Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I contacted them online regarding an RDX and was contacted within a couple hours. I scheduled a test drive and when I got to the dealership, I was greeted quickly and the car I was interested in was out front ready for me to test drive. Lynn was absolutely amazing with helping me purchase my new 2022 MDX... I was nervous and had literally a million questions and she was available for every. single. one. She dealt with me for a week and a half before I pulled the buzzar and she never pushed me into anything or made me feel pressured or like I was bothering her at all. The day I got my truck she stayed after to show me everything and made sure i felt comfortable. I will never purchase another vehicle anywhere else and when its time Lynn is the one to go to! She is a God send!!!!

Worked with Brian online to get a more than fair price on a used RDX. There were no games at all, the price he quoted me online was the price I paid at the dealership. I was in and out of there in about 1.5 hrs. Great people to work with, I highly recommend.

As a first time car buyer I was a little intimidated walking into the car dealerships but Bob at Spitzer was great. He called each time a car came on the lot that he felt met my requirements and budget until we found a match. He was very professional and I never felt like I was getting the "sales pitch". Each time I interacted with a staff member at the facility they were always extremely kind and courteous. Even when we showed up at the dealership to buy the car at 8:45pm, the entire staff was very friendly. I ended up purchasing a TSX and I am extremely happy with the car. Bob really made the process easy and for anyone that is car shopping you should definitely go visit Bob at Spitzer. I would highly recommend this dealership.

I recently purchased an Acura RDX from Spitzer Acura. This was my first new car in 11 years. Working with Jeremy Benson at Spitzer really made the entire process easy. I made a number of casual visits to the dealership before I was ready to buy and Jeremy offered a wealth of information and spent a lot of time with me talking about the Acura brand and the the vehicle. Once I was ready to buy I visited him again and he turned what was a very big/stressful decision into a very easy and low pressure sales process. On the day of pickup, he had everything ready, no waiting. We met briefly so that he could take all my customized setting for the vehicle. Went straight back to the paperwork. Once done, the car was sitting their all ready to go. He then spent a lot of time going thru all the features and technology in the car (Cars have really changed since my last car purchase). An overall great car buying experience. I would definitely recommend Jeremy Benson and Spitzer Acura for you next car purchase.

Know that my previous cars were brand new Honda Accord LX. Which I kept each for at least ten years. Then I found Spitzer Acura. What a pleasure! And I have the most beautiful car I have ever owned. My criteria in buying-Reliable, navigation system, nice wheels. Simple right? Guess what-an Accord with these options cost the same as a Certified Pre-Owned Acura MDX from Spitzer! Then, the Acura tells you what it needs. Knowing that maintaining my Honda kept me on the road, I thought-It's mechanical. Buy your dream car. Maintain it. Their theme "Life is hard, we make it easy" rings true to form. The Service Department at Spitzer Acura is Steller. Make an appointment, call with a service need. Jeremy went above and beyond to help me learn how to use the technology package in my Acura TSX. He is extremely knowledgable on all aspects of the technology. He also knew everything about the IPhone that I needed to pair with the Bluetooth. He was very patient with me, realizing that I am "technology-challenged". My experience was very upsetting overall. It was very clear that I was wasting their time as they did not want to review my trade-in or provide a write up of prospective payments for two different cars. I felt that they had it in their head that "this young female is not going to purchase a vehicle so lets get her out of here so we can deal with someone who will." I was spoken to with a poor tone, heard sighs and even observed them rolling their eyes. In addition to their poor social cues, I learned that they rated my trade-in lower based on failing to provide accurate information. Two things I learned from my experience at Spitzer Acura, I will never purchase a vehicle from them and I will never go to a dealership without my husband.

Initially, I had stopped by the dealer for some maintenance. While I was there I saw a TL that I was interested in. I walked in began speaking to Jeremy Benson explained my situation and he was attentive to my needs. During the process, I was a bit disorganized,Jeremy was incredibly patient and was willing to help in anyway to make the process easy and enjoyable for me, including finding me a place to get the info needed to get a new registration card, which I had managed to misplace. He also took care of all the setting as they usually do on my car, however, he customized them to my needs, all with a used car as well! He finished up the process by getting me updated cards, giving me a gift of a new key chain and pens. Without a doubt I would come see him again in the future for my car buying needs.

Browsing online looking into a new SUV and the Acura MDX caught our eye. Filled out an online form and had an immediate response. After some emails back and forth on specifically what we were looking for an appointment was set with Jeremy Benson. We were greeted the minute we walked in the door. Very pleasant welcoming atmosphere. We asked for Jeremy and he was there in a flash to take us to the vehicle we were interested in which was pulled out and ready for us! We honestly can't say enough about how wonderful he was. In our 20 years of car shopping he was by far the best salesman we have ever dealt with. He wasn't pushy, very humble, extremely knowledgeable of the vehicles and a genuinely nice person. He spent almost 2 hours showing us all the features and answering every question we had. Never rushed us or put the pressure on, it was truly quite enjoyable! After the test drive and presentation we were given a great price quickly and no negotiation was even needed. For a day that we were initially dreading, we were really impressed. Unfortunately at no fault to Jeremy or Acura, we weren't able to act that day strictly due to our current lease situation. We are completely sold on the MDX and won't be looking any further! We will definitely be seeing Jeremy in November when our current lease is up and giving him a most deserved sale. It's so refreshing to walk into a dealership that doesn't have that shady feel. Everyone was smiling and relaxed which made us relaxed. Having a great salesman and company to deal with is the perfect combination when purchasing a vehicle. We are looking forward to getting an incredible vehicle along with top notch service. No reason to ever look anywhere else!

I purchased my first Acura (the TSX, 2013 -new) in July of 13'. The sales experience was pleasant, honest and fair. The staff is friendly, helpful and concerned about a purchase that's right for the customer. We never mind waitning for either vehicle to be serviced since the waiting area is conveniently stocked with quick healthy snacks,a variety of beverages,and we can browse the news on the television,the computer,or catch up on some much needed time to read. I was given Bob Burke's name as an Acura salesman when looking to trade in my 10 yr. old Maxima for a gently used RDX. He was a breath of fresh air! I notified him of what I was looking for with specifics and asked him to "keep an eye out" for one to cross his path. He did just that! About 30 days later, he presented me with the exact RDX that I had been dreaming of. He didn't stop there...trade-in $, price of RDX, work done to the RDX, he worked diligently with/for me as his customer. I felt very confident with him while making this move to the wonderful world of "Acura owner"!! I have already shared, and will continue to share his name with those interested in owning an Acura! I had been in the market for a car so quite some time (over a year). The process can be very stressful at times, that all changed when I went into Spitzer. We went to Spitzer to look at the ILX Hybrid. Bob was extremely nice and helped us close the deal quickly. We traded in our CR-V and received a great deal, even more than we had anticipated. My first Acura - Bob Burke was recommended to me as the sales rep to speak with and they were right - on his day off - he come in to help me with my purchase and the next day he was extra help in taking the time with me to answer my questions and help me set up Te Tech pkge in my TL. The car is great and my experience with Bob made it even more reassuring in knowing I stepped in the right direction. Special thanks as well to Jeff for his help. I recently began shopping for a new car and visited many dealers. There was one salesman that stood out among all others, and his name is Jeremy Benson. I really felt that Jeremy was helping me shop for a car rather than trying to sell me a car. He was extremely patient with me as I asked so many questions. Starting price for a 2013 RDX was high and salesman assured us that they really don't go below that price; this was following time spent in the showroom and a test drive. A few weeks later, we contacted another local Acura dealer and got an quote via email from them that was less than Spitzer's price by $500 without ever leaving our home. Needless to say, purchased from the other Acura dealer, who spent a lot of time showing us how to use the tech package and gave us a better trade in amount as well.

I am from the North Hills and I was referred to Spitzer Acura in the South Hills based on their service. I have been researching slightly used cars over the last several months and I finally found a few (internet searches) that I wanted to see. Some were in the North Hills and some in the South Hills. I called a couple of places and talked to some people, but when I called Spitzer Acura, Alex Kazmier was very helpful and honest especially after I asked him his opinion on some vehicles as well as finding me the right vehicle to fit my needs. He truly sold to my needs. I continued my search and ended up coming to Spitzer based on the cars he had shared with me that we not only on the internet but also on the lot. Most of the questions I had he answered live and via text. (I like to text) He followed up immediately and continued to address my needs and wants. Based on his interactions, follow up, and honesty, I recently purchased a 2010 Acura TL Tech Package from Spitzer. The very good service continued with Michael Pirih, the Business Manager addressing my needs and answering all of my questions in a very detailed oriented way. He was complimentary to my kids who were with me and I appreciated the small talk in between printing the necessary documents. He made signing all the documents painless and I felt like I understood all the information. They both know their "stuff" and I have already referred a couple of my friends to them and thanked the person who referred me to Spitzer. I would definitely purchase any future vehicles with them even if I have to drive to the South Hills of Pittsburgh.

I purchased a new 2012 Acura TL from Spitzer and drive it home yesterday, after test driving that model and the 2013 Acura I-LX the day prior. This was unquivocally my most satisfactory (and least stressful) car purchase experience. Jeremy Benson accompanied me on my test drives; he demonstrated a keen knowledge of the vehicles and a genuine affability that is a rare quality in car salesmen. Following the test drives, Jeremy indicated he had a previously scheduled appointment with another prospective Acura buyer, and I then worked with Neil Campbell on the actual purchase negotiation. The handoff was done seamlessly and without delay. Neil handled the negotiation with professionalism and courtesy, and with a great result. Jeremy then spent over one hour going over the car's features and pre-programming dozens of settings in consultation with me. I closed on the purchase yesterday with Michael Pirih, who stayed late to accommodate my work schedule (and my desire to drive the car ASAP!). All in all, my experience at Spitzer was excellent.

Scott was extremely friendly and helpful in every way and made me feel completely at ease right from the start. After test driving the car and inquiring with my credit union regarding financing, Scott suggested that I may want to compare rates with your provider. Once again, Scott's wisdom and guidance proved to be a blessing as the inerest rate I recieved from you was better than what I had been quoted.After coming to an agreement on price, which was also a very simple and pleasant process, Scott passed the baton to Michael Pirih. Once again I found the level of care and quality of assistance to be truly impressive! Michael was thorough and took the time to ensure that I understood all of the options available to me so that I could make an informed and educated decision. His energy and friendly approach made the financing and paperwork process fun, which is actually quite amazing! I placed an add on Craigslist for a used Acura MDX that I owned and stated that I was selling a new or newer MDX. Dale Haramic took it upon himself to pick up the phone and make me aware of the offers they currently had on their lot. Had Dale not picked up the phone and called me I never would have purchased an SUV from them this past weekend. We arrived at 3pm on Saturday and moved the process as quickly as possible and ended up having 4 people stay almost 2 hours later than closing time to close the financing, detail the vehicle and make sure that everything was buttoned up. I will absolutely buy from them again.Neil Campbell was very thorough and even though it was late he made sure we went over every option possible within the financing process. No shortcuts were taken.

We were only looking at the TL with no intention to purchase. they had the car we wanted and negotiated a fair price. We had a great experience with spritzer Acura. The entire dealership was so friendly, and rob white was great! He was very helpful and took all the time we needed. When we drove our new tl off the lot, we were confident that we knew how everything worked. We're not that technology savvy, and he took slot of time to make sure we knew how everything worked before we left. Friends of ours recently bought a different make of car at a Pittsburgh dealership. Their salesman showed them very little about the car and told them they could go back to the dealership and take a class to learn about their new car. Who wants to do that? The dealership was spotless, and everyone was eager to please us. From rob to the financial person and the service department, I will highly recommend spritzer Acura to my family and friends.

When I went to Spitzer Acura with the intention of buying a new car, I was just about to graduate from college. I had stopped at the other Acura dealer in the Pittsburgh area (that was much closer to my home) on a few occasions prior to stopping at Spitzer and I found the sales staff to be completely rude and unhelpful. The one sales person there told me there was no way I would get financed without a cosigner (based on a limited credit history) and the other person acted as if I was wasting his time when I asked to see the car I was interested in buying (a 2011 MDX Advance). After 3 bad experiences with the staff there I decided if I was going to buy an Acura it certainly wasn't going to be from that dealer. I was out of town the next week, so sent an email with questions to Spitzer. I was quickly replied to by Mike Petro in sales who provided all the information I asked for plus some. When I finally went in to Spitzer, Mike took me for a test drive, explained everything about the MDX, and sat down with me to go over numbers. The deal I ended up getting was lower than the price I was hoping to get the car for based on my research. When I picked the car up, it had been completely cleaned inside and out, and Mike even spent an 1+ hours sitting in the car with me going over every function it had. The finance manager was also very nice and helpful. After I left, I was followed up with to make sure everything with the car was going well and to make sure I had no further questions. My experience with Spitzer and Mike Petro could not have been better. Mike was extremely nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. I certainly would recommend Spitzer Acura and look forward to working with them more in the future.

My new 2011 MDX Advance that I purchased in March of 2011 is the third vehicle I have purchased from Spitzer. I have driven SUV's for the past 20 years, but in 2009 I decided to buy an Acura TL with AWD. While it was a great car and a great value for the money, I did not like being in a car after all of those years in an SUV. So in January of 2010 I went and purchased a 2010 MDX Tech. My salesperson, Gloria, had left the dealership and I was greeted by her replacement, Bob Burke. Bob is an upfront, honest guy who knows a lot about the products he is selling. I really enjoyed my experience with Bob. So much so that, when I decided that I really loved my MDX but missed my Umber interior and really liked the wheels that came with the Advance Package, I called Bob back and told him that I wanted to trade in my 2010 Tech on a 2011 Advance. I told Bob what I wanted to pay for the new 2011 and what I expected on my trade for the 2010 over the phone, and Bob called me back within the hour to tell me that they didn't have the car I wanted on their lot, but they located it and were having it brought in. They told me that they would sell me the new MDX at the price I wanted (TruCar Fair Market Value) and that they would like to see my trade-in, but he thought that my price sounded reasonable (Kelly Blue Book "Good"). I took my trade-in to the dealership the next day and was givent he trade-in value that I wanted, no questions asked. They brought the new vehicle in for me, cleaned it up, and we went through the rest of the process flawlessly. Neil Campbell in the Spitzer finance office is a great guy who is very courteous and pleasant to work with and the paperwork was done very quickly with no additional services pushed on you at closing like some dealers do. Bob walked me through the car and answered any questions I had and I was on my way before I knew it. I have delt with the Service Department on previous occasions with my TL and with my first MDX and they are very knowledgeable and they get the job done right. With my TL, I had a problem with a sensor that they had originally thought was just malfunctioning from condensation, so they just reset it and it came back on again. So, without question, they ordered me a new one and put it in and I never had a problem with it again. With my first MDX, the only service I had done was my annual inspection, and the car was returned to me on time, washed. I know everything in this review is positive and that has been the majority of my experience with Spitzer. If I have one complaint, it's that they don't include free State inspections with cars you purchase from them. As you can tell from my username, I have an '11 Honda Pilot in addition to my MDX and the Honda dealer included free State inspections. Before purchasing Honda/Acura products, I had six (6) GMC products (Yukons, Envoys and Sierra pick-ups) and they all included free State inspections. My Dad owns an MDX and an RDX and his selling dealer included free State inspections. So I guess my one beef with Spitzer is that I still can't figure out what kind of "Luxury" car dealer doesn't do something as basic as include free State inspections with vehicles...especially vehicles purchased from them. Overall, though, I would not hesitate to recommend the Spitzer sales/service team to anyone I know.

I was shopping for a vehicle and stopped by their dealership to buy the car I was interested in. I found their approach very cold and rather rude! The price they quote me was a complete joke. While I do understand that a dealership has a right to sell a car at a price they think is profitable to them, this can be conveyed in a professional and courteous manner. I got the same car (including the trade in for old car) from a nearby dealership at a price that was $3800 less on the same day and with much more respect that any customer would deserve. Very disappointing experience. Would not recommend to anybody.
