HIghly recommend St. Charles Hyundai and Hyundai in general. We have owned Hyundai continuously for many many years and have had nothing but great vehicles and great service. The service personnel are very professional and maintenance work has always been completed quickly and efficiently. We have only ever had to have one issue addressed over the past 15 years or so and it was repaired in a timely matter with no questions asked. Very pleased with the Hyundai line of vehicles and will always look at Hyundai first when looking for a new vehicle.

I am writing this review as an amendment to a previous review regarding an oil change. During the oil change there were some bolts missed and I was fairly upset to say the least as it caused damage to the vehicle. I was hopeful that St. Charles Hyundai would make it right as we have been going there for a number of years and had plans of purchasing future vehicles from them. They did make it right. The service manager was top notch with his approach to the situation and the entire team reminded us why we choose to do business with St. Charles Hyundai. Thank you to the entire staff for helping us get back the feeling that we have always had for your dealership ship. Mistakes happen but how you all handled it proves that you are second to none.

Needed blinker switch replaced, safety hazard because it was flashing in the wrong direction. After telling me they knew what the problem was and they would be picking apart up from a neighbor dealer, I heard nothing from them until I called back around 5:00 p.m., only to be told they didn't have the part and had to schedule me to come in at a different day. I don't mind that development, but not letting me know until I called back shows a lack of care. Not only that, but it's a safety concern so rescheduling as quickly as possible was the appropriate move, not acting like it was some insignificant repair that didn't need to be discussed.

Always have taken care of me with greay professionalism. Had an engine light on that had a base price diagnostic fee. They found that it was a historical fault and what needed to be done was a quick fix. They knocked it down by 50% since it was quicker than they'd expected when they didnt need to. Very happy with that level of customer service.

I was pleasantly surprised that my experience went so well. I Did have a slightly better offer at another dealership but this purchase didn't leave me feeling like I gave money to a dealership I wasn't really happy with. The experience you have can really make or break a dealership when it comes to creating and maintaining loyal customers. This one succeeded. I will reccomend to others.

If the worst thing that I write about the dealership is that too many employees are named Jason, then they must be doing something right. My Jason shared a desk with another Jason and the business manager with whom I worked was Jason. I never met the other two who work there. The good news is all of the Jasons as well as the others that I met at St. Charles Hyundai were kind and professional. I had to drive a pretty good distance to visit this dealership and I don't regret it a bit. I was made to feel comfortable while I had a few short waits. I was given the opportunity for an unlimited test drive, although I really did not need one. But most importantly the main Jason who helped me (Jason Couch) went out of his way to make sure I received all of the attention I needed. He even came to my home to finish the delivery of the car since I was short on time when I picked it up. I would return to this dealership and will recommend them to others.

I actually enjoyed buying my car! My wife and I just recently found out we have a baby on the way, so headed over to St. Charles Hyundai to walk through options for a mid-size SUV. Aaron Litton & Jason Freed were both extremely helpful in providing us with options and walking us through how different features may influence our decision. We were pleasantly surprised by a price that was better than other dealers we had visited - and a level of customer service that wasn't even close. The guys at St. Charles Hyundai guided us through the process, as opposed to where we bought our last car - where we were 'pushed' along. Thanks!

Having purchased veichles since the mid sixties most dealerships still are high pressure, that haven't changed very much,however both Ben and Jerrod worked very hard to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. My older children and their spouces have purchased four vehicles from your dealership and are very satisfied. I hope your service department is as good.

I was treated very well and honestly. I am older and widowed, and people often that the dealers will take advantage of you in this situation. This is my third Hyundai which I have gotten from this dealership. They have always treated me well. Jason was my salesman, and he was most kind, patient, and honest. of turning in one lease and making another. Jason Freed handled the final paperwork. He, too, was most kind and professional. Jason hooked up my phone to the car and will be meeting with me again to complete the setup with Blue Link and show me how to use the media. I asked him to give me a few days to "play" with it myself before he helped me, as I felt I would ask better questions. I am definitely technologically challenged.

My husband and I both leased Sonatas in 2014, and now I have again this year. We will be back when the leases are up to lease our next ones. We do not ever feel pressured and the staff is extremely knowledgeable.

I was greeted,not assaulted on my arrival. Pleasant, friendly and professionally inquired about my wants and needs. I test drove more than 1 vehicle, when I made my decision,financing questions were answered I am format I understood,and before leaving the dealership,I was shown how to operate navigation,media,phone calls,etc. He actually set my choice radio stations! Not only will i refer my family,friends,and co-workers I'll personally return for my 4th Hyundai!

Steve was great to me and my girlfriend. I think he was going to do something when we were going into the dealership, stopped and started to help us. Even though it was late, he stayed past his off time to make sure we were taken care of.

I had a great experience buying my first brand new vehicle. The staff was courteous and helpful. I got as close to what I wanted as possible. I did not feel pressured at any time. I know how important sales are in that sort of business however I do not believe any integrity was sacrificed to make my sale. I would recommend this facility to others. Thanks!

Aaron Litton, our sales representative is one of, if not the best auto sales persons we have worked with in over 35 years. This would include the fact that Aaron was pleasant and not overly aggressive, with total respect and focus towards me as a lady and the primary buyer, along with my husband. Aaron gave full respect and did not drift away to interrupt in answering calls or to jump back and forth with other customers. The very most important item is that Aaron worked with our limited time frame to search, obtain and deliver quickly from another dealer the exact color 2017 Tucson Limited model and package without having any miles put on it in transit (was via trailer from another dealer). This to obtain and deliver exactly what I wanted instead of having to take a near substitute was impressive and fulfilled what I expect for quality service. The only one item I have to comment of dislike is not at all any fault of the salesperson or dealership St. Charles Hyundai, but rather what Hyundai offers nationally in the routine pre-paid oil and filter change maintenance package along with the extended warranty packages. I wish the pre-paid oil and filter change routine maintenance also included free tire rotation. Free tire rotation along with oil and filter change is commonly offered for some time now at all the other major car company dealerships in this area, GM, Ford, Chrysler, Honda, Toyota and also the Kia dealership offers this on a package. Thank you for the opportunity to share my great experience with Aaron Litton. There should be more representatives like him to increase sales and make buying less stressful. Thank You, W. Lucie Rose.

Ben Macormic and Jason Freed were the most professional gentlemen I have dealt with. Both took there time to explain everything to me and my husband. I had many questions and they were very patient and professional. I test drove three cars and was very pleased with my experience. My husband, both my sons, my sons girlfriend, my mother, and my mother-in -law all have bought Hyundai's due to my husbands high praise and confidence he has in Hyundai. Back in September my wife and I started looking for a new vehicle to replace her '13 Ford Focus. After looking through several dealerships, we were looking around the Hyundai lot when one of the salespersons came to meet us (Jason Couch) - he introduced himself and wanted to see if we had interest in any of the vehicles in the lot. My wife and I were interested in both the Santa Fe and the Tucson. Jason spent time going over the details of both vehicles and then offered to let us test drive both of them to see if one or the other made a difference. Once back at the dealership, we had several questions for Jason and he was more than happy to oblige and got us not all of the answers, but additional information to support them...impressive. During the whole course of the meeting, not once did Jason push to try and make the sale that day - we had let him know that we were still looking around at other dealerships and he had no problems with it. As time went by, we did follow up with Jason again and we got the chance to meet the Manager, Joe Ford. He was very pleasant and greeted us at the dealership and let us know if we had any questions to please make sure and ask. Again, no pressure. My wife and I finally decided on the 2016 Tucson SE - we then went through the motions to completing the sale. We now get to meet Craig Smith, finance man...he greeted us with a warm welcome and we then stepped into his office to complete all of the necessary financial paperwork to finalize the transaction. He was informative and put no pressure on us in regards to buying any other add-ons that would increase the monthly payment. During the whole process we were never pressured to purchase a vehicle...it's always nice when you walk into a dealership lot where you're greeted instead of being prey. When all was said and done, we walked out with a new vehicle and really, really pleased with the whole experience. I personally never thought I would ever stray from Ford, but with Hyundai, I have a new direction of travel. For the first time in 15+ years, within hopefully the next year I have plans on turning in my Ford and purchasing a new Hyundai as well. Hats off to the staff of the St. Charles Hyundai dealership for a job really well done. Thanks for what you did for us...Jason, Craig - you are truly assets to the organization!

Some close friends of mine who purchasd a car at this dealership referred their salesman, who they were very pleased with, Aaron Litton to me. I found him to be helpful, courteous, kind knowledgable, and. patient. I also appreciated was that. I didnt feel pressure from Aaron into making a purchase before I was comfortable and ready to pull the trigger. Aaron is one I would.feel good about recommending to someone looking to purchase a car.

We started to talk about the car at 10 AM & moved out with the car at 5 PM. Nick was great in dealing. We had issues with our credit but the finance guy gave us good and comfortable options to decide from.

Asked specifically for safety features. Told salesman THE ONLY REASON WE WERE GETTING A NEW CAR WAS FOR THE SAFETY FEATURES. Told him the features we wanted. Did not realize until days later the car did NOT have those on the car. Have called the agent but have not gotten any response.

My overall experience in purchasing the 2017 Tucson exceeded my expectations. This is the best experience I have had in purchasing a car. My mother was with me, and she agreed - she was impressed with Steve and St. Charles Hyundai. If possible, 5 to 7 years from now, I wish to purchase another Hyundai, I will strongly consider driving back to St. Charles Hyundai to purchase car.

Love Hyundai, they're the cheapest cars out there, and I like that in a vehicle. Elantra is my favorite model. Even the basic pakage has all the features you need in an A-B car.

Called to schedule an appointment and explained what I needed and importance of timing as vehicle was for one of my young adults who was out of town. Sales persons met my expectation, offering me plenty of time with the vehicle. Car was cleaned up and prepped timely while we closed out financial paper work. It's running very well as expected.

Nathan was a bright spot in my purchase experience, he understood my needs and, unlike the finance manager, didn't try to push me into something I couldn't afford. The service dept. or whoever is responsible for the cars before they are sent out need to check details like pressure in tires, especially when the customer expresses concern about them when picking the car up. I have liked my Hundai very much, it's been a pleasure driving it, and I'm hoping it will prove to be mechanically sound and reliable.

Ben was fantastic. During the intial negotiation process Ben was up front with all pricing and there was no hidden gotcha surprises. He went over every feature on the car thoroughly with my daughter and I. Explained and answered all our questions thoroughly. We spent limited time at the dealership , in and out. Ben followed up with us via a phone call and email to see how everything was going. What a great experience ! We will definitely be back and asking for Ben!!

Ben is very knowledgeable and helped me through the new car features. He paired both my phone and Ipad to the radio (which neither of us knew could be done!) When I come by the dealership, Ben is there to help me with whatever I need. He's definitely not the type of sales rep that "forgets" you after the sale is made. Ben has been great to work with. This is already my second time buying a new car from this dealership, and combined with the great cars and awesome staff, not sure I'd need to go anywhere else.

The entire dealership experience was uneventful and low pressure. We were never pressed to "buy a car today", which happened at other dealerships, and as a result we did not return to those. Both the Salesperson, Aaron Litton, and F&I individual (his name escapes me as we only spent a very short amount of time with him), where knowledgeable of their respective products.

We were very pleased with our experience. We went in to buy a vehicle but ended up leasing. It was a better deal for us overall and will help us financially in the long run. I'm glad Ben presented both options to us. He came highly recommended from our old salesperson at our former dealership. I would definitely refer him to friends and family. Craig in finance was great to work with too. Really genuine and helpful. Didn't try to pressure us into adding a lot of extras that we didn't need. I appreciated that. .

Aaron Litton was a joy to work with. He has a great rapport with people and made a lot of fun, side conversation. I was very apprehensive about going into this, I loved my Azera, and was not ready to part for it for a few more years, but I felt so great when I left. This is actually, the first time I researched, and did all the legwork, and bought a car all by myself. I usually just take my husband's hand-me-downs, ha ha, they are usually pretty good hand-me-downs, like the Azera, but nonetheless he has always done the work and the dealerships and before that my dad has helped me. I was very happy with the way I was dealt with and the numbers I was given for the car, the brand-new one, and my trade-in. I was not happy that they could not fix my trade-in, which forced me to buy a new car, but that is another issue. ? I also dealt with Jason in finance and that was the part I was very nervous about doing by myself, because I know sometimes "they" can be very, very pushy about forcing you to buy stuff that you didn't really think you wanted or needed. I did not feel that way with Jason at all, I thought he was so very professional and very nice to work with. Again, like Aaron, he was very friendly and engaging and we had a very nice conversation, and I thought I would leave the finance office with my stomach in knots, but I felt like I had met a very good person and walked away feeling very good about the situation. All in all, it was a very great experience, one that I was dreading, and didn't think I could do on my own, but I did. Everyone was very lovely at the dealership, and although some people might think I am crazy to buy another Hyundai, after driving one since 2007 and bragging about it all the time and also the fact that It only had 42,000 miles on it, and suddenly crapped out on me, I still feel good about buying from this company. You didn't ask, but I did work with a guy named Bob and service, and he was very, very helpful. I think he worked really hard to try to fix the Azera and he was always good about calling me and letting me know about the progress or lack there of. Thank you everyone for helping me buy a car that I am in love with, my 2016 Honda Sonata Limited. I look forward to coming in there, very rarely, just for service, and hopefully nothing else. I am sorry to say that our experience with the finance representative has tainted an otherwise positive experience. Aaron Adams was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. However a few days after delivery I was told by Jason Freed that was required to unfreeze our credit reports a second time. Even though he told us everything was fine when we closed the deal. I still have not received my title even though it was ready several days ago and after I contacted Mr Freed who told me it was in the mail. Yet I have received my first payment notice which was due in less than a week. Good thing because I am sure that that Hyundai finance wouldn't believe me if I told them that my check was in the mail. I can not help but think that our purchase was forgotten about and we were made to jump through hoops to accommodate Mr Freed's oversight. Not to mention that there was additional cost to me for unfreezing our credit reports. Very disappointed.

I initially went to another Hyundai dealer in Wentzville which was a mistake since they do not have the same standards that St Charles Nissan has. I went to St Charles Nissan the very next day a little put off with the car buying experience but within minutes of meeting Ben Macormic I knew this was going to be a totally different experience. I felt at ease with no pressure to buy a certain car. Ben was patient and showed me several cars that were in my price range and was very informative when I had questions. I was given a fair price on my trade in more than the pther dealer was willing to give me. I left with a 2014 Hyundai Sonata within 3 hours. I can't say enough great things about this place and Ben Macormic. Thank you I will be back when I am looking for another car.

Third time was the charm for me! How many dealerships do you know that would let you change your mind not once, but twice? I had to grow up. I had to buy a car that was responsible, reliable and safe....and bigger... for I am now a grandmother to a beautiful boy that i care for 3 days a week, with another one on the way. I had to give up my little red sports car. I went to St. Charles Automotive group and came home with a safe, responsible vehicle. Well, the car I bought was just a tad "underwhelming" after having driven a car with "all the bells and whistles" ....I asked and was able to return it for another vehicle WITH all the bells and whistles. After driving it less than a week, i was still not "in love" with this car, and it was a bit overwhelming in it's size. Well, I did it. I made the phone call that took every ounce of nerve I had. Who would let me do that twice? (I know they're probably thinking '" Crazy woman, can't make up her mind...sheesh. ") Well, before I called I did some research...I watched video reviews, and I made a decision. I called and asked if I could just test drive the new 2016 Hyundai Tuscon Sport. They let me, I did, and I KNEW...without a second thought, twinge, or whatever you want to call it, that this Tuscon was for me. Needless to say, they made it happen. Third time WAS a charm for me. My wife and I have purchased or leased seven vehicles from this dealership, we have used the service department with confidence knowing that our safety and confidence in our vehicles was of utmost importance to the staff of service department. We continued to use the service department beyond the 100,000 miles warranty. We still have a 2002 Elantra approaching 190,000 miles that is serviced at dealership. My past experiences of dealing with other dealerships was extremely uncomfortable, whereas our experiences with St. Charles Hyundai have been very comfortable experience working with their very courteous and competent team members. St. Charles Hyundai was helpful with just the right amount of salesman interaction on the 2 visits I made there. Nathan Nazari was very understanding of what I wanted and he brought up the car I wanted to test drive right away without ''bugging'' me. I didn't buy that first day and Nathan was still very understanding. Several months later I'd made up my mind which model Tucson I wanted and I was happy to see Nathan still there. March 25, 2016. I had to buy a new car and I was very hesitant and nervous to venture into this alone. I went into this with a spreadsheet, with costs, mileage, Kelly Blue Book Values, mileages, ratings, etc. I was not going to let anyone talk me into a car I didn't want. From the moment I walked into St. Charles Hyundai I was treated wonderfully. I was greeted by the receptionist and she led me to Ben. He was so patient and so friendly. There was no need for him to take the time to get to know my family and myself on a personal level because I was going to buy a car regardless, but he didn't know that, so I believe that he goes the extra mile to make every customer worth his time. The car I came to buy wasn't available, but he found me one even better. We went on a couple of test drives, he knew his stuff. He gave me history on what I wanted to purchase, but the majority of the time was spent getting to know him as a person and that is what made the deal go so smoothly. When we sat down to make the deal, he asked what I wanted, I told him and that was it! The experience was so great and Ben was such a genuine person that my mom, who was with me that day, purchased a car as well and she had no need or any intentions of buying a new vehicle.

The dealership internet price was $34,987. When we went to purchase the vehicle, they said the price was incorrect. The dealership (Jeff the sales manager) added another $2,000 onto the price of the car. Bait and switch. Not Happy! Although, we still purchased the car. We brought the car back to have the windows tinted for $199.00. My wife Michelle noticed that one of the tires was low on pressure (30 lbs.) She asked if they could put air in the tire while they still had the car. They said yes but all they did was reset the tire pressure monitor. The tire is currently showing a pressure of 28 to 30 lbs. Terrible service. How hard is it to put air in a tire. Maybe the technician did not know how to put air in a tire but new how to reset the tire pressure monitor. Sorry for my sarcasm, extremely frustrated!

I have researched my 2016 Tuscon extensively and knew exactly what model, type, options I wanted. I contacted several dealerships in the Fairview/St. Louis area and only St.Charles Hyundai and Dean team ever contacted me back with a price on the vehicle. I made it very clear I was going to buy this vehicle from the dealer with the lowest price on 11/30/15. Surprises me that only these two dealers are interested in making sales. Aufenburg said they could not price a vehicle they did not have in stock. They also tried to sell me one that they did have in stock stating that the AWD system is overriden after 8 mph and therefore is only FWD after that. Liars. Neither of the 2 dealers that gave me a quote had my particular vehicle in stock, yet we made the deal sight unseen, over the phone. Picked it up from St. Charles Hyundai after work on the 30th and couldn't be happier. No bate and switch. No games. No nonsense dealership.

After calling 5 Hyundai dealers to get quotes for 30,000 mile check- up on my Elantra, I chose to go to St. Charles Hyundai, as they were by far the lowest estimate. (Estimates ranged from $349. to $635 at the other 4 dealers- honestly.). I figured they would find other "issues," and actually charge me quite a bit above the original quote, but there was A LOT of room for up-charges. I voiced my concerns to Bob, and he assured me they would check everything on the sheet, and perform all NEEDED services. I went off to breakfast with a friend, and in about 2 1/2 hours received a call that my car was ready. When I picked it up, Bob explained that one of the items had not needed to be done, as it was clean and showed no wear. I actually paid about $25 UNDER the original estimate. My Elantra and I are more than happy!

My fiance and I had been to multiple dealerships when we decided to stop into St. Charles Hyundai. We were promptly met by David, our sales representative, after letting the receptionist know we were looking to speak with someone in regards to a new Santa Fe. Even though it was a snowy day, David was more than willing to show us as many vehicles as we wanted to see. He took us on multiple test drives and was very knowledgeable in regards to each vehicle's features. He was very respectful and not pushy at all, which seemed to be an ongoing trend when it came time to meet with Jason Freed in finance. Jason was right up there with David when it came to friendliness and knowledge. He walked us through all of our different options and was not pushy in regards to selling us extended warranties or service packages. We could not have asked for better treatment. While this is a very condensed version of our experience I think you can see that we were thrilled to have walked in and ultimately purchased a vehicle from St. Charles Hyundai. We had been to one other Hyundai dealership that morning and are glad our experience there took us here. I am typically not one to write reviews, but in our dealings with this dealership and it's employees I felt it was more than warranted. My husband and I were in need of a vehicle before the year ends so we decided to look at several dealerships to see who would work with us and give us the best deal. We had a repossession last year and at the time, income that was insufficient which was hindering us from getting approved by banks. To make a long story short, Mike Betts at St. Charles Hyundai worked with me from 9am in the morning until 6pm getting us appoved. He went above and beyond to help us. He called us and told us that he got us approved and found a car that met our needs. I only had a slight clue what the car looked like but I knew I we would love it and we trusted him. It ended up beening an amazing 2008 Hyundai Sante Fe that our family love and in immaculate condition. To top it off, it had a reasonable interest and monthly payment. Wow! We visit St. Charles Hyundai on a Saturday to see a Santa Fe they had listed on their website. Mike Betts met us as we headed inside to look for someone to direct us to it.Unfortunately it had been sold. Mike led us to look at two other like-optioned vehicles in other colors, neither to our liking. He was very helpful in offering a test drive, which we did not need since we already had driven a Santa Fe and were now shopping colors and options.After looking at another dealer that same day, we decided a Regal Red Pearl GLS with no option packages was what we really wanted. Unfortunately there were no such animals in the greater STL area; just two red ones at other dealers with option packages we did not need at more money than we wanted to spend.Since we were on the road looking at other dealer's inventory, we called Mike near closing time (6PM) asking about what we could do. Mike and his manager did a 300 mile search that day yet and found us a red one in KY. We negotiated a terrific price over the phone beating another dealer's price, left a charge card deposit, and waited until Monday to hear the news. By now it was way past closing time.Our Regal Red Pearl Santa Fe GLS arrived in STL on Tuesday and was delivered to us Wed. evening. During all this Mike was the most service-oriented, gentile person, making sure everything we needed was in place and done like we wanted.When picking up the vehicle we noticed some cleaning that still needed doing inside and outside, including removal of smudges, adhesives, minor mars, etc. Mike Betts called in Mike Moon from the service dept. and he took great care to make sure everything was just the way we wanted it. In the end Mike Moon buffed and waxed the entire vehicle while we went to dinner to make sure it was "just so", both to his and our satisfaction. It's good to see such pride in doing the job right.What a great team!!! Everyone needs to see Mike and Mike at St. Charles Hyundai!

We purchased 2 cars from St Charles Hyundai recently and the experience was nothing short of excellent. Pricing was low pressure and fair compared to other dealers we visited. What made the experience exceptional was our sales rep. David Sansoucie. He went above and beyond for us to find the vehicle we wanted in a certain color which they did not have on the lot and got it for us that day . He even stayed late so we could get the paperwork done and drive home in our new car, happy customers. After we got our 2nd purchased car home we realized it was missing an antenna.One call to Mr. Sansoucie and he got us a new one and even offered to deliver it to our house 30 miles away. We had a great buying experience with Jason Freed, and I went in expecting the worst. Our old vehicle went on the fritz, and we were dreading buying a new used vehicle. After spending the day driving many so-so vehicles, at St. Charles Hyundai we found a used Chrysler Town & Country in great shape that matched the year (2007) and mileage (100,000) we were seeking, but the price was higher than we wanted to afford. Jason said, "If we give you a price that will knock your socks off, can we have your business?" I gave him what I thought was a fair price. Without any haggling, they accepted the price and got the deal done. A day after driving the van off the lot, the check engine light came. I called the dealership, who looked at the problem immediately, putting me in a temporary vehicle to get to work while they looked at it. They replaced the emissions valve free of charge. I picked it up later that day, and now we drive a great vehicle that we got for a reasonable price. Nobody could have known about the check engine light, but I felt that the dealership could not have done a better job at resolving the issue. Thanks Jason! I finally found a car salesman that I trust.

In trying to install a dash cam myself (don't laugh, I know...I know) I tried to hide the cable down the passenger windshield side post of our 2013 Elantra and could not get the plastic housing back on. Chris was very friendly from the outset. He told me about the breakaway bolt that is there for the air bag, and that they would have to break it and replace it with a new one and then reinstall the post cover. I expected him to say it was going to be a big deal and would cost an arm and a leg. Instead he said it was not a big deal. I also had gotten a wind-deflector for the sun roof when we bought the car 4 months ago and had not had it installed. I asked if he could do that too. He asked if I had time to wait. I said sure! In about thirty minutes, David, the installer, came out an introduced himself to me and said he had completed the job. He added that he also perform an inspection and toped off the windshield washer fluid, and then said the car would be brought around directly. Chris came to me with the key in a minute or two and said it was done...NO CHARGE. Wow! Now that's customer-centered service. I've owned Toyota's for over 25 years, and I never felt so special and appreciated than the way Chris and David made me feel. Even the sales manager came out while I was waiting and asked how I was liking the Elantra. That was the best half hour I have ever spent in a dealership waiting room. I think Ill be bringing my car in for service for a long time to come. Thanks guys!

I was in a tough position, having my car that I was going to use as a trade in towards my new car die on me about three weeks before I was ready to make a purchase. I needed a new car almost immediately. I had talked to Jason a bit already about buying a n Elantra in the near future, so I called him up and told him about my situation. He was extremely helpful and found a way to get me in the car I wanted and stay in my price range, even without the trade equity. I was very impressed and I would recommend Jason and his team to anyone interested in making a new car purchase.

dealer actually gave me the price they quoted me on the internet, I was fully expecting them to give me some excuse about the car we quoted was just sold, but they stuck to the price and gave me a great deal

We visited the Dealership because of a recommendation by a friend who owns a Genensis. Wechose St Charles because we live in the Area. We were greeted by Jason and followed up by Sean.Both salesman were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. To my suprise, we decided to orderthe car during our 1st visit. Handling of the sales experience was very good and I would recommendthis dealership to a friend.

My son had talked to Jason on the phone on Monday stating what kind of a car I would be trading and that we would be in after work on Wednesday. He met us at the door and asked my son if he was Steve. We discussed our options and what was most important to us in trading. He gave me three car options to explore and met all the needs that I required in trading such as amount of trade in, monthly payments, lease versus purchase. Very polite. When the condition were all satisfactory, he had the car cleaned, gassed, went over options. Very personable.

My husband and I have been shopping for a Jeep Wrangler for quite some time and are pleased to say we finally found one at St. Charles Automotive! The staff are all very friendly and helpful, we have no complaints. Steve was wonderful and answered all of the questions we had. Unlike other car sales men he was very patient and willing to work with us. We were quite indecisive and unsure of what we wanted in a Jeep and would probably still be looking for one had he not been so helpful. I highly recommend this dealer and look forward to coming back for future vehicle purchases.

2013 Hyundai Accent SE First-time buyer and loving it! My story: I was nervous, skeptical and reluctant to buy - this would be my first major purchase independent of anyone. Seemingly, every dealership offers "the best deals." After 3 months of research, I finally decided on the car that I wanted to buy/lease. The next step was to find the dealership...the right dealership, one that was fitting for me. I narrowed it down to three. After my visit to the first dealership, I was ready to check out the next one on my list. Not to say that the offer was not within range; rather, my intuition was telling me to go elsewhere. I ventured out to St. Charles Hyundai and met with Jason Freed. He and I had corresponded via email and phone prior to. Because of my busy schedule, I knew the car purchase would have to be on a Saturday. The earliest I could get to St. Charles was around 5p, dealership closes at 6p...I did not get there until about 5:30p. I knew exactly what I wanted: make, model, payment options, etc. Jason listened to everything with an open mind. This car needed to be perfect for me, I was not ready to settle for anything less. When he gave me his list of inventory, I asked about a sunroof. Details like this make a big difference to me. Jason had one Accent on the lot with a sunroof. I was not crazy about the color but the minute I walked out to the lot and saw it, I knew this was the car for me. Next step: talking numbers. One of the reasons why I chose Hyundai: Consumer reports maintaining the new Hyundais to be affordable, safe, consistent, and a solid investment. Thus, I planned my budget accordingly and figured out what I could realistically afford. I chose to lease with an option to trade-in/buy. From there, Jason was creative in figuring how to get me the deal that I wanted in a way to help his business and to help me. He took the time to explain the details, answered all of my questions and provided insight that diluted my concerns. If anything, I think I was rushing him to get to the driving-point (no pun intended) of writing up the lease and signing. I was anxious to commit within the first 10 minutes (though I did not tell him that) - my intuition was calling! Note: It was not until after 6p that I was about to leave when Jason told me his boss wanted to me. The owner of the dealership wanted to personally thank me for the business opportunity and to congratulate me on being a first-time buyer. It was genuine. I also think it says a lot about him as an owner: his presence in the office after hours on a Saturday night. That type of commitment to one's work and his people is not all too common lately; I appreciate that type of work ethic so much that it reaffirmed this was the right place to be for this purchase.The following Monday, I called Jason to let him know I would be stopping in to officially sign and hopefully drive away in my new car. It was getting late again per my busy schedule at work. Also, I was driving a different car at the time lent to me by a family member. The logistics of this delivery would not be convenient for Jason. While he did not realize I wanted to take the car immediately, he still made it happen and did so without hesitating. He rounded up a colleague who quickly followed suit. We were a caravan of 3 cars driving from St. Peters to Chesterfield during rush-hour on an extremely frigid winter night (30-40 minute drive.) I was ecstatic: everything was falling into place. I had no idea signing on to lease/buy could be easy. I am still not sure that it is, but Jason and the group at St. Charles made it seem effortless. Note: Before I started going to the dealerships, I had been reaching out to local dealers online. Jason was first response I received dating back to early December; he had also been sporadically emailing me to check-in. I hadn't realized this until after I was at his dealership. With that, I was very happy to be giving him my business en lieu of his persistence and dedication.Can't say enough my wonderful experience so I will add a few more things: demonstrated utmost professionalism, superior service, compassion, and flexibility. I will be networking for this group and intend to stick with them for as long as possible. Thank you!

We were impressed by our salesman, Jason, because of his professional, easy going demeanor with us. He let us show him what we wanted in a car, which was possibly a 2012 Sonata, but he showed us that he could help us own a 2013 Sonata at a reasonable price. He was never high pressure. He showed us the Sonata's features and engine, etc, and took time with us to explain all the aspects of the Sonata. We never felt like he was in a hurry so he could rush off to make his next sale. We decided to buy the Sonata and when we went to pick it up that Monday when the car was ready, Jason carefully showed us all the various buttons and knobs and how everything works. Once again, we felt like he was prepared to take as much time with us as we needed.We felt very fortunate that, by the luck of the draw, we had Jason Freed as our sales person that day. His low key, easy going manner coupled with his extensive knowledge of his product made for a very nice experience in purchasing a new car.

Purchased: 2013 Sonata.Contacted Ben via an internet interest submittal. He worked with me for 3 or 4 days via email and cell phone to determine the car I wanted and to find one that matched my criteria. I gave him the exact vehicle and options I wanted and offered him a price. He agreed to the price and started looking. Though he didn't have one on the lot, he located one in the Chicago area. Given that he had to have it driven from Chicago to his dealership, he said he would have to charge a little more for it. I agreed, as long as the vehicle was trucked down, and not driven. He said that trucking would cost even more. After some discussion, he said he would truck it for a little more than my original offer, so I agreed. The car was at his dealership within 3 days.I met Ben face-to-face for the first time on the evening I bought the car. He was cordial, though he talked very fast. The purchase took about 2 1/2 hours because he wanted to be careful to go over every detail with me and wanted to make sure I was happy before I left the dealership. He set up my BlueLink account and also took care of the BlueTooth pairing of my phone to the car. And the price I ended up paying was the original offer I had made (no charge for the transfer to the dealership. Craig handled the financing aspects. This was the only time during the sales experience that I felt somewhat rushed. However, if I asked questions, Craig slowed down and explained things in detail. I chose to finance the car. Without asking, Craig started financing the car at 2.9%. I said that I had seen that a 0.9% rate was available. He said I could choose either of the rates. I'm not sure why he didn't just offer the 0.9% rate to begin with. The reason for the ratings of 4 instead of 5: the buying experience was good, but it still felt like I was just another sale. Maybe it's partly that I'm always on guard when talking to car dealers and repair people. Maybe it's that I felt a little rushed through the process. But I do recommend this dealership to others looking for a Hyundai (or Nissan).

I decided to purchase my first Hyundai due to all the good things I have heard from people who currently own one or have owned one in the past. I am glad that I made this decision and equally glad that I purchased it from this dealership. The Sales person I dealt with was very knowledgable of the car and treated me with respect and friendliness. this included everyone I dealt with there. I would definitely recommend others to purchase a vehicle there and will absolutely consider purchasing another Hyundai from this dealership.

I had to look out of town to find a replacement for my car that was totaled in a wreck (not my fault). I called the dealership on a Friday night to ask about a Scion xB for sale and spoke with Steve Williams. He was very friendly and helpful. He was able to bring the price down so that it closely matched my insurance settlement. I drove over from Kansas City on Saturday and ended up purchasing the car. The process was smooth and very quick, no heavy sales pressure whatsoever from Steve and finishing the transaction with the business manager Craig Smith was fast and again no pressure to purchase the available warranty options. I can't say that I would drive 3.5 hours to purchase my next car but the buying experience was good. Thanks!

We purchased a wonderful brand new Tucson and finalized the transaction on Friday, January 4, 2013 at St Charles Hyundai. I must stay that Mr. Anthony Harris was a delight to work with. He was professional and curitous. He provided customer service that went above and beyond expectation. His upbeat demeanor made the cut and dry paper aspect of the transaction a real delight. He was engaging with an appropriate sense of humor but provided all the pertinant information needed for the completion of our interactions. Mr. Adams, on the other seemed a bit out of sorts and was easily aggrivated and made us feel as though we were wasting his time. I felt very uncomfortable with his aspect of the transaction as he was kinda a hard core sales man and seemed very upset that we were reviewing our options carefully. None the less Anthony Harris outstanding costumer service made up for the everything and we are quite delighted with our purchase. We are now up to our 5th Hyundai in our family. I was very pleased with my purchasing experience at St. Charles Hyundai. Nathan Nazari was friendly and helpful. He quickly and correctly sized up my needs and preferences and helped me find a Hyundai Elantra that was an excellent fit in my price range. Aaron Covert was also very helpful, reasonable and friendly when negotiating the final price and closing the deal. Craig Smith took care of the paperwork and cleared up all my related questions.Overall, this was one of my most pleasant car buying experiences ever. I will definitely recommend St. Charles Hyundai to friends and family.

I had my vehicle towed to the dealership as my heat had stop working in my car. My car was also leaking coolant. I was first told that it was my water pump. Then I was told that it had messed up my radiator as well. Shortly afterward I was told that two head gaskets had been blown. I was advised that this would be well over 3,000 to 4,000 and because my car was an 04 it would not be wise to put money in a car that was this old. I was also advised that since my car was needing so much work if I traded my car it would be savage. I was advised that my car would not be resold as this dealership would not put the man power and hours in a vehicle that needed so much work. Prior to this event I had been to the dealership 3-4 weeks early for service. I have only had my car service at St. Charles Automotive. I believe they have taken advantage of me and I am outrage. My car never ran hot neither was the gage at any different tempature. They gave me a very low trade in as in their words my care was needing to much repair and would be savage. I was a very loyal customer and only had taken my car to this dealership for service. I would have never rhode my car to the point were it would have gotten this bad. I had to purchase a new car. I feel like I was mislead in-order to make this sale. I will never ever reccomend this dealership going forward. I have also submitted a complaint to their customer connect service for review. I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau.

It is great working with Ben. He is very professional and goes out of his way to get you in the vehicle you want. If it is not available at the dealership he will find it. If you have any problems he will work with you until they are resolved. I would recommend Ben and this dealership to anyone.

I had to take my 2011 Tuscan in for servicing with audio and heating/cooling issues. I have used this dealer several times since I've lived in St. Peters for years. I have recently moved to Foristell however, opted not to use a closer dealer due to their poor customer service. Chris answered my call for an appointment and he was so very pleasant on the phone. Since I've used this dealer before I know that he is consistantly professional and pleasant on the phone (which is honestly such a rarety).When I dropped my car off for servicing Chris was with another guest. I was also witness to his interactions with the Cashier when she was unable to locate my paperwork. He is truly a team member to be recognized since his professionalism extends to not only all his external clients but his internal clients as well!He followed up with me later that afternoon with a status update on my vehicle and was there the next day when my car was as good as new.Chris is an employee that should be recognized by Hyundai for outstanding customer service and truly appreciated by St. Charles Hyundai's management team.

As a recent college grad, I went looking in to purchase a new car. My uncle had just bought a car from them and had worked with Nathan Nazari and got a great deal. Nathan is the floor manager and has worked there for 14 years, so he was able to know what deals he could give me and also what costs he could cut out of the price for me. It was great to work with someone who didn't need to go check with their supervisor about every negotiation. Nathan was very friendly and showed me every feature on the Elantra GT that I test drove. Buying your first new car is exciting and he was excited to help me do just that. Nathan did his best to get me the best financing possible and they were able to work with my good credit score. Because my uncle recommended Nathan to me and I mentioned it, Nathan said he was going to send my uncle a "thank you" check in the mail for $50 or so. I think that's great, especially since he sold our family 2 cars for that month. It was a great experience for a first car buyer. Craig Smith did the financing paperwork with me and was very nice and friendly about explaining everything and making sure all the finances were in order.Overall, an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend.

This was a 3 day process and I felt that Mr. Hughes as well as the other employees at St. Charles Automotive network personalized the service to fit my needs. I felt very comfortable and that I was getting the best deal to fit my circumstances. He continuously listened to what I felt like was important in a vehicle and that led me to my final decision in which vehicle to purchase. I chose this dealership after my bad experience at another Hyundai dealership in the South County area where we live. My experience at the dealership was basically being left to stand and wait for the salesman to help me, even though it was a half hour before closing and no other customers were present. I might also add this was with a roomful of other salesman doing nothing but talking to each other. After 5 minutes of waiting, I noticed my salesman decided to talk to another salesman instead of coming to me and assist me. I decided to walk out and change the dealership I was going to buy my car from. My research turned up St. Charles Hyundai Automotive which had very positive reviews online. I called ahead and spoke with Ben Macormic to let him know I wanted to test drive the 2013 Hyundai Sante Fe. When I arrived Ben apologized and told me of a spur of the moment customer he had been helping, who suddenly had shown up to make a car purchase. He asked if it would be alright for his co-worker Randy to assist me in my test drive. That was perfectly fine with me and my best test drive experience began. Randy took me out to see the different colors of the Hyundai Sante Fe's they had,he asked me to go back up to the dealership while he got the vehicle ready for the test drive. He pulled the vehicle up to the dealership doors. We began with a detailed explaination of first what's under the hood of the Sante Fe. I had recently been in a collision with another vehicle that had hit me head on and totaled my car. This is important because Randy pointed out to me the many safety features of the Sante Fe which made me feel more confident in choosing the Sante Fe as our next family vehicle. Randy took me on the most comprehensive test drive, on curvy,bumpy,uphill and downhill average roads and the highway so I could really get a feel for how the Sante Fe handled these surfaces. I had to leave after the test drive to pick up my son from school, and appreciated that I could just leave my contact info so we could chat in more detail later. Randy contacted me and we chatted about what options I was looking at and color. He proposed a sales price and I countered. We later had Ben contact us back and he said they did not have the color I was looking for would we be open to choosing another color if they could find the options I was looking for and come to an agreement on the price. We said we would be open to that, and Ben found our Sante Fe at another dealership and gave us a great price. We are very happy with the deal we made with Ben, and appreciated the professionalism throughout the deal process. The day of the pick up, we were shown the vehicle which was indoors in the garage for us to go over and ask any questions of Ben. Everything looked great and we proceeded forward with the car paperwork and financial paperwork. My husband was impressed with how easy this process went, unlike his experiences in the past at other dealerships. You see what most dealerships fail to remember is that in many cases it's the women that do alot of the research for a car purchase in the family. Why? It's because we have more time than our husbands do to do the research, and we care about getting a safe car that makes sense for our family. St. Charles Hyundai knows how to treat us women, by giving us the same serious respect in the car shopping experience in their dealership that they would a man. This is all any woman wants, because we help make the purchasing decisions in the household.

I originally went to St. Charles Hyundia for my son to purchase a new car. I explained that I have a ten year old car and it may be time for me to look for a new car for myself. Mr Harris was able to assist me with locating a car that was best for me. His excellent customer service and knowledge of cars is the reason why I was able to drive away in a new car for myself. He made the entire experience so easy. I would recommend him to everyone I know in the market for a new vehicle.

We called ahead to make sure that Nathan was working as we had previously purchased a vehicle from this dealership and Nathan had been very helpful previously. He greeted us at the door welcoming us to the dealership using our first names (which indicated that he had taken the time to check his records of our previous visit). He was very knowledgeable and helpful with looking at all our options. He went out of his way to insure that we got the best deal we could get and that it was truly the car for our needs. It was a pleasure doing business with him and we will probably return when we need another new car.

Chris all ways goes out of his way to make sure everything is right he took care off a problem with some grease that got on the interior of my car from the service guy and took it right back in to get it cleaned and was so sorry and that this was totally unacceptable and he was going to let the manager know about this. I am glad there are people out there that cares and takes the time to make it right. He is an asset to your company.

This is the second car I have purchased from them and in both of these tranactions, I could not have gotten better service and a can do support. Jason had the Santa Fe Hyundai ready when we arrived at the dealership to look at the vehicle. He was knowledgeable about the car. This is the second Santa Fe that we bought from this dealership, never had one mechanical issue with the first Santa Fe.

This was my first trip there, but my husband was a repeat customer. My husband hadbought a new car from them and was very pleased. When we needed another car,he brought me there. Forget the cliches about car salesmen, these men were notanything like that. They were both friendly and professional at the same time.Very helpful and considerate. We walked away feeling like we had gotten a great deal,but never pressured in any way. The dealership had a great atmosphere, eventhe girl at the desk was pleasant.We would not hesitate to recommend them toanyone--in fact, my husband already has.

I brought our SanteFe in for an oil change and tire rotation along with coupons for both procedures. Mr. Wollenberg informed me that only one coupon could be honored, so I opted to use the oil change coupon and pay normal price for the tire rotation. Services were completed in less than an hour. At the cashier's window, it was found that no charge was entered on the invoice for the tire rotation. Instead of adjusting the charges accordingly, Mr. Wollenberg acknowledged the mistake and I got the oil change and tire rotation for the price of an oil change. This is the kind of service that will create customer loyalty for your dealership. I will be back. I will tell others about my experience.

Aaron made our puchase as seamless and smooth as possible. He was helpful and flexable with the replacement of my automobile, working his schedule around ours to make everything work perfectly. I will send anyone that mentions needing a vehicle to Aaron.

I had an awesome experience. I'm a single female and usually don't get taken seriously when I go to purchase a new vehicle. I was presently surprised when I was greeted shortly after I walked into the showroom by Ben Macormic. I really wasn't sure I was ready to purchase a new vehicle but my experience was so pleasant I went ahead and bought a new 2013 Sante Fe and couldn't be happier. This is a great dealership! My sales rep was Aaron Covert and I couldn't have been happier with the experience from start to finish. He was straight up with all answers to my questions and in getting me the best deal. He was extremely helpful in all aspects of the process. There was absolutely no surprises when it came time to sign the paperwork. Everything was exactly as it was told to me. When the car was ready, he sat with me in the car, paired my phone, and showed me all the features of the vehicle. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I will definitely do business with this dealership again.

I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership, 2008 Elantra & 2013 Accent. They are no pressure & easy to work with. I just purchased an Accent and the bang for the buck is unbelievable. I also have my Elantra serviced there. The overall experience is great.

Aaron was very nice to work with. We understand he is new to the Hyundai store, but he was very knowledgeable and thorough in working with us to get the vehicle we wanted and didn't make it a nightmarish experience. Some times it can be a chore to buy a new car, this was a pleasant experience for us thanks to both Aaron and Craig Stevens.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially my sales representative, Aaron Litton. He was very helpful and patient. Craig Smith the finance rep. was also very helpful and took time to explain everything in detail. Overall a very good experience.

We called and spoke with Jason Freed and let him know our price range and what we were looking for. He called back within 15 min. with a list of vans he could get in our price range. He was very busy so he found someone to show us the vans. Rod Alford was very nice and worked with us to get a excellent deal on a van. This is the 5th vehicle our family has purchased from St.Charles Automotive. We highly recommend this dealership and Rod Alford. St. Charles Automotive has very friendly staff and really wants to give you a great deal! We will be back to purchase another vehicle from Rod soon.

I currently live in Arnold, Missouri. My belief in this service department is so great that I am willing to take the time and miles (25 miles one way) to this dealership for my servicing. I bought my car from this dealership in 2006 and have had a long standing great relationship with this service department and the service manager. Bob Reck, the service manager, has literally saved me hundreds of dollars in service work with his knowledge and proactive approach at dealing with a problem when it is small and inexpensive rather than waiting until it becomes a huge problem costing lots of money. He goes the extra mile at inspecting my car himself to make sure it passes the quality workmanship test that he stands behind. He is very honest and goes out of his way to make customers aware of coupons, and things to be aware of in the future that might cost money (new tires, brakes, etc.) so that the customer can budget for those items in the future. We have come up with a proactive schedule for maintenance to my car so that it gets all the required servicing but not all in one visit so that it blows the budget. His dealership service department throws in a free car wash, vacuuming and wipe down of all surface areas within the car automatically. I don't even have to ask them to do it. They do not waste time by having my car in for servicing an extraordinary amount of time. They service my car and get me back on the road so that I can do other things with my day. They treat my car, even with 113,000 miles on it as if it is a new vehicle. The service department here is careful to make sure that the customer fully understands the problem, the cost, and what your options are prior to work being done. When you get the bill, the service attendant will go over each of the work items to make sure the customer understands what work took place and that you were happy with the outcome. I have never had a bad experience at this dealership with expectations, price and quality of workmanship. I would gladly recommend a lifetime worth of servicing through this honest, upfront, and caring staff of this dealership. A special appreciation to Bob Reck, the service manager for his great job at saving this customer money and his customer relations skills.

Our experience with Hyundai and Steve Williams was so great, it prompted us to totally leave the Honda product behind, and we just purchased our second Hyundai (a Veloster) within 3 months! The first was an Elantra. We highly recommend Steve as a salesman. No pressure, just good customer service, and precise information. Oh did I mention the incredible Hyundai warranties which helped seal the deal and giveus peace of mind. This dealer came highly recommended from our brother in law, for their excellent reputation, and we now know why.

I have had 2 cars from St Charles Hyundai , The Salesmen are great and when i have to take my Car in for any type of service, the guys in the Service Department are great they take there time with you and explain everything in detail that they are going to do for you , and when they are finished they come out and talk to you, and if you have any concerns they address them right away, Would highly recommed St Charles Hyundai to everyone, I have gotten 2people from my family to buy cars there because they are great to deal with. I really like this dealership. Their express service shows they care about my time and not forcing me to fit their schedule. The place is always spotless and well lit. The customer lounge is comfortable and set up with private areas so I can work on my computer. Overall, I am extremely happy I bought my new Sante Fe from them.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful as well as patient, as I was there four times making my decision. Quick to follow up. Very pleasant atmosphere overall. Even the service area was clean and organized with service technicians standing by. I was actually introduced to each of them personally. No extra charges. Finance dept. willing to work with us until we were happy with the deal. Made me feel comfortable with the final numbers. I would definitely go back again. And you can't beat the warranties they offer, as well as efficient, attractive vehicles.

The WORST dealership I have EVER dealt with!! WARNING...do NOT go there!! The rudest,most inconsiderate,disrespectful & misinformed group of people you can imagine. The salesman was ok,but the rest of the staff(listed above)were absolutely & unbelievably demeaning & unprofessional. Please do yourself a favor & do not even consider given this Hyundai dealer your business. Rhonda Chapman contacted me,but she was as rude on the phone as she was in person....she told me they would not work with me, & not in a nice way. (Notice that all of the positive reviews are all dated around mid-to-late August, 2012-in fact several of them even have the same date, while the negative reviews have earlier dates!! Curious, isn't it?).

Buyer BewareHad to buy my son a replacement vehicle for a truck that was totaled in an accident. We found a used Jeep Cherokee Sport that was in decent shape and was with in the price area of the Insurance settlement. The sales person and staff were excellent during the sale. We picked the car up on Wed. night and by Sunday night the car was overheating and making a knocking noise. I realize that the car was "As Is" and with "No Warranty", but one would expect a car from a dealership to last longer than 4 - 5 days. So much for the extra fee that they charge for the Inspections, paper work, oil change and the used car check-up. My son took the Jeep to the Hyundai part of the dealership were it was bought and was told that "There is nothing we can do, it is not or car or our problem&".I would think long and hard about buying a used car there. We originally went to the dealership, because I felt that we were better off there than at a side of the road used car lot. Was I ever wrong? We do have a nice looking $5799 yard decoration.

Leased a Maxima 3 mos. ago. Needed to trade my husband's vehicle. Went into their Hyundai dealership - young salesman dropped the ball on the deal. We decided to go back to their Nissan dealership (next door) to see if they could work a deal. They gave us a good deal on our trade and because it wasn't able to drive (H3 that was stuck in 4-wheel high) we really had to get out of the car. Although we just leased a vehicle they gave us a horrible rate on a loan (told us they couldn't get us into a lease). Our original salesman passed us off on someone else because he was busy. The 2nd salesman drug out the deal for a week. Promised return phone calls that we never received. We had to keep calling to find out what was going on due to their lack of response. Felt it was a pressure sale this past Mon because we had to get out of my husband's vehicle. Knew it was a mistake. Went immediately back to the dealer on Tues to try to get out of car into original desired car from their Hyundai dealership next door. We were told on Wednesday by our salesman that the Sales Manager thought he could get the deal done with an additional $1,500 down. I told him we could come up with that. Spent the next 2 days trying to find out what was going on. Phone calls were not returned. Finally spoke with salesman yesterday. He told us that they can't do the deal without another $5,000 down. Although we were told we were preferred customers because we had just leased a vehicle we were treated with less than desirable customer service and it's obvious they aren't trying to keep a customer's loyalty with the way we were "jerked" around.

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU GO THERE! DO NOT TRUST ANYBODY AT THAT DEALERSHIP (HYUNDAI)I was interested in an Audi at the HYUNDAI dealership, and the salesguy JEREMY tricked me in to leaving a $500 deposit for the car!!!! I asked JEREMY FIVE TIMES if the deposit was refundable, and he assured me that IT WAS!!!When I got back (hasn't even been 24 hours) to tell them the bad news, that I changed my mind and want my deposit back, the floor manager MIKE, was trying hard to keep my business. When I told MIKE that I have found a better deal, but it's in IL and I haven't seen the car yet, to what MIKE RESPONDED THAT HE WOULD LIE TO ANYBODY AND GIVE A FALSE PRICE JUST TO BRING A CUSTOMER IN! Basically warning me to watch out for the other dealership in IL. But I guess he didn't know that his "kind" advice would work against him. THIS MAN CANNOT BE TRUSTED AND HE Basically CALLED HIMSELF A LIAR, by telling me this.I insisted On getting back my deposit, I CANNOT believe they thought that I would even consider buying from them and trusting them, after all I have heard. Then JEFF (another manager) came up to me and was VERY RUDE AND ANGRY and didn't want to give me back my deposit because I signed a "contract". He called JEREMY(sales guy) and JEREMY LIED IN MY FACE IN FRONT OF HIS MANAGER, SAYING THAT HE NEVER SAID THAT THE DEPOSIT WAS REFUNDABLE. I was speachless!!! Long story short I did get my deposit back, but they caused me a lot of trouble for NOTHING. They saw a young lady with little experience and decided to TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ME. Needless to say JEFF was very rude and disrespectful to me, he talked to me like I was a little girl. I was VERY Offended especially when he said that I have to grow up! That was rediculous, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND IMMATURE!This was a horrible first experience at a dealership. AND PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE, THEY WILL LIE TO YOUR FACE AND TELL YOU ANYTHING TO FOOL YOU INTO BUYING THEIR CARS AND/OR TAKING AND KEEPING YOUR MONEY. PLEASE READ OTHER REVIEWS! Very misleading sales tactics from their associates. Looked at a car that was initially priced at $11,995. Through conversations with the sales associate, she dropped the price down to $9,000. I said that I would be more confortable with $8,500, and she said that it would not be a problem. We also worked in the sales tax and paying off our existing car loan (with trade in) for the same amount ($8,500) and she said that it was no problem. The sales associate gave us to keys for us to have the car inspected by our mechanic the next day. After the inspection, I returned to the dealership to pay the money and leave with my new car only to find out that overnight, the price went up $3,000 to $11,500 without the sales tax, and that price would include the payoff of the existing loan and trade in value. We complained to the supervisor and the Better Business Beaurau. Do not invest any time with this automotive dealership. You WILL be mislead.

Deceptive lease and sales practices. Leased first car from Bryan Dillon in 97 went back to get car worked on in 2000 ..Scott (dont have last name anymore..he quit..guess his conscious got the best of him) approached me and talked (or should I say deceived) me into 2nd lease (trade-in which means I'd break the first lease which is a known no-no) admitted got screwed first time would help me out...Spent over 5 hours at this dealsership...Somehow...additional 3000.00-5000.00 swindled into my lease payment...I was screwed AGAIN. This dealership is in for the $$ only and not worried about customer service nor return customers. I was stupid enough to let them screw me again....PLEASE DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE....shady shady sales people...Better business bureau has over 56 complaints in all departments in past 36 months...THIS SHOULD TELL YOU SOMETHING. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!
