I really do love my Kia Soul. It is fun to drive and I feel safe as I can see out of the windshield better than in a small car. It seems to be a very popular model. I purchased mine after seeing my cousin's soul and there are many Souls in the Bucyrus area. We see Souls of all colors every time we are out. My dad thinks we should form a Kia Soul club here in Bucyrus since we see so many of them. He also loves to drive my Kia. I have named my silver Kia the Silver Bullet. Very happy with my purchase and with Spitzer of Mansfield. Thanks for the great service.

Have always been leery of most of the large local car dealerships mostly with the unprofessional attitude and excuses they come up with . When we first found a vehicle at spitzers we were met at the last minute by Ginny Miller and Matt Moat almost at closing time , they had our truck ready for a test drive warmed up and ready to go! They treated us so nice and friendly without all the big sales hype. They sold us right away with the nice clean vehicle and honest information and presented us with a car fax right away they didn't try to hide anything. When I noticed the brakes were in need of changing Ginny offered to take the vehicle into there service dept. the next morning and have them check it out. She was right on the phone to me and said they were bad and they would completely replace the brakes all the way around with only charging us for the labor! Most car dealerships would have used the old ..."SOLD AS IS" tactic. When we picked up the truck ...again almost at there closing time they were ready for us with keys in hand as promised! We would deal with them again in the future for sure before going to the other big dealers (we had poor experience from others before) but spritzers was a great choice for us. Thank you !

I have heard good things about Kia products from people I know at church. I seen the ad in the News Journal on Sunday for the leasing on an Optima. I called in and talked to Pam about leasing. I came in today and drove an Optima and a Forte and liked Optima better. Pam was very pleasant and very thorough. I didn't get the impression that she was just wanting to sell me a car. I bought a Pontiac G6 from Spitzer Mansfield and I thought I was getting one heck of a deal, but turns out I got a horrible deal. I didn't know everything that was wrong with the car when I got it. They were honest about it needing a paint job, but that's about it. They had slapped on some new brake pads not even letting me know the brakes and rotors were pretty much done for. I need new front struts and a new axel. This easily costs $2000-$3000. No wonder the car was so cheap when I bought it. I have had this car for a little over a month and I have to get all this fixed now, because my car is considered unsafe to drive.

I purchased a 2002 Jeep Liberty on February 5,2014 it is now 03/18/14. The rear tail gate would not lock the day I bought it had to be taken back. IT HAS AN EXHAUST LEAK ON THE DRIVERS SIDE, THE A/S COMPRESSOR CLUTCH SQUEAKS I had to disconnect the electrical connection. The check engine light keeps coming on. I checked the codes with my code scanner I get code P0122, P0422, P0442, and P0455. Spitzer's service departent keeps telling me it is the gas cap. All they did was change the o-ring on the gas cap cleared the codes. The codes have come on again and again. I purchased a 2002 Liberty locking gas cap still have the same codes. P0122 is the throttle position sensor circuit, P0442 and P0455 are codes for the evap system small and large. I TOO CLEARED THE CODES THEY COME BACK ON IN A FEW DAYS TO A WEEK. I am very disappointed with the service at Spitzer. I purchased an extended warranty just in case of problems. My brother in law has taken the jeep to Spitzer 2 times now told them all that is wrong with the jeep. I even wrote down the codes. I FEEL ALL OF THE PROBLEMS WITH THE JEEP SHOULD HAVE BEEN SOLVED OR REPAIRED BEFORE i PURCHASED THE VEHICLE SO MUCH FOR THEIR VEHICLE INSPECTION.

I have never been one of those people who can walk into a dealership and just say "thats what I want...make it happen". I've been treated badly by most and most recently by another local dealership. This was not the case with Spitzers. I was immedialty at ease with my salesman, Dennis Couch. He welcomed me with a smile and set me at ease. He took me for a test drive in the car I was looking to buy. He took the time to explain features and how to use them, including the 4x4 option that I had never had before. Once back at the dealership he walked me into the showroom and sat me at a table offering me something to drink. He came back with paperwork and he went thru everthing in detail. We then moved into Mike, the finance man's, office. To my astonishment he was just as nice and very thourough with explaining to me the process and answering my questions. Once done, Mike shook my hand and sincerly thanked me then turned me back over to Dennis. With a big warm smile and a congrats, Dennis took me to sign up for my next free oil change. Then we walked to my new purchased. It had been washed and was ready to go. Dennis showed me a few more things about the car before extending his hand out to shake mine. This was not a hand shaking moment so I gave him a hug and thanksed him. I left there feeling warm and like I had made the best decsion for me. I will recommend Spitzers and Dennis to all my coworkers, friends and family as I show off my new purchase.

Great customer service. Pam was the nicest sales person we met in our car buying experience. Found the best car locally after looking at several places across the state. When I initially test drove the car there were problems with the back tire. They replaced it and fixed the brake the next day. I'm hoping everything checks out fine in the end. Ask plenty of questions, otherwise they won't tell you everything, but I'm sure it's the same way with any used car dealership. Overall, no complaints.

my husband and I came to this dealership not expecting to buy a car (esp. a new one). We had already visited another dealer earlier in the day and had very low expectations of finding an car. My husband and I were in looking at a used car and we wanted to trade our vehicle. Without getting any information about the vehicle the guy laughed at us when we told him what we thought we should get for it! Then asked what kind of payments we wanted and we told him what we thought and again he laughed at us!!! I felt belittled and stupid ! This man talked about himself the entire time we were on a test drive was very rude to my husband and all together a jerk!! I will never go back and will not refer any of my enemies to go there!! Oh and this vehicle was only around 13,000 and said on the sticker payment $209. We would've bought the car had the man been more friendly and ran the #'s to see what we could do ..but no so sale lost....
