could finance the car with our own credit union. But when it was time to purchase, they claimed they couldn't do the deal with our credit union. They said they would only do the deal with their credit union which carried a higher interest rate for a longer term.

Mr Craig is my regular go to guy for service. He is very professional and I feel a great sense of trust when speaking to him. I have been servicing my van for about five years with him. I always leave Toyota satisfied that I can drive my children in my serviced van . Safety is number one for me. The cashier Anitza is very nice always happy to assist me with cashing out once my vehicle is ready. This dealership went above and beyond any customer service expectations. They were the most pleasant dealership I have worked with. Jennifer was professional, efficient and extremely helpful in every aspect of this sale. I appreciate everything she did to assist me. Eric drove the vehicle to my home to pick me up and then to my local bank(over 4 hour drive one way) with all necessary paperwork ready to go. This exceeded any expectations I could have hoped for. To top it off, the vehicle bought(bought unseen) was in perfect condition and everything Jennifer told me it would be. A great experience at a FL dealer! Robert had great customer service skills. He made us feel welcome even though it was our first visit. Time it took was exactly what he promised. Waiting area was nice with computer stations and a TV. Both myself and husband were prior employees at a Toyota dealership in another state and we were incredibly happy after leaving with the experience at South Dade. Thank you! We will be back if we need anything while we are in FL!

I love taking my car for service at this dealership. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. They also have a comfortable waiting area with TV, vending machines, and coffee:) I was attended by Robert Perez on a recent visit and he was very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend this dealership for service.

Make a deposit for a Special Order. 3 weeks later the did not make the order to Toyota. The only god thing was that they return my deposit 2 weeks later. Overall 5 weeks lost. I would not recommend this dealer.

Just posted my review:I have been using South Dade Toyota for 10 years for service on my 2002 Sequoia. Even though everyone says you should never get service done at a dealer as they always try to up-sell and don't perform the service as promised. As a result of Craig Koning I have complete trust. He is a true professional and it is very much appreciated.Caig is always one step ahead in recommending maintenance and knows every detail of each vehicle. Joe does amazing work in the shop as well.I highly recommend you use this dealer for service and ask for Craig. He will be on your side from the get-go.

15,000 check-up and retoration on front headlights. Craig was very helpful suggesting the restoration process for my 3-yr old Yaris - now it looks show room new again.Came home and my son saw the finished product and I called Craig to see if I could bring his 2005 Dodge Neon for the same headlight restoration. When we got there Craig ws at lunch. At first I was just standing inside waiting to be acknowleged and then Robert Perez came in and went ot look for Craig - couldn't find him so he called and found out he had stepped out. Robert was so kind and cared about providing service.Both Craig Koning and Robert Perez are most definitely Toyota's example to follow for customer service and satisfaction.

The purpose of this mnpte is to price South Dade Toyota Auto Repair Department for always providing an excellent service to us, especially when finding an elusive problem with our vehicles.My wife Beatriz drives a 2003 Camry and I drive a 1996 Camry also. Due to their great assistance we only service our vehicles at South Dade Toyota.I always receive a great support from your Services Advisors and during this holyday times and when the economic situation is a bit difficult in our entire country, I have the complete trust knowing that if any repair is suggested it is in fact needed. One incident that comes to mind is the day in when my wife had a break down at the Florida Turnpike. After contacting AAA for assistance, I immediately contacted your service department advising that my wife was on her way and that I also was in route to say location. Upon my arrival my wife Beatriz was already there, the vehicle inside the shop. My wife had nothing but good comments of the manner that she was greeted and assisted after being exposed to the summer sun for a long period of time. Things like this I never forget.I would like to wish you a Happy New 2013 and through your office extended to the Managers and Service Advisors that comes to my mind at this moment as Mr. Sergio Rodriguez, Gilberto Castro and Michael Williams including the Automotive Mechanics that even though I am not aware of their names I am very positive that have provided the repairs and maintenance preventing future mechanical problems.Thank you very much for being one of the good ones. Tania Pinero from the Internet Departmet help me answered my questions and schedule an appoinment to go in person to the dealer. the prosses was fast since I had alreayd negociate price and select the car nd I left happy. I just purchased a at South Dade Toyota and had a great experience! I had looked at other dealerships in the Miami area, but the staff here was by far the best I came across. If you get a chance to work with Jose Lazo he is great, very personable, knowledgeable and will work to get you excatly what you are looking for.

I bought a 2008 Toyota sienna with 77k miles, I asked if it still had any kind of warranty the salesman and the finance manager said not to worry that it was a certified Toyota . That any problems with it that Toyota would take care of it but that my van was fine and that there was nothing to worry about. Well I have a $369 monthly payment and 3 months after I have this van it broke down. I took it in to Toyota , I was told it needed a new water pump and the rack and pinion a total bill of $1150.00. And that my van was not certified. I don't have the money to fix it I called Toyota for 3 weeks already every day and they are not doing anything about it. I am very disappointed all they want to do is sell at the moment any not follow up with their customers they don't care in keeping a customer . So beware and go somewhere else where they do care about you and your business.

Family owned New Management its all a joke. This dealership is a prime example of all the negative stereotypes of car dealers and of South Florida wrapped in one. They count on you not know what the car value is and take advantage of you because of it. Before you buy a car from them, before you even go to their dealership do a little research. Start with kellys blue book, Edmunds.com and look up the car average paid price. Then go to truecar.com. Compare the 3 numbers. Read through what truecar.com has to say about dealer incentives and pricing. Now the prices and story they will give you will seem like a joke. Then there will be a lot of confusion. They will speak in Spanish if they think you do not know it. Then more confusion. Then a story that the price is so low because of their low overhead. Dont play the game. A car dealer can do just fine on 3-5% profit. This dealer aims for 10%. Shame on them. When they go out of businessthats probably the only time you will buy a car at the average price the rest of south Fl pays. My advice, go to Hyundai. The story and price did not change through the buying process. No confusion.

I HAD A LEASE ON A SATURN VUE THAT WAS ENDONG ON JANUARY 8th AND I WAS OVER THE MILES. SO I CAME TO THIS DEALER CAUSE I EXPLAIN TO THEM OVER THE PHONE ABOUT MY SITUATION AND THEY SAID THEY WERE GONNA HELP ME WITH THAT. SO I TOLD THEM THAT THE ONLY REASON I WOULD BUT A CAR FROM THEM IT WILL BE IF THEY COULD SOLVE MY PROBLEM WITH THE OVERMILEAGE ON THE OTHER CAR. MONTHS AFTER I START RECEIVING LETTERS SAYING THAT I OWED AN AMOUNT OF MONEY BECAUSE OF THE MILES ON THE OTHER CAR, AND WHEN I TALKED TO THEM THEY JUST WASHED THEIR HANDS SAYING THAT THEY WERE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT BECAUSE THEY HAD NOUGHT THAT CAR AND THAT WAS IT. SO NOW I HAVE THAT DEBT PLUS THE CAR THAT I BOUGHT FROM THEM. VERY IRRESPONSIBLE AND LIARS.

I went to the dealer and bought a 2007 Camry on 5/9/12. I love that car but after purchasing it they forgot to get the ash from me and called me and told me they had the 2nd key for me here and to come pick it up and I said mail it to me and then he stated he forgot to get the cash form me so I said I about an hr away so I can mail it to you and he (Ruben) said I would need to pull over because he needed it now or they would note my car a s a repo in the morning so I had to pull over for an hr then he stated guy didnt bring the key yet so he would mail it to me, then about 2 weeks after purchasing the car they called me while I was in the hospital asking me for a phone bill and I stated to them I do not have one so Rick said they would try to waive it (never heard from them again) then I received a letters from my former finance bank 6/4/12 that I owe 1 mo on my car so I called to asked Rick the financing manager and asked him whats going on with the payoff and my key, they told me they need a phone bill again and he said hes was working on it AGAIN and Ruben was working on the key and that he didnt have to deal with this crap it was the sales person problem but Ruben was never available and never picked up the phone. They were very rude, never followed up with you, made excuse after excuses and NOTHING was getting done so I call the financing company myself on 6/7/12 to explain to them I didnt have a phone bill and after 20min they said ok I was approved and call the dealership it should be in there system in the next 15minthats all they had to do!!! NOW (6/14/12) my tag expires 6/15/12 so I went to the DMV to renew and they said that they never received transfer paper work form the dealership, this is over a month since I purchased that car and they still havent sent my transfer paper work??? I called and spoke to Ruben and he said he working on it, never called me back to follow up called him a few times NO ANSWER had to speak to someone in accounting and she told me they are getting the tag but I would have to pick it up which is 1hr and a drive away and she would see about mailing it. Last I heard about paying the balance on my trade in car, is that a check was mail and while its in the mail my pervious bank is calling me and has lowered my credit score due to 30 day delinquent bal. This is very frustrating, I had a horrible experience here and would not recommend this dealer ship to ANYONERUN!!!!! *unprofessional, rude, not helpful and just wants the car off their lot and then there done with you. NEVER AGAIN!!! Still dnt have my key, my trade in isnt paid off and my car was purchased 5/9/12 and it 6/15/12.

Sales person called me for days to buy a car here. I was offered to pay the remainder of my lease in lieu for a trade in. I went to the dealer and bought a new Camry 2012. I love that car! But now I am receiving letters from my former finance bank that I owe 2 mos. I am calling the dealer, the sales person, the acctg dept and NOTHING. Last I heard - over a week ago, is that a check was mailed. But now that I need the check info, they are all MIA and not returning my calls. This is very frustrating. This is my 5th car and first time that I had this horrible experience. Eager to sell but run when a problem needs to be fixed. *** Update ***After long agonizing 6 weeks, finally I got a response. They are honoring the deal, yay! but they are cutting the check in bits and pieces. One payment now, and one in 15 days. Anyhow, at least they are honoring their word. Therefore, I have modified my previous rating.

This was by far the best experience I've ever had in buying/leasing a car. Usually it takes all day to complete the paperwork etc that goes along with it. Sometimes at the end you leave without a car, or without getting exactly what you wanted, or you are so tired and aggravated from sitting in a showroom all day you take what you can get and leave. I was able to get exactly what I wanted and still be out in time to enjoy the entire day in my new car. Jose was so helpful, he made the process so easy and fast. Everyone at the dealership we came across was very pleasant and accomodating. I have never been in and out of a dealership so quickly and painlessly. I have already been giving out recommendations to my friends & family. I will definitly be back.

Years 1984 & 1988 I purchased my 1st & 2nd Toyota from this dealership. The experience was fantastic then. Since then I have strayed 2 other times. It was time to purchase a new car and I was dreading to go to any dealer. So I returned to South Dade Toyota. Thank God I did. This was by far the best car shopping experience I have ever had. I was greated promptly when I arrived. The staff was friendly but unlike other places they were not pushy. They listened to my needs and were able to accommodate me. I drove off in a beautiful 2010 car the same day. I do not know why I every went to any other dealer.
