Drove 2 hrs from Dallas to meet with Julie Gillentine she was so great. Very professional and easy to worth with. I felt like she really listened to what we wanted as a customer and worked to get us a great deal! Ronaldo the loan supervisor was funny and easy to work with as well. Great job by both these two. I highly recommend this dealership!

I would like to thank Joe Williamson service advisor & his techs for helping us this past weekend. Our 2014 Ford F150 was dead on a county road near Cisco Tx. Luckily we had minimal phone service and was able to contact Stanley Ford in Eastland. Joe helped us contact Ford roadside assistance & get our truck towed to his dealership . They were able to find the cause and fix the problem in short order on a Saturday afternoon. I will also say the problem was caused by having my truck serviced by a NON Ford company. never again I will deal with Ford from now on. Again going from a very hot and stressful situation to everything back in working order in a short period of time make's me want to do business with these people in the future. Purchased a vehicle had a bad mirror switch was told they would fix it still has not been done, the center console latch broken,radio Antenna has issues won't pickup a lot of stations it should, back door child safety lock not working can't open from inside even after turning off child safety lock and they didn't even take ANYTHING OFF THE PRICE OF THE VEHICLE. Would NOT Recommend this Dealership nothing has been fixed on my vehicle will have to do it All myself I guess.

Julie GILLENTINE and Joe (in financing) were very helpful, respectful, understanding, kind and compassionate (yes, compassionate). They both went out of their way to help me purchase a new vehicle. They stayed late waiting for my 6:30 PM arrival (on a Monday night) & seemed happy to do so (& didn't leave until 9:30). It was s very refreshingly positive experience. I am so impressed with them/Stanley Ford in Eastland! It was well worth the 75 mile drive from home (right past other dealerships where I've bought new cars). I'll refer friends & loved ones. The purchase was easy paperwork was light very satifised with my truck the only thing I did not like it took 2.5 hours to get in my truck due to "cleaning and washing" I thought that was a little bit long when the truck was clean. Detailing a clean truck should not take more than 30 min tops.

I've been trying to purchase a new car for a over a year now I have awful credit so it had been very difficult, however, after dealing with Julie Gillentine and their fiance manager they not only found me a car but also delivered it to my work out of town!!! They were very friendly and did everything they could to get me and my son a nice, safe new car! I will def refer all of my friends and family!! Finally a place that doesn't just see your credit score and tell you no!! Thanks so much guys!!

Darrell was great. 2nd vehicle I have purchased from Darrel within the last several months. The last one was an Edge which was being delivered to Stanley via train. Got it two weeks after the expected delivery expected date. Might still be waiting for it if Darrell and a Ford rep had not gotten involved with Lisa at the Mesquite shipping depot. She had not been truthful about the status of the vehicle at least twice with Darrell. He finally took matters in hand and went to Mesquite and got the vehicle himself. He went over and above in getting the vehicle to us. He has earned the status of being my go to guy on all future vehicle purchases. He is a great representative for fairness and customer satisfaction for Eastland Stanley Ford! Great pricing, good trade in values and great customer service. Values that are not found with all salesmen or dealerships

I sent in an inquiry from the stanely ford website and within minutes received a call about the Edge we were interested in. Set up an appointment for the next day, came in, and purchased the car. It was a very pleasurable and easy car buying experience. Our sales person, Sara, was so nice and took the time to show me exactly how to operate everything within the vehicle. My experience was very pleasant and pain-free. The staff was courteous and very professional but also conveyed a warm family-type atmosphere. My salesman (Randy) was able to find exactly what I was looking for and Brad was able to give me several financing options. Overall a great experience and I will recommend Stanley Ford to friends and family!

I was traveling from Abilene Tx to Midlothian Tx and stopped in Eastland Tx for refreshments. When I came out of the convenience store and attempted to start my car, it wouldn't turn over. I signaled a guy that had just filled up with gas for assistance. He didn't have jumper cables, but called one of his colleagues with the Eastland police dept., who in turn came and jumped my battery which got me going again. The policeman referred me to Stanley Ford. I arrived at Stanley Ford to meet Joe Williamson in the service dept. This was about 9:30 AM, so they had already had their service jobs scheduled for the day. But they didn't turn me away. They inspected my car and determined the alternator was defective. They didn't have one in stock, but ordered a new one in, replaced the bad one and tested the system. They got me going again well before the end of the day. I am grateful to Joe Williamson and the Stanley Ford dealership for turning my unfortunate experience into a good ending.

Brad in Parts went above and beyond to find the part for one of my patrol cars. The part was in the Police package units and was difficult to locate, but Brad didn't give up and located the part and had to us in a timely manner so we could get our Patrol car back on the road and protecting the City of Ranger. This dealership you would think have good customer service but they don't we have tried to buy a vehicle have service done there. No fellow up or concern over us not getting a vehicle ordered. Complain to office nothing done and the service department will not communicate. You better record any conversation with them because they will tell one thing over the phone, then tell you they didn't say that in person. Just be very careful in dealing with these folks
