I got my car here 3 years ago. Still drives well and only had minor issues ($200 fix). The service was good, and the salesmen weren't all too pushy. I got a great deal and my cars still running without any issues. What more can one ask for? I would recommend this establishment, but do your research on cars before buying if you're not familiar with used cars.

My experience with Sunset Auto Wholesale was amazing. Austin did great with selling us the car. He wasn't too pushy and he was straight to the point. They were really welcoming and the whole process was done as quick as possible. I would def recommend this place to anyone and I will be sending close friends and family there who are looking for cars.

Had a great experience with Brandon Rachal here. I came from Oregon to help my daughter buy a truck and found her a great truck and found myself the exact truck I had been looking for at a great price. They got us both amazing financing and even bought us lunch while we jumped through the hoops that is buying 2 vehicles. Great people great financing great selection of good vehicles! They even let me leave my old truck there for the weekend while I got a dolly to drag it back to Oregon. When I went to pick the old truck they had even washed it for me!!! Can’t say enough! Bought a 08 Audi A4 back in 2014. Low miles nice car. OR so we thought. Drove the car about 3 months (2,500 miles) The oil light came on. Took it to the Bellevue Audi dealership to be looked at. We were told that the piston rings were fried & we would have to go through our warranty to see if it could be fixed. But we would have to pay the initial cost of tear down which was $600 and we were not guaranteed our warranty we purchased through the dealership would cover the repairs. We contacted the dealership and Rich told us he had a place that would/ could fix it. We did not contact the place he recommended b/c upon further inspection of our contract and car fax report, we realized that the car was traded in with 56,000 miles and the dealership had driven the car just over 3,000 miles (making the mileage 59,000). We believe this dealership knew very well there was an issue with the piston rings and reset the code on the car, by adding oil to it and then plopped it onto their lot claiming there were no issues. Then when we confronted Rich about this issue he stated "Well yeah I own these cars I can drive them as much or little as I want, it doesn't matter" & "Oh no Matt is not smart enough to do something like that" Matt was the guy who sold us the car. I would never purchase another vehicle here and it has made us extremely skeptical about other small dealerships. BUYERS BEWARE.

I just bought a car from Sunset Auto Wholesale and couldn't be happier, The staff, from lot attendant to finance manager where all very helpful , buying a car is never a fun experience but Linda walked me threw a credit app. online put some money down signed some papers and within a hour I was off , hassle free , Thank you all so much. These guys are great would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great deal on a used car! After no pressure honest dealing with them we bought a gently used SUV. We had the vehicle inspected at the mechanic shop we discovered that the rear differential was making some not so good noises and would likely need serviced or replaced soon, I figured the deal was dead at that point but I was dead wrong! they had their own service shop perform a repair on the rear end as well a 3 inch lift and new aftermarket wheels and tires I could not be happier the vehicle is tip top. These guys have definitely earned my trust and my business I would not hesitate to go back and buy another car from them again as well their service department is really top shelf they delivered 100%

Thank you for your remarkable service.Visited South Tacoma Sunset Auto Wholesale and was surprised by the fast and helpful customer service they provided. Prior to going to sunset auto wholesale Tacoma I went to two othe dealerships and waited, and customer service was not so great.

We actually had two transactions with Sunset. The first time we simply couldn't afford the car we were interested in. The second time we purchased a car. Both times these guys were clear, transparent and straight forward. Both times were comfortable and there were never any games. Actually, I am surprised to think that I now have a used auto place that I can trust. Corey was our sales person and he was super to work with but the whole place had a good sense to it.

After the 2 reviews I read I was hesitant but they were asking such a great price. My salesman was professional and honest. Answered every question I had (even though I already knew the answer, just testing him) and even bought my wife and I lunch. The financing was easy and paperwork was explained. I have had no issues with the car and I will be taking my daughter there next year when she is old enough to drive. Overall, I'd say good guys and easiest car shopping experience I've had.

These guys are no professionals! This was a haggle the whole time to buy this car. When negotiating price the dude whined about not making money and told me personal money problems. I think he was trying to entice me to buy it by telling me he drove it to Portland for fun? It was dirty when they showed it to me (covered in lawn clippings). Nobody brings a trade in like that so I'm sure these guys use these cars for thier pleasure. I told them it had to be clean when I buy it. I was in constant communication and told it would be cleaned. The next day I was told it was ready but I was left waiting for the tabs for an hour. While this was happening the employees locked the keys in their boss's dragster. It was sad to watch them (almost about to break glass to get in) but I interjected and told them to just pop the hinge pins off. It was still done unsafe and an employee almost lost a finger... So my car is finally ready I'm told. I look in it and the whole thing is still filthy. The guy apologizes and says he will clean it. He refused to pay for it to be cleaned and said it would be an hour for him to clean it. My friend and I go to lunch for an hour then come back to him cranking the radio in the car I bought while he does a very weak job at cleaning the car. I noticed something I missed at this point. There was scratches all over the door and door jam on the drivers side. I asked what happened and he told me they had locked the keys in the car and had to pry the door to get in.... I was so alarmed and pissed at this point that I just wanted to take the keys and leave so, I did. If this wasn't the absolute car that I was looking for I would have rejected the deal and walked. These guys were really bad.

The initial sale went great. When I received the title in the mail, with no tabs. I called them and I was told that I didn't pay enough to get tabs, that it cost way more then the state's standard price. It wasn't till I threatened to sue them, that they said, oh, we actually have your tabs, you just have to come get them, cause you owe use $1.50, that is why we didn't mail them to you. They could have put a note in with the title to this, but there was none and they were very rude when I called. The manager I spoke with said how dare I threaten to say I was going to sue them or file a complaint for fraud, when he had them right there at his desk waiting for me to come get. When I tried to explain that I was told by his employee that it cost over 150 to just transfer the title to me, he just told me to f**k off and hung up on me. I called back to speak with someone else, but he answered and told me to just get the plates and hung up again. I would have recommended them to my friends, until this happened. I will NEVER go there again, and hope that they are closed down for this bad bad customer service.
