Tim Miller was an excellent salesman. He was knowledgable of the vehicle, was able to answer or get answers to our questions, and very personable. He was present but not overbearing. Brian was able to provide comparable financing allowing us to purchase the vehicle quickly. Overall, Avery good experience.

Taylor Hyundai of Findlay and my salesman Kiel were extremely helpful and courteous. I live in NJ, but went to these guys in Ohio because they had the exact car I wanted. Dealing with them over the phone and through text was no problem at all. I got the car I wanted for the price I wanted to pay, and Kiel even bought me breakfast when I arrived after the 10 hour drive. Definitely very pleased with my experience.

We had been looking for a Mini and we found it on Cars.com. We drove 1:20 to go and see it. The vehicle was as advertised and we could not have had a better salesperson than Tristan. Pleasant, honest, and not pushy is his style. If we were closer he would be whom I would purchase all of my vehicles from.

Everyone was helpful, accommodating, and a pleasure to work with. Bought a new 2015 Sonata. We worked out the price and financing ahead of time. The car was ready for us to pick up when we arrived. Everything took about an hour from the moment we stepped into the dealership - test drive, signing the papers, getting set up with the car, and driving it off the lot.

Derek helped us and he was extremely friendly. We went in on a Thursday night and did a test drive and ended up waiting for almost 2 hours for them to look at our trade in and give us an estimate on monthly payment. Derek and his sales manager explained it was because they were short staffed that week and Derek had to help 3 couples at once. The sales manager told us to come back at another scheduled time and he was going to look for the exact car we wanted since they didn't carry it. We came in an hour earlier than we planned on Saturday and were there for a few hours. A lot of awkward waiting around, but again Derek apologized for the waiting and tried to interact with us to keep us occupied until the sales manager came back to keep us updated since he was calling around to try and find us the car we wanted. When I went to pick up the car Monday Derek met me at the door, offered me a water, got my plates on and helped me get the car setup. I highly recommend Derek as the salesman. The sales manager was leaving to get food as I got there and stopped by to say hi and ask how things were he was very friendly. The only thing I would change is the wait time which may be explained by being short staffed. We probably were there a total of 4-5 hours when the actual sale and paperwork process only took about 30 mins. If we weren't already sold on the car and warranty we probably would've left after the first hour of waiting around the first time we went in.

I keep my cars for a very long time. I had my trade in for 17 years, so buying a new car is a big deal. I did a lot of research before starting my search. I am very happy with my new Elantra. It has a lot of great features for the price. I am very happy with my new car and would recommend Taylor Hyundai and my salesperson Tyler Hiatt.

I was very pleased by the integrity of it all.. I have always felt. That I had to be on guard like I was going to be taken advantage of..especially being a woman.. kind of like the "stereotypical" car lot.. I felt that Tyler Hiatt treated me very proffessionaly when I was buying the Accent! He was very helpful in finding the right car for my financial situation. Brian and Kane were nice too! The car is fun to drive and has alot of nice features especially the bluetooth for my phone! The car gets great gas mileage too!

The first associate I worked with was Michael. He was very polite and helped the best he could. The second associate, Brandon, was the biggest lying xxx and he was extremely pushy and if this dealership had any true business ethics they would let him go immediately. We went to Taylor Hyundai to look at a used Toyota Corolla. The salesman that met us - Phil - was a nice enough guy, but he didn't know the price of any of the cars. When we would ask he would just say "it's on the internet." Well, when we got the price, it was $2,400 over book price and the car had been in wreck according to the Carfax report. Phil (and his sales manager) would not budge on the price, even though it was the end of the month and during one of their many "sales events." We went on to buy a car at Tansky Sawmill Toyota in Dublin, and the deal and the salesman was great. Taylor still has the Corolla, now only $2,200 over book price. Funny.

Worst car dealership ever! They tell you lies and make you promises just so you purchase their vehicles. I was informed that if I drive it home and it is still making sounds that I noticed during the test drive that they would fix it 100 percent no questions asked. I got it home and called and it took 2 days for them to call me back. Then Leon tried to play word games saying well I said "might". I wasn't going to purchase this car, but asked him several times before I left if it would be taken care of and he said most definitely. I went to a real professional and had the whole car inspected. It was great to find out the water housing unit was leaking and that I needed 4 new tires put on it!! I was also informed by Leon that the tires tread were all in great shape. The worse part of all is Leon said he couldn't go down any lower on the price in case something was wrong on the vehicle and it needed fixed. Worse dealership ever because these are things they were well aware of before I purchased the vehicle.

I went to Taylor Hyundia last Saturday and must say it was the easiest, nicest purchasing experiance I have ever had! My salesman, John, helped thing move smoothly along and I ended up driving away that same day with the exact car I wanted, with the payments I was hoping for. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Hyundia!!
