Jaimie in service went above and beyond her job, I had forgotten an important letter in the console of my car when I dropped it off. He is thorough, well informed and explained clearly. But he also took the time to answer any additional questions that I had-even after the purchase. Did not give me all of the information I needed, did not care at all about what I wanted, only cared about making a quick sell, and refused to work with me on pricing. I went with a different dealership and I'm glad I did.
