After a bad experience at another place, we contacted Synergy Auto. Mike was very polite, knowledgeable, and helpful with the information on the car that were interested in. We made an appointment, drove almost 4 hours to get there, and were met on time, treated like family, and were test driving the car within 10 minutes of our arrival! It was one of the best car purchases that I have ever experienced. Thank you Mike for a job well done.

A great place to find a quality vehicle with an inviting and easy-going staff. That's the short version. We live about 40 minutes away so it wasn't convenience that brought my wife and I here. What initially drew our attention was their inventory and prices. It seems they mainly deal in better quality used motors. We were looking for a particular model which they had and it was priced below our local options. When we got there, Hogan greeted us and allowed us to shop at our convenience without being pushed. While we had 2 vehicles there we liked, the initial target was as advertised and my wife loved it. Key and tag quickly provided, took it for a quick spin, ready for paperwork. We worked with Hogan until financing came into play. The owner, Mike, stepped in and took care of the remainder. Both fellas were easy to work with, especially during this crazy pandemic where you never know how people are going to act. Before too long we were on our way home and my wife had the car she wanted. That's the easy part. Within a few days we had some issues with it. There was some back and forth with trying to find the problem, which is the part that frustrated us, but that was the service end not the sales end of things. Long & short we find out the engine needed replaced. Yikes. To be fair, not a fault of Synergy, certainly unexpected on our end, and we come to find out it's an issue that the manufacturer is fully aware of. We tried to push the manufacturer to provide assistance but because we buy used vehicles and do most of our own work, we don't have any "customer service points" and no assistance was provided. So here my wife and I are having bought a newer vehicle because we wanted something reliable and it needs a costly engine. Mike stepped up and cut us a check to purchase a replacement engine. We felt a bit more confident having our family members shop install it, we covered the labor end of things, and now we have a brand new engine in it. We now have a reliable vehicle - with powertrain warranty. Look, I'm not thrilled to have bought a vehicle and waited 3 months to really drive it after replacing something relatively major. I viewed my overall investment and what I got at the end and I am satisfied. What I can say is throughout the entire process I was assured I we wouldn't go it alone, and when it came down to it Mike took care of what we agreed to be fair so I can't ask for much more. Plus there's now a class-action lawsuit so maybe we can get some of our money back.

I was on the lookout for a fully loaded BMW E60 5 Series. I previously owned one and missed it so much I wanted one back. They're really hard to find with all the options, but sure enough there it was! Head-Up Display, Night Vision, Auto High Beams, Active Cruise Control with Stop+Go, Nav, front and back heated seats, you name it! They ticked every box that year. When I first drove the car I noticed a slight vibration in the car from a bent wheel. Mike immediately took care of it and even put on new front brakes and rotors after resolving the wheel issue. It was a great buying experience. They came in lower than our credit union with financing and were a real pleasure to deal with from start to finish. And even though they don't use it as a sales tactic, after the sale is complete they let you pick one of 7 charities to donate $50 towards. It's a great way to give back while getting some sweet wheels. I'd highly recommend Synergy and will definitely be going back when it's time to buy another car! Thanks again Mike. We love the car!!!

For 43 years I dealt with, raced for and purchased a number of cars from the same car dealer. The owner retired and the business sold off to other dealers. Over the past few weeks my wife's car acted up and a friend offered to buy it so we sold the car. A friend of ours told us about Synergy Auto.LLC in Strasburg,Pa. We live about a hour away but the trip was worth every mile. The selection was diverse and the prices were lower then expected. Kelsey walked out with us and explained the history of the vehicle, what they had done to check it over,what was done to insure the car was safe and make them better. Kelsey knew each vehicles spec's. She knew the pro's and con's of the manufacturers models and why. We found a great fit and we were turned over to Mike the owner. He questioned some points about the car as if to make sure we knew everything about our selection. I didn't know Synergy's offers to give back to former service members. So when Mike asked if I had served he mentioned their policy. Not only did I fell respected but he made the agreed upon deal even sweeter. Kelsey and Mike are knowledgeable about their inventory but they are honest and have the utmost integrity which is rare in today's world. I don't have 43 year left to buy cars but I found our new forever dealer.They set the bar very high and do it with a smile. Thanks again!

We stopped by just to check out vehicles on the lot, and bought a 2013 Nissan Sentra with low mileage! We couldn't imagine getting a better car anywhere for the price. Kelsey and Mike were both so friendly and helpful, it made the whole experience a wonderful one! We would highly recommend stopping by to see their selection of vehicles. We are very glad we did!

I have to give a massive thanks to Synergy for my 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 Sport. It's a beautiful low mileage truck and I couldn't have asked for a better experience in acquiring it from them. Both Mike and Kelsey are wonderful people that greet each person with a warm smile. I can't imagine getting a better deal anywhere else, nor could I have had the chance to have such a great business experience anywhere else. I would certainly do business with them again, and I would highly recommend their business to friends and family. And their dog Chance is pretty awesome and very friendly, which also compounds the reasons why I would recommend this shop.

This is the third vehicle we purchased from this dealer. Mike and Kelsey make buying a car affordable, fun and easy. Never pressure you and always honest. This is the only dealer I have ever found that is a complete pleasure to work with. Even Chance ( the dog ) greets you with a smile and a wagging tail. I had been in the car market for about four months and had visited countless dealers (over six) by the time I ended up at Synergy. Car buying can be a really frustrating experience, but my experience with them was fantastic. I went in, got to look at/test drive the car I was interested in and then got to leave and think about it - with no pressure from them. They gave me a great price for my trade-in and made my actual purchase experience the best I've ever had. Highly recommend.

I found a really cool Mustang on their lot for a great price. I live about an hour and a half away, so I wanted to set up everything via email before making the trip up to Strasburg (a great little town, btw). They were prompt and courteous with communication. They never pressured me into making a decision, and we were able to agree to terms all through email. When my wife and I made the trip up we found the dealership to be very friendly and well-maintained. There is even a resident dog to greet you. The customer experience was far better than any dealership I have been to. The owners were casual but professional and best of all there were no surprises. The price we agreed to was exactly what we paid and the car was exactly as described. They even donated $50 of our purchase to the charity of our choice. It felt good to support a great small business run by great people.

This was the smoothest car buying experience I've ever had. Working with Mike was great; he was professional, very helpful, straight-forward and honest. It was the lowest pressure purchase I remember making, which was very satisfying! We buy cars to last for years. We traveled from Philadelphia to come look 2006 Dodge Dakota. Mike explained all of the repairs that he did on the truck over the phone and he seemed really knowledgeable, easy going, and the kind of person we would want to do a deal with. After driving through the cute historic downtown of Strasburg, we arrived at a very clean, very organized dealership. (They even have a super adorable dog here!) This was a no pressure, honest, upfront dealership. The truck was exactly how Mike had described it and we were happy to make a deal with him. In addition to the excellent service, anyone who purchases a vehicle can choose from a list of charities. The dealership then donates $50 to the charity of your choice in your name. The pricing was very fair and the service was excellent. We would highly recommend this dealership to anybody searching for a car.
