I was looking online for a Jeep Grand Cherokee and found one at the price, with all the features my wife and I wanted. Called and talked with Bob Anderson. He made a video of the jeep showing me all the features that I had asked him to check on. Called him back with more questions which he promptly answered. He made buying sight unseen very easy and instilled confidence in me that I was dealing with an honest salesman as well as good dealership. Gave Taylor's a deposit over the phone (refundable if we did not like the Jeep when we saw it in person) and drove to Great Falls from Spokane the following weekend (360 miles) Jeep was every bit as nice as described and we felt great about our purchase! Also Dave in the finance department was great to work with as well. Bought a extended service warranty which benefits us instead of the ones that seem to favor the dealership or insurance company. Overall great experience!

I had my 1997 GMC pickup in for AC repair. It worked great when I drove it off the lot. I took it out of town and came back and the AC lost all of its coolant. This was in a 2 week period. I took it back to them and they said some O rings where leaking and it would be $150.00 to re repair what they should have repaired the first time. I can understand having to pay for the O rings which would only be a couple of dollars. I don't feel like I should have to pay for the complete repair. I will never use Taylor's Auto Max again.

The professionalism of the dealers at Taylors Auto Max should be how the book is written. Never once did I feel I was being bullied into something that I didn't want, and they were extremely patient through the whole process (due to an issue with funds). By far the best customer service experience that I have ever received at any dealership I have been to.

I bought my very first vehicle back in February of 2015. I did a little bit of shopping at a couple of different dealerships, but Princeton or "Mook" at Taylor's Auto Max was the most helpful person during my state of total confusion. Mook took the time to really listen to what I needed in a vehicle, and he showed me a few options. Then he took the time to share his thoughts about which vehicle was right for me. I couldn't be happier with my Buick, it was truly the right fit for me! I didn't even purchase the most expensive option. Thank you Mook for helping me find the Buick, its wonderful!

I had been looking for a vehicle for a few months but the vehicle I wanted was not available in our area, and I really wasn't impressed with the ride after a test drive for the amount of money it cost. Then saw a Nissan murano at Walmart and really liked the style. On a whim that same day, I drove thru the Nissan dealership in town and saw the Juke. Gary walked up to me and was very informative and I was impressed with the car, it seemed perfect for me. Brought my husband, and we both test drove the car. He was impressed which was my stamp of approval. We sat down to deajl and Gary went thru my options and came up with a screaming deal on a new 2014 Juke lease. We sealed the deal a couple days later as I had company coming over that evening. They had everything ready for me to sign, even though I changed the appointment to an earlier time. Gary also introduced me to the service department and Terry Taylor. Mark Taylor was also in the vicinity and Gary introduced me to him also. Everyone I dealt with impressed me with their friendliness and professionalism, especially Gary...thank you , Gary!

I have been looking in the local area, on-line out to Washington state to look at used cars. Needed to upgrade to something a little bigger and with AWD or 4x4. Pacer Popham worked hard, at first he found a vehicle or 2 that just weren't right. He worked with the manager and he found the car I wanted. It was a pleasure not to be pressured like at some places. Hat's off to Pacer and Taylor's! I will recommend Taylor's highly.

Princeton was attentive and accommodating. We had three children with short attention spans with us and he made sure that they were taken care of and even gave them tacos when they were hungry! He didn't pressure us into any particular model and even worked with our recent bankruptcy. We recently bought a used F-150 from Taylor's. They were great to work with. There was no pressure to buy immediately and did a great job of finding the pickup that fit our needs. Mark Shafer came in on his day off to meet with us and helped up in all of the details and getting to know the pickup. He introduced us to the shop people and made sure the pickup was ready to go. Gary Lipnickey is a very patient and customer oriented sales person. I'm a very picky buyer. I told him that in the beginning. I had in mind what I wanted in a vehicle and I wasn't going to stray from that. Gary showed me truck after truck for months and maintained his patience and professionalism every time I said no and I said no a lot. A week ago he called me and said he didn't want me to think he was trying to adjust my price up but he had an awesome Silverado he wanted me to see. He was right and so was the Chevy Silverado. It was the truck I was looking for even with the higher price. I'm very happy with my Silverado and thanks to Gary's patience and persistence, I have the truck I wanted. Bob was very helpful with our purchase. We really weren't looking at an immediate purchase, however, Bob made it happen with the criteria given. Kudos to Bob for trying to make everything right. We purchased the vehicle prior to it being checked out/cleaned. After the purchase the "Detail Shop" was supposed to "detail" the vehicle, however, the detail was very poor. The detail shop had an entire day to perform this task and honestly it looked like maybe an hour's work was put into the job. Bob made it right, however, we were without our vehicle for another day. Even with the rework, I would expect a better job than what was done. They even forgot to put valve stem caps on all the tires which I had to later obtain. Through no fault of Bob, I feel that with the quick manner in which we purchased the vehicle, we were overlooked because the vehicle was already purchased and was no longer part of Taylor's inventory.

Well we really did our homework when we started looking at cars. Jacqui was very patient with us because she knew we were not rushing into a purchase. We were waiting for the dealership to get a 2015 Golf for us to test drive and kept us informed of the status of that vehicle which ultimately never did. We went back several times and when she was sick or out of town, Mike Babcock stepped in to assist us with test drives other car models. Jacqui was diligent in searching other dealer inventories to find that elusive Golf and getting information as we had questions. The close out prices on their 2014 models at the dealership were great and it enabled us to buy a car we hadn't considered previously. We closed the deal on a 2014 Passat, bought local and saved money! We're very happy customers.

I saw a car on the internet at Taylors Auto Max in Great Falls and decided to call on it. The next week I went up and met Jay at the Dealership. The car was what I was looking for. One of the front tires was very worn though and had longitudinal cracks on the sidewall. I was worried about it but was going to "deal" and drive it home (90 miles) anyhow. Jay talked with the manager and both said they feel the car isn't really safe to drive with the tire in that shape. They offered 2 news tires for the front and I could buy the rear for their price at the tire shop... all still within my budget. For buying a 99' Olds' I was treated like I was buying an expensive car. I will return. I believe they are honest and good people to work with.

After much research, the decision narrowed to two: Nissan Rogue and another similar compact SUV from a dealership that shall remain nameless. ;) Honestly, I most likely would have been happy with the other vehicle. BUT, I really didn't want to deal with anyone but Taylor's Auto Max. We have purchased four vehicles from them over the years, and each time drove away happy. And now that I have had time to drive my new Rogue a bit, I know that this is a brand I trust. Taylor's always has a huge selection of vehicles, and they make it easy to buy the car or truck you want. Go ahead, look around at other lots, but there's no reason to go anywhere but Taylor's. He went out of his way to find me a couple of options and assist in the financing process. Ultimately, I took a pickup home to my husband that evening and he was quite pleased. I've purchased vehicles in the past and had some exasperating experiences dealing with salesman that didn't respect my ability to purchase a vehicle "all by myself." None of that here!! Great experience Started off just browsing for a truck I saw on the internet one Sunday afternoon for the wife and Kip was there and helped us find the rig I was looking for. Next week my wife and I went back down to test drive the truck, we loved it, purchased it same day on Sunday afternoon. All the personnel at Taylor's we were in contact with treated us with respect and were very courteous throughout the whole process. Great Experience I drove by the dealership to see what they had for used Tundra's. My wife went up and spoke with Brandie and took the two they had for a test drive. My wife knew right away which one I would like, but there was a problem with the truck. Brandie noticed it right away also, the truck was shaking a bit. She made sure they got the truck in and repaired so when I returned back to town it was ready to go. It was perfect. Jay was great to work with. We had found the car we were interested in online so when I called Taylor's, Jay understood that we didn't want to be sold anything else. He told me about the vehicle and followed up on all of my questions. He was upfront about the imperfections and checked on specifics for us. He instilled enough confidence in us that we traveled 3.5+ hours to look at the vehicle. It was what we were looking for and everything that Jay said over the phone was accurate. We agreed on a fair price and feel that we got a great vehicle for what we paid. Our Labrador even got to sit in on the transaction and his minor accident inside the dealership was forgiven. Fast and easy!! We live 4 hours from Great Falls he did a pre approval over the phone and I found the Yukon on line and test drove fell in lobes signed the papers and walked out in less than 2 hours!! Love how convenient and personal Tom made our shopping experience!!

I'm an active duty Air Force member and the "REAL DEAL" Ron Cooper really reaches out for military members. Any Military member looking for a new or used vehicle look no further. Overall, a great experience and Ron matched the price I wanted for a used Chevy Suburban 2013. The only thing that I did notice negatively was that the vehicles cleanliness wasn't up to standard. If I would of mentioned this i'm sure Ron would of taken care of it. Another thing that stood out was how he priced some accessories I was looking for. He even followed up with me a couple days later to ensure the vehicle was good to go. One can have a lot of mixed feelings when dealing with car salesman. I noticed his faith in Christ from the start and that was a true blessing!!! Thanks again to the "REAL DEAL" and Merry CHRISTmas to you and your family.

My boyfriend, Brian, had heard about the great service that Ron had given his aunt and uncle, so when he totaled his truck Ron was his first phone call he made for a new vehicle. Brian had a couple specific trucks he was interested in but had said he would wait a month or two to buy one, until he went in and spoke to Ron. Ron got him a great deal on a really awesome truck and he had the best attitude the entire time. I've never had such a wonderful experience with a car salesman and I really appreciated how Brian was treated. Brian now has a vehicle that he loves thanks to Ron!

Ron Cooper was excellent, energetic to sell even though it was 29 degrees outside. He made my husband and sister and myself welcome and did everything in his power to make us feel at ease. I have to say they made it easy to buy a car and did not keep us there for hours. They ran a Car Fax and Kelly Blue Book prices when I asked and did not hide anything from us. I would definitely buy from them again.Go Ron!

Ms. Cathie Blalock did a great job with our purchase and was very patient with our request. She was very knowledgable of Taylor's inventory. This is the 4th vehicle my family has purchased from the Taylor Automax chain of stores and (knock on wood!) we have always received great vehicles everytime. I needed a newer truck and dealt with Mike Taylor. Mike helped me find the perfect truck for me. He helped me with selection and price and gave me a very fair price for my trade-in. It was a very pleasurable transaction....no pressure, no stress. But with Mike being an owner, he is always very busy. So Gary Lipnickey stepped in and showed me everything about the truck.... how to use the satellite radio and work all of the interior electronics and he even helped sync my phone to the Bluetooth. Gary spent a great amount of time with me on the delivery of the truck, even though he was getting no commission on the sale. If you ever buy a vehicle from Taylor's, Gary really knows his product and I highly recommend him. Thanks Mike and thanks Gary....I'll be back!

We bought our old F150 here and always had it serviced by the service dept. Excellent care and always a clean truck when picked up. Bought our new F250 here because of the service and care. We will be taking our new truck for service and maintenance at Taylor's. I trust the service department, Jim Schafel and Shawn Feback are excellent mechanics. I am sure there are other mechanics who have worked on my truck and I would mention them as well if I knew they worked on it. I didn't plan on buying a new truck at the time I went in, but they had what I wanted and it was a great deal. Trust is a big word when it comes to dealers and I trust Taylor's Automax.

We went in to Taylors looking for a new truck for our business. We werent sure that we would be able to find a truck in our price range or be able to get financed with our credit and income. Matt showed us a couple different trucks and was very helpful in finding the right truck to fit our needs. Taylors worked with our credit and our income to get us financed and get a great interest rate. We love our new truck and its exactly what we needed!

We were offered a very fair deal on the vehicle , we drove it and were given a fair deal on our trade.When we left the dealership a problem was noticed and we returned. A resolution was promised the next day so we left. Then we proceeded home but didn't make it. Taylors sent out a tow truck and took it back to their dealership.This was after hours and showed the dealer would do the right thing and stand behind what they sold.We appreciated this very much and would tell our friend to patronize Taylors in the future.

When we first went in we talked to Tom he was very friendly and helpful and pointed us in the direction of a nice car we would like. When we came back Tom was with other customers so Jay then helped us out Jay was a great person to work with he found out exactly what we were trying to do and what we wanted and where we stood. Then he made it happen and got us the best deal on our vehicle with the best interest rate. He was never pushy and made sure we felt comfortable with the entire process made sure everything was very professional and helpful and made it easy to make the choice we wanted. The next day we stopped back in for a minor issue and he instantly fixed the issue for us and assured us he would help us anytime for anything we ever needed also he went out of his way to make our issue his own issue and fix it himself would recommend Jay to anyone great guy

I am in the Air Force and I had arrived in Montana at Malmstrom AFB as my first duty assignment without a vehicle. I looked at one dealership and did not like the service I was given. I was highly recommended by a few people to go to Taylors Auto Max. One person even recommended Ron Cooper to be THE man to see. I went to the dealership after work on Thursday and Ron Cooper started helping me out. Asked me what I wanted and was great with listening to my exact wants/needs before showing me around the lot. We went in to the building to go online and look at what vehicles he had in my budget as well. He was never pushy about going above my budget I had for a vehicle. Once I found what vehicle I was interested in he drove me to the other lot to see the vehicle in person and let me test drive it. Ron was very honest about any questions I asked on the vehicle and didn't try and hide any defects with the vehicle. He showed me the car history report to show it was not involved in any accidents. Ron had stayed with me on Thursday after normal business hours to help me find the perfect vehicle. I had returned on Friday with some issues with my loan but Ron Cooper had talked to the boss and mentioned I was in the military and they instantly helped me out and got the vehicle I wanted within the budget of my loan. I am very thankful and happy to see that great and honest customer service still exists. I am very pleased with Ron Cooper's service. I would recommend my friends to go to Taylors Auto Max for a vehicle and to ask for Mr. Ron Cooper. Thank you again for all of your hard work, help and dedication to helping your customers.

Our growing family of soon to be four was in need of a vehicle with more room but definitely needed something in our price range. Jay was quick to help, very knowledgeable, a pleasure to deal with and did not make us feel pressured. He was very upfront and honest about the vehicles he showed us and talked to us about which made us all the more comfortable. The whole team seemed very pleasant to deal with and Jay was there beside us the whole way and made sure we were taken care and that we didn't have too much on our plate. Overall, great experience and we came away very pleased and were treated fairly on our trade. Jay was great!

What I anticipated to be a stressful experience, James Winters was great at setting my mind at ease from the start. He not only listened to my concerns but also was very reassuring. This was the first time I have purchased a car by myself and I was incredibly nervous going in but so happy going out. During my dealings with Taylors Automax and Ron Cooper, I found the experience to be very enjoyable. First off, Ron Cooper was an absolute delight. He was very personable and not pushy one bit. Most dealerships I have been to before, the employee's I have dealt with were pushy and this was not the case with Ron. These people bent over backwards for me, every time I called. (I am sure I'm the most annoying customer!) I desperately wanted a Nissan Xterra, with a specific year, color, milage, transmission, etc. They found the perfect one and gave me the BEST DEAL! I have the best Xterra, and I have had no problems with it. I continue to get my annual maintenance done with this dealer as well as mileage every 3,000 miles. Such a great experience!
