I first went to the used car lot you have Cheyenne Auto Where I was introduced to Dennet Goehringer. She gave me excellent help in picking out a car in my price range. We went back to her off ice at Hyundai where she submitted my paperwork. She came back and said I qualified for a different car which was much newer. She did a terrific job and I would recommend her to anyone.

I have been in a few times before to get my oil change done but every time that I have been in and Seth has been there to help me it has been an excellent experience. He got me in in a timely manner and helped me get out in a timely manner he made sure that everything was performed correctly on my truck and made sure everything was in place before I left . Seth deserves a raise for sure.

I dropped my 2016 F350 off for its very first oil change and was greeted with pleasant smiles and happy staff eager to help me out with my oil change. Josh and Warren went above and beyond my expectations and had my truck back to me in no time. I would recommend this dealership to all of my friends that asked where I get my truck serviced. We are in Cheyenne, WY (from Columbia, MO) visiting our kids in the Air Force for Thanksgiving. While driving, we experienced an ear-piercing, metal-grinding sound from the front right of our Lincoln MKS. My husband went straight to the Spradley Barr dealership to have it checked out. They looked it over really good, removed the rock that was lodged in the brake system, washed our car and then wished a Happy Thanksgiving....no charge. The staff and management (Seth Perriton and Josh McGurn) were nothing both professional, courteous and quite helpful. We thank you very much.

We came to Spradley Barr just to 'look' and perhaps purchase a vehicle we needed. Christin came to us, we described what we wanted and then Christin provided us with 3 vehicles to drive. We drove the first and loved it to purchase. But Christin convinced us to drive one more vehicle. We did. And it was even better! Kevin, Shawn, and John are they guys to see when you go to buy your next vehicle. They are knowledgeable about there stock and if they don't have the answers they don't BS and look up the answer. Patient and fun and easy to work and deal with. Never felt pressured even on 5th different car or SUV we test drove. Kevin and his team far exceeded our expectations.

My battery was under warranty and needed replaced. I called and was able to get in the next day. I dropped my car off at 7am and was called back by 8:30am. My only complaint is that I left a message and was never called back, so if you don't get to talk to someone, you may up needing to call back.

Brandon D. Was our salesman and was very helpful at the time of the sale and since then when we have had tech questions. We have owned several Camrys through the years and have always had good luck with them. If this one is as dependable as our others we will be very happy. Curtis in service went above and beyond to help us deal with extended warranty work that needed to be done to our 2008 Fusion. Warranty was not purchased at the Ford dealership and to say the least they were very difficult to work with. Curtis's perseverance and patience was outstanding.

After more than 35 years, the atmosphere has finally changed; down to earth professionalism. Questions asked - people learning - salesmen to techs. I can only hope that it continues. Don't buffalo the customers - be honest, up-front, and if you don't know - don't act like you know - ask questions - learn. It's not difficult to acknowledge those that try to impress customers with what might appear to be decisive answers - even if they are wrong. Most of us know when you don't know. If you want to impress folks, be humble. So, keep up the good work, do what is right, do good, and never forget whom you serve - it's a good thing.

My family and I have known Cristin for a since 1996. Through the years our family has bought 3 cars (two Hyundais and one Toyota) through her. Each time her knowledge of the vehicles were off the chart. Yes the dealer is supposed to know the vehicles that they are selling, but Cristin goes over and beyond to make sure the customer knows the ins and outs of the vehicle specs. And makes sure the customer gets the right vehicle that fits their needs. Perfect example is when I started looking for another truck at around 2010, I went straight to Cristin to get all the facts on Ford and Toyota trucks that would fit my needs. She let me test drive each vehicle and did not push me to commit to a certain vehicle and rush to purchase one from 2010 until now. She knew exactly what my wants and needs were for a vehicle because she takes time to know the customer and make them feel at ease. So this past month I finally saw the truck that fits me to a T!!! I went to Cristin to ask if I could see the truck that just came off the carrier and right then and there she knew I was ready to purchase my Truck. So now I am a proud owner of a 2017 Toyota Tundra 1794 Edition. I would highly recommend Christin Sevchuk to my friends because I know she would treat them like family and get them the best deal!! I had been looking for a used truck for a while, found this one at Spradley Barr Toyota. Kline the salesman was great showing me the vehicle. Came back later that evening with my wife and Kline was just as nice with the both of us. We took the truck for a test drive, came back to the dealership and finished up the deal and within a short time, we were on our way with our new truck. The dealership was closed by the time we finished up the paperwork, but the job was done fast and professionally without any problems.

Person that checked me in was aloof and gave the appearance that he really didn't care. Did not go over the report when finished. 2 tires were marked with some age. This car is only over a year old with less than 12,000 mi. That should be a concern that 2 tires are wearing and no-one thinks it is a big deal.

Blaine and Spencer went above and beyond to get me a great deal on a Hyundai Sante Fe Sport. I am very pleased with the entire care buying experience. I had gone to several other dealerships previously and hated the experience because the salesman were vague, pushy, and non interested. Working with Blaine and Spencer was a completely different experience. They are very easy to communicate with. No gimmicks, not pushy and overall just nice people to work with! Took my car in for oil change & tire rotation. Came to pick up car, noticed they did not rotate, though they said they did. I got upset with service writer & wasn't very nice. They rotated tires & he came out & said "we put the worse tires on the front just like you requested". Then there was grease on my carpet & arm rest, didn't have time for them to detail as I was almost late to open my own business. Was promised manager would call. Instead less than 30 minutes later, service writer had his wife (or he did it) write a very bad review for my business, even though neither has stepped foot through my door. Contacted general manager and said he would find out IF the guy did it, I HAVE proof. He promised to have the guy call Monday (over a month ago) still waiting. Had the guy take down the post and never even got an apology. 3 strikes and you are out

Had a 2009 Kia optima and came out with a 2016 Corolla LE for a total of 74.26 a month more, to include the difference in insurance. No surprise, but my most recent experience at Quicklane was excellent! Seth and Josh were great. Got an oil change and tire rotation and was in/out quickly. Went over the vehicles report card when the service was finished which hardly ever happens anywhere else. My experience was outstanding.

I received a card in the mail as well as emails reminding me that my F150 was in need of the first 25,000 mile inspection. As soon as it hit the mark, I took it in and that turned into nothing more than a oil change and tire rotation. CON: A 20 minute wait for the shuttle to give me a ride to work.PRO: I was told that it would 2-3 hours because of the line in front of me. It was ready 20 minutes after I got back to work because they actually got it in fairly quickly.

We were traveling and ran into a problem with a gravel ridge on a dirt road that tore something on our undercarriage. We called the nearest service center, Spradley Barr in Cheyenne, who suggested we bring it in to have it checked out, which we did. We were put in the queue however we did not wait long before they checked it out and they fixed it straight away, at NO COST to us!!!! I couldn't believe it!!!! They even washed my dirty car and it was beautiful when we left!!! This place is awesome and I would recommend it to ANYONE for great, friendly service!!! Thanks!!!!!

Excellent work on the sale. Purchase was on Saturday, so perhaps they were short on help, but there were several minor, but annoying, shortcomings in the prep of the vehicle. Also was delivered without full tank of gas. Salesman courteously took care of that.

I have been buying Ford products since 1964 and I have encountered some pretty good sales people [and a few not so good] but I have never envisioned that there existed a car salesman of the integrity, personality, respectfulness and genuine concern to meet his customers needs until we met Robert Salazar. My wife Kathy and I went to this dealership with the intent to obtain information on a 2017 Ford Edge Titanuam which we wanted to purchase in early September 2016. Our conversation with the General Manager shifted to the Lincoln MKX and I told him after doing my research I could not find anything telling me why it was $10,000 plus higher than the Edge. He had Robert bring one up for a test drive and since he didn't have the dpec on the 2017 Edge, we saiud why not.From our initial meeting with Robert we realized the professional he was, truly concerned with ensuring that the customer's needs were metand that they were not being sold something they really didn't need or want. Robert spent the entire afternoon discussing with us what we wanted and did not want in our vehicle and then explained the benefits of having some and not the others. Never once did he attempt to high pressure us into purchasing a vehicle they had on the lot and told us several times he would be glad to locate exactly what we wanted.We didn't have an opportunity to meet the sales manager, Kevin Harris as it was his day off, but when we did meet him we again were highly impressed. In our opinion, Spradley-Barr is extremely fortunate to have these two highly profssional individals on thier staff.

We were pleased with our experience. Brandon was easy to work with and helpful, knowledgeable and made the process of buying our used car fairly easy. We are not typical car buyers and have not purchased a vehicle in over 10 years. Brandon walked us through, answered all our questions and we left feeling like we were treated fairly. last two times I had work done the person who did the repairs broke something on my car.First, a latch in the back and this last time they tore the strap on my "pocket purse" which was stretched between my front seats....I had to repair it and put it back on...Once again, I had to find this out after I left the dealership. There are a lot I like about the dealership, but, it is frustrating at times...

Ended up switching from a Veloster to a Sonata and am quite happy. I felt like they went out of their way to help me out all without any pressure to buy. Average experience. My recommendation; When a customer is standing at the counter waiting for help, and an employee comes in, they at least acknowledge the customer. I felt uncomfortable standing there wondering if I was being ignored, or employee was just too busy to realize I was there. After service I was asked to complete this survey. Not sure who helped me, but Warren Collins business card was attached to survey card.

I was reminded yesterday on why I drive down to Fort Collins to purchase my vehicles and not support my local business. I called last week 06/07/2016 and spoke with Justice who set me up for an appointment for an oil change and to replace my key fobs for Monday 06/13/2016. She told me Alaska would call me to let me know if they were covered by warranty when she returned to work. I had to call on Thursday to check to see if my fobs were covered by warranty. I was told again I would receive a call back. Alaska finally called me on Friday and told me that warranty would cover the replacement of my key fob even with the damage that was done to it by my dog. I asked her if she was sure and she said yes that she had checked on it. When I dropped off my car at 7:45 on 06/13/2016 one of the services reps told me that he was sure my key wasn't going to be covered by warranty. I explained to him that Alaska had assured me that they were covered. I told him I had to go to work and to call me. When he called he stated that I would only be responsible for the price of the fob and nothing else. I was very upset that they fell back on their word because I called multiple times to check to see if they would be covered by warranty. The bad service didn't end there. When they called me I asked if they would be done by 12:30 because I had a meeting at 1. I was told they probably would be and it shouldn't take that long. I called at 12:12 to see if they were done and the guy said no that it was next up and could take anywhere from 15 minutes to 40 minutes. I called again at 2:35 to see if they were done and the service guy was very rude saying no it wasn't and when I complained saying that I called two hours ago, he rudely said back to me that I didn't even make an appointment. I told him I did and that I would call back and talk to a manager. I spoke with Kevin who's response to me was an insult. He said think of it as surgery and that you would want the doctor to take their take and that is what they were doing to make sure it worked properly. If it were a surgeon I would expect them to not fall back on their word and to act professionally. He told me my car would be done by the end of the day and I told them I got off at 4:45. When I arrived at 4:45 my car still wasn't done and I had to stand there for 20 more minutes for them to finish up. If I could drive to Fort Collins to get my service done I would but I shouldn't have to.

I had an emergency situation on my way west of Cheyenne, and Steve Corso at Spradley Barr got me in promptly, and he and Mr. Henning (mechanic) worked hard to resolve the issue. This being our first time buying a car I have to say it was a pleasant experience. We were able to test drive the vehicle and take our time to consider our options. Both Brandon and Travis were very considerate, working around the needs of our baby who sometimes does not have the greatest timing. It was also a relief to not have been dealing with "pushy" car dealers. They showed us our options and gave us time to talk amongst ourselves in order to make a decision. We would defiantly shop at Spradley Barr again.

We made the 600 mile trip to Spradley-Barr to buy our 2016 F-250 Super Duty initially on price. The service when we got there was absolutely great. Cristin explained the owners manual and all options completely. She reviewed all of the unique features of our new truck, set up the hands free Sync, and made sure we were comfortable with everything before we left the dealership. Rob in finance did a great job of explaining all of the paperwork. This was absolutely the best buying experience that we've ever had. No pressure, great service. Shawn, our salesperson, was very patient in answering all of our questions and guiding us toward a vehicle that was right for us. He didn't try to pressure us in any way and even stayed late to help us out. Shawn was very knowledgeable about the various trucks we looked at. Both Shawn and Ron, in finance, stayed over an hour past closing to see that we could drive away in our new F150 that very night. All in all, it was a seamless, easy truck buying experience. We would definitely recommend this dealership.

I turned that down and started to walk out when he called me back and they went an alternate method. I have a 2015 Toyota tundra I purchased back in July of 2015 from Bob Mormon. Ironically I have a 2000 Toyota tundra that was in to be serviced. Oil change service and some suspension service and a tow hitch to be installed. The day I picked it up I took my 2015 tundra in to get its preventative maintenance done on it. It was during my lunch break and so I picked up my 2000 tundra to take with me back to work for the afternoon. Not more that 40 minutes later I receive a call from Andrew in service to inform me that my 2015 tundra is ready to go. Amazing group of people work and commit themselves to this dealership. Great service usually, and we have never had a problem until now. This time the passenger side seat was covered in dirt, literally looked like someone had crawled in there and not vacuumed it out. Then, when my wife asked for it to be cleaned the young man gave her attitude, and still left dirt. Gotta say, i love using Spradley Barr for my servicing needs and hope that this is a one time fluke.

We arrived at the dealership around the time of our appointment. We were sitting in the vehicle, waiting our turn to get inside and the service attendant came out and said she could move us in when the cars ahead of us were moved. She invited us to go in and enjoy the waiting area. My husband walked around a bit and I went and sat in the waiting area. They vacuumed the car, fixed the recall matter, and washed my baby (she was in a serious need of a bath after the snow we've had). She looks beautiful inside and out, and the recall problem was fixed, so we are happy little campers again.

They were very pushy. I went in telling them what I wanted and where I wanted my price to be. Instead of helping me find the vehicle I asked for they kept trying to push a more expensive one. I did finally get a vehicle I like but with no thanks to the finance manager(the the doing the most pushing). That being said, I never got my vehicle history I asked for, was never asked about warranties, was just given them instead, and in all was treated like nothing. I may be a first time buyer but trust me, this is NOT my first car. I will never go to this dealer again after being treated this way.

I financed a car for them in 2012 and I loved the service so I decided to go back. I found a vehicle that I really wanted and inquired about it. I was told I could come test drive it, so I drove an hour to get there just to be told it was already sold. I was upset, but the man helping me was nice about everything and he ensured me he had another vehicle I would love. He told me with $1000 down I could pick any car off the used car lot. I was happy about that. I found a vehicle that would fit the needs of my family so I started the paperwork for financing. As the man was looking into payments for me he looked at me and told me I would have to put $2000 down or else he couldn't give me the car. I was furious so he brought over his manager. I don't remember his name, but I am not sure how he is a manager. He was very unprofessional. He told me it seemed as if there was no pleasing me. I explained I had driven over an hour to get a vehicle, just to be told it was sold, then the be told I could get vehicle with $1000 down, to then be told it would have to be $2000. Needless to say, he was right about his assumption, there was no pleasing me. He said he could get me in a small car for $1000 down. I told him I was looking for a small SUV, that's what I drove up to get. He started talking louder and his attitude got worse then he was degrading toward me because of my credit score. I explained to him those were bills form long ago that were being disputed and he should be looking at the payment history of my prior purchase. I was never late with a payment and I payed more than my minimum payment each month. Needless to say, I walked out and told them I am taking my business elsewhere. About 15 minutes after I left I got a phone call wanting me to call them to talk. Sorry, too late for that. I am disgusted at the way I was treated and I will never go back there for a vehicle.

I had an excellent Salesperson and the Finance person was excellent. Everything went smoothly. They did all they could for me to help me get my pymts to what I could use but with another loan I had on the car that I turned over to them, my payment was pretty high. That is OK as I am out of that loan and now can start over again. The Hyundai Sonata 2013 that I only had a year was not working right and had too many blind spots in it to the point of dangerous to drive it.

Came in to look at a vw jetta got helped immediately. Test drove and checked everything out. Spoke with salesman and sales manager both very nice. They were closed before we even say down but they stayed an extra 2 hours for us. Sales manager made things right with our last purchase we made last year and tested us right very happy with the professionalism he had. This was my 2nd purchase through spradley and after this experience we will definitely be back again. Wife loves her 2014 jetta TDI.

I recently leased a Toyota Prius from Spradley Barr and the whole experience was a good one. But the service did not stop there. On Saturday mornings, you can go in for one-on-one instruction on how to work the electronics such as voice commands, how to show displays on the screen, set up controls. I had about a 45 minute help on the basics of working with the displays on the computerized settings and it was a really big help. Once again, the staff is eager to please and they are really interested in good customer relations. I highly recommend Bob Mormon, who helped me and who has worked with me in the past. You can't go wrong with Spradley Barr.

No one likes the car buying process. This was an exception. Dwight (sales) was respectful and personable, very low pressure. Mike (manager) went out of his way, and was fair and honest. Spencer (finance) not only closed out the deal quickly, but he worked to get me a better rate than I'd been approved for. They didn't budge much on the original sale price (it was a good price to begin with), but they did give me more than I was expecting on my trade. One thing I was dreading, that didn't happen here: during the close-out, I'd get pelted with a bunch of nickel-and-dime extras. In fact, they agreed to go over-and-above our original agreement! People in Cheyenne tend to think they'll always get a better deal in Colorado. After buying in Brighton, Denver, and Cheyenne, I can attest that based on the overall process, the integrity, and the fairness...the folks at Spradley Barr win hands down. Sure, if you like haggling over undercoatings and iffy extended warranties just to (maybe) save a grand or two, then you might prefer the CO dealers.

When entering the service shop I was immediately and graciously greeted by the assistant service manger Zack Stewart. Zack offered me help with deciding on what I needed to have serviced with my Lincoln Towncar - He made sure that my oil change alert on my dash was reset, that my oil change was propertly completed and that a through inspection was done. He sat down with me and gave me a thorough feedback on the inspection results. I was very satisfied with the excellent service Zack gave me. I felt confident that I was in the best of hands when I left the dealer. Zack is a great representative of the Spradley Barr dealer. They are fortunate to have him on their team. Excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE!

We decided to purchase our new Ford PU in Cheyenne. We have since sent several referrals to Kevin Harris, who excels in customer service. Seth Perriton and the service department have also provided excellent service, with Seth helping (after closing time) to check a low tire pressure one evening when I had to travel for a family emergency. Rob Elder was great, and did all of the paperwork and follow up that he said he would. I send many folks to your dealership, and will continue to do so with such excellent treatment.

I was thankful on how they approved me on car financing when I have no credit score at allsince I am new to this country. ( 10 months here )I first talked to John Austin on the phone for inquiry and then said I am pre approved on a certain amount but then I talked to him again the next day to be sure that I am really approved ( since I need a car badly ) before I come to see him on his office for a deal.He surprised me of saying I am approved with the brand new Toyota RAV4 2016 XLE, shockingly expensive I know for me cause I just wanted the 2014 or 2015 model of either RAV or Highlander or even with a low mileage on it thats the only one that I can afford this time.But yeah thanks to his manager Travis Brown for the approval of my car lease. I had some troubles with my new vehicle not working properly which was frustrating and caused inconvenience. However Bob Mormon who sold me the car did everything possible to make the situation more bearable. He even went as far as to come pick my vehicle up from me at work to take it in for repair. Bob is a great asset to Spradley Barr, he is the reason I would come back to purchase another vehicle there in the future.

The service staff at Spradley Barr helped me out during a road trip. They were courteous and competent and fast. They worked miracles to replace my two ruined wheels even though replacements were not in stock. Facing a four day delay to get factory authorized parts shipped in, I was in and out in about three hours! These guys saved the day - and my entire trip. I cannot thank them enough. They are FANTASTIC!

I got a great deal on a new Toyota Highlander recently. I was able to shop at home for a change instead of having to make the trek down to Colorado. Brandon has been very energetic and has gone out of his way to provide excellent customer service. His manager Travis also made sure to locate the exact car that I was shopping for. They were both very good about returning my email inquiries.

I have a 2014 hyundai sonata and had an oil change done. It didn't take long, maybe 30 minutes. I'm always grateful for the little extras like carpets vacuumed and a much needed car wash. Little interaction with staff but everyone was nice as usual.

The service staff is awesome. I arrived early for my appointment and they did not complain at all. They took me in the turn I was to go in. I was completely satisfied with the work they did. They changed oil, rotated tires, checked all the fluids, and did a safety inspection, as well as vacuuming the interior and washing the outside (which was filthy due to our dirt streets where I live). It was certainly worth a little extra time to wait to have all that done, and, I know they were very busy. There were several people in the waiting area, in addition to the military gentleman who got a lift to work. I am very pleased to give them top billing. They are always super friendly as well, which goes a long way when you are having a bad day. Thanks to all of you!!!

We purchased a 2016 Lincoln MKZ. Bob Morman was the salesman, and he was great! Bob "walked us through" and explained all of the features of our new car, which was of great help to us! We wanted a specific color and he was able to locate a car in the color we wanted at another dealership in less than 24 hours! He then delivered it to our home, and spent time going through the owner's manual talking about the "highlights" of the car. When he left that day he said to call him anytime and he would more than happy to answer any questions! We had a very pleasant experience and we will definitely return to Bob Morman at Spradley Barr again in the future.

Was shocked at how short a time it took. Facility was very clean but the waiting room was a bit dirty. It is winter time but that when extra special attention needs to be given. I waited in the sales side which was a lot nicer. Not sure what that says about how a customer is treated after a sale but it did seem like a stark contrast.

Took my 2008 Tundra in for new rear brakes. I had received a quote from another shop for $419, yet was charged $199.95 for the parts and work at Spradley Barr Motors. Not only did I save $219, but I got in and out in exactly the time quoted, along with having original Toyota parts. I would highly recommend this shop.

I had a nice, no pressure buying experience. I came in to buy a specific vehicle, but it was no longer there. My sales guy found what I wanted in Fort Collins and had it in Cheyenne the next day. Being a single female , I wasn't sure what to expect from the car buying experience. But all my questions were answered, and I was carefully shown all the features of the car. I hate to negotiate, so time will tell if I paid too much or buying an extended service contract was a mistake. I hope not. I'll let you know...

The service was great. I had to have a mud flap ordered and replaced and the service department asked me to just drop in when it was convenient. When I did stop in, one of my windshield wipers had broken and they repaired that as well. The cost was completely reasonable, the time it took to have it done was appropriate.

I'm terrified of car dealerships, having bought into the ideological misconception that they exist only to make money. Unfortunately, I bought a new car at a dealership which wasn't Spradley. At 12,000 miles my car began to fall apart. The other dealer refused to cover many of my repairs under warranty and even broke my skid shield. When I asked them to fix the skid shield, they used duct tape to hold it together.Skip ahead to this week. During a snowstorm, my skidshield dragged through some snow and the tape tore off. Parts of the shield were pushed up into the exhaust and melted, creating a chemically smell. Other parts of the shield dragged in the ground, making it impossible to reverse and drive in the snow.The next day, I went to Spradley Barr and Seth took great care of me, changing my perception about car dealerships. Spradley is honest and caring. They put me before making money for the company. My anxiety levels dissipated within an hour from the time I first arrived. My car is fully functional, again; and I will never take it to anyone else.

I totaled my car in an accident and was not prepared to buy another car. The whole process made me nervous. I worked with Brandon Dominy and he walked me through the process and made it extremely easy and comfortable. The amount of time that everyone took explaining everything was fantastic. I love the extended warranty option as well. I chose a certified used Mazda 3 and it looks brand new even though it's older! I have piece of mind knowing that if anything happens, I will be taken care of. I will never go anywhere else!

I showed up for my appointment, and they told me I was a couple days early. So I said I could bring it back, or it could sit for a couple days till they have time. They told me it was no problem at all, I got a call later in the day it was finished. I was totally surprised sure didn't expect to hear back from them so soon. My Hyundai had a recall and since I purchased it at Spradley Barr Cheyenne I scheduled an appointment to have it looked at. The recall notice stated that it would take 1 -2 hours to fix in the event that was needed. However, when I showed up for my appointment (I live 3 hours away) Jerry informed me that he didn't have me down and that they didn't have the parts on hand if indeed my car needed to be fixed. No problem ~ I enjoy visiting Cheyenne so scheduled another appointment day. Two weeks later I dropped my car off at 10:45 to have it inspected. Thought I could run some errands while in the big city. Waited 30 minutes for the shuttle car but it never showed up. Talked to Blaine in sales - he was wonderful - and he dropped me off where requested. Three hours later (at 1:45) I returned back , by shuttle this time, to pick up my vehicle only to be told it wasn't ready yet. Told Jerry that I understood but wasn't happy that it wasn't done. Because the shuttle wasn't available I walked over to the Home Depot. I returned back to the service center around 3:30 and guess what??!! Vehicle still wasn't ready to go. I was extremely unhappy at this time and tried to talk with Jerry but he walked away. I then visited with Scott - great person - who tried to help out. He didn't have an explanation for why it was taking so long. My car was finally ready at 4:25. I never expected that this service would take so long!! My suggestion would be for S-Barr to making courtesy cars available to out of town customers.

Our Honda was serviced. When we went to pick up our vehicle I had to ask an employee come and turn off the warning lights. I kind of figured that would have been done before pick-up. I also miss the car washes we used to get.

Just came in for a simple oil change, Seth took care of us and was super friendly and handled everything very professionally. He had a few suggestions of things we might want to do, but wasn't overly aggressive about getting us to do them which is a huge plus. He took the liberty of finding quotes for everything and said if we could find it lower he would match that, but again, didn't twist our arms about anything and only performed what we came in for with no hassle. Finally, I accidentally left my phone behind and Seth held onto it for me and kept it safe until I returned to get it, which was actually a few minutes after he normally would have closed. All around just incredible service and super easy to deal with, and can't thank him enough for going above and beyond to protect my property which I foolishly left behind. Definitely will go back to deal with him, especially when we get the work suggested to us done! Great service and greatly appreciate having dealt with him!

They took my vehicle in right away, was out of there in less than 45 minutes. Went over what they did on the service, but had to ask about the brakes and where were they on getting replaced? Inquired about the cost to replace the brakes, but the Service writer wasn't from the Toyota store and did not bother to try and get the info for me.

We purchased a 2011 GMC Yukon. We were looking to trade are vehicle in for something bigger and the Yukon fit our needs perfectly. That same day we had stopped at a couple other dealerships and no-one was willing to help us, but Spradley was willing to work with us. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only suggestion I would have is they should provide additional keys to the customer. The Yukon only had one key, it would have been nice to have two sets of keys.

After getting new tires on my car the price I was quoted was different than what was the total when I went to pay. Curtis did a fabulous job and got the total down to what I was quoted. I will always take my car out to Spradley Barr to get serviced. All of the workers are friendly and they try not to make you wait several hours for your car.

The Toyota representatives in the Service Dept. are always friendly and professional. The waiting area is comfortable and it is nice that they have free bottles of water. I just purchased my 2013 Raptor from Laramie Peak motors in Wheatland, they told me all services were completed and it was good to go. less than 500 miles and I took it to Spradley Barr for a front end alignment that was not done at Laramie Peak. What the service department also discovered was the transmission, transfer case, rear diff, and power steering were not serviced, a $900 bill and potential damage with further driving could cause. I can now go back and fight for what is right, and Spardley Barr has allowed that, thanks Seth!

This was the first vehicle purchase for my 21 year old daughter. She applied for her own loan and saved for the down payment. Carter was simply amazing. I told him this was a learning experience for her - first car, first loan...and so on. He took the time to teach her everything she needed to know about the car buying process. Average service. They changed oil, rotated tires, checked brakes. They washed outside of my car. I waited in the area they have designated for customers. No coffee or hot water for tea that I could find. Magazines were out of date. Good thing I brought my own book to read. They had my car serviced for $69 and it was done within the promised time. When I started the car (2009 Prius) the maintenance required indicator was still lit on the dash. They had to come out and take care of that.

I did not purchase this vehicle from Spradley Barr so I was a little concerned when I took my 2011 Edge in for an oil leak. Anthony was extremely helpful and wanted the service tech to determine the issue so we could determine how to proceed. To my benefit the problem was covered under to drive train warranty which resulted in no out of pocket expense. I have had service experiences with other dealers where I did not purchase the vehicle and although the addressed the problem, the service was placed on the back burner. This certainly not the issue with Spradley-Barr, the service was fast, accurate and everyone I encountered was extremely polite and very professional.

I brought my 2007 Lincoln Towncar to QuickLane at Spradley Barr for an oil change recently and the service personnel noted that my tires were wearing and my brake pads were in need of replacement. Seth took charge of overseeing the repairs and kept me properly informed of the actions that were being taken. A few days later, I had an alignment problem which he corrected for me within a time frame that allowed me to get to the school where I needed to pick up my granddaughter. When you take such a life-centered item like your car to a service center, and have no knowledge of what's going on back there or ability to understand the complicated mechanics of an automobile, it's comforting to know that the person you're dealing with understands your concerns and cares about you.

I have always had excellent customer service from Steve, Mike, and all the technicians who have serviced my car. The folks there are so courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable. If there's a mechanical concern with my car, they notify me immediately and give me an estimate and/or price for the service or part. Such as a new battery, wipers, or new tires. Additional problems were found while completing an oil change, and I appreciate those issues being brought to my attention. However, the cost associated with fixing those issues was over twice as much as it would have been at another mechanic shop in Cheyenne so I chose not to have that work completed there at Spradley.When I entered my vehicle after service was completed, everything digital had been reset. All my radio station settings, programmed seat positions, side mirror positions, heater settings, dashboard information that included trip miles driven/fuel used/drive time etc. were all gone. It was as if the battery had been completely disconnected. I've never had this happen on previous visits so I'm confused as to why it occurred this time. This was very discouraging as it took me quite some time to get everything reprogrammed to the way it was before my visit there.

Seth took good care of me in the Servicre Dept. There's always an issue proving that I have the Maintenance Agreement, so I'm always charged for the oil change and tire rotation until the manager looks it up and finds that I have the agreement. Seth says that the VIN number was typed in wrong when I signed up for the agreement and hopefully that's been taken care of. Other than that it was a pleasant visit and the quality of the workmanship is excellent.

Only remark I had was the constant stream of me and others all being told "service done in about an hour". While I was there for close to 2 hours myself. I dont know how long others actually waited. We were traveling to Denver from Casper and stopped for lunch in Cheyenne. Our truck overheated and lost all the coolant. We went directly to Spradley Barr Motors because it was already after 3:00pm and they close at 4:00pm. Fortunately Seth Perriton told us he would take care of us. We left the truck and continued with our trip. When we came back Sunday at noon. The truck was ready for us and the ticket explaining all they did was lying on the seat. Actually my experience with Spradley Barr began the night before my visit. My wife and I were coming out of the local hospital and found our car had a flat tire. I have never had to change a flat with this car, so had no idea where the jack was. My wife tried calling a tire store and they tried to help us but really to no avail. Just as I hung up with them, a couple came up to the car next to us in the garage and the gentleman asked if we could use some help. Of course we said yes and he proceeded to locate our jack and replace our flat tire with the spare. He told us he was a mechanic at Sprqadley Barr and if we came in the next day he would take care of fixing the flat. I did go in the next day and Seth Perrington took care of getting our care to the garage and said they w3ould get to it shortly. While I was waiting, the gentleman from the night before, Dennis, came by and recognized me. He personally took care of the repair and I was back up and running in short order and there was no charge for the repair! What more could a customer ask for?

Didn't come up to your place to buy a car, needed to get the one I had serviced. Walked around your lot and seen the car that I thought I liked. The salesman came out and wwe took it for a test drive and I liked it. Leigh was a very nice person to work with and got me the car in my budget range.The only downer was that whoever cleaned the car up could have done a better job and I was disappointed that I left the lot with only a quarter of a tank of gas. This is the first car I have bought that I didn't have a full tank when I drove off.

They did a great job getting the oil and fuel filters changed at the quick lube for my F250. The service department on the other hand is a disappointment. I had an appointment on 10/1/15 at 8a.m. to have my drivers seat to be repaired and the gaskets on the steering box replaced. This is the first time I've brought my truck in for a repair and will probably be the last. I was called by Anthony on Thursday, he let me know what the diagnosis was and how much it will cost. I let him know to go ahead and repair my truck. He tells me it should be done by Friday afternoon. I stopped by Friday afternoon only to have Anthony tell me the wrong gaskets were ordered and he would get the correct ones right away and his technician was working on Saturday and he would have him get it done as soon as they came in. Here it's 10/6/15 and my truck is still not finished. I understand that parts get sent wrong, in my industry it happens from time to time. When that happens to me, I do what ever it takes to get the right part as fast as I can to make it right with my customer. Even if it means eating the red label freight to get the correct parts in. You can say I'm pretty disappointed.

Given the fact that I brought along a gallon of antifreeze one would have thought the level would have been noted instead of a check mark on the report. The Service Manager is a complete professional.We have been in several times and switched to them because, frankly, we were tired of the poor quality at our Toyota dealer in Laramie Wyoming. This requires us to drive (round trip) 110 miles per visit but we trust the quality and honesty of the dealership and their technicians because they have never let us down. They also provide a courtesy wash which is a nice finishing touch.

Seth Perriton was so wonderful!! I came in with brake issues and described the problem. I wasn't quite sure what was happening, other than the brakes were squeaking and not working well. He told me that I may just need the pads replaced, but it was more than likely that there were other problems based on my description. I told him to fix whatever needed fixed and I'd pay the bill, upon which he told me that he wouldn't proceed with extra work beyond the pads without notifying me first. I really appreciated that approach. He called me about an hour later saying that I not only needed new pads, but also new rotors and asked permission to proceed. I'm so grateful that he kept me up to date and made sure that the work was completed quickly and seamlessly! Thank you, Seth!

My wife and I were looking to go from two vehicles to one as I am soon to retire. We were able to not only get good value on our two tradings, but were also able to get cash back to pay off a different bill to lower our monthly outgo. We leased a new RAV4 with the color we wanted and all the options we wanted as well. The salesman, Branden D. and the financial guy, Spencer G. were great. Branden took well over an hour going over the nav system, audio system and all the apps the vehicle came with. No pressure, yet very knowledgeable sales people may this a very pleasant buying experience.

I have a Mercury Mariner and took it to quick lane for "The Works" maintenance prior to a long road trip. All went well and was very quick and thorough. One thing-you should check the chairs in the waiting area for wear and tear.

I dropped the Lincoln off at 7:30 a.m. to have them check the brakes and do an oil change. All work was completed by 10:30 a.m. Courtesy shuttle delivered me to work almost immediately.

WAY TO GO Steve!!!!!!After 2, 6.0 Powerstroke diesel trucks that cost me THOUSANDS of dollars in repairs, I was ready to walk away from Ford, and AM finished with diesel engine trucks. Steve found me a low-mileage V-10 Superduty that is PERFECT for what I want/need. I am now happy to say I am still in the Ford family.

I had gone in for my one year maintenance on my Toyota Tacoma, and had asked the gentleman that did the paperwork to put a note in there to leave the tires alone as I had recently purchased them. He did as I asked, and made the note on the paperwork. When I returned to pick up my truck, I thought nothing of it until I looked at the paperwork, apparently the technician that did the services to my vehicle decided to lower my Light Truck tires from 45 PSI to 35 PSI again, and thankfully he didn't rotate them since they had less than two hundred miles on them. I made a simple request and it couldn't be followed, so how am I supposed to trust the people in the service department to work on my vehicle?As for everything else with the one year maintenance, the changing out of fluids, oil filter, checking of the undercarriage, etc., it went great. So that's why I'm only going to give them a 4 out of 5.

2006 Town and Country limited, (used). Since I came by 7:30 in the morning, I didn't have to wait as long. The day before, admittedly it was the day after Labor Day, and it was going to be a 2 hour wait. So I came back yesterday. From what they wrote, we found we had to go to Chrystler for power steering flush so my wife took it in today and they said it was fine. So we will check the alignment and something else. Thank you very much for your service.

Being my first car I went in unsure about how this was going to go. As I arrived at the dealership a young man named Trent greated me very pleasantly. I explained my situation and that I was waiting to buy until I sold my truck. He understood and we test drove some vehicles and he almost got my girlfriend to buy a car out of nowhere. We left that day with no pressure to buy. The next day I was able to sell my truck and I went to the dealership right after. Sure enough Trent was there greeting me but he was busy with 2 other deals. But instead of making me sit down and wait he opened up the cars I was looking at and told me to pick my new car. It was getting late so I didn't think I would actually get a car a hour before they closed. Trent finished up his two other sales and came rushing over to help me. Pretty soon Trent and his boss Carter had me in a new Mazda3 at the price I wanted and they didn't even make me finish the paperwork that night. Trent personally washed my car because the washers went home. A few days later I came in to finish the paperwork and they got me a lower interstate rate than my bank had me at and Carter upgraded my warranty. After the paperwork Trent walked me through every feature of my car. It was a great first car buying experience and I got my perfect car.

I encountered an emergency situation in Cheyenne, WY, half way through a six thousand mile camping trip with my family,.Mike Noland, the assistant service manager and Toyota technician, Hinning Erdman worked my Toyota Tundra into their very busy schedule. My Tundra had begun making a very distressing sound from the front end as we began or return trip home to Florida, These very professional employees kindly and expertly inspected and evaluated my vehicle. They explained the situation , answered all my questions and gave us the best options for us to safely get home with our truck and travel trailer. Every person at this dealership was very courteous and helpful. Now safely home in Florida I can say I wish I lived closer to the Spradley Barr dealership because I have never had better service and assistance than at Spradley Barr Motors in Cheyenne, Wyoming.

I continue to have my vehicle serviced by Spradley Barr because their customer experience is really exceptional. Steve Corso in the Service Department goes above and beyond to make every customer feel like the service department is there that day just to serve them.And let me tell a story... A year ago, someone slashed the tires of all the parked vehicles down my street. We took our Toyota RAV4 to Spradley Barr to get just the one tire that was slashed replaced, but (after seeing the tread wear on the other three) agreed it was time to get all four new tires. When we came to pick up the vehicle, we were told all four tires were free for being loyal customers of Spradley Barr Motors Toyota, Inc. That was the first vehicle we'd purchased from them! I don't know if if they were just doing it for public relations, or what - but it worked for me. It won't be the last vehicle we'll purchase from them!

Myself and my family have gone to Spradley motors in Cheyenne for everything from service to purchasing multiple vehicles. And have never had any issues with the customer service that they offer. While I have only purchased one vehicle from them, they are the only shop I take my truck to get worked on. They get it right the first time and IF there is an issue of some sort they do what they can to make it right with the customers.Today, 29 August 2015 I took my 2011 F150 in to get an oil change and check the fluids checked, they noticed that my transmission fluid was needed to be changed as well. I bought the truck from another Ford Dealership and part of the purchase agreement was they (the dealership I bought it from) was suppose to due a full transmission flush, which it obviously was done. After I brought that to their attention Seth Perriton took it upon himself to due a full transmission flush, on Spradley's dime to make it right. While it was not Spradley's fault the service was not done, the fact that they put the customer first, me in this case, shows their dedication to their customers.

The Fort Collins spradley Barr is a nightmare of a place and only brought complications that the Cheyenne dealership did everything to change my view of spradley Barr. This dealership and the people that work here are far superior to their sister dealership in CO.

One of which was if we said we would do something, our word and a handshake were binding. Kevin Harris, the Sales Manager and Robert Salazar, my Salesperson have those values. Other dealerships should send their employees here to learn about customer care. Discussing finance options with Rob Elder was enjoyable. Really . . . enjoyable. Wow! After visiting 7 other dealerships in 2 states, my wife and I will consider Spradley-Barr as our first and probably only choice for future vehicle purchases.

Chris checked my car in for an oil change. Never asked my name. Reviewing the receipt later, I realized he put it under my son's name, which made no sense. I purchased the vehicle at this dealership two years ago and have had it serviced there since then.I called to tell him. He argued with me and said that was what the vin pulled up! I pointed out that LeAnn Gregory who exemplified good customer service never got the name wrong. He said that oh yes that would have been the name when LeAnn was there. I asked if he wanted to see the receipts. Never was I offered an apology. I suggested he did not have good customer service training. Silence. Incompetence in customer service, not verifying the owner's name, etc...Shall I go on?

I want to thank Seth Perriton for saving my weekend. I was heading from Fort Collins to Omaha and had an issue with my car about 20 miles east of Cheyenne. I was able to drive back to Cheyenne and pulled into the service garage. WIthin 15 minutes, Seth removed the protective piece from the bottom of my car that was dragging and had me on my way assuring me that I could have it fixed at a later date and there would be no issues with driving to Omaha and back. Seth was extremely helpful, very professional and set my mind at ease. In addition, he did not charge me to take care of the quick repair. I was able to get my daughter back to see her grandparents before school begun and can't thank Seth enough. I thought I would be sitting in Cheyenne for an extended period of time or have to cancel my trip.

I brought my car in some time ago asking to correct a water leak on the passenger side. They said they couldn't find the leak until I showed them where water had pooled on the floor. Jackie said she'd consult with the technical crew and let me know what they recommended She did and I brought the car back in. After checking several possible areas, they took off the dash and found the origin of the leak. Once they found the problem, they fixed it quickly and efficiently (at a cost of some $800). In the final analysis, I'm pleased with the work and find the cost acceptable. My concern is two-fold - that it took so long and required my persistence to solve the problem and that they included on the work order to replace a turning signal bulb that didn't get changed (the bulb is a minor concern). I will, of course, continue to trust Spradley Barr to take good care of my Town Car either in the service shop or in the Quick Lane. The reason I don't recommend is that I don't recommend anything to family and friends.

The only issue I had is that after driving the car for a couple of days, I now notice a rattle coming from the right rear wheel. I don't think it is covered under the warranty that I purchased.

We were worried it was going to be a long drawn out process and that we would be shown a bunch of vehicles that we couldn't afford, but we ended up falling in love with the first one we were shown and after looking at a couple others decided we wanted to see if we could try to get it. We got an amazing deal, the price was already marked down and they took more off. Even though the mileage was high they still threw in 2 years of oil changes. We got a great loan and was able to get the vehicle the same day. We are so happy we didn't have to run around from one dealer to the next. We felt comfortable and well informed and like the employees really were trying to help us get the vehicle instead of trying to help themselves. My Mother in-law is jealous of how well our experience went and is considering purchasing a newer vehicle herself.

My husband and I have always received great service with our Toyotas at your service department! Since time can be limited due to demands of daily life and jobs, we don't always have the extra time to take our Lexus RX Hybrid to the Lexus dealership in Colorado, we opted to bring it in for service at Spradley Toyota Dealership. The service staff was courteous and professional. They had me on my way in a reasonable amount of time, and they were pretty busy that day. We will stay with this service department as they have demonstrated great service to and for us! Please keep up the great work!

Chris, and now Seth, not only are conversant, but will ask about my travels (mostly overseas travels.)Today, in addition, I appreciated Seth's willingness to point out how the transmission fluid was overused for a change. That and the air filter. I authorized the improvements and Seth even concluded with a bit of humor related to a story I told him about the polite people of Tokyo. We laughed, he was in charge of the humor and it was spot on.

We were on day 2 of a 5000 mile family road trip when our Sienna started having issues. We took the car to AAMCO since a mechanic in a smaller town suggested a tune up would solve the problem (luckily this mechanic was too busy to do the job). After much delay at AAMCO the guy tells us that he had just received a memo from Toyota that Sienna onboard computers were going out and that it would cost about $3000 to fix. Being skeptical we called the Spradley Barr service center. They told us to bring the car in and that they would hold over a bit to get it checked out. The service manager immediately asked about recent tire work. This issue HAD occurred a few months back when we had the tires/brakes done at our local CA Goodyear Tire. After 4 days with the car they could never determine what the problem was and of course could not recreate it. In any case, Steve in the Spradley Barr service center got the car up on a rack and figured out pretty quickly that it was way our of alignment and the tires (with less than 10,000 miles on them) were wearing poorly with steel threads showing. We ended up replacing the tires early the next morning - the service department had us out of there with 4 new aligned tires and a clean car before 10 am! We continued on our road trip with no more problems!!! So happy that we came to Spradley Barr! They were knowledgeable, kind and even gave our dog water while waiting. Thanks for saving our trip and a LOT of $$! Also a shout out to John Austin - most knowledgeable car salesman I've ever encountered! If only I could purchase my next car from him instead of our home state of CA!The Pronske Family

It just seems that service has slowed to a crawl and it's always new folks that don't really know the history of the customer and the vehicles. I came in on a Friday (a slow day at the dealership) to browse through the pickups. If anything, I was looking to maybe test drive a truck over the weekend. However, such a deal was presented by Robert that I signed the papers. I wanted to finance through Warren FCU and the dealership did all the work there too. I am a happy camper with a new truck. Speaking of being a happy camper, I picked up my camper from having warranty work accomplished and was really surprised how easy the truck was able to tow the camper. Great truck!

I purchased the 2015 Explorer XLT. I do think the salesman was a bit too pushy. He really didn't want to take a chance on my not buying the Explorer on the spot. In thinking back I feel like I should have waited a year before buying the new Explorer. I had a 2010 which I traded in for the new one but it was foolish to do it so soon. It still had a year left on the warranty, I had just had the fluids flushed for about $500 and had had some body work done recently. It was in excellent condition. I should have asked for more on the trade in. I had some concerns that the 2015 Explorer XLT couldn't handle rough, rocky roads as well as the 2010 Explorer which I already had. I like the design of the older Explorers better. Upon reading more about off road capability it appears the older ones could do a better job on rough, rocky terrain. I was assured by the salesman that it would be the same. Anyway, I made the purchase but am not totally happy about it. The new Explorer is nice but I still miss the older design and function of the 2010. Frankly, I wish Ford still made the Explorer like they used to....the Eddie Bauer and the Limited were super vehicles.

Well my brand new truck was dinged when it was being cleaned so I could take it home. The truck was then takes to have as much buffed out and the debt pulled as possible. I was told that they will fix as soon as I make a appointment. I live in Scottsbluff, NE so this may be difficult. The truck will need new plastic around that goes around the passenger side mirror and the scratches and the ding in the body line taken out. Over all my experience was great and the finance group and Mr. Clay did a super job.

Service on the vehicle was excellent. I was told that my vehicle would be ready in an hour since it just needed oil change and tire rotation. After 2 hours I finally was able to leave. If I had known I would be there that long I would have had my wife pick me up. The reception staff really never acted like they cared how long I was left to wait. Having run a very busy practice I know how important first impressions are and frankly for the third time now, I've not been impressed with the folks you first meet in the service department. For some reason the folks at Spradley in Ft. Collins are a lot more friendly and outgoing. None of the folks I dealt with yesterday had that spark that lets you know they enjoy their job.

Went in for rountine service (oil change etc.) and I was told it would be about 1 hour. There was a lot of vehicles park out front, but no one inside. After sericing my F150 the service rep. told me that the front end was out of aliengment and I told him to fix it. He said it would about an hour. It was about a hour. So overall I think that they did a very good job.

I purchased a 2015 Ford Fiesta! It's candy blue and I love it! The salesman, Kevin Harris, was amazing. He was personable, friendly, prompt, and helpful. My kids even had fun buying a car! I was in need of a car quickly because my car had sold over night. Our dealership didn't have the candy blue I wanted, but no problem...they went and got it in one day! Amazing! I was even able to borrow a car for the day so that I could get my girls where they needed to be. Life is short - so I recommend that you treat yourself to the best customer service in town. Chris did an OUTSTANDING job helping me find the tires I needed. At age 77 I'm not too savvy when it comes to vehicle maintenance and tires, so against a few protests from friends I took my Town Car to Spradley-Barr to check out new tires, I was incredibly surprised to find what was the very best quality for safe driving at an excellent affordable price. Another great aspect of service at Spradley-Barr is efficiency. At my age I value my time and hate to feel I'm wasting it sitting around waiting - and this was another pleasant surprise for me - the speed and efficiently of Chris and the team who took care of me in a very busy shop. I save the stickers for QuickLane from the local newspaper to get oil change for a great price. LeAnn in the Hyundai building was awesome and really friendly to talk to and work with. I made an appointment to see a vehicle and was told to bring my e-mail to make sure I got the correct individuals to help me. Neither person was available at the appointment time and the girl in the front didn't know anything about my appointment or where the sale persons were. I was very disappointed with the lack of professional behavior and expected more since I have bought cars here before and service them. Needless to say I went down the street and spoke with a great gentleman at the Chevy dealer and will test drive one of their cars instead. I will definitely use another Ford dealer if I look for a Ford vehicle.

Jackie is GREAT! I was also very happy to have my car back at noon when I was expecting it being out two days! The only sad thing is, I have the warranty with the free oil change and once the computer system was fixed, my truck was returned to me with the "change oil" light on so now I have to GO BACK and sit in the "quick" lane (for about 2-3 hours---it's never ever quick" just to get my oil changed, when it could have been done yesterday. Jackie is super, helpful and helped me get to work on time by having the rental car ready to go when I got there.

Counter person was very good. Attitude a little frustrated with mechanics not showing for work. That shoes a lack of leadership in the facility. That lowers my confidence bringing my truck there everytime for maintenance because I have no clue what kind of quality of mechanics you have in the garage. We need to have assurance you have the best qualified personnel in that garage. Otherwise you will lose our future business.

We made the deal for the red Explorer over the phone and headed your way from Holyoke. We had expected the paper work would be started by the time we got there-3-4 hours. We thought we'd be right back on the road, on our way home. We were turning around and driving back home that evening. We purchased the Lincoln used, and discovered the heater didn't work. Contact with the salesman, Kevin Harris produced an immediate response. He delivered a rental car to our house and took the Lincoln to the shop for repairs. The mechanics at the shop repaired the heater. In addition, they also found a bad wheel bearing and replaced it. When I returned the rental car, I had forgotten to fill it up with gas. Went back the next day to pay for it, and the staff checked with the rental place...and told me there was no charge for bringing the car back with 1/2 tank of gas, instead of bringing it back with a full tank. Staff was smiling and very friendly. Very positive experience with the dealership, salesman, and service department.

The highly trained technicians couldnt be bothered with removing the plastic oil bottle that they used to catch the oil coming from the oil filter. I drove 150 miles home to find a plastic oil bottle in my engine compartment. It had been lying up against my belts and pulleys, and rubbed/ melted a hole in the plastic bottle. I stopped in to have my hyundai washed and asked about fixing a scratch on my front bumber. My car is only 6 months old so the first scratch really hurts! Graemme, the gentleman that helped me said that it would be expensive to have such a little scratch painted. He suggested that I get some touch-up paint, then I would have it for future problems. He took me back to the parts dept. to get the paint and then touched up the scratch himself. He also noticed some road dirt that did not come off in the wash so went inside to get a cloth and polish and proceeded to clean up my car.

It started by driving by and seeing a Mustang that caught my eye. I visited the dealership twice that day with alot of interest. On the second trip, my brother and I wanted to actually check out the vehicle. It seemed like a slow Saturday and walking around trying to get a few people's attention they seemed to just avoid us and walk in the opposite direction, normally I hate going to dealership's because they hassle you! Then along came Kevin Harris! Kevin seemed to be busy with a task with a vehicle, but still had the time to see if we needed anything, inquired about a few cars and told us give me "two minutes." Kevin was very friendly, seemed to alot about his products. Needless to say we viewed two cars and had an awesome experience! We didn't go there with intentions of buying one that day, just looking around for when the time comes. Kevin made this experience memorable, and pleasant, he wasn't pushy and chased us out of the parking lot. He even gave me some Mustang memorabilia, and being an Enthusiast that was awesome!! This was our second car-buying experience at Spradley Barr in Cheyenne, both times with Kevin Harris. My husband and I queried him with multiple questions about the cosmetic and technical aspects of each vehicle we were considering, asked for the pros and cons of buying vs. leasing, and requested Kevin's honest opinion on a variety of issues related to our car buying experience. Kevin is a competent, thoughtful, professional "Salesman". He meets, greets, and qualifies customers without being offensive. He knows his products--vehicles, equipment, options, features and benefits, as well as finance and purchase plans--and is a "one stop" sales representative. I plagued him for a couple of months with questions and requests, etc. before I purchased a vehicle. Ok, this is the second time in a year I've had the displeasure of taking my car in for service. Ordinarily I would give the experience I had a 2 star, but seeing as this is the SECOND TIME IN A ROW SERVICE HAS BEEN LOUSY, I think it deserves a 1 star. So here we go:I take my car in to get routine maintenance. I schedule an appointment online. When I arrive at the time of appointment, with confirmation page in hand, they look at me like I've insane and pass me off between two different people. The lady in maintenance who acted like I ruined her life, sent me to talk to a man named Kent, and Kent sent me back to her....ooooooook people. I was also told that despite scheduling an appointment online, car maintenance is first come, first serve. According to the Spradley Barr website that statement is WRONG because it allows you to choose "general maintenance" as an option for an appointment. So after waiting two hours I get my car back, yay. The lady tells me "ok so your tires were out of alignment and that not covered by your premium service plan so you'll have to get it down another time." I BEG YOUR UNBELIEVABLE PARDON! Why the heck didn't you tell me "hey there's something with you car that's not covered by the plan, it will cost this much, it may take a little longer....do you wanna do this?" <----That is what has occurred at any dealership I've ever been to. So now apparently they want me to schedule another appointment (good luck with that) and come in AGAIN! Yeah....I don't think so. This is the second time they've done this crap to me and I'm going elsewhere. Yeesh!

Went in to make a deal on a 2014 F150 though they were going to give us the price we wanted but said our interest rate was going to be through the roof cause we wouldn't get promos going on with the truck. Well I said I want my credit ran once and if it didn't work with the payment we wanted I didn't want the truck. We reiterated it at least 10 times and they said yes thats all we did but no that was not the case it has been ran multiple times and it also took us 3.5 hours there which is ridiculous. The finance guy didn't explain anything to me except what my interest rate and payment was. I will never go back there and give them my business I have never been felt like this before buying a vehicle!I would not trust their word about anything!

I went to dealership in response to mass mailing for sales promotion. I had won something per mailing and wanted to find what it was. I had to wait a while for a sales representative to meet and deal with for answer. Dealership receptionist informed she notified twice of need for customer service. Older salesman presented and I was informed I had to complete a form, providing address and driver's license number plus have my driver's license copied. Older salesman, whoever he was went to another room to check for my winnings. I could see him sitting, first on the phone and then seemingly reading something. A second younger sales man, no name given either, checked with me and asked what I was there for. I said to check on winnings. He informed drivers license was needed for copying. He asked if I was interested in a new vehicle. I said no, I had recently bought a new Nissan. He said snidely, sorry! I explained, no, it was good for me, better mileage than F-150 and did not need anything larger like an F-350. The salesman directly went back to other room to check on my answer and returned with winnings of $2. - My son is actually looking at buying a truck, but I would not recommend this dealer. Sale staff is slow to respond to customer enquiry and presented poor attitude.

Walked into the dealer looking for my wife's dream car and there it was. 2014 Black Mustang. Met with Kevin and he went above and beyond helping make my wife's car dream come true. Even after we had the car he came by the house to set up the garage door opener and when we stopped by the dealer a few weeks later he had the car detailed for us.

It could have been a ruined weekend, but Rex made it an outstanding weekend. My small SUV was damaged and had to be towed to Spradley. After discussing the previous problem with a manager at Spradley Barr Motors, they decided that they could pay half for the repairs. No, they didn't have to because it was sold by the previous dealer. There was certainly a breakdown in communications between the service manager, the sales staff, and myself. I was surprised when they stated that most of the academia in Laramie purchase vehicles outside of the state despite having a large part of property taxes in Albany County paying for their wages. Maybe that is why Laramie teachers are the most underpaid in Wyoming. For the high school teacher who did purchase in Laramie, some goodwill from Spradley Barr Motors should pay off in positive word of mouth to a large buying demographic.

While the problem with a Nissan Juke was McCarty Motor's problem, I felt that Spradley Bar Motors had an opportunity to step up, but failed miserably. Yes, the warranty had just barely passed, but a $270 bill and a flippant parts manager cost this new company in Laramie some bad advertising. The young lady who you blew off is a teacher at Laramie High School with a very active following in a car buying demographic. How much advertising can $270 dollars buy you in Laramie? Not much. By making a $270 concession to a first time car buyer would have been a big marketing ploy. Instead, your service department cost you some bad will in a new competitive market. With so many outlets for advertising now days, having a foothold in a local school with word of mouth advertising is very important. some car dealers know that. Others just try to nickle and dime you after the sale.

We typically dread stopping by any dealership when it comes to car buying time. However my husband found the truck he has wanted at Spradley Barr yesterday. He has waited 5 years to purchase one so this was very important to him. Rex Rabou greeted him and it was uphill from then on. Not only did he restore my faith in honesty within this dealership..(.as i had had an unpleasant experience in the past...years ago,) but he and Rob Elder (finance mgr) made my husbands dream materialize!. I was very impressed with absolutely everyone involved in the purchase process! My husband had looked at possible vehicles for me earlier in the week and when we walked into the showroom, he was greeted by name and the sales staff warmly welcomed me. They arranged for a test drive almost immediately, and never neglected us, offering beverage, chatting with us, but NOT pushy AT ALL. The best sales experience I have ever had I will for sure but from shawn again!!!! By far the best young man around! I have bought many cars in my life but this was the easiest, best, most pleasent experience I have had. And he was able to get to the payments I asked for. Also the experience hasent stopped after I left, he has called at least 5 times over the past month to follow up and answer all my questions.

I am relatively new to Cheyenne and with my new ford and extended warranty, I have to take my vehicle to ford. I only have one ford dealership in town so I went to spradley. I have only gone in 3 times and each time something is wrong and I have to go back. The last time I went in I had a huge door ding. I knew with no one saying anything to me I was simply out of luck. I recently went to discount tire and they told me of a tech leaving a car in neutral and it rolled close to my vehicle. They told me of the situation and simply wanted me to inspect (nothing damaged) but wow! They earned a client for life. I recently called Scott Rudolphi the service mgr at spradley to discuss that, every time I came in something went wrong and that is why it has been so long since I was in. He was like talking to a pole he knew he had to listen but he did not care less about my concerns. I had to cancel the appt. he set up for me about three weeks ago. I have a recall on my vehicle and I need it looked at. I have left Kurt at least 4 messages in the last 3 weeks and no call back. I called Scott today to let him know, it's like he knows, they don't call back but that there is nothing he can or will do about it. The customers will get solved soon we will just stop calling (we want to make your job easier) I asked Scott today if we could tell me if the repairs I needed were covered. He told me he was not at a place he could look and I just had to come in if I told one of my customers I couldn't look something up because I was not at a computer and it got back to my District Manager I would be fired! I called the ford dealership in wheatland and the service man took my vin and gave me all the info. He said about the leather stitching on my drivers side coming apart we could try sending Pics to ford and see if they will cover. Scott simply said "NOT COVERED SORRY" and he didn't need a computer for him to know that. I stated to Scott that I love my $50,000 explorer but the service side at Ford is forcing me to look at other manufacturers. He said its like this at Toyota Honda etc. Well I guess I'll take my chance. I know if I lose a $20 dollar customer I'm concerned, let alone a $50,000 customer. I stated to Scott I didn't want to have to drive out of town tomget my car serviced and didn't think I should have to. He said we want to help you but it's up to you. He didn't care. So Scott I know you said you don't have a boss and the buck stops at you, so hopefully you loose enough customers for your dealership that we make your job easier and make it so your reps can return phone calls. Nicole was someone I spoke to last and she listened to my concerns she seemed to care and I appreciated that she said she would give my concerns to Mike Irving but I'm not holding my breath of him doing anything.

Our very first stop at a dealership - Spradley Barr - was a good experience for us ...mostly because of the salesperson...F. Leigh Clay. Very professional, knowledgeable, and still dealt with us in a friendly manner.. He was willing to take all the time we needed to explain everything to us...these computerized autos these days are complicated. We appreciated especially that he is so knowledgeable of his profession.. Sam Abou, the finance person who helped us, was equally professional and knowledgeable of his profession. Leigh went the extra steps to see that the used truck we bought was in perfect condition when we drove it off the lot. Thanks Leigh!

Thank you Rex. You have restored my faith in sales persons. We are a Ford family, and bought many Fords from Spradley Barr. I had a trade with some pretty heavy hail damage but still attached to the vehicle. Rex was sympathetic and honest, and went to great lengths to get me in the Fusion I liked. My payment and interest rate greatly decreased, and spent half the time it took to purchase in the past. I am extremely happy with my 2012 Ford Fusion and I hope that Rex Rabou stays at Spradley Barr for our next purchase. Ask for Rex, you won't be disappointed!

I appreciate honesty and that is what you get with Rex! I was a new car buyer with no credit and while other dealerships treated me like trash Rex did everything in his power to help me out! Thanks to him I am in a 2010 Honda Accord! He was even willing to help me sell my old car, you can't find salesmanship like that anywhere but spradley Barr!!!! My advice to anyone reading this is go to spradley Barr ask for Rex and you will enjoy a stress free car buying experience!!!!

Rex Rabou was extremely helpful in picking out our new F-150 super crew. He listened to all of our concerns and must haves in a new pickup. He helped every step of the way. He went out of his way to help remove some things from our old truck (tool box and back rack). The truck was ready for us to go on our family vacation the next day. He made sure we were comfortable with the new in sync navigation, sync the phone for hands free calls. This has been the best experience from a dealership and sales person we have had in a number of years. Rob Elder was very helpful with the financing and getting things setup the way we needed.

I had to buy a new car as my car was totaled. I really was not looking forward to this as I hated buying a car from a dealership and the sales person. I meet Mike when I came in to test drive the new camry, Mike was great he let me drive as many cars as I wanted. He never pushed any car on me, He answers all my questions and didn't get defensive when I said I wanted to test drive other makes. I went to test drive a chevy and I barely got out of the dealership, they were going to get me into a car no matter what and are still calling today. We had a low pressure fantastic experience with Spradley Barr and Mike Smith. We took our time - started on a Saturday and finished up on a Monday. The car we chose had a broken windshield from someone driving by on the frontage road and it was fixed and ready to go when we were. My husband and I comment frequently that buying this car was one of the best decisions we have made. The good gas mileage has save us quite a bit of money, even making up for the payment compared to the mileage we were getting on the Jeep Liberty we traded in. We gave up the 4 wd but are very happy.I would rather submit a survey by snail mail. I'm having a lot of trouble with this format and I use a computer daily.

Rob Howe was my original sales associate but had the day off when I picked up my car. However, he made arrangements for Mike Smith to assist me - Rob stayed in contact with me the entire time so I didn't feel abandoned. I was very impressed with both sales associates. I appreciated the time Mike Smith took to explain every little detail of my new Highlander to me. Mike took the time to go over everything, answered all my questions, set-up my entune, explained the different driving operations, etc. Mike provided me with the best customer service I have every received. I know I will have plenty of questions after owning the vehicle for a few weeks - I will not hesitate to stop by Spradley Toyota for assistance knowing that either Rob or Mike would be happy to assist me with my questions.

This was my first time as a customer at Spradley Barr, and my experience at this dealership left a lot to be desired. Here is what happened: I call the service department one morning to schedule an appointment, and reached a voicemail. Later that day I call again, and leave a voice mail stating that I need a call back in order to schedule my car for routine maintenance. Two days later, I still have not received a call back. I go online to see if there is a way to schedule an appointment, and luckily there is. I get the confirmation e-mail stating my date and time, and arrive on time the day of my appointment. When I told the service employee at the counter (Michael), that I had a 9:30 appointment he informed me that there would be a two hour wait. The rest of the scene plays out like this: Michael: Yeah we have several cars in line right now so it's going to be a few hours. Me: Then what's the point of scheduling an appointment online? Michael: We don't take online appointments Me: Uh...I'll be right back then *I go out to my car to get my phone and return with the confirmation e-mail* *I show my confirmation e-mail, confusion ensues, calls over other employee (possibly manager), both act pissed* Michael *annoyed*: Uh... yeah...ok I guess we can squeeze you in. No, "sorry, about the mix up" or anything along those lines, just a guy looking at me like my existence just ruined his day. Anyway long story short, I got my car serviced, but it was like pulling teeth. What kind of customer service oriented business acts like it's doing you this HUGE favor when it was the one that screwed up (multiple times in this case)? I shouldn't have to beg you to do your job. So the only thing that saved the day is that the guy that actually did the servicing of the car was very friendly (dark complected, neck tattoos), as was the guy that delivered it to me. Apparently the "backroom employees" have better customer service skills than the front desk.

We are a Ford family and have owned nothing but Fords for years. I have always dreaded the buying process. It takes forever, the haggling, and just not always feeling like we got the deal right for us. But, our recent experience buying at Spradley Barr was actually very pleasant, easy, fast and even fun. From our sales reps, Cristin and Sam to the finance experts Steve and Rob, everyone was informative, respectful, friendly, and just plain fun to talk to. We went to Spradley first because they had a vehicle we were interested in but secondly because of their reputation of being extremely community oriented and supportative which is very important to our FFA and 4H family. Rex was honest, friendly and helped me find a safe car based on my needs not just on what I wanted. He not only helped me find a safe care that fit my needs but when it was put to the test in an unfortunate accident, everything he said was true. I decided to work with Rex again after my accident to find another car because I knew he would take the time to find me the car I was looking for and sure enough he did. Since then, I have referred my family members and friends who have also worked with Rex and have had the same pleasant experience that I had. Bob Morman and Mike Sitzman are both very good at their jobs. Bob was patient with me in deciding which vehicle to purchase. I began by looking at the Toyota Tacoma then looked to the Tundra and then to the Ford F150. I purchased the Ford F150 and was very pleased with the service provided to me from the beginning of the search for a new vehicle, the financing process and finally when I picked up my new Ford truck.Thank you Bob and Mike and the rest of the team at Spradley Ford.

This is the third vehicle we have purchased from the dealership. We have always been treated with respect. They are very friendly and I feel they are fair. They are very familiar with the vehicles they have for sale and are very helpful. If we decide to trade vehicles, they will be the dealership we will do business with. We were very happy with their service.

On Monday afternoon, April 15 about 5:15, I got on the interstate to head home to Wellington; at 60 mph my car was shaking so badly, I thought I had a flat tire (or two). I pulled off at the Flying J and looked around at all four tires/wheels - everything looked good. Got back in the car and was near the High Plains Road roundabout and pulled off again b/c I was seriously concerned about driving home another 25 miles. I turned around, got the phone number of Spradley Hyundai Service Dept. and called them. I was headed in that direction. I spoke with Anthony who told me they were open but had no service techs around. I told him about my car and said I was so worried, I was afraid to drive home. I asked for a loaner - he said they didn't have any. I asked if I could just drive up to the door and see if they could look at it. He said OK. I drove up, the door opened and I drove in. I got out of the car and Anthony and Scott took one look at the car and said my wheels/rims were full of ice. Scott said we'll just use the "hotsi" or something like that and you'll be on the road in no time. Anthony took my car, thoroughly steamed all the wheels an got rid of any remaining ice or grime on the car; he then drove it back to me, used a wet vac to clean the driver's side floor mats and Scott cleaned the passenger's side floor mat. While I was waiting, Scott and I talked and I explained how thankful I was. I said now I felt safe to drive home and I was so appreciative of their care and concern. About 10-15 minutes after I had started home (Interstate 25 south), I received a call from Anthony. He just wanted to check to be sure my car was handling well and that I was safely on my way. I again thanked him and told him how impressed I was with his and Scott's "can do" attitude and extremely professional customer service - they made me feel like I was the most important person they'd seen that day! This shop was recommended by my insurance company (USAA) to repair extensive hail damage to my truck. Needless to say they did the estimate and it was about $10K total. Due to all the other vehicles it took almost nine months for my truck to go in to be fixed. They had my truck for over two weeks to replace the roof and hood of my vehicle. In the estimate, they said they would fix my topper on the back of my truck, they did not. They said they would paint my whole truck, they did not. They did paint the new roof and the new hood to match my truck. My previous hood had a bug shield on it with the rubber bumper pads on each side of the quarter panels in front, on either side of the hood. They removed the little bumper pads and did not remove the adhesive. The person/s who painted the hood, clear coated right over the old adhesive which, can be clearly seen to this day. I had to take it back a couple of times to get other things fixed. When the dent guys fixed the dents they bent /twisted the window track for the electric windows and one of the parts for that same door broke the clip and it was causing issues. Ellie said she would order the parts and get back with me. After some weeks of not hearing from her, I went in to the body shop to find out why nobody had contacted me. She said that the reason was they had not contacted me was because she could not find a part for the window and she showed me the other part that had come in weeks ago. She said they would try to fix the window and bend it back into place and fix the blemish on the hood. At that point she got a little hostile and from the way I was being treated, I felt as if she was placating me to get me out of her office. I made arrangements to get my truck fixed. At this point I will not be going back and I am in the process of registering a complaint through my insurance company. I feel that I have tried to work with these people and don't feel that it will go anywhere. My suggestion to you, is ensure that all the work was completed and to your satisfaction. I have since told several friends to go elsewhere to get repairs/service done. I also will be looking for a new vehicle soon but, will not go to this dealership to get repairs or service in the future.

I worked with a new employee at Spradley Barr Ford - Adrian Miller - when purchasing my new Ford F150. He was so friendly and did everything to make the experience of buying a new vehicle a great one. In the future, I hope to work with him and also Mike and Dave. Also, Rob in the finance department made sure that I understood every aspect of my loan and was able to answer any question that I had and didn't treat me like just another buyer - super nice guy. On January 2nd I received a call from salesperson Traci Jaspersen saying that a 2013 Ford Fusion Titanium AWD that I might be interested in, had come in. On January 3rd my wife, Barbara and I went over to the dealership. Traci was waiting for us, showed us the car and asked what our expectations were for the deal. She then gave the information to sales manager Dave Morgan. Dave checked his computer to see if there were any other Ford incentives that we didn't know about and found one for $750.00! Meanwhile, Traci, Barbara and I took the new car for a test drive.When we came back, it was into finance manager Rob Elder's office for the final paperwork. I don't think it took fifteen minutes to complete the paperwork and we were ready to go. Before we left Traci went over all of the vehicle features and explained the My Ford Touch system. For someone that hadn't been with Spradley Barr Ford for all that long, I was very impressed with Traci's technical knowledge of the vehicle.We have bought several new Fords from Spradley (Barr) Ford over the last ten years and each time has been a relaxing, no pressure experience. Everyone that I have encountered at Spradley Barr Ford have been very friendly, courteous and professional, especially Traci, Dave and Rob. They went over and above to make sure that we got the best deal and was satisfied. I certainly would recommend Spradley Barr Ford to anyone looking for a new vehicle and will definitely get my next new Ford vehicle from Spradley!

Every person that we have dealt with has been very friendly, professional, not pushy and very easy to work with. My family has purchased 4 vehicles from Sam in the last few years and anytime we have any questions or concerns all we have to do is call him. He has been great to work with. He takes the extra time to explain everything about the vehicles we purchased. I have purchased 3 Ford Taurus' since 2001 and have loved every one of them. Customer service at Spradley is great. I worked with Denett Goehringer to find the perfect new car when my older Subaru Outback decided to start breaking down on me. Denett was very helpful when it came to helping me find a vehicle I would love and also be affordable on my tight income. I eventually decided that my brand new 2013 Hyundai Elantra was the best fit for my lifestyle and wallet. Spradley Barr Motors, Inc. gave me a great deal that was affordable and one that I had all the little extras I was after. I paid a reasonable price for my Elantra that came equipped with leather seats, sunroof, active eco fuel efficiency technology, an amazing 10 year powertrain warranty, 5 year bumper to bumper warranty, and even a 3 year warranty on my satellite radio! A lot of other brands have similar packages available, but you would pay a whole heck of a lot more for the same features I received and wouldn't necessarily get to benefit from the awesome safety features Hyundai offers. Between the awesome price, cool extra features, color (red-my dream car color), and unbelievable safety ratings the Elantra had (2011 Car of the Year for Safety)it was a win win situation when it came time to purchase my vehicle! When I went in to actually sign the papers and make the car officially mine, the Hyundai Sales Manager, Travis Brown was an exceptional man of character because he helped me out so much with the financing side of my purchase- Since I did not have a lot of credit I was afraid that no bank or credit union would give me a loan, but Travis went above and beyond searching every available option in order to get me into the car I love. I especially appreciated his low pressure approach to offering up additional warranty coverage. There were no hiccups or unexpected fees and everything was presented in an honest and forthcoming way. Travis along with Denett made my car purchasing experience one that went as smooth as velvet, (which is hard to say about a lot of dealerships out there), which is why if I ever buy another vehicle in Cheyenne it will be from Spradley Barr Motors, Inc.
