I bought a 2010 F150 from Southwest and I took it in for the motor ticking. They looked at it and charged me 30$ to tell me that the truck ticks. If I could take it back and go to a different dealership I would in a heart beat

My car had broke down and the repairs were more than the car was worth. I looked at Southwest Auto Sales inventory and spoke with a Salesperson. All staff were very nice and very helpful during my process of purchasing a car. The finance staff worked very hard to make sure that I had the best opportunity available. I will recommend them to all my friends and family.

I purchased a Yukon Denali at Southwest Auto from PK. The check engine light came on before I got home, 45 minutes away. PK told me to bring in and they would fix the issue no matter cost. After 3 weeks, I was told that the warranty wouldn't cover and there was nothing they could do. Eli's story kept changing and after taking to another shop, it is getting a new engine. I have only been able to drive vehicle 4 times in the last two months. After contacting Eli again to see if they would help cover my out of pocket cost as they said earlier, I was told that they would not since they knew I would not be a future customer. Warranty did cover repair, but did not cover rental car. Southwest did provide 3 different loaner cars for the 3 weeks they had my yukon (and didn't fix anything), but I had to cover the other 3 weeks. Save youself a headache and go onto town to a more reputable and trustworthy dealership.

I found a truck at this dealership that I was interested in. After about 2 weeks of emails and phone calls, I arranged to get off of work early to drive the 40 miles one way to this dealership to test drive the truck. It was time for the dealership to close when the salesman finally brought back the numbers for my trade-in. I felt pressured to buy the truck on the spot. I told the salesman that I needed to talk to my wife and to talk to the bank, and that I would call him the next day. The next day, while on my lunch break, I called the bank and made arrangements to purchase the truck. I then called the dealership and was told that they had sold the truck. I understand that they are in business to sell vehicles, but with the time and gas money, I feel that they should have given me the first opportunity to purchase the truck, or should have informed me that someone else was interested in it, if that was the case.

I really enjoyed my truck buying experience at Southwest. Raul is very in tune with the vehicles on the lot. He was very courteous and professional and had the answers to all my questions. They are a very female friendly Shop. A lot of places take advantage of women buyers but Raul was very respectful and repeatedly asked me if I had anymore questions. A very highly rated place to buy a vehicle and I love my 2011 F 150 I purchased. Great inventory! I am sure anyone could shop this lot and come away with the car they want. Kudos Southwest! You have a customer again should i need another vehicle and I will definitely be referring customers your way.

We recently purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Southwest Auto Sales. Our salesman, PK, was pleasant to work with and everything went smoothly. Price for the Jeep was good, especially when compared to surrounding area dealerships. Also received a good value on our trade in. My wife was ill at the time and PK sent home chicken soup for her. I can not tell you how pleased I am with my new truck or the experience I had dealing with PK and the fiance manager. They really went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable with our purchase. Sorry I but I got so excited I couldn't remember whether the fiance manager's name was Ernie, Eddie or something else. All I knew was it started with an 'E'. anyways even when I had something pop up that needed to be fixed once again the extra mile - they didn't make me drive all the way back to them, which is about 1.5 hrs away, they worked with one of my local dealers here in MY HOME TOWN and got it taken care of. now that's customer service! I tell everyone I know looking for a new used vehicle to try Southwest auto and ask for PK, it's definitely worth the drive!

I was on the market for a 3rd row seating vehicle for my 4 person family. I visited their website and found the perfect one. I was upside down on my impala and they got me out of that with the 3rd row Chevy Traverse. The trade in was simple and easy and only spent couple hours at the Dealer Ship. I couldnt be more pleased to to have a Chevrolet Traverse. Austin England was my sales guy and he did a great job figuring everything out that needed to be done to make this deal happen. I wasn't sure about having a car payment right now, but really needed something cause my other car just wasn't working all that good, needed alot of work done to it. My daughter told me about southwest auto, some of our good friends like family work their. So we were just going to look, cause my boyfriend wasn't along. I knew what I wanted but with my credit not being good I knew it wasn't going to happen. But we were given PK, very nice and polite, very helpful. He took my information and told us to walk around and look, came back and had a couple of choices yo help me restart my credit, like I said it wasn't what I wanted but he got me a nice ride, with good payment range that I can afford. Told me to come back in 8 months or more and I would be able to trade for anything I wanted as long as I kept up on my payments. Seamless process for sure....I usually don't like buying from dealers but they are a small group and I didnt feel like I was overwhelmed by the process. I would buy from them again.

MY name is Robert Smith, I would like to share my experience with Southwest Auto. First of all, I have done business with them in the past. I had purchased a 2004 Dodge Durango from them, a 2008 Yamaha V-Star 1300, in which I was very pleased with everything! Unfortuneately I had a major problem with the Durango, no fault of theirs by any means, but when i explained the problem, they were there to help, and they DID!!!! Even though they had no obligation to do so!!!! Then low and behold I totaled the Durango and had to shop again for another vehicle. Yes, you got it, back to Southwest again!! Now i"m driving a 2005 Dodge Ram 4x4, and I have been very happy with it!! Just recently, my fiance's son totaled her car, and of course, back to my favorite, Southwest Auto!! She is now driving a 2012Buick Regal, and is very pleased with it!!. Overall, my experience with Southwest has been extroadinary from the beginning, but with the the 2012 regal, PK, my salesman, made my buying experience not only a pleasure, but he showed his inner self and made me feel like I was a real person, not just a customer that wanted to buy a vehicle. I don't know abut anyone else, but that means everything to me! Not only did he show that he cared, he also went over and above to take his time with me and listen to what i had to say. He was not pushy at all, and he was very considerate to what I had to say. Overall, PK saved me money by getting me a lower interest rate, handled the sale with experience, and in a very timely manner. So if u want a reliable vehicle, a great salesman to sell it to you, then go to Southwest Auto and ask for PK, and tell him that Robert Smith sent you!!!!

I felt that I was between "a rock and a hard place" until I walked into Southwest Auto. A friend of mine (whom I used to work for) is now employed there. His name is P.K. Datta, and he treated me like the queen of his world. I'm 67 years old and never thought I could afford a nice car since my credit is not so good right now. He made it happen for me and I will be eternally grateful to him. I'm glad Southwest's policy includes maintenance check ups with oil changes and tire rotations. That will save me even more money. Most of all P.K. explained to me how to raise my credit score within the next year. No one ever took the time to explain this to me. I still felt that I got an excellent interest rate even though I will be able to come back and get an even better one in a year! God bless P.K. to help me out and put me in a car that's beautiful and one that I can afford. Also want to mention his financial man for allowing P.K. to help me!

I am 22 years old and have been driving an older vehicle for a couple of years. When it was time for me to find something newer, I had to do it on my own due to my parents living miles and miles away. I have never gone through the car buying process before (especially on my own) and had no idea how difficult and time consuming it would be to find the right vehicle at the right price point! I wish I would have gone to Southwest Auto first!! I must have visited a dozen other dealerships in Fort Wayne and Indianapolis and none of them were any comparison to Southwest! When I walked up, PK greeted me and was having the jeep I had found on cars.com washed and ready for me to test drive! I test drove a second car and felt it was a better fit for me than the first. PK made the entire process soooo easy for me! No pressure, no rush and the Southwest team found me a great monthly rate! PK even shared some personal stories with me after I explained to him that I was alone because my family was so far away. I appreciated that so much. We purchased a 2011 Chevy Silverado back in June and could not be happier... great selection of quality trucks and cars. The people friendly and helpful... (I believe their names were Kenny & Paul). The no pressure approach was greatly appreciated... but the real pleasant suprise was the day after we had finalized the deal... we got a call from SW Auto saying they found us a lower interest rate than the one we had already signed for... I was a first-time buyer who literally had no idea what I was getting into. As soon as I pulled up to the lot, PK was there to greet me and my boyfriend with a huge smile. He was willing to work with me, knowing that I was a first-time buyer, and needless to say I was incredibly lucky to have had the experience of working with him. I needed a car that was around a 230 dollar payment and even though it was hard and I felt like giving up hope at one point, PK was able to do that for me. He is a wonderful man with strong Christian morals and values and I knew I was in good hands. He never pressured me into buying the car even when he went through a lot of work to get me the car I wanted. He told me to "follow my heart" and if I was not committed to buying the car then I shouldn't, but the offer and the hard work PK and the staff at Southwest Auto was hard to pass up. I ended up buying the car and I absolutely love everything about it! If it weren't for the staff at Southwest Auto and especially PK, I would not have been able to have the nice car I do today. I work in the auto parts industry, so cars and car sales are something I deal with on a daily basis. I went in to Southwest a few months ago looking to make my first purchase from a car dealership. I was skeptical at first, everyone hears things about used car salesman. PK helped me immediately after walking through the door, took our information and asked what we were looking for in a vehicle. He laid out a few different options and clearly explained the reasoning behind every one of his choices. He had me test drive a Chrysler 200, then we talked about my issues with the vehicle and I told him I was interested more in a 300 model. He happened to have one with the engine I was looking for (3.5L V6), let me test drive it, and told me even though the check engine light was on and the vehicle was not detailed yet all those things would be taken care of should I decide to move forward. This is the part I like about PK, his motto is "under-promise, over-deliver". A realist who is willing to work for you to get you in a good situation. Being this was my first purchase, and im younger (25) I was worried about financing and staying in my budget. He originally quoted me a worst case scenario for interest rates and payments, 22% and around $300/mo. I came back a couple days later, and boy did he meet his expectation of over-delivering. The car was repaired, and detailed as best as could be for the short notice. He was even able to get me 15% interest rate and payments at around $220/mo. Included in all purchases from southwest are free oil changes and alignments for quite a long time. This seems minor, but is a real money saver in the long run, saving at least $60 per alignment and $30 per oil change. They also have a 12 mo free replacement warranty on all parts. This means the EGR valve they replaced the day before i bought my car is insured for the next year. PK also had connections for many things such as insurance "its not what you know, its who you know". I work closely with other big lots around town like Preferred Auto and Bart's Car Store, both very good dealerships, but after my experience Southwest and PK i was so impressed that when my mother was looking to purchase a car to help her rebuild her credit, I didn't think twice about taking my mom to see him. Her experience with PK was exactly the same as mine. He got her better financing and payments than he originally quoted, was straightforward and clear in everything he said. Got her in a vehicle she was extremely happy with. He even remembered me and my father from the last time we were there. The $100 I got for myself for bringing someone back to him was just icing on the cake, I would have done it for free, in fact I knew nothing about it until he told me. If you're thinking about purchasing from southwest, I would strongly recommend it. I would also encourage anyone to deal with PK if they have the chance. If you tell him what you're looking for, what you're comfortable with, you will leave the lot happy, PK will find a way to make it work!

I recently took my car in for diagnostics and repairs at Southwest. Previously I had always taken it to the dealership for such work. I was extremely impressed by the knowledge of the mechanic ( Fred ), the quality of the work and the professionalism of their service dept. Thanks Gary. Great job. When I went to SW auto I had no idea I would have come out with a car that same day with my credit. When I went there P.K. greeted me and he helped me through the whole process. I had a unique situation since my credit was so bad. He really worked very hard to get me into my 2014 Toyota Corolla. He showed great costumer service and he gave me the opportunity to really boost my credit. I would recommend P.K to any of my friends who are looking for a good car. Absolutely incredible! That's all I can really say, I bought an 08 Mitsubishi Eclipse from P.K. Darts just a few hours ago and it was just an amazing first time vehicle buying experience. P.K. is super laid back and calm about the whole process and in no way pushy as I've experienced previously, I have terrible credit and they worked with me and I came out with very good monthly payments. This is the second vehicle we've bought from PK. His integrity and genuine interest in getting us into the right vehicle for our family is what brought us back to him, and he did not disappoint. We where upside down on our previous car loan and he got us into a 2013 dodge 1500 for 7k under bluebook value, and out of an upside down loan! I bought this nice looking 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 with 36,000 miles on it.Not knowing it had T.P.I.M problems that Chrysler fails to do anything about!!!.Purchased 2nd best warranty they offered on it is not covered.Total Integrated Power Modules control basically everything!!!!!.Should have known something when the remote start did not function???? Wonder if they knew it had this problem....

At point of sale everyone was my best friend....one day after the sale, I had an issue. I called the dealership and was promised by 2 different sales associates they would look into it...never heard back from either one....once the vehicle was paid for, seems they just moved on to the next customer. Very disappointed with the after sale customer service. If you buy here, make sure everything is acceptable before you leave...if not, you are pretty much on your own....

Upon arrival to the lot we were immediately greeted and with a warm welcome at that. We worked with Blake Patterson, and he did an excellent job working with our situation and budget. He provided us with all the possible options in our budget and specifics He wad respectful and not pushy or just out for a sale. The buying process was somewhat tiresome but it was all good a good cause, an awesome percentage rate to keep our payments right where we wanted them. The facility is upgrading now, moving their service station right on site and the building is beautiful. I would highly recommend working with southwest auto sales, and ask for Blake if he's available!

I usually dislike the process of anything having to due with sales personnel. The staff at Southwest Auto is the exception to that rule. Andrew was well informed, competent, and possessed the skills necessary to allow the customer room to explore their inventory. Even with several delays on my part with regard to a vehicle purchase, they were more than accommodating. I would recommend Southwest Auto without hesitation.

I recently purchased a vehicle from SW Auto. I cannot say I have had the best experiences in the past when purchasing a vehicle but SW Auto made this process very smooth and I got a great deal. I will recommend SW Auto to all of my family and friends.

My wife and I went in to this store on a Saturday, while they where very busy we got help right away. The salesman helped us pick out a car that had the options we where looking for. After driving the car we sat with them to look at payments, they where very friendly and easy to work with on meeting a payment that would fit into our budget. We left and where very pleased with our new car. On the following Wed, the finance person called us and asked us to come back in becasue they had gotten us a better interest rate. our payment dropped by over $20 a month and the months stayed the same. We where very happy with how we where treated and how easy it was to buy a new car.

Bought car, and was happy with the price until I drove it awhile. Back Brakes shot and cost $400. to repair. Now I have an oil leak and have to get it fixed, head gasket and turbo replacement. Have not gotten the bill yet but I know it is going to be alot. So i probly will not go back to this dealership anytime soon.
