Went to Keene Subaru because it was the closest dealership to my house. This is my second Impressa my first was a 2010, the 2016 Impressa is much nicer. The cockpit is very has more legroom, the 2010 always felt like it was cramming my right leg. My car seat is the most comfortable car seat I've ever sat in! So much for the car. My car buying experience at Keene Subaru was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. To completely grasp this you've got to understand that I was upset about purchasing a new car: My old Subaru would require a lot of engine work at 230K and I had planned on it making 500K. After a lot of deliberation I decided to buy a new car rather than repair the old car. Very glad I bought a new car. I paid the SAME price for the 2016 impressa that I paid for the 2010! At no time did I feel pressured Cathy was terrific

we recently purchased a 2012 impreza from this dealership, the salesman, Derek Winchester was a pleasure to deal with, follow up was excellent and we're very happy with the car! Not only with this purchase, but a salesman noticed I had a screw in my car tire (not the one we purchased) and the dealership repaired my tire at No Charge.

We had an appointment at 10:30 at kneene Subaru.we were their on time and they were right their waiting for us . They took us right in and they even asked us if we wanted to run any errands while we were waiting. They offered a shuttle car to drive us around. They were awesome.

We have purchased 3 vehicles from Subaru of Keene and have been so pleased with our sales person Kathy Kelly that when our parents were in the market for another Subaru I brought them to Subaru of Keene. Our parents live in Sunapee and on one of their visits to us their first Subaru purchased at another dealer had a tire light come on. They pulled into the service area at almost closing time and the crew took care of it at no charge and had them on their way. We cannot say enough nice things about everyone at Subaru of Keene for our salesperson Kathy Kelly, Dan the finance man, Penny and Justin in service, all are professionally trained and pleasant to do business with.

I stopped by this dealer on my way home from a meeting in MA, more to check out the dealer than the cars since I had already made up my mind on an Impreza. The sales staff was helpful and at no time pressured me into buying. They spent extra time to discuss the options available and allowed me to test drive several cars, even though it was well past their usual closing time. They are very up front about everything. Check out their web site, it has base prices and options of everything you can think of, and that was the price I ended up paying. Compare that with other dealers. No haggling at all! Needless to say I filled out all the paperwork that night, and picked the car up the following weekend. Three years and 85,000 miles later I still bring my Impreza to Subaru of Keene even though there are 16 other Subaru dealers that are closer (according to this web site). I have never felt that a dealer is more on my side and wants to keep my car running well and safe. Of all the dealers I have been to, this is the only one that I didn't feel ripped off by after I leave the shop.

I spoke with another dealership who would have offered me between $1000 and $2000 more for my exact trade-in to Subaru of Keene. This was when I was canceling a bumper to bumper contract with them on my previous vehicle: I had driven it for about 3000 miles, and received ~$1700 back from the original $1900 purchase price. I was mislead to believe that I would have the same contract on the vehicle I was purchasing from Keene. Before I received this vehicle, I asked to opt out of the $1900 add-on from my purchase order and take the car as is. I was told that if I cancel the add on I would reduce the price by $260.00. I felt very deceived throughout the whole process. I would not recommend this dealership.

From the very start Dick Smith did not pressure us into buying. He let us look, was there to answer questions and did not push to make a sale when we told him we would be back another day to test drive the outback. He was true to his word and sent us a brochure on the outback when his supply came in. When we had decided to go back to test drive we called Dick and he was there with a car waiting for us to drive. We were sold and bought the Subaru outback. We had the same experience with Dan the financial manger with obtaining our loan with a payment we could live with. Overall we would recommend the Subaru of Keene dealership hands down.

We recently picked up our new Subaru Outback and couldn't be more pleased. Purchasing this vehicle was the best car buying experience we've had in a long time. We first contacted the dealership via e-mail- told them exactly what we were looking for- got a reply right away, Made arrangements to visit the showroom and within minutes were greeted by the friendly staff who worked as a team to get our trade-in appraised, locate a car that matched our requirements and then put their best deal on the table- all within 45 minutes! No games, no back and forth to the "back office" a dozen times. Our new Outback was ready before we expected- and upon delivery, our Sales Rep Scott showed us all the new features and how to use them. We are very pleased with the entire experience!

Our family went in to look at a Subaru on a Saturday afternoon, 4/28 and had the pleasure to meet Dick Smith and explain our situation. Our beloved family 2008 Volvo with 225k miles had been promised to our daughter the day it was bought and now the time had come where she had gotten her license which is a great milestone resulting in us needing to get a new family vehicle.We took a test drive in the Outback available and quickly decided it was the right replacement vehicle and at that time we also learned that the 2015 Outback was a highly sought after car and the option package we were looking for meant we would have to wait until one came in (an estimated 8 weeks) this news resulted in a teenager being disappointed and 2 parents anticipating 2 months of constant questioning 'when will you get the Subaru?'The following week we reconnected with Dick who brought Ken into our discussions about how we could try and get a vehicle quicker than some other dealers so we could stay in the Fenton Family and buy the car locally. Keene Subaru went above and beyond to hunt down the exact car we were looking for. Ken and Dick looked at trading other models with their sister dealership in. MA; in the end there was tremendous success, Keene Subaru had our Outback available for delivery by 3/31, complete with our exact option package in the exact color asked for!When we went to pick up the Outback Dick spent time to give an entire walk through of all the cars specific features. He even helped us pair our iPhones to use the Bluetooth feature. I am delighted with the Outback, the quality and. Workmanship put into this vehicle changed my outlook and I am happy to say I am proud to have bought an American made car again! There is no doubt we will buy our next Subaru at Keene Subaru;in the meantime we plan to have all of our service done locally. In Keene. I have to say up until now, I have absolutely detested car shopping... I despised the haggling, the pressure, the "please wait here while I go talk to the sales manager, to see if we can work this" game. All of it. I experienced none of that at Subaru of Keene. We spent nearly 4 months visiting 10 different dealerships and test driving 20 SUVs of various brands and levels. We came back to Subaru for the obvious reasons (quality, safety, minimal depreciation), but we ended up working with Keene Subaru because of Kathy Kelley. She was patient and helpful without the usual hard push that we got from many other dealers (understandable, yes, but not our style). I walked into Subaru of Keene several times this fall, looking around and looking forward to buying a new or used car. I was pleased that I was able to look around peacefully at the cars and pamphlets available in the showroom. On the day that I went there with intent to buy, there was a sales person ready and able to sit with me and tell me what was on the lot. Kathy answered questions about cargo, mileage, new transmissions and used cars. After just a couple test drives and changes of mind, I found the car of my dreams. I love it! On the most recent visit, we were looking to trade in my Subaru Outback for a newer model while our daughter (new grad school grad) was in desperate need of a car ASAP as hers had "given up the ghost" coming home from her clinical internship and she needed wheels to get her to work the next day. Our family has purchased two previous Subarus from Keene (Fenton) Subaru and knew that was the place to go. I called Ken Goff in advance to let him know what we needed and our timeline. Ken sold us our last Subaru and because of his excellent service then, I wanted to work with him again. Due to a promotion, Ken was no longer on the floor but he knew immediately who to hook us up with to meet our needs: Kathy Kelley. Kathy was a perfect fit and made our experience one to be recommended to others. When we arrived, the team had already pulled a used Forester, that met our daughter's requirements, up front. She took it for a test drive with her fiance and by the end of the night, were signing the papers. This was our daughter and her fiance's first car buying experience and both commented that it was much easier and less stressful than they had imagined! Within days, we successfully traded in our current vehicle for a 2014 Subaru Forester and once again, couldn't be happier with the experience. No nonsense, just a desire to meet (or better yet, exceed) our needs and desires. Customer service was amazing. No one was "pushy" and I felt no pressure. It's stressful enough buying a car, but not from here! From test drive to financing to driving off the lot, I never once was made to feel uncomfortable. I went in with the intention of buying a used vehicle, but with their assistance, was able to afford a new one! The only issue was confusion over different state laws, as I bought this car in New Hampshire, but live in Massachusetts. However, the team at Subaru was able to work with me to rectify this faster than the speed of light, and it did not cause me any problems! Would recommend to anyone in the New England area.

I wasn't planning to buy a car when I went to Subaru of Keene until Scott came out and asked what exactly we were looking for, we said we were interested in looking at Subaru Legacys but wasn't sure if we were ready for the payments. Scott was reasonable and let us test drive and we told him our budget, Scott was not pushy, but ran some numbers anyways, he got exactly our budget for a 2014!!! We were OVERLY satisfied, then Dan, the business manager worked his magic after we almost got denied and we drove away with our new 2014 Legacy that day! Subaru of Keene is a beautiful state-of-the-art dealership. Very modern with a large selection of cars. I've purchased a number of cars but this was the easiest process of all places I've gone. I was in the market for a used vehicle and decided to look for a Subaru Forrester because they are rated highly by consumer reports and I know several people that have one and they are very satisfied. After researching local Subaru dealerships online I decided to give Subaru of Keene a try because they had quite a large selection of used Forresters. I am glad I chose them because it was a very pleasant experience overall. I primarily dealt with two employees, Victoria Hamman and Dan Kuraner. Victoria was amazing. She was very courteous and professional as well as very knowledgeable throughout the process. She is a very nice young lady and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. I have three grown daughters of my own and I am sure Victoria's parents are proud of her..Dan Kuraner did my credit application and he was equally amazing. Some people can make a computer sit up and beg. Dan is one of these people. I don't believe I have ever met someone that knows his job better. Dan wasn't interested in just selling me any vehicle. He took the time and effort to find a vehicle that was the right fit for me financially. Both Victoria and Dan are true assets to Subaru of Keene. They say that Subarus sell themselves. I absolutely HATE car shopping! For that reason I dreaded having to replace my old car but I had no choice. Everyone at the Subaru Dealership made me feel very welcome. I never felt patronized or a "lesser" person, being an older woman and not always understanding the mechanics of vehicles I probably had some pretty silly questions but Jacob (our salesperson) was very patient with me and explained everything well. I never got the "hard sell" and really, the car we settled on (Subaru Crosstrek) pretty much sold itself but Jacob made the experience very comfortable. Also, Dan in the business office made the TONS of paperwork you now have to fill out go very easily also. And was great in taking care of what needed doing because I could not find the old title to my trade-in. Neither my husband or I are very pushy so we possibly could have gotten a better deal if we were but I felt comfortable and never felt "manipulated" like some past car buying experiences. As long as the future service experiences are as good as the actual car buying was I will be extremely happy with the Subaru Dealership!

Having put in a lot of research on buying a new car, we came to the conclusion that Impreza would be a good fit, it was just a matter of driving one. Having looked on line and seeing that several were available at the Keene store, we phoned and made an appointment to test drive one of them. When we arrived, we were met by several smiling faces and we were made to feel at ease. The car we had chased was already ready for the test drive. Kathy took us out to the car and explained all of the controls before we drove off. Just a few minutes in the car was enough to know that it would fit - although the size of the wiper arms was a bit worrying! Having driven the car in the rain, they're great! The whole experience of exchanging our Jeep for the Impreza was a joy (yes I used that word!) from start to finish, including signing the finances. I would recommend this dealership and the folks we dealt with (thank you Kathy!), any time I'm asked. I came looking for a car (and hungry) and I went home with an Impreza, having eaten a very nice bagel from Customer Service!

WE went on line to all the dealers in our area. WE found out everyone had different prices. Also no one would tell us the different between the models of foresters. Victoria was the only one to take time and show us definers between the models. She didn't try to sell want we didn't want. Also she listen to what we wanted, if she didn't know the answer she went to someone to get the right answer for us. Her honesty was the reason. we bought our car there. My experience at Subaru Keene was absolutely amazing from the moment we met our sales person, Kathy Kelly, until the purchase was complete. We were looking and not sure if we were ready to buy but knew with my car having 320,000 we had to start looking. Kathy was so good. She was not pushy at all and made up feel very comfortable. She answered all the questions we had and explained what options were available in the subaru. We liked the crosstek but had many questions that Kathy was able to answer. Once we decided to buy the finance person, Dan, was so good. He had everything ready for us when we went to pick up the car. They also did all the running around to register the car so i had absolutely nothing to worry about. I purchased and picked up my crosstek on a saturday and the registration was complete and in my hands on Tuesday. All I can say was it was a great experience and i would recommend Kathy and Subaru Keene to everyone. I know i'll be there again when I'm ready to buy another vehicle.BTW.... Buying a new vehicle is usually a stressful experience, with the worry of finances and being hassled by a dealer trying to make a good commission. I know this because I've bought four vehicles now, and I spent TWO years searching for the right vehicle. Subaru of Keene never made me feel hassled and they were able to provide me with exactly what I wanted without trying to force me into some other vehicle or color or edition that I just didn't want. It was nice to be heard and understood, and I especially liked that when I was on the fence about it, I was given the sales loaner vehicle to take home for the night. I'm glad I had that opportunity as it made me feel a lot more confident in my purchase. I had a great experience purchasing a new 2014 Subaru Impreza Sedan at the Subaru of Keene. Right away Curt Finnamore noticed my interest as I was walking the lot. He immediately introduced himself and showed me the model I had in mind. We exchanged contact information and scheduled a test drive. I was impressed by how knowledgeable, friendly and courteous he was. I had done a fair amount of car research in consumer reports and I was definitely leaning towards the Subaru Impreza but after the test drive I was sold. The car handles great, accelerates well and best of all it gets nearly 36 miles per gallon highway. Next came the negotiating, prior to the test drive I printed a copy of Edmunds on the exact year, model and area I was purchasing my car. They matched this price. Overall, for making such a large purchase I barely spent two afternoons, and left with complete confidence that I made a great decision. Curt has been in contact since I bought my car and I know he is committed to keeping my car in good condition through regular service check ups at the Keene Subaru.

She sat us down and showed us all of the different models we could choose from. I've been driving Honda's for the past 24 years. When I wanted to upgrade to a larger AWD vehicle, Honda didn't offer anything I liked...the CRV was too small (especially the interior) and the Pilot was unimpressive. I test drove several Subaru's and fell in love with the 2014 Outback. My sales associate, Ken, even let me take a car for an overnight test drive. The Subaru's are really suited for our winter weather here in New England, and the heated seats are amazing! Ken was easy to work with and very accommodating. I made a lot of phone calls to him, and each time Ken was pleasant, patient, and helpful. I recommend Subaru and I recommend Subaru of Keene. Bye, bye Honda.

He understands how I drive and our needs for both city and rural living - Brooklyn NY and southern NH. He follows up long after the initial purchase to make sure that we are happy with our vehicle. Rob and the folks at Subaru of Keene made the purchasing process a simple and straight forward one free of the high pressure sales tactics that is often prevalent at many dealerships. Rob took a low key approach providing relevant information as opposed to trying to push a product. They provided my wife and I with a simple "bottom line" price as opposed to some incomprehensible math formula where it is difficult to understand the price you are paying for the car relative to the sticker price and what you are being allowed for your trade in. I have purchased a number of cars in my lifetime and this was the least stressful car buying process I have experienced.

I was looking to trade in a Tundra and had my mind on a brz or wrx. Ernie and sales were very low pressure and easy going which is all I really wanted. They got me out on a test drive within minutes of arriving which was also great. Everyone there was very welcoming and humorous. I would recommend this to anyone looking to check out a subaru or trade in their old car.

Subaru of Keene was my first stop when I made the decision to replace my aging car. It was there I met Ken Goff whose professional and friendly manner made the experience of buying a car not only a relief, but a lot of fun from day one. He listened carefully to my description of my intentions and respected my budget. It was initially my plan to purchase a certified used vehicle, and Ken was able to immediately show me two on the lot that met my expressed needs and budget. He is knowledgeable about the Subaru vehicles themselves, and was also able to describe intelligent purchasing options that aligned nicely with my plans. I left the dealership with useful resources and the knowledge that I could contact Ken or anyone at Subaru of Keene at any time with questions. After meeting Ken, I did some research and comparison shopping and easily made the decision to return to Subaru of Keene. I contacted Ken who quickly set up a test drive, and I purchased a great new car that is perfect for me. Ken facilitated everything about the purchase, which was entirely without stress,. I have a great deal of faith in my 'car guy' and the team that provides customer service at the Keene store. I could not possibly be happier with my decision to work with Ken in finding the right car and I look forward to working with him and the Keene team in keeping my car in great shape for the next many, many years.

Great. They answered our questions with no pressure the first time we stopped by. When we went in to purchase our Forester they were very helpful, and again no pressure. We got a good price and very good financing. They sold us the car we wanted without trying to upsell us into a fancier model. These people listen to you and want you to be happy. They actually work to build repeat customers and in our case I would say their approach works. Next time we need a car they will be our go to dealership.

We had a positive experience buying a car from Subaru of Keene. Their man, Ken Goff was attentive, pleasant, and thorough. All the purchase and trade-in papers were processed with our bank (out of state, mind you) in a quick and professional way. The car and all the papers were ready when we arrived, having driven in 3 hours from New York State. We signed and were out of there in 20 minutes. Closing the sale was painless. The drive home was wonderful and magical. We love our new Subaru. P.S. The WRX is so fast that my husband kept having to slow it down! We will definitely buy another car from you because now I want one!

After identifying the new model/package we wanted I sent out notes to several dealerships who's inventory showed that car (Silver Forester/Premium/Black Interior) asking for their "best price." They were all w/i ~ $200 of each other but we went w Keene due to relative location and reputation. Only had the car for 4 days but closing the deal/finance/etc. went much better than I've seen in the past.

I came to the dealership having done a good bit of research online, and with some very positive previous first-hand experience of an Impreza. I knew I wanted to buy one of three possible models: 2014 Forrester, 2013 Forrester, or a Crosstek. Anthony knew that test driving would be the most effective way for me to make my decision, and he responded late one afternoon just before closing time by kindly arranging for 3 quick test drives. From that point onward he listened carefully to what we said, answered our questions directly, and provided extra information, but only when it related to the issues we had raised. It was all very direct and to the point, and cheerfully and sometimes humorously delivered.

At no time did I feel pressured in any way to buy a particular car or accessories that I myself did not want. When I actually picked up the car, he again took time to show me many of the features on the new vehicle with which I was unfamiliar. He assured me that he was available for me to contact him with any questions that might arise as I became acquainted with my new Subaru Legacy. I would rate customer service as excellent! Prior to my going to Subaru of Keene, I had read "Consumer Reports" with regard to the 2013 Legacy, and the car was highly recommended.

I thought Peter did a great job with my husband and I, who have never bought a Subaru before. He explained things in a way that was easy to understand, and did not talk "over my head" with technical terms. He was very friendly and open with us, did not push us at all, and gave us some privacy to discuss the financial piece. I would recommend him nd Subaru of Keene to anyone. Buying a new car can be a scary thing. We went car shopping with an idea of what we wanted, but we needed more information and time to process the new information, which Ken gave us. If we had a question he gave us an informed answer and then gave us the privacy that is needed when discussing such a large purchase. My fiance and I felt no pressure and we were able to reach our decision in our own time. I am very confident as well that if anything comes up that Ken will take a personal interest to ensure that we are taken care of. This is a great dealership, and I plan to buy future cars from here.

I purchased my second new car from Subaru of Keene with a great feeling. The dealership offered a worry free (and my first) trade-in of a 2010 Subaru (still being financed) and explained the cost accounting, bank paperwork, and new car features of a 2014 Subaru Forester. The process of buying a new car across state lines from residency was also explained well. With a new facility, shuttle service and salt/ sound protective coating offered, I would recommend Subaru of Keene as an excellent dealership of automobiles for northern New England driving.

We liked working with Kathy. She greeted up enthusiastically and did all the right "salesy" things to close the sale quickly. She knew quite a bit about the car and was able to relay that quickly.I do think the fact that we were going to register the car in Massachusetts made the experience less than really smooth. Should probably have gone with an in-state dealership. There is (still) a lot of stuff I need to do to finish the registration (even though it was a plate transfer) that I would not have had to do had I been in-state. Sales tax was also not included in the financing because it was not handled by the dealership. All of this was not something that was told to us up front, though we had asked Dan & Kelly about how that would be handled prior to the closing of the sale. Hand waving about it - it would all be handled... And then we got charged the Administrative Fee and we have to do an awful lot of the administrative work... That seems unreasonable.Given these, I will not be purchasing a car in NH again.Thanks for listening.

Everyone was friendly without being pushy at all. This is the second vehicle I've leased from Subaru of Keene and salesman Scott Peabody. I had come into the dealership primarily to have my annual inspection done, and Scott saw me, and immediately came over to say hi. After a bit of chit-chat, I hinted at having an interest in the new 2014 model Forester. Since I was waiting on the inspection of my 2012 Forester, Scott grabbed a plate and sent me on a, test drive, of the 2014. I was truly impressed but told him it would have to be a "white one", to satisfy my wife, plus we discussed my, fixed income retirement situation. He listened to all my requests and issues, and went to work with his team. Long story short, later that day I drove home with a, White 2014 Subaru Forester, with a lease payment barely different from my previous one. I, and my wife, are thrilled with this new vehicle!!Scott, and the team at Subaru of Keene, are true professionals! They know their products, they care about their customers, and since I got my first, of 3, Foresters from them in 2000, I have never been disappointed!

First I want to mention Kira, who was the first person I spoke with over the phone. She was very helpful. At the dealership we were greeted immediately by Scott Peabody, and we were helped into a car for a test drive right away. Once I decided on which Forester I wanted, we started the boring part of buying but Scott kept us amused with stories of his recent trip to Italy. Once all papers were signed (Dan Kuraner was very efficient), Scott showed us where to bring the car for service, and then went over all aspects of the car - in excellent detail. The dealership had already closed, and it was a Saturday night, but he did not hurry us out at all. He worked to sync my old phone to the Bluetooth in the car, until I said it was fine as is and I'd let him finish with that when I came back for service. I felt very good about leaving and driving home in my gorgeous new car. I had waited a long time to buy a new car, and Scott Peabody and Subaru of Keene made the experience a very nice one.

Dreading the thought of trying to get a deal done for a new Subaru I was very pleased with the process from start to finish. One big reason was the no pressure approach by the salesperson Shannon. She took the time to let me drive 2 Foresters and make a decision as to which one I was most interested in. Sitting down to come up with the price was no different, pressure free. She later took the time to go over some of the books that came with the vehicle and some of the features it had to offer. This was the 15th new car I've bought over the last 50 years (!), and this experience was by far the best. The salesperson, Curt Finnamore, knew his product and was very helpful throughout -- and, more importantly, after -- the sales process. We reached agreement on a price that was nearly exactly the "fair market value" that I found on the edmunds.com website. There was no high pressure, which I appreciated (and which would have caused me to walk out the door). Subaru of Keene's service people tried without success for two hours to transfer my radar detector from my old car to my new one, but didn't charge me for their time. I found out later from independent sources that I was much better off getting a new detector anyway. I would (and will) strongly recommend this dealership and this salesperson to anyone buying a new Subaru in the future.

I stopped by Subaru of Keene after my old car finally died. It was also a Subaru and after 300K miles I was certain that my next car would be a Subaru. I was looking around the lot and ran into Shannon who took the time to stop what she was doing and introduce herself. This was the first time I was considering purchasing a new vehicle and I wasn't exactly certain how to proceed. We chatted for a minute and she asked if I would like to meet with her inside after she finished what she was doing. We sat down and discussed the WRX that I was interested in for a bit and I took it out for a test drive. She talked about some of the features of the car and admitted she wasn't the expert but she seemed to know her stuff. I believe I had a couple of questions that she didn't know the answer to off the top of her head but she found out once we returned to the dealer. We didn't talk numbers or anything that day and I had to wait for some work related expenses to be reimbursed so that I would have a down payment. I told her that I would be back on my next day off to continue the conversation about the purchase. She was fine with that and kept in contact over the course of the week and a half that went by. She even texted me a picture of the car that I was interested in. So I went back and I had changed my mind on the color of the car I wanted. The dealership found one with most of the options that I wanted and in the color I wanted (hey if I'm buying new it better be the right color too). The option that the car didn't come with was fog lights and Subaru of Keene installed those and it looks like it came that way from the factory. Shannon was very low pressure. She wanted me to make sure that I was getting the car that I wanted. I feel that they were very reasonable on price after doing some research online. Once I had made my mind up Shannon handed me over to Dan to fill out the financing paperwork. Dan was very personable and made the financing paperwork bearable. He guided me through some of the extras that are available. So the bottom line is that I would definitely recommend Shannon Jewell and Subaru of Keene. I am very happy with my new car and the attention that I received from Shannon.

My husband and I were looking to replace my car as mine was 10 years old. We went to this dealership (about an 80 minute drive) because of their reputation. Other Subaru dealerships nearby I haven't heard great things so we decided to make the trip down there just to look at what they had. As soon as we arrived Ken had greeted us and our children. As soon as we pulled up Ken knew all about the current Subaru I was driving which was comforting to know how much he knows about Subaru's. There was even a room for where our kids could hang out, color, watch TV while we talked car business. The best part is that our whole family got to test drive the car we wanted by ourselves, which most dealerships would not allow you to do that. The vibe at this place was great, and they are right on top of customer service. I had looked at other cars, however, with our New England winters I wanted a car that I could trust in the snow. Previously owning a Subaru I was already familiar with how well they handle in the snow, so which is why we wanted to get another one. Even if you don't live close, it's worth the drive down there. They do not pressure you into any deals, they are well informed about their cars and try to work with your budget.

Great to be back working with Anthony, Kelly, Jean and Dan again. Our experience here is always enjoyable and fun. The 2014 Forester was delivered very clean. Anthony went over everything and answered all of our questions and even set up the bluetooth phone for us. I've been purchasing used vehicles here since the 80's and new vehicles here since 2000. Kelly has sold us a 200 Outback, 03 Outback and an 05 Outback. Anthony has sold us an 06 Tribeca, 07 Forester, 08 Tribeca, 09 Forester and this new 2014 Forester all of which were fully loaded with all options. In 2010 we had to change from Subaru because the new Outback that we wanted to purchase had roof rails that WERE NOT compatible with our Yakima and Thule roof rail equipment. Instead of Subaru, we purchased a 2010 Outlander fully loaded and then a 2012 Sorento fully loaded. Since the 2014 Forester was enlarged a bit and had REAL ROOF RAILS, we thought we would go back to Subaru again. This is a great car with ALL of the bells and whistles. As a matter of fact, now that a few more options are available, I will be getting body side molding and the Sunroof Air Deflector. After dealing with the people here at the dealership that I've grown to be great friends with over the years, It's great to be back doing business with them once again.George & Ginny C

The salesman, Ken, was very helpful and informative. He was able to spend his time explaining details about the car and the dealership because the internet sales manager made the pricing very simple and eliminated a lot of the normal back and forth negotiation. Ken was able to take us on a good test drive that allowed us to evaluate the car. When we picked up the car, it was clean and ready to go. Everything is working fine at this early stage. We hope this new 2014 Forester is reliable and achieves the mileage that has been advertised. Ken has asked us to call if we have any issues.Overall, the sales process was a good experience and it would have been a great experience except for the last minute fees.

After owning one Subaru Outback for 10 years, we were actually looking for a change. However, after visiting several other dealerships and trying out other vehicles, we decided to at least check out the 2013 Outbacks. We researched them in Consumer Reports and they were rated higher than the other vehicles we were looking at. So we went to our local dealership. We were pleasantly surprised with the newer version. We took a while to review all the material we had amassed and continued to compare the Outback to other vehicles. Our decision to pruchase the Outback despite its being a bit higher priced than one of the other vehicles we tried was due to 1.) it's Consumer Reports ratings 2.) the feeling of confidence we came away with relative to the Keene dealership and 3.) most important of all, we had a terrific salesman in Ken Goff. He was pleasant, thorough, knowledgeable, able to answer all our questions, and he was NOT pushy. He presented the car and let us take our time with the decision. We would definitely recommend Subaru of Keene to folks looking for a good experience.

In January I brought my car in for service. I began to have problems with my car starting an it is a 2012. Penny was wonderful with accomidating my work schedule and understanding that I needed a loaner. When I arrived to drop my car off Penny had all my information set and ready to go. Justin waited on me the car was pulled up to the door and warmed up and ready to go. I recieved a phone call the next day with an update on my car. When I returned the loaner again I was waited on by Justin who explained everything. When I went outside to get my car it was pulled up to the door, washed and warmed up ready for me to go. My car is always returned to me clean and just the way I brought it in. I have now had several interactions with both Penny and Justin and they have both always been helpful, friendly and accomidate my needs. I have referred several people to their service dept. even people who did not buy their Subaru from Subaru of Keene. Several purchased their cars in Vermont and have come to Keene and praised their service dept. to me. Thank you agan for all of your help Don't change a thing!!!!

I haven't purchased a vehicle in 11 years an was nervous about going through the process again. I walked into the Subaru dealership and was greeted by Kenneth Goff who sat me down to go over what qualities and details I was I interested in having so we could then look at models of vehicles. I already knew that I wanted a new dark colored Forester and within minutes I was test driving a 2012 dark colored Forester. Ken went over all the safety features of the vehicle, confirming my research and putting my mind at ease in considering the purchase. He never once made me feel anything but comfortable and confident in myself and my decision. He was extremely helpful and not pushy at all. I was partially dreading purchasing my next vehicle because of a bad experience when I purchased my last and only vehicle from another local dealer. Now, as much as I love my new Forster, I can't wait to go back to Subaru and purchase my next vehicle from them as well. Ken really made me feel like I was a member of his family he was taking care of, no request was out of the question. When I went back the next day to complete all the paperwork, I received a very low financing rate, and all of Ken's coworkers that I was privileged to work with were very knowledgeable and friendly making the process even easier. Overall I can't say enough about my experience and the quality of vehicle I purchased. This was my first Subaru purchase but I can promise it is not my last, nor is it my last purchase from this dealership.

I reviewed all the websites for NH Subaru dealers and Subaru of Keene had the only one describing the end of year dealer special on 2012. It has Internet specialists who discuss the cars. I then went to the dealership (1.5 hours away) and had the car I wanted in 2.5 hours from time in the door to time out; this includes the time to move all my stuff from my car, which it took in trade, into the new one. I researched multiple different cars at multiple different locations around VT and NH. When I decided to go with the Subaru Forester I contacted several Subaru dealerships. I did not get a timely repsonse from Norwich Subaru. Claremont Subaru was initially very pleasant, but they became very rude and unprofessional when I questioned the deals offered at Keene. They were very unwilling to match other dealers quotes/deals. As it turns out, nobody could match Keene's prices, finance rates, or salesmanship. I knew exactly what vehicle I wanted, knew how much I was going to spend before going in, and had a date to pick it up before even walking into the dealership. Their internet sales department was extremely helpful. When I went to pick up the car everything was in order. I test drove it while they appraised my old car. I came back filled out the papework, and Dan was very nice to deal with. While filling out the paperwork I noticed that he didn't include free VT state inspections for the life of the vehicle. I asked him about it and he quickly fixed it, with no hassle. After I filled out the paperwork Brian showed me around. He also showed me the special functions of my car and then sent me on my way! Overall it was a very pleasant experience! I hope that the service is the same! I look forward to working with Subaru of Keene in the future!

I'm so happy I purchased my new car from Subaru of Keene. It was recommended by a member of my family who bought a car from Subaru of Keene this summer. The experience was perfect from the start. I got great service from Mark and Anthony: I am from Canada and bought my car via email with Mark and got great advice. Mark is such a knowledgeable and customer oriented professional. When I picked up my car, Anthony, equally knowledgeable and courteous, went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect and gave me all the info so that I would safely drive my new Outback to Montreal (even going to the lenght of programming the dealership's number on speeddial in case I had some questions on my way back). Mark was also there to greet me and make sure I was satisfied. In fact, everybody in the dealership was friendly and seemed happy for me. Going through customs was a breeze : The custom agent in Canada even said that if all papers were properly filled out like Subaru of Keene, his life would be easier! My only disapointment: I won't be able to get my car serviced at Keene! I'm recommending Subaru of Keene to all my friends and family.

Anthony has always been comfortable to talk with, he's upfront, honest, and has always met my limitations in regard to the bottom line monthly payment. He has always gone above and beyond - when my car is due for service, he picks it up at my workplace and returns it to me. He is personable and always interested in how my family is doing (husband and dogs).Dan makes the plethira of paperwork as painless as possible and has always been terrific about explaining and answering questions or concerns.I continue to use their service dept because when I brought my first Subaru to them, they were able to identify and fix a problem that another dealership wasn't able to. The service staff have always been friendly and excellent about explaining out-of-the-ordinary work that needs to be done. I trust them and their assessment 100%.I stay with Subaru not only because I love the vehicle, but because of your values. The fact that your plant is environmentally friendly and the degree of recycling that is done. As an animal advocate I admire all that Subaru has done and supported in this area as well. I'm a monthly supporter of ASPCA, I have 6 dogs that all fit in the Outback, and I do animal rescue transports. I also love that dogs are welcomed at the dealership. I had a great experience buying my 2013 XV crosstrek. Anthony Mastronardi was extremely helpful and made the experience very tolerable. I have not really encountered an automotive dealership I wanted to return to for future purchases yet. However I will most likely return to Subaru Of keene for a new vehicle if Subaru has a model i'm interested in. I gave a 3 on Price as I was not very happy with my trade in value they gave me, almost $2k less than what i was expecting and this was not disclosed until the very end where they were shoving papers at me to sign. But again that is just the nature of the beast with any dealerships, they state state "they need to make sure they do not lose money on your trade in" when of course you know they turn around and sell for a few grand profit....

Though we were slow to buy, there was no sales pressure from Anthony. Once we made our decision, Anthony shepherded us through the process surprisingly smoothly and efficiently. He was, throughout, emotionally engaged with us and attuned to our needs. We could not have asked for more. Joanie refers to Anthony as a "real person", not just a sales persona. We feel lucky that he happened to greet us in the parking lot that first day when we were wandering around looking at the cars. While looking to purchase our new Subaru, we visited many dealerships in the New England Area, Our expereince st Subaru of Keene, was top notch, our initial visit Colm was very accomodating as we were short on time, no pressure tactics, arranged for test driving of vehicles and thoroughly explained the vehicles in and out... we left the dealership knowing that we would be back... In the end, we ended up purchasing a new Subaru and a used Subaru from the delaership and it was largely due to the professionalism of Mr. Craig. We were traveling from Rockville, MD to Keene when our "check engine" light came on in our 1999 Outback in Wethersfield, CT. We were referred to Autozone in Wethersfield and they recommended that we see the Subaru dealer in Keene.We called Subaru in the late afternoon on October 12 and were told that we could be fit into the schedule for Saturday, October 13. We arrived at the dealership at 8am on Saturday, as recommended, and were seen immediately (and offered doughnuts and coffee). Based on our positive experience to that point, we requested an oil change, tire check, overall safety check, and preparation of our car for winter.We received a call in the early afternoon saying that the car was ready. When we arrived to pick up the car, Scott Parent gave us a complete description of what was done to the car. He explained what the "check engine" problem could have been and added that they found no problem upon checking the car. (The light had gone out on the drive from Wethersfield to Keene.)We were impressed with both the dealership and Scott.

Since I own a 2006 Outback, I was very familiar with the Subaru product but wanted to investigate other models that would meet our current needs. All of my questions were answered and many were answered before I asked. I never felt "presured" to buy and Mr. Battersby allowed ample time for discussion. My phone calls were always answered promptly and courteously. The folks in the business office were equally pleasant to work with and they disclosed all the facts and explaned any confusing aspects of the sale. Mr Battersby was on-time and waiting for prearranged appointments. It was refreshing to talk with a sales person that actually listens to you not pushy. Very friendly and helpful. We told them what we were looking for and they matched us up to the perfect fit for our needs. There was no haggling back and forth, they gave us a great offer first off so there was no need to play the haggling game. They even filled up the car with gas before we were given the keys.

Bob Berry, the sales person assessed my needs and desires for my new car. And, pointed me to the right car for me. The car is great and meets my needs perfectly. I am very happy with the whole process which he made very easy and comforting. Scott Forbes, the sale manager made handling the paperwork very comfortable. Scott clearly was an asset to the whole experience. Also, Jim Champine the service manager made the inspection and rustproofing experience very positive. Jim certainly knows how to convey information in relaxing and informative matter. As a manager myself, I know how difficult it is find people who are friendly and can articulate themselves very well. I never seen such well rounded people working great together in tandem to make the whole experience be very positive and enjoyable. The best part there were no games in the sale process. The were upfront and to the point so you did not think you were being played So many other dealerships, like to play head games with you. Buying a car is not a simple quick process so not having to play the saleman's games was quite wonderful.

It was a pleasure purchasing my new Subaru from Curt. A new car is a big investment, and it's a little scary. Curt took the time to show me the inventory that Subaru of Keene had...and patiently pointed out the differences between the cars on the lot. He gave my husband and I privacy to discuss our options with each other. He was not agressive or pushy....I felt like he truly wanted me to purchase exactly what I wanted...not like he wanted me just to buy something. And he was willing to work with me to make sure I could stay within my budget!Curt also explained the service department operations to me. While I wanted a car that was better on gas, has a high safety rating and was affordable, it was also very important to me to know that I will be able to get the service I need without rearranging my schedule. Subaru of Keene offers evening and Saturday service hours, and allows me to both schedule my appointments and keep track of my service right online. And knowing that I can get a loaner if my car has to visit the dealership overnight is awesome....I don't have the time to be without a vehicle.I was very happy with the value I got for my trade-in. I had done some research prior to going to the dealership, and was pleased to get about what I was expecting without haggling about it.Signing on the dotted line is always overwhelming....and I typically worry about whether or not I made the right decision. But not this time. Since bringing my car home, the folks at Subaru of Keene have followed up with me a couple of times to make sure I'm happy with my purchase. And I have to say .... I absolutely am! Every time I look at my new car, I smile! I have not questioned the purchase at all.

Brian spent a lot of time with me as I test drove and compared the features of two car models. Unlike other salespeople I have dealt with in the past, Brian geared his presentation to my needs and didn't waste my time technical information I did not need and was not interested in. After I purchased the car he was careful to cover all the information on the new owner checklist and made sure I knew everything I needed to know to drive the car safely. He also steered me toward a finance person who gave me the information I needed to decide between financing or going into my savings. Subaru of Keene is obviously focusing on customer satisfaction and everyone in the dealership seems to be on the same page!

My family was in the market for 1 or 2 new cars. There were several dealerships and 2 brands we were considering. The American car buying process in my experience is not ideal. The back and forth with poor quality salespeople and managers is often time consuming and demoralizing. Working with Scott Wheeler at Subaru of Keene was a nice surprise. Whether by nature or by reading me correctly, he got it right. And perhaps the management at this dealership has it right too. Hire quality professionals, support them well, and let them do their job. Scott was easy to work with. He answered all my questions quickly and accurately. We moved through the process at the speed I wanted to work at. I was never rushed or pressured, yet when I wanted to speak with Scott- whether phone, text or email, he responded immediately. Ironically, or perhaps not ironically, his no pressure , no slickness approach yielded a 2 car sale. More importantly, these were the right cars for us. That's the sign of a true professional- someone who doesn't try to sell you something you don't want or need, but facilitates a smart purchase. If the service department is as good as the salesperson, we will be long time customers.

Brian met us at the front door and explained everything about the new building and then we looked at the car. He explained everything bout the car then we took test drive.I really liked how it handled. I decided it was what I wanted.We went through the process that is required. I decided to pick up the car on Monday because it was getting late. I visited Subaru of Keen based upon reviews that listed it as one of the best Subaru dealers in the Upper Connecticut River Valley. They had better selection of Subaru Imprezas than any other area dealer, which was the deciding factor. However, I was surprised with the much friendlier-than-the-car-dealership-norm staff. Particularly noteworthy was Anthony Mastronardi. The entire process was handled with professionalism and efficiency. Unlike some other low-pressure dealers I have visited, pricing was competitive. They live up to the positive reputation they have garnered on this and other review sites.

Recently we had to replace our 2011 WRX. It had been totaled in an accident that gave us a good idea on how effective the crumple zones are- very effective! Our first and only call was to Subaru of Keene. They had a 2012 WRX on the lot that they held for us until our check came in a week later. Went to Brattleboro Subaru, test drove two vehicles. The entire time the sales rep rode with us and NEVER shut up. Couldn't concentrate on the feel of the car, couldn't listen to the car. I had never driven a subaru before and wanted to get a feel for it.Drove to Keene the following day, stepped out of the truck and were met by Scott Peabody who at first thought we were working with someone else at the garage. We told him no. He showed us some cars, put a dealer plate on the cars and let us go off. Didn't pressure us, didn't talk our ear off, did give us some thoughts to think about.We came back a day or two later and tried a different car. Ended up buying it.

Once we decided to purchase a new car, I did my online research to locate a dealer that was highly recommended. I used dealer rater to find Subaru of Keene...and I am very glad that I did. When we first arrived my son and I browsed through the lot looking for the vehicle I had in mind. Once we located it, we entered the dealership and Bob welcomed us and inquired if we needed any help. He was very friendly and helpful, none of the "high power" salesman kind of approach! Our test drive was great and when we arrived back at the dealership he asked what I thought and asked what else I was going to look at. He was a little surprised when I said I was ready to buy, but we returned to the showroom and I mentally prepared myself for the task of getting the best deal and the best price. Except it wasn't really much of a task at all. The first offer was great; they gave me a terrific trade in value for my car as well as a great price on the new Outback. I did inquire as to lowering the cost somewhat and we were able to reach a compromise that was good for me and for the dealer as well. Through all of this Bob kept us informed of what was going on, how the trade-in was determined and how the price was determined! From test drive to financing, Subaru of Keene is friendly, honest, and ready to work with customers to provide them the best possible new car buying experience.

I contacted the Service Department when my car wouldn't start and asked whether I could get the car in to be repaired that day. Penny listened carefully to what I told her; she also heard how important it was for me to get the problem sorted out as soon as possible. She said I should get the car in as soon as possible. When I arrived with the car, we talked through what I had experienced and what the tow-truck man suggested might be the problem. She took careful notes and I said I would wait to find out how long or quickly the car could be repaired. Because the work could not be done immediately, the Service Department arranged for me to borrow a car, and I went home with an approximate time to return. They called and let me know that the car had been repaired and was ready for me to drive home. When I arrived, I was impressed to hear the care they took in identifying problems and fixing them. I was also very pleasantly surprised to discover that the cost was well below what I thought I would pay. Thank you so much to Penny and to the person who did the 21-point diagnostic and repair of my car. It's running beautifully. I truly appreciate the friendliness and professionalism of everyone I interacted with at Subaru of Keene, the commitment to such a high quality of service, and the willingness to take on an unscheduled vehicle in distress! I am a deeply grateful customer.

Kim Beers was excellent, both on the phone during the time I was shopping around among Subaru dealers and after I decided to buy a new Forester from her. When I told her what I had been told by another dealer (that he could still order a 2012 with exactly the options I wanted), she immediately knew he was not correct, alerted me and gave me a straightforward, honest explanation. During my phone conversations with 2 other dealers, the more questions I asked the more I felt that I was trying to pick up a slippery bar of soap from the shower floor. Kim was just the opposite -- she was knowledgeable and straight. She could not match the "offers" I had from other dealers (which I think were destined to be bait and switch offers), but we arrived at a compromise that I considered reasonable, and I'm very happy to have spent a few hundred extra to get a good long term relationship with a person I trust.

We were considering two makes, Subaru and Mazda. When comparing the dealerships, not to mention the cars, the choice was obvious. Curt and his colleagues at Subaru f Keene were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and "down home." Employees of Keene Subaru are very friendly. We've never experienced auto sales people who are good listeners. Honestly, we know you are in business to sell cars and make money, but Brian was so nice. Also Dan, the business manager and Sandy, the internet sales person; these two people were very nice to deal with. Sandy made sure she came to meet us in person. It really makes a difference when people are friendly and very efficient, as the three mentioned are.

I absolutley love the service department at Keene,they went over beyond my expectations to get my car fixed and back on the road. I had major warranty work performed on my motor by them and through the whole process they contacted me with updates and answered all my question. When i went to pick up my car they had detailed the whole car for me, it was looking better then the day I bought it from another dealership. If you need service done on your Subaru this is the place to have it done, they make the whole experience trouble free. You guys are great!!!!

Buying a car is a complex sometime confusing and intimidating process. Its something I do only once a decade, at most. For the car just purchased, I shopped around and also researched the web. I visited no less than six different dealerships. In the end I felt secure with the advise Kim Beers was providing. I tried four different Subaru models and settled on the Legacy. We spoke with Michael Babineau a week prior to purchasing our new Outback and called him back to make an appt. to buy our new car with our trade-in. We arrived earlier than our appointment but were greeted by Anthony (smiling all the while) who spoke with us about our choices until Michael was available and gave us a thumbs-up on the color we chose. Michael spent a great deal of time with us, most of the late a.m. into the late afternoon. He did all the leg work in getting us a very generous offer for our trade-in and explained all the details of the trade and purchase without making us feel at all hurried. Scott was extremely helpful doing all the financial paperwork, and we greatly enjoyed talking to him. The paperwork is extensive, but Scott told us he realy liked meeting the customers and conversing with them, always learning something interesting to talk about with each of them. I would highly recommend Michael, Scott, and Anthony and all of Subaru of Keene. I also had a phone conversation with a woman who handled the internet side of Subaru of Keene who was extremely helpful in making our decision to purchase a new Outback. We are very happy with our new Outback and look forward to using the Subaru of Keene service department. Hats off to Subaru of Keene!!

This is the second purchase we have made at Subaru of Keene in about 2.5 years, and this last purchase was even smoother than the first. From the beginning we were treated very well by Brian Battersby, who noticed my wife and I looking at used cars in the parking lot. We had a pleasant conversation and advised we were shopping around. I did the financing online before going into the dealership thinking that it would give me an idea of what I would be approved for. However I just got a call asking me to come down. Having bought over 15 cars from dealerships over the years, I feel well qualified to rate the folks I worked with at Suburu of Keene objectively.First, the approach when my wife and I first walked in was welcoming and friendly but in no way pushy, which had all too often been the case at other dealerships. These folks were professionals ready to offer their knowledge, and work with us through the process of choosing the car we wanted to buy, but not trying to make the decision for us. Curt (and all the others we talked to) were great about covering the pros and cons of the choices we were considering and in no way did we feel that we were being urged to "move up" in our choice. They loaned us a car to try out before we came to any decisions, but when we decided, Curt and his colleagues facilitated the process with unbelievable speed and accuracy. This included arranging for registration and plates in Massachusetts. They then picked us up at our home in Massachusetts and took us back to New Hampshire to pick up the car, all as part of the deal and at no extra charge.At delivery Curt gave a very comprehensive tour of the car and its features, helped program the little personal things like seat adjustment and sound system. and gave us his personal contact information in case we had further questions.They all know and are proud of their products as well as their reputation as a dealership.

I'd like to start by stating that I'm not a person who is really into buying cars. To me, they're not different than any other object with a purpose, be it a chainsaw or a couch. They're a functional piece of equipment that I need to get places. As such, I usually dread the new-car buying experience- hey, let's just get to business as fast as possible, get down to brass tacks, and be done with it. This isn't to say that I exude attitude in the dealership- I don't at all- but I'd prefer just to get it over with. That somewhat grouchy-sounding stuff out of the way, I'd really like to convey how pleasant my experience was at Subaru of Keene, and ESPECIALLY with Michael Babineau. He was really great- perfectly friendly without the shmooze factor, great at getting down to business. He had a great sense of humor on the test ride and as a result it really was fun- not something to just get out of the way before we started talking money. I really felt like I was dealing with a real person- I know that sounds pretty trite, but it's true- I think Michael likes what he does and enjoys his customers. I wholeheartedly recommend that, if you're looking to buy a Subie, ask for him at the dealership. I'm looking forward to seeing him whenever I go in for service. On my review I noted that the price we settled on was *good* since *great* to me means they gave it to me for free. I was perfectly happy with the price, which I felt was fair to both parties. I left out *quality of work* because to me this question implies service, and Michael is part of the sales staff.So hats off to Michael. He made what I thought was going to be a *typical* car buying experience into something that was pleasant, even fun.

This was our second purchase of a new Subaru from this dealer. Greg Castor is probably the best salesperson I've ever worked with. There were a few miscommunications with the business folks regarding the timing of a zero percent sales offer. We were not told that the car had to be delivered to us during the time that the offer was in effect so we missed it by one day. We thought that the deal had been done in time by saying that we were buying the car and signing the first round of paperwork. All in all, it was a great experience and we will continue doing business here. I think that everyone learned a lesson here on communication. Be forewarned to be clear on EVERYTHING.

I spent over a month working with numerous dealers in the greater Boston area looking for a very particular car, and I wanted that car at the best price available. After running back and forth from dealer to dealer to dealer comparing prices against each other, and pushing them to lower the price on my vehicle, I was grossly disappointed. Each dealer told me the other one was crazy for quoting me such a price, and that there was no way anybody could make money on the numbers I was showing. TrueCar was also a bust. All the dealers offered great prices, but the prices only applied to in-stock cars, which they conveniently had none of.I happened to see a listing for the exact car I wanted at Subaru of Keene, and decided to give them a call. I spoke with Mark Carey originally, who told me that the specific car I was inquiring about had been unfortunately sold only a few days before. Mark did, however, inform me of a very comparable car still remaining on the lot. I told him about what I wanted to pay, and he said he would work with his sales manager to get me close to that price. After two quick attempts over the phone, Mark called me back, and told me to check my email with an OUT THE DOOR price quote on my car.When I checked my email to see the price, not only was I shocked that a dealer provided me with an out the door price on my vehicle only having spent ten minutes on the phone with me, I also saw that this price was significantly lower than anything any other dealer had quoted me. Unbelievable--Mark gave me the best price I had seen in over a month and I had never even set foot in the dealership. As a check, I called the only other dealer I had a good experience with (even though they didn't have the car I wanted) and asked them if they could beat the price if they happened to get the same car in the next few months. The dealer I phoned told me that there was no way they could beat the price I was getting. I was happy.The next day, I took a ride up to Subaru of Keene. Since Mark is the internet sales manager, he set me up with Mike Babineau, a floor salesman. Mike is not just any floor salesman, but a salesman who actually drives the car I was buying. Mike is not the usual grimy new car salesman, but a polished knowledgable resource on the particular car I was looking to buy. We went for a test drive, and I loved the car. When Mike and I returned from the drive, Mark came over to introduce himself and thank me for making the 1.5 hour trek to Subaru of Keene. Because Mike had already quoted me an out the door price, there was no negotiating, no headache, and no showroom drama. Mike started all of my paperwork, and the car was ready for me to pick up the next day. When I picked up the car, Mike took the time to make sure I understood some of the vehicle's more advanced features without going through the boring details, or reading me the owners manual. I have purchased or helped others to purchase at least three cars in the past five years, and the experience at Subaru of Keene is miles better than anywhere else I have ever shopped for a vehicle. The employees are informed, courteous, respectful, and are willing to fight the big bad sales manager to get you into the car you like at the price you want. I have every intention of continuing to buy vehicles from Subaru of Keene.

My first attempt to order a new Impreza was not a positive one. I went to a different dealership (NOT Subaru of Keene) and walked away feeling rushed, pressured, and frustrated. I went in to obtain information about the car, and the salesman actually went to Google to show me pictures, which I could have done from home. When I explained I didn't want to place an immediate order after he was unable to provide me with new information, I was quickly dismissed.Fortunately, I came across Subaru of Keene after that initial experience. The dealership had created a wonderfully informative website about the '12 Imprezas that provided much more information than the actual Subaru site. It really helped me decide on options and ensured I found the perfect fit. I initially corresponded with Bryan Sicard via email, and he was very helpful and quick to respond to my inquiries.When the car arrived, my experience continued to be great. Bryan was very helpful at every turn, answering all the questions I had and he seemed very eager to help me. What I appreciated most about him was his very "genuine" approach, which is not what I've come to expect at a car dealership. It means a lot to talk to someone and feel like they're listening! I will be happy to refer friends not only to the dealership, but to Bryan in particular. Top notch service!

I have never been so wrong, shortly after our visit we were contacted by Mike about working with us to get the vehicle we were looking for. Dear Mark, I hope you had a wonderful summer! With this letter, I just wanted to say that this service I receiced from the Keene team was perfect. When I first contacted you in january of 2011 and you gave me the price of the Outback 2011, I could not believe the price you gave me over the phone. It was 10 000,00 $ lower that the price I got in Canada (Quebec) for the same car and your car had more options. Futhermore, I remember how stressed I was when I order the Outback beause my wife was about to give birth at the end of april 2011. Soon after, there was the huge earthquake in Japan that cause an additionnal delay to the delivary of our car. Even with all these events happening you would always respond calmly to my question, to secure my worries. Finally, the car came in and I pick-it up on may 5th, 2011 at your dealership, in Keene. Unfortunately, you were sick that morning so we missed each other but I got a wonderful service from M. Dan Kraner and M. Scott Peabody. The return to Canada was stress free since all the required papers were sent at the proper Canadian border before our arrival. I can assure you that the wait was worthy! My wife and I are very satisfy with our purchase and we surely would recommand canadians to by from Subaru of Keene. Last but not least we even had chance to test the Subaru warranty. Since, we had a little back door mecanism problem. We got it fixed in a dealeship in Canada and got the reimbursement from Subaru of America within a month. I live in Utah but stumbled upon the Subaru of Keene dealership page. It provided far more information on the new 2012 Subaru Impreza than any other site I have found thus far, including Subaru's own corporate webpage. I decided to give Mark a call despite living so far away. I let Mark know that I didn't live in Utah and it didn't affect the way he treated me or the answers he gave me. It was obvious he cared to help me, rather than be focused solely on a sale. Mark was well informed regarding the new model and was also offering a very competitive pricing to pre-order the new Impreza. If I lived in New England, I don't think I would pass up the opportunity to work with Subaru of Keene. Thanks again Mark and good luck out there this winter.

This is the only dealership between VT and NH that actually gave me a real price quote online. I found it saved me time. Other dealers that I contacted asking for a price quote would not offer an asking price based on my online inquiry. One other dealer did not even offer me a price in person and seemed reluctant to even sell a vehicle to me!I appreciated being able to conduct my business online and over the phone. I knew what I wanted and was given a good price for it. The folks were very willing to accommodate my needs.I have not had the opportunity to use the service department as yet, but am looking forward to the same quality service I received in sales.

Wow I cannot say enough about the service at Keene. They actually work with the customer and understand customers pockets are not lined with gold. My first experience was getting my brakes done.. instead of NEW ones they resurfaced because they were not warped or damaged. Again a huge difference when expecting a 700.00 bill was under 600!Today, I needed not one but two new rear bearings.. I was quoted $306 from a repair shop. I stuck to my guns and went back to Keene, they quoted prior to working on them some where around low $300.00 for each. When I got my bill expecting it to be $600+ bill it was less than $575! Yes I have AAA but still they make my day! Every little savings says a lot.. and they do their best to help you and direct you in the right direction! What I really appreciate is all the kindness the staff has and it truly shows from the sales staff to the service. Keep up the great work..

We had done a lot of research before we decided to purchase a Subaru Forester. We were however unprepared for the aggressive dishonest salesmen we would meet while on our quest to find this seemingly illusive used car at a fair price, that is until we drove into Subaru of Keene. We had not planned on going to a Subaru dealership figuring it would be more expensive but we were wrong. This dealership has a very warm friendly atmosphere. We were treated so nicely by Brian and everyone there and drove away with a beautiful 2006 Forester at a great price. We just got our first free oil change today and they were fantastic! We are so pleased with our car and we tell everyone about Brian, Dan, and the service we received there. Thanks to everyone at Subaru of Keene!

Curt was very patient with us. He was not pushy and wanted us to take our time in making our decision. When the car was ready he explained new features of the outback and made me feel comfortable about asking dumb questions. I had contacted Subaru of Keene as I was looking to trade in my 2008 Honda Element. I was put in contact with one of their Sales Professionals, Bryan Sicard, who immediately took a deep and professional interest in my needs in purchasing a new vehicle. After a very inclusive test drive Bryan took great pains to find me the ideal vehicle that I was interested in. His understanding and detail of the Subaru that I was interested in was fantastic. The transaction went like clockwork and the paperwork was filled out to the 'T' by his supervisor, Don, who was also very helpful. I had visited several other dealers prior to Subaru of Keene and had an 'O.K.' feeling going out the door. Unfortunately, being in sales, 'O.K.' doesn't quite cut it. After a disastrous visit to Manchester Subaru on Sunday, where I was written off and completely ignored by their sales staff, I was dreading having to contact yet another dealer in my quest to find a used Subaru under 10K. I had my eye on a v6 on the lot and called Keene to see if the car was still available. At that time it was and I arranged to test drive the car during my lunch break.Unfortunately, while I was waiting the car had a deposit put on it via their internet site by someone in Maine. But unlike Manchester Subaru, whose sales staff did not appear to even notice I was in their showroom despite my having called ahead, Scott called back before I ended up wasting my time and apologized. Scott called back later to try and make a deal on another car he had on the lot. Unfortunately it was not within my price range and I was unable to close a deal with Keene. But the experience was thoroughly pleasant and honest.I've since found another used Subaru which fits my needs. But I will definitely keep Keene Subaru in mind in the future.Thanks for restoring my faith in dealerships. All dealerships are NOT created equal!

After looking all over at many dealers for the exact vehicle I was looking for I came across the exact 2011 WRX that I had been looking for at Subaru of Kenne. I sent an email to see if it was still available and was called back within 20 minutes or so. I was able to work out a deal on the exact car I was looking for over the phone and went to pick it up the next day with no surprises. I live almost 200 miles away and there are numerous Subaru dealers along the way (Including one in my home town) but I would be more than happy to do business with Subaru of Keene again. Thanks!

Our buying experience was pretty stress free as compared to prior purchaes at other dealerships. Ken was very friendly and not a pushy salesperson that you sometimes encounter. There was no pressure at all. He was very knowledgeable about every aspect of the vehicle. Dan in the finance department was extremely helpful. There was a snag with my credit and he worked it out fatasticly. If my Legacy performs as well this winter in the snow as everyone says it will I would not hesitate to return to Subaru of Keene for another purchase.

We had a somewhat unique situation. We are from Connecticut and had been promised a manual transmission forester by two different local dealers. With contracts complete and deposits down on the cars, both dealerships were unable to get a car for us. We found the car we wanted ourselves online at Subaru of Keene.I called about the car and was fortunate to speak with salesman Bryan Sicard. I knew immediately that we were finally going to get the car we wanted. He and everyone else we dealt with at Subaru of Keene were terrific. Bryan made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived at the dealership. It was the best experience we have ever had buying a car! In retrospect, after over a week of nothing but aggravation from our local dealers, we contacted Bryan from Connecticut by phone at 10:00 AM that morning, and drove the new car in our driveway back in Connecticut at 7:00 PM that evening. One phone call and Bryan pulled the whole thing together and made it happen. We were very impressed with his kindness, enthusiasm, knowledge, and his professional manner. We were treated with dignity and respect throughout the entire process by Bryan and everyone else we interacted with at Subaru of Keene. I purchased a vehicle from another dealer about a month ago and started having problems within a week. The car was taken back once and they were very rude and did a very poor job taking care of the problem. Wondering what to do I deceided to go to Subaru of Keene and see if I could get an appointment to have it looked at. They kept my car there feeling that it was unsafe to drive and performed all inspections I needed to find out what was wrong with it. They explained everything to me and gave me advice on where to go from here. This place was amazing, all very friendly. They went above and beyond for me, (they didn't even tell me that I had to buy anything)I will be going there for service from now on and deffinately for my next purchase.

I bought my Subaru at this dealership back in 2006, and moved from the area a few months later. While back in town of Spring 2011, my car wouldn't start and it was in the plaza across from the dealership. I stopped in and since service had just closed, Ken offered to come and check it out - in the end, the shifter just needed some jiggling, so I'm glad I went to Subaru rather than call a mechanic. Subaru of Keene is a wonderful dealership! As a young, single woman, used-car shopping was turning out to be a horrific experience until I came to them. I am fairly new to the New England area and wasnt familiar with Subaru of Keene until my bank manager recommended them. She knew I was in the market for a new Outback. She said it was worth the extra drive to check them out. Prior to talking to my bank manager, I had only checked two dealers closer to me, but was discouraged by the limit inventory and the fact they had no manual transmission cars in the model and style level I wanted. (2.5i Premium with the all weather package). When I looked at Keenes website, I found exactly what I wanted so I called. I spoke to Curt and he was professional and courteous and willing to work with me. I warned him that I had at one time sold cars and that we would be speaking the same language. I made the hour and a half drive, traded in my 2003 Subaru and came home with exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. If they arent close to you, dont let that stop you they were worth the trip.

The worse experience I have had in years. We left with a Purchase and Sales on a used car for my son only to find when we came back to close, the deal had changed! It was an error I agree. If they knew anything about customer service they would have called to explain that they made and error and we could have resolved the situation in a professional manner. Unfortunately they wait until the closing to inform us of the error and that we would have to pay an additional 600 dollars in Sales Tax.The finance manager treated me as though I was some "dumb blonde" who didn't know how to sign a darn title. The salesman had been there a very short amount of time and had very little knowledge.My suggestion? Run don't walk away from this dealer!

To Whom It May Concern,My husband and I decided we needed a new car. My husband went on-line and searched different car dealerships in our area. We were driving a Ford Escape. Although I was happy with the Ford Escape, my husband felt we should trade it in for a new car. After comparing the Ford Escape with the Subaru, the Subaru beat the Ford Escape hands down. The Internet Manager at Subaru of Keene called us, and we set up an appointment to meet with him. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Mark (the Internet Manager) and he introduced us to Bryan Sicard, a sales representative. This young gentleman, was very polite and pleasant as well as very knowledgeable on Subaru products. I couldnt be happier with my experience with Subaru of Keene. I should have started in Keene from the beginning because I had a terrible experience with a dealer closer to my home in Mass. I became so upset with my local dealer that I left and later called the manager to complain. I was interested in a Subaru Forester Premium Package which was the car that I test drove. I told them the exact features I was looking for and yet when they presented lease numbers to me, they quoted me on a base model Forester to show lower payments. They kept pressuring me to sign on the spot even though it wasnt the car I wanted! What a totally different experience at Subaru of Keene. I found them on the web and chose them because of their good reputation. I spoke to Mark Carey, their Internet Manger, who quoted me over the phone on the car I wanted with two different payment options so that I could decide what I wanted to do. They even Fed-ex the paperwork to me so that I could get the car registered in Mass before I picked it up. They also paid and will continue to pay for my annual Mass Inspection, saving me $29/year. Who does that? When I picked the car up, Anthony Mastronardi gave me a very thorough overview of the car and even helped me set up my Bluetooth phone. Even though I live 1:15 away, the experience was worth the drive. This is my first Subaru (have leased Honda vehicles for 20 years) and it wont be my last. I love my new Forester and I like the way I was treated at Subaru of Keene.

When I purchased the car, Mike told me that he would be happy to switch cars with me every time I needed service (he lives nearby.) He has always honored that promise and I really appreciate him for it. Ken Goff is one of the most honest and hard working dealers I have ever met. Subaru of Keene is without a doubt the best Subaru dealership in New England. I was stationed VA, originally from MA. I ordered a 2011 WRX and worked with Ken from beginning to end. He was always keeping me up-to-date both on the phone and through e-mail on a weekly basis. There was a small delay in manufacturing and I found out I was not going to get my car on time. Luckily Ken Goff was my dealer and went out of his way to find out a coworker ordered the same car as me and convinced his coworker to let me have his car. You cant beat that kind of dedication. Ken Goff is always respectful and provides a no pressure environment. He dedicates everything he does to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. Due to how outstanding Ken Goff and Subaru of Keene is I made the 468 mi. trip to buy a car from them. My next car will definitely be a Subaru from Subaru of Keene and I will work with Ken Goff.

Bought my second Subaru (2011 Forester) here after 10 yrs with my old Forester, which I also bought here (under other ownership then). I've gone to Keene Subaru for years for their quality work and for its personable crew, who always take pains to explain the whats-and-whys of a problem or repair. I most appreciate being taken into the 'shop' to show me about my car, up on the lift. I've learned so much through the years this way thanks to that. When I was ready to buy a new car in October 2010, I enlisted the help of a Boston friend who both knows and weirdly enjoys the wheeling-dealing aspect of that - for which I have NO clue or talent. I DID do my own homework tho, (researching and looking at other brands - Toyota, Honda, Kia et al) but the Subaru Forester 2.5X Premium won hands-down. So then my friend took over sealing-a-deal with my salesperson at Keene Subaru, and he was as pleased as I was at the end result. He felt I got a very good shake and complimented both Nick's skills and Keene's Subaru dealership.

All employees we met and worked with were courteous, friendly, and professional.The dealership facilities were clean, well-organized, and welcoming.We were treated fairly and in a business-like but relaxed manner.Our only time of discomfort was when the business manager pushed a little hard on the extended warranty on "bumper-to-bumper." We had assumed, and had not been told to the contrary, that the bottom line price we were quoted was "X." And, while the warranty option was, indeed, an option, we were not prepared for even the possibility that we would have to consider spending another $1300+ before we made the purchase official. It all worked out okay but it caught us a little off guard.Overall, however, the entire experience was very positive. When it's time to replace our other Subaru (we own two) we will definitely return to Subaru of Keene.

After our interactions with other dealers over the years, we expected the process of buying a new car to be stressful and full of uncertainty, but at Subaru of Keene we were pleasantly surprised. We worked primarily with the excellent Kathy Brow. She's patient, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Unlike many salespeople, she really listened, answered our questions thoroughly, and did not try to push us to buy more than we needed or could afford. Dan Kuraner and Kelly Barber clearly explained our financing options. We walked away feeling we had gotten a fair deal on a great car, and stayed within our budget. I worked with another dealer closer to home during the week prior to calling Subaru of Keene. During this week I test drove and selected what options I wanted in my car as well as color. My salesman and I then talked price per month on a 39 month lease. During this week I received a call from salesman. The monthly cost had now went up $27.00 per month with no changes made. The process of finding a car with my options had not begun. I decided to call Subaru of Keene and spoke with Ken who was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. We spoke for a short time and I told him of my needs and within an hour received a call back with a payment, term, and an offer to trade my previous lease. This was on a Sunday and I picked up my car on Wednesday exactly as I wanted. I will continue to deal with Subaru of Keene as this is now the third vehicle purchased with them. Great Job!

My experience with Subaru of Keene was extremely positive. My car-buying process took about six weeks. (I did a ton of research and took my time.) Kathy Brow (sales consultant) was attentive, very easy to talk to, very straightforward and helpful, and a joy to work with. Kelly (sales manager) was also totally easy to talk to, extremely helpful, and wonderful at letting me know at every step where my Impreza was and when it would arrive. It's not easy to deal with customers who are impatient to get their cars, but these guys did a great job keeping me informed and up to date. Also, when I talked price (nobody's favorite subject), they were very fair, honest, and easy to work with. I feel I got a great price, especially since I wasn't planning to buy new and nearly fainted from sticker shock. (It had been a while since I bought a new car.) But I have no regrets whatsoever. After picking my baby up this morning, I've put on nearly 100 miles, and I'm in love. I'm very, very happy, and my experience was very positive, especially in the honest, straightforward manner in which I was treated from start to finish. Truly, Kathy and Kelly didn't seem like salespeople in the least. That is still amazing to me, considering the very bad rap car salespeople get. I can't say enough about their friendliness, attentiveness, honesty, and fairness. My best car-buying experience ever. P.S. Last year, when I did some test-driving, Ryan, who used to work there, was also very friendly and helpful--no pressure at all, just very easy to work with. Subaru of Keene rocks.

Anthony from Subaru of Keene was a down to earth salesman who wasn't there just to make a commission. He was truthful and honestly cared about what he sold and his customers. I had specific wants to my first brand new car and even though he did not have this one in stock he quickly found one for me. There was never any pressure, I didn't feel hounded. The purchase process was actually enjoyable where as I normally cringe just thinking of buying a new car. Ken was credible and responsive to my needs. His boss Mark (?) Internet Manager a little less so. We had an intense bargaining session, as I felt price had been slightly misrepresented over the phone. As I knew exactly what I wanted price was the only issue, and Ken really tried for me. He was never pushy nor did he tie me up for longer than necessary to complete the transaction.My only grievance was with Mark, who led me to believe my 2003 Passat had greater trade in value than materialized, and then when I showed up demeaned the condition of t he car. Ultimately I did not do a trade-in.

Car filled with gas (unusual0 and washed just before delivery. First service appointment also went well ikncluding washing the car even though it was raining.

I really wasn't sure on the purchase of a Forester....it just didn't feel right to me. Then Mark asked me what i was looking for in a car. I told him and we discussed comfort. That is when he said to Ken....put her in a new Outback and let her take it home for the night. Roundtrip that was over 50 miles! I fell in love with the car and was so happy I took that extra step into the purchase of an Outback over the Forester. Both Mark and Ken were so informative about the cars operating system inside and out. Not once did they treat me like I couldn't understand them because I was a "woman" alone buying a vehicle. Great sales experience which I hope I can do again, when the time comes, with them in the future.

The open, honest and friendly atmosphere of this dealership is palpable. Not only do they make suggestions, but they also don't try to sell you every option in the book! From Kelly, the sales manager, to every person we talked with while there including service and parts persons, we recieved straight forward answers to our questions with a prevailing sense of honest answers. Each person was supremely patient with my many questions! Anthony spent a huge amount of time introducing us to our new Outback, in addition to addressing a couple concerns we had after buying it. We drove just over 100 miles one way to get to this dealer, and it was worth it! Not every dealer is equal, and Keene is definity a giant step ahead of the rest--and we shopped a lot of dealers before buying. Oh and did I mention we got the best price, too! Great experience!

My initial experience with the sales staff (Mark) at Subaru of Keene was very comfortable and stressless. I purchased the new Legacy by phone and confirmed by e-mail (from Montreal). I arrived at Keene Subaru with a 2006 Forester that I had purchased in Brattleboro in February. The car would not accelerate and I couldn't get home from Keene without some service. I (slowly) rolled into the Keene Subaru because I couldn't go further. They took me immediately, even though they were very busy. About 45 minutes later they came out with their "diagnosis" and approximate price estimates to fix the immediate problem.($660) They also said that I needed new brake pads and rotors. (Estimated cost, as I recall, about $800) They also said that I needed four new all weather tires because the tires that were on the car would not pass inspection. ($660) This brought the potential bill for bringing the 2006 Forester to standard was $2,120. With the cost of renting a car for the weekend, the total cost of repairs would have been $2,420. So, I decided to buy a different used car. I didn't have a lot of choice of cars in my price range at Keene but I did drive away at 5:30 pm with a Subaru that will meet my budget and my needs. The service department watered and shaded about $100 worth of plants I had in my car. The sales rep. was very courteous to me. In general Keene Subaru seemed to operate at a high level of efficiency, fairness, and courtesy. I took quite a financial hit in this process. So, in evaluating Subaru dealers in the area I will be giving Brattleboro Subaru very negative feedback. At the time I bought the 2006 Forester from them, I was inclined to give them the benefit of any doubt because the place was under new management (after Stacey Subaru) and I thought they would be trying to improve their reputation by selling reliable cars. I trusted them. While I might have observed that the tires on the car were worn, the other problems would not have been recognizable to the lay person so I will be taking it up with them, realizing that it is very unlikely that there will be any compensation to me. But, as it turns out, I have a lot of friends in Brattleboro and the surrounding area and they will hear about all this. If Brattleboro Subaru wanted to improve their image they have done themselves damage by selling me a car that needed serious work outside of the "power train" warranty.

I loved the online feature. I found the car I wanted negotiated a price through email. Mark Carey was totally upfront, honest and reasonable in his pricing so that no haggling was necessary. My experience with dealing with Keene Subaru was very good. I had a call back from an internet contact before I could get down stairs. It was Mark Carey. He was excellent to work with. Not pushy in any way but helpful in every way possible. He wanted to go slow in the purchasing process and even questioned my buying a new car over a used car because of what I did for work and what I would mostly be using my car for. When I decided on new over used he totally backed my decision and helped in any way he could to answer my questions, explain everything to me along the way of buying the car and always made himself available to me in any way needed to assist me in the purchase of my new car. I have bought many cars in my life but Curtis gave me new lease on salesmanship. He was not at all pushy, he answered all of my questions, he was not in a hurry to either make the sale or get me out of his way so he could work another customer. Subaru of Keene gave me a very good deal for my trade and really worked to make me happy. I will definitely be looking at them for my next vehicle and would encourage others to use them. They offer shuttle service as well as a loaner vehicle if your car is going to be tied up for very long and they mean it. We have taken advantage for the loaner vehicle for an overnight so they could do late scheduled work when Gail could not wait. They gave her a loaner and it was not an old beater it was a very late model, reliable vehicle. I drove up from Boston to look at a couple of Impreza sport wagons that I saw on the website. After walking around the lot for about 20 min without seeing the advertised cars or ANY sales people. I went inside and talked to the receptionist. She paged someone in sales to help me. I asked to see the cars listed on the website. He said they only had ONE of the three cars I saw listed just hours ago. So I asked to see the ONE car. He wandered off to look for the keys. My friend and I thought it strange that he was looking for the keys.. maybe he should have looked for the car first since it didn't appear to be anywhere in their "SUPERSTORE" lot. After waiting 20 min for the guy to find the keys, he came back and said the car was "being serviced". After I explained that I have driven up from BOSTON to see it. He asked if I could spend the night and come back tomorrow. Umm.... NO! He pretty much had NO interest in selling me a car! THey could have offered to at least pull the car out of the service bay so I could LOOK at it. I will not be back. I would definitely recommend calling first to see if they have the cars they advertise. Incredibly disappointing. Especially for them. Cause I had a check in hand and was ready to buy THAT day. Stupid Subaru of Keene. Your loss!

taking it in for service, they had it for 3 weeks, had to keep bringing it back with no satisfaction, there was always another issue with the car that they had made. It was a new car! Never go there, they do not accomodate the customer and do very bad work. I had to go somewhere else and trade it in and took a substancial loss.I should have listened to the advice given to me, so please take mine.
