I always receive good services from the service team at Steves Chevrolet. I have a Toyota but choose to take it here for servicing on it. This time Jerry in service far exceeded my expectations for service. To my fault I procrastinated in making an appointment in getting my car services and wella two days before leaving and of course (to be expected with their service) no appointments before leaving to get my car service. Well Jerry agreed if I left my car for the next two days he would do his best to have it done. Not only did he have it done, he worked it in the same day (I did not have to go two days without my car, even though I might have deserved it) and completed the full service and a few extra repairs needed. And of course the quality of the work was exceptional as well. Thank you.

My experience with your dealership was excellent. I went to this dealer by accident, thinking I needed a break and a stretch on my trip north. In my heart, I felt I would be purchasing my new vehicle from a local dealer in Vegas or in Chico. But Wayne was so accommodating and honest, that when I returned, I decided that the only way I would buy from anyone else would be if they came up with a better price. To make it short, over the next two weeks, everyone at the dealer went above and beyond to provide me with the highest quality service I have ever experienced at ANY dealership. They drove to LA to pick up the car I wanted, and they sent a nice gentleman, Hector, to pick me up at the Merced airport and convey me to the dealership. He was very generous with his time and paid attention to every possible detail that came up. He made sure that I had a variety of refreshments in the vehicle for the rest of my trip. I LOVE THEM !

Chevy Silverado 2014. Brought in for Non Warrenty. New spark plugs and cables. Staff was helpful and was given a loaner car. Great dealer, with great service and great people.

Hector was AMAZING! He did everything and more for me and my husband. He made the impossible possible and treated us like family. He still touches base with me and my husband every here and there and makes sure everything is okay with our car. I have already recommended Hector and Steve's Chevy of Chowchilla! WE have never had better service. I recently had to go to both Chevy dealerships in Fresno and neither one of them cared about me or our car in any way. If I didn't have work I would have drove out to Chowchilla because I wanted help that bad. Thank you Hector and Steve's Chevy for all that you do!

Stopped in just to have my oil changed and from the moment I walked into the service department i was treated as if was their long time, favorite customer. I made my way around the dealership while I waited for the service and everyone was so polite and welcoming. In a very short time my vehcile's work was complete and to my surprise they had even washed and cleaned my car. This type of customer service and the manner of how they treat their customers is why I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! A++++ across the board.

I took my car in for a routine service & in doing so I was advised that I needed tires. Jared gave me a couple of quotes & the tires were on the same day. I feel safe knowing the Service Department is looking out for my safety.

The Sales Manager is a personal friend of mine so I'm sure I received the best deal possible on the 2011 Silverado 3500 Dually. Other than the mountain of paperwork that must be filled out to purchase a vehicle these days, the experience was very pleasant. We have purchased several vehicles from Steve's Chevrolet in Chowchilla and have a great relationship with the dealership and all departments of that dealership. AAA+ sales & service.

I worked for a major US company for over 13 years when it closed in 2013. In this rough economy, I spent months trying to find a job and needless to say, my credit scores took a terrible blow. Steve's Chevrolet (Wayne Chapman) found a truck that was perfect for us and our budget. He also found a lender that was willing to work with us and our less-than-perfect credit! I shopped around Fresno and could not find a better deal than the 2006 Silverado that was available at Steves. More importantly than a good deal is a dealer I could trust AND a company that stands behind its products. I know I got a good deal by staying in Chowchilla with Steves (after much research on the Internet and on dealer lots in Fresno!) It brings me great joy to see my wife's smiling face in her truck. Wayne Chatman & his group of professionals goes above & beyond every time. Jarrod in service makes sure my wifes Equinox is ready for every road trip. These guys are awesome, we would go nowhere else in the central valley!!! We even had our friends drive two hours to get a car from Wayne & his team. I got my daughter's car in for an oil change and service and they were able to squeeze another vehicle of mine in at the last moment. They were fairly quick, courteous and let me know if anything else looked as if if needed repair(with a price quote.) No pressure. Also, the facilities have recently been remodeled and look great. Very clean and professional.

I brought my truck in for an evaluation of a malfunction. Service dept determined all was OK and no need for a repair. Easily could have charged for unnecessary repair. Have used this service dept for years, and has always been honest, courteous and reliable. Appreciate the customer service.

The service I received at STEVE was outstanding Dave was extremely helpful and made us feel like a valued customer the process we used was a bit confusing since we used an out of state bank for the Financing but Dave and the team made it Seem easy will defiantly recommend, and will buy all future cars from STEVES in Chowchilla ,CA!!!!

I looked online and found the exact used Yukon I've been wanting, it was worth driving 95 miles for! The salesman Dave was helpful and fantastic and everyone was nice! I highly recommend this dealer, my Yukon is a fantastic certified used vehicle that looks brand new! A great experience!
