Took my 18 year old daughter to get her first car . everyone was great service sale, then I got to fiance was sent to Mike Anderson. was very uncomfortable made my daughter feel very uncomfortable, flirted with her the whole time and keep looking at her legs. I will never buy a car here again Instead of concentrating on the deal all he did was concentrate at flirting with my daughter, he was at least twice her age, NOT PROFESIONAL AT ALL

MY WIFE DRIVES THIS CAR ALMOST EXCLUSIVELY AND I NEED TO FEEL COMFORTABLE THAT IT IS IN GOOD RUNNING SHAPE. SHE RECENTLY TOOK THE CAR IN BECAUSE OF LOW PRESSURE IN THE TIRE. I HAD FILLED IT UP TWICE , THE THIRD TIME IT WENT LOW I TOLD HER TO TAKE IT IN. SHE CALLED, MADE AN APPOINTMENT, TOOK IT IN . THE SERVICE PEOPLE WERE VERY CONSIDERATE AND FIXED THE TIRE. THEY FOUND A NAIL IN THE TIRE. SHE IS HAPPY, I AM HAPPY AND THE CAR IS WORKING BEAUTIFULLY. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING.

We brought our 2013 RAV4 in for an oil change and tire rotation. The young lady who checked us in looked up our repair record and let us know that an oil change wasn't necessary at this time. I was impressed that she wasn't trying to sell us something we didn't need. We decided to get the tire rotation and asked for an appraisal of our car just for the heck of it. We met with the salesman, Rick Gonnella. He was great. He showed us a few cars and went over all of their features. We were hooked when we saw the RAV4 Limited. We couldn't believe all of the advancements over our 2013 RAV. One of Team Toyota's promotions was a $500 Albert's Jewelers gift card. My wife spent that the next day. This is my third RAV4, I wouldn't have anything else.

We recently bought a used vehicle from this dealer. Overall, the customer service was very good. The salesman (Arnie) was not pushy or annoying (which is a breathe of fresh air as I had visited many other dealerships before this one). He was very courteous and easy to talk to.The only thing was that the salesman didn't have too much knowledge of the used 09 dodge grand caravan (minivan), which is understandable since it's not a Toyota vehicle. The manager was also courteous, helpful and reasonable (in negotiations). I will recommend the Arnie and the dealership to family and friends.Overall I am really satisfied.

I went in to get my car serviced. Came across Mike & Mike, and the rest is history! They made me feel comfortable, did not waste my time and gave me a very good deal on a brand new 2016 Corolla. From the moment my Wife and I walked into Team Toyota in Schererville Indiana we knew we were dealing with a different animal. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful, and the place was very clean! Even though we went to see a highly recommended Salesman named Lorenzo everyone we met in the process was extraordinarily nice and knowledgeable. It really is a cool feeling to know you're not bothering someone to sell you a car like the feeling we had from some at other places. There really is not much more to say other than if there was a Bar that is set for all other dealerships to meet, these guys are the ones holding it up and setting it.

i just recently bought a 2013 toyota camry there, they did a fantastic job and answering all questions asked and the salesman i dealt with kevin lasowski did a great job at being professional while at the same time helping you to feel comfortable and welcome. all employees of this store were very welcoming and very approachable and friendly people. would highly recommend this store to a friend. matter of fact i did and the same day my brother bought a car there as well.

Hubert & I went back to Team Toyota once we discovered that Hubert's car would be too costly to repair the electrical system. We were introduced to Lillian Edwards. She was very courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, and professional and eased us in the process of purchasing a 2003 Toyota Corolla with a price that was affordable. A wheel cover was needed for the vehicle and she promptly investigated the search for a matching wheel cover, communicating with Hubert when the part arrived. This is my second purchase from Team Toyota in Schererville, Indiana. I leased a 2013 Corolla and traded it in for a 2016 Camry, also a lease. I absolutely LOVE everything about this dealership. From the buying (or leasing) process, to the service after purchase - everything is top notch 100%! They are very willing to work with you to find a payment you are comfortable with, you don't feel like you are getting shafted or manipulated into paying more than you would like. They are all professional and courteous. The most amazing thing, however, is how EVERYONE in the entire dealership is so helpful and nice. When you come in for service, they are very quick and always helpful. When you have questions, there are many people to answer them for you. If you lease they have lease-end specialists who can help make sense of all of those lease-end questions you may have. I would highly recommend this dealership for all your car buying / leasing needs!

I brought my 2010 Toyota RAV4 to Team Toyota for service on 11/20. Mike the service rep provided excellent customer service. He reviewed the services needed for my car and discussed services I will need in the near future. He was very helpful and attentive to my needs. He also gave me a coupon for my oil change. I thought that was very nice. My car was serviced in a timely manner and I always appreciate the free car wash. I will definitely go back to Team Toyota for more services and will definitely purchase my next vehicle at Team Toyota.

Bought a Rav4 from Team a few years ago and a Camry about 6 months ago. My wife wanted a little more room, so we traded the Rav for a Highlander. The Highlander drives like the Camry, not a truck. We are very happy with it. I drive a ton and I'm 6'3". Both cars give me plenty of room and comfort. I've known Kyle Anderson a long time, and he is great to deal with. He watched our young kids while we took our test drive. Couldn't have been an easier car buying process.

I have always taken my 2001 Corolla to this dealership for the scheduled maintenance or service. The service department is fantastic to work with and they work with you. All the Service personal are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I just had my Corolla in for a set of 4 new tires. My service person , Juan, went beyond the call of duty. Juan made sure I received the tires and worked with my schedule for me to come in for the installation.

I purchased a used car from Team Toyota about two weeks ago. This was my first vehicle I had ever purchased independently. Tom was very helpful and I was pleased with how smoothly the buying process went. I was offered better rates and deals without having to haggle for them, which I was thankful for because I'm not a very assertive person when it comes to those things. He was friendly, approachable, and professional. I will admit that as of yesterday, the check engine light has turned on in my car and I already need to bring it in to be looked at. However, I purchased an "as is" car without a warranty so I do not place the blame on Team Toyota for that, although I am frustrated and a little worried that something may be wrong with my vehicle. This does not change the fact that I was happy with my service and I would do business with them again. The environment at Team Toyota is comfortable, clean, and the staff is welcoming and friendly. I felt very comfortable there and I would be happy to purchase a vehicle there in the future and recommend them to friends and family.

My sales person was Lillian Edwards and she was very professional and helpful. I recently purchased a certified Avalon. It informed me I needed service which was tire rotation and call for an appt. I scheduled it for Saturday but I happened to be in the area on Friday and went in then. I was immediately greeted and was told they could service me right then. Less than an hour wait, I was on my way. Mike let me know what service I would need next and explained a few things about the car. Very friendly and easy to talk to.

I purchased a 2007 Toyota Highlander from Team Toyota and had a good overall buying experience. Eric, the salesperson, was very helpful in finding a used car that met my requirements. He was very patient while we test drove ~ 5 different cars and did his best to answer all the questions I had about the vehicles. The negotiation process was relatively painless and I felt I got a good deal on both the car I was purchasing as well as my trade-in. Although it is too soon to tell as to the quality of the car I purchased, it was well taken care of by the previous owner and was cleaned prior to my taking delivery. I did notice that some of the other cars I test drove were pretty beat-up and not very clean (dog hair, funky smell, dirty interior and engine bay). I assume this is because the cars were older with high mileage - my recommendation would be for Team Toyota to spend a bit more time preparing the cars for resale (clean the interior, instruments, engine bay, and fix any major issues). The Sales and Finance managers were also very friendly and walked me through the process with no hassles. Overall, I was very satisfied with the buying experience and would definitely recommend Team Toyota to others.

I was then able to have a wonderful buying experience. Katina is great! very professional, considerate, knowledgeable, and most of all she is excellent in working with the customer to determine what is best for them. Amelia Worthy, the Finance Manager is Great as well, she has the same qualities as Katina. They make a great TEAM. I love my new Corolla.

Everyone I dealt with Team Toyota was friendly and nice to deal with, Mike(salesman), Tim(manager) and Bob(finance expert). One of the BEST guys I got to deal with was Mark the mechanic!!!! He told me in detail everything he did to truck to get it ready to sell on the showroom floor, which meant a lot to me!! As soon as i drove onto the Toyota lot, I was greeted with my entrust and needs as the reason my sales person was there. He asked questions in line with what I wanted and never pressured me in a direction I was not entrusted in. Once he new exactly what I was looking for, he wasted no time and came up with the Camry I was looking for. He met my budget requirements and sent me home with my new car. This overall was a vary pleasant transaction. The followup I have received since my purchase has equally been rewarding making me feel like I was their only customer.

I came in for routine maintenance (oil change and tire rotation). As always, the service staff was very friendly and responsive. They were also helpful in making sure I could utilize discount coupons that applied. I have been a customer of Team Toyota for a number of years, and have always been satisfied with this relationship. Since they built a new facility, the rest area is very spacious and comfortable. A cup of coffee, magazines to read, and TV make the waiting time pass quickly! Keep up the good work!

I had my car in for the 30k service. My only concern was the time it took to complete the work. It took almost two hours. I brought the car in at noon and it was 2 o'clock when they finished. I know they were busy and I should have asked how long it was going to take.Normally it would not made a difference,but this day I had a 3 o'clock appt. in Blue Island Il. I did make my appt. Everyone was super nice. Like I said before it was partly my fault for not asking how long the work was going to take.I just thought I would be out of there in about a hour. Every turned out great.

My wife and I were looking to purchase a Highlander. Other dealers didn't have any appreciable inventory to look at, till we visited Team Toyota. The Saleman, Lorenzo Longoria took us for a ride through their 7 acre lot and we saw exactly the color Limited W/platinum pkg. that we wanted. The whole process from that point on was fast and efficient. The only option I'm having installed is the Toyota Trailer hitch. Once the parts are received they told me I can bring the SUV in the next day and have it installed. This is the way car buying should be. I went in for recommended brake inspection. I was informed that I could wait a little longer if I wanted to. I informed Paula that is was going on a trip and she said that in that case it would be a good idea to get my brakes checked. She also had my tiers rotated. I had a new salesperson who didn't know a whole lot about the vehicle, but she made sure my questions were answered quickly by another sales rep. Team Toyota is the only place I go for car repairs for my 2011 Camry. I worked Juan ( Service Advisor) for my brake repairs. I was in there on Saturday, April 4, 2015 because I had heard a grinding noise when I was braking. Mike, the technician who took care of me, was great. He brought me out to let me see that everything was fine that the noise was just because one of the front rotors had picked up just a bit of rust and the pads were trying to grind it off. I do not take my car anywhere else. Also, the prices are good and they never try to sell you on something. They let you know the status and let you decide there's never any pressure. Love these guys and this dealership.

I purchased my first ever brand new 2015 Toyota Corolla last week from a salesman named Hector Sanchez. Let me start off by saying as soon as we pulled into the dealership , we were greeted by another salesman that already knew who we were looking for which was surprising and very nice. The minute we walked in the doors the customer service was behind excellent. Hector greeted us and we immediately started the process , I wasn't even sure what I was looking for in the beginning but I explained what I needed and how far I drive and hector recommended the Corolla . It was the first car he showed us and I immediatly fell in love with it . Needless to say I walked out buying the car . During the process my grandma was also with me and she speaks Spanish and very broken English , Hector went out of his way to not only explain the process with me but also repeat the same thing to my grandma in Spanish . He made her feel comfortable and he broke everything down to help her understand . Hector went above and beyond in customer service. He showed us around , introduced us to all the employees and offered us drinks. This was a very satisfying experience all around.

I've had my Scion TC for a little under 3 years now. It was originally purchased at the Toyota of Merrillville location; however, after several rough experiences dealing with their customer service and service department, I decided to give Team Toyota in Schererville a shot. It was, by far, the best decision I've made. Their team is awesome: from a customer service aspect, the reminders/follow ups, trustworthy individuals in the service department, ability to make appointments online... they have it all. In 2006 I was looking at trading my Toyota Sienna in for a new Prius. The process was challenging and discouraging. I decided to expand my search and try Team Toyota in IN. I was totally amazed by their customer care. Over the years I have enjoyed building my trust and confidence in the Service Dept and getting to know the people in Sales. When the time came for trading my Prius with 222,000 miles in for another Prius it was so pleasant. My husband was amazed and impressed that I had all the footwork done for him! Recently I was coming home late at night in the ice and snow. Through my icy windshield one headlight looked very dark. Early in the morning I called Service and left a message. Paula called me back and got me right in. The headlight was repaired, they checked the wipers and replaced them. Paula gave me a coupon to wash the car and be safe. Genuine care and concern. I left prepared for another great Chicago winter!

I purchased a 2014 Toyota Highlander last year as my retirement car. Both my daughters have Toyotas and rave about them. My salesman was Rick Gonnella. He listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and went out of his way to find exactly what I wanted. He found my Highlander in the inventory that wasn't even cleaned up yet from coming off the delivery truck. Within just a few hours hours of settling on a price, I was driving home my new SUV. A short time after purchasing the vehicle I received an invitation to attend a seminar to learn about my SUV. I signed up for it and was pleasantly surprised and impressed. There were about 20 of us (most over 55 as I am) attending. There were service people available to answer questions about the new cars and how they work. My last car was 14 years old and things have changed quite a bit since then. We were encouraged to pull the vehicles in the shop so a salesman or service tech could explain the features of the cars in a patient setting. I was so impressed with this seminar. I have taken the SUV in for servicing a few times and every time was met with a smiling friendly service tech. I was asked for all my problems and concerns about the vehicle and all were answered. This dealership has a comfortable setting while service is being done. I am confident with all the dealings I have had and look forward to a long healthy relationship with this dealership and service department.

Bought my first Scion about a week ago!! I bought a 2015 Scion tC. I was treated very well by the sales rep, Traci. She did so much to put me at ease about purchasing a new car with a bigger car payment than I was used to and she went out of her way to help me with knowing everything I was getting myself into. Being 20 and buying a brand new car is kind of scary and exciting at the same time. I would definitely recommend Traci to anyone that wants to buy a car from Team Toyota. She made me feel comfortable and made the process go by like I've done it a thousand times! The Toyota/Scion staff have always been courteous when I have been there, whether to purchase my vehicle, pickup paperwork or the service department! They even gave me 20 free car washes!! How awesome is that!! They always check up on me with an email and are very conscious of making their utmost effort to make everyone's car buying experience amazing!

I called yesterday for service appointment. Had no difficulty getting the day/time I needed--12:30 today. I arrived at the dealership at the scheduled time. I was met by the courteous service writer,who then handed me off to Mike, who showed me my service record on the computer and explained what service my care needed. Having dealt with Team many years, I have come to trust their service department.. Mike met me in the waiting and thoroughly explained the bill and took me to the cashier, who found additional credits that I had in the computer. I took my Rave to the dealers in Sheriville In for a repair and the lady Candice first checked my car in she was very polite and very informative of what they'll be doing with my car. Then I met Mike, he was wonderful he explained everything to me to my understanding and made me feel so comfortable of how my car was going to be repaired and when to expect my car to be finished he also explain to me about a recall on my car that was concerned about and hehad that fixed for me also, at no charge he was very kind and lead me through all the steps that I needed and gave me reassurance that my car was being inspected in every way. I left so satisfied knowing that my car will be safe, as it's my parents car and they will be safe driving it. Aaron in the service department and Craig in the parts department were both very helpful in assisting me not only with a simple oil change but also with getting the parts ordered for my airbag recall from Toyota. The parts have been ordered and they said they should be in touch with me in a week or so. I loved the amenities at the dealership as well nice clean place that offered me hot popcorn, coffee, and Oreo cookies. I will definitely be recommending this dealership to friends and family. I have had my 2014 Toyota Highlander for almost a year now. It is about time to review my purchase and service experience. I worked with Mike Anderson when I purchased my vehicle. He was the most knowledgable sales person I have ever worked with. It was clear that he knew my Highlander inside and out. He spent an extensive period of time with me, both before and after making the sale, to make sure I was famliar with my vehicle. The invevitable cost negotiation was much better than most of my purchase experiences. One bonus when buying a Toyota is the included service for 2 years. I have never been a fan of dealer service departments. I have historically avoided them except when having major service performed. However, Team Toyota has changed my view of what a dealership service department can be. The experience starts with the ability to make an appointment online. Team Toyota sends an email confirmation immediately, including a link to add the appointment to your calendar. Appointment hours are convenient. A service advisor greets you almost immediately upon arrival. The work is completed promptly. Team Toyota has made a convert out of me. I have already extended my service contract by two years.

I've always been hesitant to get my repairs done at a dealer, since dealers (or so we hear) usually charge more for parts and service. But when a neighbor recommended talking to Mike in the service department at Team Toyota on 41, I took her advice. She said that he'd never steered her wrong, and that she felt she could trust him. I found Mike to be honest, kind, and not interested in steering me to repairs that my car doesn't need. He explains the pros and cons of each alternative, and recommends what he thinks is most cost-effective and realistic for my 2009 Corolla. As for cost, I've found Team Toyota's prices as good if not lower than other repair places. There's generally no question now for me. When I need repair work, I call Mike at Team Toyota.

Garage door was opened promptly and I was given immediate attention. I was apprised of possible work that could be done on my car but did not feel pressured to have it done today. Advisor Dan was polite, efficient and thorough. He accepted a Xmas discount card which had expired a few days ago. I got my oil change and maintenance inspection completed. He walked me thru to the cashier and even pulled my car out of the congestion so that I was safe to go. Every one in the maintenance area was very pleasant to be around.

I have purchased 5 Toyotas from Team and each buying experience and all Service Dept. customer service is the best! I presently own a 2006 Solara which I will not part with, so service is essential. All of the Service advisors are very courteous, attentive and explain everything completely every time. Mike P. is my guy and treats me as best that anyone ever could short of handing me a drink and setting me down in a plush chair. He listens and then works to make it happen. I would not even consider keeping my Solara with 213,000 miles on it in shape anywhere else. Whatever you request, they bend over backwards to try to do for you. The facilities are extremely comfortable and CLEAN. The service department is so kind and they make you feel as if you are their only customer with all the attention they give to your car and you personally. I have never been to an automobile service department that treats their customers like TEAM TOYOTA. Greg or Juan normally take care of me and they know my car so well. I always get my maintainence at TEAM TOYOTA. Needless to say my Corolla is 18 years old and only 81,000 miles and TEAM TOYOTA has provided me with knowledge of what my car will be in need of on my upcoming oil change so you can plan ahead. That is extremely helpful. If you can't afford everything your car needs they tell you the most important ones that should be done now and the other can wait, helpful. I've had bad experiences with the service departments of some dealerspushing unnecessary, expensive repairs on all comers. My experience with Team Toyota has been the opposite. They've been courteous, timely, and helpful, on every visit. And when something unexpected has popped up, they've given me sound advice as to how to proceed, and even whether immediate action is necessary. It's been a breath of fresh air. I'm happy to drive quite a distance (from Homewood, and believe me, there are a number of Toyota dealers much closer) for the better customer experience.

We bought a 2014 RAV4 earlier this year, trading in a 5-series BMW, and have been very happy with our experiences with the sales, service, parts, and front office personnel at TEAM. The blizzard pearl paint continues to look great with the free wash coupons. We get friendly reminder calls for scheduled service. The parts guys were very helpful in selecting Toyota accessories. It's been easy to make appointments - we bought the Ultimate Vehicle Protection package and was able to make an appointment on the phone to have some paintless dent repair work done. We feel that our salesman, Milo Samardzija, provided us with a good price and fair trade-in. In fact, we were so pleased with everything that we came back and leased a 2015 4Runner last week - no need to look anywhere else. We got another great deal from Milo. All we can say is, when it comes to buying or leasing - sales, service, parts, or just phoning the dealership - we're very pleased with the team at TEAM Toyota.

I was about to buy a new 2014 Nissan Murano but before I finalized that deal I had to test drive the new 2015 Toyota Rav4. I stopped by on my way to buy the Murano and told them the situation and that I wanted to test drive the Rav4 quickly. They had in a Rav4 in a few minutes and I liked the Rav4's seating position and driving experience better than the Murano. So we worked on the deal for the Rav4 and I ended up buying the Rav4 from Team Toyota. They gave me a Great trade-in value on my 6 month old car and a good deal on the Rav4. My car salesman was Hector, he was very pleasant to deal with, along with his management team. They went above and beyond to make me happy. Btw, the dealership is brand new and very modern looking. If you are looking for a new or used car, I HIGHLY recommend Team Toyota in Schererville Indiana.

One of my least favorite experiences is trying to negotiate and buy a car. TEAM TOYOTA and our salesperson RICK GONNELLA made the process a very pleasant one and I felt as though they were treating me with a great deal of respect. In the past I have been talked down to by sales people at other car dealers and my wishes seemed to be second to what they were trying to sell. RICK gave us a very friendly greeting and showed us what we were really interested in. There was a problem with the size parking space I was provided at our new condo and RICK rode along with us to make sure the car we wanted fit the space. Unfortunately, it was too large but we moved on to a 2015 RAV 4 which worked perfect for us. TEAM TOYOTA gave us a super trade-in price on my 2012 RAV 4 which enabled me to purchase the new one. The finance person we worked with, SERGIO MENDEZ, was a super friendly young man who greeted us with a smile and walked us through everything very quickly. He searched around and found us a great interest rate on long term financing for us. I came to TEAM TOYOTA not only because it is close to my residence but also because I have been impressed with their service department from work they did on my 2012 RAV4. Lastly the two year service program offered by TOYOTA is an added bonus that helps save money. We are so very happy with our new car.

I have taken my 2007 Toyota Corolla to Team Toyota for all maintenance/repairs since I purchased it in 2008. They have been consistently efficient, honest and friendly every time I have taken my car there. This summer when I had routine maintenance done on my car they advised me that I would need a new battery soon. On Monday, I took my car to them and asked that they replace the battery. I was greeted promptly and directed to an adviser who took my information and my coupons. In a short time the adviser came to the waiting area to tell me that my car was ready and accompanied me to the cashier. They even gave me a complimentary car wash and when I told them that I felt uncomfortable driving the car through car wash they volunteered to have someone drive my car through the car wash. A short time later I drove away in a clean car with a new battery. I'm very happy with their work and their superior customer service!

I have my car serviced (oil, routine) at Toyota, because they send me very competitive service and oil change coupons and the team is always friendly and quick. When the muffler started making quite a bit of noise, it was a natural response to take it to them. They diagnosed that a bracket broke off and it would require $1,100 of work to get the new parts (they will only put on new parts). They could have done the work, but advised me to seek out a muffler shop, as they would likely be able to weld/repair the part for much less. I thought this was very considerate. A local garage guy was able to do the work for $140. It was nice Toyota was looking out for my best interest as opposed to simply making money. Thanks!

In May of this year I visited Team Toyota in Schererville. I had also shopped at Chevy, Ford and Dodge dealerships. At first I was hesitant to buy a truck that was not American made. I drove the 2014 Tundra and fell in love with this machine. I began to make the comparisons to all the other models I was interested in and soon felt very comfortable with looking further into purchasing the Toyota. I visited Team again and met with Mike Anderson in sales. Mike did a very thorough job of demonstrating all the features and benefits of my vehicle. I rarely buy in my first trip into a dealership but this was a new experience for me to find all my questions answered and complete satisfaction guaranteed. The next step was to sit with the finance officer and they made it a pleasant experience as well. They offered may options and discuss several payment options. We agreed on a payment that was in my budget and obtained financing immediately. They also offered me a very generous buy out of my trade in. I drove my new truck home that day. I have been pleasantly surprised with the quality customer service that has followed my purchase. In addition to my initial experience, I have had exemplary service and the team in service has accommodated me with hours and flexible timing to get in for all my needs. I am back at the dealership at least once a week to wash my truck with the complimentary cars wash coupons that they provided at the time of purchase. I rarely keep my vehicles for more than three years and I will defiantly be using Team Toyota for my future purchases. This has been one of the finest experiences with a new dealership. I have owner Cadillac Escalades, GMC Yukon and Chevrolet trucks in the past and I am very satisfied with choosing this Tundra.

I have been coming here for years with my 4 Runner . Mostly, I have dealt with Dan over the years. He has always been the friendliest courteous person I have ever met. You are always acknowledged when you walk in the door, even if they are very busy. They always seem to squeeze you in and get you in and out in a timely manner. I have always been very happy with the repairs done. They really take the time to fully investigate the problem , give you prices ahead of time, and fix it quickly. For bigger more time consuming repairs they have always found a loaner for me to use for the day. The new place is great although they seem to be outgrowing it already.

I went in to get a trade-in value quote on my 2010 Yaris. I explained that I doubted it would be worth the time, but had a few free hours and decided to give it a shot. Not only did they give me a much higher quote than I ever expected, but with the help of the sales associate, I was able to get a newer 2013 Corolla for just about the same payment that I was making on the Yaris. The staff was very friendly and beyond helpful during the trade-in process and was even able to speed it up enough so that I could make it to work on time afterwards. Well, for the second time this year we purchased a new car from Team Toyota. THATS's how much we love this place. I had to make a choice between a 4 Runner and a Tundra. Frank Salinas was my salesman (as he was for my Highlander) I took both for a test drive. Frank gives you the facts about the car, let's you ask as many questions as you want and then let's you make a decision. No funny business, going back and forth playing games with the price, or pressure. That's all you can ask for in a car purchase. I know everyone has their own preference in cars but if you like Toyota's you'd be crazy to go anywhere else. You get treated the right way and they follow up if you have questions or concerns.

Bought my first Scion two weeks ago!! I bought a 2014 Scion xD. I was treated very well by the salesman, Frank Salinas and the finance manager, Tammy May, was awesome! She did so much to put me at ease about purchasing a new car with a bigger car payment than I was used to and she went out of her way to help me with an extended warranty because of her concern regarding the amount of miles I put on my car because of my work location. The Toyota/Scion staff have always been courteous when I have been there, whether to purchase my vehicle, pickup paperwork or the service department! They even gave me 25 free car washes!! How awesome is that! They also scheduled my first oil change! They always check up on me with an email and are very conscious of making their utmost effort to make everyone's car buying experience amazing!

I can tell you that these people are honest, helpful, and actually take an interest in helping you get your car fixed and getting you on your way. Mike and Dan have helped me with service options that saved me money. I can't ever remember one time that I took my car in and then had to bring it back because something wasn't done correctly. I had a six month service appointment last Friday. After they checked me in at the service garage, I was asked to sit in the TV lounge and I would be called when the car was done. I just sat down when a young man came over to me and introduced himself as Hector, he immediately offered me something to drink or some popcorn. I felt very comfortable and declined but asked him If he could explain to me how the backup camera worked. Hector was so kind and took a pen and sketched the lines and showed me exactly what I needed to know. I told a lot of friends what a great service center we have here in Schererville, IN

After pulling into the service facility I was greeted politely and discussed my needs for the car. I live in Chicago. In 1995 I was looking at Toyota Avalons (I thought it seemed like the ideal car). I had never had a Toyota before, but was interested because of the Camry's repretation. I visited a number of dealers and was pretty much turned off by sales techniques. One Saturday, I visited Team Toyota when they were closing, and Jay Cheek (now retired) remained open just to accommodate my wife and me. Bottom line: Jay soon sold me my first Toyota (95 Avalon). Subsequently, Jay (and the service department) sold me two more toyotas. The last updates of our Toyotas were purchased elsewhere only because Team did not have the particular cars I bought somewhere else. Yet, I still go back to Team for service, while I look over their inventory for future purchases. Their service (and facility) is/are second to none, and tops in most areas.

I do hate every time I go for an oil change they always try to get me to buy more even when I tell them all I want is an oil change. Guess that must be all car dealerships. Pros: Bought a 2012 ford fusion 15,000 miles. And had very good experience. Toyota sold a ford the same as if it were a Toyota, no discrimination there. Received a great deal with my trade-in. I am very happy. Cons: Dealer adds this glass etch to the cost of the car automatically.( almost $300) And they try to sell some type of rust preventive that hooks to your battery. The wait after you make your deal was really long. Over an hour, And the waiting area was not that good.

I've been coming to Team Toyota / Toyota on 41 for the past couple years for all routine maintenance on my Toyota's - first on my 2010 Prius and now on my 2013 Prius (which i happened to have purchased there)...they're always friendly and courteous, from the service tech who greets you when you arrive, to the young ladies who give you your paperwork and keys..they're great about letting you know that day's service details (what needs checked out, what needs replacing, etc.), and my car is always ready in a timely fashion...the free car wash at the end is a nice bonus...i'd certainly recommend them to anyone.

I just purchased my second Toyota RAV4. The old RAV has over 225,000 miles and is still going strong, it is being passed down to my daughter. This is the first car I have purchased from TEAM, but it will not be the last. I appreciate the fact that appointments for service on my 2004 Corolla may be made on line thus saving time. Everything is there including available days and open times for service. Emails are sent verifying appointment data followed by timely appointment reminders. Upon arrival you are met promptly by a service representative and the service request form reviewed. I have found all of the representatives with whom I have had contact to be friendly and readily answered questions. Waiting for your car can be a pleasant experience because the area is open and staff passing through is friendly. Service representatives keep those waiting informed of the progress of service on their vehicles and additional service needs to be taken care of immediately or in the future.

I lost my ignition key when I was out of state and desperate, no title or registration on me. I was able to connect with Team's Angie in accounting who contacted the local Toyota dealer for verification of who I was. That service manager was going to bill me a whopping $310.00 to make a key for me. Again Angie to the rescue who went out of her way and contacted Team's parts manager Al who stated the key could be make for $15.00 and he, in turn, went out of his way calling the out of state service manager regarding the suggested price of the key. I am so grateful to Angie and Al, they saved me $290.00!

After some troubles with our Jeep we wanted to go back to a Toyota/Scion. We were greeted by Bob on Monday (Aug 11,2014) and he was incredibly welcoming. He gave us every option possible (pre-owned, new and lease). We gave him our budget and he did everything to keep us in it (and he did!). Bob was pleasant, knowledgable, easy to talk to and patient (especially when we were there for a while with a 2 and a half year old.. He helped keep him very happy). Tell you what needs to be done and the what the recommendations for future service at each millage. The Service Department gets you in and out. If there is a problem and it takes more time, they will give you and update. I had a problems with my Bluetooth and other apps. They took me step by step through all the instructions. My experience with TT was terrific. I recently picked up a new Prius from Milo. From start to finish the service was fantastic and the process was speedy. The new location looks terrific and their service department has definitely increased it's size. I had to re-visit a week later to have them change the settings on the reverse function on the Prius (there is a constant beeping reminder that you are in reverse unless the dealer turns it off for you). Their service department was fast, friendly, and I wasn't charged for this "quick fix."

I found the car I wanted on Cars.com at this dealer and a number of others. I knew I would be driving at least 5 hours to a number of different states to get the exact vehicle I wanted. My first call was to Team Toyota and the person that answered the phone was pleasant but also accurate with her answers and when she didn't know, she said as much and researched the answer. Yes, from a dealership/salesperson. After a few conversations with other team members I put a deposit on the SUV after a day or so to hold the vehicle. When I showed up over the weekend, the car was detailed extremely well and the process with the salesperson and finance department was pleasant and seamless. Many people abuse the word "Team" but these professionals actually practice a team approach and in a good way, not a pushy way. They all were there to make sure I got what I wanted. And when I took delivery, at least a dozen employees came out to celebrate the purchase and thank me for my business. I drove off with a full tank of gas and the exact vehicle I wanted and still feel that I got the best deal possible and without haggling. The next time I need to purchase a car I will contact them direct - it was/is worth a 5 hour drive.

I bought a pre owned vehicle a year and a half ago that needed the battery replaced three days later. It's now going bad again. I called into service yesterday to ask if the battery was under warranty and I was told yes without her even looking up any of my information. She told me I wouldn't need an appointment and I would be in & out. I show up at 10 am with my three small children, the check in lady was very nice. We go to walk into the building and the door was still locked, so we walked under the open garage door only to be yelled at by our advisor to never walk under there. After an hour of waiting I was told my battery tested weak-it took an hour to test a battery?! Then I waited another hour without any update. I go up to my advisor who proceeded to tell me that it would another hour "or so" because they needed to get the battery from a docent dealer bc I don't own a Toyota. Mind you I have three small children, who need to eat lunch, one being only 3 months old who drank all of his bottles while I was left waiting, because I was told it would be an in & out job, I didn't pack enough food to last all day. Also I have to go to work.... still waiting.

Although there are Toyota dealership closer to my home, Valparaiso, the drive to Toyota in Schererville is worth the extra effort. I've been driving Toyotas exclusively for the past twenty or so years and have always serviced them at a dealership. I had been going to the same dealership all those years without giving it much thought. However, having had a few unpleasant experiences in the last few years with that dealership finally caused me to find someone better. I landed at Team Toyota in Schererville and have been very pleased with all that I've encountered so far. Mike Palenik is exemplary as a service professional. Mike and the Techs in the garage walked me through my vehicles' (an Avalon and a Tundra) problems better than any service center I'd ever dealt with in the past. They didn't try to push me into anything and didn't give the impression that I was just another walking dollar bill. The dealership itself is quite nice and as "places you have to wait at" goes, this one is much better than most. Overall, I've had a very good experience with this dealership and would highly recommend it to anyone.

I was charged for 2 hours of labor to tell me that I needed a $4000 job to replace a part on my car. Once I got home I realized what just happened. I thought that I was going to get some type of repair to the car for the extra charge. Went in for an oil change. Don't accept extra investigation charges if asked esp. if you come in for an oil change or other maintenance.

I took my 2007 Toyota Camry in to the Toyota dealer with a leak in the right side by the moon roof. The service manager looked at it and knew exactly what it was and gave me a quote on the spot. However I also ordered a lid for the compartment between the two front seats. The parts employee said he would make the appointment to fix both things at one time. The next day I was there and Paula immediately took all my information and showed me where to wait while my car was being repaired. Showed me where the bathroom was and offered me a bottle of water. As soon as the car was finished she wrote up my ticket and sent me on my way with a car wash to boot. A very good experience. The waiting room was clean and comfortable with a big screen TV. They re-applied the protection coating though and then 2 days later more spotting appeared as i dried. The staff was not very sympathetic or apologetic for their error and my car still has the spotting that is 3-5 inches across.

I have been looking for a reliable car to get me to and from work, as well as school and Mike Anderson took awesome care of me. All I'm saying is if your buying a car, Mike Anderson and his daughter are your go to people! He was great during the buying process, and very accommodating to what I wanted. I never felt pressured/hounded to buy or add on certain services, which I enjoyed because it gave me time to think about the offer. In addition, Mike was such a cool and easy going guy. He understood my budget, and worked with me to get the numbers I needed. I initially wanted a Honda, and I looked at all the other dealers in the area. The Toyota team was not only the best offer around, but also made me feel welcome and taken care of. Everyone there was extremely professional and polite. Mike and his supervisor really listened to what I was looking for and didn't pressure me into purchasing another type of car or to do a "leasing special" like most of the other dealerships did. I would totally recommend this place to friends and family, and will be a loyal customer for a very long time.

Just walking through the doors was a positive experience. We saw the pool and hammock offers taking place and found it humorous but it showed that Toyota tries to give back to its customers. We then were greeted by Rick (Munster, IN). He made us feel very welcomed. He sat us down and asked a few questions that felt non-invasive. A lot of times, there are sales representatives that really try to dig in a little too deep. Rick asked a lot of good questions and gave us the opportunity to ask our own. He was very patient with us. We could really tell that he was really trying to work with us. He allowed us to test drive the car that we were interested in (Rav4 LE). He sat us down and we talked numbers. He appeared to be really considerate of our situation. I think what made us chose Toyota was the fact that he REALLY tried to meet us at eye level with what we were working with. My wife and I were really appreciative of his service. My sister is considering purchasing a new vehicle from Toyota. We have already shared our experience with her and will recommend Toyota and Rick for her future purchase.

Toyota of Schererville Indiana .My salesperson was Kevin. he wasn't pushy...he told me all the info I wanted to know about my new 4runner . and your sigh outside got me going to...buy a new Toyota and get a grill. Kevin made sure I got my grill..when at first I thought I wasn't getting one. Every time I had to come to Toyota of Schererville, to see about something ..kevin was waiting for me...a very good salesperson. Also your finance person (forgot his name) the last guy I saw before they gave me my 4runner...was very nice..we got along great...he also told me a lot of things that I didn't know that I was getting from Toyota of Schererville. Being a loyal customer of this dealership for many years, I am confident in the competent service I'll receive. I didn't hesitate to have a radiator replaced on my Tundra and then take a 1,000 mile trip the next day. Owning a couple of older vehicles, we have had some really major repairs done to both our Camry and Tundra (including a frame replacement on the truck). Last Sunday, I tried to start my Toyota Prius in the driveway and the car was dead. No response from the keypad and no lights came on the dashboard. On Monday morning, I called Toyota Care and they arranged to come to the house after about 45 minutes and they jump started by car. I then brought the car into Highland Toyota where i met Paula and she very professionally helped to get my car checked out. The car is working fine now but we still don't know why it didn't start on Sunday. A very friendly place & the site was built new 1-2 yrs. ago so it is in very good condition. You can't beat Toyota for reliability- my car is 12 yr. old with 126,000 miles on it & it has never gone into the service bay for repairs-only for maintenance ( oil changes, filter changes etc.). Today I traded it in on a new 2014 Rav 4. A repeat buyer tells you something about the product & dealership.

I appreciate the ease of making my appointments at my leisure on the internet. In addition, once I arrived, servicing issues were confirmed and the lounge area was comfortable. Although the time spent repairing my vehicle was longer than I would have liked, the employees addressed my concerns immediately when I asked what happened to my car? Overall, the work was done well. Maybe less appointment slots should be scheduled and a flag to the service consultants to check on a car when it has reached its allotted time that was promised.

When we decided to get a new car, I just happened to mentioned Milos name on the off chance that he was still there, and he was. He made the experience that much easier to deal with. The service department is always courteous. I like how they dont push you into anything you dont want. I truly dislike being pushed into something I dont want, and its the quickest way for me to get out the door. The maintenance department doesn't do that, and I trust their work. I love my 2013 Rav4.

They didn't have the vehicle when I was there, but she knew when it would be in so we completed the paperwork and when it arrived, I couldn't have been happier. The ride is so smooth, and all of the equipment is so user friendly. My daughter drove it, and she also fell in love with it. When I have to have it serviced the service people are so nice and go out of their way to explain things to you. I would definitely recommend Team Toyota of Schererville, and a Toyota vehicle to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Thank you for making me purchase easy and stress free. Team Toyota exceeded my expectations in every way. I stopped in looking at used cars and was on my way with a great deal in a few hours. Team Toyota worked hard to earn my business and offered more for my trade in to make the deal work. Their service department is great and all of their employees were helpful. I have another Toyota dealership much closer to my home and I choose to drive the extra distance because of thier service. Not all Toyota dealerships are the same and if you live in the Merrillville area I suggest driving west to the better choice.

I have a 2000 Toyota 4-Runner. The ac/heater control unit went out recently. When I brought it in to Team Toyota I was told a new part would be almost $1100 (Not including labor). After talking to Mike in service he told me that would could probably figure out a better solution since the car was pretty old to sink $1100 just for the part. They helped me locate a local salvage yard and i found the exact part for $300. These guys are FANTASTIC! Not only does the replacement part work fine but the labor cost was minimal. They saved me hundreds of dollars. You should know that they have done these types of things for me many times over the years. Thats why i ve been going there to buy cars and get service since 1996. great guys, and great customer service. I recommend them highly.

I bought my 2012 Toyota Highlander in 2011 from Team Toyota. I did a lot of shopping at different dealerships trying to decide which vehicle to buy. Then I met Milo Samardzija and he introduced us to the Highlander. It was the vehicle that fit all of what my wife and I were looking for. Milo was an outstanding salesman and the reason I bought the car from Team Toyota. I have since had all my service done at Team Toyota and have been very satisfied with the service. Every person I have dealt with has been very professional and friendly. I make an appointment and I am in and out in the time stated. I am very satisfied with the Highlander and Team Toyota it was a good choice. They offer a $25 gift certificate for giving a review but I felt the same about what I said before the offer. I highly recommend Team Toyota.

My experience was ok until I got the car home founded out converter was bad, basically threw the test drive check engine light was reset. Had a hard time trying to contact the salesman manager only way I got in contact with him was because they sent me the wrong title, bad actions for big time dealership!

I just visited Team Toyota last week and purchased a used vehicle from them. They were overall really helpful, however, the head honcho who was counter-offering my price (not the sales rep) was a bit rude to me. He looked at me as though I was a dumb female who didn't know anything about the car buying world. But unfortunately for him I work in the Car world and know more about this process than most and I made sure he knew that. My Sales Rep was very nice, a tad contradicting but provided excellent customer service. I will say one thing: Team Toyota's prices are higher than most other dealerships in the area but the customer service partially makes up for that.

This was my first visit to the Schererville site, but I have previously been involved in satisfying transactions with the Team Toyota dealership when they were up the street in Highland. This was also the first time I had scheduled a service appointment on-line. All of this newness had me curious about how things would go. I was greeted by my service rep as soon as I pulled into the shop. She was very personable but professional. She acquired the necessary information to move the process forward. I was given a small tour of the facility and was invited to cookies, coffee or bottled water while I waited for my car. Having been told that the service would require approximately an hour, I settled in. The waiting room was pleasant and the coffee was freshly brewed. Before long, the service agent came seeking my attention. This was about 40 minutes into the hour that had been quoted me. As I was paying the bill, I asked for verification of a recall service. She looked it up on the computer and saw that there was a minor recall due for the master window switch. She requested the assistance of the technician who had just serviced my car, and, while I waited another five minutes, he completed that recall service. The cost for the services I received was quite acceptable and the service rendered left nothing to be desired. As I was leaving, I was directed to the car wash for which they had supplied a code. The whole process left me feeling very good about my experience.

After the oil change was completed they took extra time to check for any issues with the tailgate. I just had my tires and brakes replaced on my 2010 Rav4. The service was very professional and the Schererville facility is new and comfortable to wait in for the repair. Cookies, a coffee selection, TV & nice restrooms are good amenities for waiting. As for the repair work, Mike took time to answer all my questions. I have been a customer for a long time, having purchased the car there, and continue to return. Note: I am writing this review not only to give my honest feedback, but am receiving a set of wiper blades as a bonus. Can't beat that!

I have used Team Toyota for over 10 years. I purchased a 4Runner for my wife 11 years ago. In 2007 I bought a Tundra for myself. We have always been pleased with not only our vehicles but the great service too. We always bring our trucks to Toyota for service. I would not trust any "outside" mechanic with our trucks. Dan in the service dept. has become a good friend, and has always treated us with care and respect. We have never had any serious problems with our trucks, and we attribute this to the Toyota Service Dept.'s great care with the maintenance of these vehicles. The bottom line is that I have owned Toyota's for over 25 years and would not consider buying anything else. Toyota is dependable, and that's what counts.

I was looking for a winter SUV and for my son so after searching for weeks and also price was a issue. I saw add in craig's list and called and spoke to Zak which was helpful on the phone. He was just as helpful in person. Tested the Chevy Blazer and decided to buy it. Overall the atmosphere was nice and pleasant. I seen the dealership before but never bought anything from there and would recommend a friend or family member that are looking for a car or SUV.

Milo greeted us as we were walking into the showroom. We were just looking at SUV's and not intending to buy until next year to replace a car whose lease would expire in early March. Milo was very helpful, and we test drove three vehicles. After the test drives Milo arranged for us to speak with the general manager about a lease buyout. Not expecting good results we were pleasantly surprised. We left with a new Rav4. Milo (sales), Jake (customer relations), and Amelia (finance), were all very courteous, helpful, and professional. It was a pleasant car purchase. Yes, we get a new set of wiper blades for this testimonial, but all the above is how it happened and how we felt about the experience. We would say the same things regardless. My husband have had two other Cambry puchased at Team Toyota and Milo had been oursalesperson for the first and we liked him so we were very happy to have him on our third visit to puchase our dream car, 2012 Cambry XLE. We came in August to seeif the new cars were in yet and Milo spent a lot of time with us looking up infor onthe website and printed it all out for us. We then got your announcement in the mailabout the 2012 coming in. I called Milo right away and the car we had picked had come in we made an appointment on Thurs. and we spent a lot of time with Milo and on Fridaycame back and picked up our new car. Again Milo spent a lot of time with me tellingme how everything worked and kept telling me if I have any questions don't heisate totoo call him. My husband has a problem with walking and his memory and a couple othersalesmen were kind of enough to help me out with him while I doing the paperwork forthe car. I have been talking to our daughter about getting a Toyota because of theservice and sales dept at Team Toyota. I went to Team Toyota in Highland not expecting to get a car. My credit is not stellar and I have been to several car dealer's in the area who have been anything but helpful. From the first moment I met Matt, he was very helpful and really seemed to care about getting me into a vehicle that was right for me. After taking some basic information and applying for credit he was able to get me a car that met my criteria and budget. Before I came to Team Toyota, my car was not running and I had nothing to drive. Thanks to Matt, I am now cruising around in a 2010 Chevy Cobalt with very low mileage. The car is pretty much brand new. Everything about my experience here was wonderful. I would like to thank Matt for helping me out and getting me behind the wheel again. I would highly recommend Team Toyota to anyone looking for a GOOD vehicle.

I brought my Toyota Camry in for it's scheduled oil change and asked that my car was checked for a noise that I was hearing and then was told that it was because my tires were getting worn so Dan sold me a nice new set of great tires and I also got a new cabin filter because Dan showed me that mine was dirty and full of little leaves. So I left happy with a nicely washed car and it was a smooth ride home with those new tires. Now I feel ready for those winter months. The cashier was also very pleasant as they always are when I come in for service. Great Service at Team Toyota and the waiting area is comfortable and the washroom is always clean and that is always a plus for me.

My mother and I were looking for a new (used) car because our old one broke down. The second we walked into the dealership, Ike asked what we were looking for and a price range. When we told him what we could afford, he immediately showed us options that were right for us without trying to push what we weren't looking for on us. Being right out of college and not have a lot of credit built up, Ike did everything he could to help us get approved for a loan so we could purchase the car. I am from Minnesota and bought the car here long distance, sight-un-seen.Negotiations were fast, friendly and up to the point - Take it or leave it from the dealership. Price was great (4K less then the same car in Minnesota)Ryan patiently explained everything to me and described the car. He met me on the bus station.Car was exactly as he described. Paperwork was efficient, fast and correct!The only problem was when dealership was trying to keep some accessories, which came with the car (cargo cover and net), but after I asked about them - Ryan quickly brought them and put in the car.Thank you Ryan and the team for an uncommonly easy process!

Well, Team Toyota service guys saved the day once again. They came to my house (around the corner) jumped the Army Tank (my 1996 Lexus LX450 SUV) and took it in. They found the battery was at fault after all. They replaced it with a new battery at a minimal pro-rated cost (NO labor fees!) and returned the Army Tank to me -- all by 9:30am! Team Toyota Service is REALLY all about service!

I've been with Team Toyota since I purchased my vehicle,almost 5 years ago, and Dan,in service, has always been very nice,he cares for the customer,makes one feel welcomed.He's educational,takes the extra time to explain things to me and makes sure all my questions are answered. He's one of the reasons why I keep coming back. There's a cashier,not sure of her name but I believe her name is Lisa, who took the time to remind me of the vip points. I've been a customer there for so many years and every time I've been there for service, no one else has asked me about the rewards card.This cashier cared and took the time to look in the system to see if anyone else had applied any other service moneys spent. She found that only $50-something had been the only moneys that applied to my card. I've spents hundreds-thousands of dollars while my history as a customer there. I'm very thankful to that cashier for taking the time to look into that for me and reminding me of vip card!..Kudos to that cashier!
