My salesman Paul Stoddard was amazing. He was very nice and professional with a bit whimsical humor. He made the process very easy and enjoyable for my wife and I. There was absolutely no high pressure to try to push us into a different or more expensive vehicle. It was just a very laid back and easy going process from start to finish which we loved. All of the staff were an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Paul sold our daughter her car back in March So I was happy to work with him again. He really went above and beyond to help me get this Vehicle. We had a somewhat unique situation that made the process a little more difficult then it should of been but in the end we got it taken care of and we ABSOLUTELY LOVE our new Vehicle!

Mike was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and helped me get the new vehicle on my timeline. I had test drove the vehicle several weeks in advance and knew it was the right vehicle for me, however, i was not quite ready to make the purchase then. Mike kept me up to date on when new vehicles would be arriving and i was able to put a down payment to secure one of the new vehicles the dealership was scheduled to receive. It really made the purchase and pick up if the vehicle smooth and stress-free. Mike has been also committed to checking in on me after the purchase to make sure i am completely happy with my purchase. He definitely has gone above and beyond to help me.

they knew the condition of my vehicle and exactly what type of vehicle it was and I told them on the phone numerous times how much I was expecting to get I drove 45 minutes out there and they were going to give me $9,000 below what they originally told me they would give me for my vehicle and they acted like I was wasting their time they did not even want to try to get me a vehicle or make a deal and then they laughed at me when I told them thank you for wasting my time rude and not customer friendly at all not waste your time

I took my car to Team Chevrolet at the request of General Motors when I already had a reputable mechanic look at it. At first, my experience was great, I spoke with Michael in sales who advised I should talk to Suzanne in service. Suzanne was great, she was very helpful and explained the process of having a claim through GM. The next day, I received a call from Gary, the service director. He was extremely condescending and rude to me from the beginning. Before my car even arrived there, he decided he did not plan on replacing it. He wanted me to agree to pay for up to 3 hours of diagnostics before they looked at the vehicle. My car was towed there from my mechanic, so I already knew what was wrong. Gary called me back saying he couldn't tell why I was having the engine problem but that I had an oil leak (though my mechanic checked it all and said the fluids were "spot on"), he then proceeded to tell me that he "couldn't tell what came first, the chicken or the egg" I advised my car was well maintained and he said he was just telling me what he could see that I would need to replace the engine. I've spoke with him on the phone a few times, he was awful every time. I called GM and told them I wanted to file a formal complain about him. When I called GM, all they would say was that it was "noted". Gary never asked for maintenance records or anything at all regarding my engine just that "I am not replacing you engine". If you are looking for a great mechanic in the area, I suggest Valpo Muffler, I would not under any circumstances take my car to Team Chevrolet.

The Second I got out of my car at Team Chevy they treated me like no other dealership had, so incredibly nice, helpful, and willing to work with me on anything I needed. If you are ever thinking of buying a car never hesitate to go to Team Chevy in Valparaiso, they will make you feel like family! I can't think of one bad thing I would ever say; such a great car buying experience, I will always go back to them!
